K and Pope Francis, the first non European pondiff in
nearly thirteen hundred years one of the oldest popes in
the Church's history has passed at the age of eighty eight.

I'm writing because I need some advice about a difficult
situation with my sixteen year old daughter. My daughter was
invited to prompt and was so excited about going, but
I made what I now think was a huge mistake.
I reached out to the mother of the boy who

invited her to ask some questions about the event, just
trying to learn more details, as any concern parent might.

This will be my daughter's first prom.

Unfortunately, about a day after this conversation, my daughter was
suddenly disinvited by the boy. Oh no, I haven't told
my daughter that I called his mother, and she's completely
devastated about the cancelation. I feel terrible about the situation.
My questions weren't inappropriate or intrusive. I was just being
a concern parent. Now I'm not sure what to do.

Should I call the boy's mother back. Do I apologize,
Do I come clean of my daughter?

invited to prom and was so. Excited, HOWEVER i made
WHAT i think was a giant. MISTAKE i reached out
to the mother of the boy who invited, her asked
just some basic questions about the, event trying to learn
more details as any concern parent. Might, unfortunately shortly after this,

I'm writing because I need some advice about a difficult
situation with my sixteen year old daughter. My daughter was
invited to prompt and was so excited about going, but
I made what I now think was a huge mistake.
