has officially been throwout. That four hundred million dollar defamation
and extortion lawsuit against Flake Lively that Justin Baldoni did file.
He also filed against her husband, Ryan Reynolds and The
New York Times, and now a US judge has dismissed
the case, ruling that Lively's prior claims were legally protected

and that Baldoni's allegations did not meet the required legal standard.
So Baldoni didn't file an appeal, so the dismissal stands.
Britney Spears has to lead her Instagram account after posting

has officially been throwout. That four hundred million dollar defamation
and extortion lawsuit against Flake Lively that Justin Baldoni did file.
He also filed against her husband, Ryan Reynolds and The
New York Times, and now a US judge has dismissed
the case, ruling that Lively's prior claims were legally protected

and that Baldoni's allegations did not meet the required legal standard.
So Baldoni didn't file an appeal, so the dismissal stands.
Britney Spears has to lead her Instagram account after posting
several worrying video showing bruises and bandages, claiming she'd fallen downstairs.

Kevin Federline, who released that memoir that accused Brittany of
