Absolutely heartbreaking top story today. Liam Payne of One Direction
has tragically died at the age of thirty one. I
met Liam when he was only sixteen years old. He
came into the radio station with his mother and his bandmates.
What we know for sure at this time is that
Liam fell from the third floor hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

A Witnesses say Liam had been acting erratic in the
hotel lobby earlier, smashing a laptop and had to be
carried back to his room. At that time, the hotel
manager did make a call to nine one one complaining, saying,
you know that someone's acting erratic, but then called back
later and said, we just need an ambulance. Surely more

details will emerge this morning and in the coming days.
We're sending love to Liam's friends, family, fans, bandmates, his
little son Bear, who is seven years old. And the
Dodgers reminded the Mets who the last night in Queens.

and bought it again. I did the instacart and two
of them came, so you know, I didn't put one
in the freezer because I think when you put bread

in the freezer and then you bring it out, you
can taste the freezer. Of course, I never freeze bread.
I just let the other go stale, or feed it
to the birds.

That's good, feeding it to the birds. But there's a
couple other uses, especially for stale bread. So it makes
the best croutons. Did you guys know that, Well, fresh
bread does not make good croutons. So if you have
a loaf of bread at home that's like maybe a
day or two past freshness, cut it into cubes, bake
ten minutes at three hundred you have croutons, drizzle and
olive oil, add a little spice on top booths. Yes, yeah,

so don't throw away that stale bread.

If you soak a piece of stale bread in vinegar,
white vinegar and throw it in your garbage can, it
sucks up. No smells, be that your kitchen, garbage can
or your street can. Just toss in a piece of
stale bread soaked in vinegar your garbage can.

do in our family. Yeah, we just had a huge
birthday party. And you know when you have leftover cake
in the fridge. Yeah, but when you make slices on
that cake, the exposed area you're supposed to get hard.

taken from security footage. He wore a loose fitting white

he went out on his balcony and took a picture

I've been at my job for several years. I love

what feels like forever. I work hard, I go above
and beyond. My pay stayed the same. I brought up
with my boss, but I either get vague promises about
next year or no clear answer. It's weighing on me
financially and emotionally. It's gotten to the point where I'm
having dreams about it. I don't want to leave the
work because it makes me happy, but the lack of

recognition is tearing and wearing me down. Do I push
harder or do I start looking how do I balance
doing what I love and the need to be appreciated
and compensated, stuck and stressed. That's a tough one. I
think a lot of people are in this situation. They are, Yeah,

I mean, my question about this in particular is what
are her expectations for her job, for the profession in general?
Does she feel like how she is being compensated is
below what would be expected of someone else in her position.
And the reason I'm saying that is because if she

is he she is being unfairly compensated based on what
they're doing in that particular job. Then the chances of
being able to find another job where she can do
what she loves and be compensated in a way that
she feels is more fair there is much higher.
