so if you eat four extra portions of fruit and
vegetables a day, it can offset the impact of major
life events like unemployment or divorce. The boost from more

fruit and vegetables counteracts half the pain of getting divorced
or one quarter or that of being unemployed.

they were going to go their separate ways, but decided, nah,
we love each other too much. They just graduated with
the same degree. They said they were able to do
their homework together. It was their own little study group.

(07:50):
Now they're all graduating college with the same degree in communications.
And the saga continues because they're all looking for jobs
in New York City. They're still sticking together, just a
bigger playground. And the Kids' Choice Awards have been announced.

A died with a smile and the Pope knew what
that was all about. Pope Francis writing his final prayer
while he was in the hospital. He knew that things
were touch and go, and he loved, loved, loved his
nurses and his doctors and all the healthcare workers. So

(24:00):
he wrote a prayer and his thoughts about hospitals and
healthcare workers, where people come together and worlds dissect that
you would never see dissecting anywhere. He wrote, the walls
of hospitals have heard more honest prayers than churches. They've
witnessed far more sincere kisses than those in airports.

Speaker 1 (24:20):
The absolute tooth.

Speaker 4 (24:21):
Of people, most of the time, only reveals itself in
moments of pain or loss. So make the most of
this trial of life, and do it now. He wrote,
Respect yourself, respect others. Walk your own path. Let go
of the path others have chosen for you. Respect, Do
not comment, do not judge, do not interfere. Love more,

(24:42):
forgive more, embrace more, live more intensely, and leave the
rest in the hands of the creator. Final prayer of Francis.

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
