history of ever, twenty five point four million views worldwide,
bringing its total to two hundred and thirty six million
since its premiere. That is such a great it's such
a great movie. We've all in this room watched it
and it's a feel good all right. Taylor Swift fans

(01:20):
are accusing her best friend Zoe Kravitz a breaking girl
code by dating Taylor's ex Harry Styles. I don't think
that Taylor would care anymore. No, And obviously so many
years have gone by since that happened, and now that
Taylor's engaged, it's everything in the past is in the past.
And if Zoe's happy, And what is girl code anyway?
Is it like bro code?

Speaker 2 (01:40):
It's yeah, you can't. Yeah, guys can't go there.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
I don't think there is a girl code. Good to know,
And Bruce Willis is still very mobile. I watched this
last night. Emma having Willis was on with Diane Sawyer
on ABC talking about FTD and that is fronto temporal dementia.
It is what Bruce Willis has been diagnosed with. Physically,

(02:06):
he's in good health. It's his brain that's failing him.
But they've set him off and he's surrounded by love
every single day. So it's a really heartwarming special that
was on last night with Diane Sawyer. Let's Talk Engagement
All Right, new heights of podcast out this morning. They're
releasing it in about fifteen minutes. You can hear it
on your iHeartRadio app. The Chiefs of Welcome Taylor Swift

(02:26):
is a permanent member of the Kingdom. Travis's thirteenth season
is the upcoming season. The engagement photo on Taylor's Instagram
is up to twenty nine million views. The announcement of
their engagement came thirteen days after the podcast It's All
About thirteen. Stanford University announced their Taylor Swift course about

(02:47):
her lyrics and her music. The ring is huge, they say,
anywhere from nine hundred and fifty thousand dollars to one
point two mill Her engagement outfit and Travis's SHORTZ takes
a confident man to propose in shorts. It in his
garden at his home, and he got down on one
knee and they were both wearing Polo Ralph Laurenz. The
dress that Taylor was wearing is a two hundred ninety

(03:09):
eight three hundred ninety eight dollars dress. It sold out
in twenty minutes, and she was wearing a Cardier watch.
All everything that they were wearing has sold out. And
there'll be a lot of massive mergers with these products.
They'll be coming out anywhere. Panera congratulated them and said,
she said, yeast. I mean it's never ending. But it's

(03:29):
Ed Kelsey who announced their engagement on all kinds of
TV programs. He obviously did not sign an NDA.

Speaker 5 (03:37):
To see them together was great. There was two young
people very much on love. Kind of knew this was
going to happen months ago, and to be honest with you,
at least that was that was my guess was that
you know, it was probably during last season this one
had really became obvious that they were just just crazy
about each other. A week ago. As Travis's so when
are you going to.

Speaker 6 (03:59):
You?

Speaker 5 (03:59):
When you going to renounce the engagements?

Speaker 2 (04:03):
He said, Taylor Social, it's just yeappen.

Speaker 4 (04:11):
Oh we have more.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
He's just he's such an adorable dad. Yeah, Travis did
asked Taylor's parents for her hand in marriage.

Speaker 2 (04:20):
I had an idea. Yeah, she wants to really blow
sales records out of the water, and she drops that
new album go Willie Wonka Style. Hide an invite to

Okay, yeah, I know the Kango Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
Well this is called quadrobics. It's gaining a lot of
traction on social media. People swear by it. It is
working on on all fours. Oh come on, yeah? Do
it like a like an animal?

Speaker 1 (06:47):
Like an animal? Yeah, so instead of standing on two feet,
we are on all fours and are we are there
weights involved in bands.

Speaker 2 (06:55):
Various workouts on all fours. Okay, I do things like,
let's see, there's a there's bear crawls, beast holds, leopard crawls,
kick throughs, crab reaches, cat leaps.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
I will say that if you watch football practice, they
do the bear crawls as punishment. Yeah, so if one
person does something wrong, the whole team has to do
the bear crawls. That's how they did it at Loyola High.

Speaker 6 (07:17):
Well.

Speaker 2 (07:17):
A personal trainer says quadrobis overlaps heavily with primal movement.
It's it's actually I mean, and people that are doing
this are saying they're losing a ton of weight. They're
getting six packs. Yeah, but they say start start very slow. Okay,
if you're not used to this and you try to
pull off a cat lead, a.

Speaker 1 (07:31):
Cat leap, I don't know, el I'm just reading.

Speaker 2 (07:34):
I have no idea what it is.

Speaker 1 (07:35):
Quadrobics get down on all four today. Let us know
how goes.

Top story, top of the hour, Good morning of ellen
K and officials Inventora County just announced the arrest of
nine people in what they're calling the largest home depot
that ring in the nation. Sheriff James Fryhoff says this
crew stole millions worth of merchandise for more than seventy
home depot stores, many times all in one day. It's

(08:05):
pretty nuts. They pulled off more than five hundred thefts
in just the past six months alone. Fry Haff explains
what they were taking.

Speaker 9 (08:11):
The crew wasn't just grabbing random items. They were highly
organized and targeting home depot and focusing on expensive electrical
components like breakers, dimmers, switches, and outlets. The total loss
for this operation over ten million dollars.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
Oh wow, and authorities recovered I've got four million emerged
when they made that big bust.

Speaker 4 (08:33):
All right.

Speaker 1 (08:34):
There's a Japanese city, the city of Toyaka, and it's
considering a proposed ordinance that would restrict residents to two
hours of recreational screen time outside of work or school.
The ordinance would also urge elementary students to stop using
devices at nine pm, with a ten pm recommendation from
middle school and older children. The goal is to prevent
residents from suffering adverse effects on their bodies and daily

(08:57):
lives from excessive smartphone use. Our recent survey on young
people in Japan spend an average of five hours per
day on phones and tablets. But here in the US
ages eight to eighteen, on average, kids spend almost eight
hours a day watching or using screens. And what about this?
A Mid Mountain controversy surrounding Cracker Verrel's modernized logo change,

(09:17):
which honestly no one liked. The chain has pulled a
full one eighty. The company says enoughs enough. They're immediately
yoinking plans to update it back to the old the original.
They said in a statement, we love seeing how much
you care about our old timer. Uncle herschel Saguy in
the logo isn't going anywhere. He's family. So that kerfuffle
is over and the Dodgers go for a sweep of
the Reds tonight. Earlier start too. It's five thirty. Also,

(09:39):
the MLB just releasing a next season's schedule, and the
Dodgers will open at home March twenty six against the
d BAC. Something to look forward to. Sunny, clear, still
warm for your Wednesday highs in the mid nineties, and
our seven day doesn't show a whole lot of change.

all of everyone who got dismissed yesterday. All right, well,
class is in session.

Speaker 6 (11:06):
Here.

Speaker 1 (11:06):
We've got your letter to Ellen.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
Right to Ellen for advice, because she's seen a thing
or two.

Speaker 1 (11:11):
She is Ellen. All right, it's all about helping our listener.
And today we got this letter from Angelo. Angelo says,
Dear Ellen, my parents divorced three years ago when I
was in high school, and my dad kept the house
I grew up in. I'm in college across town, so
I have my own place. But as a teen, my

(11:31):
job was to cook family dinner two nights a week.
I loved it so much, and after the divorce, my
dad asked me to keep the tradition going with him.
He said that it would be our thing. Well, my
dad's girlfriend, Hannah, just moved in with him two weeks ago,
and everything is different now. She's uncomfortable with a guest
being in her kitchen. If I want a gatorade or
a glass of water, I'm supposed to ask her for it.

(11:53):
And she made herself very clear this is now her house.
No free roaming for me and no cooking in her kitchen.
It's a power move, and I think she's just trying
to push me out. My dad said he's in the
doghouse with her after a while night out with his buddies,
and he doesn't want to lose her, so he had
to let her move in. What was my home for
eighteen years now seems off limits. And it's not just

(12:13):
the cooking. It's the memories and the talks and the
laughs and the board games, all the birthdays and thanksgivings
and the family photos on the fridge. They're all in
the kitchen that I love. My guitar shaped spatula is there,
as are my scrub daddy sponges and my bioletti pasta pot.

Speaker 10 (12:29):
Well.

Speaker 1 (12:29):
I like seeing my dad happy. I want him back,
and I want our kitchen back. What do I do? Thanks?
And I love the show Angelo. So that's a rough one.
Dad's got a girlfriend. She moves in. She doesn't want this,
this family tradition anymore.

Speaker 2 (12:46):
But it's still his home. He's not her home. She's
been there for two weeks.

Speaker 1 (12:50):
He grew up there.

Speaker 2 (12:51):
That's your kitchen. Angelo.

Speaker 1 (12:54):
She's saying no, no, no, no, no, no, no, yeah no, she said,
no more free roaming what me and no cooking in
her her kitchen.

Speaker 2 (13:00):
He has to ask this new woman who's been there
for two weeks in this kitchen to if he can
go in to get a gatorade. That's right, okay, go
in the kitchen Angelo.

Speaker 1 (13:11):
And Angelo said, Dad, help, And the dad said, well,
I'm in the doghouse. I don't want to lose her.
Or I had a weld night out with my buddies.
So you know that's a self inflicted problem right there.
But poor Angelo lives across town, who just wants to
cook twice a week like he has since he was
a teenager. And the dad, he said, I loved it
so much. After the divorce, my dad asked me to
keep the tradition going with him. He said it would

(13:32):
be our thing. It's eight hundred ninety two nine kost
your letters to Ellen. Let's have out Angelo, get your
calls going. And also you're Ellen KQ and a Just.

Nick Jonas getting cut on the street by a lot
of different influencers and interviewers. Someone asked him about his
bedroom habit.

Speaker 2 (14:33):
I think beds are for sleeping only.

Like I don't sit on the bed. I don't eat
on the bed.

guy can do in a dating profile. Pick yeah.

Speaker 10 (15:38):
So I asked my son, he's in a seventh grade,
and he said, having another person in the photo.

Speaker 1 (15:45):
Having another person in the photo, what a great guess.
Oh my gosh, it is not the right answer though.
Oh man, oh, thank you try again. Thanks a lot.
All right, we go to Lydia Santa Clarita, also doing

Speaker 10 (16:03):

Fantastic, congratulations, thank you, that's so great Lydia. Okay, so
we are looking for the right answer. What is it?
What's the worst thing a guy could do? And is
dating profile pick?

Speaker 10 (16:19):
I think it's fust when we see men posing with
something they've killed, like some crap like a turkey or
a fish or something animal, especially a pig. I saw
somebody posting something with a pig once mine. That's pretty crazy.

Speaker 1 (16:33):
Okay, posing with something they've killed, a fish or an animal,
maybe your deer hunter, even a duck hunter, and a fish,
so you don't even want a fish?

Speaker 10 (16:46):
No, no, My husband was fishing all the time. He
brings a fish home and he never lets me cook
it because he says it smells nasty.

Speaker 1 (16:52):
Oh oh crazy?

Speaker 8 (16:53):
Is that right?

Speaker 1 (16:54):
Okay? That's crazy? Okay, well, okay, so posing with something
they killed, it's a really good guess it is not
the right answer.

Speaker 10 (17:02):
Oh okay, thanks, have a great morning, you.

Speaker 1 (17:04):
Too, okay, Gianna Santa Clarita as well, Hi, Gianna, Hi,

a dating profile? Pick is go shirtless? You are right,
you one. You're going to the Jonahs brothers it into it.
Thank you so much. Yeah, shirtless is number one. Don't
do that in your dating profile. Pick some dating websites
require it. I think what to go shirtless? From what

(17:40):
I hear? Well, they you know you're putting it out
there uncertain.

Speaker 2 (17:44):
Oh okay.

Speaker 10 (18:17):
I'm so young grateful for you guys. You guys make
everybody's life a little better every single day.

Speaker 3 (18:23):
Coast one oh three point five right to Ellen for
advice because she's seen a thing or two.

Speaker 2 (18:27):
She is Ellen, all right?

Speaker 1 (18:32):
This one from Angelo. Dear Ellen. My parents divorced three
years ago when I was in high school, and my
dad kept the house I grew up in. All Right.
I'm in college across town. I have my own place,
but as a teen, my job was to cook family
dinner two nights a week. I loved it so much,
and after the divorce, my dad asked me to keep
the tradition going with him. He said it would be

(18:52):
our thing. Well, my dad's girlfriend, Hannah, just moved in
two weeks ago. Everything is different now. She's uncomfortable with
a quote guest being in her kitchen. If I want
a gatorader or a glass of water, I'm supposed to
ask her for it. She made herself very clear, this
is now her house. No free roaming for me, no
cooking in her kitchen. My dad said he's in the

(19:13):
doghouse with her after a while night out with his buddies.
He doesn't want to lose her, so he had to
let her move in. And what was my home for
eighteen years now seems off limits. It's not just the house,
it's all the memories that go with it, all of
the laughs, and board games at the kitchen table, the birthdays,
the thanksgivings, the family photos on the fridge. They're all
in that kitchen that I love. And my dad said

(19:34):
this would be our thing. My guitar shaped spatula is there,
My scrub daddy sponges, and my bioletti pasta pot.

Speaker 10 (19:41):
Well.

Speaker 1 (19:41):
I like seeing him happy. I want my dad and
our kitchen back. What do I do? Thanks? And I
love the show. Angelo. All right, that's your letter to Ellen.
So the new girlfriend has moved in and now she's
acting like this is my house. But Angelo and his
dad have a thing. He loves to cook there. So Maria,
thank you so much for calling. You know, you are
very hot about this.

Speaker 7 (20:02):
That woman's not on the right. She's, like you said,
she's only been there for two weeks, and the husband
the better. She ain't worth it. She's gonna come in
and start putting all those laws and rules and regulations
on this house that was never hers.

Speaker 8 (20:14):
She's not worth it.

Speaker 1 (20:16):
Not worth it? Okay, So you say, not worth it?
And what should Angelo do though? Just fight with her
about it, argue with her about it. I mean he
doesn't really know what to do.

Speaker 7 (20:25):
He should talk to the dead and say, dead, you've
only been dating this one, not on her for how long?
But she's only moved in for two weeks and she's
already doing this. You wanted us to continue the tradition
and do this as you and I as a family.
Why after eighteen years, you know, me living here, she's
gonna come in and tell me that I can move
around my own house where I grew up in. You know,
you need to put us stuff to them now.

Speaker 8 (20:46):
Now he ain't worth it.

Speaker 7 (20:48):
You need to find someone better that maybe have family values,
because obviously this woman doesn't. But what does she think
she is? You know, I'm sorry, I really have said
to me, no.

Speaker 1 (20:57):
It's okay, No, Maria, that's what we like to hear.
How you feel, that's all You make good points? And
also is there a thing okay, so you're a man,
maybe you've lost your spouse or your partner, or you've
gone through a divorce. Is there a period of loneliness
and shock where just you'll put up with someone like

(21:17):
Hannah where you know Hannah's coming in, but she's she's
someone to keep you company.

Speaker 2 (21:24):
So to you it's worth it in a sense.

Speaker 1 (21:26):
Like is that a thing. Is that a thing for

Benton Boone and your letters to Ellen and Jelo Angelo's
in college. Dad mom got divorced three years ago, and
his tradition is twice a week he would make the
family dinners. And when the divorce happened, Daddy said to Angelo,
let's keep this going. It's our thing until the girlfriend

(24:15):
moved in. Okay, So Hannah is Daddy's girlfriend, and she's
like my house, my kitchen, my rules. That's basically what
Angela said in.

Speaker 2 (24:22):
His letter, which has been in there for two weeks.

Speaker 1 (24:25):
I mean she's left there. Hmmm. We don't know, you know,
if if Angela's dad is just a lonely man, I
don't know. Okay, So Bernice, you heard the letter to Ellen,
and you have walked this walk, what do you.

Speaker 8 (24:39):
Think I can sort of relate to him? I mean,
my mom did pass away a little over three years ago,
and my dad has had a few girlfriends after after that.
I think maybe he should just wait it out, you know.
With the dad, I think he should give me him

(25:00):
sometimes because like my dad, what I've noticed is that
he likes to have the women around and whatever they
say goes. I guess because he feels lonely and she
doesn't have anyone. So, you know, if the women try
to make any changes. My dad is okay with everything
they say, so maybe Angela should just you know, take

(25:25):
take it easy. And maybe the lady won't even she'll
probably move out before he even knows it.

Speaker 1 (25:33):
Oh, Vernice, you've you've got the experience. Sounds like there's
a kind of a what do you call that revolve?
It's an evolving door, you know, remember the old Macy's
where you go.

Speaker 2 (25:45):
Of course.

Speaker 1 (25:47):
There's a lot of women there for your dad, Vernice,
but yeah, he's probably you know, still grieving too and lonely.
