Speaker 2 (00:51):
Yeah, just a constant press recording, movie making show on stage.
So I had the honor of hosting the ceremony yesterday.
Seacrest spoke for the brothers and and we used to
be together all the time because when I worked with Seacrest,
the Jonas Brothers were our constant.
Speaker 4 (01:09):
Of course they were.
Speaker 2 (01:10):
They were probably in the studio more than any other group.
It was one direction in Jonas Brothers.
Speaker 4 (01:15):
How was it with Ryan yesterday?
Speaker 1 (01:17):
It was great? Yeah, he was he's looking good.
Speaker 4 (01:20):

Okay, are you ready for a check e Cheese Christmas?
Speaker 8 (03:29):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (03:30):
Yeah, okay, Well.
Speaker 2 (03:31):
This year's Christmas special isn't one found on TV or streaming.
It's free on YouTube. It's called a check e Cheese Christmas.
It stars Chuck E Cheese, and his bandmates from a
Munches Make Molip band. They throw Santa Claus a surprise
party to lift his Christmas spirit and save the holiday.
So I guess Santa had slumped into a depression and
had to cheer him up. And in addition to his
(03:52):
lack of spirit, Santa is also suffering from a fear
of beard rot. Oh yeah, there's a villainous elf who
looks like Legolas from the Lord of the Rings. And
would you be surprised to learn that this isn't even
the first time Chuck E Cheese has made a holiday special.
The first one aired in nineteen eighty three and it's
called The Christmas That Almost wasn't.
Speaker 1 (04:14):
So yeah, Chuck E Cheese Christmas.
Speaker 3 (04:16):
Remember when Chuck E Cheese got arrested in Florida over
the summer.
Speaker 1 (04:18):
Yeah, yeah, like the guy dresses.
Speaker 4 (04:20):
Yeah yeah, they threw him in the car with head on.
Teddy's stated character too.

on Netflix. You know, if you.

you watch it as Shan dittycombs the reckoning.
Speaker 1 (04:40):
Have you seen it? I sampled it, diar, Have you
watched it? I watched a little bit of it.
Speaker 2 (04:44):
Yes, yeah, I started with a little Yeah, Nile. It
is so behind the scenes, you'll be shocked. I don't
know how they got this footage. He is in a
hotel room in New York City, before he was rained,
before he had or did he turned himself in or
before he turned himself.
Speaker 4 (05:02):
Oh, so it's kind of recent stuff.
Speaker 2 (05:04):
Oh, it's really recent, and it's very behind the scenes.
It is lawyer conversation. There's just so much. But what
sticks in my mind is that when Diddy was three
and his dad had left the family and his mom
was throwing wild freak parties, Yeah, freakuffs, and that's where
he learned that allegedly all right. Thanks to season five
(05:26):
of Stranger Things, Nature Valley is bringing back fudge chip
peanut butter boppers for the first time since nineteen eighty nine.
They have special Stranger Things packaging. So if you saw
volume one of Stranger Things season five, then you cut
the return of a long forgotten snack and Nature Valleys
Fudge Chip peanut butter Boppers are back. They released them
(05:46):
yesterday for the first time. That's pretty exciting. I love
it when that happens when the show's popular. And then
there's the snack from the show.
Speaker 1 (05:52):
All right.
Speaker 2 (05:53):
Today, Thursday Night Football five fifteen on Amazon, The Lion's
hosting The Cowboys, and Hey, the fifteen season premiere of
the Real Housewife of bever Hills is airing on Bravo,

Fight is on ABC. Okay, what about this? The Jonas
brothers on the cover of People magazine. They're also in
their World tour. They were cemented in History. Yesterday we

so he.
Speaker 1 (06:33):

washing your hands a lot, yeah, sleeping well, sleep yes,
my doctor Joe says, don't touch your face or yeah.
Sometimes even genetics play a part and how often we
get sick. But one of the most overlooked factors is
how you process stress, specifically whether you keep it inside
(09:35):
or you express it out loud. So listen to this.
A new behavioral study found that people who verbalize their thoughts,
even to themselves, talking to yourself keeps you thirty five
percent healthier. Really, yep, just like anywhere in your car,
whatever it's, it's letting the stress out because when you
trap it in, it's like an unspoken emotion that our
body processes is talk talk out, talk out loud to yourself,

(12:39):
Heights the podcast with Jason and Travis Kelsey and they
talked about an argument free relationship.
Speaker 11 (12:46):
Travis as you the same lessons.
Speaker 1 (12:50):
Well, it's only been two and a half years, and
you're right, I haven't gotten an argument to all right,
never once.
Speaker 11 (12:58):
Honestly, you know, neither of us are going to win
the argument or why.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
Get in Okay, See, I think that Travis is a
different attitude, Like, what do you mean I don't need
to win an argument.
Speaker 1 (13:06):
We don't have arguments, he felt.
Speaker 2 (13:08):
He sounded a lot more like pure to me than
George Clooney sounds like he frustratingly holds back.
Speaker 4 (13:14):
Right, Yeah, you know what I mean.
Speaker 2 (13:16):
Like Clooney's been married longer, they have the two kids.
Travis and Taylor are still just engaged, and their relationship
is much newer.
Speaker 1 (13:24):
In fact, let's go to the Clooney clip.
Speaker 2 (13:26):
So is this a man who's frustratingly keeping his mouth
shut to not get in an argument?
Speaker 11 (13:31):
Dude, I'm sixty four years old, and what am I
going to argue about it?
Speaker 1 (13:34):
At this point?
Speaker 7 (13:35):
You know?
Speaker 11 (13:35):
I'm like, Yeah, you know, I met this incredible woman
that you know is you know, she's beautiful and smart,
and she stands for all the most important things that
I believe in in the world. And I can't believe
how lucky I am. So what am I gonna fight about?
Speaker 1 (13:52):
Yeah, he's defeated, is what I hear.
Speaker 4 (13:54):
Yes, that's exactly what that is.
Speaker 2 (13:57):
I mean, I think any married man who's listening now
could could probably hopefully agree with what I'm saying. That
that a man who says it's just not worth it
exactly is different than Travis Kelsey saying never once have
we had an argument, the enthusiasm, the inflection, everything is different.
Speaker 4 (14:14):
Yeah, Cooney was very Yeah. I don't know.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
That's something that come with agent experience.
Speaker 3 (14:21):
I guess to be honest, though, to be fair to Travis,
if our shared net worth combined net worth as a
couple was one point sixty seven billion, and one point
six of those billion were hers, I would I would
not wonder.
Speaker 4 (14:33):
You don't say anything.
Speaker 1 (14:37):
All right, Well, we want you to stay with us.
Coming up in ten minutes.

Post one three point five the coast wonderful time of
the year, and you're L n K, Q and A.
Speaker 1 (14:55):
Let's play.
Speaker 2 (14:56):
Okay, forty percent of people in relationships say this tiny
everyday habit is a big red flag. So it might
be a tiny thing, but it's a big red flag.
So it's forty percent of people in relationships say this
tiny everyday habit something you should really pay attention to.
All right, we asked the question. First caller with the
(15:17):
right answer is going to Walt Disney Concert Hall at
four pack the holiday sing along, you sing along with
hundreds of other voices and the LA film.
Speaker 4 (15:26):
That's awesome, like.
Speaker 1 (15:27):
You're the star of the show. Kids, tune up, are welcome.
Speaker 2 (15:30):
It's a four pack right now, let's go to the
Holiday sing Along edd Walt Disney Concert Hall.
Speaker 1 (15:36):
Let's be the first caller with your right answer.
Speaker 2 (15:37):
Forty percent of people in a relationships say this tiny
everyday habit is a big red flag.
Speaker 1 (15:42):
Color out coast.
Speaker 6 (15:44):
One oh three point five. Catch the llen k Morning
Show on demand on the free iHeartRadio.
Speaker 2 (15:49):
Antonio's on the road in Riverside, Antonio.
Speaker 1 (15:52):
Where are you headed.
Speaker 10 (15:54):
I'm patting to a drop off my son.
Speaker 1 (15:57):
Oh okay, it's your llen KQ.
Speaker 2 (16:00):
This is for a four pack to the Holiday sing
Along Walt Disney Concert Hall. And the question is, forty
percent of people in relationships say this tiny everyday habit
is a big red flag.
Speaker 1 (16:11):
What do you think it is?
Speaker 10 (16:13):
You know, I do this a lot from time to time,
you know, and I believe it is leaving dirty ditches.
Speaker 2 (16:22):
Okay, so you know your own red flag, but yet
you still do it? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (16:28):
Sometimes, Yeah, it's okay.
Speaker 2 (16:30):
I'm sure your partner loves you, your your spouse and
it's a great guest leaving dirty dishes. Maybe you'll work
on that, but it's not the right answer.
Speaker 1 (16:42):
All right, thank you. Let's go to Carson. She's Teresa.
Speaker 8 (16:45):
Hi on good morning Ellen. First of all, Happy holidays, madam.
Speaker 1 (16:49):

The world is busy.
Speaker 10 (17:00):
Everybody's busy.
Speaker 1 (17:01):
You're right, all right, Terisa, Well let's get your guests.
What do you think it is?
Speaker 2 (17:04):
What is that everyday habit? That's really a big red
flag when it comes to your relationship.
Speaker 8 (17:09):
You know what, you can change a lot of habits,
but I think like when you're into technology, it's like
telephone and here are too much takes time away from
your relationship. It's a red flag.
Speaker 2 (17:21):
What a great guess, Yes, social media scrolling on your phone.
Your face is down instead of up, so you're you're
not really in it to win it.
Speaker 8 (17:32):
No, you're like you're you're physically there, but mentally you're
all over its place.
Speaker 1 (17:37):
That's a great guess, Teresa of Carson. It is not
the right answer, but try again.
Speaker 8 (17:41):
It is so okay, I'm so glad I have the
opportunity to with your guys. Happy holidays.

Lady late?
Speaker 1 (18:01):
Yeah, you know, I'll never forget.
Speaker 2 (18:02):
Sam Smith came in here the morning after a date
and he said my date was late. And I said
to him, Sam, their science that says, if your date
is late, they disrespected you, it's never going to work out.
It didn't work out, and it is the right answer.
You are right.
Speaker 1 (18:20):
Being late is a big red flag.
Speaker 2 (18:22):
You are going to Disney concert Hall.

Speaker 1 (18:33):
Well, congratulations. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (18:36):
Forty percent of people, almost half of all people in
relationships say that this is a red flag and that's
being late because really it's your time, and what is
that person just continually, you know, going to be late
like that. Sometimes we can't help it. I mean, look,
LA traffic is unpredictable.
Speaker 3 (18:52):
Yeah, but if someone's always late and it's their thing,
you know, then it's yeah, that's not good.
Speaker 4 (18:56):
But you know if it happens once.

His mom is so proud.
Speaker 12 (20:03):
I'm Angela and this is Ozzy. And Ozzie is a
new record holder for the longest time of a living dog.
His measurement is nineteen point eight nine centimeters long, which
is seven point eight three inches.
Speaker 1 (20:18):
So yeah, Ozzie and night tongue.
Speaker 2 (20:20):
It's always hanging out of his mouth seven point eighty
three inches.
Speaker 1 (20:23):
Way to go.
Speaker 2 (20:23):
Ozzy and a baby seal wandered into a bar, New Zealand,
surprising bill staff and patrons. The seal, which was lost
and curious, hid under a dishwasher for hours, but was
eventually lured out using a pizza topping, and then returned
to Rabbit Island, a safe location for seals. And the
last super moon of the year will rise tonight. The
December full moon is called the cold moon. It may
(20:45):
look larger than usual as the lunar orbit swings really
close to Earth. NASA says the moon will be just
a mere two hundred and twenty one thousand miles from
Earth to nights. So look up in the sky and
we have a beautiful day today. Blue sky's here in Burbank.
You're high is touching on seventy almost everywhere and right
now fifty eight it is KOST Los Angeles Coast, one

Every Thursday, we are here for you. Our licensed therapist
Sarah Dash is here to tackle your troubles and office
affairs they happen. I can't think of any around here
right now, Ryanet, you know of anything going on at No?
Speaker 4 (21:40):
Okay, I don't now look full. Used to be full disclosure.
I've had two.
Speaker 2 (21:47):
Okay, Like yeah, okay, but let's hear from Monica.
Speaker 10 (21:52):
Hi, this is Monica, and I'm just one of your
advice because, like what, workers are having an affair and
they want me to cover up for them.
Speaker 1 (22:00):
Please tell Monica what to do.
Speaker 6 (22:03):
Okay.
Speaker 9 (22:06):
You know, if we talk about boundaries, yeah, this is
a boundary collapse. Okay, when you're asking somebody else to
cover for you, boundaries have ceased to exist. And it
sounds to me like the individuals who are having the
affair are outsourcing their anxiety.
Speaker 1 (22:29):
What if it's your superior.
Speaker 2 (22:30):
What if it's your boss and your boss is you
see this and your boss is saying, I am you
know who I'm going to be with, but tell everyone
I'm here.
Speaker 9 (22:40):
That's a major, major I think violation of an employees
trust to put them in that position.
Speaker 4 (22:46):
But what do you do?
Speaker 9 (22:47):
I mean, I think in that position, which is a
it's a pretty extreme situation to find oneself in. But
I think then you really do have to weigh how
much you need that particular job at that time. You
can't necessit. I mean I would never say you can't
do that, you need to walk off out of the office.
Speaker 1 (23:06):
You just need to weigh it, like what the benefits
and the risks and the.
Speaker 9 (23:09):
Benefits of your job, and also look at how much
you know what the toll is going to be on you.
Speaker 4 (23:16):
Is it weird if you like having that information?
Speaker 9 (23:19):
Sarah?
Speaker 4 (23:19):
Like, if someone told me, hey, dude, guess what I'm like?
Speaker 1 (23:22):
Yeah?
Speaker 9 (23:24):
Yeah, is that weird if you like, yeah, Okay, I
don't want to pathologize somebody.
Speaker 1 (23:31):
Okay.
Speaker 9 (23:32):
What I'm hearing is that having information gives you a
sense of power.
Speaker 4 (23:38):
Listen, I will cover for you all day as long
as you tell me.
Speaker 1 (23:46):
That's true too, Right, that's just Brian. Come on, you
don't want to know that information?
Speaker 4 (23:52):
And why do you?
Speaker 1 (23:53):
You don't need a hobby.
Speaker 4 (23:54):
I don't, Yeah, I don't. But listen, if you just want.
Speaker 10 (23:58):
To know you.
Speaker 1 (24:00):
Are Ellen you are, that's horrible.
Speaker 4 (24:03):
Okay, sure, now what happens you guys? Listen?

are never gonna.
Speaker 2 (24:11):
Believe it, it would eat you alive.
Speaker 4 (24:15):
You would want to know.
Speaker 2 (24:16):
Well if okay, if you said that, oh my god,
you guys are never going to believe this, we would
all truthfully.
Speaker 1 (24:23):
Be like, oh my god, who is it?
Speaker 3 (24:24):
Uh huh, Yes, of course, That's what I'm saying. It's
just human nature. You can pretend all you want that
you don't like having that information.
Speaker 4 (24:31):
Everyone wants it. Everyone wants it.
Speaker 1 (24:34):
So I'm still not clear on what the advice to
Monica is. She was saying, yeah, Sarah, keep keep your
mouth shut.
Speaker 4 (24:41):
Just wait, yeah, is this job even worth it to you?
Speaker 1 (24:43):
Okay, all right, I'll tell you what is worth it.
