Dunham Biles has the latest on James Comey indictment

As we know, former FBI director James Comy is in
hot water. He's been indicted. Michael Cohen, former attorney for
Donald Trump, a surprised and MSNBC panel Saturday, Big Libs
hanging out together after he declared he believed that James
Commy likely did commit a crime.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
I believe likely he will be found guilty.

Speaker 3 (00:18):
Oh well, that's interesting because I.

Think crime what I believe likely he committed a crime.
I don't know what that crime is. But there are
hundreds of thousands of documents and government has each and
every one of them. All they need to find is
that one. And remember see James Comy when he was
the head of the FBI, he was so used to

punching down. Well, now do you have the FBI that's
going to be punching up. I've been through this system.

I got to tell you he's the spot on. He's
an attorney, former Trump attorney during this now is done in.
Bio's a legal expert with extensive experience in litating a
lot of complex matters. Well come in, I mean as
the former president's attorney. But he also turned on Trump.
He still believes that, Yeah, there's problems. You're let's not

Yeah, I got to say, I never thought i'd see
the day I might actually agree with Michael Cohen, but yeah, No,
the issue is, as he points out, is I think
his point is, we all know that Comy was involved
in leaking information. The Inspector Horowitz berated him for that behavior.

And the issue is are they going to be able
to prove and that he authorized those and therefore was
not telling the truth before Congress. And right now we
don't know the details because the indictment is scant on
details of what that may be exactly, but he may
have some serious sisters.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
Well, Comy has come out and said, look, I told everybody,
my family and those around me that you know, you're
gonna have to pay a price if you go after
Donald Trump. And this is clearly what they're doing. He's
spinning this obviously into you know, weaponizing their judicial system.
Isn't it ironic?

Speaker 3 (02:11):
Right? It's ironic for a guy who bragged about getting
flint in a way that was by his own emission,
was not how you're really supposed to do it in
the man who celebrated Trump being charged, and and we
have album Bragg and Fanny willis down there charging waking
ridiculous charges.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
On hundred percent on them, and my thoughts on him
doing any serious jail time. I you know, how many
times have we gone after Hillary Clinton? And the list
is just lengthy as can be, and it's like, okay, well,
we know there was the Russia Gate, we know all
the stuff that Hillary Clinton did, you know, deleting files,
we know the money behind the scenes, we know all

of this Biden family business that was going on, and
yet nobody's held accountable for it. It's like, all right,
come after you the next thing. You know, Okay, next page.
Nobody's going to jail. Do you believe he's going to
go to jail?

Speaker 3 (03:06):
I tend to not hold out a whole lot of faith.
It doesn't seem to happen. We're in the Eastern District
of Virginia. We will just have to see how this
plays out. But you know you mentioned Hillary. Well, this
is what this is all apparently going back to, and
mister Comy somehow is the FBI director decided all on

his own that Hillary shouldn't be charged, which is of
course not his role. Yet he gave that infamous press
conference where Democrats didn't hated him, now now they love him.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
So yeah, it doesn't everything go back to the Clintons.
But I agree with you. I don't think he's going
to spend a day in jail. May be a slap
on the risk. I mean, look at the judge involved
in this bit of a conflict of interest. I do
believe he hired Comy twice in different occasions, and now
he's going to be the judge on top of this.

Wow, yeah, we'll see. I think right now that we
have an indictment that doesn't tell us what exactly news
he did, so we'd love to see how that one
plays out. All right, we need more facts.
