Speaker 1 (00:00):
Joining US is Hannah Davis from the Federation for American
Immigration Reform. Hannah, Happy Monday, Welcome in, thanks for being
back with me.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Happy Monday, Thanks for having me.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
Yeah we go. President Trump signing in this new executive order.
I guess it took place one day last week basically
telling Tom Holman, I got you back here. These sanctuary
cities that continue to push back and you know, not
cooperate with Ice or anybody that's trying to clean up
our country after what Biden did for four years. Now,
I guess this new executive order is going to identify

(00:31):
and publish They want the Department of Homeland Security to
give them this list. Identify and publish this list of
sanctuary jurisdictions are obstructing immigration enforcement. I mean, yeah, let's go.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
Yeah. Yeah, They're supposed to release the list within thirty days.
It's basically going to move to suspend or terminate federal
funds these jurisdictions receive and gives these departments you just
listed legal actions to bring these areas into compliance with
federal immigration law. So yeah, it's a step forward in
the right direction for sure.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Well, I mean, look, we're going to arrest people that
get in the way. We also saw something over the
weekend where what's in New Jersey the mayor got arrested
for him and a bunch of crazy Democrats crashing through
the fences at a nice detention center here. If federal
funding's you know, great, you know, I hope they do.
If they're not going to cooperate, and you know, reinforce

(01:21):
the fact that we do have federal laws on the
books here, you know, stop the money flow. Excellent, good idea.
Tom Holman has said, no elected official should winn public
safety threats walking free, and we're going to act. We're
going to clean it up here. And then you have
these idiots over the weekend. You know, put that New
Jersey mayor you know, in jail. Good move there. But
the Dems are going to scream about it. You know,
oh yeah, we were pushed around. This is not right.

(01:42):
You're out of YadA YadA. Well, you know, until you
wake up and realize what the American people voted for,
you're going to face the consequences on this. Also, let's
talk about what's happening with the expansion now on the
crackdown and these violent gangs that are coming in from
foreign countries. President has already declared that MS thirteen and
Trade are are you know, terrorist organizations, And now we

(02:04):
got some more they're adding to the list.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Yeah, two of Haiti's most violent gangs, ven Aznam and
Grand Griff, were recently actually designated as foreign terrorist organizations.
And you mentioned, you know, MS thirteen and Trindy Iragua.
We've done that before in the past. Previous administrations have
done it. It basically gives the White House more tools,
even military force, that we can use at the border
to combat the human trafficking and smuggling, the laundering of guns,

(02:29):
and the kidnapping of American citizens. It can help combat
that with military tools and personnel. Haiti, you know, they've
got they've got some bad crime, and it doesn't just
stay right there localized in their country. It trickles up,
especially over the past four years because of the open border.
But we're cracking down now and I think it's going
to be a start to something better than what we've
been seeing right now with Haiti and crime even in

(02:51):
the US along well.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
I say, these Haitian gangs too, they're just as bad
as the other ones. I mean, they're they're getting into
our country now, and they're just bloodthirsty kill as well
as you know, running guns and drugs and things like that.
I mean understand, there's been all kinds of records on
these guys massacre and seventy sillions civilians rather last October
Bracket bragging about it online and just disgusting. So are

(03:16):
they infiltrated all over the country just in the southeast
around Florida, or are they really deep into our country
by now?

Speaker 2 (03:23):
It's more on the southern, southern areas of our country.
They've got little cells that I haven't seen anything related
to like northern or Midwest or anything like that. But
it's time to nip it in the bud before it
gets that way. I mean, haitis. Gang violence is among
some of the worst globally. They've got over just alone
in twenty twenty five, over fourteen hundred killed of their
own citizens. So we don't need that type of lawlessness

(03:44):
in our nation at all.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
One hundred percent. Handa Davis, thank you so much. I
appreciate you this morning.
