Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is just outrageous to me. A former FBI director,
James call me what an idiot under investigation out for
potentially threatening our president. Well, he posted on his social
media platform eighty six forty seven, like it's a beach
shell set up? Are you kidding me? Eighty six? And
don't tell me is the FBI director? You don't know
(00:20):
what eighty six somebody means. It means cancel them, fire them,
end them, kill them. They were eighty six sometimes means
you got fired her. Ah, the mom the eighty six
to the well, we know they're swimming with the fishes
in that context, So this is big. You know, what
are you doing? As the former FBI director, he hates
Trump clearly, But last night on Jesse Waters on Fox Unbelievable,
(00:47):
National Intelligence Director Tulsey Gabbert was clear on her thoughts.
Speaker 2 (00:51):
Absolutely not, Jesse. That is a ridiculous and insane statement
to make, certainly within this context, but especially coming from
a guy who's the former director of the FBI, a
guy who spent most of his career prosecuting mobsters and gangsters,
people who know and execute other humans, and use this
(01:11):
exact lingo of eighty six.
Speaker 1 (01:13):
Yeah, She was asked by Jesse do you believe that
this komy did not understand and know what that meant?
John Decker joined us now from the White House. John,
before we talk about the President's trip, which I thought
turned out really good. But your thoughts on the former
FBI director doing this?
Speaker 3 (01:30):
Yeah, it's pretty immature, first of all, for the FBI,
former FBI director posting something like that on social media.
And I don't buy the fact that he didn't know
what eighty six forty seven was all about. I mean,
it's a common eighty six is a common term in
any restaurant in America. You cancel an order, you eighty
(01:50):
six to the order. I mean, he's the he was
the FBI director. I mean, that's pretty embarrassing not to
know what that term is all about. And you know,
it makes you think back to President Trump's decision to
fire him in his first term. It seems like he
made the right decision.
Speaker 1 (02:05):
Well, there's some people now screaming for an investigation and
then maybe some consequences for him.
Speaker 3 (02:09):
Do you think there should be I just think the
embarrassment's enough. JT. The waste of resources to investigate some money,
who's so irrelevant right now.
Speaker 1 (02:19):
Yeah, good point, But you know he is the President's
Secret Service doesn't like that kind of thing. If it
were me that posted that somewhere, they might be knocking
on on my door. Just wanted to talk a little bit,
all right, Let's talk about the president's trip and how
wonderful it was. I mean, the money just keeps pouring
in here from the great negotiator.
Speaker 3 (02:36):
Well, look, the President had a lot of successes as
it relates to his week long trip in the Middle East,
first in Saudi Arabia, then Katar, and then finishing up
in the United Arab Emirates. He finishes his trip today
and actually is on his way back to the United States.
He'll arrive back at the White House this evening. Major
foreign policy surprise, canceling all US sayings on Syria, meeting
(03:01):
with Syria's president, the first US president to meet with
his Syrian counterpart in a quarter of a century, offering
Iran a new nuclear deal proposal. We'll see, you know
if that has any traction. And the President, as you
alluded to, announcing a number of investments in the US,
major purchases of US military equipment, and also on the
(03:22):
commercial side, a major purchase of Boeing jets by Cutter Airways,
So you know, the president can certainly say he got
a lot of deliverables during the course of this week
long trip to the Middle East.
Speaker 1 (03:35):
Yeah, and the whole thing with the plane, I guess
was that Pam Bondi looked at it and kind of
dug in a little research and she doesn't have any
problem with the acceptance of this going to the Defense
Department and then becoming President Trump's part of his library.
Were your thoughts on this in the past and how
presidents accept gifts. I know, this is an astronomical price,
(03:57):
and it's a bigger woman.
Speaker 3 (03:58):
It's four hundred million dollars. It's not a coin. It's
a pretty massive gift that the president of four hundred
million dollar gift that at the end of three years
he takes possession of. You know, it just it just
doesn't look right. That's the reason why you have so
many Republicans. You know, Ted Cruz, he's a big supporter
(04:18):
of the president. John Sune, Susan Collins. You may not
think it for as a big support of the president,
but look at her record. She supports every one of
the President's nominees practically even look and they're all saying,
this doesn't pass the smell test. It has national security
implications when you accept this type of a gift coming
(04:39):
from a foreign government, and it's a foreign government, and
that in the past has been questionable in terms of
whether it's for its US policy.
Speaker 1 (04:46):
Well, I mean, look, he's not parking in mar Lago. Okay,
It's not like him and Milanie are now going to
be you know, using this thing, you know, personally when
he leaves office, and it is going to go to
the United States and it is going to stay as
a Trump Live everything. It's not I don't know. I'm
okay with it. I don't really have a problem with it.
And I know we talked about it before and you said, well,
(05:06):
would you be good with Obama doing it? I mean,
if it's going to stay as part of our countries,
you know, bag of goodies gifts from you know. I
don't know. I'm just gonna look warm on it. I
guess all right, John, have a good weekend, buddy. I
appreciate it.
