Speaker 1 (00:00):
One.

Speaker 2 (00:00):
An amazing last few days that has been not only
for President Trump but the world, and getting these hostages released,
the ceasefire, and now moving forwards for a longer peace plan.
Benjamin Att and Yahoo praising President Trump.

Speaker 1 (00:14):
I have to tell you, I've seen a lot of
American presidents. I've seen them all in the time that
I've been here, and I've been here quite a lot
of time. I've never seen anyone move the world so quickly,
so decisively, so resolutely as our friend President Donald J.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
Trumpet Joining Snower, our White House correspondent John Decker is
back with us. John. This is a getter done kind
of president. He knew coming in what had to be done,
and there was no getting to know the room, understanding
how DC works. He had that already handled in his
first term when he got into Washington. This time he

(00:58):
promised he's acting out on his prom and getting things
done here. And wow, this was a big one.

Speaker 3 (01:04):
Well it was a big one. It is momentous, it
is historic, and I don't think there's any president who
could have done what President Trump did in terms of
bringing about this piece in the Middle East. I say
that because what President Trump did is he put pressure
on Israel. He put pressure on his good friend Benjamin Netanyahu,
the Prime Minister of Israel, but he also put pressure

(01:25):
on the Arab world and used those relationships that he's
built in the Arab world and in Israel to put
pressure indeed on Hamas. And that is what brought about
the end to this war. That is what brought those
hostages back home to their families.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
You know, and the signing of this peace deal in
Egypt afterwards, when the hostages were free. I mean, it
was just a momentous occasion. Once again, Donald Trump says
nations will support gos moving forward.

Speaker 4 (01:53):
We've all agreed that supporting guys it must be done
to lift up the people themselves, but we don't want
to fund anything having to do with the bloodshed, hatred
or tera as has happened in the past. And for
the same reason, we're also agreed that Gaza's reconstruction requires
that it be demilitarized and that a new, honest, civilian

(02:16):
police force must be allowed to create a safe condition
for the people in Gaza.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
I understand that Benjamin Att and Yahoo was not at
the peace meetings afterwards in Egypt because of the holiday,
but there were a lot of people there and that
went quite well as well, didn't it?

Speaker 4 (02:33):
Well?

Speaker 5 (02:33):
It did?

Speaker 3 (02:34):
You know, every world leader that you can possibly think
of wanted to be there and was there in Charmel
Shake Egypt for this peace signing, congratulating President Trump. He
is the initiator of this peace deal, and they want
to be part of what the President calls the Board
of Peace. So that is what will essentially manage Gaza
going forward. A lot of things still need to be

(02:56):
worked out. I mean, let's ask in the glow of
what happened over the last few days, but also let's
look forward, and there are a lot of unanswered questions,
including how Gaza will be governed, what the security situation
in Gaza will look like, how and when it will
be rebuilt, and also how and when does Hamas disarm

(03:17):
all of those unanswered questions. But there will be months
to determine answers to all of those questions going forward.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
Yeah, President Trump was asked yesterday when Phase two begins.

Speaker 4 (03:27):
Well started, and then it started as far as we concerned,
And you know, the phases are all a little bit
fixed in with each other and sudden cleaning up.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
You look at Gaza and.

Speaker 4 (03:40):
There's a lot of clean up. That's why when I
talk to my speech, I talked about it the debris.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
I used the word debris.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
That's debris times ten. So we're gonna they get a
really new job.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
They have a lot of power.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
Yeah, things are moving forward in the right direction. Absolutely,
And did you see a lot of Democrats, even way
In and the Clintons both had statements about it. Even
former Vice President Kamala Harris commended the administration for doing this.
I thought that was pretty good for them to come out.
There are some that still just kept quiet about it,
but hearing from those people I thought was commendable.

Speaker 3 (04:18):
Well, piece is piece, you know. I mean, I don't
think that you can be political about it. How can
you criticize, how can you be quiet about it? You
need to praise President Trump, no matter what political party
you are, because it is President Trump, his administration, the
people that work under him, Mark or Rubio, Steve Wikoff,
Jared Kushner who put this deal together, who implemented it,

(04:40):
and it's the president who oversaw all of that and
so pretty remarkable past twenty four hours.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
Absolutely, well, John, thank you for the update. I appreciate you, buddy,
and don't forget now check out John Decker. You can
get more on the iHeartRadio. Have just searched for the
White House Briefing Room with John deckeran be sure to
set that pre set. It's updated daily the White House
Briefing Room with John Decker. As John mentioned, I mean,
who cannot can commend the president on this? I'll tell
you who can't. The Democratic Socialists of America DSA condemning this.

(05:09):
Israel hamases firewall. How do you do that? How are
you against that? They announced this week as a temporary
pause in what it called Israel's genocide and occupation of
Palestinian lands, vowing to continue organizing boycotts and sanctioned until
full Palestinian liberation is achieved. That's what he's working on.
But yet these people have to get so vocal about

(05:31):
it and say, well, he still has a completed the mission. Yeah,
we'll see negative, negative, negative. You might want to listen
to Hillary Clinton. She even commanded the President on this.

Speaker 5 (05:40):
It's a really significant first step, and I really commend
President Trump and his administration, as well as Arab leaders
in the region.

Speaker 2 (05:53):
Yeah, one hundred percent
