Speaker 1 (00:00):
The war with Russian Ukraine. A lot of talking going on,
but still a lot of blasting going on too. And
speaking of the US Saudi Investment Forum, President Trump recounted
a phone call with President Vladimir Putin where Putin offered
to help Trump stop other wars around the world.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
I said, don't worry about that. Just let me settle
your fricking war. Okay, don't get enough to help me.
I don't need any help. I need help with your war.

Speaker 1 (00:25):
Okay, Donald, there you have it. Joining us now, Roy
and nail or correspondent on what's going on with this
whole situation? Apparently now there is a US assumption that
they're secretly drafting this plan to the war in Ukraine.
What's going on here? Welcome in, Roy, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
Good morning. The President has a twenty eight point plan
to try to broker a peace deal in Ukraine and
finally end the conflict there. Essentially, it would mean that
Ukraine gives up all the territory now occupied by Russian
forces in exchange. The US and European owl lies would
also step in to defend Ukraine if Russia tried to

(01:04):
pull anything like this again.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
So this delegation that is there. They arrived yesterday. You know,
Russia's been kind of you know, ignoring everything that's been
going on. Now they've killed how many people just recently
in this attack? Deadly over twenty.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
Twenty plus a hundred plus insured just in the past
twenty four hours.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
So who's part of this delegation and you know, what's
the game plan? What's the map look like as far
as the agenda on getting these people to sit down
and get going again.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
Yeah, so a couple we've got some Pentagon representatives are
in this delegation there today and Steve Whitkoff, who has
also been trying to broke with that deal with Israel
as well, or did so. Yeah, the Special Envoy is
the title. So, yeah, these people are here. President Trump
has apparently signed off on this what we've called a
twenty eight point plan, which still has been pretty vague

(01:56):
essentially from what's been released of it, and there's no
clear sign that President Zelensky of Ukraine is on board.
You know. Their argument is, wait, Russia gets to invade
take what twenty percent of our country and then we
just have to say, okay, fine, and how is Russia
being punished? Do they have to pay to rebuild the
rest of Ukraine that they destroyed. Well, what's to prevent

(02:18):
them from doing this again to some other exactly?

Speaker 1 (02:22):
I mean, there were four hundred and seventy drones, forty
eight missiles that came launching in from Russia and Zelensky.
I'm kind of, you know, understanding Zelenski's point of view
on this thing. It's like, Okay, they're blasting away and
all of a sudden, Okay, we're just going to walk
over there and just kind of want to talk to him.
How about this? No, can we start blasting back a
little bit here? I mean, he confirmed Zelensky that residential

(02:43):
buildings were it said more people may be trapped under
all this rubble that's there now. I mean, it was
a bad attack here, So I hope they get things
going again. I hope they can end this thing. But
I love Putin's little slint. Hey, Donald, let's partner together
and end wars around the world. No, no, you just
end yours.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
I got.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
Good stuff, all right. Let's get to the not so
good news here that most Americans are not really ready
to retire as far as the amount of money needed
in their accounts. I keep seeing these crazy numbers like you, Oh, well,
if you want to live how you think you're living now,
you're gonna need three, four or five million dollars. Okay,
I will die behind a microphone apparently.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
Okay, well, right, And that's one of the concerns, or
that's the retirement plan for all too many Americans, that
they'll just work until they drop dead. And you know,
you may not have that luxury is the problem as well,
depending on your health. But what they've buildiced in this
study by Day Force is that with the spike in
inflation under the Biden administration, the first thing to go

(03:42):
for a lot of people was to say, well, there's
not much enough money at the end of the month.
We can't afford to contribute to our retirement anymore, and
that it may be cutting off your nose to spite
your face, right, because those contributions now pay huge dividends
quite literally twenty thirty years down the road in that
compound interest.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
Well, I mean, I got to tell you, it gets
more and more expensive to retire. Everything is more and
more expensive, you know. And I'll tell you the cost
of living is just going up. It seems day after
day after day but President Trump is saying, you'll hang
on and the economy is strong, our stock market looks good.
It's going to get better as we turn through the
holidays and get back into starting in twenty twenty six.

(04:23):
Pray and it will, that's for sure.

Speaker 2 (04:25):
Roy.

Speaker 1 (04:25):
Thank you, buddy. I appreciate your update this morning.
