Speaker 1 (00:00):
In the studio, whether it's Gusty Gulas from the Gusty
Gulas Real Estate Group powered by G three or GP
e XP and has just walked in as well. Get
to see right, anybuddy, see you? All right, Well, hang on,
we're going to get to you shortly. And we've got
to play the secret sound game too. Everybody. Mackenzie's not here,
So John Mounts is behind the helm here and he's, uh,

(00:21):
have you got the secret sound already?

Speaker 2 (00:22):
I already have procured said sound. I did it last night.

Speaker 1 (00:25):
Okay, all right. Sounds like he's pretty confident.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
I actually recorded it myself. I don't trust the internet.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
AI don't trust.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
Oh you made the sound in your own home?

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Yes, so you can say, so there's your first hint
the sound that's something I had in my house.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
Okay, looking forward to that at about eight thirty three
this morning, Paul, it's been a busy week, no doubt
about that. When it comes to law enforcement and the
woke wave and uh, do you want to start with
the comedy club, Do you want to start with the
homework shooting situation, or do you want to talk about
this JS Houston student that everybody's saying was just swept

(01:02):
away in this ice deportation system and she shouldn't have
been so where.

Speaker 3 (01:08):
You're so much. But first, welcome back. Everybody's back in school.
Watch out for the school buses. Yes, so you know
that with Judy and everything, So be so glad. You
know you're right. It's been a busy week in public
safety is at the forefront of all of everything here.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
Yeah, well let's talk about the Homewood shooting case. First
of all. Okay, Danny Carr, stand up, guy, I mean
great credibility. I think he does a great job. Has
ruled that this was a clean shoot and there will
be no charges filed against the officer. And the family
is still saying, well, we're not done here. We didn't
see the whole video clip. You just showed us a portion.

(01:45):
Which are they insinuating there's something gunning funny business going on.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
The Homewood Police chief, within forty eight hours of this incident,
released what the body camp said, and now this past Thursday,
Danny Carr repeated exactly what the chief said within forty
eight hours an incident with the video about there's a scuffle,
there was a gun and so all these attacks against

(02:14):
the police department and this police officer and the anti
police and all the junk that's going on in Homewood
by these protesters. Again, if have you heard any apologies
or the police department was accurate in the reflection of
what happened.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
No, And I don't think you will because they're not
done arguing this case.

Speaker 3 (02:33):
Because it doesn't make the narrative, the anti police narrative.
So a tragic situation, but again, the officer was proved
to have a justifiable shooting based on the facts, circumstances
and exactly what the police department said within forty eight hours.
All this cover up and this and that just a
bunch of junk and it's a shame and it's more

(02:53):
of this anti police narrative. Thank you to the Homewood
Police Department and what they do every day.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
And Alidah did a great job as well, and Danny
Carr did a great job in all of this. They
went through the due process of how these things happened.
A lot of the people were saying that it took
too long to get the video out there. What are
they doing with the video?

Speaker 3 (03:11):
Why?

Speaker 1 (03:11):
What are they like they're in some Hollywood production thing?
Cutting up film and fixing it to make it look
like it they wanted to the investigation. On the back
end of this, there was a gun ended up being
a stolen gun. They were tracing that way. They trying
to figure out where the gun gun come from. The witness,
you know, they had to make sure that, you know,
she was going to be telling the truth, and she

(03:33):
had a number of different stories to begin with, so
there was still an investigation going on.

Speaker 3 (03:37):
Well, the fact that the protesters and the lawyers are
still complaining justifies why there had to be a throw
and why Aliyah did the investigation. They did to make
sure that every I was dotted, every tea was cross,
so there's no question what happened that night.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
Well, you know, it's a lawyer. Civil suit will probably
be filed on this, and they're still.

Speaker 3 (03:57):
Gonna you know, and it should be dismissed.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
We'll see what happens. But you're right, all the evidence
is there that this kid and want on amand was
in here yesterday state representative talking about this. And the
first thing you got to teach your kids is comply
with police officers and don't argue your case in a
parking lot. After midnight when there's weed involved and they
want to arrest you. Yes, sir, here's my hands, cuff me.

(04:21):
I'll complain about it. Get my parents and lawyer. Once
we get there, you get into a scuffle with cops,
it's not going to go well, especially if a gun's presented.
So it's an unfortunate situation. It's horrible, but kids have
to be taught what to do in a situation like that.
It could happen to anybody, any race, anybody, anytime. Comply

(04:45):
the keyword and all this all right quickly. I want
to talk to you about the situation. I got a
number of calls people, JT can you help. There's something
going on here with this girl. JSU student has two degrees.
She's involved in the community. She says she was in
the process of getting US citizenship and following the laws.
She got swept up in a nice situation. They took

(05:06):
her out. She's been moved to a jail. They may
move he to Louisiana, they may deport her. It's moving
in that direction, and everybody's saying, see, this is exactly
what should not be happening here with this whole immigration system,
because they're taking you know, good people out with the
bad criminals.

Speaker 3 (05:23):
Well, let's go to the front end of that story.
All right, we're al dot com again. The narrative is
bad police officer stopped her for going one mile over.
Thank goodness to Lee's police Chief Paul Erwin, who set
the record straight. She was driving eighty miles an hour.
She was driving erradically, almost hit other cars. That's not
what was reported. Instead, it was bad the cops for

(05:46):
the bad guys.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
The cops guy she's calling al dot com as leans
a gob left, not a little bit, but a ton left.

Speaker 3 (05:55):
But I want to give kudos to Chief Irwin for
calling out al dot com saying, wait a second, we
didn't pull somebody over for going one mile over, right,
we followed the law. And then when she presented a
Mexican document document, they did what they were required to do.
What they do is they call the federal government agency.
That's what they're supposed to do. They can't ignore. I mean,

(06:17):
that's what's going on here. It was all the article
and what happened. It was an anti police like the
police are the bad guys?

Speaker 1 (06:23):
Right, right?

Speaker 3 (06:24):
And again that's what the narrative.

Speaker 1 (06:25):
But as Pam body and Christynman, everybody you know in
the Trump administration that said we're fixing the border to
protect this country. And by the way, those of you
that are criminals here were coming after you first. Secondly,
those of you that are here illegally that haven't done
a crime. You know, look, you've got to self deport
and that will benefit you to get back in the
correct line and do it properly, otherwise you may get

(06:48):
caught up in this as well. They've gone to businesses
home depot. They took some people out of there. You know,
as far as we know, maybe they weren't criminals, but
they're here illegally, and you can argue that all day. Well,
they're good, you know citizens. What about our service industries,
what about agriculture, what about the workforce? There are a
lot of people in that workforce that are trying to
live the right life. But the bottom line, look, sorry,

(07:12):
Joe Biden screwed things up so bad, but we have
federal immigration laws here, and you know, sometimes it doesn't
go like you'd like it.

Speaker 3 (07:21):
And whether it's the media the far left, don't come
after our members of law enforcement who are doing their job,
which is what this leads police officer did, and thank
you to the chief for setting the record straight.

Speaker 1 (07:30):
One hundred percent American voters voted for a change, and
here comes the change. You know, do it right. Don't
bust the law apart coming across the border. Number one,
you broke a law already. Number two, just because you've
been a nice person being here. Well that's great, glad.
We don't have to put you in jail, but you
do have to go back to your home country. Okay.
So you know so many people going suggestion j You've

(07:53):
got to help this girl, this poor thing. I'm like, look,
I get it, but you know, the bottom line is laws,
follow the laws.

Speaker 3 (08:01):
Well, we continue to see this narrative again in the
media against those who are in fase for so long,
and that's what should bother all of us.

Speaker 1 (08:08):
All right, stay close. Rusty Gusty Gouliss is here.

Speaker 3 (08:12):
He goes by either Rusty Gusty Day.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
I'm thinking of National Lampoon's Christmas vacation. Hey, Rusty, all right,
So Gusty Gouliss is here, Rusty Ruless. Friday morning, about
this time we do it every week. It's time for
the Secret Sound game. Oh please play along. Oh, look

(08:37):

the way, it's anybody want to guess what that is?
First one? There you go, nice job. Okay, Paul won
the first biscuit. Let's play for the second one. John
Mounts is in for Mackenzie this week or today anyway,
she had to jump out and take care of some
family matters. So John, you've you've been tasked with the
sound here, and I.

Speaker 2 (08:56):
Already gave you one hint, which was I procured the
sound myself. It is something that could be recorded in
my home with my s M seven five B Mike.

Speaker 1 (09:05):
Okay, well, I'm looking at the length of this thing.
It's not even a second. It's point six two six
seconds long.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
They're always short.

Speaker 1 (09:13):
Wow, okay, making it hard for us here? Who goes first?

Speaker 2 (09:17):
I don't know you're running the game. All right, Well
you want to go first or last?

Speaker 1 (09:21):
We meet? Paul's pointing to Gusty, so I'll go last. Yeah, yeah,
welcome back, yeah, thank you, all right, thank you for
the sor right here we go.

Speaker 2 (09:28):

Speaker 1 (09:36):

Speaker 2 (09:40):
It was that you're well, it's not your turn yet.
You can guess it just broke the headphones. Okay, I
played again, but Gusty already broke ashead one more time.

Speaker 3 (09:49):
Oh my god, is.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
Dis wait your turn? You can guess Gusty this is
your guest.

Speaker 3 (09:57):
Well, I've got to go with the obvious. That John
to did.

Speaker 1 (10:04):

Speaker 2 (10:06):

Speaker 1 (10:07):

Speaker 3 (10:13):

Whoope queshion?

Speaker 1 (10:25):
Okay, I'm gonna say, I'm gonna go uh stripping bell crow?

Speaker 2 (10:31):
Oh okay, So so nobody got it.

Speaker 1 (10:33):
So had all kinds of sound effects over there.

Speaker 3 (10:35):
Today stepped up the game.

Speaker 2 (10:38):
You got to give us a hint now, okay, So
this this sound has been in the news recently, well,
the thing from which the sound is derived has been
in the news recently. Big controversy.

Speaker 1 (10:48):
Okay, okay, ready, hm Zipper that's a yes, sir. Why
you giving it to him? He hesitated, all right, I
can't wait to hear what it is.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
It is a zipper.

Speaker 1 (11:04):
He's the winner.

Speaker 2 (11:05):
Yeah that I mean, that's that's the right answer. Do
you want the full answer, because I mean you might not. Well, yeah,
that is a zipper on the fly of a pair
of American Eagle genes. I pulled from it. I don't
own any, but my daughter has a pair and I
pulled it from her closet and I put the zipper
up to the thing. And that's the sound of.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
Let me hear it again. Those are actually Sidney Sweeney.

Speaker 2 (11:30):
If I had jeans, I would not be standing here for.

Speaker 1 (11:34):

jumps in there, and you know.
