The Guard heads to Memphis and gets a warmer reception than Chicago

National Guard hot topic these days, and the courts as
well as Washington, d C and cities around our country
right now. And it all started in Washington, d C.
Let's not forget that. Yes, it's different than the state. Yes,
states have different ways of doing things than the District
of Columbia. But the bottom line is crime was a
mess in d C. Donald Trump sent the National Guard

in and guess what the mayor pushed back to begin with.
But then all of a sudden came around and said,
you know what, I'll be honest with you. It cleaned
things up and we're a saver here now. And thank you,
mister President. And I'm certain the residents there are extremely
grateful and thankful that this takes you know, this took
place in DC. Well, we know what's being thrown in

Donald Trump's face now, and it's just one lawsuit after
another and judges having to jump in here. In fact,
the district judge now has blocked in Chicago, temporarily blocked
President Trump's, you know, attempt to bring the National Guard
in there for fourteen days. He made the decision yesterday.
Judge basically said there's no real evidence of rebellion in

Illinois and that deploying the Guard would likely cause civil unrest.
The Guard is going to cause more problems than the
crimes causing. Do you hear what this judge is saying here?
All right, yeah, yeah, crime is bad, but I gotta
tell you we bring in the National Guard, it's gonna
be even worse. You might want to call your pal

over there, the mayor of Washington, d C. And see
how that played out. Is anybody paying attention here? Here's
the bottom line. There's eight hundred million dollars in federal
funding to fight crime in the state of Illinois. The
funnels in there, and those locals there get to decide
how to use that money. Do you think all of
it's going to fight crime? Do you think half of

it is? M Yeah, So here's what's going to happen.
If Trump comes in there and crime drops drastically, Well,
guess what all of a sudden that federal funding doesn't
need to go in there anymore, and then they find
another way to save taxpayer dollars instead of just funneling
money in there. That gets, you know, be divvied up
by how are they see fit follow the money. That's

exactly what's going on here now. Tennessee's National Guard troops
is going to be start working in Memphis today as
part of the President's planned you know, use citizen soldiers
as anti crime measure in major cities. The governor there
approved one hundred and fifty guardsmen who will join a
task force with thirteen federal agencies, state agencies, and the
Memphis Police Department. Memphis pops up on the top crime

cities across America every time the surveys are done. Memphis
is a hot mess. Trump's orders said Memphis had the
highest rate of island crime per capita in twenty twenty four,
but the city says it's been you know, seeing a
sixteen percent drop in crime over the past year. Well,
if you're having three thousand shootings a day and you
drop down to you know, two hundred, two thy five hundred,

yeah it's dropped, but you're still crazy, you know, with
crime in your city. The police chief said the Guard
won't patrol neighborhoods or conduct traffic stops, they won't make
a rest, and one of their priorities will be helping
enforce federal immigration laws. So I got to tell you
where the troops have gone, things have improved, civil unrest.

Are those that hate Donald Trump who are paid actors
to come in and give everybody grief about these folks
coming in here. It's unreal how this president is trying
to make you know, these cities safe, clean it up,
and the residents clearly are grateful for when these people
come in. I don't understand why they continue to vote

these people into these cities and these governors seats. You know,
Chicago is always going to be Chicago Democrat, Democrat Democrat.
Portland Oregon, same deal, liberal left. Oh yeah, we got
crime here, but we'll tolerate it because you know, we
don't want to get too crazy on crime. You know,
come on, let's just love and you know, have some
