Victoria Churchill reviews Rubio's comments about Biden Administration

I got to tell you the folks over at DOGE
and what our administration is finding out about the previous
administration and what they were up to behind the scenes
is a bit alarming, to say the least. To talk
to us a little bit more about what's gone on recently.
Victoria Churchill joins us now. She's a political journalist, conservative commentator. Victoria,
welcome in, Thanks for being with me.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Thank you so much for having me so riach to
be on with you this morning.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
Well, I got to tell you this whole thing that
came down the other day with Marco Rubio and Elon
and the question, well did I do this or did
Elon find out about this? But apparently in the cabinet
meeting it was brought up that Biden's Administration's State Department
kept these dossiers on Americans accused of serving as vectors

(00:44):
of disinformation. What was this all about?

Speaker 2 (00:47):
So during the cabinet meeting, Rubio Sectoria of State came
out instead that the Biden administration's Sectuary of State State
Department was previously serving and holding these dossiers on an
unidentified term administration official. I still don't believe it's been
revealed who it was. But you know, the exact line

here from Rubio was that they didn't office in the
Department of State whose job it was to censor Americans.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
Wow, it's interesting now how Rubio says, I'm not going
to give out the name of this person. Why not?

Speaker 2 (01:21):
You know, that's an interesting question. I think he probably
doesn't want to put another target on this person's back.
But you know, if it is also Vice President Jadvance,
he asked if it was him or if it was
Elon So you know, if it's somebody with high visibility,
they may even come out themselves, you know, with all

(01:41):
this speculation. But you know, I think that again that
Secuary Rubio doesn't really want to really have this out
and put that additional target on the back of somebody
that I think is probably a high ranking administration official
as well.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
Yeah, he says, I'm not going to say who it is,
but you know, there's somebody at this table, and I'll
leave it up to them to come forward. So he's
calling somebody out there at the table that was part
of going the wrong direction against Trump's administration.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
And against Biden's administration. Yes, and so you know, this
I think should be quite quite shocking again to many Americans,
because you know, we believe in the First Amendment here
in this country, right, and coming from somebody like Rubio,
I think that adds another element to this that is
really key, right, because Lubio's family is from Cuba. You know,

(02:31):
my own family. I don't know if you mentioned part
of my bio, but you know my own family, we
are immigrants. I'm a natural idea of citizen in my
parents' group and the former Soviet Union, and so it's
people like myself and the secretary of Rubio. You know,
this hits pretty close to home when we talk about
the fact that you know, our families came here in
America for these freedoms that we have known for, you know,

almost two hundred and fifty years as citizens of this country.
And so to have that coming about, right, and you know,
I think it looks like you and I will remember
the disinformation Governance boards that existed for a short time
during the Biden administration under the Department of Homeland Security,
and there was kind of some public outcry, definitely among

(03:15):
members of the conservative media, like but also you know,
for members of Congress, and so publicly they shut that
down but to know that this was going on privately
behind the scenes, I think that adds another element to
that that again they were kind of forced to clear
up their act publicly, they still catch these surveillance practices
behind closed doors.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
Yeah, it's interesting. Rubio said, you know, now we have
these dossiers and we're going to be turning those over
to these individuals, and then Vice President Dvance interjected and says,
what was it me or Elon Musk, and then everybody
at the table started kind of laughing there. But at
some point this will all come out, and what do
you think the ramifications may be?

Speaker 2 (03:52):
You know, I think it's probably just going to be
more public outcry, more kind of dissatisfaction with the way
that the Biden administration handled things. And you know, I'm
sure there's going to be more and more that goes out,
as you mentioned, as dared as the current Croup administration
does this digging. But you know, again, I think it's
interesting because it really seems to be conservatives that are

frustrated by this, but you know, it's also Democrats that
will go out and protests in the streets and say that,
you know, Trump, they will call him a number of
different names, like you know, fascists and tyrant and all
of these things. But the very fact that they can
go out and protest him this publicly, I think this
proves their claims. And so, you know, I would love
to see some voices on the left right because free

(04:36):
speech is not necessarily a Conservative value. It's an American value.
And you know, when it comes to attacking the current administration,
the left loves to bring that up as as a
key concept. But you know, I would love to see
some of those voices that are being so vocal about
the current administration come out and say, you know that
this wasn't very kosher from the previous administration.

Hunder percent. I mean, once again you feel back the
layers and all of this, and there's all kinds of
rats under these rocks, and once again pointing right back
to the Biden administration for sure. Victoria Churchill, thank you
