Now, Adeline, I understand the tickets are going on sale
for some type of Pink Floyd. Now is what is
going on with this pink Floyd?

Speaker 2 (00:47):
Well, we got people bouncing off the walls.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
What does that mean?

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Lol? Because Black Jacket Symphony will be returning on January
twenty fourth to cover Pink Floyd's The Wall Album.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
Okay, Pink Floyd's The Wall album. So the Black Jacket Siffety,
they're the group that comes in and they pretend to
be somebody el So they'll be pretending to being pink
Floid and they're gonna play the entire Wall album.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
Yes, now that's a long album.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
It's a long album.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
Have you do you know brick walls too.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
Now do you do you know? Do you personally, as
a young person in our country, do you know anything
about Pink Floyd?

Speaker 3 (01:26):
Have you heard any of the Wall?

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Maybe maybe you know they've got the song They've got
a famous song where they're singing, we don't need no education,
we don't need no thought control.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
You know that's Have you heard that song? You know
what I'm talking about?

Speaker 2 (01:42):
I have not.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
Okay, Well good, I'm glad your mind has been protected
from the influence of the Pink Floyd. Now when is
Black Jacket Symphony going to be doing this wall performance?

Speaker 2 (01:54):
Saturday? January twenty fourth?

Speaker 3 (01:56):
Okay, so this is next year, January twenty fourth. When
did tickets go and.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
Say they go on sale Friday at ten am?

Speaker 1 (02:01):
Okay, so this Friday. Now, I know I've got some
listeners that are that are probably ex hippies.

Speaker 3 (02:06):
They love this kind of stuff.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
They want to sit there, they want to eat CBD
gummies and things and sit there in the audience and
listen to all this wild music. So the tickets go
on sell Friday for Pink Floyd's the Wall. Now are
they doing just the wall? Are they gonna play any
other Pink Floyd songs.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
They might be throwing some other classics in there.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
Okay, all right, very good.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
So Pink Floyd's The Wall, You know that is when
I think of all the things that Black Jacket Symphony does,
this sounds like it would be kind of kind of
a tough one because it is a you're you're gonna
have It's just a COMPLI you've not listened to all
of it. It's complicated anline, it's a complicated thing. And
there's the song Comfortably Numb. Do you know about that?

(02:49):
It's a song about being numb. I think that's all
you need to know.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
And people might be numb at the show.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
You never know, you never know, that might improve the performance.
It might.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
Now, so that ticket's gonna sell Friday for Pink Floyd's
the Wall done by Black Jacket Symphony. Yes, now, I
know you have something else coming up lately. The sanger
you've been booking in all these movies, these classic movies
where you show a movie and then somebody from the
movie is there to do question and answer after the movie.

(03:19):
You did that with Manapoleon Dynamite recently, I know you
have another one coming up. What is the next movie
you're going to do.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
We will be showing a Christmas Story on December tenth.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
Now, a Christmas Story, that is the one. Have you
seen that movie?

Speaker 2 (03:34):
I have seen that, Okay, so you do know that
I do.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
And that is the movie where they have a lamp
that's a leg. Yes, so a lot of people know that.
I mean, that's that's gone through our culture, people having
leg lamps. And that's where the kid sticks his tongue
on on a frozen flagpole or something.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
In it, frozen flagpole.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
Okay, So that's the movie, the Christmas Story. Now you're
showing that December tenth. And who is going to be
here from that movie?

Speaker 2 (03:59):
Ralphie aka Peter Billingsley will be there right after the show.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
So the guy that plays the little boy, he's all
grown up all these years later and he's going to
be there. Answering question, Yes, sir. Okay. When do tickets
go and sell for that?

Speaker 2 (04:13):
Tickets have been on sale for that, oh okay, so
you will need to get them now before they sell out.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
Yeah, this I can imagine this is going to be
a big sellout. Yes, people are going to want to
see that.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
Lots of costumes too.

Speaker 3 (04:26):
Oh really, Oh, people are going to dress like they're
in the movie.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
I mean, I sure hope.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
So is that something people do. I've never seen that,
I sure hope. So have you dressed like you've been
in them?

Speaker 2 (04:36):
I have not, But I do have a friend that
is being the leg lamp for Halloween this year.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
Okay, now that that's a great costume. Yeah, all right, well, Adeline,

Speaker 1 (05:03):
It is so refreshing to find a young person that
has not had their mind poisened by stuff like Pink Floyd.
You think of it, Think about a generation of children
that heard that song where they were chanting, we don't
need no education, We don't need no education.

Speaker 3 (05:21):
What a tear?

Speaker 1 (05:23):
Yes you do, Yes you do. You need an education.
Now you need to make sure the right people are
educating you. But that's another show. That's another thing to
talk about. But anyway, glad that Adeline was not poisoned
by the music of Pink Floyd all right out of
time for this edition of the Uncle Henry Show. A

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
