Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's Radio seven ten the Uncle Henry Show, weekday afternoons

(00:04):
from five till seven.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Uncle Henry, do you know what the news is? Mostly?
Radio news, TV news, newspaper news is just a load
of crap.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
It's all crap.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
You can't believe half of it.

Speaker 4 (01:13):
This is the Uncle Henry Show here on News Radio
seven ten wnt M. Thank you so much. I appreciate
very much you listening to the Uncle Henry Show. Once again.
Here we are together trying to figure out what is
going on, what is going on in the world around us.

(01:40):
If there's something you want to bring forward to me
and to the listener of the Uncle Henry Show, telephone
lines are available for you. Two five one four seven
nine two seven two three. That's two five one four
seven nine two seven two three. Email address Uncle Henry
at iHeartMedia dot com. It's Uncle Henri ad iHeartMedia dot com.
Today there was a Mobile City Council meeting uh and
I will will give you coverage of the meeting during

(02:02):
this hour of the Uncle Henry Show. A quick just
a quick preview one of the briefest meetings I've ever seen. Yes, Yes,
And if the politicians had controlled their egos and talked less.
It would have been even shorter. Yeah, So anyway, we'll
get into that. So it's kind of a happy when
the city council meetings are really brief. It just puts

(02:25):
a spraying in my step. So we have that coverage
of the mobile city council meeting. We've also got the
continuing fall of Western civilization. We'll cover that that's going
on all over the world and of course in this country.
Get all that stuff going on. I want to hear
from listeners and voicemailers and stuff like that. Got a
lot of topics to get into. President Trump pardoning the

(02:47):
turkeys today. That was nice and wholesome to see President
Trump both pardon the turkeys and also mock the Democrats
and Joe Biden wall pardoning the turkeys. That was fund
So we'll get into all of that first. I want
to start off though, with you with a voicemail got
a voice, well, no, a living caller. Voicemailers. I love

(03:10):
your voicemails, but I always like to defer to the
callers that are alive, listening live and calling live. Let
me go to the phones. Hello callers. Okay, Cliff, but
if you are live on the radio.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
In a minute.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
I mean, when you got about five minutes, let me know,
I can tell you something from my life experience.

Speaker 4 (03:32):
Well we got we got almost exactly five minutes before
the break. What you want to tell me, Uncle Henry.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
Yes, I had some of my friends. We were all
going to college in Alabama state and all of this thing.
And one of my friends kept telling me that, I mean,
we was out there doing it all. We were dogs
off the wall from Orange Grove, and we were doing
it all. And they would say things like the Bible
contradicted itself. And so I was tired of what I

(04:01):
was doing. So I went to a Bible college, and
I said to myself that if I find that the
Bible contradicts itself, then I'm gonna go back to doing
what I was doing. But to make it quick, I
found out that the Bible didn't contradict itself. People contradicted Bible.

(04:23):
There were twelve people, twelve disciples that walked with Jesus
when it came time he was telling them, Okay, Peter,
you're gonna be the cock crow. You're gonna deny me.

Speaker 3 (04:39):
Three times.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
These twelve people, when they seen this man telling them
and preaching the truth is gonna get you in trouble.

Speaker 3 (04:48):
He were beaten.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
Beyond recognition, he was put out for display, he was
spit on, he was cursed, and he was did one
of the worst things you could ever do. It to
a person, You crucified and hang them on a crust.
But the truth of the matter is in the Holy Scripture.

(05:12):
Those twelve people scattered to god knows where, but old
Jesus comes back and he told a woman, he said,
go get everybody, and go get people. Now, if this
wasn't true, those twelve disciples, when they did round them

(05:34):
up and they come back, these people endure it a
little more than Jesus and were crucified or or killed
in a worst way just like that. And if these
people had not seen something or knew something, they wouldn't
have done that. Uncle Handey got to be something to that.

Speaker 4 (06:04):
Well, what we have is a.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
Godless party of democrats, lying, making you castraate your kids,
making you kill your kids, making you lie, and then
you go and tell people the same thing that these
people are telling you to tell everybody else. Therese consequences
for you helping people lie to hurt God's people. Because

(06:30):
I'm telling you something for sure. I know that, I
know that, I know there is a God. Something had
to change these men's lives, and that twelve disciples that
were good enough for me. I'd rather make the whole

(06:50):
world mad at me than to have God a little
bit angry. You have a bless them, Cliff.

Speaker 4 (06:59):
Thank you so much for your phone call. You have
blessed me more than you can know by having come
forward with your story. Two five one four seven nine
two seven two three the telephone number. You know something something,
the Cliffs said there at the beginning of his call.
I know the meat of the call is probably very
thought provoking for you, something for you to think about,

(07:21):
you the listener, and for me too. Just uh. But
part of Cliff's life story this Cliff told me and
my wife this some time ago when we had some
time together with Cliff and his wife, that when Cliff
was a young man, uh, he he felt the lure

(07:43):
of partying and running wild. He felt the lure, but
he decided to go to Bible College and figure out
if this stuff was true or not. I'm paraphrasing Cliff,
but he would he he went and educator himself. We
went to Bible College to figure out is it real

(08:04):
or not? And if it wasn't real, he was going
to go He was going to live the debaucherous modern lifestyle.
He was not going to deny himself the earthly, lusty
nastiness of our world. But when he went to Bible College,
that's not what happened. When he went to Bible College,
he found out the truth. So I love that, Cliff.

(08:31):
I just love hearing about that aspect of your life
and the things that you learned as a young man
studying the word. All right, there's more. We got more
to get to as the Uncle Herews Show continues. As
I told you, We've got the city Council, I got

(08:51):
voicemails from listeners, President Trump, pardon and turkeys. We got
all of that and a lot more coming up as
The Uncle Henry Show proceeds forward.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
Seven check trafficking, weather, check, opinions.

Speaker 2 (09:09):
Check.

Speaker 1 (09:10):
This is the Uncle Henry Show, only on news Radio
seven ten WNTM.

Speaker 4 (09:36):
The Uncle Henry Show on News Radio seven ten WNTM.
It's five twenty news headlines for coming up in ten minutes.
Before we get to the news headlines, more of this
telephone number two five one four seven nine two seven
two three. That's two five one four seven nine two
seventy two three. Hello caller, Hey over, Henry, how you doing, trapper,

(10:00):
snake trapper? You are live on the radio.

Speaker 5 (10:03):
I'm Henry. I have a snake story for you, brother.

Speaker 4 (10:06):
Really now, is this a modern, up to date snake
story or is this one from your snake story archive?

Speaker 5 (10:13):
O'mc Henry. This happened Friday to a longtime listener of
your show. We'll call him Randy. H Okay, he is
from and he is from the Lotsley area. Okay, as
you know, the tempter last week got above mid eighties
to low eighties for several days last week.

Speaker 4 (10:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (10:34):
Well, Saturday, Saturday evening, mister Randy was working out on
his bush hog in his field and was hit in
the upper thigh by a venomous snake. Oh wow, Now
he rushed, He rushed itself to the hospital. He sent
me pictures and I reached out to him through the

(10:54):
phone of photos of that body. It looked to be
a large snake, Uncle Henry, and he had some some
minor swelling, a very and a lot of pain. But
he was actually diagnosed with what is going to be
a dry bite, so he lucked out on.

Speaker 4 (11:13):
Now wait, now, I'm sorry to interrupt you, snake trapper,
but I've never heard, and I've been around a while,
what is a diagnosed with a dry bite.

Speaker 5 (11:25):
Uncle Henry to swing the snake does not eject a
lot of venom in you. Now, you do suffer a
lot of pain and a lot of swelling. Just from
the fact that you know he was he was actually
received just a very minute bit of venom. Yeah, it
happens in about ten percent of venom of snake bites.

Speaker 3 (11:45):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (11:45):
This snake evidently was laying that bush hog of sitting
there waiting to get a last minute feed in before
it for the cool weatherston back in and it hit him,
Uncle Henry, And like I said, he had he had
some swelling in a spare pain, but they were on
stand by. After about three hours of the swelling didn't

(12:07):
get worse and the pain didn't get worse. So uh,
you know, they had the anti venom ready to give
to him, which is very expensive and a painful process
going through that. So uh, man, I told him he
dodged a bullet. But yeah, Randy, if you're out there, listening. Brother,
just want you to know our prayers was with.

Speaker 6 (12:26):
You that day.

Speaker 5 (12:26):
Because that the width of the fang marks, Uncle Henry,
it appeared to be a fairly large snake.

Speaker 4 (12:34):
Well, what kind of snake was it?

Speaker 5 (12:37):
Uncle Henry? In his situation, that definitely wasn't a cotton mouth.
It was probably I'm thinking it was probably a rattlesnake
on me because the bite was it was large. Uh
would have been sufficient with a rattlesnake. Uh. He said
he never heard rattling, but there was a lot of
noise going on at the bush off. But if if
a snake, if a rattlesnake is rattle of manchis like you,

(13:00):
you're gonna get some venom. But uh yeah, man, he
he doped the bullet, Uncle Henry, and it just it
just amazed me. So, like I said, this happened Saturday evening,
and I was gonna tell you about it yesterday, but
you had killer bees in there, so I just let
the story.

Speaker 3 (13:15):
Wait.

Speaker 4 (13:16):
Well, I appreciate you telling that story, I really do.
That is uh. And and I'm guessing there's no good
place to be bit by a snake, but I'm thinking
the thighs a pretty bad place to be bit is
that would that be run?

Speaker 5 (13:29):
The thigh is a very dangerous place, Uncle Henry, where
he got bit, had the snake and injected a mount
of venom. It's very possible he would have killed him.
But man, he lucked out. And the only thing I
can contribute to is the snake was sitting there waiting
to feed. You know, it's known that they don't like
to use their venom. Uh, they when especially when they're

(13:52):
trying to feed, which still was probably doing. Uh But yeah, man,
even in that case, only ten percent or dry ut
so kai come here. They're known for doing dry bites. Okay,
rattlesnakes or it happens, but man, usually when you get
by rattlesnake, it's serious. So man, like I said that,
just that just changed me.

Speaker 3 (14:12):
But he send me.

Speaker 5 (14:12):
Pictures of the wounding off from the emergency room. Yeah, man,
that's something you don't hear of too often, over Henry.
But yeah, I don't know if Chris knows this fellow
or or Ben Griffin, but he he is from the
and he is a long time listener show. I don't
know that he's ever called in.

Speaker 4 (14:29):
Okay, all right, well, hey, before before I move on here,
I thank you for that story. Now you've been known
over the last few years calling this show talking about
the different kind of foods you eat, you know, snakes
and turtles and things like that. What is Thanksgiving gonna
look like for you? Are you gonna have anything exotic
for Thanksgiving?

Speaker 5 (14:48):
Oh, Henry, nothing too exist. I do do my potato
salads with them heavy ons and my deviled eggs.

Speaker 4 (14:56):
What about one of them geese in your neighborhood? You're
gonna get one of your neighborhood geese to be or
your your Thanksgiving goose, Uncle Henry.

Speaker 5 (15:03):
If it wasn't unlawful, I definitely would like to take
I'd have one here on just any occasion. It wouldn't
have to be Thanksgiving. Yeah, them geese, man, Yeah, that's
definitely an edible birds. You know, you have to have
a uh, you have to have a migratory birdsticker just
to harvest one of them ours. Chris would say, kill it.

Speaker 4 (15:24):
Right, all right? Well, hey snake trappers, thank you so
much for telling us, say November snake story. I really
appreciate that.

Speaker 5 (15:31):
Yes, sir, that's rare this time of the year. Uncle Henry,
but it happens spacially when that temper gets above, you know,
in eighty degrees. For some days like that, they will
venture out to try to get one last feeding in.

Speaker 4 (15:41):
All right, well, snake trapper, have a wonderful, wonderful day.

Speaker 5 (15:45):
Yes, sir On Hending, you too, my buddy.

Speaker 4 (15:47):
All right, there he goes the snake trapper. Well, the
snakes that said, you never know what you're gonna get
when you go to the phones. Two five one four
seven nine two seven two three. The telephone number that's
two five one four seven nine two seven two three.
Email address Uncle Henry at iHeartMedia dot com if you'd
like to send an old fashioned electronic mail message, Hello, color.

Speaker 2 (16:10):
On Hendry.

Speaker 3 (16:11):
Yes, this is a rolling. How you doing, I'm good rolling.
He's given to well, given to you. Yes, I don't
mean to call you and with this situation that I've
been trying to get on for a little bit with.
But if do I understand that our new mayor, when

(16:35):
he came into office gave himself a raise.

Speaker 4 (16:39):
No, he did not. The previous council voted. I guess
it was last year. The previous council decided to increase
the pay of the mayor. I see, So it wasn't
it wasn't the it wasn't the current mayor. Anybody whoever
would have won would have got the got the pay,

(17:00):
no matter who.

Speaker 3 (17:00):
It was, got de paying anywhere. Well that that don't
even make sense because uh, he's riding or would have
been she or whoever riding on the coat tails of
mass Stimpson, which did a fine job. So they shouldn't
have got no raise until they showed us from work.

(17:27):
You don't give yourself. You don't get no raise until
you show the people what you got. All we know.
All I know is he was a judge, and if
he's a judge, you ought to have some money. So
I just don't know. Show us what you got. Since

(17:50):
then is that you got to raise and you ran
for what the job was paying. Now show us what
you got. Thank you, Unk Henry.

Speaker 4 (17:59):
Hey, thank you Roland. Love to hear from you. I
appreciate that phone call back with more show after the break,

(18:24):
The Uncle Henry Show here on news radio seven ten WNTM.
It's five thirty five today. There was a mobile city
council inting I'm gonna get to that here in a moment.
But I've got a caller two five, one four see
three Hello caller.

Speaker 6 (18:44):
Uncle Henry Fire American. How you doing sir?

Speaker 4 (18:46):
I'm doing good? How you doing good?

Speaker 6 (18:49):
Kevin and Mobile here enjoyed I today goodn't want to
wish everybody a prey Thanksgiving, Uh, safe, healthy, prosperity one
and hope everybody gets their film of Turkey and Raby.
But on the callers talking about the mayor's new proposal
for the pay, it's simple, not just with the mayors

(19:09):
the council, but you know politics at large. You know,
they need to be on a performance contract. You know,
it's kind of like professional athletes. You know, if you're
if you're proposed this, we'll give you a starter salary
and we'll see how you're doing. And if you don't
show up to vote, if you don't get with your
constituents there, if you don't have enough down hall meetings,

(19:30):
and guess what, we're going to cut your pay. It's
one of these things where you know, the the consumer
out there or the mobile citizen at large, we're kind
of in control for so long. We've just let the
good old boys system go through Mobile and take everything
for granted. But performance contracts.

Speaker 7 (19:48):
You know.

Speaker 6 (19:50):
It's like in the radio system. If your ratings aren't
enough right.

Speaker 5 (19:53):
There, they're going to come in and cut your segment.

Speaker 6 (19:55):
Yes they are, so I think I think people need
to sit there and and hopefully he will do a
good job. But the citizens of Mobile at time, we
need to grow this city. We need to get more
informed and be more proactive. Meet your council person, meet
the mayor, meet your constituents in Montgomery and Washington and

(20:17):
find out what's going on. You know, keep your finger
on the pulse and if they're not doing what the
constituents think, pick up the phone, write them a letter,
send them an email there, and hold them in check.
But some of these people do not need to be
in there for thirty to fifty years. But it's not
their fault. It's the person that pulls the lever in
that ballot booth's it's our fault for keeping these people

(20:40):
in office for years and years and years doing the
right thing and change the person out.

Speaker 4 (20:46):
Yeah, yeah, well we do. We have term limits and
they are the voters. The voters determine the term limit.

Speaker 3 (20:56):
That's it.

Speaker 2 (20:56):
That's it.

Speaker 6 (20:57):
And like I saying, term limits aren't always it now,
because you know, if somebody it's kind of like being
in the military. You could start out a private and
work all the way up to major general and lieutenant
generals in general, you know. But the whole thing is,
we need to hold these constituents, you know, for doing
the right thing. But you know, the people at large

(21:18):
need to be involved. That's what we're not. Mobile wants
to scream complain, but we never want to be involved
as a city. So I would encourage everybody to get
a little more active. We've got this new Civic center
coming up, We've got the new UH Park on the
water there, and so there's a lot of good things
coming on. But you know, be pro mobile and let's

(21:38):
get out there and let's grow this city and let
people know what a great way of life it is
here and invite people to come to our city and
enjoy it.

Speaker 4 (21:46):
Absolutely. Kevin, what a beautiful phone call.

Speaker 5 (21:49):
Hey y'all, have a good Thanksgiving and everybody be safe.

Speaker 4 (21:52):
God bless America, God bless you, and happy Thanksgiving to you. Kevin.
Two five. Well, look, let me get to the council
meaning real quick. You just heard Kevin's call about city government.
He's right we do need more citizen involvement. We've had
a wonderful turnout among crack pots at city council meetings,

(22:12):
which is always wonderful, but we need more non crack
pot citizens also showing up and getting into the mix.
You need a blend of both the stable citizen and
the crackpot to really keep it going. So think about that,
and maybe we could pair up some of the crackpots
with ordinary citizens and have a buddy system for the

(22:33):
council meetings. All right, Look, today was the council. The
city council meeting lasted about forty minutes, and at the
end of the meeting, all of the council members decided
they were going to wish people a happy Thanksgiving and
tell us what they're thankful for. Here is District one
Councilman Corey.

Speaker 8 (22:54):
Penn, Thish one counsel in pen I'll thank him. As
president this week will be celebrating Thanksgiving. So happy Thanksgiving
to District one, Happy Thanksgiving to the city and Mobile.
And I'm very thankful for my family, for my community,
and I'm thankful for District one. So many blessings to everyone.

Speaker 4 (23:14):
All right, A very rare brief moment from Corey Penn
District two Council District two, Samantha Ingram.

Speaker 9 (23:21):
I would like to also extend a sincere thank you
and gratitude to all of our residents and community partners
as we approach the season of giving and thanks but
a special thanks to District two residents for allowing me
the honor to represent you and more importantly, the you know,

(23:41):
giving me your trust and so I'm thankful for that.
I'm also thankful for my family and the opportunity to
serve here for district too, So thank you.

Speaker 4 (23:50):
Very good district for Ben Reynolds.

Speaker 7 (23:52):
Thank you, mister President. Just like to wish everyone a
happy Thanksgiving. Hopefully everyone stay safe out there. I'm certainly
thankful for this year's harvest, you know, my family has
been tremendous. My friends, I'm glad to still have some.
Thankful for all my colleagues up here in these wonderful
city employees that we work with day to day, and
certainly thankful to all the residents of district for so

(24:13):
happy Thanksgiving. Everybody be safe, please thank.

Speaker 4 (24:16):
You all right, let's see a happy Thanksgiving. From new
Councilman District five, bou Fleming.

Speaker 10 (24:23):
I'd like to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving. This time
of year reminds me to be especially thankful for my family,
their health are overall many blessings, Extremely thankful for our
great city, and I wish many blessings to all of
our citizens and my fellow colleagues.

Speaker 4 (24:40):
All right, very good, and now moving on to District six.
The councilman for District six is Josh. Who would that
be Josh?

Speaker 2 (24:50):
Would jocko?

Speaker 4 (24:55):
All right? Here is Jock Wood again.

Speaker 11 (24:57):
I just want to wish that be Thanksgiving. Carrying on
the the vibe today. Happy Thanksgiving everyone in the city
and also in District six.

Speaker 4 (25:04):
Jock Wood, Uh, you carrying on the vibe. This is
to appeal to Generation Z voters. He's carrying on the
vibe using some slang, some vibe slang picks.

Speaker 11 (25:15):
Personally, very thankful for my family and my three knucklehead
boys and the health that we've seen with past year.
I'm also very grateful for everybody, all my colleagues here,
everyone I'm on the staff, the council staff, and the
City of Mobile employees. Thank you for all you do
day in and day out. I know it's sometimes it
turns into a routine. But you know without the without
the employees of the city, the city will not function.

(25:37):
So thank you for all you do. And then also
to thank you for the citymobiles in the rest of
District sixth and the citizens of Mobile for allowing with
me the opportunity each week to carry the boys and
District six down here to Government Street. I thank you
for all you do, think for your faith and your
your confidence in me, and I look forward to serving
you not only for the rest of the term but
also for next year.

Speaker 4 (25:58):
Now, District seven council Representative and Vice President, Gina Gregory
and I.

Speaker 12 (26:03):
Too want to say thank you for all of the
work that our staff does. As we enter into this
Thanksgiving holiday season, we do pause to take stock of
what we're thankful for, and without this staff, we wouldn't
be able to do our jobs. I really appreciate all
that you all do for us every day to help
us do our jobs. Thankful for my family, for my city,

(26:28):
for the district, especially you all who voted for me,
and even those who don't or who didn't, thank you
for letting me serve you. It is an honor to
be here. I see you smiling up there, guys. A
few people didn't vote for me, but thank you all
for putting your trust into me again for this next term.
I'm thankful for my health and for just this whole

(26:50):
community and look forward to going into the Christmas holidays
and then of course the next years as we continue
to serve this city.

Speaker 4 (26:57):
And happy Thanksgiving from the Dish three Council and Council
President C. J. Small.

Speaker 13 (27:03):
To all my colleagues on this council, I am so
grateful to be working with each and every one of
you all. It's a pleasure to work with you all,
and I am very thankful for that. To the City
Clerk and her staff, thank you all so much for
what you all have done for us throughout the years,
and grateful for you all, just as well the administration,
We're grateful for you all.

Speaker 2 (27:25):
I am grateful for you all also, And to the city.

Speaker 13 (27:29):
Employees, I am grateful for each and every one of
you all for coming out and serving our citizens. And

so I can do to serve each and everyone's especially
the residents of District three and the city of Mobile.

(27:50):
And I'm just grateful, just really just being in good health.

Speaker 3 (27:54):
And right in my right mind.

Speaker 4 (27:55):
Praise the Lord. Amen back with more after the break,

(28:24):
it says the Uncle Henry Show. It's five point fifty.
You can also hear me on FM radio Monday through
Friday playing Today's Hottest Country Music on ninety five ks J.
Now tomorrow on ninety five ks J, I'll have your

(28:45):
chance to win some concert tickets to see Zach Brian. Now.
Zack Bryan this week announced that he is doing a
big stadium tour. Is he is going to play Jordan
Hare Stadium in Auburn in October. And it will it'll

(29:05):
this will sell out. I'm I'm kind of curious on
how how long it will take to sell it out.
It's probably gonna sell out right away. Tickets going to
sale Friday. I think there is a pre sale tomorrow
for some fans. Uh, people are excited. I gave away
a pair of these tickets Monday. Here is the Here

(29:25):
is the person that won the tickets, and that's the
wrong file. Here's the person that won the tickets here
we said, who is this? Now you now this is

(29:46):
just substitute any teen idol, any any this. I guess
going back to who was the first teen idol? Would
it have been Rudy Valley? Maybe that reference is a
little too old. Maybe it was Frank Sinatra, then Elvis?
Did we go from Rudy Valley, Frank Sinatra, Elvis the Beatles?

(30:09):
But this was this was a real reaction of some
somebody that won the tickets Monday. Who is this? Who?
Kate Lend you are caller number nine? All right? Anyway? Yes,

(30:30):
so just like Rudy Valley, like you remember when you
were excited over Rudy Valley, Zach Brian Zach Brian concert tickets.
Your chance to win tomorrow in the eleven o'clock hour
if you want to try and win these tickets for
yourself or maybe somebody you know that would scream between
eleven and noon, is when you listen to ninety five
KSJ tomorrow to get those tickets. And if you want

(30:52):
info and a chance to win online, you can go
to ninety five KSJ dot com. But it's the it's
the guy is he's a big enough deal to sell
out Jordan Hare Stadium. Just like Morgan Wallan is selling
out Bryant Denny Stadium and saving Field, this guy's going
to sell out Jordan Hare Stadium. The state of modern concerts.

(31:13):
So that is tomorrow on ninety five KSJ. Now, let's see,
do I have time? Got a voicemail I wanted to
share with you, and I'm not sure. I think I
might have just enough time. No, I don't. I don't
have time to slip it in. I'm gonna have to
save that voicemail for another day. I'll tell you the

(31:33):
topic of the voicemail that somebody phoned in today was
these lawmakers that decided to put out that video encouraging
people in the military to reject Donald Trump's orders if

(31:54):
they deemed them to be unlawful. Story. I guess this
is going to continue on for quite some time, because
I think the word today was that the FBI is
already setting up interviews with these folks. And now I'm
already surprised that it's gotten that far. I'm surprised that

(32:15):
there has been a reaction where they're going to have
the FBI interview these people. Now, No, it seems like
it's it looks very seditious kind of insurrectiony. But I
am surprised that the FBI is involved, because usually in
these and these kind of situations, the FBI would be

(32:42):
content to let the Democrats do what they want to
do here, but the FBI getting involved. So I don't
know this. I don't know how long this is going
to go on. I don't know in terms of being
a topic. But we'll talk about We'll get more into
this when I have the time to share the voicemail
that brought up some points about it. But very dangerous times.

(33:08):
They continue to get more dangerouser and dangerouser, unfortunately, as
we seem to be unable to agree in this country
on a lot of the basics. And what I mean
by basics is even can what constitutes the definition of
a woman that's still up for debate in the country.

(33:30):
All right, Almost out of time in this segment of
the show, I do want to mention that if you'd

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
