I'm fine. I've just not been sick.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
When it came in, it came in hot, and it
came in kivy. You know when you feel like a
little kid again being sick. It was like that, Yeah,
very van and you know that. I feel sorry for
myself in general when something little happens like sickness.

Speaker 5 (00:59):
I'm not kidding. I was throwing up and crying at
the same time.

Speaker 6 (01:03):
But the crying makes it better.

as David Nick You're welcome.

Speaker 6 (02:18):
So this is a new era for you.

Speaker 3 (02:20):
Joseph though, so you're basically this is you going into
like kind of joining forces and being a manager a leader.

Speaker 6 (02:26):
Is this what's happening here?

Speaker 7 (02:27):
Yeah, being a co promoter for event. I've always had
the interest in boxing, and thankfully to David Higgins for
a guide in my career being my promoter at first
and now he's my manager and we're doing this event together.

Speaker 4 (02:38):
But I said, this is the next step after boxing.
You see yourself as a promoter, do you sort of
have an appreciation for what they do? You know, because
as a fighter you don't really see much of the
promotion side of things, right, it's just.

Speaker 7 (02:50):
As a fighter. I've been very blessed and fortunate that
David has shown me along the way, But you don't
really appreciate it until you're involved, and you don't know
what it takes. There's so many things involved this, how
many other people involved in making it happen, but you
just don't see it when you're a finer.

Speaker 6 (03:04):
I love that you're taking autonomy. It's your man.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
I'm not too hockey coming through And for you, David,
I mean you're unbeaten. You've got nine toners expecial twenty eight.
That's all that you are. I mean, there's so many
good things happened because I remember you in the Olympics
and that's coming around again. You got a bronze medal
to Commonwealth Games gold medals as well. You starting this
multi fight deal with Duco Events.

Speaker 6 (03:24):
What does it mean for you.

Speaker 8 (03:25):
It's an opportunity to bring big time boxing back to
New Zealand. And once we do start getting those titles,
you know, we can start bringing them back here and
putting on big shows here. And you know, with the
streaming platform of Design, it's global. It's global, so everyone
can see that. Everyone can see that we're creating a fuss.

Speaker 4 (03:45):
In Auckland, you know. So this is a huge opportunity.
We're going to get an amazing show.

Speaker 8 (03:49):
I'm going to put on an amazing performance and yeah,
hopefully the undercard can deliver as well.

Speaker 7 (03:54):
I feel like in the beginning when I signed with DUCO,
I was I don't really achieve what David achieved it
as an amateur, so it was quite hard because no
one really knew how it was. But they had to
pump out a lot of media stuff. Whereas David has
achieved a lot more in the amateur game. Right, and
he's got a he's got a name.

Speaker 3 (04:10):
Yeah, yeah, he's quite memorable face a name as the body.

Speaker 6 (04:17):
Thanks.

Speaker 5 (04:17):
Thanks.

Speaker 3 (04:21):
This is this is the dream scenario, the reality of fights.

Speaker 7 (04:24):
You have the best fighter on the best cruisewa. He's
going to be champion of the world.

Speaker 4 (04:29):
I know that for a fact.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
You are What is it like when you go overseas, David,
and you walk into this, you know, big arena, you
know what is How overwhelming is that and how does
that impact your performances? And will it make a difference
being at home.

Speaker 8 (04:43):
To be honest, I've I've always felt like an underdog
when I go overseas and it's I enjoy it.

Speaker 4 (04:49):
I really really like it.

Speaker 8 (04:50):
Coming home is going to be different because you guys
that you guys are singing my praise, as you guys
are saying you're going to be the next world champion.
I've got to put in the work. I've got to
put in the work. I need to shut every thing
out When I leave here, I go back to training
and I've got to put my head down on my
tail up. I love being in someone else's backyard, but
to come back to New Zealand and to be able
to put on for for you know, my fans.

Speaker 4 (05:13):
There's a lot of pressure, there's a.

Speaker 3 (05:15):
Lot expectations are Yeah, you're going to do this. This
is what you know we want from you. This is
what we do to everyone.

Speaker 6 (05:21):
W Joseph we go, Oh you're gonna win second, I
like that when yeah, and tell us about the event.
So Saturday fourteenth of.

Speaker 7 (05:28):
September, September, We've got David as the main event, and
we've got a great undercard which we're going to be
excited to announce in a few weeks and it's going
to be this is going to be a great event,
field of action, filled with a great buzz, and everyone's
going to see David Naka here back in New Zealand
putting on a great show.

Speaker 3 (05:44):
Nice of the Viaduct Event Center and Tom mckimikoto. It's
a black tie red carpet event bringing the glamour back
to boxing. So, Kelda Kordwa, We've got a little challenge
for you up to going in the ring in a
different way in a musical sense.

Speaker 4 (05:57):
Oh right, yeah, I'm ready for it.

Speaker 6 (05:58):
Yeah. Who will be taking this out? David? This is
just yours. So what you're going to go into a game.

Speaker 5 (06:05):
Don't worry, groovy, let's do it.

Speaker 2 (06:07):
And that game is in the ring, which come on,
surely they're used to.

Speaker 6 (06:12):
I don't worry this ring walks and everything.

Speaker 5 (06:14):
So who's going to come out as champ?

Speaker 2 (06:17):
Yesterday Charlie and Stace, they got to catch up with
Joseph Parker and David Nica about the incredible announcement that
you know, Joseph is moving into Poo which is such
amazing stuff. And then David Nica on the main card
coming up in September.

Speaker 6 (06:32):
Yes, this bag at Black Taie event at the event Center.

Speaker 2 (06:35):
But two out of the two of them knows their music,
knows their old school hip hop and R and B.
It's time for them to play in the ring.

Speaker 4 (06:56):
Three qual a fire.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
So they used to a different ring, but now please
can we have that ring announcement for the next.

Speaker 9 (07:06):
Contenders, Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls from around the world,
all the million viewers playing in the ring this morning
we have David Nika and Joseph Parker.

Speaker 3 (07:22):
Well, he's pitching for a job and now that you
know you come the boss guy, Joseph.

Speaker 6 (07:25):
You see what you want to do there? Okay? So
this is how it works because I'm the referet.

Speaker 3 (07:30):
So basically, you just need to listen to the instrumental,
and as soon as you know the answer the name
of the song and the artists, you.

Speaker 6 (07:38):
Say your name. What's your name? Sad quick?

Speaker 3 (07:41):
Are you going to say your whole name? Okay, you
didn't talk about yourself in the fair person. Just say
your first name. Yeah, whatever you say, okay, as long
as you know, then that's your buzzer.

Speaker 6 (07:55):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (07:56):
So you hear the instrumental and then you sound your buzzer,
and then you name the song.

Speaker 6 (08:00):
Theaters are you really do? We all understand? Touch gloves?

Speaker 4 (08:04):
Okay, right to your corners, to your corners, all right?

Speaker 5 (08:07):
Round one, fight.

Speaker 4 (08:10):
Changes changes.

Speaker 6 (08:13):
Yeah, there's a t k O.

Speaker 3 (08:21):
Wait by the rules okay, yeah yeah, yeah, this is
what you're supposed to be saying to him. You know
you want your fighter to be playing clean here, okay,
Track number two.

Speaker 4 (08:37):
Take a time there, lads, take your time here.

Speaker 6 (08:40):
There we go.

Speaker 10 (08:47):
Listen.

Speaker 7 (08:47):
I wish I knew the I wish I know.

Speaker 3 (08:50):
Sing then okay, okay, okay, I think we're.

Speaker 7 (08:59):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (08:59):
Give you got the song?

Speaker 6 (09:06):
You got the song.

Speaker 3 (09:10):
I would have given you a big beginnergy by Letto
or actually, yeah, there's a couple of remixes.

Speaker 4 (09:15):
I would have given you, but no, always have to
go back to the corner. So I feel that there's
a bit of a concussion going on.

Speaker 3 (09:21):
Yeah, back to the corner, Denny account right, yeah, okay,
so let's see how we go with track number three. Yes, yes,
what place in the world is it?

Speaker 4 (09:38):
The place in America?

Speaker 6 (09:39):
You would have been.

Speaker 5 (09:44):
Nice?

Speaker 6 (09:45):
Okay, So I can just put you guys in.

Speaker 3 (09:47):
The mine, okay, and just the last one.

Speaker 6 (09:51):
Come on, I believe you in David, you got this? Okay?
Are you ready? This is classic? So it's all about
the speed on the drawer. Track number four.

Speaker 5 (10:06):
The song just sing it.

Speaker 4 (10:12):
This is a great one.

Speaker 5 (10:13):
Talk to me, talk to me here.

Speaker 6 (10:15):
Yes, I just want to I just want to love
you baby. Yes, come on? And who is it?

Speaker 4 (10:24):
Man? We we are not good at.

Speaker 6 (10:25):
It's good you go to other s. Okay.

Speaker 5 (10:35):
So that was a half a point one half.

Speaker 6 (10:37):
I sort of.

Speaker 3 (10:38):
Think that we're gonna we're gonna keep it as the contenders,
but slightly I hear it is Joseph pod that's a
good idea when he's kind of your boss.

Speaker 6 (10:48):
Now, David.

Speaker 2 (10:50):
That was Joseph Parker and David Nika in the ring,
so who was the winner. They did more singing than
they did talking.

Speaker 4 (10:58):
Tell you, I say, yeah, you're her competitor, and you
wonder way they're like champions in their realm. When we
were playing the songs, I could see Joseph pointing his
finger like I.

Speaker 6 (11:09):
Was looking to fine, wisdom, bright.

Speaker 4 (11:12):
And then he opened his eyes one second you look
at me, and his body language was giving give me
the answers right now, but I was shaking him up.

Speaker 5 (11:19):
Yeah, well you're the wrong person to ask anyway. Losing
in the.

Speaker 4 (11:23):
Room stays Azora and Charlie.

Speaker 1 (11:28):
Hip hop mysteries.

Speaker 6 (11:31):
And now you'll know about ghetto gospel. Of course.

Speaker 3 (11:37):
It's a song by Tubak Shakur was released as the
lead single from his posthumous album in two thousand and four,
Loyal to the Game, which was produced by eminem. If
you didn't know that, now you know, this is.

Speaker 6 (11:49):
The first thing. Yes, that's the first part you need
to know.

Speaker 4 (11:52):
I know that.

Speaker 5 (11:53):
I didn't know that either.

Speaker 3 (11:54):
Well you know, as of today it was huge around
the world, went top of the charts in the UK
for three weeks. This song also Australia, Tech Republic, Ireland
and it just it only made number three in New Zealand.

Speaker 6 (12:06):
New Zealand. What are we doing so get a gospel?

Speaker 3 (12:09):
This was actually a song that was recorded by Tupac
for a nineteen ninety two album. It's a compilation and
Christmas theme album called A Very Special Christmas Too, but
that version was never released.

Speaker 11 (12:21):
As we hear here, Tuboc actually recorded that song twice
for MTV album that actually got rejected due to Tubac's
legal troubles. On the original version, Tubac actually has four verses,
which two of these were not released on the actual
remix that actually came out because the masteriel was actually
recorded over.

Speaker 7 (12:40):
And its definitely I Know the President.

Speaker 3 (12:46):
It'll be hard for you to recognize that version because
it had a different sample. It actually sampled Tracy Chapman Crossroads.

Speaker 6 (12:56):
True, so once you put.

Speaker 3 (12:58):
That rap over, that song sounds quite different. But after
Tupac died, then Eminem comes in and he actually wrote
to Tupac's mother and said how big a fan he
was and asked if he could have some of his
material so that he could produce some new songs like
ghetto Gospel and running.

Speaker 6 (13:19):
A rockafeni, but no endrew a feature. She understood.

Speaker 4 (13:23):
I was such a huge Tupac fan. He's like the
sweetest lady ever man. She was just like, do what
you feel and lave me all his acapellas. Tell him
on the funest times on my life.

Speaker 3 (13:32):
So it was actually Tupac's mother who agreed for Eminem
to produce three new songs for this, and so one
of them was ghetto gospel.

Speaker 4 (13:42):
So the mom holds all his material like, yeah, that
wrote to the mom, got all the a cappellas and
imagine getting all the appellas of Tupac.

Speaker 6 (13:51):
Yeah, well he didn't want to. Eminem well ked in
a candy store.

Speaker 3 (13:55):
But also basically he changed a lot of the original
production he the remixes. He also changed the pace and
pitch of some of Tupac's voice to basically work better
with the instrumentals that he chose. And of course, the
one that we know now as the big backdrop to
this song is actually by Elton John and it's a
song called Indian Sunsets.

Speaker 5 (14:18):
Used to follow me.

Speaker 6 (14:24):
Welcome will my Head. So that's how it sounded originally.

Speaker 3 (14:28):
But then you bring it all together Eminem Tupac's mum
Alton John and we have this genius song ghetto Gospel,
because if you don't know.

Speaker 2 (14:38):
Now you know, guys, there are just some things that
mums will never hear from their.

Speaker 5 (14:45):
Kids in real life.

Speaker 6 (14:46):
But somehow we've gone through a portal.

Speaker 3 (14:48):
Oh, it's this incredible imaginary place called the Internet, and
actually got this audio of things that, although not said
by your kids, we can actually hear a version of
f kids ever said these things?

Speaker 6 (15:03):
Mom?

Speaker 5 (15:04):
Can you brush my hair?

Speaker 7 (15:05):
Mom?

Speaker 6 (15:05):
Before I put this away? Do you need anything? I
am actually Mom? Did you want to shore first in
case the hot water runs out?

Speaker 3 (15:10):
You were right again, Mom, turns out I did need
a jacket more time joined me home.

Speaker 6 (15:14):
Oh sorry, didn't realize you were cooking.

Speaker 5 (15:15):
I'll give you some space.

Speaker 4 (15:16):
But Mom, if I didn't walk her every day, then
I wouldn't.

Speaker 5 (15:19):
Be keeping my word.

Speaker 6 (15:20):
My mom sitting, I can get myself a drink.

Speaker 2 (15:22):
I Mom, can you show me that dance you were
doing and Arnie Donnad's fifteen?

Speaker 6 (15:26):
Yeah, show me that dance you're doing because you're real cool. Mom.
I just think you're the best.

Speaker 5 (15:31):
Can you help me write this Instagram kitchen?

Speaker 6 (15:33):
Yes?

Speaker 5 (15:34):
Hey mom.

Speaker 3 (15:35):
Yeah, things that we never ever hear.

Speaker 4 (15:39):
Hey mom, you stay from church. I'm going that. My
mom would never say that to me.

Speaker 3 (15:44):
Yes, no, no, no, it's not what you're my God,
you need to make it about yourself.

Speaker 4 (15:48):
I would never say that to my mom.

Speaker 6 (15:50):
You would never say that to your mum.

Speaker 3 (15:52):
But like we can only dream, right, So things that
we know, like, oh, don't worry mom, I'll do the dishes.

Speaker 2 (16:00):
Mom, you should take a photo of me and put
it on Facebook, especially a photo where I'm not looking.

Speaker 4 (16:05):
Because moms are the worst head taking photos.

Speaker 1 (16:06):
Right?

Speaker 5 (16:07):
Do you get the game?

Speaker 6 (16:08):
Chie?

Speaker 4 (16:08):
I get it?

Speaker 6 (16:08):
No, he doesn't.

Speaker 5 (16:09):
He still trying to think of an example.

Speaker 6 (16:11):
Okay, what it was? Something that a mom will never hear?
Say it?

Speaker 4 (16:15):
Hey mom, sit down, I'll cook cous dinner.

Speaker 6 (16:18):
Okay, okay, did alright?

Speaker 5 (16:21):
I got it?

Speaker 3 (16:22):
Yeah, Like, yeah, those things that you never hear, you
know you're never going to hear as a mom. Why
don't you take some through to eight to double Sorry, Charlie,
it's so big to you.

Speaker 4 (16:31):
Hey mom, the worried about my washing, I'll do all
our washing.

Speaker 2 (16:34):
Yes see, you get it. It's so cool, undred full
flavoring things your mom will love your mama. We're talking
about things that well, your mom or your parents just
would never hear you say. But if there was a
medical world, maybe we'd say things like this, Mom, can

(16:57):
you brush my hair?

Speaker 10 (16:58):
Mom?

Speaker 6 (16:58):
Before I put this way, do you need anything?

Speaker 7 (17:00):
I owned?

Speaker 6 (17:00):
Actually, Mom, did you want to show her first in
case the hot water runs out? You were right again, Mom,
turns out I did need a jacket.

Speaker 5 (17:06):
My more time drained me home.

Speaker 6 (17:07):
Hey Mum, Oh, sorry, I didn't realize you were cooking.

Speaker 5 (17:09):
I'll give you some space.

Speaker 6 (17:09):
But Mom, if I didn't walk her every day, then
I wouldn't be keeping my word.

Speaker 4 (17:13):
My Mom, sit down and I can get myself a drink.

Speaker 5 (17:15):
He Mom, can you show me that dance? Who were doing?
And Arnie Donna's fifteen?

Speaker 6 (17:20):
And you're giving your suggestions as well. I relate to
this one. Mom.

Speaker 3 (17:24):
Thanks for presenting me with all the unlikely scenarios in
which I could hurt myself.

Speaker 6 (17:28):
They always really appreciate that.

Speaker 3 (17:30):
Yeah, shouted out to a dad as well on the text,
Hey dad, you were so right. This after school math
tutoring is making me really good at math.

Speaker 4 (17:39):
I see you, daddy.

Speaker 6 (17:41):
I got a version of that.

Speaker 3 (17:43):
The other day with it, like I was torture trying
to get her there, and she's like, oh, maybe I
should go back, and I'm looking to the side.

Speaker 6 (17:49):
I like, what did you say? Yes, that's what I.

Speaker 5 (17:52):
Would like, and I feel bad.

Speaker 6 (17:54):
Bite me.

Speaker 5 (17:54):
This is something i'd say to mine.

Speaker 2 (17:56):
Man, And it's like, oh, man, yeah, you were right.
Your phone is broken and definitely didn't need to just
be charged. Oh she's literally brought a new phone before
and your phone was just not charged. I'm just putting
all this.

Speaker 4 (18:08):
Where a mom, can you write me a status on Facebook?

Speaker 6 (18:12):
Come on, it's not going to happen.

Speaker 4 (18:14):
And and the text is here, this is from a
tongue and oh Mom, it's okay. I like to have
a big tongue in wedding. And you can invite all
the strangers in our pay for.

Speaker 6 (18:23):
It gonn here. Don't hold your breath, Mama will pass
it out.

Speaker 4 (18:29):
Ah. Yes, so we have said a challenge. We all
know that seniors leaving for tongue this weekend. And usually
when she goes, it's only cereal and noodles for us.

Speaker 6 (18:41):
Boys again the menu for you?

Speaker 5 (18:42):
And why is that, Charlie, Because.

Speaker 4 (18:44):
It's hard and fast and it's no worries at all.
We can all eat that.

Speaker 3 (18:48):
You can cook that. Yeah, you and the two boys
tend to live in year olds, but not now. We're
having a menu change up, a challenge forty bucks for
each boy to make a menu, spend it by the ingredients,
and then creator.

Speaker 6 (19:04):
And you're one of those boys, by the way.

Speaker 4 (19:06):
That's right, So you know, what's a challenge without a challenge?

Speaker 7 (19:09):
You know?

Speaker 4 (19:09):
Now the challenge, the actual real challenge now is that
they can't decide what they want to cook. So I
took it back to the boys again, and this is
what they said. I understand that you guys have a
change of mine in terms of the menu. So, Billy,
what are you cooking us? Confoo? What about you? Rob?

Speaker 5 (19:31):
I just have burgers and chickens.

Speaker 1 (19:34):
Tenders, burgers and chicken tenders, no dessert? Yeah, what about
a drink? Okay, have changed the menu.

Speaker 4 (19:44):
I like it. I like it. Boys.

Speaker 2 (19:47):
I'm gonna probably go for Robs if I was picking
off the menu forty bucks.

Speaker 6 (19:52):
One of them is not knowing what forty dollars by.

Speaker 2 (19:55):
No, he knows exactly what forty dollars buys, because if
he only spends ten dollars on the dinner.

Speaker 5 (20:00):
Then he keeps the rice.

Speaker 4 (20:01):
That's what I mean. And police smart bro. He's he's
a little scrooge.

Speaker 6 (20:04):
You know what's on your menu? You said, because you
can't do that now, because you don't have it every night.

Speaker 4 (20:09):
I'm doing a pizza pizza, that's me.

Speaker 5 (20:14):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (20:15):
I thought you were going to come out with like
the pulk bully or like, you know, the adult kind
of cooking.

Speaker 4 (20:20):
You know, I don't want to burn the house Downes's just.

Speaker 6 (20:23):
I think I'm going to make a plan B for you.

Speaker 4 (20:25):
Go please help me.

Speaker 1 (20:30):
Stace A, Zara and Charlie the latest celebrity gos from
around the world Wave Breakfast.

Speaker 3 (20:36):
Oh m goal, Well, we had mentioned justin Tim Blake
briefly and we'll say, now, I guess the development there
is that has mug shot is out and his as
a red Otherwise it could be you know, like an
ARTI shot and a magazine good.

Speaker 6 (20:54):
It's all right, Like.

Speaker 4 (20:55):
You know, there are my shots and my shots that
go viral. Yeah, you know, and there's that it.

Speaker 5 (21:00):
Looks like a passport photo.

Speaker 6 (21:02):
Which is never good. It's not your best lockers.

Speaker 3 (21:05):
But he has got pumpsons to do in the next week,
so we'll see how that one goes. But Drake meantime, Okay,
this is random, So he is it looks like he's
ready to move to Texas. He visited the Brendham Saddle
shop and he went to the Western Store. It's about
ten miles out from Chapel Hill where he recently bought

(21:26):
a house. And so they put on Facebook and this
is such a Facebook post. They went yesterday received it
was called at a certain person wanted to shop in
our store. There he is wearing basketball outfit. He's kind
of like city from his feet up to his neck
and then he's got like a Texas hat.

Speaker 2 (21:45):
And so try harda like buys a house out there
and then goes and buys all the geese.

Speaker 3 (21:50):
Which is triggering for me. When I go to makeet said,
they're like, who do you think you are?

Speaker 2 (21:55):
And in other news, Ashanti obviously she opened up about
her proposal and went down with Nully.

Speaker 5 (22:01):
But now people have.

Speaker 2 (22:02):
Done diggings since she's said that information and found out
that they're on record for being married back in twenty twenty.

Speaker 5 (22:09):
Three in December. It's crazy to me that you can
actually access the records.

Speaker 2 (22:13):
And just see that they are already married and then
I did you know, meth on my fingers because the
chance is about to give birth.

Speaker 4 (22:20):
Right.

Speaker 2 (22:20):
It seems like they found out, you know, they were
going to have a baby and went and got married
straight away.

Speaker 6 (22:26):
Right, not the first people in the world to do.

Speaker 5 (22:28):
I have a friend who did that, So I am
the baby. Oh you're the baby of that.

Speaker 4 (22:34):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (22:35):
You usually get your heart rate out by doing exercise
and have you even.

Speaker 6 (22:39):
Worked out if you haven't put it on social media?

Speaker 5 (22:41):
Charlie?

Speaker 4 (22:42):
Oh hey, what, well that's you, bro? What is it you?

Speaker 2 (22:46):
I actually swear we could do a bit that Charlie
could not go to the gym for a week without
posting or re sharing a gym photo of her at
the gym.

Speaker 4 (22:56):
Okay, okay, I'll give you that one.

Speaker 5 (22:58):
Charlie doesn't go unless it's online.

Speaker 6 (22:59):
Yeah, Cause there's two types of people.

Speaker 3 (23:01):
There's the ones who just do the mahi and usta, yeah,
and you know one needs to see that, no one
needs to see that. But then some people, the other
type of person likes to put it on social media.

Speaker 2 (23:12):
So it's funny that we've got the two types right here.
We've got you guys probably work out the same amount
every single week, but I don't as much as Charlie.

Speaker 5 (23:20):
I don't know, but Charlie.

Speaker 2 (23:21):
I know when Charlie works out the will the world
knows when he's switting, you know what I'm saying. And
then the third type of person is me, where I
just go through a little spurt of this is my
this is me now, fitness queen, and then I just
drop off.

Speaker 4 (23:34):
I see, I see, we got range here. Okay, I
love I love Becausetace is quite humble with everything that
she does, and I know that she trains. I see it.
And you know why I know this is that when
we had our sweatsish bro, I could tell ye who's
been training and who wasn't trying?

Speaker 9 (23:49):
What?

Speaker 5 (23:49):
What?

Speaker 2 (23:50):
What?

Speaker 5 (23:50):
What could you tell from.

Speaker 4 (23:51):
Me that you've just been eating.

Speaker 3 (23:55):
The song?

Speaker 5 (23:56):
Hey, this is for me, work come on, work out.

Speaker 6 (24:02):
Okay. N w A and in sync are usually quite different.

Speaker 3 (24:05):
But who's got that added to justin Timberlake looks out
of sync because he was arrested for d u I
drunk driving under the influence of alcohol and at the
time he was in the Hampton's New York Long Island.
We found this out yesterday and he was wearing it

(24:26):
appears an outfit that you can see in his mug shot.
There is a loose shirt and just some jeans.

Speaker 2 (24:34):
St you're a bad man, definitely not a.

Speaker 5 (24:41):
There is no certain dark and I don't doubt that.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
You know, he tried to say to the officers, you
can't arrest me.

Speaker 5 (24:49):
I'm just in Timberlake, and they were like.

Speaker 2 (24:57):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (24:58):
And you know that night when you got arrested, he's
probably lying in bed thinking to him stuff, oh man.

Speaker 5 (25:04):
My head, it's round and around.

Speaker 4 (25:10):
And then he wakes up again, looks in the mirror
and he's like, oh man, I'm definitely not bringing sexy
back with this outfit.

Speaker 6 (25:15):
Now you should have got a taxi bab.

Speaker 3 (25:18):
Hey.

Speaker 2 (25:18):
Well, once you know all of this gets sorted out,
I'm sure they'll he left to pay a fine and
maybe do some AA and maybe that's when he'll look
in the mirror Charlie and say, you know the old
met it's what it's.

Speaker 3 (25:35):
Okay, just say I just love how Britney spears.

Speaker 6 (25:40):
Fans are going, ha, that's come.

Speaker 5 (25:42):
Up final really not really not the same.

Speaker 6 (25:47):
It took him minute.

Speaker 2 (25:48):
Yeah, your big popper is coming up.

Speaker 4 (25:51):
I got one more. You probably think he's doing stuffing.
You see these shackles, bead wow, the singing on it?

Speaker 2 (26:02):
Is it yesterday? You may not have realized, because obviously
we're all the way over here in Old or New Zealand.
It was actually June tenth, which commemorates on June nineteenth,
eighteen sixty five, when a Union general red orders in
Texas stating they're all enslaved people in the state were

(26:22):
free according to federal law. So it's huge. I mean,
you know this obviously celebrator over there. That's what they
dubbed the end of slavery. I'm sure there was probably
a lot more days to come after that and.

Speaker 6 (26:34):
All the intergenerational trauma.

Speaker 2 (26:36):
But anyway, but you know, when I think of June tenth,
I mean I know of it, but I've never really
meet anyone that affects. And surprisingly, my flatmate had the
day off yesterday for June tenth, and.

Speaker 5 (26:53):
I was quite surprised by this.

Speaker 2 (26:54):
I was like, what do you mean, Oh, the whole
company is just taking a public holiday for June teenth,
And I said, I hate to ask, but you know,
you guys all white or what's the and he's like, yeah, yeah,
turns out his company as American, but he's surprised by
it because they don't get a holiday for Thanksgiving or
any other.

Speaker 3 (27:12):
American Thanksgiving is a terrific idea.

Speaker 4 (27:15):
Yeah, so I think that they're only taking days off
for like days that actually matter.

Speaker 3 (27:21):
Yeah, like a sure, yeah, well, and that we also
have to remind us. So that's where we need to stay,
in that place where that things like that don't happen anymore.

Speaker 4 (27:29):
Yeah, that's pretty cool though, Like an American company that's
based here in New Zealand, they celebrate that.

Speaker 3 (27:36):
Do you call it celebrate, commemorate, commemorate recognized?

Speaker 10 (27:39):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (27:40):
Nice.

Speaker 2 (27:40):
Yeah, well, I mean based on that even happening in
my household, I learned something and now.

Speaker 5 (27:46):
I'm sharing it with you guys. And that's the beauty
of remembering and commemorating.

Speaker 3 (27:50):
Follows follow the conscious ones on Instagram and stay walk
yes not a desk.

Speaker 2 (27:58):
We are being joined by sports broadcaster and also you
know you used to play a little bit of nipple
to miss Courtney Tidy.

Speaker 10 (28:09):
Hi.

Speaker 6 (28:14):
To pie.

Speaker 10 (28:17):
Dy core more Uh talk through hidinger doing very well,
thank you.

Speaker 6 (28:23):
I'm off to for it, very very soon godbye. Yeah, yeah,
you have to get into it.

Speaker 3 (28:28):
So we better talk about this epic Super Rugby final
on the weekend between the Blues and chief So we're
live on Skysport one and you'll be there, will you physically?

Speaker 10 (28:39):
Unfortunately no, I won't, but I will be watching the
coverage live, probably from my phone on sky Sport.

Speaker 1 (28:46):
Now.

Speaker 10 (28:46):
I'm looking forward to this one. Eden park sold out
within a few hours. It's the first time the Blues
and the Chiefs have ever met in the final. Both
of them have been in the Grand Finals recently but
have both lost the Crusaders. One of them are going
to be the champions this.

Speaker 3 (29:03):
Year, finally sick of being brides made to the Crusaders.

Speaker 6 (29:07):
And I know where to be seen so good, and you.

Speaker 5 (29:10):
Know I don't.

Speaker 2 (29:10):
I don't want to brag or nothing, but I did
get tickets. I like, I managed to like log in
and I'm not kidding when when I was selecting seats
it was selling out just as I was.

Speaker 5 (29:20):
Trying to buy tickets. Oh it was madness.

Speaker 2 (29:22):
It was pandinomium and so it's just incredible because look,
I'm just going to say it, I feel like Eden
Parker is pretty huge and sometimes when you watch on
sky Sports some of the games at Eden Park it's
not even filled out man, And you know, I will
say the Chief supporters will have a lot to do
with that, because bro, it doesn't matter who they're playing.

Speaker 5 (29:45):
Down in Hamilton, every bummer is on a c day.

Speaker 11 (29:48):
I think the.

Speaker 10 (29:49):
Whole of Hamilton, the whole of probably Why Cuts or
coming up that highway and they'll be there on Saturday
night because as you said, it's sold out, which is
great to see, great to see us as Super. So
hopefully a lot of Auckland has got tickets too so
they can support the Blues because I dare say it's
going to be quite the army of cow bells coming up.

Speaker 6 (30:09):
Yeah, they're good at there.

Speaker 3 (30:10):
And also let's not forget the Wars Warriors against the
Titans live on sky Spot four a sky Sport now
that's holp Us four on Saturday.

Speaker 10 (30:18):
That's right. So what a perfect weekend you can watch
your Warriors and roll straight in to the Super Rugby finals.
Good news Roger Trevasa's ship.

Speaker 6 (30:28):
This week awesome.

Speaker 3 (30:31):
Okay, thank you always for making sure we know what
we're watching this weekend. You're the one Courtney Tady.

Speaker 10 (30:38):
I'm there here. Have a good day everyone.

Speaker 3 (30:40):
Hey, I just want to suggest this for someone to do,
because it's a great, great tweet. I just saw Dud
at Starbucks, just left the crowded store and went bye everyone,
and every single person in that store said goodbye.

Speaker 6 (30:54):
I literally just met the main character.

Speaker 3 (30:57):
So I suggested one doesn't go and check coffee ship,
we go bye everyone.

Speaker 6 (31:03):
See yeah, like that.

Speaker 2 (31:04):
I think it's like one of those things where it
pops you out of just the robotic feeling of life
where everyone we're so and we've ordered coffee a thousand times,
We've done this a thousand times. So when you see
someone that breaks that that routine within humans.

Speaker 5 (31:19):
It's like, wait, whoa, where are we matrix?

Speaker 4 (31:21):
But then maybe sometimes people in the coffee shop or
wherever you are are just waiting for somebody to just
actually say something like that.

Speaker 3 (31:27):
Yeah, interrect, like when little kids are waving, you know, when.

Speaker 6 (31:30):
They get us. Yeah, yeah, I'm always there waving. Am
I with you? So reach out?

Speaker 5 (31:35):
Bye you one bye.

Speaker 2 (31:38):
I can't believe it's taken me all this time to
say it.

Speaker 5 (31:40):
But when Thursday's.

Speaker 6 (31:42):
Over, Fridays again, whoa.

Speaker 2 (31:48):
You know, but tomorrow isn't any old Friday. It's actually,
you know, a bit of a special day for someone
here on this team. It will be stay is twenty
radio Land.

Speaker 3 (32:04):
No, no, not on a radio land and this radio network.

Speaker 4 (32:09):
Stace has been around before that, before that, Hold the busy.

Speaker 5 (32:14):
Let me tell you this expert.

Speaker 4 (32:17):
Okay, so Stace like entering me right for twenty years,
but before that, Stace has been around much longer.

Speaker 6 (32:25):
Yeah, I was on my ving.

Speaker 5 (32:27):
I don't my mistake. I don't really count.

Speaker 4 (32:30):
Okay in the radio world, did you wait?

Speaker 5 (32:35):
So how many years would that be in radio?

Speaker 1 (32:37):
Then?

Speaker 3 (32:38):
I was trying to think I'm really bad. I remember,
I'm trying to Rob la will know. I reckon it
was probably ninety six.

Speaker 5 (32:43):
That's like ten years. Oh my gosh, maybe it was.

Speaker 6 (32:49):
Ninety I don't know. Rob will know because he's good
like that.

Speaker 5 (32:51):
But well, it is a huge deal.

Speaker 2 (32:53):
None of the list even twenty years to be with
one company as pretty. It's pretty pretty pretty weird doesn't
make you feel weird, like it feels.

Speaker 6 (33:03):
Like that went too fast.

Speaker 3 (33:05):
Yeah, but I mean two thousand and four is when
we started Flavor, and then I went over to Classics
in the hits and then came back also the year
that I got to give them my husband.

Speaker 5 (33:15):
So yeah, you know what.

Speaker 4 (33:18):
A comment that that I heard which really got me
feeling wow, Actually you are right from my gym at
bf T right. One of the ladies Santana goes bro
they see Daniels, I'm like, no, brain Morrison.

Speaker 5 (33:32):
People should call you.

Speaker 2 (33:33):
I've been with stays where we should gets referred to as.

Speaker 5 (33:36):
That which and fear enough, fear enough the Queen of radio.

Speaker 3 (33:39):
That's survivor approach. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (33:44):
So it's just leaving, you know, and Flavor Funal just leaving.
You know, there will be some surprises after eight o'clock.

Speaker 6 (33:51):
