Welcome to Off the Record with Stacey's Zura and Charlie. Well,
we talk about things that didn't go on the radio,
but this did go on the radio. But we're going
to go into more detail about it deep dive. Yeah.

So over the weekend, my kids and I, including my nephews,
we decided to go on a staycation in Karaka and
the Double Tree.

Speaker 4 (00:34):
Which is absolutely done it.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
It's a beautiful place. And my son decided, okay that
this is what's gonna happen. We're gonna split the rooms.
You and police are going to sleep in one room
and my my son rob By the way, myself, Charlie
and Marseille will share a room. And I'm like, actually,
that's a good, good idea.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
Cool, cool, Leave you guys do your thing.

Speaker 3 (00:53):
Chick the little brother out. I love how your eldest
kicks the little brother out into you.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
Oh he preferred that, isn't he you know?

Speaker 4 (00:58):
Yeah, yeah, no, he definitely knows what he was doing there.

Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
But you know, at the end of our staycation, I
go on just to make sure that you know, they've
packed everything and they're really to nothing behind. No undis
nothing like that. Okay, so we are ready to walk
downstairs and check out. I walk into the room, Brian,

(01:23):
I was like, these guys must pied their rock stars
like living like this, because there was an absolute pig stile.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
That's not naughty, because.

Speaker 3 (01:35):
It's already a blessing to be able to go and
do that, but to treat the room like that, even
if it's not yours.

Speaker 4 (01:42):
Yeah, you know what sir Howard Morrison. Uncle Howard always said,
like say the copa Haker basically found out capa Haker audio.
They found a way when they performed at the Nationals
and they're checking out at their hotel, he said to them,
you every day, even when you're still staying there, you
leave your room immaculate, and when we leave, we clean

(02:03):
it and it has to be immaculate, make your bed,
make it all nice, get rid of rubbish, because that's
our lasting and pushing on them are still like representing us,
so we don't want them talking about us and going,
oh they were so puddised.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
I loved that, and you know I gave the kids
honestly because that was disappointing, especially having my you know,
this is the older lot.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
They're no better.

Speaker 4 (02:27):
Yeah, and it's such a massive treat, by the way,
it's a massive treat to yourself because then you don't
have to clean up the house after the kids all
staying and you can't see anything you have to do,
Like my job is just a lay in the hotel
and watch sky.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
The thing is that the kids are not that missy.
They're not missy kids, but I think.

Speaker 3 (02:46):
They're having and I do get it. It is very
very exciting. But yeah, that's the kind of thing like
if you behave like that, then you don't get things
like that again.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
No, man, that's it.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
I said to them, Bro, I can't give you guys
any nice things if you guys are going to be
like this. Yeah, and my kids know when I say that,
it's they they.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
Know it's hot.

Speaker 4 (03:07):
Bro.

That's not happy and be like yeah, shame, but it was.
He was in the backseat like.

Bro, man, you should see me room.
