Montoya Taylor.
Speaker 3 (00:13):
And Montea Montoya Celcord.
Speaker 2 (00:16):
Welcome and you've got this brand new podcast now, Taylor,
how would you describe this podcast?
Speaker 1 (00:24):
Absolutely? Rogue, Yeah, uncensored, unfiltered, just truth, truthful, like yeah, yeah,
my satter.
Speaker 3 (00:33):
Way you want to do it?
Speaker 4 (00:35):
I didn't want to do it, but you know, it's
been a lot of fun. I mean, filming with her
at home, it kind of it's like our week of
venting pretty much. I mean like it's our week of
arguing in one episode and inventing and therapy in one episode.
So it's pretty much what happens in every household, I guess,
and what every couple goes through. However, no one speaks
(00:56):
about it.
Speaker 3 (00:58):
So you actually film home, yesh.
Speaker 1 (01:01):
Yeah, So we've got our sausage dog there. Louis with
us as well.
Speaker 3 (01:04):
Yeah, he's my support not here. I know, we should
have brought him.
Speaker 1 (01:07):
He's a food me of this and I'm really upset
Louise is not here.
Speaker 3 (01:12):
Yeah. Yeah, that springs you guys together like a little
bit closer for.
Speaker 1 (01:17):
Sure, for sure, because otherwise I don't even think we'd
talk for an hour every week. Yeah, we're never home.
He's never home, so it's now got him in the
room for I've got some eye contact with him for
a good amount of time.
Speaker 2 (01:30):
It's great cameras on you as well. We've had a
little listen. It's hilarious. You know what, I really like
to tell you the truth, Macello, this made me rate
you more that you have chosen this wife in life.
But do you know what I mean, Taylor, Because sometimes
I'm just going to say, professional athletes sometimes just make
(01:51):
easy choices, don't you think, And you're not an easy choice.
Speaker 3 (01:54):
You're a great choice. Thank you, Thank you to put it.
Speaker 4 (01:57):
Yeah, she's she's a ball of energy, and that's I think.
No one sees that from my side obviously, and because
I haven't got any social media, no one sees a
person I am behind the closed doors and we're pretty
much two big bares of energy. So when we come together,
it's a podcast.
Speaker 3 (02:11):
What's your version of how you came together? Taylor.
Speaker 1 (02:15):
I was a cheerleader for a club who used to
play for and they have a streact rule against not
frategnizing the players. I love a challenge. I was like,
why not? And then we they have this this night
where the twenties players have dinner with the cheerleaders to
teach it. Yea literally they teach them etiquette, how to
(02:39):
have dinner properly.
Speaker 3 (02:40):
And start whatever.
Speaker 1 (02:42):
Yeah, and then I saw him and his friend actually
hod on me and I was like, no, thanks, but
who's your mate and which was Marcello? And then he
didn't do anything, which I was so offended by. So
I followed him on Instagram and hit it in the
d MS and he replied, rest is history.
Speaker 3 (03:01):
I like that you're in agreement. That was the vision
that happened Macelo.
Speaker 2 (03:05):
Yes, yeah, love story, but you know what I mean,
Like I saw say to my husband, well, this is
on you.
Speaker 3 (03:14):
You could have chosen anywhere, and you could have chosen
like a really you know, like compliant woman, and you didn't.
So I feel that this is your fault.
Speaker 4 (03:23):
I've been troubled down because that's your say that think
you I'll use that line.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
Yeah, I know that's true, but like, what do you
think as the most important aspect of who you've chosen
as a life partner.
Speaker 4 (03:37):
I think I've always had good honesty with her, I mean,
and that's and that's what I've always said. I think
from the star, I always been honest in terms of
like where we're at or if we're arguing. I was
always if I was in the wrong, I'll always accept
it and apologize her. On the other hand, she finds
it a bit hard at times to take her ill
and it's true. But yeah, I think, yeah, you know,
(04:00):
but I feel my wife needs to listen to it.
I'm you and my wife is obviously she.
Speaker 3 (04:06):
Needs to listen to this.
Speaker 4 (04:11):
Yeah, And I think it's just that kind of like yeah,
like I said, it happens every day, I mean, and
everyone's relationship, but no one kind of talks about it
or they talk about it. But it's cool to see
us being vulnerable about it and just coming out and
be honest about it.
Speaker 1 (04:23):
Oh, we're gonna bring up the fact that every time
we do have a fight, you have a silk and
give me the silent treatment. That's not being honest.
Speaker 4 (04:28):
Well that's part of it as well.
Speaker 1 (04:30):
So can we bring this back in rotation next time
we have a fight, because I'd love to hear that
honest feedback.
Speaker 3 (04:35):
Then wait, yeah, because.
Speaker 2 (04:37):
It'd been good to be able to skip the silent
treatment per day because I hate it.
Speaker 1 (04:41):
I'm such a vocal person. I would rather just have
it out there and then get it over with. But
he like gives me stone cold face, and it makes
me laugh and it makes them like you're a chariot.
Speaker 4 (04:50):
When in the room you're knocking on the door.
Speaker 2 (04:52):
Just fight me.
Speaker 1 (04:55):
Literally, I got the dog to scratch on the dog.
Speaker 3 (05:01):
You're trying to see the dog in for a fight.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
For those of you who you don't know, the Montoya
is it's a sausage dog.
Speaker 3 (05:10):
Louis isn't really the guy. We're so excited. Yeah, podcast.
Are there any boundaries on the topics that you talk about?
Speaker 1 (05:19):
Oh, you definitely have some. I would say, you don't
like it when I talk about sexual things.
Speaker 4 (05:26):
I don't mind, but I think there should be a
line there. You know, I don't have She doesn't have boundary.
But I think when we're talking, she'll look at me
and I'm like, don't.
Speaker 1 (05:37):
I don't know, and then I'll still say it's like
and then after I'd be like, oh, but it's funny.
Speaker 3 (05:46):
It's fine to leave it in.
Speaker 1 (05:47):
And you'll be like, oh, I'd rather not. I'm like,
oh yeah, i'll tell them. I never tell them.
Speaker 4 (05:51):
I just more think of my mom, like the island side.
You know.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
They actually wondered about that, the island side.
Speaker 4 (06:00):
Oh yeah, and that's what I was saying. But my
mom knows, like we've been together for ten years now,
so my mom knows who is she, She knows how
honest she is, how she speaks. So the other day
I called her because I was a bit anxious that
our mom the first episode on.
Speaker 3 (06:11):
Thursday and it's about your brother walking in.
Speaker 4 (06:13):
On us, And I said, Mum, just the warning. And
then she started laughing. He's oh that's fine, son, and
I said, and that made it a bit easier.
Speaker 3 (06:21):
Yeah, might bring you in your in, your far nose closer.
Speaker 4 (06:24):
Yeah they're really pretty close.
Speaker 3 (06:25):
Yeah yeah, they're really yeah, they're.
Speaker 4 (06:27):
Ready pretty yeah.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
Well I have my heritage's Italian background, so they're like, yeah,
these such loud, vocal people. And then when we first
met Marcello's beautiful Fiji and family, they're so calm, and
I feel like it even so perfectly because Christmas is
not everyone can be bloody talking as oud as weekend,
so they're just they're happy Chili, just taking it all in.
Speaker 2 (06:47):
So yeah, I love what I'm hearing so far, and
move over Kardashians.
Speaker 3 (06:53):
