You're listening to Stacea, Zarah and Charlie's Off the Record
your record.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Welcome to Off the Record with Stacey, Zarah and Charlie
where we talk about things. Because they're going to go
on the show today and might not ever go on
the show. That's why they come here. Okay, I really
really really wanted to say something quite lovely and quite
sweet that my partner Divin did yesterday. So I was,
I don't know how she's feeling kind of down in
the dumbs. I'd caught him maybe three times during the day,

(00:34):
That's how he can tell. Because I just wanted to
talk kind of about nothing, to be honest, and he said, oh,
you know what, I'm going to finish work early so
I can come back and just like hang out. And
he not only knocked off work early without me asking
just to spend time with me, and also came with

(00:54):
me to the supermarket. I've always got my list, and
you know, he is just sort of how with that
sort of thing when I know what I'm getting, and
also helped me cook and a lot of it I
just did. So he just stood in the kitchen playing
on his phone and It's just so nice those little
things when you're feeling a bit off and then your

(01:17):
person without asking, just sort of comes along for the ride,
no complaining. It is there. Like for me, I felt like, wow,
I didn't even realize I needed that, you know, those
moments and I wanted to to ask, you know, what
do your your husband's Dace and your wife Charlie do
if you're feeling down? Like, is there something that they know?
It's all work, they're not feeling their best?

Speaker 2 (01:39):
Well, I think say he knows me to a point
where she knows when I'm not feeling good, and it's
usually just we're gonna do what we like doing best,
and it's right eating or just spending time with a
family or having a movie, like because that's what I
love doing. And being surrounded by people that that you
love makes it feel much more better, you know what

(02:01):
I mean, because I'm on I'm back on the diet
and I've shared my plan or saying she's like, oh, brother,
it's pretty cool, Like it's at least it's food that
we can all eat if we go out and all that,
because I have KFC and Burger Field that's in the
diet believe it or not really. Yeah, and then you know,
yesterday she's she said something that was pretty nicely. You know,

(02:21):
I want you to have your meals fresh, so let
me know when you're on your way home and I'll.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
Cook it up prepare.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
Wow, that's that's very nice. You know. I'm like, that
makes me feel a little bit better. Yeah, And I
usually just cook my own meals. I'd never get seen
to do the meals. But her putting your hand up
to say I'll cook it for you say less.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
Yeah, and I'm not saying that this is if I'm
not feeling good. But then it's quite a fine line.
So Scotty said, shall we do yoga last night? And
we did yoga together because he's trying. He wants to
work on this flexibility because he does jiu jitsu and
can i in the gem and stuff. And I realized that,
you know, it makes guys quite sort of tight with

(03:04):
their muscles and everything, so he wants to work on that.
But it's cool that he's, you know, like he knows
that I like doing yoga too, So that was nice
to do that together. But what is the fine line
part is if you are always suggesting to your partners.
Shall we do some exercise? Shall we go for a
run or something like? People could take that the wrong way.
Do you know what I mean? So like you need
to do exercise?

Speaker 2 (03:25):
I don't because that usually when you say shall we do?
The question the mail or you know what is like
do need you?

Speaker 1 (03:34):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (03:34):
Are you saying you know?

Speaker 3 (03:37):
Yeah? But like for us going for a walk together,
going to the gym together, yeah.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
I feel the same way. It just like it just
really lifted my spirits because just to have that offer
of you know, i'll come home now, like I'll live
with it. I was like literally think little things like that,
like an active service like that makes me just tear
up because I'm like, you don't need to do that,
but you're choosing me, know, and you can tell that
I'm not feeling the bit, so I'm like, oh.

Speaker 3 (04:02):
Yeah, and I'm sorry that. You know, your day at
work was probably the reason why you were down.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
Thanks for listening to Stace, Azua and Charlie's Off the Record.
