Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's the Flavor podcast Network. You're listening to Staca Zurah
and Charlie's Off the Record.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
Put your record. Welcome to Off the Record with Stacy
and Charlie. When we talk about things that didn't go
on the radio, shouldn't go on the radio, it doesn't matter.
Speaker 3 (00:19):
Okay, they come here, yeah, whether you want to hear
them or not. Get ready, I smell currently like I
can't wait to have a shower because we did our runathon, right,
So that's understandable. So the thought that's going through my
head is currently I am desperate to have a shower.
How about you, guys?
Speaker 2 (00:37):
Absolutely desperate. It's something that I love being here. I
love my job, but I want to leave so I
can shower. And it's funny you say that, Stace, because
anticipating this runathon that we had to do today to
raise money, because I knew I was going to be
running in the studio, this is so weird. I sprayed
a very expensive perfume in both my arm hurt afy
(01:03):
onto my T shirt, onto my T shirt. But you
don't do that with perfume, right. I also I also
sprayed it oh my like crutch area.
Speaker 1 (01:11):
Oh wow, Wow, do you get just a little self
conscious about you know, because we're in the studio running.
Speaker 2 (01:16):
I didn't ask for that. The whole point, my whole point. Okay,
the mum area may have got it too, but the
whole point is that I'm so scared of smelling that
I I genuinely It's something that I think about all
the time. And if I know I can smell, I immediately
get quieter and really anxious. I feel the anxiety like,
(01:37):
oh damn, like shit, I smell.
Speaker 1 (01:39):
I see. The thing is for me is like I
don't we just we just rang so immediately we know
that we stink, you know, because we're sweating.
Speaker 2 (01:47):
There's a reason for the reason for the smell.
Speaker 1 (01:49):
Okay, but the thing is, and we understand that, we
all have the understanding. So we want to leave here.
My seat is broke, wet ass any ways, but we
want to get out here shower. But then there are
some people that can't even smell themselves, bro And this
is the problem.
Speaker 3 (02:05):
Yeah, that's what I want to know, Like, if we
can be so aware of ourself smelling, why can't some
people or how come they can just roll around being stinky?
Speaker 2 (02:16):
Don't say roll around, don't roll around? Yeah, well, you know,
according to actual facts, actual Google facts is people that
kind of stink, they don't actually smell themselves. They get
so desensitized to their smell that it stops becoming like
a strong odor. But the worst part, like Aunt Charlie
(02:39):
was saying, when they're not even exercising, like it's just
their smell.
Speaker 3 (02:44):
Well, what about though, when you put on a shirt
and like it might be because it was it was sitting
damp for too long and it smells, so you know that,
and then you're in the situation you can't get out
of it. That sucks.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
Yeah, I know that, but I see people make it
even worse when you're pulling out a T shirt. I know,
the smell when you're pulling out a T shirt that's
in the washing basket and it's a little bit dampy,
but then you just check it on, then you try
sprace some. It just makes things worse.
Speaker 2 (03:12):
You know, you're right, and you know what. That's that's
why I think I'm embarrassed about the smell thing, and why,
if I'm being completely honest, why people should be because
to me, if you are stinky, it usually means you're
either dirty or you literally wash your clothes, left them
sitting wet for two days and then hung them out
without rewashing them. Like to me, I see what you
(03:34):
didn't do? Yeh through your smell? Yeah, so's your teeth.
Maybe you're not brushing your teeth.
Speaker 3 (03:38):
Yeah that's horrible too. And you go, I've eaten something
because I ate onion sandwich the other day and I
guess my has my sat I'm sorry, okah an now
home like I ate onions Like, yeah, I know.
Speaker 2 (03:51):
Because this is off the record, I'm going to say something.
So my old flatmate works in a job where they
remove here let's just put it that way. She has
literally told me that probably on four different occasions, women
have come in with the worst smelling coochie and she said,
(04:15):
the thing is right is happy and not know. She goes,
I've literally had to tell a couple of girls you
should probably see a doctor because that's sort of smell.
Speaker 1 (04:25):
No, that's a disease.
Speaker 3 (04:30):
Thank you for taking it to a place off the record,
and Charlie, well done. Your face just stayed.
