Speaker 1 (00:01):
The Flavor Podcast Network. You're listening to Stacis Zura and
Charlie's off the Record.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
What's your record?

Speaker 1 (00:12):
Welcome to Off the Record with State and Azurra. Today
we bring things here they didn't go on the radio.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
And today, Well, my sister Saturday in the chat. So
I've got a couple of sisters who have toddler's sister
and sister in law, and so we have our group
chat and she's like, okay, what do we do about this?
Like when they get to a certain age at three
or four and they're like, hey, we're in the shower
and why you know that?

Speaker 3 (00:36):
Ask you daddy?

Speaker 2 (00:37):
Why does daddy have a funny like why why don't you?
And my sister's like, okay, I know we have to
use the proper words. You have to use vagina, you
have to use penis, because why.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
Is it so awkward?

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Because a lot of families will get around by saying
dots or you know something like that, give it, give
it a word so that they don't have to be
technically correct or I can avoid their goodness, Well.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
This is the thing right as Yes, you've got to
call it because you're you're teaching them you're teaching them
to say, right, I have not called it a vagina
or a penis your entire life, my entire life, and
I won't. I don't want to do it, Like I
just I don't know why, but it's like imagine going
to a doctor and being like I'm having a bit

(01:21):
of an issue with my vagina. They just would rather not.
I just I will do anything in my power to
avoid saying that word. Now.

Speaker 3 (01:28):
It makes me feel like.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
I don't know, it makes me feel yuck.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
I think actually the word is the problem.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
It's ugly.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
So like in Maui, you know, we talk about it
and say tada and there's a whole song like play
your on.

Speaker 1 (01:41):
The my neck, my back, mar Tata and my yeah, well.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
Yeah, there's so many words for vagina by the way,
you know, Tata and timy. So we'd say tada and
the kids are like, they like got to a point
and they went how the coup parm witha like what
is the English words for tada? And I just think, okay,
just be normal, say you know, don't act weird. And
we said vagina and then huh china, I kid no highlighted.

(02:11):
It was like no, vagina. They like, what is that word?
That is a weird word.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
Weird word. It's a weird word, penis. It's not as bad,
it's not as bad, but I just I don't like
saying it. So I can understand why. Man, I'm gonna
be the worst, be the worst. Mom. I'm gonna because
you're right, you do need to say call it for
what it is, well, especially my way.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
See, I don't I'm not here for that word.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
What do you call it if you're not calling it
the V word? Ah, I'm not not in not in Mary.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
Remember I'm pretty grown up.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Oh god, here, Now, I could be fine with vagina.
I just basically go it. It won't be my child.
It's like someone else's child, So I just go with whatever.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
They watch your nickname like one of them.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
I'm not taking it to that.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
Absolutely. What do you call it if you're not calling
it it's a name and marty or an English you said,
I'm pretty old school.

Speaker 3 (03:11):
Then you just left it there.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
No, I didn't. I'm fine to say vagina because I
get it.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
It's it's just you know, you have to go.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
You have to say, we're not going to go on
the less it's not an exhaustive lesson.

Speaker 3 (03:25):
No, no, no, your mind.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
I really want to know when you're talking about a child. No,
not a child, I'm just talking about No, I'm talking
about a child.

Speaker 3 (03:32):
Stay on track. But this is this is why you're distracted.
You have to get better. Come on, and starts going,
oh yeah, it can be called you're going to say that.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
I've said those in the context of children for goodness sake.
Get But like what I want to tell you though,
is one of the one of the women in the
group chet one of my finds, said they tried to
say to this son, okay, Penis, and he got weird
with that, so he said okay, they said okay, he
said deck.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
So it's just like he got the plural was like,
my deck's hit. I still reacking take his you know,
I'm not.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
Like you know, I've the same appearance.

Speaker 3 (04:19):
Freaking yeah. Yeah, my mom used to say that.

Speaker 1 (04:21):
But do like I need to be in my deck.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
Like I remember like.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
A four year old on here and he was like, Mom,
why didn't my where did my dick go up? Like this? Guy?

Speaker 3 (04:32):
