This moment, JP, congratulations, You've just won Celebrity Treasure Island.
Speaker 3 (00:46):
I am proud of myself.
Speaker 5 (00:48):
That's a lot harder than people watching at home would
even fathom. But I'm glad that I'm doing this for
a bigger purpose and something more than just myself. The son,
for Soths, for Toma's Someone's police, all of us.

How long was that treasure dig for? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:27):
Man, I want to say almost two hours. But I
might be I might be like being dramatic, but I'm
pretty sure it.
Speaker 3 (01:35):
Was you've been dramatic. It felt like that.
Speaker 2 (01:39):
I'm like that, I don't actually know what we saw.
Speaker 1 (01:41):
The sun was up and then nixt min it was
pitch black, but we're there for so long.
Speaker 2 (01:45):

Speaker 3 (01:48):
I did guess.
Speaker 2 (01:49):
You know, before you watch the final episode of anything,
especially celebrity Treasu railing, always go okay, here's your pick.
Speaker 3 (01:55):
Come on, I said, JP, I.
Speaker 2 (01:57):
Said, I just feel I had a feeling in my
gut it was going to be you, and you you
were the one we met Spade, the hit the suitcase,
hit the trunk. I was like one hundred thousand dollars
for your charity, which as.
Speaker 6 (02:12):
Child found the water around So why did you choose them?
Speaker 1 (02:15):
Because obviously I'm Aunt Tolan from the Pacific, and you
know it's twenty twenty four and the fact that there's
kids out there that don't have access to clean drinking water.
I think maybe two weeks ago, two kids passed away
in the Solomon Islands because they didn't have access to
a clean water. And I was like, you know, as
people that revolved their lives around the water. It's crazy
(02:37):
to think that we don't have basic human necessities like
that out there. So definitely I wanted to choose them
and just provide the opportunity for them to not only
have clean drinking water, but so they can get to
school and you know, pursue opportunities that they can get.
Speaker 3 (02:54):
So how much money did you raise for them in
the end? One and ten thousand dollars?
Speaker 6 (02:58):
Oh yeah, my celebrity Juter Island and get this guy,
Prime Minister for New Zealand.
Speaker 2 (03:04):
Damn Sally, you're like this too, because I think just
after the clip that you heard, the whole thing finishes
with JP.
Speaker 3 (03:11):
Saying, I mean.
Speaker 6 (03:15):
I did say yesterday honestly, hand on how I said,
I want to back my docle. I want to back
the docle to want to and I'm happy. Bro. I
woke up this morning. I was like, my whole news
feed was just your face. I was like, did this
guy die? I was LIKEJP, and I was like, no, wait,
(03:36):
the main one, yes.
Speaker 4 (03:38):
Yes, that you brought in some ancestral knowledge, didn't you,
And how you calculated how to win?
Speaker 1 (03:42):
Yeah, we got three photos and those photos at a
certain point, But you know, like talking about it after
it makes a lot of sense, But in the moment,
like I said, I feel like we're thinking four hours.
So I didn't know how proud my answerts would be
of my navigating in that.
Speaker 3 (03:58):
Could be like child take the whole jumping it.
Speaker 6 (04:04):
How would you describe the experience of celebrity Treasure Island
In terms of intensity?
Speaker 1 (04:09):
I think it was high intensity, and in terms of
that feeling of being anxious first of all, I mean,
you know, the feeling that you might be eliminated at
any moment, or you'll be put up for a challenge
that you might not be good at. I think the
whole nation saw is jumping on trampolines and we couldn't
add up a few numbers, So I think, yeah, it
(04:29):
was high intensity. And then it was such a weird
flip because then when you're off, you're off and you
just chill and wait.
Speaker 3 (04:36):
But then when everything's on, it's.
Speaker 2 (04:38):
All on being Oh my goodness, So we're so proud
of you. It's an incredible cause you played incredibly and
just fun to watch. It was a fun season. If
anyone you know hasn't seen it, you can go to
TV and Z Plus and get your bet watching. Trust me,
it is worth it. It is hilarious and you also
feel quite emotional as well. So thank you so so much.
(04:58):
