Speaker 1 (00:28):
Well, the weekend is upon us. Welcome aboard, you're at
home with Gary Selton. Its hours brought to you by
Rota Ruter. You know, we've had a couple of I guess,
fairly common I guess or typical plumbing issues, and Rota
Ruter has an extensive website with a lot of questions

(00:51):
or answers to your questions. And of course they do plumbing,
they also do water cleanup, and we certainly appreciate them
for answering this hour of our show. So we'll continue
with your calls at eight hundred A two three A
two five five. You thank you very much for joining me.
By the way, during your break, I just had a
little opportunity to look up a little about a epoxy

(01:16):
coatings on garage floors versus the poly urea coatings, and
there are a lot of differences in apoxies. I there's
commercial grade epoxies, there's you know, the epoxies you see
on the shelf and a gallon can at the hardware
store for doing your garage. But really, by reading the

(01:38):
pros and cons on both products, your your poly urea
coating is going to be the more expensive one, probably
the one which is more expensive and also has a
little longer you know, warranty on it. And I was
looking up, you know, what's the pros on a poly
your urea coating. It's more resist and to chemicals and

(02:03):
abrasions that little ledge of the garage floor that is
exposed to the outdoor environment. The polyurea does not yellow,
it has a higher UV protectant, It has a faster
curing time than an epoxy, and it also expands and

(02:23):
contracts with temperature changes, which reduces the risk of fractures
in the coating itself. Also, of course very low maintenance.
Now the cons are professional installs it which a professional was,
and its higher cost on your epoxies. And it doesn't
say what kind of poxies. It does talk about some highbreds.

(02:48):
It does talk about some do it yourself epoxies. But
it was just saying the variable quality depends on the
different brands. But the butt them a line on those
poly rheas is that would be your better coating. So
hopefully I fellas still listening. All right, let's get Let

(03:09):
me give you the phone number. It's eight hundred eighty
two three eight two five five. You can grab a
line and we have Suzanne, Suzanne, welcome.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
Hey Gary, the lady that had the chandelier in the bathroom.
Uh huh.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
I read an idea.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
I heard an idea one time for cleaning, and I
have done it in a dining room chandelier. You hang
an umbrella upside down underneath of the chandelier, Okay, this
kind of attached the strap or whatever, you know, and
then using your window cleaner like you were talking about,
you just spray the dickens out out of it and

(03:45):
the cleaner drops down into the umbrell. Nope, Nope, you're
just spraying the liquid on there, you know, the window
cleaner on there.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
Hurt to try it.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
Yeah, and then it just you know, then just let
it there dry and you don't have to handle all
the little pieces.

Speaker 4 (04:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
There's another thing. I remember reading an article about a product.
I see a lot of different products and a lot
of different techniques also, and there was one and I
can't recall what the name of it was, and quite honestly,
after you telling me this tip, I don't even know
if it was a specific product, but I think it was.
And it was a type of cleaner that you could

(04:31):
spray and not touch the crystal also and I and
it was for dusty Crystal and dirty crystal, and you
simply sprayed it on and you didn't have to touch it.
But I don't know if there was a specific product
or not, and I certainly don't recall the brand name.
But you know, when you're telling me what you're telling me,

(04:56):
it doesn't hurt anything to give that a try, and
if it works, that would be be awesome.

Speaker 2 (05:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (05:02):
You just you know, said that umbrella catches all the drips,
so you're able to just spray the uh just spray, sprace, pray,
you know, and they.

Speaker 1 (05:12):
Yeah, it worked for me. All right, very good, Thanks Susanne.
I appreciate it, Thank you, Bye bye. All right, Uh again,
it's eight hundred eight two three eight two five five.
We've got a community show going on today, and that's okay.
I I like that. You know, if we can get
a tip where somebody's just spraying the glass cleaner on

(05:34):
there and not touching that, that's awesome. We were talking about, uh,
the garbage disposal outlet. How one of them, one of
the outlets is hot all the time and the other
one is controlled by the switch and you plug it
in the wrong outlet, you can't turn off the disposal

(05:55):
and that's that's a you know, they're not all hooked
up like that, but if you've got to, I'm sure
it is and probably has a switch. So happy to
take that information and happy to you know, talk about
what you're working on, that's for sure. So let's get
back to the phone calls, and we got Birch. Birch, welcome,

(06:17):
How you doing, Gary doing good? Thank you good.

Speaker 5 (06:21):
I had two quick questions for you. One is I
have an older some pump under my basement stairs and
some pumps working fine, but the concrete starting to crack
around it. What would you recommend for how to would
I reap for that? Or I'm not you know, I
don't want to do it myself because it's around to
some pump. But is there something that you could recommend

(06:42):
to make that a smoother surface without the cracking?

Speaker 1 (06:45):
So so tell me about that. So some pump is
you know, it's a it's a well basically that's put
into the floor, and that does make the floor at
that point the weakest part in the floor, right, and
so sometimes we have cracks at radiate out from the
well for the pump, and it's a good idea to

(07:10):
fill those if you have an area where there's a
lot of radon, that's a way radon can easily get
into the house. There's some settling that's occurring which is
causing you know, that crack. So the question then comes
to you is tell me about, you know, how many
cracks is there, how wide is the crack, how long
is the crack, because it will depend on how they repair.

Speaker 5 (07:33):
That great, great question. It's I would say it's crumbling
and some small cracks. So it's just it's starting to
you know, it's starting to crumble in different in different sections,
you know, around the floor, around the pump. We're talking
about an area that's maybe five feet long and two
feet wide, so it's not a huge area. But what

(07:54):
I was wondering is is it possible for to have
someone just pour a fresh leg or of concrete there
or you have to be careful with the height of
the sumb pump hole. And you know, I've tried, I've
tried repair, and I you know, I had the same
issue in my garage and I finally had a new

(08:15):
floor put down and I was really happy with that.
So I'd rather start fresh. But is there any product.

Speaker 3 (08:20):
That can do that?

Speaker 1 (08:23):
Yeah, there's there's a couple. Actually, when you put a
coating over the concrete, you're you're going to be you know,
you don't want to put a real thick or high
coating on there, and you really don't want to, you know,
patch the cracks with a coating, because you just basically
create a bridge over an area that's already weak. So

(08:47):
I would fill the cracks first with a you know,
if you got cracks that are less than a quarter
of an inch wide, which is a fairly substantial crack,
you could just fill it with a regular acrylic or
crack filler comes in a quart jug about the consistency
of a milkshake, and you literally pour it into the crack. Okay,

(09:09):
so that'll that'll pour down, weep in and seal that crack.
And then for the resurfacing, there are concrete resurfacing products. Now,
the ones that are concrete resurfacing products, they can be
a little laborious. I mean you got to mix them
with a you know, commercial drill, and you know it's

(09:31):
about the thickness of a like an asphalt driveway seiler,
and you could move that over the surface with like
a squeegee or even a broom. Uh, that would be
one option. The other options fill the cracks. And there's
a product called Vinyl Concrete Patcher which can be trialed

(09:54):
onto the surface and you could trial it up to
three ace of an inch thick and you know you
would just you know, resurface it with that. Both those
products have bonding agents in it, so it will adhere
to the existing concrete. If you use like a regular
sand mix or something, you've got to add the bonding

(10:14):
agent and you can't. You know, you should probably do
it in thicknesses of two inches, so I'd stay away
from that. Then there's another product, and I'll tell you
about that. That's a Dice Coatings product. I talk a
lot about their products. They are all very innovative and
newer type products. It's called rock Patch. Comes in a

(10:35):
gallon can. I think they've got a bigger can. Also,
it's already pre made and it is kind of one
of those polymer coatings. I guess you could say it's
pre mixed. It's non cementatious, it's gray in color. But
that too is trialed directly over the affected area and.

Speaker 5 (10:54):
That can you repeat the name of that last product
that's interesting.

Speaker 1 (10:58):
Yeah, it's called rock Path and the website is DAI
c H Coatings dot com.

Speaker 3 (11:09):
Great.

Speaker 5 (11:10):
Great, And then Gary, last real quick question. My bathroom window.
I had it replaced and I was hoping it was broken.
I was hoping that would help with the draft issue.
But it's still incredibly cold around that window. And I
thought with a new window that might solve some of
that and it steeled a little better. Is there is
there anything you can do around a bathroom window just

(11:32):
to you know, get so cold in there.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
Well, I'm assuming it's a good quality, you know, resistant
window and all that, and you know, I'm also assuming
that it's installed properly. If it's a replacement window, you know,
sometimes there's a gap inside that wall. Hopefully they foamed
that close and didn't just stuff like a fiberglass in there.

(11:57):
Cawking if it's available around the jam might be helpful,
But I'm making a couple of assumptions on the installation
and stuff.

Speaker 5 (12:06):
Now, Thanks so much, Gary, I appreciate your time, and
you have a wonderful Saturday.

Speaker 1 (15:14):
Well, I'll tell you this is the time of year.
I know a lot of us start doing some spring
cleaning and kind of sprucing things up around the home.
And I was fortunate enough to get the windows open
yesterday and that was kind of pleasant. And the reason
I'm bringing that up is I think one of the
things many of us homeowners fight, not only you know,
water problems and things like that, but also odors. And

(15:38):
for a long time I've talked about a product called
odor Exit. Dev's going to join us today and we're
going to talk about why that product is so unique
and why it works so well. So that'll be in
about seven eight minutes, and I hope you enjoyed that conversation.
Let's go to Holly. Holly, Welcome, Hello. How are you?

Speaker 8 (16:00):
I have a cross space foundation. I got a quote
from a company from Oklahoma City. It's way more than
I can afford, and I am wanting a recommendation for
a local company that's out here in western Oklahoma that
can just fix what I need and not add five

(16:23):
more projects and have it costs thirty five thousand dollars.

Speaker 1 (16:27):
Well, I don't know if I have a recommendation of
a company. But let's talk about your problem. What are
you trying to solve, Holly?

Speaker 8 (16:34):
I have some sagging floor, uneven floors, and the inspector
could not completely crawl under there and see this flooring.
And from what he saw, the floor is being held
up by two by fours and not proper semitted in columns.

(17:00):
He wants to go.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
Ahead, No, go ahead, keep going.

Speaker 8 (17:05):
I'm sorry, she wants to go ahead and put in
some beams underneath this because the joys are not properly
spaced out correctly.

Speaker 1 (17:17):
So then you had a company come in. And so
this inspector wasn't with the company that was going to
fix the problem. Is that correct?

Speaker 3 (17:27):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (17:27):
He was.

Speaker 1 (17:29):
He was with the company that was going to fix it. Yes, Okay,
So that's a big project. Okay, that's I'm not trying
to diminish it, but it's a big project. It's a
big construction. And I'm sure he was talking about the
things that need to happen. And if you're feeling that

(17:50):
maybe that was a little more aggressive than what needs
to be done, or maybe I just can't afford to
do that right now, what I would do and it'd
cost you, you know, five six, seven hundred dollars, is
get in your Google or wherever you're going to find
and get a not a home inspector, but get a

(18:13):
structural engineer. You can get them for like an hour
or two hours and make an assessment on what needs
to happen. And if those things that you're telling me
are wrong, he will make a recommendation of what needs
to be done. And with that, I've never seen it. Okay,

(18:33):
so take that a grain of salt. But it seems
to me if you've got those issues where the floors
are sagging, the beams are you know, not really the
appropriate distances apart, and we have two by fours and
we don't have a you know, a steel beam, and
we don't have footers to support that steel beam. It
might be a big job, but your your structural engineer

(18:58):
will be a third part. He's not going to make
any money on the repair. He is assessing the problem,
giving you a write up of what needs to be done,
and then you can go have that bid with any
number of companies and then I think you'll have your answer.
I think that's the proper way to do it. Holly,

(19:19):
all right, I appreciate the call, and I hope that
does help you. I'm sure you did have sticker shock,
because you know, it sounds to me like you're going
to have to get some footings for the poles the
iron beam. You get some work there, all right. Ded
Meyer from Motor Exit, she'll be next. And that's what
we're going to talk about, is what makes that product
different and how to get rid of all kinds of odors.

(19:42):
That's next At Home with Gary Sullivan.

three minutes after the top of the hour at home

some really nice weather this past week, and I'm sure
a lot of people as as I did working on
just kind of cleaning out the house and maybe a
little spring cleaning, maybe screening, glass cleaning. And I guess

(23:05):
one of the other things we all fight this time
of year, especially, we fight a year round, trust me,
and that's odors. And for years I've recommended a product
called odor Exit and it's a wonderful, wonderful product, and
they have a multitude of wonderful products. And joining me
now is the owner of Odor Exit and they're celebrating

(23:25):
twenty five years clean air. Deb Meyer Welcome that home
with Gary Sullivan.

Speaker 3 (23:31):
Good morning, Gary, Thanks so much for having me, And yes,
twenty five years of clean air with odor Exit. It
has been a great line. Yes it is, Yes it is.
And you've been part of that ninety eight percent of
all that.

Speaker 1 (23:45):
So for all you've done, you're quite welcome. So family
owned business and you've been in charge, and how's that
being going?

Speaker 3 (23:54):
Well? Pretty good. You know, my husband Marty was in
charge for a while and then he I think he
got tired and he goes, why don't we make you president?
Like it was a big gift, you know, Like, no,
it didn't turn out to be a gift at all.
It's been a lot of fun and I can't say
it hasn't been a gift. But but now he's vice

(24:16):
president and he gets to answer the phone, and I
solve all the problems except.

Speaker 1 (24:23):
The odor problems.

Speaker 3 (24:24):
He does that.

Speaker 1 (24:25):
There you go get trade off. Yeah, so let's talk
a little bit about it. I know I've talked about
it for years. I've used it for years for all
kinds of things, from when the kids were at home.
You know, they're backpacks and you know they left lunches
in there, and to uh, just the other day, I
used the odor exit magic for a little cabinet that

(24:47):
has the garbage can in underneath the sink, and you know,
it had just a little tinge of onion smell and
took you know, taking the trash out, but it kind
of lingered and I hit it with a little otor
exit medic chicken men, it was gone right away. But
what's in this? I mean, it's not perfume, folks, it's

(25:07):
actually getting rid of the odors. And I believe the
magic ingremient is essential oils versus enzymes. Tell me about
that whole arena if you will.

Speaker 3 (25:22):
Okay, Well, we don't like to disclose within it because
we like to think it is just magic. But yes,
It truly is essential oils and water. It's a combination
of essential oils. It's not and you're not going to
end up smelling lilac fresh or orange or any of
like some of the others do. And this the eliminator

(25:45):
is the exact same way. It is a different combination
of essential oil. So it's definitely two different products. The
magic is more for the air. I mean you can
spray it on things, but not kind of spray it
at things. I guess it is a better description. You know,
if your dog has dog body odor and he laid

(26:06):
on your couch, you spray it at the couch. It'll
absorb that body or coming off of air. Same thing
with your pet. You can put it on there for
dog body odor, or spray your hands and pet him her,
and it's going to absorb those gases coming off. So
it doesn't have to be directly on the source. But

(26:28):
the source is also going to come back because you're
not stopping dog body odor. He's going to continue. You're
going to continue to sweat. Like the sports you mentioned
the sports bags, that smell is going to come back.
So the magic's going to continue to work for a while.
But then it's going to absorb all it can and

(26:49):
you're gonna have to spray it again. But it's not gonna
leave a perfumey smell. It's just going to absorb that
odor and be like fresh air. And I had a
lady I gave her a sample this week and she
texted me, going, this stuff is great. I gave it
to her for she said she was a smoker and

(27:09):
hated to go in on sales calls after smoking in
the car. It just absorbed all that. She just kind
of spritzed her hair or clothes, and you know, I'm
tell them you can quit smoking now look at me
like I'm some kind of crazy person. Or you can
smell like you quit and then they're like, oh, so

(27:30):
what you got for that? And that again is the magic.
It just absorbs those odors, so like hat box odors
that gas coming off of their people, bathroom odors. It's
great for like public bathrooms, restaurants, that kind of thing
where everybody uses it and it just puts out this

(27:54):
gass and you really don't want to be the next
one in.

Speaker 1 (27:57):
So I'll tell you I used it this week now
that you mentioned because I used it like I said,
in the trash can, and it was kind of stinking
up the kitchen. And then one day this week we
went and got two little, small, little pizzas and I
ran and got him, put them in the car, got home,
and the next morning they had that It had that

(28:18):
lingering smell. I mean, pizza was delicious. The smell the
next morning in that car from where the pizzas were,
it wasn't. And I did the thing to open the
door and sprayed it all over the upholstery and the
air and went back in a couple hours and it
was it was gone. I mean, so it is. It's

(28:40):
a great product. And it doesn't, like I said, doesn't
mask it. It really literally eliminates that smell.

Speaker 3 (28:47):
And it'll do that actually in a couple of minutes,
so you know, depending on how soon you are going
to get back in your car, you just if you
put it in your face, it does have a smell,
but you don't want to obviously spray it in your face.
But then it goes away in just a couple of
minutes and absorbs that odor. And yeah, you don't even

(29:09):
know you had pizza last night.

Speaker 1 (29:11):
Yeah. One of the magic words. A lot of people
uses the word enzymes, and is there enzymes in the
otor exit or you know I was talking, We talked
about the essential oils. What's the difference between this or
is it in the otor exit?

Speaker 3 (29:29):
Also, there are no enzymes in either of our products.
Enzymes are more of a chemical and they have a
chemical smell to them, and that's why you'll have a
lilac or orange or something slavor or.

Speaker 1 (29:47):
Flagrance added to them, gotcha.

Speaker 3 (29:49):
To cover up that not pleasant chemical.

Speaker 1 (29:53):
Smell, gotcha, and it.

Speaker 3 (29:57):
Comes in contact. What it does is it it just
beats on that odor until it produces all the odor
is going to So it could take you know, days
for that smell to go away with the enzymes, and
if it didn't, if you didn't put enough on there,
it may take a second treatment to continue beating on

(30:19):
it to get rid of that odor. The essential oils
that we use in the eliminator, it has to be
on the source, but it stops that chemical, that that
odor producing item from making that odor. Right now, it's
gone within a couple of minutes. Again, you've got to

(30:42):
get the stinky gas now out of the room because
it you know, it's been smelling for a day. Or
a week or a year, your air smells bad, You
get that stinky air out of there, spray that source
and it stops it like right now, and then it
goes away and will not come back.

Speaker 1 (31:01):
Yeah, So those enzymes really they're kind of contributing to
your homes indoor pollution. And yes, you know, because you
start putting fragrances and stuff like that. That's kind of
the unhealthy home cinder many of us are experiencing. So
stay away from enzyme and cleaners.

Speaker 3 (31:21):
Yeah, we're looking at getting rid of the chemicals in
our lives. Those smells that they just cover up something else.
These actually get rid of that smell and stop us
from producing any more odor. And that's really what we want,
is that clean breathing, that clean air. You know, you're
going to have less cough, less allergens in the air.

(31:46):
You're not putting the allergens in the air now and
just breathe easier in your own home.

Speaker 1 (31:51):
Sure.

Speaker 3 (31:52):
Sure, So if you're with the enzymes, you're still adding
chemicals and you might have to do it a few
times to get rid of that smell. With the end
the eliminator and the essential oils, if you get it
on the source. It'll get rid of that smell, but
if you miss a spot, it will still smell. So

(32:14):
you got to find everywhere and to do that. We
also have a black light that's just any black light.
We sell them, but you know any black light will work.
There's ones from the sixties where we lit up our
shirts and thought we were so cool. Who's also light
up body fluids so you can see before you wash it,

(32:35):
you can see that fluorescent of urine, vomit body fluids
and know exactly where to apply the eliminator to get
rid of those smells.

Speaker 1 (32:46):
Where do people get out of or wash it.

Speaker 3 (32:48):
You kind of wash that portion of the urine or
whatever away and it's not going to fluoresce anymore. So
where to apply it?

Speaker 1 (33:00):
Where do they buy the product?

Speaker 3 (33:04):

of the hardware stores carry it. Ace do it best

(36:11):
me say it many times. Water is the number one
enemy to your home. And if you have high humidity
in your home, or a moisture problem or musty odors,
all of these are conditions that are ripe for mold growth,
which can lead to all sorts of problems. You need
to change out the air in your home. Instead of
do you midifi, let me recommend the easy Breathe ventilation system.
Easy Breathe exchanges the air in your home out six

(36:33):
to ten times a day, making the air cleaner and healthier.
I have one. I love it.

Speaker 9 (36:37):
Check it out for yourself. It's easybreed dot com.

Speaker 1 (36:53):
All right, Deb Myers, my guest, she is the president
of Odor Exit theodor exit dot com. If you want
to check it out, you can perk. Just sait right
there and Deb, let's talk a little bit about some
other issues that cause odors in our hometown. Spring rains
happened today and then we start having mold issues and

(37:16):
those types of stuffy basements and things. You've got something
that addresses that also.

Speaker 3 (37:23):
We do gary. We call it AQM Air Quality Manager,
and MOM stands for mold odor, mildew, smoke. These are
both the same, and these are chemicals, but they're very safe.
And I'm going to use the word gas here, and
it's really a safe gas as well. It puts a

(37:44):
gas in the air that will oxidize as a gas
with extra oxygen molecules, so in the right quantity it's
safe to breathe. It's healthy to breathe even and it
will oxidize mold spores in the air, like the dust
particles after the rains. Here comes the sun and you

(38:05):
have that ray come in and you see all those
dust particles and that beautiful ray of sunshine, and you go,
am I breathing that this helps get rid of all that.
It will oxidize as dust and stop the sneezing, give
you less coughing, make it easier to breathe than your
own home. I fit in my office at home some

(38:28):
days a couple of days in a row, and without
the AQM and moving around, my nose starts to run
and I get crazy. These things. Stop all that it
helps just get rid of at the source the start
of all that. If you have water leak in a basement,

(38:49):
putting the AQM down there to get rid of any
spores that are forming because that water didn't dry fast
and some pump back ups. Any kind of water that
stands for a while is going to start making mold.
Or if it's not visible, it's just that musty smell.

(39:10):
And these packets you put them behind a fan, that
gas comes out and that fan just swirls it around
through the air. If you had you're in the basement
and you have the choice open joyce. It's going to
get up into all those cracks and crevices where you're
not seeing spores but they're hiding. It's going to get
to that. It's going to oxidize them and they're not

(39:34):
going to come back. Can you get come back? Unless no,
it's invisible, it's very safe. You're probably not even going
to breathe it or smell it unless you get really
close to the packet. It's going to smell like swimming
pool chlorine. So it's kind of a good smell, I guess,

(39:58):
But it will get rid of all of the stuff
that we don't like. It's also going to do that
same thing. If somebody smoked in their house for ten
or twenty years and they've got they take a picture
off the wall and there's a big white spot behind
that picture and the rest of it's kind of yellow
from the tar and nicotine being in there. These packets

(40:18):
will oxidize that tar and nicotine and get rid of
that smoke smell. Now, you don't want to paint first.
Painting is gonna feel that in. It's going to be harder.
You're gonna need more packets to get through that paint
to the tar and nicotine to get rid of the smell.
So if you're if you're selling a home and you've
got cigarette smoke smells in there, use these packets first.

(40:43):
It's going to get rid of that. You can the
realtor dot com says you can lose up to twenty
nine percent of your resale value on a house if
it smells like smoke.

Speaker 1 (40:53):
Should people grub the wall first at all?

Speaker 3 (40:58):
If you're seeing the right behind the picture, yes, yeah,
fry sodium phosphate and water, clean off a lot of
that and then use the product, But don't paint first.
That's what you mentioned it too.

Speaker 1 (41:13):
You mentioned the AQM and you mentioned the MOMS, which
one should we use for that?

Speaker 3 (41:20):
The MOMS is a liquid version of that same chlorine
dioxide chemical. Okay, it's gonna get rid of the smells
where you spray it. So if you've got musty smell
in your basement and you want to spray everywhere, then
use MOMS. But I've used it to if there's mold spores,

(41:42):
I've used it. Even on a leather coat was hanging
in the basement. There was musty smells and you could
see spores on that leather coat. I sprayed the leather coat.
It went away and never came back. So it's more
for being a specific area than a whole basement. You

(42:04):
absolutely it's going to again get rid of that dust
particles we're making you sneeze. And people go in and
they spray their blinds, their drapes, their furniture where maybe
they've had the house closed up, maybe at the lake
during the winter months, and they come in the beginning

(42:25):
of the season, they spray all that. Get put the
packets in there too, and it gets rid of that musty,
watery smell. That and that's probably one time you're going
to have to use it once a year because you
close it up so those winter months normally it's going
to last. If you've got a musty basement today and

(42:46):
it's been that way for five years, use these packets.
It'll get rid of that and that musty smell is
not going to come back for another five or ten years.
I mean, it took that long to build that up.
It's going to take a lot longer for that wet
basement to accumulate that smell again. So it's kind of
a one time use. You may sell your house before

(43:08):
you need to use it again. And the other thing
with those AQM packets, if you do worry about a
mold test in your house air quality test before you
sell it, use these AQM packets first. That will get
rid of those spores in the air. Whatever's going to

(43:29):
test positive, and then your test is going to be negative.
Your sale is going to go through because you pass
your mole test. I mean, we're not cheating anything here,
We're just being proactive and getting rid of that mold
before they do the testing.

Speaker 1 (43:45):
