Home with Gary Selwyn is brought to you by Jaws.
Jaws Cream Cleanser. Have you tried that yet? Phenomenal product
cleaning off tops of stoves perfect. They also have the
Jaws Glass Cleaner High Performance. You can use it on

(00:55):
TV screens, you can use it on computers. Not all
glass cleaners. You can use just the Jaws I'm telling
you about. No alcohol in it, otherwise you'll mess up
the screen. Does a great job clean smarter with Jaws.
They have you know, you run out of it in
a bottle, you put water in it, put a new
cartridge in. You're ready to go again? All right? You

(01:17):
can order online. It's jawscleans dot com. And again, if
you use a code Gary, you can save twenty percent
free shipping on orders over thirty five dollars. If you've
heard me talk about and haven't used it, check it
out jawscleans dot com. We thank them for sponsoring this
hour of our show. So what are you working on

(01:39):
or what are you going to be working on? Any
bigger projects that you're working on. Where I met, we've
had a lot of rain. How are you doing with
controlling the water around your foundation. I've had somebody send
me an email this week asking about gutters around and

(01:59):
this is something I'd never really given much thought to,
and in fact, we don't give it any thought until
we start having an issue, right, And these people did
in fact have an issue, and that is they had
a bay window and there's no gutters on the bay window,

(02:24):
and so what was happening is when it rained, the
water would come off that bay window and it would
ruin their landscaping. You would have erosion off the landscaping.
So they were trying to figure out, hey, can you
put gutters on a bay window? And sure you can,

(02:46):
absolutely you can. Now you may not want to put
five inch gutters on a bay window, but you can
certainly put like a four inch or even a three
inch gutter. Usually it's it's not much of a problem
because the bay window roof is short. There's not a
lot of water, is what I'm saying. But if you've

(03:09):
got a real tall bay window that slopes out, having
a gutter to catch that water and move it away
from the house might be a good idea. And really
I wouldn't be overly concerned unless you're seeing issues, and
the issues that you would be seeing is if you
didn't have like gutters on your house, where you start

(03:30):
having a large amount of water that's over a large
expense of the footprint of your house being dumped right
on the foundation. So what you would have is you
would have standing water erosion in the landscaping bed, maybe
the basement begins, the leak down by the floor, in

(03:51):
the wall, maybe water that's just pawning around the foundation.
Those are the symptoms that you would see if you
were getting an excessive amount of water, and these people
were because of the erosions. So yeah, you can put
you can put gutters on a bay window. Again, it's
depending on the you know, how the house is configured

(04:13):
and how the bay window is configured. You know, it
could look unsightly, so you might have to have you know,
smaller gutters or something along those lines to catch that. Also,
I don't know if you're experiencing this. I've had several
phone calls, I've had some emails regarding this, and that

(04:35):
is water that's overflowing gutters. In other words, where I
was at, we had a we had what was approximately
four inches of rain in an hour a lot of water.
A lot of your gutter covers keep leaves out. They

(04:55):
can take seven to eight inches of rain per hour.
But is the gutter big enough? And back in the
day gutters are about four inches, then there are five inches.
Most homes have five inch gutters on it. I've had
more people say we're getting so much rain the roof's

(05:16):
a steep roof. Then I'm getting the water is literally
washing over the gutter. Is the gutter flowing, yes, it's flowing,
moving the water away is just so much, so fast.
And I'm seeing some six inch gutters kind of start
creeping in people putting them on their house, and why
not you want to move that water away from the house.

(05:38):
And also there's in the corners, like if you have
a saddle and you have two roofs coming together, and
so it's kind of a funnel for all the rain
that's dropping. You get four inches of rain and it's
funneled down into one area. Yeah, either a bigger gutter,
or you've probably seen where at that corner you have
a little riser. It's kind of a splash guard where

(06:03):
it won't let the water splash over the gutter. But
you know, if you're having a lot of heavy rain,
start paying attention and looking if you're seeing wash out
into landscaping bed, is there something you can do. Of course,
you're going to have that problem if you have gutters

(06:23):
that haven't been cleaned. And that's why I'm always preaching that.
You know, if you've got a bunch of leaves compacted
in the gutter, maybe they're covering up half the downspout.
Those gutters are going to overflow. They're also not going
to catch all the water that's coming down the roof.
You have a mess, And eventually I can almost tell
you you're going to have some basement issues in terms of leaks,

(06:47):
maybe cracks, maybe weeping of water underneath the between the
wall and the floor as you raise that water table.
So it's a simple little device that is, in terms
of home repair, relatively inexpensive compared to some of your
bigger projects. But having the proper sized gutters and having

(07:12):
clean gutters and moving all that water away is really
really critical, and it's so easy to spot when you
have a problem. Right, this is strange, but just the
other day I have a lot of clay soil in
my area, and when we go through a drought or

(07:32):
a really dry spell, and then we get a really
wet spell. The underground pipes literally move, and sometimes the
downspouts in the underground pipe just don't line up as
well as they did, and making that correction can be challenging,

(07:52):
but it needs to be made otherwise you could have
everything going right in terms of the gutters are clean,
they're free flowing, they're moving the water down the down spout,
but if it doesn't line up to the underground pipe,
it's putting it right on the foundation and I and
you will have problems. And just the other night, I
have a couple of areas where periodically I have to

(08:14):
realign those pipes and I was just kind of just
eyeballing it as I was walking around the house, and
they were all, okay, And we've certainly had enough, you know,
rain and different things. If they have moved, they were
still in alignment even with rain, and that swelling of

(08:35):
the clay soils can move those pipes too, So it
wouldn't think that'd be a problem, but it certainly can be,
and it pays to pay attention to it. All right,
you can grab a line just you and me. It's
eight hundred eight two three eight two five five will

Odor Exit AQM at odor exit dot com. Well, here's

(11:52):
a quick tip for you. If you've been in a
rainy season where you're at, or even if you haven't been,
if you start seeing little brown stains on the ceiling,
it's a real red flag. And the biggest thing is
everybody goes, oh, it looks insightly. Well, the problem could
be bigger than that, of course, because that's taking you

(12:14):
up into the attic. That's meaning there's moisture that's bleeding
through the you know, dry wall and the paint and
causing the stains. So the real question is what's going
on upstairs in the attic? If the insulation is wet
or has been wet, probably moldy. If it is wet,

(12:35):
not only is it moldy, it's also as ineffective as
can be. The problem you should be focused on is
not the stain. The problem is what's going on upstairs?
How did that water get there? Is it from rain?
Is it from condensation? Is the insulation still functioning like

(12:56):
it's supposed to? Is there mold? Is it making your
home unhealthy? And the last thing repaired is the stain.
So keep that in mind. All right, let's go to Dan.
Dan welcome, Hey Dan, I don't know try now Dan,

(13:22):
you're there. No, it doesn't sound like Dan's there. All right,
he had a deck question. But anyway, back to the
stain in the ceiling. If you can't get up in
the attic to find out what's going on, and it
really is important you get to the source of the problem.
Get somebody up there that can do it, a handyman

(13:43):
or one of your kids, or you get somebody up
there and examine what in the world's going on there
critical and then when it comes to once that's solved.
In other words, in some cases that installation does need
to be pulled out. Hopefully you found the source. A

(14:04):
lot of people always think o absolute roof leaking, and
it could be or it could be the boot that
goes over the vent. Those only have a lifespan about
ten years. But when you're going to take care of
the stain, you got to use a primer seiler. You
want to seal that stain in. If you paint over
that stain, that stain will bleed through the finished coat

(14:27):
of paint. So a beIN primer seiler a kills something
along those lines, will take care and set that stain
and then you can come back with your finished coat.
All right, let's try Dan again. I think he called
back Dan. You there, Hi, No, it's Ben Ben Okay.
All right, Well I guess that's why you didn't answer.

Speaker 3 (14:50):
Oh yeah, I thought we got disconnected. Anyway. I've got
a deck in the backyard and it's about forty years
old and it it's about sixty feet long, and two
thirds of it have a cover on it. And I
noticed about a year ago the ends were lower than

(15:12):
the middle, and so I kind of dug around the
four by fours that were all along the outside edge,
and they had sunk a little and they were rotten.
So it was I thought it was easy. I got
some bottle jacks and I got a hold of the

(15:35):
you know, the two by tens that they were supporting,
and I jacked it up, cut the bad part of
the you know, two by fours and some of them
were two by six's. I could jack it up. I
could cut the bad part off, and you know, put

(15:56):
a patch in there, put a block in there, and
then just you know, get like some one by fours
and put one on all four sides and kind of
patch it and uh, It was fairly easy to do,
and it worked just fine. I have a roof over

(16:16):
two thirds of this deck and one and it is
held up by two two by six's on the front end,
and one of them is at the end of the deck,

(16:37):
and so there's a you know, two by ten it's
attached to. So I could jack it up, cut off
the bad part and put a patch in. But I
have one that comes up through the middle of the
deck and goes directly to the ground, and I can't

(16:57):
figure out how did jack this thing up? I thought,
you know, if I screwed in a couple of two
by fours near the bottom and put my bottle jacks
under them and jacked it up, the bottle jacks are
in the way for me to saw the bottom off.
Do you have a way I can jack that thing up?

(17:21):
I saw the bottom off.

Speaker 1 (17:22):
I'll be honest with you, Ben, I'm a little lost.
I hear what you're saying. I'm a little lost of
you know, having that visual picture of how it's actually
going to be structured. But one of the ways, and
you'd have to tell me whether this would work rather
than doing the jacking. Right at that point, if if

(17:43):
you took a almost created a like a lintel beam
or something along those lines with jacks on both ends,
where you could lift it that way, lifting kind of
that whole area. Whether you would then have the area
available to work at to make your cuts. Would that work?

Speaker 3 (18:04):
Well, That's what I did with all the rest of them, right,
because there was a way to do that. I'm just thinking,
you know, say you've got a two by six pole
and it's just standing there by itself, okay, and it's
not attached to anything. How can I build something on

(18:30):
it or off of it so I can raise it
and cut the bottom off. That's basically the problem, because
there's no other way to get at it. Now. Maybe
if I get like two two by fours and they're

(18:51):
ten inches long, and I make like a te on
both sides of this things and put the bottle jacks
a little bit away from it, I just don't know.
Maybe I should drill two big holes and put bolts
through there to make sure them two by four stay on.

Speaker 1 (19:09):
Yeah, I think too, and not maybe the way to
do it, Ben, But I don't think I'm going to
be one to give you an opinion on how to
do that without really seeing it, I just would be
remiss in doing that. What you say, I kind of

(19:30):
got the picture on that. That may be good enough
if other people have some input, keep listening, but I'd
almost have to see it before I could offer an opinion.

We'll go to Judy. Judy Welcome, Hi.

Speaker 4 (22:56):
Gary, Hi. I just recently had an new roof gutters
downceabout put on my house. But this has to do
with addic ventilations, something you've talked about a lot. This
started because my son had to replace the gutter board
or face aboard on the back of the house. In
order to do that, he had to take off all

(23:19):
of the vinyl soffot panels. Every fourth one was vented.
What he found was that gutter board had no openings
in it. My house had a total of six box
fence and now it's got a rich event on the
garage and on the house. It would have done nothing

(23:40):
because there was no openings in the gutter board. He
cut them in every six sixteen inches, So no matter
what was done to the roof, it was never going
to get any air pulled in at that lower level that.

Speaker 5 (23:54):
You talked about.

Speaker 4 (23:55):
Sure so, and he went ahead then he had before
they put the gutters. He got the front of the
house done because he knew once these new gutters were
put on, he couldn't cut holes in there. And the
contractor that did the roof, he told him an easy
way to take the vented section out, only that without

(24:17):
him take it all down and cut holes in.

Speaker 1 (24:21):
So.

Speaker 4 (24:22):
I know you have talked about adding ventilation a lot,
and how the ridge vent or any ventilation is supposed
to be pulling air up under from the soft It
wouldn't have happened on this house. Yeah, And I wonder
how many other houses.

Speaker 3 (24:38):
Like mine A lot.

Speaker 1 (24:39):
I think I've used the figure before, Judy is the
latest that I had read. It's somewhere around seventy percent
of the homes are not sufficiently vented, whether there's not
enough vents or there's a vinyl soffet with holes. But
then the soft is solf. The wood doesn't have any

(25:01):
goals in it. So it's said, it looks good, it
looks right, but there's no ventilation.

Speaker 4 (25:06):
It's a fake.

Speaker 1 (25:07):
It's a fake.

Speaker 4 (25:08):
It's not serving the purpose it's intended to. And I
know he made it easier for my son to take
these the ventedge section out, but you know, the sixth
box vents are gone. I've got two ridge events. Everything
is just really good. And what Ryan was saying yesterday

(25:30):
about insurance, my son was checking into that last year.
Some companies, if your roof is more than seventeen years old,
they're not going to cut, they're not going to insure you.
And with my insurance, I have the option, you know,
one percent of the replacement, and I've got the option
of one, two, three so on, which would mean I

(25:50):
would pay more. But my new roof has one hundred
and thirty mile an hour wind speed, so right now
I don't know that I will do anything about that.
But he was correct in all of what he was saying,
plus even more.

Speaker 1 (26:04):
Yeah, in fact, we've been preaching that. In fact, we
were at a gathering yesterday and somebody came up to
me and they were asking about a roof to get
this twenty eight years old and there's some hail damage
on it, and he's asking me, basically, should I make
an insurance claim on it? I said, well, you can try.

(26:26):
I'm going to guess that eighty percent of the insurance
policies are going to deny you from doing that. They're
not going to give you anything for it. And that
whole area over the last five years has changed dramatically.
And I've had homeowners tell me they received letters from

(26:48):
the insurance company saying basically, if you don't get that
black algae stain off your roof, we're going to cancel
your roofing coverage on your house. Okay, And I've seen letters,
so yeah, it's that whole world's changing, that's for sure.

Speaker 2 (27:04):
The policy I.

Speaker 4 (27:05):
Would suggest to people now, I don't know when this
soften or anything was put on. Anything about the house
was built in sixty three. But if they're interested and
they can figure out just how to get that vented
section out and they see a solid board, they've got
the same thing going on.

Speaker 1 (27:23):
I've got I'll tell what the.

Speaker 4 (27:25):
Contractor told me. He says, sometimes they've even knocked holes
in that board with a hammer. He said. It scares
the homeowner, but it gets ventilation in the edity.

Speaker 1 (27:35):
Yeah. Yeah, well I've used the tip and this is
a good one too. If you can get somebody up
in an attic at dusk and you get somebody outside
with a flashlight and just underneath the soft ofed area,
if you're not seeing light, you got.

Speaker 4 (27:50):
A problem, right right, Yeah, you've got nothing going on. Yeah,
I just wanted to let you know because that's my
recent experience. I like everything about the roof of new
metal valley splash guards, and I kept all of the scrap.
I kept some scrap pieces of you know what they're
using now instead of tar paper, fronunderlayment, just for my

(28:14):
own information. I kept some of those pieces.

Speaker 1 (28:16):
Good, good, very good, Thank you much. I appreciate the call.
But yeah, the roofing category in terms of insurance changing dramatically.
All right, let's go to Mike. Mike, Welcome, Hello, Gary, morning, morning.

Speaker 6 (28:34):
Morning. Yeah, I'm one of that ask you about my home.
Is the shingles are thirteen years old? Okay, underneath where
they're nailed in what it's real cold out, they're frost.

Speaker 1 (28:57):
On the nails inside the attic.

Speaker 6 (29:02):
Yeah, inside the attic, Okay, there's there's no mold, there's
just frost on that well.

Speaker 1 (29:10):
Yeah, well when that frost melts, there's water, so it's
dripping somewhere. Yeah, it's it's a it's a problem of ventilation,
almost exactly what we were talking about, Mike. Without good
ventilation and without your exhaust fans being vented outside of
that attic. My guess is inside that attic, like the

(29:33):
bathroom fan is probably laying on the insulation or it's wired,
you know, from a rafter or something, and blowing that
warm moist air in there. When it hits the cold
winter or weather temperature in that attic, it creates condensation
that freezes, causes frost. And if you're having that issue,

(29:57):
I would check any ventil fans and make sure they're
vented outside. I would have somebody check to make sure
that the ventilation in that attic is proper, otherwise the
problem will continue and eventually in a bad situation, I've
seen frost on the inside of the roof decking and

(30:18):
when that melts, the decking gets rotted and soft, and
you got even a bigger repair. So that's what I
would check, Mike, And thanks for the call. I appreciate it.
But yeah, and that's a great telltale sign of a
problem in finding the source because you much say, oh, well,

(30:44):
it's cold up in that attic. Of course there's going
to be frost. Yeah, but there's too much moisture, and
that's what's causing the condensation to go to frost. That's
why I'm always going dig deeper, dig deeper, and find
the exact issue, the exact cause. All right, let's go
to Ron Ron. Welcome, Hi Gary, how are you doing fine?

(31:06):
Thank you.

Speaker 5 (31:07):
I've heard you talk about weddings forgot I heard again
this morning talking about on a vertical surface in the house.
But and you said you could cover the plants and
maybe rid them off. My interest would be to put
them on. Well, I could try the sidewalk, but I
got grass on your side, which be a little more problematic.
I think as far as cabbing the grass, if I

(31:29):
just put it on the sidewalk and then hose the
grass afterwards, would you think that would be adequate?

Speaker 1 (31:35):
I do. I do. And it also I think needs
to look at of how you're applying the wet and forget,
so I talk about a hose en sprayer for roofs
that comes with the wet and forget it mixes it.
I don't know if I would use that, you know,
on a sidewalk which is pretty narrow. I mean, you

(31:56):
wouldn't want to be spraying all over the grass. But
if you had the concentrate mixed it in a tank
sprayer and then just walk along, you're just putting a
mist on that sidewalk, that'd be perfect.

Speaker 5 (32:10):
And what's availability? Is it online or is it Amazon?

Speaker 1 (32:14):
Or it's everywhere? It's everywhere now, I mean over the
last five years, it's exploded most hardware stores, big box stores, Amazon.
You can get it at wetinforget dot com, readily available.

Speaker 5 (32:32):
I'll give it a try. Thank you very much, and
have a go with today.

All right, A couple good discussions today that are available
to you via podcast on the iHeart app. We had
a discussion about the wed and Forget window and screen cleaner,
which can save you some time. We had a discussion
on roofing with Adis Roofing. If you're thinking about a roof,

(35:47):
we talk a little bit about getting you know, estimates
on what it would cost and what they're gonna use,
and that's a good education process. And today we're talking
about cutting down the population of mosquitoes and ticks and
you can get each one of those via podcast. For
him again on the iHeart app. Just put in at

(36:07):
Home with Gary Sullivan. All right, back to the phones
we go in. Jim, welcome, good morning, morning, hear me.

Speaker 5 (36:16):
I can yeah, I've used your wet else not yours,
but that wet and Forget it's beteme reach. I have
a twelve x twenty lefted shed out in the backyard
I've used for a shop and it's got the the

(36:37):
regular sighting on it and down at the bottom it's
real black. And I've used the Wet and Forget on
it about a year two years ago. It never did work.
I tried it again. I put it on in let's
see the eighth of October and it's still there. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (36:58):
Well, I'll tell you what's going on. Tell me about
what you called regular sighting. Is that like the T
one eleven siding.

Speaker 5 (37:07):
Well, I'm not sure what that tea want to it's.

Speaker 1 (37:10):
It's a vertical board. It's got grooves in it. Yeah, okay,
and yeah, yeah, rough finish, that's exactly what it is.
And then the sighting goes down to the ground or
an inch above the ground, I guess somewhere around there.

Speaker 5 (37:29):
Well, the shed sits on blocks, so it's setting up
about eight inches I suppose.

Speaker 1 (37:35):
Okay, here's my guess what's going on, because the stuff
really has a great, great history of working. And here's
what I think is going on. So ground moisture anyway,
really from an inch to a foot you have heavy
moisture down there, especially you know, morning dews and things

(37:57):
like that. Usually that scene at the bottom because usually
the question, Jim, is the siding down that last couple
of inches is beginning to swell and buckle and break.
And what it is I'm guessing is it's absorbing moisture
down there in that bottom cut, which is not sealed.

(38:20):
It's absorbing the moisture into the wood. The moisture in
the wood is what produces natural materials, and moisture is
what produces mold, mildew, algae, fungus, and lichen. And my
guess is that that growth is inside the wood, growing

(38:42):
out of the wood, if that makes sense to you.
And I think when you're spraying the wed and forget
your spraying the side of it. I get that, but
it's not going to eliminate you know, it may lighten
it a little, but it's not going to eliminate all
of it because it's into that wood. Even if you

(39:03):
used another good product like a oxygenated bleach, which is
a sighting molden mildew eliminator, you'd mix it on, you
would spray it, and then you would take a scrub brush.
You would be scrubbing the surface, but you wouldn't get
the whole problem area because it's growing inside the wood. Now, Okay,

(39:26):
that's my thought what you can do, and I encourage
you to do this because I never want to hear
things that aren't working that I talk about because I've
used them and they have never experienced that. But I
accept what you're saying. I'm just trying to figure out
why on Facebook. If you're on Facebook, they have a

(39:49):
site called Wet and Forget Crew and they answer questions
on Facebook. So you got it. Wet and Forget Crew search,
pop up, join group, click join group, and you can
put your question right in there and they'll have it
answered within an explanation within a half a day. But

(40:12):
I told you what I think it is, and I
would really post it and get their thoughts due.

Speaker 5 (40:19):
Can I give you my opinion?

Speaker 1 (40:21):
Sure?

Speaker 5 (40:22):
My thoughts. I've been I've been retired for fifteen years
and I've had three different crafts, so I've been, you know,
a handyman all my life. But the more I think
about it, because we live in New Mexico.

Speaker 1 (40:38):
It's dry and we don't have do in the morning, right,
I knew it when I say we don't have rain,
uh huh, and.

Speaker 5 (40:46):
We don't hardly ever have rain. I think we had
a rainstorm about two weeks ago, first one we've had
this year. And what I'm thinking is, as I see
the advertisements for it, it's the sun and.

Speaker 1 (41:01):
Moisture right which keeps it activated, and that could be.

Speaker 5 (41:05):
Would activated And maybe what I need to do is
I need to post and a sprinkle that what forget
a couple of times a week so it gets the moisture.

Speaker 1 (41:15):
To work because it does need it does need rain
and sun. I know you don't have any trouble with sun,
but yeah, you might be right. Be like a like
an extended porch on the front of a house, in
the ceiling of the porch. You know it had mold
on it, and you spray it and it doesn't work,

(41:36):
and they actually do tell you to hose it down.
I I do see underneath your name on my board
here in New Mexico, and as soon as I said
morning do saying they probably don't have much morning do
in New Mexico. So you might be right. I kind
of agree with you. I kind of agree with you,
but put that in there and I think you'll get

(41:57):
your answer. It might be something like where you've got
to spray with water, just as you said, or maybe
going to a there's an oxygenated bleach, which is a
powder that is more immediate. It requires a little scrubbing,
but it's a powder. You had to water. You put

(42:17):
it on the area with a tanks prayer or a
mop or whatever. And let's sit about ten minutes, rewet, scrub,
and rinse and see if that, you know, might give
you a quicker solution rather than dragging the hose out
every you know, a few days to wet it down.

Speaker 5 (42:36):
Yeah, could I ask you a couple more questions?

Speaker 1 (42:39):
Well we got about a minute and a half, so
go ahead.

Speaker 5 (42:42):
How about you know those pencil thin concrete cracks and concrete?

Speaker 1 (42:47):
Yes?

Speaker 5 (42:47):
What did you say you used?

Speaker 3 (42:49):
What?

Speaker 5 (42:49):
What's that product?

Speaker 1 (42:50):
There's a product by Quick Create. It's called crack Seal.
It comes in a court jug with a spout and
it kind of weeps into the crowd. Crack make sure
it's clean, but it's called crack seal. Almost every hardware
store and big box store carries it.

Speaker 5 (43:08):
Okay, and you said Facebook group wet and forget group
on Facebook?

Speaker 1 (43:13):
Right, it's wet and forget crew crewe Right, Okay, that's
the group number, but it's wet and forget crewe And
just join that and put in the question and bring
up your tip about you know, being dry in New Mexico.
But I think based on your geography, that's probably exactly

(43:35):
what's going on. Also, be careful too when you read
the directions, not be careful but be advised best to
put it down. You can put it down all year long,
but if you've got a really hot sunny day in
the middle of the summer and it's you know, ninety
three degrees, evaporation takes place. And we are dealing with

(43:56):
a vertical side, so evaporation is key. If you get
it in the morning, maybe on a cloudy day or
a cloudy side of that shed. Putting it down so
it stays there longer also would be advantageous. All right,
Thank you very much, Jim, I appreciate it. Good luck.
Let me know how you make out with that. I
followed that group to Facebook on Facebook the Weddn't Forget

(44:22):
crew and a lot of good information there, Danny boy,
thank you very much. Thank you for remembering the phone
number and the kind of struggle there. Oh you're welcome.
Sorry about that, all right, every now and then, good
lawd willing. We'll be back next weekend for more at
Home with Garry Sullivan.
