Speaker 1 (00:32):
All right, the weekends here and so are you, so,
thank you very much. You're at home with Garry Selvin.
This has brought to you by Wet and Forget and Uh,
by the way, you got to try the new Wet
and Forget exterior Window and screen cleaner. It's available at Low's, Walmart,
Ace and Blaines. It cleans windows through the screens and
cleans the screens. One bottle cleans up to thirty six windows,

(00:55):
so one bottle should get the job done. You just
wet the windows, sprown the product. Let us sit about
a minute and rinse it clean. It's the same nozzle
on the wed and Forget outdoors, so you can reach
up to the second story windows without a ladder. It's
a quick and easy and you know I'm all about
easy way to get your windows clean on the outside

(01:16):
of your home this summer. It's a Wet and Forget
screen and Window cleaner, and uh, give it a try.
I'll tell you I have used it and it does work,
or I wouldn't talk about it. All right, let's talk
about what's on your mind around your home, and also
if you have any questions regarding the follow up of

(01:38):
Ron Krueger. One of the things he mentioned briefly, but
I just want to add on to it. Raccoons, squirrels,
all the wildlife that may invade your home. Those lalls
are different. He did mention, they're different, and he may
be allowed to do some things here and he may

(01:59):
not be able to do it in Wisconsin or Minnesota.
And that really applies when you're a homeowner. If that
is something and I don't recommend it, If that is
something you're going to tackle yourself. It's not like you
can just catch it and release it anywhere or eliminate it.

(02:21):
You need to check to see what the laws are
for any given wildlife. So I want to impress that
upon you. All Right, So we've covered that subjects. So again,
if you've got a question regarding maintenance or repair, go ahead,
jump on board. We got plenty of time to take
your calls. Again. It's eight hundred eight two three A

(02:44):
two five, p. Five. And also, I'm sure one of
the things I was trying to get through in that interview,
and I hope you caught the message is they'll start
being activity. If you have an animal in your at it,
you're going to start hearing activity now, So pay attention.
If you hear some scratching in a wall. You don't

(03:06):
really want to just ignore that. You want to find
out what in the world's going on. And maybe it
starts with a walk around the house and looking for
areas that have been compromised, or maybe where the soft
boards have a real nice minor cut, there's a gap there,
or the soffit board's been pulled out, making that repair critical,

(03:31):
Making that repair critical. And if you want, again, I'm
not encouraging you to go up and trapped the animals yourself.
I think what he says and his expertise should be
taken as a good advice. But it doesn't hurt to

(03:52):
get up in the attic to just see what's going on.
I think I've mentioned this before in shows, and I
think that's real good advice. See if there's some compressed insulation,
see if there's dirty insulation, See if you can see
daylight when you're in a dark attic, which might you

(04:15):
know tend of repair on the outside of the house.
But pay attention in the next two three weeks while
there's some noise being made. You I'm not hoping you
find a surprise, but if you do, you'll have an option.
And again, I know a lot of people that are
listening don't just live in the Cleveland Canton area. So

(04:36):
there is a national website. It's n w CoA dot com.
All right, let's get back to the phone calls and Jim,
thanks for calling back. I appreciate it. How can I help?

Speaker 2 (04:49):
Hi?

Speaker 3 (04:49):
Carry you are the man?

Speaker 1 (04:51):
Thank you.

Speaker 4 (04:53):
I wanted to ask you questions our.

Speaker 5 (04:56):
Garage I detached garage. After it rains or whatever, and
always get these two aggravating puddles on each side of
the each.

Speaker 4 (05:07):
I think I can do as.

Speaker 5 (05:08):
Far as like this, it's not coming from the roof,
so it's from below with the water and.

Speaker 1 (05:13):
On that Yeah, yeah, well there are.

Speaker 5 (05:15):
A paint is there, like a like you've seen it
advertise a guy paint of this like black guid and
it's like rubber And can I do that?

Speaker 1 (05:26):
Well, let's find out where. Let's find out where that
water is coming from and how big the dip is.
So if you took a two by four and you
laid it across that puddle, there would probably probably be
a gap between that two by four and the swale
or divot or whatever you want. To call where the

(05:48):
concrete kind of lays low. How big of an area.

Speaker 5 (05:51):
Is that, Well, it's the area of underneath a car size.
You know, it's a car sized puddle. And it doesn't
there's not like a big dip. You're saying that if
I put a tub by four, there's going to be
some space under the tube.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
Yeah, because the tunneling is you know, it's being contained
in that area. So you know, is there a dip there,
like if you went out and took a pitcher of
water and poured it in there, would it settle in
that given area?

Speaker 4 (06:24):
I don't think so.

Speaker 5 (06:25):
I mean maybe a little bit. But it does go
beyond that little dip too, it'll go creeping to the well.

Speaker 1 (06:32):
The first thing we got to do is we got
to find out where that water's coming from. There's three
places that you know, it could be coming up through
the slab, it could be coming down through the roof,
or it could be being brought in by the car.

Speaker 5 (06:50):
I see, Yeah, definitely rolled out the car deal.

Speaker 3 (06:53):
I always thought like it was.

Speaker 4 (06:57):
So that's solids because.

Speaker 5 (06:58):
It happens, you know, not even in Okay now or whatever.
And the roof I had checked out because I thought
that was it. It was stripping nothing there, okay, And
the garage is at the bottom. We're like at the
bottom of a grade big grade. Everything is coming downward.
Of course, like you always say, water, you can't stop it.

Speaker 1 (07:19):
So absolutely coming up the slab. So it's probably coming
up through the slabs. So let's prove that to ourselves.
And let's take you know, two by two foot piece
of plastic and some duct tape and tape it to
that floor, and let's see if that water comes up.
If it's coming up through that slab, it's going to

(07:40):
come up in that slab, and it's going to be
contained none of that plastic, all right. And if it's
contained none of that plastic, h then we can start,
you know, figuring out why or how. So let's for
the sake of conversation, let's just say it's coming up
through the floor. It seems like that's where you've kind
of folks that problem being in any way. So so

(08:05):
we that's saying the water table is higher right in
that area, and it's risen. It's like Venice, Italy. The
water has risen above Saint Mark's Square and has created water.
So we can do one or two things. We can
catch that water and lower that water table by maybe

(08:26):
putting a sump well in that area or in the
corner to lower the water table underneath that running You know,
if there's foot or drains or any drains around the exterior,
they could be blocked. We should have those checked. Or
we can put some drainage pipe like an underground French

(08:47):
drain to catch water coming down that hill and rerouting
it away from the structure. And or you mentioned paint.
We all like that. We all like things in a
in a bucket for thirty dollars. And there's a product
is called dry lock Clear dry l Ok Clear. It

(09:12):
is for floors.

Speaker 6 (09:14):
It is it will hold back ten pounds of water
pressure per square inch.

Speaker 1 (09:22):
So it's not a lot. Yeah, yeah, but you know,
I mean, you know it's a it's a lot unless
you have more, so you know, I mean, that's always
that's always a place to start, you know. But if
it keeps continuing to weep through, I mean, then you
have an excessive amount of water and then you can,

(09:44):
you know, kind of figure out whether you want to
do the drainage pipes around the structure. Do you want
to put a sump well in and just pump it
away from the structure. But the first thing we got
to just make sure that that's that's the issue.

Speaker 5 (10:00):
I think that's that's good. I have got like a
French train or some other big train.

Speaker 1 (10:07):
He was talking.

Speaker 5 (10:07):
It ended up being like twenty five thirty five thousand.
You know, he's crazy, right, it's like the third dollar.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
Right right, right, Well, that's that would be the go to.
Always find a source.

Speaker 6 (10:22):
And you know, you know, I think we're kind of
narrowing on to that little tay that test with the
tape and the plastic, and then we'll know the source
and then we can start working on the solution.

Speaker 1 (10:33):
Thank you much for the call, appreciate it. And we'll
take a break and we got Brett, Tom, Bill, Joanne.
We'll continue with your calls. You're at home with Gary Sullivan.

Speaker 1 (13:40):
All right, taking care of your home? We get together
each day during the weekend and do just that. And Brent,
how can I help?

Speaker 8 (13:49):
Good Morning, Gary, Morning, enjoy your show, but it always
seems to add to my project last when I talk.

Speaker 1 (13:57):
When I listen to your show pain then.

Speaker 8 (14:02):
That's for sure. And then this morning you were talking
with I believe, a woman who about concrete sealers, and
I realized that I have a concrete sidewalk that is
probably thirty years old. We've been here eight years. I've
not sealed it in that time. The concrete slabs basically

(14:31):
have some exposed exposed stones. I don't know whether that's
just decorative or whether it's worn over time. But I
did go onto the Masonry Defender website after listening to you,
and they don't have something specifically for that kind of product,
and I assume the concrete seiler will work just as

(14:56):
well on that kind of product.

Speaker 1 (14:58):
So there is a finish on sidewalks called exposed aggregate,
so it is kind of a concrete slash stone surface.
So that requires a different type of sealer, and it

(15:19):
would require When I said that Masonry Defender one of
the reasons I like it. They're decent products too, but
they also are a project specific products for different projects,
and the seiler you would use would be the same
one that you would use for stamped concrete and exposed

(15:41):
aggregate concrete.

Speaker 6 (15:43):
It's more of a coating, and it's more of a
gloss because you're actually coating it. Your stone is not
going to absorb that. Concrete's got capitillaries and stone is
a mass. Okay, So the one you would use on

(16:04):
that would be the one for And it's been a
while since I visited that website, but I think it
talks about exposed aggregate if you click on the one
for stamp concrete.

Speaker 8 (16:18):
Okay, I've just done that. Okay, Yeah, No, that's that's
there is a definitely concrete base to it. Yeah, but okay, good,
So the stamp concrete one would be the one to look.

Speaker 1 (16:38):
At, right, correct?

Speaker 8 (16:39):
Okay, all right, now I have a second question. All right,
in the in between the or the expansion joints in
the sidewalk have wood that really needs to be replaced
who would have kind of rotten out and probably needs

(16:59):
to be pulled out of there and replaced.

Speaker 9 (17:02):
What should I replace that one? Should it big wood
or some kind of synthetic How big of an area
is it? I mean, what's what's the width of that wood?
Is it like a two by four like an inch
and a half.

Speaker 8 (17:18):
No, no, it's small. It's like a quarter of an inch.

Speaker 6 (17:22):
Oh, okay, all right, you can get you can pull
that out and then get what they call a joint
filler or a cock saver. What it is, it's it's
like styrofoam roping.

Speaker 1 (17:42):
Okay, So you can you pull that out and you
stuff this round bead of pliable material looks like weather
stripping down into that hole, or you can fill it
halfway up with sand either way, and you leave about
three ace of an inch from the surface of the
concrete or stone. And then you would put a self

(18:05):
leveling your thane crack seiler in there, a big, big
cocking tube, big cocking gun. It's got great adhesion. So
as that slab moves and they all do that, that

(18:25):
that calking will give and it will be flexible. It's not forever,
but you got to get five to ten years out
of it, okay.

Speaker 8 (18:34):
And that's a self leveling.

Speaker 6 (18:37):
Self leveling your thane concrete, self leveling your thane cock sealer, and.

Speaker 1 (18:46):
Think of it. So it's called self leveling your thing
cocks cocking sealer. It's made by quick Crete. They also
make one called acrylic advanced resin same naming. It's not
your thing. It's an acrylic. Tests proved to be pretty
pretty easier to use than pretty much the same, so

(19:10):
it might be less expensive. You may not need that
big industrial sized calking tube or gun, so I think
you'd be good with either one. You could also again
that colocksaver or joint sealer. It's just or sand. You
just gotta get some filler for you. Don't you know,
waste all that because it's not real cheap. All right,

(19:32):
I hope that helps. Thank you much for the call.
I appreciate. We've got Joey and Tom and Bill as
we continue. You're at home with Gary Sullivant.

Speaker 2 (23:19):
How are you today?

Speaker 1 (23:20):
Doing fine? Thank you?

Speaker 2 (23:23):
I talked to you last week and I have someone
coming to check my mode today for a free estromat okay.
My plumber also said he all in Monday he has
something you can spray on. He said, you have to
have the right thing though. Anyways, what I'm wondering today

(23:45):
is I am going to get the vents cleaned out
when we get this mode. I'm sorry, that's my puppy.
I wonder if you could give me the name of
someone you recommend for vent cleaning.

Speaker 1 (23:58):
Yeah, well, the one I have used, it's been a while.
It's called High Tech Duck Cleaning. And when you call
there or whoever you call, Joe Anne, what I would
have handy is the amount of registers that you have
in your home and the and the amount of cold

(24:22):
air returns you have in your home. Oh okay, and
you do want to have your cold air returns done
just like your supply lines, your registers and they should
be if you have that information and you ask the questions,
tell me what is included in your price? And they

(24:45):
you know, they clean them, they sanitize them, they do
the cold air returns. They do the the duck work,
and then you can give them the numbers and you
should be able to get a firm quote. The only
reason I'm telling you this I've seen some ads and
you probably have seen them too. Duck cleaning for eighty
nine ninety nine. Well, yeah, nobody's going to come to

(25:08):
your house for eighty nine dollars. Duck cleaning is going
to cost you between probably three hundred and four hundred
and fifty bucks, depending on the size of the house.
But have that information ready, and I know high Tech
does bid their work out that way, and if you
call someone else, just have that information ready. It's real important.

Speaker 2 (25:29):
Thank you, I forgot about including the cold airr.

Speaker 1 (25:34):
Yeah, that's what happens sometimes a duck works. You know,
it's eighty nine ninety nine, which, okay, that's what they're
going to charge you. And then when they get there,
they go, do you want the cold air returns in
a lot of piom No? No, just well that's important.
And do you want them sanitized? Yeah, that's important, especially
we're dealing with molds and stuff like that. But yeah,
just just have that information, get a good solid quote

(25:56):
on there, and you'd be glad you did.

Speaker 5 (25:59):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (25:59):
Gary.

Speaker 1 (26:00):
Good all right, let me know how you make out.
Thank you much. Lines are open and if you'd like
to grab a line, do so. We will happyly talk
about your home improvement project, maintenance or repair. And Tom welcome.

Speaker 3 (26:17):
Well, thank you Gary. It's usure to be on here
with you.

Speaker 1 (26:20):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (26:21):
I have a little problem with a shuffleboard court. Okay,
it's it's been I have no idea how long ago
it was made. But whatever was put on for the
topping is peeling off and coming off, and it needs
to be ground off, and hopefully I need to figure
out what can be put on top of it. It's

(26:44):
the basis concrete.

Speaker 1 (26:45):
It's fine, okay, But.

Speaker 3 (26:49):
And I thought with all your products that you know about,
maybe you could give me some good advice.

Speaker 1 (26:55):
Yeah. Well, there's certainly a lot of different products you
could use on now on a concrete slab, that's for sure.
How long, uh you think that paint's been on there?

Speaker 3 (27:05):
I can't tell you. I only moved in here a
year and a half ago. It was in bad shape
when I moved.

Speaker 1 (27:11):
In it, so it's peeling and everything else.

Speaker 3 (27:15):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's probably due to the water being
on it. I don't know if that would have an
effect on it or not.

Speaker 1 (27:22):
Sure. Sure, sure, because all it takes is one little
fracture and the paint and water getting in between the
concrete and that's that coating and we all know what happens,
and you know it peals.

Speaker 3 (27:34):
Sure.

Speaker 1 (27:35):
So I got a lot of different ideas, And the
first thing is, you're absolutely right. I would if you're
going to do it yourself, you're going to need to
rent something to buff coating off. Yeah. Yeah, you want

(27:56):
to get as much of that off as you can.
Code concrete, and then recoding on top of the coating
is an exercise in futility. It's it's going to keep
feeling because that bottom is going to be wearing, so
you know, you grind it off to the surface and
then you can go with a you know, i'd certainly
talk to the paint store. You could go with their

(28:19):
porch and floor paint, which would probably you know, it's
usually an acrylic, Tell them what you're going to use
it on, Ask them how long it's gonna last, because
I think it may last. It's just a matter of
where your expectations are and what you want to do,

(28:39):
so that would be your go to basic product. All right, Just.

Speaker 3 (28:45):
Everything I would like is be put up something that
is to see through, because to put down the lines
that you need for shuffle board and not have that
on top of the paint.

Speaker 1 (28:58):
Okay, And so so it was funny I was trying
to think exactly. Shuffer board usually got a couple of
colors involved too, sometimes right, m.

Speaker 3 (29:09):
Or no, well not on this one anyway.

Speaker 1 (29:12):
Okay, So you would like to have it just concrete colored?

Speaker 3 (29:17):
Yeah, okay, green or something, but.

Speaker 1 (29:22):
Yeah, just grind that off. And then earlier I was
talking about a product called dry Lock Clear. You could
certainly use that. Would you want it shiny?

Speaker 3 (29:36):
Yes? Okay, it has to be it has to be slicked, yeah, exactly, yes.

Speaker 1 (29:42):
Yeah. So so dry Lock Clear is a waterproof paint
that is clear. It's four floors inside or outside. So
I think that would be a good product to use.

Speaker 3 (30:01):
Any idea how long that would uh last on a court?

Speaker 1 (30:06):
Mmm? No, I don't, I don't, I don't.

Speaker 3 (30:13):
Some people have said, you're you're only talking about a
two or three year life that used the lots. Not yet?

Speaker 1 (30:23):
Will it be used a lot?

Speaker 3 (30:26):
I hope? So it's at a it's at a senior.

Speaker 1 (30:30):
Okay, all right, well that may be right three to
five years. I don't really know. I know it's a
good solid, you know, waterproofing paint. Now I'm going to
go up the ladder a little bit, and they usually

(30:52):
are pigmented. They're not going to be clear. If you
were going to go with a clear like a garage floor,
I can tell you the lifespan on that would be
about three years. The dry lock it's more of a
kind of a coating paint, not a sealer. It does seal,

(31:12):
but it's not classified as a sealer, so it might
get you three to five versus just a three. And
the next step up, I'd like you to go to
a website. It's called Dice Coatings. It's da Ich Coatings
dot com. And they make products called spreadstone, but it

(31:37):
is slick. It's as smooth as an enameled surface. They
make one called roller rock. It's microscopic rock. It's smooth
as you know, a porcelain tub. And then a clear
seiler goes on top of that. It almost looks there's
there's not a lot of colors, maybe like five to

(31:59):
twelve colors. And they can be white, they could be
a light blue. You could see the numbers and you
could probably get fifteen years out of that. Can be
used outside. You could shovel snow off it if you
wanted to. It's very durable. It's it's termed a coating.

(32:21):
I'd just like you to look at that. They've got
a lot of videos there. It's probably not going to
show any shuffle board courts, but you know, I think
you get you'll get the idea. You know what it
can be used for. And it almost looks like a
Korean countertop, if you know what Korean looks like. So
it's it's.

Speaker 3 (32:41):
Yeah, I use the roller rock on a bathroom. Okay,
so right right, A little familiar with them. Yeah, so
that might be different something like that versus something that's
much bigger.

Speaker 1 (32:56):
Sure, and well you would be using it differently too.
I think maybe what you used maybe I'm wrong, but
usually one of vanity. It's what they call spreadstone roller rocks,
usually used on a floor. But just take a look
at it. I mean, you know, I'd probably stay away

(33:18):
from your epoxy coatings outside, but Dice does make an
industrial POxy coating for warehouse floors. So it seems like
to wear a building on that would be pretty good too.

Speaker 3 (33:32):
Okay, So uh, then since you're talking about putting a
finished coat on top of it, then could probably put
it down first, then put the markings for the yeah, sure,
shuffle board on and then coat that over top.

Speaker 1 (33:47):
That's that's correct.

Speaker 3 (33:49):
Coating is totally clear.

Speaker 1 (33:51):
And just make sure that the clear coating you get
over that is not a slip resistant coating, because I
think you'd want it right, you know. Yeah, okay, so
a little bit of homework, but some ideas.

Speaker 3 (34:05):
Very good it is ideas, yes, yes, very good.

Speaker 1 (34:09):

All right, back at it we go at home with
Gary Sullivan, and to the phones we shall go as
we continue to talk about what is for most of us,
the biggest investment we make in our lifetime, our house
and uh frank, welcome, Hey Gary, how are you doing? Fine? Thanks?

Speaker 4 (37:39):
Good. So I've got a concrete question. This must be
concrete day. Yeah, so I've got I've got a colored
stamped patio that I've got an issue with and I'm
not sure what the heck I did the just one area, Uh,

(38:00):
the stamped patio which is stamped like a brown and
a gray with gray highlights. It's it's almost got holes
in it, okay, where it's like pitted, so maybe the
size of a quarter or a half a dollar and
maybe about a quarter inch deep if that, and it's

(38:24):
not all over. It's where the patio meets the driveway.
And what product I call it is I've used what
they say is the safe salt or whatever solution they
you know, is in that thing, and I'm thinking that
maybe it solves it carried over onto the patio, but

(38:46):
I try to keep it off. But the bottom line
is what can I do to not necessarily repair it,
but maybe make it look the same color because where
it chipped, you know, it's the same, the grade is
different and the color is a little bit different different
as well.

Speaker 1 (39:05):
Yeah, well on stamp concrete, that pigmentation is actually a dust.
So if you've ever watched them install it. It's pretty interesting,
you know. I mean they got like a rubber matt
that has the pattern that they step all over and
they throw the dust on there, and so to create

(39:27):
those variations very different, very difficult, very difficult. Maybe a
pro could make it, you know, more invisible than probably
you and I can, but I would say, if so,

(39:48):
at least they're small. I mean, if you call a
quarter small, and what is the primary color? Is it brown?
You said?

Speaker 6 (39:58):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (39:58):
And the primary color is brown, So what you have.

Speaker 1 (40:02):
Is caused by there was probably some salt in that
ice melter. I was talking about that earlier. They've done
that to get that price point down. Yeah, it really
honks me off because a ten pound bag used to
be like seven ninety nine and then all of a sudden,
it's three ninety nine. Then you read the ingredients and
it's got salt in there, so it's not safe, even

(40:25):
though it's called safer. Ye yeah. Yeah. So if you
took some vinyl concrete patcher, so it's called spawling vinyl
concrete patcher, it's gonna be silvery blah blah blah. But
when you buy that, it's like a three pound pail,

(40:46):
you mix it with water. On that same shelf, you'll
find liquid die for concrete. Okay, So it's a little
bit of a gap in a crap shoot in a way,
you put a little bit of the die in there,
you mix it up, and that's what you get. But
what you can do is when you hit to a

(41:07):
hardware store, get a little piece of scrap glass and
when you put the die in there and you mix
it up, take a dollup of that and put it
on the glass and then look at it from the
other side. Turn it over and look at it from
the other side. That's what's going to look when it's dry.

Speaker 3 (41:24):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (41:25):
So if you need a little darker, you can put
a little more in your bucket, et cetera. But you
only got about ten fifteen minutes to work that vinyl
concrete patcher, so you got you gotta be ready to go.
Another option is you could use that because I can
hear everybody going, nah, it gonna work. So if you

(41:46):
use the vinyl concrete patcher, it's going to be gray,
silver or whatever. It's not going to match what you got.
You put that in there, you know, or you could
even test it somewhere else and you can you could
get masonry stain or masonry dye, or maybe if you

(42:06):
go to a place that sells concrete supplies, right, they
may have some of that dust that you can incorporate
over the surface of it. I'm getting a little bit
out of my area where I know a lot about that,
but that might be an option for you also.

Speaker 4 (42:29):
See, I'm not worried so much about filling them because
there's a lot, you know. I think there's probably like fifteen,
and they're just in one cluster area, you know, right
where the entrance, right by the driveway. But trying to
get it so they're not so noticeable as.

Speaker 1 (42:47):
Well. I'll tell you, Yeah, I cannot think of the
name of this concrete supply house for the life of me.
All of a sudden, it starts with a jay and
they do concrete applies. And I'm wondering if you could
take a a tint and put it in a gloss

(43:07):
seiler and just go over those digits.

Speaker 6 (43:11):
Okay, that might be because when you get a stamp
concrete and you've been naughty and you haven't sealed it properly,
that nice gray slate look all of a sudden now
is like playing concrete.

Speaker 1 (43:25):
That's what they'll do. They'll use a tinting in the ceiler.
You won't have all the variations, but you can cover
it up with That's okay.

Speaker 4 (43:37):
Yeah, yeah, that's that sounds like a like a good
way to go.

Speaker 1 (43:41):
All right, good, all.

Speaker 4 (43:43):
Right, thanks, thank you so much. I appreciate you taking
my call.

Speaker 1 (43:47):
Janelle was the name of that concrete company.

Speaker 6 (43:50):
As soon as I disconnected, there you go, is there?

Speaker 1 (43:52):
Yeah? Yeah, Janelle Janelle Concrete, That's who it was. All right,
very good.
