(00:30):
All right, weekends here. Welcome. You're at home with Gary Salvan and
uh we're talking about your home projectsas we do every weekend. Let's get
back to the phone calls. Bythe way, if you want to grab
a line, it's eight hundred Atwo three eight two five five. Go
ahead, and uh, we gota couple open lines, so go ahead
and grab one. Danny'll get yourcall and Jacob will lead us off.
(00:54):
Jacob, welcome, Hey, THIGod, Yes, the're fine. Good.
So I've been I'm twenty six yearsold. I've been doing I've got
about ten years experience. I guessthe framing and construction and in various trades.
I was listening to the situation withthe lady that if she had the
use of the part of the floorand said forwards, got the movement and
(01:17):
squeaking and whatnot. I missed alittle bit of the beginning of it.
However, I was thinking, well, first off, I'm in Cincinnati,
Ohio, so I'm not sure exactlywhere she's at. She was actually in
Cincinnati also up into Westchester. Right. Well, hey, I don't want
to do soliciting or whatever, butif seeking, if you have a way
(01:40):
to get her my number, Iwould be more than willing to take a
look and see what I could doabout it. Okay, what are you
thinking? What do you think?Well? My thoughts were, first off,
I would like to definitely rule outwhether it's a structure rature or not,
because that, you know, thatcould into a whole other realm of
(02:01):
issues. And I guess to dothat, I would want to go and
check check the floor for level, you know, check wherever every joy space
should be, you know, bothways, and then look at look at
the corners you know, of thehouse or the room and see I don't
remember it was, if it's anexterior wall or what not, but maybe
(02:22):
try to see if there's any shiftingor any movement that you can see,
because if there's any cracking up atthe corners or up along the ceiling and
things like that and the paint ofthe drywall, that you'd definitely probably get
into a structural issue. My otherthought, my next thought would be go
underneath, down to the basement, get into where you can see the joy
(02:42):
space and if there's no you know, no visible damage or anything like that,
it sounds like, you know, they may not have just nailed down
the subcort correctly, and now thatit's moved and things have settled, it's
got a little bit of play init. That's the case, as long
as the floor and everything is leveledup above and it's just got some play.
(03:06):
You could even go and take youknow, some two by eight and
two by tens and go and actuallysister aut to the existing joys back to
the runner as far as you canand just put them up tight to the
floor and nail that in place. And you you would still want to take
pull off the hardwood floor where youcan't in that section and nail that down,
(03:30):
but at least you would get ridof that that get in that play
and the floor. I mean,if not, you know, you're talking
about having to tear up the wholeentire floor. Well, you know,
and that's okay. I mean,it's okay for me to say it's okay.
I think one of the things inher opinion was there was the fear
(03:50):
of that, but the reality ofit is that that may have to happen
anyway to totally fix the problem. And I'm kind of I mean, we've
had several people call in Jacob, and I think we're kind of all on
the same page. We're all lookingat different things, we're all analyzing different
things. Our solutions might be alittle bit different, but we're all focusing
(04:13):
on the same thing when it reallycomes to it. The caller from Montana
yourself me, we're all kind offocusing on that whole sub floor, and
she said it was throughout the house. This wasn't just one area. So
I'm guessing it's not a structural issuethat there's something going on where that floor
(04:36):
is, just it's just not connectedproperly or all the way. Now the
hard word floor people. Hope you'rebreaking up a little bit, sorry,
can you hear me? Yeah?I got you, Okay, Yeah,
I mean hopefully you have to makesure too that they put the blocking in
(04:59):
correctly between the joys, so theycould just be twisting a little bit as
well. Well, I'll tell youwhat I'll do, Jacob number one,
thank you for joining us. I'llhave Danny he can record your phone number
and if Julie wants to call in, we'll match you up. I don't
want to just be uh you know, you know what I'm saying, but
(05:19):
we'll put we'll hang on to yourphone number. If Julie calls in.
Uh, we'll go ahead, andwe'll go ahead and connect you to and
I really appreciate the call and yourinput. Yep, it's five one three,
Okay, he'll get you off theair. He'll get you off the
air, all right, Sit tightand we'll Danny'll get Jacob and I'll get
(05:44):
camp Kim, Kim, welcome,Hi, Hi, carry Hawaii. Doing
fine? Thank you good. Wellwhen I come back in the after life,
I'm not going to buy a housewith a garage driveway that goes my
family room. You know what? You know where coming from? Yeah?
And what do you got going on? Years ago, about ten years ago,
(06:06):
the water we had torrential rains forthree days and one night the pumps
were beautiful. They were pumping awaylike great. So about three o'clock in
the morning, I hear this beepingsound and I told my wife, I
said, don't tell me, we'lllost power. And guess what, you
lost power? Lost power? SoI had ten inches of rain in my
(06:27):
cellar. And every every year sincethen, I always say, you know
what, I got to get itback up. I got to get back
up. This time, I'm puttingmy foot down because you know, the
weather's been up in the northeast there, it's been very strange. So who
do you recommend for? I mean, I'm looking for a backup some pump.
I mean who's who do you recommend? I know you was a Zelazola
(06:50):
Salar z Oe L. L.E. R. They are the leaders
in the in the some pump industry. They for Generation company. All right,
are they American made? They are? There may be a part or
two that's not so. I can'tsay one hundred percent, but ninety nine
(07:14):
point one and they're right in Louisvillethere, right in Louisville, Kentucky.
I've been down to the plant andthey really are they they It is a
fine, fine pump and they makedifferent ones too. I would really recommend,
Kim that you go to their websiteit's Zalor Pumps dot com and take
(07:36):
a look because now they've got someof these pumps with technology that is really
awesome where they alert your phone ifthere's problems. They also alert you you
know that you had a problem, but the the battery backup has engaged,
you can test from your phone. It really makes it where you can really
(08:01):
stay on top of the issue, like if you were out of town or
something, and and there's a hugestorm coming in, you could actually from
out of town test that pump tomake its functioning, make sure it's functioning
before the storm gets there. Well, I had to say it, but
you're dealing with a dinosaur hair.Yeah, I'll tell you it is easy.
(08:24):
And and and they they have otherones too. I'm just saying that's
an option, so all right,go ahead. The other thing is,
holland does the marine battery last?Well, that was that's a good question.
So it could last a couple ofdays, maybe a day, it
depends, all right, So here'sanother option for you, and you can
(08:50):
kind of weigh this out. Andthe more high tech batteries work a little
bit differently, but they also havea a backup that does not run on
battery. It run's on city water, right, that is correct? Yeah,
I think that's just a little Idon't know, that's just a little
too complicated. Yeah, so Ithink I'm gonna I'm gonna stick with the
(09:13):
battery back up. Okay, yourecommend, yes, I do, Yes,
I do, and any plumber willbe well aware of them. Yeah,
all right, very good, allright, Kim, Thanks for the
call. Appreciate you, bet youtake care of all right, good news
Gary. Julie call back and Igave her Jacob's number, So okay,
(09:33):
well that's cool. That whole discussionwith Julie. It really is kind of
fascinating in the you know, notfor Julie, uh, but it was
gratifying obviously all the people that havecalled in. Yeah, and myself taken
a call. We can't see theproblem, we can't hear the problem.
(09:54):
But really, when you start looking, it can be so many things.
And I think that's why, Iquote structural engineer doesn't want to mess around
contractor maybe if there's an open area, if you can quiet one area,
at least you be boots on theground of somebody that's got some experience and
kind of wants to get involved inhelp her out. So yeah, that's
very cool. Good, thank youmuch. All right, let me give

(13:35):
it we go and talking home improvement. By the way, we're also going
to talk about many things today, and one of the things we'll talk about
is garage floors. And I've donethat a lot over the years. And
yesterday we had my friend Peter Dishan. We were talking about a product.
(14:01):
It's an epoxy floor coating, whichis so different than the other epoxy floor
cuttings that are out on the market, and which I'm not a fan of,
to be honest with you, andI think they ugly out after four
or five years, and you canget tire tracks on them and everything else.
(14:22):
And anyway, Peter joined us yesterdayand I want to replay that interview
and we'll do that in about tenminutes. So if your garage floor is
just looking a little uncapped, andpay attention and you might pick up some
tips on how to spruce that upa little bit. All right, let's
get to Marty. Marty, welcome, how you doing doing good? Doing
(14:43):
good? Thank you good? Sayso. I live in a it's like
a condo town home complex and there'sthree stacks, and I'm in the middle
and I get a gas smell comingthrough the main bathroom shower drain, and
nobody else will only seem to haveit, and I can't figure out what
what causing it and what to doabout it. Do you use that shower
(15:07):
often or yes? Okay, mainshower, Okay, when you use other
drains in the house, like totoilet or something along the other of the
vanity. Do you hear any gurglingin that drain at all that I'm aware
of it? Anyway? Are yousure it's coming from that shower drain?
Yeah, because I put up athing over the drain and when I'm gone
(15:33):
and I don't have to smell it. Not happen all the time, but
about eighty percent of the time Iget the smell. Okay, okay,
I put something over it. Nowwhat I do every day, I put
one something over it, so whenI come home, smell it. So
here's what's happening, would be myguess. Something is sucking the water out
of the trap of that shower drain, so that drain comes down, and
(15:58):
then it goes down, it comesup a little bit, and then there's
a horizontal pipe that takes the wateraway. But that trap where it goes
down and then goes up, thatj bend has got water in it,
and the purpose of that is it'sa plug for stopping sewer gas from entering
(16:19):
the house. So if you havea stack on the roof where there's some
impediments in it could be a tennisball, it could be leaves, it
could be small branches, there's somethingin there that's restricting the flow when you're
using another drain in the house. That's why I asked if you heard any
(16:41):
noise. And let's just use atoilet as an example, because that's usually
what it is. You flush thetoilet. The toilet flush is fine.
Sometimes it's a little slow, sometimesit's not. You'll hear a little gurgling
and then you'll get an odor. And what's happened is in order for that
flush to complete, it needs airbecause it's gravity. It goes up and
(17:07):
then it goes down. It needsair. It's like the event on the
back of a one gallon gas can. You know, blurt, you hit
that vent and you go, youknow, everything goes right. So I
think what's happening is there's probably aproblem with one of the vents up top
where there's some debris in it restrictingthe airflow. It sucks the water out
of that j ben and it's gettingthe air flow there that it should be
(17:30):
getting from the you know, outdoorson top of the roof, and none
of the other units in the building, I mean, or in the stack
at least a my stack. Wouldthey share that same pipe or not?
Well, yeah, they they theycertainly could. I don't know how that's
plumbed in there, but there's usuallyas many pipes going up as there is
going down. But I don't knowwhere the you know, where the cutoff
(17:55):
is or anything. But that's myguess, and you're kind of telling me
that it's you know, that's whatit is. You're not gonna get an
odor out there if there's water inthat trap, and if it's not the
stack on the top. The otheroption would be there's a small leak in
that jay bend. And if there'sa small leak in that jay bend,
(18:15):
if somebody lives behind you, underneathyou, or there's a room underneath that
bathroom, I'm gonna guess you're gonnastart seeing some water staining, right,
And this has been going on acouple of years. I mean, so
they would you would think they wouldnotice something by now, or sometimes,
I mean the plumbing's weird, youknow. Sometimes you get back to back
(18:41):
toilets, you know, like ifthere's a bathroom and a bathroom and back
to back toilets and one line islower than the other line, that can
cost some backflowing issues and sucking thatout. So i'd probably, uh,
you know, if you can getunderneath and make sure there's not a leak
or underneath if you can see it. If you can can't, you can't.
Uh, but I'm sure the sewergas is coming up through that drain.
(19:04):
That's that's the smell. Reason Iasked, if you're sure, if
it's that. Another issue we havein bathroom's lifetimes is the overflow in the
vanity, that little tiny hole upon the bowl of the vanity. It
gets orgain, you know, whiskersand soap and all that, and that
(19:25):
starts smelling after a while. Sometimesthat has to be cleaned out. But
if you're sure it's in that shower, you know, I would I would
start my search there. All right, let me come back. We're gonna
hear from Peter Dice. We're gonnatalk about epoxy coatings for garage floors.

an area that I talk about oftenis the garage and the garage floor and
keeping it sealed, but not onlythat, taking the next step up and
maybe well making it look a littlenicer. A coating over that floor.
(22:55):
And of course my go to guy, Peter Diche and Dice Coatings is got
the answer and he's got the products. And Peter, welcome again that home
with Gary Salvin. How you doing. I'm doing great. Good morning,
Gary. You didn't know we weregoing to talk today, didn't you.
I actually wasn't quite quite sure, but it's always a pleasant surprise here on
(23:17):
the other end of the phone.Well, you know, I got this
sheet and that sasage. Geez.We just had Peter on and we talked
about it. But that's cool becauseyou got a brand new product and it
bears repeating, and it's the dieHard Max industrial strength a POxy floor coating
kit. So yes, sir, saying all that, I think the last
(23:37):
time I talked, I always said, man, I've always been a knock
knocking a POxy floor finishes and andand because they didn't hold up. But
yours is an industrial strength. Tellme why this one? And I'm not
trying to knock the other ones, but the other ones have got a lifespan
really, in my opinion, aboutfour to five years. And tell me
(24:00):
about yours. And you know whatmakes this superior, because it certainly is.
Well, you're right, I mean, there are other kinds that are
that are pretty good. But youknow, one of the downfalls there is
that as a water based material, they just don't have the same kind of
fortification built within the formula. Andyou know, generally, if you want
(24:25):
to put something down, you wantit to go down. You want it
to last. You don't want tohave to be touching it up all the
time. And you know, youwant it to stand up to not just
you know, your vehicle, butmaybe even in some heavier duty instances like
for instance, if there's a factoryfloor or a commercial warehouse or anything.
I mean, the fact is,if it can stand up there, it's
(24:48):
going to serve you beautifully well atyour home and you can park your vehicles
on it. You don't need toworry about hot tire pickup or any of
those things. Just watch the floorand it always looks good and and it
serves you and it doesn't get attackedby chemicals and things like that. What
inspired you to create a better mousetrap? I mean, had you used
the other ones or have I havein the past, And you are right,
(25:15):
they do have a certain lifespan, and that lifespan will be cut short
yet further if you weren't one hundredpercent careful really as far as cleaning that
surface. And the thing about thoseother ones is, you know, being
water based materials, they tend togo on very thin and they don't have
a lot of skin in the game, so to speak. Any sort of
(25:37):
you know, abuse that you giveit is going to make it wear down
that much quicker. In our opinion, if it's something that our clients use
on their factory floor, it's darnwell going to do the job in your
garage or in your workshop. Andthat's the idea, sure. And you
bring up a good point when yousaid even in a workshop, there's probably
numerous places you could use the hardmax. I mean, how about a
(26:00):
laundry room, absolutely, laundry room, even basement floors. You know,
maybe you've got an air in yourbasement that you want, or maybe somewhere
where where your dogs like to play, and you know, dogs have nails,
and it's just a tough, hardwaringsurface. It's got a nice gloss
(26:21):
to it and it generally always looksgood. And if you drop any oil
on it in your garage or youknow, break fluid or transmission fluid or
you know, you're good. You'retotally good. Yeah. The basic color
white and beige or gray. Inbeige, I think you are probably the
two most prominent colors. They are, and and between them gray by far
(26:45):
the most. But yeah, wewe you know, we know it's an
instant fix. All you really needto do is get your floor clean first,
make sure it's dry, put thison, and you are good to
go for lots years. One ofthe things I used to say about the
different other epoxy floor finished out there'smaybe they didn't wear out they ugly out,
(27:11):
for instance, they did. Theyjust kind of uglied out. It
wasn't always dirt. You may,you may, you may use that I
share, but you know, whensomebody pulls in. You mentioned hot tire
pickup. That's super super important becausethere's those tires get really hot, they've
been on the expressway, they siton there is like putting an iron on
(27:33):
there. But you know, ifit's hot tire pickup, at least you're
not going to pull the paint off. And then some allow the paint to
be pulled off. That's bad. That's not ugly and out ugly. And
now is when you pull in andyou got the tire marks you can see
on the finish, it's almost likea rubber burn mark on it. And
yours will not do that, that'sright. I mean, you know,
(27:56):
when you've got the mars, thescuff, the things that don't want to
come out, that won't wash out, you've got a bit of a problem.
And the other thing is that thedie Hard Max epoxy kit, even
if you've got some some you know, superficial sort of cracks in the floor
that would otherwise transmit through, thisis thick enough that it will fill a
(28:18):
lot of those little things and helpto level out the overall surface finish and
the appearance of the surface. Sowhat you're really putting down is hard,
you know, it's sort of anarmor plate on that floor, and once
you've got it down, you're good. We talked about prep being the key,
it's time to talk a little bitabout the die Hard Max application kind
(28:42):
of walk me through the project.Cleaning is probably number one the first thing
we do. Correct it is sobasically, depending on who you are,
you may have a different methodology, but for most of us, it's just
give that garage floor a good pressurewash, get the dirt out of there,
get the oil stains out of there. We also have some excellent etching
(29:07):
and cleaning materials for concrete that willbe very effective in terms of getting rid
of any oil stains or things likethat. But basically, get your floor
clean, let it dry for aday, and then apply the material.
The next day. And if you'rea contractor and you're doing a larger area,
or maybe you just do a lotof garage floors, you might even
(29:27):
wish to do a grind on thefloor and sort of remove the surface derma
of the concrete. Either way works, but the important thing is that you
want something with maximum bite that grabsvery tenaciously, holds and keeps on serving
you. Yeah, use the wordetch. Are we using an acid like
(29:48):
a maratic acid? You can somegarage floors, depending on how they're done.
They're power traveled, and they tendto be very very smooth though they've
been polished. But at the sametime, this material grabs so tenaciously so
well that in a lot of cases, most cases, you don't need to
(30:11):
do that. But what you doneed is you need a good clean floor.
And we definitely spell all that outin the instruction. Okay, and
I interject sometimes when Peter's talking aboutgrinding, a lot of people go,
oh, that's probably the easiest thingto use. You can And it is
easy because I mean really, insteadof trying to wash away, you're literally
(30:34):
removing it, getting rid of thatoffending stuff. Yeah. Yeah, but
you don't need to you can justwash it right. But you know,
it sounds like a big project, but it's really not. I suggest that
to people a lot, especially ifyou have a coating on there. Get
that thing off now, the diehardmax, the epoxy coating. That's going
(30:55):
to protect the concrete too, right, I mean so many of us in
cold weather clock iments. You've gotsalt and different chemicals. You're protecting that
floor. Oh yeah, and that'sthat's an excellent point. I mean,
you know, that's one of thereason why you know, you go into
a lot of garage floors and they'reall pitted. That's because the salt falls
down and salt and concrete do notlike each other, right, and the
(31:18):
salt will will pit that concrete. You know, a lot, and you'll
end up with a really rough lookingfloor. You've got this on there.
It's a shield, it's it's ait's an armor plate. It'll it'll stop
anything from attacking it. And you'llhave something that really on Friday it looks
terrible. Monday morning, you know, you go to open your garage and
wow, you know it's done andit's beautiful. It's tough. Yeah,
(31:41):
after we get it good and clean, then the application is that is that
with a roller or is it asqueegee like a driveway sailor how's that applied?
Yeah, and once again it isvery very flexible, So most of
us us DI wires. We willjust put it on with a ten mil
(32:05):
roller, lint free, and youjust roll on a nice uniform coat across
that floor and you're good. Orif you're a contractor and you're doing a
larger area, you could pour itonto the floor and then you could move
it around with a with a toothedspreader and then do a back roll,
which and I know any contractor who'shearing this right now knows exactly what I'm
(32:29):
talking about. So either way isgood. Either way is good. Yeah.
We talking about it being in aPOxy floor coating per se. This
is a true epoxy, right,I mean it's a two parter. You're
mixing that up. Yes, it'sa true epoxy. It's one hundred percent
solids, which means what you seeand the thickness that you see is going
(32:51):
to remain that once it's dry. It's not like in a water based system
where when it dries, the waterleaves, it evaporates and you end up
with something super super thin on thefloor that you know may not stand up
through the years or even the monthsin some cases. Yeah, and folks,
I'll tell you what Peter just said, being you know, a solid,
a liquid solid per se that that'svery very important that screams durability because
(33:19):
that coating isn't going to quote dry, It's going to cure, right exactly,
it's going to cure, it's goingto harden, and you're going to
have something that that's going to looklike a million bucks. And then on
top of that, if you wantan additional showroomy, look, we have
a clear coat that's one hundred percentsolids, two part that you can put
(33:39):
right over that the next day afterit's dry and really bling up that floor,
and you'll have a double coat ofthat strength and it's just going to
last and last and last, andyou're going to love the results. Sure,
And we talked about it being akid. And I know you've got
a summer sale that's going on.It's ninety nine dollars. We'll tell you
where to get it, but tellme exactly what's in that kit. Now,
(34:02):
in that kit you have all theyou have of course, the a
and to B you've got the flakesthat are used that you might like to
sprinkle over that surface. There's acleaning material in there that you can use
to clean your floor. And it'sbasically all there. All you need is
a roller handle and a ten milroller and you're good to go a little
(34:27):
bit of time. How much coverageyou get out of one of the kits
roughly two hundred and fifty square feet, so you'll do a single car garage
with the one kit. Yeah, all right, And where do we get
the die Hard Max. You canget Diehard Max through Home Depot. You
can also get it through Lows Online. You can also get it at ditsche

eight hundred eight two three eight twofive five. All right, David,
welcome, Thank you for holding on. I appreciate it. Okay, Gary,
I really enjoy your show. Imean a lot of information. Thank
(39:25):
you. I have a problem Ihaven't heard, at least not recently.
When I turn on the hot waterin the kitchen, there's a smell that
comes from the hot water. Kindof to me, it smells like an
ashtray. But when I turn onthe hot same hot water tank in the
bathroom and the shower, same floor, there is none. So I just
(39:52):
done one one faucet, yes,and I thought it was a drain at
first, but I it's some testinglike feeling that a cup of hot water
and walking a couple of feet awayand smelling, No, it's the water,
So have way. Geez, Idon't know that one hole, uh,
(40:14):
the one faucet. Things kind ofstump me. Uh. Does it
smell like rotten eggs at all, like sulfur or anything like that? No,
nothing like that. Like I said, it's like an ash tray.
That's that's all I know. HowI wonder if it's something in the faucet
do this? I you know,I can't tell you exactly what it is.
(40:35):
If it's smells like sulfur and it'sall over, it's node rod.
If it's all over, you know, it's probably the tank needs to be
drained and flushed and all that. But when you start having one faucet issue,
it gets a little complicated. Wecan have some bacteria in the faucet.
We could also your your idea thedrain was a good one. Also,
(40:58):
Which which faucet is it? Isit the kitchen or yeah, it's
the kitchen. And I'm thinking thereis a dishwasher right next to it,
but it's never used. And I'vebeen here ten years. It's never used,
so I don't know why it wouldstart. Now, okay, and
you opened up the dishwasher and itdoesn't smell right, No, there's no
no smell dishwasher. Okay, allright, well let's do this. Let's
(41:22):
go ahead. And you got valvesunderneath the faucet, Yes, all right.
It seems to me, and Ithink you'll agree that it has to
be located in that faucet or inthat general area. It's not something that's
down. I thought it was ahot water heater too, but then I
(41:45):
realized, well it doesn't. Idon't. Bathroom sink has no smell.
Yeah, yeah, So let's shutoff the water underneath the in the cabinets,
all right. Let's shut that off, and then let's get a get
a bucket and disconnect, you know, put it underneath one of the supply
(42:07):
lines that are going from the valveup to the faucet. And I think
I'd probably disconnect it if you caneasily enough disconnected up by the faucet,
and you know, it's gonna spillout into that bucket and everything. And
(42:28):
let's go ahead, and you getthat in the bucket and then pour it
down the drain and then take thatsupply line and put it in facing down
into the bucket and turn that valveon just a little slow where we're bringing
in new fresh water, okay,And let's and let's fill that bucket up,
(42:50):
and let's see if we have anodor there. Okay, all right,
because sometimes you get to the youknow, calcification inside the mixers and
the faucets, and you can getsome bacteria in there, and you know
that can create a smell of somesort. And let's see if we get
that smell there, if we havethe smell there. I would disconnect the
(43:13):
supply line all the way and thenlet's try it just out of the valve
and see if we can, youknow, see if we can eliminate that
fossil right right, because it's goingto have to be in there or it's
got to be a drain. Okay, So that's kind of where I'm going
with it. Yeah, well,I would stop up the drain and run
(43:36):
and still get the smell, youknow. Yeah, yeah, Well,
I'm gonna guess we're going to findthe culprit by disconnecting it and trying it
from there. We can't go allthe way down to other areas of the
home. You know, there's differentbranches which go to different faucets, but
that's would be the point of contact. I would certainly start there and see
(44:00):
what we got. Okay, Iappreciate it. I haven't fount of all.
It's a good idea. All right, very good, thanks, take
care, all right. Yeah,a lot of times do we do that,
whether it's cross mixing of cold andhot smells, smells and everything.
Just take that faucet out of play. And you know, nowadays there's there's
(44:24):
valves under all the all the fasces. Whether it's the vanity or whether it's
the kitchen, it's fairly easy todo, all right. We got to
take a break. When we comeback, your calls plus Harold will be
