Speaker 1 (00:35):
Well, the weekend is upon us. Welcome a board. You're
at home with Gary Sullivan as we take your calls
regarding your home projects, and you may do so. We've
got a couple open lines. It's eight hundred eight two
three eight two five five. Feel free to join us.
We're going to talk with Peter Dish at the bottom
of this hour. We're gonna talk about an anti slip
(00:59):
seiler and uh, it's a good looking seiler. It's also
a very safe seialer, garage floor, basement floors, patio, utility areas, pulldecks,
the whole works. And we're going to talk about that
particular product and some of the other Dice Couttings products
that'll be at the bottom of the hour. In the meantime,
(01:20):
we got plenty of time for your calls. Again. It's
eight hundred and eight two three eight two five five.
Jason lead us off.
Speaker 2 (01:29):
Welcome, Hey, get after our morning. I'm sorry, how Yeah,
I've got a question. I had a very reputable with
the comedy come in. They're very, very reliable. All the
permits you need in Ohio. But I noticed that had
to come out twice because my gutters in between the
flashing and the gutter actually leaks in between. Is that normal?
(01:52):
They've had to come out twice and repair it and
as it screw it up.
Speaker 1 (01:55):
Well no, no, no, leak is normal. So you know
what did they say the issue was?
Speaker 2 (02:04):
It just pulls away a little bit as the house
settles with all the heat and all the you know,
the cold and all that, it kind of pulls away.
But are using riffing screws to push the gutter back
up against the flashing, so the water's not running off
the roof in between the house and the gutter.
Speaker 1 (02:17):
Okay, So so help me out a little bit. So
where is it leaking? Is it leacing behind the gutter
or right where the gutter butts up to the house.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
In between the flashing, the white flashing they put up
with the gutter up against that flashing. You see leaking
in between there.
Speaker 1 (02:35):
Okay, So that's at the back of the gutter, that
fleshing that tucks up under the shingles, correct, yes, okay.
And and what's pulling free is it? Is it that
fleshing that goes underneath the uh, underneath the shingling. Is
that where it's pulling out?
Speaker 2 (02:53):
Nope, that's up butt up against the house. It's between
the gutter and the flashing is like a strip trip
trip dripped them and to get really hard downpours, it
really comes down. Now, I know, downpours set up the
gutters and they overflow. I understand that.
Speaker 1 (03:06):
Yeah, that happened to me last night. We had a downpour.
I mean, and it's a really steep saddle. And I'll
be honest, that five inch gutter I have, it's just
not capable of drinking all that water. I'm gonna have
to go to a six inch gutter. So the only
other problem I would see would be if the if
(03:26):
the water is leaking from the shingle behind the gutter,
in between the gutter and the flashing. The only other
thing I would be concerned about, and I can't see it,
so I can't tell you if it's correct, is if
the overhang of the shingle isn't far enough into that gutter.
Speaker 3 (03:43):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (03:44):
Well, I enough the message for them over the weekend
to come back out, you know, because they come out
twice so far that three repair it and every stop
that they repaired everything. But now the back gutter, like
I said, that part's leaking and I beat my girlfriend.
I just redid our poor We get a new roof
on there, which I did myself, and I mean it's nice, beautiful,
(04:05):
but we can't sit up there without walking from the
house to the porch. If I can step down without
dripping on your head.
Speaker 1 (04:13):
Yeah, well, another thing they can do again, I would
be I would ask him about that, or maybe they'll
just tell you, but ask him exactly. You know, it's
a third call out, what what is the problem? What
what's going on? And one of the things I would
suggest is ask about the drip edge to the roof
(04:34):
to the gutter. Is is there a proper overhang on
that or is that the issue? Because they can they
can also tuck up additional flashing and solve that. But
I would ask that question.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
Right, Like I said, he's been really responsive. That takes
him a couple of days. But yeah, like I said, there,
I had to go through no hoko to get a
new rook on my income level.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
Uh huh.
Speaker 2 (04:58):
And they cannot do that a furnis they came on
to the roof and my gunners, well, they had to
have all the permits estate requires you to have, okay,
which are thousands of thousands of them. So actually they're
very very good at what they do. Sure, we do
a lot of work in Ashton where I live in
Ashland here, so okay, okay, yep, anyway, yep, well, thank
you very much. You have a wonderful day, sir.
Speaker 1 (05:17):
All right, you do the same, Thank you much. Yeah.
Sometimes I drip edge on the shingles. Might just not
be carrying that water all the way out. I don't know.
I can't see it. A picture probably tells. But there's
the key though, because we always hear the other end
of it. He obviously has a reputable roofer in the
fact that the follow up is there. I had an
(05:42):
thence in a long time ago, reputable roofer. But the reputable
rufer has employees, and employees make mistakes, and I mean
we all make mistakes. And there was this one part
over a garage and it was it wasn't right, it
(06:02):
didn't look right, and I remember they were kind of rushing.
There was a big storm coming in and when you know,
all the rain fell and the dust settled and everything,
and the foreman was there and I said, I don't
know what's going on in that roof, but it's it's
not right. Their shingos are not properly installed, and they weren't.
(06:23):
They took it all off, redid it and probably a
couple of employees rushing beat the storm. I get that,
and nobody likes that. But as I was always taught,
it's it's it's not whether you made the mistake. We
all make mistakes. It's how you respond to the mistake.
(06:45):
And that's that's the you know, that's so important when
you're in the service industry respawning to that mistake. Brad, welcome.
Speaker 4 (06:57):
Hi, Can you hear me?
Speaker 3 (06:58):
Okay?
Speaker 1 (06:59):
I can.
Speaker 4 (07:01):
I was calling in. I just had one comment about
the cocking. I'm a retired builder, the last one left
in one hundred and twenty six year old family construction business. Right,
i'm're soiling residential and I don't forget it may help
some of those people cocking if they you say stirecoam
backer rod before they oh.
Speaker 1 (07:21):
Absolutely.
Speaker 4 (07:24):
You know a lot of people will try to fill
those gaps up with them and cocking, which is a mistake.
And the back of rod helps save money on cocking,
but it also will give them a better job as well,
and comes in all kinds of different sizes from eight
inch up to probably three quarters if they had to
(07:44):
have that.
Speaker 1 (07:44):
So that's a that's a great that's a great tip. Bred.
We talked about back of rods a lot. I probably
have a tendency to talk more about them and filling
cracks and concrete than I do between windows in the house.
But what Bread's telling you is exactly correct. That foam
bead or foam roping, that's the back of rod. And
(08:04):
just push that down and leave yourself, you know, about
three eight of an inch above that backer rod to
the surface, and you will save money. You will get
a better cocking job because that adhesion is taken care
of on the sides of the caking. It's not the
best thing to fill that whole thing up. I I
appreciate that tip. That's a good one, my friend.
Speaker 4 (08:26):
All right, I just couldn't stand it ahead.
Speaker 1 (08:30):

It's eight hundred eight two three eight two five five
and Kathy welcome.
Speaker 7 (12:13):
Hello there, Hello, I've got an issue. Bought a house
that has a bonus room above the garage and they
bragged about where it was double insulated. Well, it gets
hot up in that room. So looking up in the attic,
there's an attic on each side of this bonus room.
(12:34):
They have definitely double insulated, but they put insulation all
the way to the roof. And this as far as
the vents go. You've got the vents on the on
the easy that come up, but then there's also a
vent on the peak of the roof. Well, I can't
see where there's even a way that it can go
(12:58):
to the peak of the roof because the relations looks
like it's blocking anything going up.
Speaker 3 (13:04):
How do you how do you how do you.
Speaker 7 (13:08):
Vent vent that so that it isn't that long because
it's still hot in that bonus right.
Speaker 1 (13:13):
Right, So I'm having a little difficulty picturing it, so
I'm going to just ask you questions. So is there
a vent on the top of that attic? Is there
a ridge vent?
Speaker 3 (13:33):
There's there's a ridge vent on the very peak of
the roof above that, okay, And they put that the
shingles over kind of, that's what the guys that when
they shingled my roof said, that's venting.
Speaker 1 (13:45):
So that's venting the attic, but not the room right right, Okay.
Now surrounding that room is also the attic, right, So
we want to lower the temperature of the attic, which
will help make the room more palatable. And so what
(14:06):
you're saying is the ridge vent is open, air is
free flowing, but replacement air can't get to the attic.
Is that correct?
Speaker 2 (14:18):
Okay?
Speaker 7 (14:19):
The air that we can get, I mean there's venting
under you know, under the eaves, and you can see
that venting. That venting is bringing in the fresh air, Okay,
into those attic areas. Okay, the wall that's up against
this bonus room is insulated, double insulation all the way
(14:40):
to the attic. I mean to the roof of the
of the room.
Speaker 1 (14:44):
Okay, but there is where.
Speaker 7 (14:46):
It's and if you pull that back a little bit,
you can see that they put cardboard like they made
a little thing to where they're be venting. Yeah, and
it's it's all plugged up with insulation. What do you
do on something like that?
Speaker 1 (15:03):
So I'm going to say something, tell me if this
is true. So air, the hot air that's in the
attic cannot it cannot go up like hot air in
a chimney. It cannot go up and go through the
ridge vent unless the cooler air, even if it's ninety degrees,
(15:24):
is coming in and pushing that hot air out. And
what you're saying is pla to what you're saying is
that's not happening. So the air can't so the air.
So the whole, the whole venting system is not working
because the hot air won't go out until there's cooler
air pushing it out. Hot air rises, air always has
(15:45):
to be replaced. So can we free up or move
something where the air from the lower areas the soffits
around the house that air can come up and go
up this odds are the outer part of the bedroom
and then pushed the hot air out of the ridge.
Speaker 7 (16:04):
Vent Well, it won't it to me? Okay, when you
look and you pull some of that insulation down where
that you know because it's at a it it goes
at a like a little house, like a little peak
up there that room. It's got a half wall that
comes up about five feet and then it peaks.
Speaker 8 (16:25):
Up to the point.
Speaker 7 (16:26):
And and so you know that there's venting there when
you look. When you look on the internet, there should
have been venting there. But when you've got it totally
covered with insulation on the pull of the way, it
looks like they put that that foamy stuff and it
hardened up and swelled up and closed off any kind
(16:48):
of venting that would go up to the peak of
the roof.
Speaker 1 (16:53):
So what do we do that's going to happen? Yeah,
so so, and I apologize not being able to see it.
I'm a little challenged on that because there's two types
of ways that were insulating addicts and even venting addicts.
And it sounds like you're stuck in between both of them,
(17:15):
which means you get nothing.
Speaker 7 (17:17):
So if you were going to yeah, so.
Speaker 1 (17:19):
If you're using the soft inventing, which would be your
intake air, and it cannot get to the bulk of
the heated air to allow it to escape, you're going
to have to pull some of that foam or cut
that foam down so that you can get cooler air
to come in and move the hot air out. The
(17:40):
cooler air replaces it, and you create what they call convection.
So that's there, and there's a formula of how much
cube of air, but it's there should be as much
intake air as there is outtake air, Okay, so right.
Speaker 7 (18:01):
Now there's no outtake air right right.
Speaker 1 (18:04):
Because they can't cool can't get there to push it out.
Speaker 7 (18:09):
My old house had the little it didn't have the
peak venting. Okay, up on the peak, it had those
little boxes or whatever it went across. When the guy
did the roof, he put me she said, you didn't,
and that's how it did how my old house had.
So this one, I thought, oh, this is venting all
the way across that peak. That's not bad and it
(18:31):
can't and now I know why. It's a warm up there.
I can't get to it.
Speaker 1 (18:36):
Is there any way you can make.
Speaker 8 (18:40):
I don't know.
Speaker 7 (18:41):
We haven't really because it's something hot up there.
Speaker 8 (18:44):
I haven't looked. My husband doesn't look.
Speaker 7 (18:46):
We haven't really looked how much. But what we saw,
we were just sick to our stomach because you could
see they did it with a cardboard thing, you know,
like a two inch or whatever to vent out. But
when they put in foam, it's asked it, so there's
no venting, and then they layered it with a uh insulation.
Speaker 1 (19:06):
The right, Well, it's just gonna have to be removed
or you're never gonna get ventilation up there. So that's
really the answer is letting it cool off and then
go ahead and free that up and you get that
stream of air moving because you're never going to allow that,
you know, to be vented properly. The other way is
(19:28):
what they call whole house encapsulation, And just so you
know about it, they close off all the venting, the
softly venting, the ridge vetting and everything, and they just
insulate the heck out of it. You create a thermos bottle.
All right, Peter, Nice, she's up next. You're at home

(22:37):
All right, back here it we go. You're at home
with Gary Sullivan. And over the years I've talked about
a product from dish Codings. In fact, I've talked about
numerous products from dish Coatings, from countertop coatings and cover
up that old laminate countertop, to different seilers, to roll
a rock and spreadstone for outdoor and indoor concrete surfaces.
(23:01):
And well we have Peter Dice from Dice Coatings once
again with us and Peter welcome again at home with
Gary Salvin. How you doing, Hey, I'm doing well. Good morning,
Gary morning, Good morning. So let's talk about safety around
the homes. I know you sent me a lot of
(23:24):
data about falls and we get a lot of calls
about different things and how do we make things slip resistant?
And let's talk about the tracks Safe anti slip sealer
that you have. Tell me a little bit about that
particular product and where you can use that.
Speaker 8 (23:45):
Well, you can use it just about anywhere. It's great
for slippery concrete, stamped concrete, it works on pile, it
works on linoleum, A bunch of different surfaces. But you know,
even right now, we're right in the middle of swimming
pool season and you've got a lot of wet surfaces
and bare feet and it's a great recipe for slips
(24:08):
and falls. So you know, this is something that you
apply and it adds very very effective slip resistance. And
you know, I mean, we all know the facts about
about slips and falls, and you know, sometimes it's just
an embarrassing little, you know, mishap where you go down
and you get up and you're basically fine, but you know,
(24:29):
it can also be something catastrophic and something that can
literally be life changing. And you know, not everyone in
the population is young. Some folks are older. We have
an aging population here and in the United States, and
you know we we want to you know, avoid that
if we can. And that's the whole idea behind track safe.
Speaker 1 (24:51):
Yep. You know the National Flooring Safety Institute. One of
the facts you sent, which I appreciate, falls account for
eight million hospital emergency room visits represent the leading cause
of visits and that is amazing. And I know, even
pressure treated would like if you have a garage and
(25:11):
they put pressure treated wood steps, maybe two steps going
into the mudroom or something and you got wet shoes
on because there's raining outside. That pressure treated wood can
even be slippery.
Speaker 8 (25:25):
Absolutely, and all it takes is one little you know,
usually you're fine, but you know, sometimes you can slip,
and you can slip and maybe you know, grab that
rail if you have one, and you're okay. But if
you go down and you hit the ground, the ground
is you know, not terribly accommodating. You know, you hit it,
(25:46):
and you know it can be you know, literally a
life changing thing, and it's something that can be so
easily fixed literally in a day, and you know it
just will give you that much additional insurance. Really, it's
just the slip resistance that you want.
Speaker 1 (26:02):
So the track Safe product and we'll get into how
to use it in different things. But you mentioned stamp
concrete and you're right. Stamp concrete usually is a gloss
type seiler that's applied over the stamp concrete and I
can guarantee you when that gets wet, it's slippery. Now,
(26:25):
the track Safe anti slip sealer is that a gloss finish,
a satin finish, or you can't tell it's there, or
tell me about the film itself on the track safe.
Speaker 8 (26:37):
It's a satin finish. And basically the whole idea is
that what you have there currently is maybe something that
you like the look of, so you don't want to
change it, but you want to add the slipp resistance
that you know, whether it's due in the morning or
during rain, or around a pool deck, or on steps
(27:00):
in a garage as you say, which is an excellent example,
or even a painted outdoor wood deck. I mean, all
of these surfaces. You may like the look of them,
but you don't want it to be dangerous. And let's
face it, we want to protect not just ourselves but
also our family, loved one's friends, and even even customers
(27:22):
who may be coming. You know, if if you're a
business owner, you don't want anyone slipping and falling on
your property. So it's it's just an immediate six. So
if you like the look of what you've got but
you don't want to have slip and fall issues, you
can drastically reduce any kind of problems there by simply
applying a clear treatment that now makes that surface very
(27:47):
very slip resistance, but you still have the look that
you you know that you like.
Speaker 1 (27:51):
So are you saying like if I have let's just
say I justed the garage floor, Yes, put a gloss
seiler on it to protect it. Would I put the
track Safe over the existing ceiler or would I use
the track Safe as the seiler.
Speaker 8 (28:11):
You can use the track Safe as the ceiler, or
you can put it over the existing ceiler. And if
you're putting over an existing ceiler, I mean track Safe
even works on top of the POxy. So let's say
you've got an a POxy floor in your garage and
you love the look of the floor, you know, but
if you've ever walked on on a POxy floor that's wet.
(28:33):
Let's say you pulled into the garage and it was raining,
you slip on that you are going for a ride.
You put on the track Safe and you have excellent
slip resistance and you still have the look that you like,
but it's now a safe surface, safer surface to walk on.
There are no guarantees in life, but this is extremely
(28:53):
slip resistant. Then it really really adds, you know, a
lot of protection and.
Speaker 1 (28:57):
It seems like, well it doesn't seem like it is
a very versatile product. You could use it as the ceiler.
You can if everything's looking great. I use the example
of a garage floor, whether it's not a POxy coating,
whether it's a stain coating, and you like it, so
you could use it as a ceiler. You could put
(29:19):
it over a ceiler and it all of a sudden
it becomes difficult to fall on. Okay.
Speaker 8 (29:29):
Yeah, And even let's say let's say you've got stain.
Let's say you stained your wood deck and uh, you know,
you know the story on stain on wood decks is,
you know, you're almost staining basically every year. So if
you stained your deck and you put the track safe on,
you've got two things. Now you've got excellent slip resistant
(29:51):
you know, safety added to that surface. But you've also
now protected that stained surface further from the element, so
that maybe you don't have to stain it next year
or the year after or the year after, because you've
got some armor there that's protecting not only it, but
hopefully also.
Speaker 1 (30:07):
You Now you can use this indoor or outdoors.
Speaker 8 (30:12):
Correct, you can, So you can use it even let's
say on the tile that's that's in your bathroom when
you step out of the bathtub. That's one great way
to you know, slip and fall. I'm sure that there
are a lot of statistics that would point to the
fact that slips and falls, you know, stepping out of
(30:32):
bathtubs is probably fairly high. So you can put this
on the floor outside there, you can use it in
your tile shower. You know, there are so many ways
that that, you know, protection would be a great thing,
and you know track Safe with its slip resistant performance,
will will certainly help you to do that.
Speaker 1 (30:55):
So, Peter, you brought up a good point, and I'm
sure other people listening went ooh when you said in
a shower. So let's say you have a fiberglass shower pan,
or maybe you have the one inch ceramic tiles in
the shower. The track Safe could be applied to both
(31:18):
of those substrates. Either one of.
Speaker 8 (31:21):
Those you can you can put it on the tile,
but with with the fiberglass stuff, you may need to
scuff it a little bit first, Okay, So generally we
would we would suggest that it be used on tile, yeah, okay,
or concrete or something of that nature.
Speaker 1 (31:38):
Good in a shower. Get one to get that clear.
How many coats would you that's a great question.
Speaker 8 (31:44):
You would put on two coats, maybe three hours apart. Okay,
if it's indoors, you may want to give it an
extra few hours, so maybe you know, two coats maybe
six hours apart, because indoors you don't have as much air, slow,
you don't have the sun, you don't have any of
those things, so you may need to give it a
little bit longer to dry. Okay, but basically two coats
(32:08):
of that and the following day, the slip resistance that
you have is you know, massively different than what you
may have had before.
Speaker 1 (32:16):
Is this a water based product.
Speaker 8 (32:19):
It is, and it's odorless. So you apply it and
it's very very benign, very nice to work with. Your
your home isn't going to smell. You put this on
and suddenly any surface that has ever been you know
a little bit you know, nerve wracking. You've treated, and
(32:40):
you've treated it very quickly and easily just with a roller.
You can even you know, move it around with a
brush if you like. Just make sure that you apply
a nice even coat and you should be, you know,
very thrilled with the results.
Speaker 1 (32:54):
What is the lifespan of the track safe outdoors? You know,
with the sun, the snow, the salt everything Mother nature
can throw at it. What is that something you do
every year, every three years, every five years.
Speaker 2 (33:10):
Yeah, you can.
Speaker 8 (33:10):
You can do it basically every couple of years. It
really depends on how much traffic you have. I mean,
it could be there for five years. But you know, ultimately,
if you have a lot of traffic, if you just
want to keep it one hundred percent ship shape, just
you know, every couple of years or every year. You know,
(33:31):
let's say even for instance, you have a commercial property,
a hotel or something, and you've got a pool deck outside,
Well then maybe you'll do that every year. But you know,
at the end of the day, you know, it's a
slip and fall that that can make all the difference
in the trajectory of your life. And if you can
avoid it, you know, more power to you.
Speaker 1 (33:52):
Well, I'm all about that, that's for sure. Now. Is
that applied with like a tank sprayer and a roller
or do you roll it on? Talk to me about
the application?
Speaker 8 (34:04):
Yeap, Just you just roll it on, very very simple,
you know, just pour it into a tray and roll
on a nice even coat. A few hours later, throw
on your second coat, leave it alone until the next day.
Don't walk on it too much after it's dry until
it's cured fully. But you can walk on it when
(34:25):
it's dry, and the next day it's you know, good
and solid, and you've got some additional insurance there for
you and your family and your friends and your customers
and anyone else.
Speaker 1 (34:36):
Sure, a lot of times when we talk about seilers,
people start thinking about the viscosity of the seiler. You know,
so much of the concrete sailors are ultra penetrating their
viscosity of water. This sounds like it's a little thicker than.
Speaker 8 (34:50):
That it is. It's a little bit thicker, but at
the same time it does penetrate. So it gives you
a very nice protective thin that will freshen up, enriched
and enrich the color of the surface, just make it
look you know, prettier and fresher, and it's good that way.
(35:12):
It protects the surface. So it's not just it's not
just a slip resistant treatment. It's also a protective beautifying treatment.
So you've got you know a bunch of very very
good advantages in one shot. And you roll that on
and you know it does it all basically that you know,
you really need it to do sure well.
Speaker 1 (35:30):
I noticed also the track sa If Anti slip also
has a color code. So let's take a break. We'll
come back and talk about that. Peter Dish from Dish

have around your home. So check that out. And Peter
(39:02):
tell me about this track safe anti slip color code.
So this is a little different than a clear seiler.
This sounds like something that you can kind of, you know,
kind of spruce up the porch or the utility room
and also be slip resistant.
Speaker 8 (39:22):
Exactly. So you know, some surface some surfaces don't look
that great and you don't want to preserve the way
they are. So the whole idea here is if you've
got a porch or steps, or or a utility floor
or you know, surfaces of that nature, pool deck, patio,
(39:43):
basically you wash the surface prior let it dry, and
then you apply the track Safe color code and it
comes in five different colors and basically you just you know,
you roll on a couple of coats of that maybe
an hour apart, and then you would top code it
(40:03):
with the track Safe anti slip stealers. So it's a
complete system and that way you you you get the
slip resistance that you want, but you also have a
brand new looking surface with a nice color with a
very attractive looking uh finish to it. It's got a
very soft, very nice looking texture, very very decorative. Uh.
(40:26):
And again you have that that that slip resistant safety
that you're looking for as well. And it's it's basically
a complete.
Speaker 1 (40:34):
System, water based also and odorless.
Speaker 8 (40:38):
Water based odorless. Uh. Just give it a stir, put
it in your tray, roll it on, leave it alone,
roll another coat on. It drives very quickly, very very
simple to use, uh, spectacular uh effect, very quickly, and
uh you know, suddenly you've got a spruced up area
(40:59):
and you've got you know, additional confidence in walking in
wet conditions and just in general.
Speaker 1 (41:06):
Sure, now, where do people get these particular products that
we've talked about the track Safe and really all your products.
I mean do they get it online with you? Do
they go to Amazon? Is their stores or where can
people find these?
Speaker 8 (41:22):
Yes, they can get it online with us. Also they
can get it through online, through the home depot and
through lows and very very popular products there and you
know for good reason. They work very well and yeah,
(41:42):
very easy to get. You get it in you just
a couple of days and you're ready to go, and
you can transform any surface that you need to fix up.
Speaker 1 (41:51):
Sure, sure, I guess on the anti slip color kit.
That's got everything you need. I presume with words kit
and what kind of square foot does that cover?
Speaker 8 (42:06):
That is going to cover? Two hundred square feet and
it includes the rollers, so all you got to do
is stick that roller on a little roller handle and
apply your coats. It's all water based and easy. It's
all water clean up, odorless, quick and easy. Everything you
need is there. Just pick the color that you like
(42:26):
if you want color, or you can just get tracks
Safe Ante Slip Sealer as a standalone item. Either way,

Help you, and we're here to help it be successful
for you.
Speaker 1 (42:51):
Peter, well and got about a minute and a half
to gou and I want to ask about another product.
We'll bit off the subject. Does the rock patch that
you have I think is a phenomenal product for people
with spawling concrete and fixing divots. About fifty sixty bucks
a can. It's non cementatious. How's that going? Are people
(43:12):
discovering it yet or because that's a hidden hero also.
Speaker 8 (43:17):
They are. And it's it's you know, it's it's not
the glamorous product, but you know what, sometimes we just
need to make things good and nice, you know even
and I mean it's a great easy easy is the word.
I mean. You open the can, you pour it into
a tray and you put it on. You can roll it,
you can put it on with a squeegee, you can
(43:39):
put it on with a trowel. Basically, there's a lot
of ways, but basically it'll cover little holes, little divots,
especially if you're going to do one of our stone coatings,
one of the decorative codings. You don't want any sort
of texture in the surface transmitting through, so you put
this on. You don't have to stir anything. You don't
have a pilot dust. You're not, you know, surrounded by
(44:01):
by cement dust. You just open it up, you put
it on, it dries, you put whatever finish you want
on top. Later everything looks beautiful and uniform. Or you
could even just put that on by itself. It gives
you nice, very concrete, clean gray appearance. And then steal
(44:23):
it with trackstay fancy slip stealer and you have a
standalone finish.
Speaker 1 (44:27):
Yeah. Well, as usual, you got all our questions answered,
and I certainly appreciate your time, Peter, and thank you
so much for joining us again. It's Dice Codings, Daichcoatings
