Speaker 1 (00:30):
Well, the weekend is upon us. Welcome aboard.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
You're at home with Gary Salvian and SaaS brought to
you by Summit Chemical. Look at if you're looking at
reducing the population of mosquitoes around your home, you might
try the mosquito bits and the mosquito dunks. You simply
broadcast the mosquito bits over standing water. I'm talking gutters, ponds, pulls,

(00:54):
and the mosquito dunks can it's a little larger disc.
You can put those in burd bass and larger bodies
of water. But you'll reduce the mosquito population around your home.
It actually eliminates the larvae and it's also safe for birds, animals, kids.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
The whole works, all right.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
You pick those up local hardware store, garden center, Amazon,
I'm sure has its Summach Chemicals, and it's great stuff.
It's been around for a long time and you can
have a little more comfortable living outdoors.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
All right, we'll be taking your calls regarding your home projects,
and the phone number is eight hundred eight two three
eight two five five. I've been talking in the last
few weeks.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
We're talking about the wet weather and the amount of
rain in many parts of the country, not just in
my area, but we've certainly had a wet summer and spring.
So we're starting off talking about, you know, water takes
a path of the least resistance, trying to not just

(02:02):
you're trying to solve the problem. I get that, but
we're trying to look for the why, why do we
have the problem?

Speaker 1 (02:10):
What's going on?

Speaker 2 (02:12):
Had a good conversation and this is very common in
a lot of homes, and that is.

Speaker 1 (02:19):
A big patio and the greatest towards the house and
moving that water away from the house.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
Of course, if the slab is sunk and there's a
gap against the foundation, that's a problem, right, But there
are ways, and one of them would be concrete leveling
or slab jacking, where you pump a growling or a
limestone slurry beneath that slab, lift it and tilt that
slab away from the house. There's one way to eliminate

(02:49):
the problem.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
Also, homes built in the forties and fifties, nice little
sidewalk going along the side of the house. Over time,
nothing tilts right towards the house, pools away from the foundation,
not that it was ever attached. Separate course, uh but
lifting that up a positive grade away from it is

(03:11):
the solution for it. It's something you're probably not going
to do yourself. I mean, you can't do it yourself,
I would assume unless you're in that business and have
the equipment. But it's a service that you can get
that people will have it done in and in a
lot of cases that is a cost for a leaky basement.

(03:33):
Not all the time, but start on the outside. Find
the why. So that's what we're working on today, is
finding the why and maybe correcting the water problem inside
the house all right, because it's just going to keep
getting worse. I can almost guarantee you there eight hundred
and eighty two three eight two five five and Christina

(03:55):
take us off this hour.

Speaker 3 (04:00):
Have a porch with cedar wooden boards on it. And
my husband flamed these boards before we put them down
on the flooring. And I read up on it and
it's said to put linseed oil on it before you

(04:20):
put any kind of spain or anything on it. So
I did that. Well, I can't seem to get these
boards to actually hold any kind of stain or anything,
and so I'm having a real big issue with that.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
Well, I don't know why. I know why you put
the linseed oil because it told you to, But I
don't know why we would put linseed oil onto cedar
and then apply the stained linseed oil is a seiler.
Back in the.

Speaker 2 (04:59):
Day are sighting on our homes. They would use the
linseed oil as a waterproofing primer. They would use it
as a clear sealer. But linseed oil has a tendency
to be a food source for mold. It has very
little UV protection, and it seals the wood.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
And when you.

Speaker 2 (05:23):
Get a let's say a deck sealer, whether it were
water base or an oil base, depending on if you
can buy an oil base in your state, it's not
going to penetrate. It's not going to get through the
linseed oil to be carried into the wood grain of

(05:47):
the ceedar.

Speaker 1 (05:48):
It's sealed. It'd be like trying to stain over paint.

Speaker 4 (05:55):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (05:55):
So my question is if we were to stand that
a little bit would put that help?

Speaker 2 (06:06):
Maybe I don't really know the answer, So let's do this.
If you go out there, let's just do a little test.
Make sure I'm right. I feel certain I am. But
if you take a tablespoon of water or a bottle
with some water in it and sprints it on.

Speaker 1 (06:19):
There. See if that water doesn't just beat.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
Up like a waxed car, okay, And if it does,
what I'm telling you is definitely going on. It's the
wood is sealed. It can't accept the stained period. There's
three options, and I don't know which one to lead
you down. You could sand it, I don't know how

(06:42):
far into that seat or that linseed oil is penetrated,
so that's a little scary for me to say, go
ahead and sand it. And then is that down an
eighth of an inch or is it down three ace
of an inch? You see my point there. The other
option would be too drip it, and it is a seiler,

(07:05):
so stripping it should work. But again getting all that
pulled up out of that would fiber. I don't know.
It might be a combination of stripping and sanding. And
then there's a third option which I don't think would work,
and it's called a deck brightener. And what it is

(07:27):
it's axolic acid that opens up the grain of the
wood to accept stain. My guess is the linseed oil
will repel that. So I think what I would do,
because they make strippers for decks.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
For instance, if you had a chocolate brown stained deck
and you wanted it golden oak, you would have to
strip that.

Speaker 2 (07:54):
So there are products out there. And originally stain was
a see it oil based. To be honest with you,
it was. It was pigmented Lindsey oil. So using a
clear you see where I'm going with it. You know
it can't accept a tinted stain because it's sealed.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
Well, when I we're hit up on that, I don't
know why it told said to do that or not either,
but you know, since I didn't know, my knowledge about
Lindsay was basically nothing. I that's why I made that mistake.

Speaker 1 (08:32):
But yeah, yeah, well I understand that I'm not here
to point fingers. I'm just trying to I think that's
I feel ninety nine point nine percent sure that that's
why you're having that problem, though, so I'm thinking of
other ways.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
I mean, I again, you say this is on a porch, yes, yeah, yeah,
So again, the stain that you're looking at and that
linseed oil that's on air would be a semi me
transparent penetrating stain. I assume that's what you're using, and
it can't go anywhere. So another option would be to

(09:10):
use a solid color stain, and a solid color stain
would attach itself to the surface. It's not penetrating, Okay,
I mean it clings to create adhesion, but it doesn't
have to penetrate in like a wood color. So it

(09:31):
would be a coating not quite as thick as paint,
but you wouldn't have to strip it.

Speaker 3 (09:42):
Yeah, okay, Well, the reason why that I have to
put something on there is because when the when I
put this, when I put the stain on there, the
water kind of washes it off, which is exactly what
you said because of the linsed oil. But the boards
have turned all that dicky white color and underneath, and

(10:04):
so without that stain on there, I've kind of got
a spotted porch.

Speaker 2 (10:14):
Take a couple pictures of it and go up to
a Shriman Williams store. All right, Uh, tell them what
the story is. And you know, I think you're going
to have to make a decision on a do I
can I do I want to strip that whole deck
and then stay with my semi transparent or can I

(10:36):
lightly sand this and put a modified I'll get acrylic
solid color stain over it.

Speaker 1 (10:45):
And get their thoughts on adhesion.

Speaker 2 (10:48):
That's kind of where I met, and I would I
would make a decision then on you know you you
don't want to keep visiting this, so I want to
make this. This is the way I'm going to go.
I don't want to have problems with this. Get their
opinion on which way the best to go. They'll explain
both and then make a decision.

Speaker 3 (11:09):
Okay, all right, welcome. I appreciate your help.

Speaker 2 (11:14):
All right, Christina, good luck, good luck. All right, appreciate it,
Take care, bye bye.

Speaker 2 (14:22):
Well, with all the rain and just summertime humidity, you
may have some odors around the house, deb Meyerby joining
us from Odor Exit at the bottom of the hour,
we're going to talk about eliminating odors. Yes, I said
eliminating odors. We're not covering up with something that smells good.
We'll have that discussion with dev again about ten minutes.

(14:44):
In the meantime, let's get to Gary.

Speaker 1 (14:47):
Gary welcome.

Speaker 6 (14:49):
Hey, thanks Gary, you've been well. I've heard you addressed
this over the years. Of course, at the time I
didn't really have a problem, but now evidently I do.
I know you've talked so many times about you know,
cracks and concretes and things like that and filling in gaps.
Who I've noticed here lately that my driveway has sort
of separated a little bit from a little bit more

(15:10):
from my entry into my garage. Okay, So, and I
know it used to be like a little it's kind
of like black tar. It was in between the two
or whatever, and now it's all it was not there anymore. Basically,
I guess where it has sunk in because my traveways separated.

(15:31):
There is about an inch gap there now, and I
know it's probably from the overflowing gutter, which I'm getting
taken care of, but I need to fill that in,
and I didn't know exactly what would be the best
product to fill that in with. I just measured it.
It's an inch.

Speaker 1 (15:49):
Okay, okay, okay. And has the driveway sunk also or
is it just withdrawn from the garage floor.

Speaker 6 (15:59):
I would say it probably has not very much. Maybe
I don't know eight of my inch.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
Or maybe, so let's get this thing filled up because
if we don't, it's going to continue to sink and
then there's going to you know, it's going to drop
an inch maybe more, and there'll be erosion underneath that.
And you know, so if we can seal it up,
eventually you may have to do that anyway, but if
we can seal it up, we can certainly minimize how

(16:28):
fast that settling occurs. So first thing you want to
do is you want to find out what's down there.
So if you can get your fingers down there or
a screwdriver down there, that black tar may just be
broken off at the surface and it's still maybe down there,
maybe three aces of an inch. And the reason I'm
bringing that up is what we're going to put in there.

(16:51):
We don't want to waste the product.

Speaker 1 (16:53):
Okay, it's not super cheap, but there is a specific
type of calking i'd want you to use us and
it's a self leveling your thane or a self leveling
high end acrylic calking, and it's made by quick Crete.

Speaker 2 (17:11):
They're the concrete people. And what you would do if
there's that tarbar is still down in there. You can
use that as your base if it's open, and you
can take that screwdriver and go down three inches. I
want you to either fill it with sand up to
about three ace of an inch to the surface, or

(17:31):
put in what they call backer rod, which is a
foam rope if you will, and you just push it
down into that crevice again about three ace of an
inch from the surface, and you'll take that self leveling
your thane crack filler. It'll require a industrial strength calocking gun,

(17:55):
and you'll just put this bead right over the top
of that. The adhesion will take place on both sides
of the slab, the garage floor slab and the driveway slab.
It's got the best adhesion and the best flexibility. And
they also now would they have which has come out
called it advanced acrylic resin cocking. Same thing self leveling.

(18:20):
It's very comparable to that.

Speaker 1 (18:21):
You're a thane.

Speaker 2 (18:22):
It doesn't require an industrial strength cocking gun, so you
might check out. I would say the performance will be
very very close. You can check out and decide which
one you want to go with.

Speaker 6 (18:34):
Okay, So of course that's like a rigor culkub. Yes, sir,
and so uh so might have to say like two
lines of would they get it to go?

Speaker 1 (18:48):
Yeah, you might.

Speaker 2 (18:49):
And even if it weeps down a little bit, if
you even need a third line on top of it,
that's fine. Like I said, it's self leveling, So you're
just pumping that in until it floats up to this,
you know, until you get it to the surface and
looks good. It'll level relatively quickly.

Speaker 6 (19:06):
Okay, So it's two different products that I have a choice.
Are you a same one or the.

Speaker 2 (19:11):
Hackab advanced to crilic. Yeah, and they'll be both self
leveling crack fillers.

Speaker 6 (19:19):
In some place like lovels or home DePoy.

Speaker 1 (19:22):
Or even online. In fact, you can go to the
quick Greet website and take a look at him before
you go shopping, and you know, feel comfortable about them.
But yeah, they'll be available hardware stores, big box stores
for sure. All right. Coming out next, we're going to
talk about odors in our home and how to eliminate them,
not mask them, but to eliminate them. That's next we'll continue.

All right, time to get half and we're talking about
our homes and taking care of problems we have. And
I'll tell you one time or one thing is summertime.
Summertime has a tendency to bring odors.

Speaker 1 (23:11):
To our home.

Speaker 2 (23:12):
There's mold, there's kids, odors, there's pets and sweaty gym
clothes and shoes and cars and everything. So our friend
Deb Meyer from Odor Exit is joining us, and Deb.

Speaker 7 (23:26):
Welcome, Good morning, Gary, Thank you so much for having me.

Speaker 1 (23:30):
You're quite welcome. It's a stinky time of year, but
it's also a fun time of year. And it's been
wet and it's been hot, so it's extra stinky.

Speaker 7 (23:40):
I know. And that's the humidity, the heat, rain. It's
just a perfect environment for all those odors. The humidity
just comes out when it gets warm and you're red
and water and comes.

Speaker 1 (23:53):
The mold and the stink.

Speaker 7 (23:54):
And for sure, how do we get rid of that?
How do we live with it? We don't have to.

Speaker 2 (24:01):
Yeah, that's eliminates these odors. There's a lot of different
odor killing but it doesn't kill them.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
It mask is.

Speaker 2 (24:10):
It smells like perfume or something. And tell us a
little bit about the whole concept of odor exit.

Speaker 1 (24:17):
Let's start there.

Speaker 7 (24:19):
Okay, Well, our two main products are water and essential oils.
So first of all, it sounds like it's got a fragrance,
but it is just a combination of essential oils that
work together two when they come in contact with the
odor eliminated. It's not going to be liilac fresh or vanilla.

(24:40):
When you're done, it just goes away and your air
smells clean like it doesn't smell. Sure, it's just like
it's supposed to be. You know, we clean our house,
so why don't we clean our air. It shouldn't smell.
If you've got to have a smell. There's candles, but

(25:01):
those are kind of hazardous if you have pets that
walk on your furniture. Sure, sure, not that my cats
would ever do that, but you know I have this
vision of fluffy and flames. That's not good. So you
know we want to we want to just clean our
air and make it smell fresh. Sure like opening the

(25:21):
door on a beautiful spring day, I guess.

Speaker 1 (25:24):
And one of the things I noticed when visiting people's
house if they have pets, I can always tell there's
been a pet or is a pet in this home,
and how do you remove pet odors?

Speaker 7 (25:40):
Well, you're smelling that. Because they don't know about overrecksit.

Speaker 1 (25:45):
We I tell them we.

Speaker 7 (25:47):
Have, thank you. One of our products is called the eliminator.
It again is water and essential oils. It has to
come in direct contact with the source of the odor.
So if these animals aren't well, even the cat who
gets it in the litter box, sometimes that litter box
smells because their urine is just so potent. The eliminator,

(26:11):
you spray that directly in the cat box on the
litter It doesn't prevent the cat from using it. It's
not got any chemicals or any harsh smells that you
know the cat's going to come back and use that
box again. You spray around the box on the wall
and the floor dry wall. It's not going to harm

(26:33):
those surfaces. It's just got to get to all that
urine to eliminate the smell. So that's one way. If
you know they pets, dogs are going on the carpeting,
you can put it on the carpeting. You just have
to know where it is. A black light black lights, yeah,

(26:55):
you know we used to Yeah, and we sell those two.
It's just a little flash light any black, white or work.
You know the ones when we were kids and we
make our shirts light up because that was the cool
thing to do. Same concept. It's making urine fluores like that,
so you know where to apply the product. Now in

(27:16):
a carpet, it acts as a sponge, so you've got
to go bigger than what actually fluoresces all of it
because it just wicks out. Yeah. Yeah, so that's going
to make that sort of smell, and that's really for
all body fluids, vomit, specs, et cetera. The second product

(27:38):
we have that's water and essentral oils. We call it
Magic and it looks a little bit like magic. I
have the customer who says her husband calls it, get
that Houdini spray out.

Speaker 1 (27:52):
So that's like when you're cooking and maybe a garbage
can and that type of thing.

Speaker 7 (27:57):
Uh huh. You can also, yeah, you can also spray
your hands and pet your dog and it's going to
keep down the body odor. I mean, if you're assessively
obsessively washing your dog to get rid of the smell,
the Magic is going to let you stop doing that.
Put that on him. It absorbs the smells coming off

(28:19):
of there. So the magic absorbs odors in the air. Okay,
and you know, yes, you can spray it if you
burnt dinner or the trash can. My friend, the Houdini friend,
she says she she's a smoker and she kind of
spritches herself her car so people don't smell that she's

(28:40):
a smoker. And she's very proud to tell people she's
a smoker because she doesn't smell. He uses a Houdini
spray all magic.

Speaker 1 (28:50):
So how about I mentioned summertime and sweaty gym clothes
and stuff like that. Is that the magic also? Or
is that the eliminator?

Speaker 7 (28:59):
Mostly that's it's going to be the magic. Spray it
in the the gym bag, in your shoes. Actually, either
one of them are going to work in your shoes.
I have another customer she goes through and sprays her
and her husband's shoes in the closet every month because
it just we don't wear socks. He works all day
and sweats and gets rid of that smell. So they're

(29:22):
very versatile products, and neither one have that fragrance added
to end up with Wilac fresh. People don't know you're
doing that you just you just smell great, or you
don't smell right right.

Speaker 2 (29:36):
You know one thing, and I've had many people tell
me this in the industry. If you if it smells moldy,
it's got mold. You said I said something, or you
said something about eliminating the smell for mold. Do you
use one of those two products or you got something
else for that.

Speaker 7 (29:55):
We have a third product for that. Mold's a little
tougher than and we have the different products. We have
four different products because the different odors are from different
chemical compositions, so they need a different something else to
break it down. So what we have for the mole
and the musty smells. The chemical is chlorine dioxide. It's

(30:20):
not natural, but it is very safe. It's actually chlorine
with an extra oxygen molecule added, so it's chlorine dioxide
and so it oxidizes. It eliminates those spores. If somebody
smoked in their house for five or ten years, it'll
eliminate that smell. The one product is AQM Air Quality Manager,

(30:45):
and it puts a safe gas in the air and
you have a fan on to stir that up and
it goes after the spores in the air, the spores.
You can't see the spores that are sitting on a surface,
crete wall or somewhere in your house. Your your roof
weak and you've got stains or something. It's going to

(31:06):
go after those spores coming from there. It's different than chlorine.
I know a lot of folks will use chlorine, but
chlorine does not go after the root of the mold.
It's going to come back. The chlorine dioxide does go
after that root, so it will not come back.

Speaker 1 (31:26):
So so how long does that when you're using that
particular product.

Speaker 7 (31:35):
Almost forever? Okay, until you have another water leak.

Speaker 2 (31:39):
Okay, so it kills the original problem area of the mold.

Speaker 7 (31:46):
Yes, okay, yes, so it can't grow back now, but
again if the roof leaks, yes it's going to come back.
I'm working on a place right now where the the
plumbing weeked and the carpet. One particular room smells real bad.
So we're used because it's a public hotel, they can't

(32:12):
close up that room for any period of time. We're
using our other product, which is Mom's. It stands for
mold odor, mildew smoke. It's the same chemical. The chlorine
dioxide but you put the packet into water, that gas
disperses in the water, it comes to spray. So we're

(32:33):
spraying that carpet real heavy underneath where you can look
at the drop ceiling and see exactly where the pipe
right right, and that we tell a huge difference in
the smell. People are now wanting to rent the space
instead of having to rent the space. But you know,

(32:54):
we spray the ceiling as well. It's not going to stain,
it's not bleaching it. It just kind of gets oxidizes
those spores and eliminates and eliminates that smell. So you
know there's less coughing, less sniffing, sneezing.

Speaker 2 (33:13):
Well, a lot of cases, that's a telltale sign that
you got a problem, that's for sure. Deb you always

We got Bob and Tom. If you'd like to join us,
grab a line that's eight hundred and eight two three eight.

Speaker 1 (37:50):
Two five five Bob welcome, Hey.

Speaker 8 (37:54):
Bye, Gary sir, Hey Gary.

Speaker 1 (37:58):
How you're doing doing fine? Thank you?

Speaker 4 (38:02):
I mow the lawn and I have holes in the lawn.
And there's two things that are happening. I get sung
by bees every time I do it.

Speaker 8 (38:11):
Are honets.

Speaker 4 (38:12):
I don't know what they have, but how do you
get rid of them?

Speaker 2 (38:16):
I'll tell you what it probably is. I mean, it's
about the size of your pinky. That's the diameter of
the hole. Probably, yeah, it's it's probably cicada killers. It's
probably like a wasp. I would go to your garden center.
I'm not really sure what takes care of those, to
be honest with you, but I feel pretty pretty confident.

Speaker 1 (38:40):
Uh, that's what they are.

Speaker 2 (38:44):
But like yellow jackets, Yeah, yeah, there's there's quite a
few different things. I'll give you a website to take
a look at too. There it's called rescue dot com.
So there's ground hornets, there's cicada killers. There are some
bees that live in the ground. So what you might

(39:05):
do is go to rescue dot com. They make a
trap that has an attract into it where they'll pull
them to there. That would be one thing that would
certainly work. There's probably a parithan spray that can work
on the ground. Also, I just don't have a name

(39:26):
for you a garden center or even a hardware store
maybe able to help you. And maybe the most important
part of this conversation is probably you being able to
identify exactly what it is. That's why I said, go
to rescue dot com. Take a look at some of
the traps. They have, some of the bees, the hornets,
the yellow jackets, the cicada killers. And if you're going

(39:48):
to identify that and get the right trap with the
right attracting, I think we can get that under control.

Speaker 1 (39:53):
But I know.

Speaker 2 (39:54):
Exactly what you mean, and this is the time of
year we start seeing them for sure.

Speaker 4 (40:00):
Another question I have quickly is that I have chipmunk
calls all over the ad and I've got many many chipmunks.

Speaker 8 (40:08):
How do you give it to those?

Speaker 2 (40:10):
Well, probably a trap was probably going to be the
best thing. Don't try to fill them in, they'll dig
right through it. You can use different traps. They're tough
to get rid of.

Speaker 1 (40:21):
There's not really a spray, but you know, like a
mouse trap with a peanut butter or peanuts will attract them.
I always talk. There's also.

Speaker 2 (40:36):
Bird seed if you'll get a little bucket, and a
lot of times you can't live trap these things because
you're not allowed to release them in different states. So
you know a lot of times I'll mention this and
people get all upset that I'm telling them to kill
the chipmunks. The cute little chipmunks, but cute little chickmunks
do a lot of damage to a foundation and sidewalks

(40:57):
and a stoop. So a little bucket of water and
throw some sunflower seeds on the top of it, and
a little plank going up to the bucket with sunflower seeds.
We'll get them in the bucket and we'll help start
to control them. There is there can be a lot
of them, so that would be my suggestion, either either

(41:20):
through a trap or the little bucket, which you know
you're gonna have to get rid of them unfortunately, or
they're going to do damage to your foundation. And I've
got a couple of them right now going underneath my sidewalk,
and you know, you can throw all the rocks and

(41:40):
dirt you want under there and they'll just kick it
right back out at you. Thank you much for the call,
Bob and Tom.

Speaker 1 (41:46):
Welcome.

Speaker 8 (41:49):
Yeah, I had a question about the wedd and forget
for the window and scream and I don't have no
mold or no mildew or anything like that. No, but
I have a really good layer of dirt, and I
was wondering does it work on solar panels.

Speaker 1 (42:03):
On solar panels. Sure, Now, we were talking about maybe
two different things they make, and I and I talked
about briefly today the screen and Window cleaner spray on,
and then I've also talked about the mold mildew fungus
exterior spray on, and I'm I'm thinking that's the one

(42:28):
you're be wanting, which is called wet and forget exterior.
And is there is there mold, mildew fungus on that
or is it just dirt?

Speaker 8 (42:41):
It's just dirt, that's it.

Speaker 1 (42:43):
So maybe it is the spray window cleaner you would want.

Speaker 8 (42:47):
Because yeah, I have the window and screen cleaner and
I've used it on my windows and it's the sending
on my windows. Words. There's no mold or mildew. It's
just dirt, right, and it works great on that. So
I'm wondering if it could be the same thing for
the solar panels.

Speaker 1 (43:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (43:02):
I don't see any reason why it would not work.
I'll tell you what you can do. If you get
on Facebook. They got a Wet and Forget cruise site
that you can just join and they have their technicians
that monitor that. You'll get an answer in like an
hour and a half. But you know, I would unless
it's I would think it would work, but I'm not positive.

Speaker 8 (43:25):
You know, you know it, I don't call it we forget. Yeah,
I did call them, and I talked to a gentleman
at wed Forget, and he did seem very confident as
far as he regul don't use the window on screen,
but yet use the exterior, the exterior version.

Speaker 1 (43:43):
Yeah. Well see, so that was the same way I
was going. But if it's not a lot of times
the reason the answered it that way a lot of
time the dirk that we say is dirt is actually
a fungus. It's it's it's a black fungus. It's very thin.
And so he was going in that direction with the exterior.

(44:05):
So yeah, I will tell you that the people that error, yeah,
the people that monitor that Facebook, they are the top
notch technicians. I would put it on there and just
say dirt on a solar panel. Do I go with the.

Speaker 2 (44:23):
Wit and forget exterior or the screening glass cleaner. I'm
kind of leaning maybe both would work. I just want
to make sure that we're not going to screw up
the solar panel, and I don't think we will, but
that's where I would put that question. Also, unless you
want to just test on a corner of it, see
if it removes it all right. I hope that helps you.

(44:45):
I know it a little evasive, but I hope that
helps you.

Speaker 1 (44:48):
