Speaker 1 (00:07):
Battle five.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
At fifty five KRC, the talk station Happen Monday Serious.
Speaker 3 (00:15):
Two say well, this is all Kenny Loggins because you're
in the danger zone.
Speaker 2 (00:31):
Oh, it's so good to see Joe's tracker Backery belongs
executive producer Joe's Tracker, returning from a nice week of vacation.
He said, it was relaxing. That's great, glad you had
a relaxing time. Joe didn't get a whole lot of
details from Joe, but he was busy preparing for the
fifty five KRC morning show this morning with a run down,
do it right now and a very happy Monday to you.
Brian Thomas right here. Looking forward to phone calls, Feel
free to call five one, three, seven, four nine fifty
(00:53):
five hundred, eight hundred and eighty two to three talk
pound five fifty on AT and T phones. Can I
have Christopher smithaming up at seven twenty Get this Smith
ement from the former vice mayor now currently candidate for
Cincinnati City Council, and I hope he's doing really well.
We're down to the wire, folks, a little over a
month left before we get to vote in November, and
as always, I strongly encouragement Cincinnati dwellers to seriously consider
(01:15):
Christopher Smithman and heat his advice only choose the top
candidate you want. Yes, you can vote for nine, but
you'll water down the votes if you just go ahead
and fill out the entirety of the ballot and vote
for full nine candidates. Pick the ones you want to win,
stick with those, maybe three, four, and call it today.
We'll keep our fingers crossed that we can go in
a different direction in downtown Cincinnati. We'll be talking, of course,
(01:37):
with Christopher smith And I imagine about Iris Rowley hiring
her son. Iris really the heavily the highly paid consultants.
She's been around for about twenty five years doing consulting
work with the City of Cincinnati. Apparently there's no nepotism violation.
She's an independent contractor and she therefore apparently doesn't have to,
you know, follow the City of Cincinnati's nepotism rules. Hired
(01:58):
her son described as a part time job paying four
four hundred dollars a month. Todd Ends or citizen watchdog
all over this. He was quoted as saying, for the
most part, it isn't that easy to get a job
with the city. So mean, if somebody jumping to the
front of the line and getting hired because their mother
(02:19):
is going to be their boss, people don't view that
as fair. Well, I have to agree with him on that. Says,
it just doesn't look good, It has a bad appearance.
Wasn't necessary to hire a son. She did it to
benefit her son. So she defends herself, tying me that
he's I guess qualified on some level. Or do this
government square work outreach to the youth that hang out
(02:42):
commit violent crimes on governments where her son apparently got
convicted of robbery back in two thousand and two and
aggravated possession of drugs in twenty ten, having a gun
while on her disability in twenty sixteen, so convicted criminal
background checks or big question about that swirling around? Wait
(03:03):
a second, we do background checks for city employees. Well,
he's not a city employee, they claim. Anyway, we'll get
some details on that coming up, and I'm sure Christopher
might have a word or two on that. We'll find
out together at seven twenty special appearance you recall, and
of course, who can forget the July twenty sixth beat
down that happened in downtown Cincinnati, and who among us
(03:24):
could ever forget the video of the victim, Holly getting
cole Cock in the face, knocked out, almost killed. Holly's
going to join the program. She's gonna is she gonna
be in studio Jostrecker. Now, she's gonna be joining the
program at eight oh five. So look forward to eight
oh five and stick around for that, and then we'll
(03:44):
hear from Edwin Black throwing the power you summinar tomorrow
evening Iran strikes Israel Operation Rising Wine. In his book,
he says negotiations and agreements have not deterred to Iran's
nuclear ambition. Israel spent years planning this Operation Rising Lion.
(04:05):
US planned Operation Midnight Hammer, and that also that was
coordinated effort designed to end Iran's nuclear program. You remember
the bomb strikes, I'm sure. Anyway, Here argues that while
the Iran's nuclear capability was in fact obliterated without regime change,
it can be reconstructed. I know they've done some retroactive
sanctions on a round and effort to bring down some
(04:26):
serious financial pain on the country, preventing them from expending
resources to further develop nuclear weapons, which they of course
have a huge desire to do anyhow, that'll take place
at eight forty with Edwin Black. Like I said, cals
are welcome here. I found this particularly offensive. And of
course we've got the church shooting in Michigan to talk about,
(04:47):
that crazy Southport shooting. The guy in a boat just
killing people randomly. That guy has a very troubled past.
Former a member of America's Milllitary highly decorated one Nigel Edge.
Guy had some serious mental health challenges on in his world.
So the gas mass shootings over the weekend. I hate to
(05:09):
have to report on this, but this I found particularly troubling. Now,
remember you are in school or your kids are in school.
Of course, the teachers union have a lot to do
with the curriculum in the school, and of course individual
teachers have their own personal thoughts and opinions about government
and their political ideology. Right, you can't get your kids
out of that class. And most part, most parents have
(05:29):
no idea day to day what those parents are that
those teachers are saying to the children. How are they
manipulating our children? And I love it when teachers' unions
issue statements on behalf of the union, which means everybody
in the union, whether or not they share the opinion
of the union officials, get caught up in the muck.
We've got this. Chicago Teachers Union out loud, posting on
(05:52):
their official X account a statement honoring a convicted cop
killer appeared in a post last Thursday, specifically praising Joanne
Chizamard is what they called a revolutionary fighter. She died
in Cuba. Why was she in Cuba? They were giving
(06:14):
her sanctuary because she was an escaped murderer, convicted murderer
of a police officer, and an escaped from prison. In
spite of that fact, union officials posted quote rest in power,
rest in peace, Asata Shakur. That would be her adopted name.
Her real name, Joanne Chiesamard took the name of Asata Shakur.
(06:39):
Chicago Teachers Union called her quote a revered elder of
black liberation and provided a quote in this ex post.
Does this sound familiar to anybody that has listened to
or read up on their Karl Marx hm. It is
our duty to fight for our freedom, is our duty
to win. We must love each other and support each other.
(07:02):
Ready we have nothing to lose but our change. Close
quote again a statement attributed to the murderer Assada Shakur
fkaa Joyan Cheesemard seventy seven when she died. According to
announcement of Cuba's Ministry Affairs, A jury convicted her a
first degree murder in nineteen seventy seven for shooting New
(07:23):
Jersey State Trooper Warner Forrester during a routine traffic stop
in New Jersey on the turnpike. James Harper, who was
a trooper, previously pulled over this white Pontiac with Vermont
plates due to a broken tail light and actually called
this officer, Trooper Forrester, for backup, of course, before the
gunfire erupted. During her trial, cheese Mard called the jury racist,
(07:45):
claiming that she was ashamed to have even taken place
in the proceeding so. Two years into her life sentence,
she escaped from Clinton Correctional Facility for women. Armed accomplices
broke her out in nineteen seventy and she then fled
to Mexico, followed by Cuba in nineteen eighty four. That's
where Fidel's Castro's government granted her asylum. She's on the
(08:09):
most Wanted liss and has been on the FBI's Most
Wanted Lessens twenty thirteen. They offered one million dollars for
information leading to her capture, and of course she was
able to evade justice until she dropped that at age
seventy seven in Cuba, where she was receiving sanctuary. This
is a human being. The Chicago Teachers Union is praising.
We have nothing to lose, but our change. Isn't that revealing?
(08:31):
Welcome to the classroom. Your children are in learning Marxism
day in and day out. It's our duty to fight
for our freedom. What is Marxism? Does anybody believe Marxism
to be freedom? The antithesis of it? I just find
(08:52):
it offensive beyond measure, and I'm disturbed on behalf of
the children who are stuck in those classes. Are all
the children in families that will support Marxisms or even socialism?
Is this something that our children should be taught in
classrooms here in the United States of America? I mean,
Donald Trump just labeled Antifa terrorist organization, and I know
that comes with through complications. Domestic people have the right
(09:15):
to free speech, and they can speak their political blather
just like you and I can go after the crime,
at least within the United States, is really the point.
I think that's an appropriate viewpoint on that. But this
widespread support of socialism and Marxism, and it's growing for
our young people. A couple of articles on that the
(09:35):
economy right now is pushing young people toward socialism. Why
why might that be? Well, if you look the writing
on the wall, your pay has not kept up with inflation,
You're surrounded by inflationary pressures, you have little if any
disposable income. You can't afford a house. It doesn't look
like you're going to be able to afford one of
the near future. Most people who are buying houses now
(09:57):
are much much later in life. That's so called component
of the American dreams seems with that out out of reach.
Oh my god, I'm not going to live as high
a life as my parents. This sucks. Oh woe is me.
There's got to be a better way. Let me pursue
the better way of taking stuff from someone else merely
because I don't have it myself. Welcome to global wealth
(10:21):
re distribution. It sounds awfully appealing if you believe yourself
to be in a desperate place capitalism, there's no way
it's going to work for me. So what do we
do we take from those who have earned or built,
or at least have acquired. It doesn't justify it. I
mean I I honestly you know, are we entitled to
(10:42):
across the board equity? That's what the left is always wanted.
Go ahead, bust your hump earn, only to have it
taken away from you. Why just because five sixteen fifty
five kercity talk Station five point three seven four nine
fifty five hundred eight hundred eighty two three talk Con
five fifty on AT and T phones, stick Gray, I
(11:02):
got a little bit more coming up and look forward
to hearing from you and be right back.
Speaker 4 (11:05):
Fifty five KRC over twenty twenty five I heartwan.
Speaker 2 (11:11):
That be Monday about cars dot comedy can't listen? Why
get your iHeart Media app while you're there so you
can stream the audio wherever you happen to have your device.
Got the talk with Patty Scott for Heart for Seniors
last week. Beautiful organization. All seniors out there. They can
provide you with a variety of services, most notably for
(11:34):
folks that are dealing with incontinence issues. They got this
modern technology to big red flag alert, well mom slash
dad whoever needs to be changed, among other real time
reports on that person's health. So you got an app,
you got the technology, you can bring it into your
home now. So expanding every single day. Heart Number four
(11:54):
Seniors dot org. Great organization. Heard from Phil Kirpan. We
heard from George Breneman Keith Felt on health issues last
week as well. So check out those podcasts at fifty
five KRC dot com. Yeah, Trump's sent troops to our
assenting troops to Portland, order troops to deploy to Portland
organ because of escalating clashes outside of the federal immigration facilities.
(12:23):
So at the request of Secretary Homeland Security Christi Nilma,
I'm directing Secretary of Warp Hexeth to provide all necessary
troops to protect war ravage Portland and any of our
ice facilities under siege from attack by Antify and other
domestic terrorists. I am also authorizing capital l full capital
F force if necessary. So what does that mean? Humm? Well,
(12:47):
I looked it up. Us to apply to maxim available
military power and resources to achieve a strategic objective, including
deploying and using all military assets ground troops, armor, artillery,
air power, naval power, other capabilities. Declaring full force typically
means removing any self imposed constraints on the military unit's action.
(13:10):
So that's a pretty bold statement. Question, can you really
go after Antifa a domestic terrorist organization? We do have
a free speech right in this country. I can go
out and spew Marxist ideology. I could join with the
Chicago Teachers Union and praise murderer Marxists. I'm allowed to
do that. But can I go and commit a crime?
(13:31):
The answer is absolutely known. That is really the fundamental
point here. The federal government has the authority to protect
federal property, most notably if local law enforcements not bothering
to do that. It is a federal piece of property.
You pay for it American taxpayers if you are one,
doesn't matter what your political stripe or funding the building
you want to have to rebuild it? Yeah, last time
I check, we don't have any extra money laying around.
(13:53):
So why should we allow the ICE facilities to be
burned to the ground. If they're being attacked as a
criminal actions, you can arrest them, and you don't have
local law enforcement arresting them. The Feds being there, well
will lead to prosecution. Perhaps. Of course, the designation of
Antifa as a well terrorist organization is going to run
into First Amendment problems. Of course, I Antipho probably will
(14:15):
lawyer up and claim they have a First Amendment right
to be Marxist in this country. Historically, you know, things
have limited the federal government's ability to ban domestic extreamist
crows because of the First Amendment. So that is why
you focus on specific criminal acts now the extent that
they are organized, organized and coordinating criminal activities. Whether or
(14:41):
not you are designated as a terrorist organization, you cannot
work with other people for the furtherance of committing crimes.
Welcome to reco two or more people engaged in criminal
activity or moving and making efforts toward criminal activity. That'll
be conspiracy to commit a ECO violation. So you don't
even have to commit commit a crime, it's just working
(15:02):
toward the goal of committing a crime. It seems to
me there's probably enough evidence at least in front of you,
and that's been reported that Antifah looks like they had
a pretty coordinated effort to go after well all kinds
of federal properties and of course go after law enforcement
with individual acts of criminal behavior. Did they organize the
freezing of water bottles? Did they have instructions out there
(15:25):
to the Antifah followers which instructed them to commit criminal
acts to the extent The answer to that is yes,
you don't need a terrorist organization. You just need prosecutors
willing to put the evidence together and present it to
a jury after filing a complaint, and see if you
can't convict them god a reasonable doubt up. That's kind
of along the lines of what Senator Paul was talking Sause.
I think the President Trump has the legal authority to
(15:46):
send troops to protect federal buildings and federal proceedings such
as courts, and that's what's been around since the Civil
rights era. I do think it's better when states agree
to it. Wouldn't it be nice if Oregon would help out?
Asked directly if he had seen details about the details
about the deployment, he said no, not for Portland. Apparently
(16:08):
he'd seen the details about maybe Chicago or other areas.
Ball said, local leaders let unrest spiral out of control.
He said, we had anarchy important for like six months
or a year. The city didn't even control large swaths
of the city. These areas had federal buildings on them.
Going back to this scope of what Trump can do
and what he's able to protect, my sending in federal
(16:29):
troops said, I think there's a role for the federal government.
But he said, I am I excited about it. No,
for not to have troops in the cities and for
them only to come, you know, with the acceptance of
local authorities not here. But I think there's a role
of the states. Will not step up. Portland did not
step up, and they let their city go, you know,
they let him burn for goodness sake, then pointing out
(16:54):
that violent acts must be punished as opposed to punishing
someone for their Amendment rights of being well, basically a
political idiot. So we can't single out a group and say, oh, yeah,
they're not going to get due process because we're calling
them terrorists. So I'd be careful about careful about labels.
But I'm absolutely for going after the people wielding clubs
(17:16):
and sticks and fighting with police and trying to get
into federal buildings. They have to be punished and they
will be. So I'm with Paul on that focus on
the crime. Limit your authority to federal related properties. That
way you don't run into posse comitatis, and maybe some
of these people will be held accountable in a court
of law five twenty six. Right now, I got local
stories coming up, but I appreciate calls beyond that. Five one, three, seven, four, nine,
(17:38):
fifty five, eight hundred and eighty two to three. Talk
stack is stupid coming up at five forty as well.
I'll be right back.
Speaker 4 (17:43):
This is fifty five KRC an iHeartRadio station.
Speaker 2 (17:47):
They're great American nere for my buddies, my friend five
twenty nine on a Monday, money no, not money Monday.
Instead of Brian James atoh five, Holly victim of the
beat down and end of July. So Holly joined the
program at eight o five, looking forward to seeing how
she's doing at the minimum. Empy, are you a seminar
with Edwin Black on the Iranian weapons program and his
(18:10):
book Israel Strikes? You're on Operation Rising Lion. That'll be
at eight forty and of course Christopher Smith min at
seven to twenty oh And as is tradition, all's right
with the world. Going to go over to the phones.
Tom is on the line, Tom happy you called this morning.
Everything is. It's starting off on the right foot from
my perspective. Good to hear from you.
Speaker 5 (18:29):
Oh yeah, not so great on my end, as you
could probably hear m. So trying to kind of limit
the talking much to everyone around me is pleasure. So
I will keep it short. But your your your story
about the whole lady. With that, the Chicago Features Union
(18:51):
is praising. And then of course you had everybody memorializing
George Floyd back in the day and and all that,
and yet they get upset when we want to honor
somebody like Charlie Kirk. Yeah, it just shows we talked
about it before. The Left is all about your emotions,
(19:12):
getting you stirred up, and emotions could be very helpful,
but you can't face everything you do on emotions. At
some point, you have to use your conscience. You have
to use common sense. And that's the Left just lacks that.
They have no interest in using that in the leadership.
The people at the top and the left know what
gets people all worked up and riled up and upset. Yeah,
(19:34):
and get them willing to disregard common sense, Yeah, gets
them willing to forget about their conscience. That's what we're
dealing with Brian.
Speaker 2 (19:43):
They play up the sins of covetousness, greed, and envy
and they try to work that through their advantage. Those
people have more than you. It's not right, has nothing
to do with you. It has everything to do with
this corrupt society we live in. They don't deserve what
they've earned otherwise collected, taking it from them in the
name of well, fairness or equity. Yeah, those are powerful,
(20:05):
powerful sins coveted business, greed, and envy. That is really,
really terrible. And if I could get rid of some
of those sins, I would go directly toward that, that
envy and covetousness and eradicate those first and foremost.
Speaker 5 (20:19):
Yes, I agree, and we do. You know, people are greedy,
There's there's no doubt about it that that there's greed
and there are people taking of other people, and we
definitely need to do something about that. That's why we
need to get rid of the rhinos. Yeah, and then,
of course, as always, don't vote Democrat.
Speaker 2 (20:40):
Have a great day, and don't vote Rhino. I appreciate
you including that because it saves me from having to
do it independently. Five on three seven two three talk
five fifty on at and T phones. Got local stories here.
We got a man dad after shooting at Evanson there
as Avery University's campus. Seven twenty pm Friday, police dispatch
montgomer Road and Brewster for forts of shots fired. Shortly
(21:03):
after a man arrived at UC Medical Center by private transportation.
That man died of his injuries at the hospital. Identified
as Juwan Tyree Bates, twenty five years old. He was
anybody if information encourage to call a homicide unit five
one three three five two thirty five forty two or
crime stoppers three five two thirty forty I'm sure that
number will work for you. That investigation is ongoing. They
(21:25):
could sure use your help. It's another shame got these
gun violence. Let's see here. Oh, we have an assistant
Priorate prosecutor formerly resigned. Why would Hamilton County Assistant prosecutor
doesn't resign? Ryan Nelson resigned via email this past Friday.
He had been head of the office's Municipal Court division. However,
(21:49):
one if his social media posts got him in trouble.
In that post, Nelson said Charlie Kirk quote essentially gave
us all permission to shrug at his death from his
discpl in human empathy to his state of views that
suggest his death as a result of gun violence as
a necessary price to pay for liberty. Close quote. He added,
(22:09):
he felt empathy for the children and parents quote because
no matter how big of an explicitive your child is,
they are still your child. Does that softened the blow
of his statement anyway? He claimed it was a private
post that, in his words, was not intended to be
shared with the general public. Dude, you're on social media, man,
(22:30):
How can anyone with a straight face make that claim?
As now you sent a text to your buddy, he said,
A fair reading of it suggests that it was neither
written to celebrate tragedy nor glorify criminal activity. Nelson's letter
also says additional complaints were made about him while he
was on administrative leave. He said the complaints lacked full
(22:53):
context and nuance, but their mere existence and combination with
outside pressures relating to his social media post has compromised
my ability affective effectively perform my duties as a leader
and mentor coworker in front of the standard I hold
myself to interesting courts personnel file inquirer reporting got promoted
(23:13):
by Joe Deeters in twenty fourteen, but in twenty twenty
he was one of several prosecutors that was fired by
Joe Dieters. Nelson said in an NPR radio report back
in twenty three about the prosecutor's office. He believed it
was a political move. He'd been accused of helping Deader's
opponent in the twenty twenty election, so he went off
to a private firm and then applied for a new
(23:35):
prosecutor's position when Connie Pilich was elected in twenty twenty four,
and of course Connie Pillage hired him. I guess the
inquir's reporting leaves out if that political opponent that this
guy allegedly was working for resulting in his termination happened
to be Conne Pillage. I doubt it since it was
twenty twenty, but you never know. Maybe that's the reward
(23:56):
for helping someone run against Joe Deeters. Anyway, not gonna
have him to kick around anymore. Five thirty five right now,
stack of stupid or phone calls either way you want
to go, is ay okay with me? But I want
to recommend and when ahead and pull the trigger on
Galaxy concrete coatings for my daughter's porch, it just really
looks nasty. Galaxyconcrete Coatings dot Com. You gotta check it
(24:17):
out because this makes concrete and other services look absolutely beautiful.
One hundred and forty colors and styles that use from
You get a world of options. Waiting for my daughter
and her fiance to pick out the color and the style,
and then it's going to get done. It's going to
look great because right now it's the paint that was
on it. I don't know when it was last pain
and flaking up looks terrible. It is going to be epic, gorgeous.
(24:39):
And this is a prominent area in my daughter's home.
So you think about your areas. You've got a patio
that you look at, maybe your garage needs to be coated.
Interior coating surfaces like your basement, gotta go with Galaxy.
They I've been doing this for twenty years, twenty years
of experience. There are the number one pentech dealer in

gonna look awesome forever. Galaxy Concretecoatings dot Com give them
a call for a free quote.
Speaker 4 (25:17):
This is fifty five KRC an iHeartRadio station.
Speaker 2 (25:21):
Listen y nine, fifty five KRC Detalk station, Happy Monday
five one, three, seven, eight three, Talk fifty on eight
and T phones. Yeah, I was maybe kind of related
to the stack of stupid. It kind of was reacting
to the red celebration after they lost to Milwaukee. They
(25:41):
were I mean, they were celebrating that they had walked
away with the game and they only are in the
playoffs because they had to rely on the Mets losten
to the Marlins. But the celebration, you would have thought
that the Reds won. They were in there whooping it
up like they got a victory. Does it remind me
the Bengals thanks to the Browns, we won the first game,
(26:04):
actually the second game as well, got to rely on
the opposition in order to declare victory. So anyway, I
thought that was rather and I'm glad they made it
to the playoffs, but I thought the celebration is just
slightly misplaced anyway, And see what Pete's got. Pete, thanks
for calling this morning. Welcome to the Morning Show.
Speaker 6 (26:21):
Thanks Brian.
Speaker 7 (26:22):
I saw where they released some kind of a report
or something that the FBI actually had two hundred and
seventy four people embedded in that January.
Speaker 6 (26:31):
Sixty yes, and that you know, there's.
Speaker 7 (26:35):
A lot of speculation that they were agitating and inciting
and that the whole thing is just a big giant
set up. And the other thing that elon Omar there
is a bunch of pushed to try and get her deported.
And while listen to you said, you can actually report
US citizen if it's determined that you attained that illegally
(26:59):
or got your citizens ship illegally. So just too interesting news.
Speaker 2 (27:05):
I agree with you, completely very interesting. I'm not sure
deporting Ileanomer. I don't know. I appreciate that there may
be a very legal justification to do that. I'm just
not quite sure if it's a battle that's really worth fighting.
Considering how gend up the lofts are going to get,
and it's going to make this big stink about Donald
Trump being you know, focusing on individuals and being retaliatory,
(27:31):
there may be a reason. I'm just optically speaking, I'm
not quite sure it's worth it, but keep your pop
going out. Most notably with regard to the tw hundred
and seventy four playing clothes agents that were there on
the US Capitol Building federal agents, and they're claiming that
maybe they were brought in to deal with the drunken
fraternity party, but they were not in uniform, they were
(27:53):
not identified as agents, they were not identified as members
of law enforcement. Now, if you're in the middle of
that may that's going on there, if some random dude
in play and clothes comes up and claims to be
an FBI agent, are you going to believe them? No,
So a lot of big question marks swirling around about that.
Plus we've already been made aware about several FBI agents
(28:15):
being embedded in the January sixth crowd, So this looks
like more and it does suggest that some people may
have lied to members of Congress when testifying in front
of them. Anyway, we got an instant karma moment here
in the stack of stupid anti ice protester in Massachusetts
yelling at agents making arrests of illegal aliens. She forgot
(28:37):
to put her car and park before going on to protest.
Her car rolled into a lake and sunk.
Speaker 3 (28:45):
Idiots doing idiot things because they're idiots.
Speaker 2 (28:49):
He happening up in Massachusetts video and it's on of
course all over it's gone fired. Captain Gone viral. Captioning
the incident, boys can be heard saying, quote, well that sucks.
Look at that Lucy, her car got lost. As the
woman's car submerges. I can't help but enjoy that one.
Speaker 6 (29:14):
Oh.
Speaker 2 (29:15):
Look. In other news, Ice Cube is actually touring still
remember him? Radical anarchists fire bombing a tour bus for
wrapper Ice Cube? Why would they bomb Ice cubes tour bus? Well,
according to initial conclusions, apparently the anti ice folks confused
(29:38):
Ice cubes tour bus for an Ice deportation vehicle.
Speaker 3 (29:42):
Idiots doing idiot things because they're idiots.
Speaker 2 (29:49):
He happened last Tuesday, shortly after his performance at a
place called Modus Center. He's only Truth to Power four
decades of attitude. Tour video shows a tour us with

ice Cube? And they just overlooked the cube part. I
don't know, not the smartest group of folks there among
the anti ice protesters. Contentious demise of a thrupple that's
(30:30):
a three way relationship, use your own imagination anyway, the
demise of the Thropple apparently resulting in the rest of
a female member of the Thrupple polygamist trio. Ten pm
domestic disturbance call police in Somerfield, Florida showed up encountering
Devondriscold twenty six, who quote advised she wants her ex

by Driscoll's mom in twenty twenty three. A Drisco police
reported explained that she was in the polygamous relationship with
the two, but has sense broken up and once out.
Driscoll's former partners were and Sia Bolivar and Christopher Rosario.
(31:18):
Those two have a daughter in common, according to the
court records. As for two becoming a three, it's unclear
when Driscoll got involved with the two. During the disturbance,
Driscoll allegedly struck Bolvar in the head while on the
homes front porch. Bolivar said she pushed back in self defense,
causing Driscoll to fall down a couple of steps. For
Sario provided police with a similar description of the incident.
Driscoll denied shoving Bolivar, judged to be the aggressor by
(31:41):
the deputies. Arrested for simple domestic battery, a misdemeanor. Booked
to the Marion County Jail. Driscoll freed on her own recognizance.

Happy Monday.
Speaker 8 (33:16):
Hey, Happy Monday, Brian. I'll just to start off the
week with some humor. The only thing that would make
that story even funnier about the woman who forgot to
put her car in park is if she was an
environmental activist and there was some endangered species of whatever
in that lake, and think of all of the chemicals
that's spilled out.
Speaker 2 (33:33):
Now, Yeah, a good day, you too, Man, appreciate that take.
I'm sure she probably was some kind of environmental activist. Jay,
Welcome to the show. Happy Monday to you. Man.
Speaker 9 (33:44):
Hey, Good morning, Brian.
Speaker 10 (33:45):
Hey wanted to build on the whole FBI two hundred
and forty nine agents there at J six on the ground, yep.
One of them, more than likely Ray Epps, who you
know still is shrouded in mystery. But you know, I
remember so many voices on the right, and it wasn't you,
but like the minimally talented Sean Hannity back when Call
(34:06):
Me was going after Trump and everybody the Trump administration
and Michael Flynn I believe went to prison because of
the FBI and investigations, Steve Bannon, some some others that
you know, we're just hounded by the FBI. And the
voices on the right said, look, ninety nine point nine
percent of the FBI are good table. I'm just talking
(34:27):
about the guys at the top. I don't know that
we can make that call because here we are five years,
six years, five years later, nine FBI agents were on
the ground and they all kept their mouth shut, and
minimal whistleblowers come out of the FBI. This is the
problem with federal law enforcement. And why I hope and
(34:49):
pray that Cash Mattel and Dan Bongino just shut the
damn thing down along with Trump. We don't need it.
It was born out of corruption in the thirties with
Jay Edgarwover. The dossier started immediately, unconstitutional at all. It
(35:10):
has always been, and it's five read to go. We
can't trust it and it's got a long track record
going back decades proving that we can't trust it. And
whatever you do, don't vote r I know, and don't
vote Democrat because they are the same thing.
Speaker 2 (35:25):
Yeah, you to party. Thank you Jay as always for
the call and see what Judy's got this morning. Judy,
thank you for calling the Morning show.
Speaker 11 (35:31):
Welcome, Well, good morning, thank you, And I just wanted
to tell you about praising God this morning because of
all the things that we had going on. I think
we had a young couple that were married in May
and they were eleven weeks pregnant and she was getting
larger than normal, and we thought, hey, she's gonna have
(35:52):
twins or triplets. Well, she had an ultra sound and
they found out that she had a hybrid tumor that
was fast growing. And then we were all praying and
we were just forming Heaven for all of our prayers,
and we had this couple had expected to have a
five or six hour surgery and then the fifty percent
(36:17):
chance that her tumor was shutting off I should say
the tumor was shutting off fifty percent of the blood flow,
and then she had ten percent chance that they would
be able to save the uters and one percent chance
that they would be able to save the child. So
we were just all praying and everything. Well, she had
(36:38):
a less on the less number of hours for the surgery.
She had the fibrary tumor without bothering, they removed and
they didn't have to use any instruments or anything on
the uters, and then they had all good news about
the uters. They were able to save the US and
(37:00):
save the child. So we were just so really because
of all the crying, and we had been doing Kirk
and memorial and everything and go, oh my gosh, he's
probably not out of the woods yet, but at least
all of that was saved well.
Speaker 2 (37:17):
And that's what a beautiful, beautiful, one of life's little
miracles right there, Judy. And I'm glad that all all
the information after on the heels of all the worry
that I'm sure you and your family were all experiencing,
what a positive, positive thing to find out. And we'll
all collectively pray for her continued good health and the
health of the baby as well. Judy, God bless you,
(37:37):
and thanks for passing along a note of positivity. You're
on this kind of crazy Monday five fifty five fifty
five k Sey the talk station five on three seven

something you may interest you with regard to what might
happen to plan parenthood on the heels of that story, Yeah,
(37:59):
they may go out of business. Stick around, lots of
coming up, and then Christopher Smitheman joins a program at
seven to twenty, as is typically the case on a Monday,
I'll be right back today's top stories at the top
of the hour.
Speaker 10 (38:11):
You just got to know what's happening in your world.
Speaker 2 (38:14):
Fifty five krc the talk stations since two thousand and eight.

they had to rely on another team losing to do so,
even they lost themselves yesterday they were partying like they
had won again. I just I don't know my reaction.
(38:34):
I know it's opinions are subjective, but I thought it
was rather weird the celebration over their loss. Anyway, onto
the playoffs, congratulations of the Reds. Hey coming up with
a little more than hour. Christopher Smithman joins a program
the Monday Morning smith Amen. Every Monday at seven twenty
we'll hear from the former vice mayor and Canada currently

the last one before the November election. So I encourage
you to show up with Jim and Jackson on Wednesday
and say hello to Christopher and anybody else who might

Huge GoFundMe. I think they've put together more than eight
hundred thousand dollars for Holly for her medical injuries and
the expenses she associated with the beatdown. See what she's
all about. She retained a lawyer considering civil rights claims
against the individual who beat her almost to death. Empower you.
(40:00):
We got a seminar tomorrow night with Edwin Black. Edwin
is an author of a book called Israel Strikes Again,
Operation Rising Sun that was the coordinated operation between Israel
and the United States we called ours Operation Midnight Hammer,
blowing out the deeply embedded nuclear weapons program. So by
all accounts, Iran is back at it again, trying to
(40:22):
restart their nuclear program. Donald Trump's already threatened to make
sure that never happens. But some some retroactive sanctions imposed
upon Iran, which may cause it, already struggling financially, to
struggle even further. That'll put its people in misery, probably
desired effect. I think everyone's looking for regime change there.
We'll see, maybe Edwin will comment about potential regime regime
(40:46):
change into eight forty five one three, seven four, nine
fifty five eight hundred and eighty two to three taco
with pound five fifty on AT and T funds. And
on the heels of Judy's positive comment about her I
believe it was her daughter pregnant, had significant medical problems,
probably going to lose the baby, and her uterus. Turns
out everything turned out fine. They said it was a
one percent chance that the baby would live and a
(41:09):
very small possibility that her uterus would be able to
remain intact. All good news after the worries in front
of that. Now that's medical professionals working to save a
life and pivoted over to Planned Parenthood facing some serious
financial potential repercussions because they continue to build Medicare or
(41:31):
Medicaid in states that said you can't do that anymore.
In appellate court's getting ready to decide the case, they
could put Planned Parenthood on the hook for about just
under two billion with a B dollars. So it's the
US Circuit Court of Appeals sitting on bank, which is
a full panel of judges on the heel on the
heels of a Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal's decision regarding
(41:57):
Planned Parenthood's use of Medicaid funds in two states, Texas
and Louisiana. President of March for Life, Jenny Bradley Lickter,
speaking with Fox News, pointed out a list states can't
be higher and that this lawsuit could in fact bankrupt
Planned Parenthood. Looker said, Planned Parentoid is facing a repayment
obligation of close to two billion dollars because it continued
(42:18):
to fill its coffers with taxpayer money even after two
states had already disqualified it. If that obligation stands, it
will strike a serious, even existential blow to Planned Parentoids'
national operations and potentially change the abortion landscape in this
country forever. Bold statement. Anyway, Texas and Louisiana decided they
were stripping Planned Parenthood affiliates of their Medicaid qualifications. This
(42:45):
in response to an activist named David daliod In releasing
video footage showing Planned Parenthood staff discussing selling aborted fetal tissues.
He faced a lawsuit and prosecution for illegally record swarting
those statements. But of course it's the footage and the
reaction to that that caused a real problem among the
(43:06):
pro life movement. Planned Parenthood sued Texas and Louisiana. Initially
one that's the first decision out of the Fifth Circuit,
initially won an injunction that allow allowed them to keep
receiving Medicaid reimbursement. That decision reversed on appeal. Years later, apparently,
an anonymous litigan brought this lawsuit on behalf of Texas
(43:29):
and Louisiana, seeking to claw back the money that was
paid to Planned Parenthood, which were collected while the injunction
preventing them from do that was in place. You got
a court order saying you can't bill Medicaid for these services.
They kept billing them and apparently a lot of money.
You imagined two states, the alleged unlawful reimbursement dollars added
(43:50):
up to one point eight billion dollars. That's amazing, Planned Parenthood.
And this anonymous litigant named in court papers is Alex
Doe waiting to see, well what the Fifth Circuit Full
Court of Appeals is going to say. The issue is
whether Planned Parenthood had immunity when it collected Actually it's
(44:14):
four years worth of Medicaid dollars during the period this
injunction said they couldn't do that. Parenthood argued that it
has immunity. Are you ready because its lawyers advised them
that they could continue to collect the payments. Now, I'm
not quite sure, and I don't recall this issue specifically
in spite of the fact that a practice law for
sixteen years, whether if the lawyers are in house or
(44:35):
exterior council, if you're relying on advice, Planned Parenthood I
am certain has its own legal department. Did they turn
inwardly to get the advice that they could continue to
build for these services? In spite of the injunction that's
on the books. I don't think it sounds like sound
legal advice. And whether it was outside council providing the advice,
I don't know if that provides them the immunity, but
that's the argument that's been from the court. So now
(45:08):
I guess the reality is if it was any government
program and any out there in the world, I mean,
think of money to float out during COVID nineteen to
keep small businesses alive or something we found out there's
all kinds of fraud, waste and abuse. Is that Okay, No,
it's not an injunction saying you can't build the states
(45:29):
for reimbursement is in place. It's a law on the books.
Who's defying the courts now? So moving away from the
underlying reality of what Planned Parenthood is doing, which is
obviously a real problem for many of my listeners. I
understand that other people say, listen, it's a woman's right
to choose, and she can have choice in her decisions
on whether to terminate a baby's life or not. You're
(45:52):
on that side of the ledger. But he can't, in
defiance of an injunction continue to engage in this activity period.
So I always say keep your popcorn out. That's gonna
be an interesting one. If they're found responsible for reimbursement,
you may see the end of planned parenthood. And the
only people who are to blame for that are the
(46:13):
individuals within planned parenthood who thought it was appropriate to
ignore a court order. Yeah, make your bed, you lie
in it. Five three, seven, four nine fifty five hundred,
eight hundred and eighty two to three talk pound five
fifty on at and T phone. Here's one other things
unrelated completely, but I thought this was rather comical. Speaking
(46:35):
of skirting the laws, Chicago. Taxpayers in the state of
Illinois might be on the hook for the Obama Foundation,
the Presidential Center, the Barack Obama Presidential Library. You know
what a monstrosity it is. Okay, subjectivity entered into the equation.
I look at that building and I'm like, who in
the hell designed this thing? But more fundamentally, who's paying
for it? The Obama Foundation apparently has only deposited one
(46:59):
million dollars into its reserve fund, Like, okay, big deal. Well,
they had initially promised four hundred and seventy million. Was
an in depth report that was created court to the report.
Under this agreement with the city, the foundation was required
to create this fund, known as an endowment, to take
(47:19):
control of the nineteen point three x acre section at
Jackson Park Chicago Central Park. Basically equivalent is what people
are calling it.
Speaker 6 (47:34):
Now.
Speaker 2 (47:34):
When they broke ground, Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle
Obama broke ground September twenty twenty one, only one million
dollars was in this endowment fund, point two to one
percent of what was pledged going back to twenty twenty one.
Now we're five years ahead on that, and that figure
has not changed since the initial initial one million dollar
endowment pledge. Now, the endowment, as is reported, it's supposed
(47:59):
to earn enough interest every year to cover operating costs
without touching the principle in order to avoid meeting needing
federal funding from other sources. And apparently the Obama Foundation
got exclusive control over this chunk of land for nearly
(48:19):
a century in exchange for a ten dollars payment. Projects
costs now have jumped to eight hundred and fifty million.
The original estimate was three hundred and thirty million. There's
a lot of concern out there because According to the
Obama Foundation's latest tax return, it shows its finances under strain,
(48:43):
wild revenue streams up and down, fundraising shortfalls, and unfulfilled
donor pledges. University of Chicago law professor Meridith New York
University law professor guy named Richard Epstein commenting on this,
he said the city never should have signed over the
large section of the park that one hundred year release
for ten dollars. He went on to say, they put
a million dollars into a four hundred million endowment, so
(49:06):
it's endowed. That gets you in jail. As a securities matter,
he said, an endowment means that you have the money
in hand, but they have nothing, So I regard that
as something of a public calamity, saying without the endowment,
they'll have to scramble every year to cover thirty million
(49:27):
dollars in operating costs. See that thirty million dollars is
supposed to be generated by the interest payments in the endowment.
Without going into principle, not even close, he said. The
whole point of the endowmentist to avoid that volatility. Obama
Foundation responded to this, said they were making significant investments
in the endowment in the coming years, claiming that it's
raising money for the center. It's one of our priorities.
(49:49):
Oh yeah, eight hundred and fifty million dollars. And it
has been widely reported that Joe Biden can't get a
five bucks donated to his presidential library. And I certainly
understand that what is the value of a presidential library.
What's going to go on at the Obama Center? In
(50:11):
this world of scarce resources? Eight hundred and fifty million dollars,
couldn't that be better spent, hey, Joe, in the name
of equity, shouldn't they spread that money around all those
out there in the world that are deserving of the money.
I thought that was their thing. Come up with sex eighteen.

(51:53):
time job, no nepotism obligations. Apparently, according to the reporting,
you aren't gonna have Eric Adams to kick around anymore.
Merrow candidate Adam says, I'm out yep announce he's halting
his re election campaign first term mayor. There's a variety
of things swirling around him and speculation as to why
specifically he dropped out. He blamed the federal bribery case
(52:16):
that has been dismissed, depriving him of some much needed
campaign funds and matching contribution, plus the controversy's swirling around it,
the constant media speculation about my future in the campaign
Finance Board's decision to withhold millions of dollars have undermined
my ability to raise funds needed for his serious campaign. Well,
I'm not quite sure how serious it is. The polling
showed he in fourth place before dropping out behind Kami
(52:41):
Mom Donnie, who's in front by a lot. Of course,
former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's running, and he got
a Republican Kurt Slangwah Sliwa left in the race. Apparently,
if Adams and Croma both stayed in the race, they
were expected to siphon votes from one another, obviously advancing
Mom Donnie, so Adams out, Cuomo stands a better chance.
(53:03):
Court to the recent poll at Mandanni and Mandami has
a twenty point lead over Cuomo, but the polls that
are out, so it would have been a closer race
race if it was one on one between the two candidates.
Of course, you still have the Republican in there, so
it's a three way contest thus far. Cuomo credited Adams
for putting the city's interests first. We faced destructive extremist
(53:26):
forces that would devastate our city throughout, encompassit through incompetence
or ignorance. But it's not too late to stop them.
I'll see if this has a boost for Cuomo's campaign.
Of course, last year, Adams facing federal criminal charges, accused
of taking illegal campaign contributions from foreign nationals and accepting
(53:48):
one hundred thousand dollars in perks for travel in exchange
for official acts. Again, the judge tossed out the case
earlier this year at the request of the Justice Department.
So that's off there. That shouldn't be an impediment to
his fundraising efforts. Maybe it's his popularity now. I was
reported earlier this month, Trump had been engaged in active
(54:08):
discussions with Adams about joining his administration, nothing ever determined
in terms of specific job. So Trump, obviously, if that's true,
pressuring him to drop out of the race, worried about
Mom Dommy being victorious, also pivoting over. Members of the
city's real estate industry have suggested there's jobs waiting for
(54:29):
Adams if he leaves the race. So I was thinking
about this, It's like a lobbying firm, you know, as
a congressman or a woman out there who's maybe struggling
in the reelection, or they want somebody else to run. Hey,
we got a great job for if you just drop
out and join us. Great let's parlay that prior political
experience into a fat paying job. So maybe that was
the impetus behind Adams. But obviously being behind in the polling,
(54:50):
Mom Dommi is just so far ahead, and that is frightening.
Going back to the teachers' union supporting a Marxist murderer
in Chicago, the idea that so many New Yorkers would
think that Mom Donnie's ideas are embraceable or even achievable,
(55:12):
it's just beyond my comprehension. Anyway. We'll see how it
shakes out now that Adams is out of the race.

that Loo's also owns about ten thousand dollars in bitcoin.

(01:00:19):
Grant Street Group will be able to provide this security
and service we need for Ohioans to be able to
utilize the tools of modern finance. According to the reporting,
we have more than forty nine thousand crypto ATMs in
the United States collectively, one hundred of them are in Ohio,
but they also point out cryptoatms can be prone to scams.
FTC found that during the first six months of last
(01:00:41):
year alone, customers lost sixty five million dollars to bitcoin
ATM kiosk. Apparently, my senior friends of the problem at
al's over sixty the most vulnerable because scammers impersonate a
government official or tech support or of business and urge
the victims to remove cash from their bank accounts and
deposit it into a bitcoin ATM four in their scam words,
(01:01:05):
added protection. So I guess I'm more curious about how
you calculate, because doesn't bitcoin kind of change prices pretty dramatically.
You know, one day it's worth like fifteen thousand dollars,
the next day it's worth twenty or something. So what
is your slice of the bitcoin? It changes every single day.
I suppose it's calculated at the moment you make the
(01:01:27):
payment with your bitcoin. I'm a low tech guy. I'm
gonna stick with that as long as it lasts six
point thirty five right now. Feel free to call. I
love to hear from you if you've got something to say,
and I love for you to get in touch with
the USA Insulation. It's the right time to do it.
The Early Bird Special is on get in touch with
them before the winter rush. They have a rush every
winter at USA because yeah, the temperatures dropping. People say, dang,
(01:01:48):
I need my house insulated. Don't wait for that. It's
a free inspection. You may be under insulated, you may
have no insulation, So get in touch with the USA.
If you get in touch with them now, you're eligible
for a five hundred dollars discount. Add to that, this
is the last year for the twelve hundred dollars federal
energy tax, so that's another twelve hundred dollars that you'll
get off when you do your taxes next year. Significant
(01:02:11):
amount of money in savings. It's already an affordable product.
It's only ninety nine dollars a month interest free, and
you'll probably save more than that every month on your
energy bill. You're going to be a guaranteed increase and comfort,
guaranteed savings when you're using your HVAC system all the
right reasons. And again, ninety nine dollars a month interest free.

(01:03:01):
Like Tech Friday with Dave, hat are always important. Here's
one that caught my wife's side the other day and
on the heels of us going over the article together.
I was looking around in the where our spices are kept,
and I was not looking for clothes, but my wife said,
you in there looking for clothes. Yeah, I'm going to
keep the door shut almost all the way and see
if I see anything glowing in there. That on the
(01:03:23):
heels of a massive shrimp recall. You may have read
about that. Well, now they've found radioactive contamination in spices
as well. Yeah, radioactive contamination in the second food products
sent to the United States from country of origin Indonesia
and the potentially tainted radioactive shrimp. Claims are growing, but
(01:03:46):
now we need to worry about spices as well. US
Food and Drug Administration announced last week blocked the import
of all spices from a company called Pten Natural Java
Spice of Indonesia because they detected cheesium one thirty seven
and a shipment a clove sent to California. This on
(01:04:06):
the heels of alerts that were released in August about
shrimp from a company called b MS Foods. Millions and
millions of pounds of shrimp sent to the US each year.
Also with cheesium one thirty seven contamination. It's giving you
a significant comfort level, isn't it. What is cheesy one
thirty seven of radioactive isotope created as a byproduct of
(01:04:30):
nuclear reactions like nuclear bomb testing, bombs themselves, reactor operations,
and incidents. They say it's widespread around the world trace
amounts found in the environment. US Customs and Border officials
detected cheesium one thirty seven and containers shipping containers of
shrimp set sent by a BMS to the United States
(01:04:54):
companies sent eighty four million pounds of shrimp to US
ports this year. They're the ones responsible for six percent
of all foreign shrimp in the United States. FDA officials
detective cheesying one thirty seven and at least one sample
of cloves now exported by this Java spice company. That
(01:05:18):
company sends four hundred and forty thousand pounds of cloves
alone into the United States in one year. That's hard
to the lead, isn't it said. No food that triggered
alerts or tested positive has been released for the sale
in the United States, although hundreds of thousands of packages
of the shrimp that was imported were sold at Kroger
(01:05:40):
and other grocery stores in the United States, and of
course have been recalled because well they allowed cheesying one
thirty seven contamination. They say it's a small risk, but
it could pose potential health concerns for people who are
exposed to cheese in one thirty seven because apparently the
levels accumulate in your body over time. They're not sure
(01:06:01):
if there's a common source of the contamination. Both of
these from Indonesia, but they point out these two processing facilities,
one for the spices and the other for the shrimp
are located five hundred miles away from each other. Contaminated
a scrap melt metal or melted metal at an industrial
site near the shrimp processing plant in the Indonesia, they
say could be the source of the radioactivity. Nuclear regulators
(01:06:27):
in Indonesia said they detected the radioactive isotope at a
site outside of Jakarta. A big question mark swirling around,
but didn't think eating radioactive food was going to be
something that I had to worry about. So check your
gloves and check your shrimp. Let's see what Tom's got
this morning. Tom, Welcome to the Morning Show, and happy
Monday to you. Thanks for calling.
Speaker 9 (01:06:47):
Bring Brian first. It just when it mentioned we're all
praying for your continued good health. I just had to
fix that.
Speaker 2 (01:06:53):
Oh thank you.
Speaker 9 (01:06:53):
I just wanted to mention I was over at Miami
University this past weekend for the eighteen oh nine celebrations.
So each nine is when Miami was founded, and what
it is is it recognizes the top eighteen graduates of
the last nine years from Miami University, which my son
(01:07:14):
has to be in the class of twenty twenty five.
Eighteen oh nine club. But along with him was Christopher
Smithman in the second and I just thought that you did,
the listeners would be interested in that. I was fortunate
enough to be able to speak to Christopher for a bit,
great young man from Pittsburgh. He was there with his
(01:07:37):
wife and his child in tow and you know, they
were just a great little nuclear family. He was really
great to talk to him. He came across extremely well,
just well blaysus a great young man. And I know
that Christopher must be incredibly proud of him.
Speaker 2 (01:07:52):
Yes, indeed, and I can say that across the board.
You know, you can learn a lot about a man
based upon how his children act and be. And I
am telling you what I was. We had Christopher and
his late wife and their family over for a Sunday
brunch one day, and I was blown away. I was
actually and this is I mean, I'll make fun of
myself embarrassed as a parent because his children asked permission
(01:08:16):
to leave the table. They were yes, ma'am, yes, sir,
just so delightfully pleasant and well mannered and wonderfully articulate
and smart. That's all of the Chris smith Am and offspring,
and so yeah, it speaks volumes to Christopher and of
course his late wife Pamelon. Of course, Christopher gives huge
praise to his parents raising him that way, so generation
(01:08:38):
after generation it's the right thing to do and the
right way to raise children. And I'm glad you got
a chance to meet him. And congratulations to your son
as well. Tom appreciate the call.
Speaker 9 (01:08:46):
Man, Thanks than you appreciate it, Thank you, thank you for.
Speaker 2 (01:08:49):
The well wishes. I really appreciate him. To those concern
I'm doing great, doing great, not getting treatment. Everything looks right.
I'm feeling good, no cancer issues right now. Knockwood that
things stay that way, and if they don't, I'll deal

We've got a little time between the Top of the
Air news and seven and twenty when Christopher Smitheman joins
the program. We'll see if he has anything to say
about Iris Rawley and nepotism, because Iris Rowley, the consultant
making five hundred plus thousand dollars a year into this
consulting contract with the city outside consultants apparently not subject
to the nepotism laws. And we'll talk about that a
(01:10:18):
little bit after the Top of the Air news. See
if Christopher had wants to chime in on that. Remember
listener to lunch. This one's ay, Jim and Jackson the River.
Christopher will be there, emerging from his second residence from
the back room where he has a cot and joining
us with a wonderful lunchtime fellowship that we always have
at fifty five care See listener Lunch Jim and Jackson
the River about eleven thirty. I hope to get to
see you there. And of course you probably heard I
(01:10:40):
mentioned it this morning if you were listening to the program.
If not, I'm sure you probably got the memo already.
Donald Trump deploying troops to Portland. And I got to say,
it's okay. If you deployed troops to protect federal property,
somebody's got to protect it. It's federal property. Again, Your
taxpayer dollars, regardless of your political label, paid for the buildings.
Somebody's got to protect them so you don't have to
rebuild them. Antifa and all their activities, so I'm sure
(01:11:03):
there's gonna be a lot of whaling and gnashing teeth
about that. But deployed troops he did. And as long
as he keeps it within the confines of what's okay
as opposed to running around doing general local law enforcement work,
which there's no indication that he's planning on using the
troops for that. We'll let it all hash out like
it has previously in DC and elsewhere. But over in Chicago,
where the Teachers' Union is praising a social or rather
(01:11:25):
communist murderer who recently passed away. Yeah, that's great. Texas
riders outside at ICE facility screaming kill or not. Texas
riders outside the Chicago Ice Facility broad View Processing Center,
that's where ICE holds the illegal aliens they picked up
on the streets. They're out there screaming kill Ice, shoot Ice,
(01:11:53):
shoot the f warders and apparently one of them apprehended
with a firearm. Department of Homeland securitiatrician McLaughlin in a statement,
these violent threats and smears about ICE must stop. There's
no place in America American politics for violence. We're calling
on Governor Pritzker and Mayor Johnson to condemn these riots
(01:12:15):
and tone down their rhetoric about ICE. These riots outside
the ICE Broadview Processing Center and attacks on ICE officers
come after Democrat politicians, including Governor Pritzker and maryor Brandon
Johnson have villainized and demonized ICE law enforcement, specifically Pritzker
this month, apparently daring a parallel to Nazi Germany as
(01:12:36):
he has wanted to do. That is essentially the kind
of country we're becoming Nazi Germany if you allow ICE
to simply grab people after racial profiling, at which point
comes to process. People fail to appreciate this in a
normal order of things. Let's say you fit the description
(01:12:59):
of a felon, a fleeing felon, or a purp. Generally speaking,
be on the lookout for a six foot four white
man wearing black clothes and a mask who is recently
seen robbing a bank or whatever. If you fit the description,
police can simply well grab you and ask you questions,
and if they believe you committed a crime, they'll arrest you.
(01:13:19):
They will process you, ticket you. You'll end up with
probably your own recognizance, bail hearing, and then due process
comes and if they don't have evidence to say that
you were the guy and guilt beyond a reasonable doubt,
you don't get convicted and you're back on the street.
People need to keep focusing on racial profiling, moving away
from my white guy six foot four illustration. What if
it's a Hispanic male with an MS thirteen tattoo on

riots back in oh, one worked with working on The collaborative,
agreement was hired as a consultant to do collaborative agreement.
Work when we find out just the other day that
apparently she hired her, Son, now how is it that
(01:17:33):
she was in a position to hire her son. Well
her initial hiring as a consult consultant apparently twenty twenty
two to advise on issues related to The Collaborative. Agreement
that role expanded to oversee something called The Government Square
Community Care, initiative which was one of these OUTSIDE i

City so when you have somebody jumping to the front
of the line and getting hired because their mother is
(01:18:39):
going to be their, boss people don't view that as. Fair,
true but it also would violate the ethical rules that
are in place and the hiring rules that are in
place for city, employees which apparently don't apply to, contractors
which has gotten Under Steve gooden's skin, now the point
being her Son Mister show's convicted of robbery in two
(01:19:00):
thousand and, two aggravated possession of drugs in twenty, ten
and having a gunwall under disability in twenty, sixteen three separate.
Crimes goodin, says there are circumstances where somebody who has
a criminal record really can be effective in these sort
of roles working with you through this government The Government square.
Initiative i'm not the kind of person who believes that
(01:19:23):
just because someone made a mistake when they were, younger
that they need to be totally cast out of the job. Market,
however he, said if the city's going to be handing
out these kind of large, contracts they ought to know
who is administering. Them if they're not requiring background checks
for their, contractors that is a huge. Hole the inquiry
(01:19:44):
asked the city manager if knew That rowley had hired
her son or was aware of his criminal. History according
to the inquire city spokesperson didn't answer those. Questions spokes
Versus molly layeric this city does not conduct background checks
for employees of any firm we contract with good and,
(01:20:06):
said you, know the real scandal here isn't that she
hired her. Son the scandal is that she is allowed
to todds ins are also, agreed, said take some of
these provisions that generally appoted the city, officials those types
of clauses should have been included in the contract With Iris.
Rawley mm, Hm why, well there are strict rules governing
the city has sence that any employees background checks are
(01:20:29):
required for sensitive jobs such as and here's a really important,
point jobs that require contact with. Children, now you may
be a parent who does not care if your kids
hanging out of government square all the time and getting into,
Trouble but would you want someone who maybe has a
(01:20:50):
problem dealing with, children, like for, example if they've been
flagged as, OH i don't know a convicted pedophile or
child molester or. Something, yeah that's the important of a background.
Check court Of cincinnati nepotism, POLICIES sinccenti employees have to
avoid recommending close relatives for promotions or work. Assignments quote
to maintain public confidence that employment decisions and personnel actions
(01:21:15):
are based upon principles of equal employment. Opportunity and here's
that word merit rather than favoritism shown to a relative
of the city. Employee that's a quote from the nepotism.
Policy now back To Steve gooden, saying, listen this sort
of arrangement where you are hiring a close family. Member,
frankly nepotism would not be allowed in a state of.
(01:21:36):
Office it would not be allowed in the county office
or a township. Office they have very firm. Rules cincinnati
is a home rule. Municipality it doesn't require, Police it
doesn't really police its contracts the way other government agencies.
Do he, Said, look IRIS reli did nothing illegal, here
AND i would agree With steve's analysis on. That he,
(01:21:57):
said the problem is that the city has created a
circumstance answers where these kind of contracts are, legal that's the,
problem and it is and considering wonder out loud about,
that that's a pretty tight nepotism policy for city employee
jobs as, Well steve points out in state and county
jobs as. Well there must be a reason for, it
(01:22:18):
and the reasons are obvious and repeated and stated By Steve,
gooden also observed By Todd. Senzer why wouldn't they extend
those obligations to those that are working and under contract
with the. City aren't the rules equally important under those?
Circumstances And Iris rowley's contract is pretty. Amazing it's five
(01:22:41):
hundred plus one thousand dollars that she negotiated five hundred
and seventy thousand dollars for a three year contract extension
of her twenty twenty four. Contract this will last through
twenty twenty, seven including an annual fee of one hundred
and five thousand dollars For Iris. Rawley one hundred and
fifty thousand dollars paid To roy for two quarters of
The Government square initiative described as the twelve week periods
(01:23:05):
in the fall and. Spring going back to the point
this is a part time, job also includes fifty eight
hundred dollars in wages for four community care, monitors again
over twelve weeks at seventy five bucks a, week Which
todd's inser crunching the numbers on, it that amounts to
fifty eight dollars per hour paid to, monitors including her,
(01:23:26):
son Mister shows through reimbursements given directly To Iris. Rawley
so she's in control of all the money on. This todd,
said the city or this contractor could have hired people
with no, conflict no, nepotism because the qualifications for the
work that was being performed weren't that. Extraordinary the, Qualifications
(01:23:48):
i'm sure were fairly, simple and there were other people
who could have been. Hired so you have to wonder
why didn't. They, Well, todd you know the answer to that.
Question she didn't have any rules or guidelines restricting. Nepotism
she's got a sign who apparently needed a job and
a pretty decent. Paycheck. Fifteen Maybe christopher's got something to

THAT i want to say this before we get you,
know to mushing into this. Stuff, man the church. Shooting you,
know LIKE i, said there are things that there are
(01:26:54):
things that grip. You and this is not that you.
Know i'll get into the vent and our maybe our next,
segment but my heart goes out to all of those
church goers because when when an active shooter goes into a,
church it makes churches all over The United states be, weary,
right and it's AND i really think it's. Demonic it's
(01:27:14):
this notion that going to church is. Unsafe are going
to school is. Unsafe you, know that's just why you,
know you have schools that are trying to make their
institutions hard. Targets it's really difficult to make every single
church a hard. Target and so this notion you AND
i didn't grow up with waking up with people going
(01:27:36):
into churches and opening. Fire you, know we're in the
same age, bracket and we didn't wake up with setting
the church on, fire you. Know so there's something deeply going,
wrong AND i think it's all connected to this, violent
this wave of violence that we see going across The United.
States but my heart goes out to every parishioner that
(01:27:58):
was at that, church the entire you, know the ministry,
there the pastors, there and in every other church right
that's waking up this morning going how do we make
ourselves a hard target so this doesn't happen to us
in our? Church AND i have some suggestions for, them
which is allow concealed carries in your church and be
(01:28:20):
open about. That you. Know stop you, know when you
go to, church you don't want everybody in your church
to not have but say we're disarming. Everybody you've got
to have you got to be realistic, here, churches like
we're living in a different world and you've got to
have people in your church prepared and part of the
emergency of your deacons or your deaconesses or people men
(01:28:43):
and women that go to your. Church somebody should have
a plan and have a weapon or weapons at church
because you've got to keep everybody. Safe just the world
we live in now well.
Speaker 2 (01:28:54):
Is and you Know i'll draw a parallel with And
i've said it, before this comes to surprise regular listeners
WHEN I i mean listener. Lunch you're going to be
a listener to lunch on, Onesday jim And jackson The, river, Right, christopher, right,
Absolutely and you'll be safe. There AND i know. That
you know why BECAUSE i personally can scan the, room
And i'm pretty familiar with my regular, listeners AND i
know which ones carry concealed and they always. Do, now
(01:29:17):
some crazed gunmen the wants to come in and disrupt
the little listener, lunch they're gonna find themselves in a
real bad. SITUATION i know, this which, why which is
WHY i don't bother carrying concealed listener, lunch because all
my listeners KNOW i like to enjoy a. Beer BUT
i can do that leaving my concealed carry in the
car or, elsewhere not bringing it into lunch BECAUSE i
Know i'm surrounded by people who can be their brothers.
Speaker 11 (01:29:40):
Keeper da that's, right.
Speaker 12 (01:29:41):
Have a soda and make sure that we're all. Safe, yeah,
absolutely you. Know and but the point is that we've
got to start having, THESE i, think very public conversations
about our, institutions our, schools right our, churches creation. Centers
these things are going.
Speaker 6 (01:30:02):
To continue to.
Speaker 12 (01:30:03):
Happen and you've got people who are, saying disarm. Everybody you,
know we have to make sure, that you, know really
kind of undermining The Second. Amendment that's kind of a
talking point when the reality of it, is law abiding
citizens are not the ones out here doing this crazy.
Harm we've got to make sure that sensible, people law abiding,
(01:30:23):
citizens know how to use a, weapon that they're, armed
that there's an emergency, plan and every church Across america
should have. One these are signs of different times and
they've got to make sure they have an emergency, plan
and that includes you, know you've always got somebody in
your church posted up at the, door in the, back
down in the, front in the. Corner they're they're taking
(01:30:46):
in the, service but they're always ready for that active
shooter that could enter that. Church and let me give
my give let me give my praises to law enforcement
who got. THERE i THINK i want to, say they
say it three minutes or less and took down the.
Shooter SO i mean the law, enforcement as we always, Say,
brian they're running into the gunfire while other people are
(01:31:08):
running out of. It we have to commend law enforcement
for what they did in that. Situation but my heart
goes out to that entire. Congregation but, understand this impacts
every church this. Morning everybody's thinking because this is another.
LEVEL i come, IN i know to shoot up people
of the, church BUT i set the entire church on.
Fire and so we've got to commend law. Enforcement this.
(01:31:29):
Morning we've got to speak About Second, amendment our LAW
a buying citizens having firearms is a good, thing and
how do we make our institutions hard targets not soft.
Speaker 2 (01:31:40):
Targets got to confront the problem head. Along you just
got to get dive on into it and make sure
you're make sure everyone's. SAFE i, MEAN i think we've
all learned very hard lessons over, time but even over
very recent. Events you're not safe, anywhere Right. Christopher but
to project that it is a un free zone and
(01:32:01):
tell everyone in the world that there will be no
firearms in this building is just. Stupid as a practical,
policy it's. Impractical pay it.
Speaker 12 (01:32:11):
Again BECAUSE i walk up to a. Door you, Know
i'm a concealed carry AND i walk up to a
door AND i see that, Sign i'm, LIKE i REALLY
i don't feel safe. HERE i don't even want to walk.
Speaker 6 (01:32:21):
In, yeah you.
Speaker 2 (01:32:22):
Do you trust that business or that that space to
provide you the? Question? Right you never trust them to
provide the. Security, christmas do NOT i walk?
Speaker 12 (01:32:32):
AWAY i typically IF i can walk away WHEN i
see that sign on the, door it says do not.
Enter in my head BECAUSE i, Go i'm not safe here.
Speaker 2 (01:32:41):

who will be there at, Lunch, christopher what else is
(01:35:06):
on your?
Speaker 12 (01:35:06):
Mind my, friend, brother let me just kind of dive
into this city contract With Irish.
Speaker 2 (01:35:15):
Rowley i'm glad to.
Speaker 6 (01:35:16):
Touch on a few. Things, okay it was it was.
Speaker 12 (01:35:21):
Apparent to me of why the city would be signing
a multi year contract with this vendor prior to the.
Election so let's. Start there no reason to do, that,
Right but you do things like that because you're THINKING
i might lose And i'm trying to secure the people around,
(01:35:44):
me right and reassure them that the money that they're
receiving will continue beyond the. Election so, first, first there
was no reason for them to go and sign a
contract like that for multiple. Years and that was like red,
flag red, flag always a. Concern no member of council
(01:36:07):
asking any questions about the contract that the city manager, executed,
Right and Now Todd zenzer is now opening up the,
door which he's doing a wonderful, job, saying, hey look
at what happened. Here she's hiring her own, son and
(01:36:28):
you have the manager and the mayor and the administration
saying she's able to do that because she's a contractor
and not a city. Employee why didn't you place that
in the. CONTRACT i guarantee, you because you're an, attorney
that they knew about the hiring of the sun in
the previous. Contract meaning we've got to go back and
(01:36:50):
look at we're probably talking about to your listening, audience
this was a contract that was signed over five hundred thousand.
Dollars but when you're talking about two, contracts you're probably
talking about a million, dollars, right maybe eight hundred may
maybe nine hundred thousand dollars between the two contracts that she's.
Fighting so we're talking about a lot of money, here
and there seems to be no oversight by the manager's,
(01:37:14):
office the mayor's, office or. Anybody here's the second QUEST
i want to. Make people are, writing why is this our?
Concern this is not private, Money this is government. Money
this is money THAT i work hard, for AND i
then give my money to the, city my, taxes like
(01:37:35):
everybody else who's. Listening because some people work in the
city and live somewhere, else but you still are paying,
taxes you have a business in the. City we're paying
all this money into the, coffers and we don't like
to see our money waste. It and so people who
are talking about this and trying to defend you, know
someone hiring their son and paying them almost sixty dollars an. Hour,
(01:37:59):
so if you're listening out there and you're a school,
teacher there are a lot of school teachers who need
jobs in the. Summer they're working multiple. Locations some of
them are being a waitress or a waiter. Places they're
out there working in our recreation. Department they're doing all
kinds of things right to make. Money no one understands
(01:38:20):
fifty eight dollars an hour for a part time, job
paying somebody four thousand dollars a, month and we don't
even know what THE roi is. Meaning if you're taking government,
Money Brian, thomas and you're listening, audience you should be
able to show us what you. Accomplished there should be
some report that you're providing to the. City here's what we.
(01:38:43):
Did here are the number of hours we put, in
and this is how we remediated. Crime these are the.
Results there's nothing there that says we're getting the. Results everybody, saying,
oh we've got these, results we got these. RESULTS i
keep seeing shootings everywhere across the city of SINCE i
don't even know the scope of. Work but there's a
red flag when you're signing a contract like That Brian
(01:39:05):
thomas right before an. Election you're hiring your. Son and
then the last POINT i want to make, is anytime
somebody starts working for The city Of, cincinnati we do
something that's called background. Check it's a part of the.
Process why wouldn't you put in the contract you're working with.
Children we want to make sure anybody working with children
(01:39:28):
that they have a background.
Speaker 2 (01:39:30):
Check, yeah, period, period.
Speaker 12 (01:39:32):
Period anytime you're working with our, babies we get to
know who you, are what your record, is what your situation.
Is you don't get to go and just work around
children and somebody doesn't do a background. Check that tells
you that the city, manager the, mayor in, everybody they're
just turning a blind. Eye then you have to ask
(01:39:52):
yourself why? Speculation, right this has to do more with
politics than the, contract meaning they're this is somebody that
they want in their, corner somebody who can show up
to political, events like what happened in the primary With Corey.
Bowman she's in the, audience she's arguing with someone in the.
Audience there's a big disturbance at the, primary meaning why
(01:40:16):
do you have a contractor that you're paying this kind
of money showing up and injecting themselves in the majority of,
race meaning are injecting themselves into police. Business so What
i'll share with anybody who is supporting. This this isn't, personal,
right this is somebody we're giving government. Money and if the,
(01:40:37):
contractor which happens to be irish, roly doesn't like, this
then stop taking government. Money that's a part of the.
Process we get to probe. You we get to ask you.
Questions we get to know where our money is going
BECAUSE i earned. It it's my, money and as a
small business, OWNER i pay a lot of money to
(01:40:59):
The city Of, cincinnati to The state Of, ohio and
definitely to the federal. Government so when you're using my,
MONEY i get to ask you. Questions so the question,
becomes what why aren't you doing background? Check city Of?
Cincinnati why in the contract when anybody is, hired you
can't tell us who's working in background? CHECK i demand it.
(01:41:21):
Today every the city manager should go. Back background check
should be done on anybody who worked for this for
this time period over the last two. Years we get
to know every person that worked there and we get
a full background, Check we get to know how much
you paid, everybody and most, importantly give us a report
on your. Results what is OUR roi on the tax
(01:41:42):
money that we've given? You and why are people so?
Like why is that like rocket? Science this is like
common sense and. Experience the bottom line is you do a,
Contract we're giving you a lot of. Money we get
to know what you did with.
Speaker 2 (01:41:54):
It, Right and if they're they're touting the work that they've,
done in the success of the work they've, done then
they should be proud and please to produce that information
to this to the general. Public why try to hide?
It let's Bring christopher back for one more in seven
thirty seven right now called up in seven thirty eight
fifty five car see detalk station and let me mention
a place well where you can reflect on the sacredness of.

Heath this is fifty FIVE krc An iHeartRadio station.
Speaker 6 (01:43:08):
Seven.
Speaker 2 (01:43:08):
One here fifty FIVE Kr City talk. Station Brian Thomas
swit Former vice Mayor Christopher smith aman at vote Smith
aman ON x follow, them help them out on the,
campaign and get a yard sign to your front. Yard
go door knocking For Christopher. Smithmen we need to get
him re elected to council so we can go on
a different path and have someone that understands OUTSIDE ngo
contracts and will insist on. Accountability thank you for. That
(01:43:31):
in brilliant, thought There. Christopher it's some kind it's some
common sense and.
Speaker 6 (01:43:36):
Experience.
Speaker 12 (01:43:37):
Man and and you have really your, board of your
board of, directors your, trustees which were called members of city.
Council they're the ones that should be asking these, questions,
Right and they're not asking the questions because they're all
in their, minds all on the same. Team they're JUST
i don't want to disrupt. ANYTHING i don't want TO
i don't want to make the mayor. Bad it's like
(01:43:58):
how or you're a dual elective member of, council that's
your role as a board member to do. That if
you're if you're on the board or trustee Of procter
And gamble or a fifth third or Of Western, southern
you think you're supposed to sit there and they're paying
you four hundred thousand dollars a year to go to
four to sixth meeting and not ask any. QUESTIONS i,
(01:44:18):
mean this is, why this is why corporations end up having,
problems because this is where the corruption. Happens let me
also say, This i've got to touch her on The Brian.
Look let me say, this why Does irish roly pivot to?
Race so now all of a, sudden you're picking on
me Because i'm An African american. Woman, no if she's
(01:44:39):
listening to, this, no that is not what is. Happening
no one is picking On Irish roly because she's An
African american. Woman. RIGHT i know she's done really great.
Work there's some great work that she's done as a
relations to the collaborative. Agreement this is many years, ago
AND i respect she did. PERIOD i point to, you,
(01:45:04):
though is that what she pulled together a group of men,
saying Like African american men Supporting Irish roly right before
they signed the. Contract that was this summer they were injecting.
Race let's go to the, floor let's go to city
hall steps and act as if they're coming after me
Because I'm African. American they're not anybody listening to, this
(01:45:28):
white or, black male or. Female if you don't want
to be, probed never take government money from the, fans
from the state or the. City. Period then nobody asked
you any. Questions but once you start taking money from the,
government we get to ask questions about how our money
is being spent and how you're using. It it has
(01:45:51):
nothing to do with her. Race it has nothing to
do with her. Gender that's been the. Problem here's the
other POINT i want to. MAKE i want to warn
any contract any employee in The city Of, cincinnati any,
citizen if you get between my police officers and the
work that they're, Doing i'm.
Speaker 6 (01:46:10):
Going to have you.
Speaker 12 (01:46:11):
Arrested never WILL i accept or tolerate anybody getting between
our officers doing their. Job that's How Sunny kim got.
Killed and so you're not going to distract our officers
and then one of our officers loses their life because
you're out there doing something you shouldn't. Do it's called disorderly.
(01:46:31):
Conduct And i'm going to make sure our officers understand any,
citizen any, employee any, contractor any, visitor any human, being
any martian that comes to The city Of cincinnati and
gets between our officers doing their work interjecting, Themselves we're
(01:46:52):
going to make sure we put them in. Handcuffs they're
going to be, Arrested they're going to go down before a,
judge And i'll let our judges down. There they want
to let them on OR otr bonds or let them,
go that's going to be their. Business But i'm gonna
make sure that they understand that that's not how you're
going to conduct, business and surely you're not going to
do that while taking government money from us period.
Speaker 2 (01:47:13):
Period, well it sounds right to, me and it sounds
like what a what a taxpayer should expect is going on, Already.
CHRISTOPHER i, mean any of these, programs whether it's the
Government Square youth program That iris is wrong working on
with her, son or any other. Program for you're getting
bucks and you're going to be held accountable for. It
you're going to be analyzed to find out if you're
providing value for your money that you're getting. NORMAL i,
(01:47:35):
mean any private business would do, that wouldn't, They?
Speaker 12 (01:47:37):
CHRISTOPHER i WOULD i would think. So, well one of
the things that, You Brian, thomas can't. Do you work
for a, company and there are things you can't. Do
you have to conduct yourself a certain, way not only
while you're on this, mic but also when you get
off this. Mic, right your life has to be different
because you're a public. Figure that's just. Reality you have
(01:48:00):
things that you have to. FOLLOW i just don't understand
when people start taking money from the government and then
what they do is we call it in councilorate. Deflection,
Right i'm deflecting by, saying now you're interjecting, race you're interjecting,
class you're picking on. Me i'm actually a. Victim let
me tell, you you're not a. Victim if you're getting
over five hundred thousand dollars on a, contract and this
(01:48:21):
is your second, contract you're not a.
Speaker 6 (01:48:23):
Victim you are.
Speaker 12 (01:48:24):
A contracted, employee and you must conduct yourself in a,
way and you should not be injecting yourself in. Politics
we shouldn't hear you on the radio attacking people who
are running for. Office you should not be Attacking Corey
bowman saying anything About Corey. Bowman that is absolutely unacceptable,
behavior and it should be in every. Contract if you're
(01:48:44):
receiving money as a contractor and you're telling our city
employees that they can't. Engage think about. This the city
tells every city. Employee they send out emails telling. Them
and we're an election, year you can't get involved with
any local. Politics all three thousand of you is my.
Estimate you've got to stay out of. It, however you're
(01:49:05):
letting contractors who you're paying more money. To you're giving
her more money per. Hour you're saying she can go
out and engage the political. Profits how do you think
every city worker feels when they're reading the email from
the city manager directing them to stay out of. POSITIVE
i want the city workers to understand that nobody can
take away Your First amendment. Right don't let. Them if
(01:49:27):
you want to put a yard sign in your yard
and you work for The city Of, cincinnati it is
legal for you to do. That your spouse or your,
partner or your mother or. Anybody no one can tell
you what you can put it in. There but they
have city workers so scared that they feel like they
can't even put a yard sign in their, yard or
they can't engage in the political process outside of work
(01:49:48):
by putting on A t shirt or doing. Something no
one can take away your. Right as In, america your
employer can't do. That you can't do that while you're,
working but certainly off the. Dome you, know the city
manager send an email to every city employee warning them
to stay out of. It but they're allowing this contractor
to go and go After.
Speaker 6 (01:50:09):
Corey i'm, crazy.
Speaker 2 (01:50:10):
And maybe maybe you stumbled upon the. Reality Maybe cincinnati
elected officials and everybody else involved in the city government
is afraid of the work that these NGOs. Do from
a political state, BASIS i Mean Iris rolie say what
you want about, her she is a powerful woman when
it comes to her position relative to any given. Candidate
if you threaten, her or you threaten THE ngo and
the operation that she's engaged. IN i suspect the backlash
(01:50:33):
from all of those that are affiliated With Iris rolly
is going to be pretty profound and that might frighten
the council person running for election this.
Speaker 12 (01:50:39):
Fall, Correct so what is it about me THAT i
Just i'm not concerned about.
Speaker 6 (01:50:46):
That, no you're.
Speaker 12 (01:50:47):
Not so you've got to elect people that aren't concerned
about those kinds of. Things just Why i'm Supporting, Keating
it's Why i'm Supporting goodton for. Example Right i'm Supporting.
Matthews meaning people don't win.
Speaker 6 (01:51:00):
And just vote For.
Speaker 12 (01:51:01):
Smiderman they're three or four or five good PEOPLE i
heard you talking about this, morning that they should be,
voting voting for and stop talking About Corey, bowman the
brother of the vice. President we've got to elect somebody
that to the mayor's office that will focus on our basic.
Services AND i tell every conservative out there listening to,
me you all could we could. Win you, know rational
(01:51:24):
people like The Blue Dog, democrats The independence The republicans
that live in the. City the problem here is that
the voter turnout is so low all of a, Sudden
if all of a, sudden we all woke up and we,
decided you know, What i'm gonna participate in this local.
Election i'm not gonna sit it. Out i'm gonna go down.
There i'm gonna cast my. Votes i'm gonna rock the.
(01:51:44):
Vote because politics are. Local all of a, sudden you
see a massive change at City hall from The mayor's
office to City, hall and all of a, sudden On
november the, fifth you wake up with different.
Speaker 6 (01:51:55):
Results because elections have.
Speaker 12 (01:51:57):
Consequences that's what we got to.
Speaker 2 (01:51:59):

feels about that well known she is by her first name.
(01:53:47):
Only she was as we all watched in horror at
the videotape of The july twenty six beat down the
curtain Downtown cincinnati made nationwide headlines punched in the, face
seemingly undeserving of any type of, violence and who could
justify violence on that? Level welcome to the fifty FIVE
Kc Morning, Show. Holly thank you for deciding to join
(01:54:07):
the program this. MORNING i my listeners truly.
Speaker 14 (01:54:09):
Appreciated oh, yeah, Absolutely, now thank you for inviting. Me
i'm finally starting to heal and feel, Better so you,
Know i'm glad to finally be able to come on
and talk about.
Speaker 2 (01:54:24):
Everything, well And i'm glad you're willing to do. THAT
i have to ask, out just what is it like
being you and thrust into the national. Spotlight certainly this
is not something you were clamoring for by way of, Attention.
Speaker 14 (01:54:36):
Holly it's definitely, terrifying to say the, least especially the
way that everything happened and went. DOWN i, know you,
Know i've had so much love from so many, people
but there are also some there was a lot of
(01:54:58):
hate on the other side as, well or people who
didn't know the full story who wanted to make their own,
Opinion and, unfortunately there were some leaders In cincinnati who
were also trying to change the narrative and smear my
name as. Well WHEN i just kept, asking you, know
(01:55:20):
where were the where was the police presence during all of?
This because everything that happened truly was. Preventable so the
more THAT i just kept asking that, question, uh the
more my name became smeared and so in the national.
HEADLINE i think a lot of people have a misconception of.
Speaker 2 (01:55:43):
Everything, well what exactly did Have we all know how it, Ended.
Holly you were taken to the, hospital you almost, died
and you can correct the record if that is not.
Correct but we've all seen the post beating photographs of
you obviously suffered a, horrific horrific, damages And i'm glad
to hear that you're doing, Better but up to the
point in time where you got punched in the face
(01:56:04):
seemingly without any, justification what led up to that moment in?
Speaker 14 (01:56:08):
Time so that, NIGHT i went out to a friend's birthday.
PARTY i don't really get out. Much i'm a single,
mom and SO i didn't have my daughter that, night
and there was a friend's birthday party at a place
That i'd never been to. Before so AND i had
(01:56:28):
never heard of The Jazz festival as, well BECAUSE i
don't live In. CINCINNATI i live In, dayton SO i
drove up. There But i've always Loved, cincinnati and apparently
that's one of the biggest crime weekends out of the whole,
year which we'll get to that of why like the
(01:56:50):
police presence was such a big deal of like them
not being. There but, yeah we had went to a
dance club for the birthday, party had a great, time
came out to wait For uber and there was just
a huge mob of people that were out there and
(01:57:11):
they were making some comments towards.
Speaker 5 (01:57:14):
The group.
Speaker 14 (01:57:16):
That we were, with WHICH i won't give too many,
details there's still investigation going, on but you, know to,
say the least five, people uh in the group THAT
i was with was attacked by about thirty. People they
were around one hundred people on the street that you,
(01:57:38):
know everyone was. Watching and then they each each of
the five people had at least five or six men on,
them attacking, them kicking, them punching, them AND i mean
it got to the point where everyone at one point
had got knocked, out kicked on the, ground kicked in their,
(01:57:59):
head kicked on the. Bodies and then when they stood,
up a new group just jumped in and it was
like the mob was just riling each other up and
they were, like, YEAH i get. Them so then a new.
Group you, know it wasn't just one person one on one.
FIGHTING i, mean it was it was an. Attack and
(01:58:23):
there was one in. Particular he had he had been
knocked to the ground at least two or three times
in my, memory AND i mean he was just he
was literally getting curbs. Dump he had blood all over, him.
Speaker 2 (01:58:39):
Getting kicked and.
Speaker 14 (01:58:39):
PUNCHED i found out recently that it was specifically twenty
eight times that he was kicked in the. Head if
that tells you how bad it was. Getting and everybody
just had their video cameras out there, laughing they're high.
(01:59:01):
Fiving it was absolutely grotesque to see how just the
group of people were enjoying watching these people get beat
to it into their.
Speaker 6 (01:59:11):
Life and.
Speaker 14 (01:59:14):
The man started crying out To god and was he
was just, like Please, god someone saved.
Speaker 5 (01:59:21):
Me.
Speaker 14 (01:59:22):
Please AND, i you, KNOW i instinctively just jumped. In
i'm you, Know i'm A, Christian i'm a. Mom like my,
INSTINCTS i was, LIKE i. CAN'T i can't just sit
here and do. Nothing, UNACCEPTABLE.
Speaker 2 (01:59:37):
Pauli and that was the gentleman you were attending to
when you got punched in the. Face is that the
man you're referring?
Speaker 11 (01:59:42):
To?
Speaker 14 (01:59:43):
Yes, Yeah and you, know for the, RECORD i had
just met him that night at the birthday party a
few hours. BEFORE i, know the media kept, saying you,
know the guy's wife or the guy's girlfriend or, whatever
LIKE i had just met, him and SO i, just you,
(02:00:03):
know just felt the need. TOO i thought that IF
i BECAUSE i knew if he continued to stay, down
he was going to, die no question about. It it.
Was it was just that bad that people were not,
stopping and more people were continuing to jump in every
time he fell.
Speaker 15 (02:00:22):
Down did you say anything before you were punched in the,
face with any exchanges between you and the man who's
been identified as responsible for your, Beating Patrick, rosemann WHO'S
i guess still currently in jail because of the bond,
Issue but any words exchanged between YouTube before you got.
Speaker 14 (02:00:40):
Punched SO i helped the gentleman up who was on the,
ground and THEN i stood in between him and the
main person who was beating, him AND i just kept,
saying please, stop, stop, please you, know waving my hands.
Around and you, know there's there's video of it online
(02:01:02):
which there's different. Angles some of the angles that looks
it doesn't look the, best but if you see it
straight on, angles you can literally see me saying please, stop, stop.
Speaker 11 (02:01:12):
Please you.
Speaker 16 (02:01:13):
Know and.
Speaker 14 (02:01:16):
The guy that punched me, actually just from What i'm,
told he wasn't even really he wasn't part of the.
Fight he was one of the, watchers if you, Will
and he came from the, side he came out of
nowhere and just cold cocked me in the. Face AND
(02:01:38):
i was out BEFORE i even hit the. Ground so
my whole body weight was on my. Head my head
hit the concrete really, hard and due to, THAT i
am still suffering some you, know major neurological. Issues so
WHEN i Say i'm, healing like my face is, healed
(02:01:59):
which is, great but there's definitely some after mass that's going.
On i'm still seeing a lot of different specialists and.
Stuff i'm suffering from short term. Memory so it's like
anything that has happened after that, event you, know sometimes you,
KNOW i just DON'T i have three to five minutes
(02:02:21):
basically of after a conversation to write something down to
help me to, remember.
Speaker 5 (02:02:27):
OR i just.
Speaker 2 (02:02:27):
Forget, WELL i imagine it's it has to it had to.
Have i'm guessing it had to have dramatically change your
perception of life. Generally are you struggling with IF i
can use this term post traumatic? STRESS i MEAN i
would be very concerned about being in public and any
downtown environments after something horrific like that happened literally out of.
Speaker 14 (02:02:46):
Nowhere it Seems, oh absolutely. YEAH i it has literally
changed my. Life it's changed my whole perspective on. Everything you,
Know I'M i definitely have a lot of ANXIETY i
didn't have, before AND i really don't leave the house
unless it's for doctors' visits or, something you, know with
(02:03:08):
my child or WHEN i. Advocate i've been helping to
really be like a victim's advocate for a lot of
this and speaking publicly BECAUSE i think that what happened
to me was very, preventable AND i think that we
(02:03:30):
have a lack of, leadership and not Just cincinnati but
a lot of. Cities but where this happened to me In, cincinnati.
Speaker 2 (02:03:39):
Well you have a prominent elected official and council that
said you deserved.
Speaker 14 (02:03:45):
It, yeah that's so that's what really has fueled me
to speak out and be, like this is not. Okay
SO i have the police chief who afterwards publicly had
said THAT i was A russian, spy A russian, asset
(02:04:06):
something like. That AND i fled the, country which had
a lot of people in, uproar AND i was, Like
I'm i'm An, American i'm a Proud ohio and what is?
Speaker 2 (02:04:16):
Happening you?
Speaker 14 (02:04:17):
Know AND i had to go into.
Speaker 12 (02:04:19):
Hiding even if you.
Speaker 2 (02:04:21):
Were From russia or had some contact, whatever does Some
russian national deserve less protection and does does that person
deserve a beating from someone randomly just walking up and
cole cocking to the point we almost. DIED i, mean
it's a preposterous. Suggestion, horrible.
Speaker 14 (02:04:38):
Horrible and then after that is when, yeah the president
of the city, COUNCIL i forget her, name but, yeah
she publicly said that got the beat down THAT i.
Deserved and then well she said we, all the five of,
us got the beat down we. Deserve and then next
(02:04:58):
day publicly back that up and went on an interview and,
SAID i stand by my, statement AND i JUST i
just don't understand how somebody like that, is even in
a leadership, position encouraging these felons and. Thugs most of
the people that were in this fight were repeat offenders
(02:05:23):
who should have still been in jail for their previous,
one and there were a few of them who were
out on bail from reason, activity and they they're just
let out on the streets to continue to attack innocent.
Victims and then you have the counsel woman who is
backing it, up, saying you, know at a boy basically to,
(02:05:44):
them it's just wild to.
Speaker 2 (02:05:48):
Me, well fortunately she's not running for, reelection but sadly
she didn't choose to step down to the honorable right
thing for those offensive. Words to this, DAY i still
CAN'T i still can't comprehend that the elect official would
say something like, that especially without all the information in
AND i know the defense attorney keeps saying there's more to.
It we haven't seen all the, video And, HOLLY i
(02:06:08):
don't know if you, have but you, know all the
information isn't yet out of. There have you have you
seen a linear progression of this with all the video
evidence of the prosecutor's office has. ACCUMULATED i.
Speaker 14 (02:06:21):
Have i've only seen what is. Online, yes BUT i you,
KNOW i know that you know we were innocent, victims
sitting there just waiting for our. Uber it wasn't you
know so many people have made up so many stories
that are going, around and you know we started it
(02:06:42):
and this and. That we're like we were waiting for our,
uber like we were attacked by a. Mob is it
so hard to believe that you know that could happen to?
Speaker 2 (02:06:51):
Someone, Well, holly back to the time when the physical
part of it began, Again you're standing there waiting for your.
Uber this crowd of people it starts taunting or. Whatever
do you remember anything that triggered the? Violence was there
something that happened was a racial slurred. Used not that
it would justify, it but anything you recall is the
moment in time when the beatings.
Speaker 14 (02:07:11):
Began, no so to my, KNOWLEDGE i do NOT i
did not hear the whole night we were. There you,
know we, were we. Were there was a mixed, crowd you,
know white and black, people so you know there was
the inward was never thrown out the whole time we
(02:07:32):
were there for hours at the dance, club coming, outside
the inward was never. Used and you, know there was
a lot of slander towards, us being pretty much we
were the only white people that were out on the.
Street there were slanderer's, words and there were Some russians
(02:07:53):
that were with. Us but you, know AND i don't
really know why that trigger them so. Much they kept,
saying you, know get The russians or. Whatever but, yeah
nothing to justify.
Speaker 16 (02:08:08):
It.
Speaker 14 (02:08:08):
NOW i know there during the, fight one of the white,
guys the, victims while he was knocked out and, robbed
his wallet also was, stolen and so when he jumped,
up he did say the in, word WHICH i do
not approve, of but he, said somebody gets that. inWORD
but that Was the only TIME i remember hearing the
(02:08:31):
word even being said was way after anything had. Happened so,
NO i, mean that's what's still so shocking is, that,
no we weren't doing anything to aggravate it or start
it or any of.
Speaker 2 (02:08:52):
That it's just so hard to process that this happened
in the City, Cincinnati. HOLLY i really obviously wish and
pray that it never had happened to, You And i'm
glad to hear that you're doing, better And i'm going
to ask my listeners to keep keep you in their
prayers and wish for your, speedy long term, Recovery. Holly
and if you had to ask something of our elected
officials beyond maintaining a sense of proper decorum and not
(02:09:13):
making ridiculous comments like we talked, about what are you
hoping for is going to come out of? This what
are we going to learn for? It is it simply
a question of proper allocation of law enforcement? Resources, YEAH i.
Speaker 14 (02:09:25):
ABSOLUTELY i just want to know why they keep turning
down any and all help that's thrown at, them you,
Know AND i know for a fact that for years
now they've had help that's been offered to them by
the state by the higher up sheriff's, office because they're
(02:09:47):
low on police. Officers AND i just want to, know
why do you keep turning it? Down because we are.
SUFFERING i might have permanent damage for the rest of my.
Life and there are people literally getting killed out there,
weekly you, know and there are people, innocent people who
(02:10:09):
should never have to deal with, this and AND i just
want to. Know, ever you, Know AND i know there's
more police presence now because this was such a national,
thing and you, know thank, god we have amazing people
who have been really backing us, up like you, Know
Bernie marino And Cory, Bowman Christopher, smitherman you, Know Dave
(02:10:34):
yos like just so many people who have come. Together
enough is enough and now there is. More but it
really had to come with them heavily breathing down them
and making it a national news and for them to
finally give in and, say, okay we'll start stepping it
(02:10:58):
up two days two days of mon.
Speaker 2 (02:11:00):
Month i'm sure that you find that time come unacceptable
when the when the offer was for a full month
regularly real quick Here Holly forth with our. COMPANY i
can't thank you enough for spending time with my listeners
and me this. Morning has the mayor ever reached out
to you? Directly?
Speaker 14 (02:11:14):
No, No so the mayor has not reached, out and
he has said that it's not his job to reach
out to the, victims WHICH i find that very. UPSETTING
i think that at a bare minimal he should and
not only has he not reached, out but he has
gone on different news outlets to take strolls Down cincinnati
(02:11:38):
where murders are being hap that you, know murders and,
attacks saying it's, safe look at the, streets you, know
come on, down instead of apologizing and saying.
Speaker 2 (02:11:47):
We'll do, BETTER i guess it's safe if you're the
mayor of the city Of. Cincinnati, holly thank you so.
MUCH i appreciate your willingness to come on the, program
AND i hope they will listen to your concerns and
come up with a better way to police in Downtown
cincinnati so this never happens. Again god bless, You. Holly
prayers for your health and you KNOW i will no.

You, hey you KNOW i. LISTENED i had the pleasure
of Meeting holly at one of the, events and she
is a very sweet lady AND i have absolutely no
question whether she tells the. Truth and the one thing
that disturbed me in your interview the most was the
fact that the police chief is the one who started
(02:14:42):
the rumor about her being A russian spy or a
person From russia to begin, with is what she, said
and that just kind of shows the regime all the
way through the city on the fact that they don't
get their facts straight before they open their.
Speaker 2 (02:15:02):
Mouth what kind of point is, That AS i pointed
out The, holly who the hell cares if it was
somebody From, russia Who's bekistan Or? Cleveland the person got
beaten without any any possible, JUSTIFICATION.
Speaker 6 (02:15:18):
I, Agree but to bring out information.
Speaker 8 (02:15:21):
That is, false, yeah on top of, it for whatever.
Speaker 2 (02:15:24):
Reason pointless and false exactly makes it.
Speaker 17 (02:15:27):
Worse and this is the police, chief For god's, SAKES
i don't know if she was trying to cover the
fact that they didn't.
Speaker 10 (02:15:34):
Have enough police presence down.
Speaker 2 (02:15:36):
There can't cover that, up.
Speaker 5 (02:15:40):
You, know they're trying.
Speaker 6 (02:15:41):
To cover that up since it.
Speaker 17 (02:15:42):
Happened SO i don't, know but IT'S i hope she
shows Up wednesday because everybody she's, very very nice.
Speaker 2 (02:15:49):
Too, yeah that's All i've heard about, her and to
hear her account of, it you, know she's rendering aid
to someone who she watched get the crap beat out of.
THEM i mean her values as A christian, Woman it
doesn't matter what religion she springs. From clearly she has
values that involved tending to someone who is in, need
and for that she gets punched in the face and almost.
Speaker 17 (02:16:10):
Dies it was almost like that they were just trying
to spurite her to make her look like somebody that
it was at, fault or that she shouldn't have been
there at two two thirty in the.
Speaker 2 (02:16:21):
Morning you mean you, mean like Like Victoria parks who
said that she deserved the. BEATDOWN A Victoria parks is in.
Speaker 12 (02:16:28):
Kofball she should.
Speaker 1 (02:16:30):
BE i, DON'T i don't.
Speaker 17 (02:16:31):
Know it has to be, recalled and that's a shame
because it takes so much to recall a candidate like.
Speaker 2 (02:16:37):
That, well we're only a month away and she's not
on the, ballot so she'll be gone.
Speaker 6 (02:16:41):
Here but that's just.
Speaker 17 (02:16:43):
Terrible and she still has a job collected money as
much As irish rely. Son that kind of a ridiculous,
Somehow SO i don't, know respect she's a very respectful,
woman AND i THINK i would trust her over everybody
else's could talking about it thus.
Speaker 2 (02:17:04):

Have but the.
Speaker 16 (02:20:32):
Definition of success is a very fleeting. One so it's
true That Operation Rising LION i had been in.
Speaker 6 (02:20:41):
The works for.
Speaker 16 (02:20:41):
Years in, fact my book had been into works for.
Years i'd actually almost finished writing it two years. Ago
waiting for the, attack and then when the attack, occurred
we pulled together all the final research and published its.
Worldwide within two, weeks, yes two weeks of the completion
(02:21:07):
of the so called Twelve Day War, iran Is iran's
nuclear program was. Obliterated but there are hundreds of highly
enriched sixty PERCENT hu that's highly enriched uranium that they
(02:21:34):
have in storage which has not been.
Speaker 2 (02:21:37):
Destroyed, well sixty percent. Enrichment that's only for on the
way to progressing toward nuclear weapons. Capabilities there's no need
for sixty percent of rich uranium for domestic energy. Production,
correct no domestic energy.
Speaker 16 (02:21:52):
Production if you want to enrich a rod to boil
water for a nuclear reactor takes about three point nine,
Percent so there is actually no justification except for, weaponization
and that's been that's been agreed. Upon so, yes they
(02:22:14):
destroyed the, facilities but The iranians are not willing to.
Stop so the question is when does war start? Again
and the answer is any, moment, Really, yes any Moment
israel will again Strike, iran and any moment The United
(02:22:36):
states may assist in that in that. Endeavor now now
sixty percent, uranium the typical expert will, say, well you
need ninety percent.
Speaker 6 (02:22:48):
For a nuclear.
Speaker 16 (02:22:50):
Weapon ninety percent, Enrichment but that's. False you actually can
make a nuclear weapon with with sixty percent, enrichment which
is ninety. Percent these numbers are could be, Confusing so, listen,
folks sixty percent is ninety almost ninety to ninety five
(02:23:13):
percent on the way to ninety.
Speaker 6 (02:23:14):
Percent just think of boiling. Water you just let the
water boil a little.
Speaker 16 (02:23:19):
More you need ninety percent to miniatureize a nuclear, weapon
that is to stick it into the nose cone of
A shahab three missile and detonated five.
Speaker 6 (02:23:34):
Hundred and fifty feet over the sea over the land
land to create the mushroom.
Speaker 16 (02:23:41):
Cloud but if you want to make one about the
size of A volkswagen, bus and if you want to
make one that is closer to what we used Its
hiroshima And, nagasaki which was in the, eighties then you
can use sixty. Percent and how much do they? Need
(02:24:04):
they have exactly the quantity that they need for one nuclear. Bomb,
now YESTERDAY Bbt yahoo And i'm just now coming from
an event WITH Bbnt yahoo that was held last. NIGHT
Bbnt yahoo announced that they now.
Speaker 6 (02:24:23):
Know this sixty Is but sixty.
Speaker 16 (02:24:30):
Percent is not just something that you can press a
button with and all of a sudden it turns into a.
Bomb it's got to be reprocessed through.
Speaker 6 (02:24:43):
Through many other.
Speaker 16 (02:24:45):
Procedures they have to turn it into. Metal they have
to take the metal and they have to smelt it
down into a ligage into a.
Speaker 6 (02:24:57):
Liquid they then have to shape.
Speaker 16 (02:24:59):
It that takes a lot of, work and they'll have
to reconstitute and that will take. Time now they're trying
to reestablish their nuclear actions at a secret. SITE i
guess it's secret for another twenty seconds At Pickax. Mountain
(02:25:23):
Pick X, mountain Pick Ax Pickax. Mountain and so right
now there is the. Question now they're not just Threatening.
Israel they've openly threatened verbally and openly threatened The east
coast of The United states with two thousands mild missiles
(02:25:47):
that they can launch from these large militarized oil, tankers
that's oil tankers that have been converted to have missile
launchers and all sorts of other military means can put
them into the middle of the ocean and they can.
Launch they've also threatened all the major capitals Of, europe.
Speaker 6 (02:26:11):
And the thing that they.
Speaker 16 (02:26:13):
Threatened most about was the reimposition of what they call snapback,
sanctions that is sanctions that since they're no longer complying
with the protocols of the of THE Jcpo, way which
is the disengagement in the nuclearization treaty that was signed
(02:26:37):
more than ten years ago Under. Obama in those these
extraordinary sanctions where they can't use, thinks they can't, trade et,
cetera et. Cetera and they said if those go back,
in they will they will threaten these, cities THAT us
(02:27:00):
cities and Your european. Capitals those snapback, sanctions despite the
efforts Of china And, russia went back in.
Speaker 6 (02:27:10):
Yesterday so, yeah we're heading to.
Speaker 2 (02:27:14):
Trouble sounds like it based on your, comments it sounds
to me like they have or can access the sixty
percent of enriched. Uranium so it's not beneath billions of
tons of rubble that we bomb that they can dig it.
Out and that suggests also that they still have enrichment.
Capabilities is that the, case, Sir.
Speaker 16 (02:27:34):
No they have THE atu and they have some enrichment,
capabilities but it's beyond.
Speaker 6 (02:27:41):
That now they need the.
Speaker 16 (02:27:43):
Metallurgy they need to just turn they need to turn
this stuff. In it's all in a, single single highly
reinforced steel blue, canister especially devised and us it was
under some. Rubble it's been retrieved from that, rubble and
(02:28:10):
you can discover a single molecule with A geiger, counter
as we all know some. Television so the point is
that there are, satellites and there are your radiation sniffing,
airplanes and The israeli massade which is everywhere.
Speaker 6 (02:28:32):
Except this hotel room in Which i'm, In and they are.
Right they are still very active.
Speaker 16 (02:28:43):
In, iran and there have, many, many many more.
Speaker 6 (02:28:48):
Tricks up their. Sleeves and what are they trying to.
Speaker 16 (02:28:51):
Do they're simply trying to stop a nuclear, war and so.
Speaker 6 (02:28:58):
Any minutes the next phase of the war is going to.
Speaker 16 (02:29:03):
Stop AND i can tell you with a certainty that
the lion does not sleep.
Speaker 2 (02:29:08):
TONIGHT i have to agree with, you not being an
expert On iran Or, israel but that certainly has been
Demonstrated israel's willingness to go after, them and not the
first strike On israel or On iran By. Israel there's
been other efforts in the past to go after the
nuclear program SIR i can only kind of question mark
as we part company today in preparation tomorrow, night seven
(02:29:28):
Pm empoweroamerica dot. Org log in from home that WITH
nato being threatened as, WELL i suppose you could have
a joint operation with The United states And. Israel you
THINK nato will be involved in all in any military
operation Against.
Speaker 16 (02:29:40):
Iran i'm afraid to inform you and your audience THAT
nato is.
Speaker 2 (02:29:46):
Worthless, no we all knew.
Speaker 6 (02:29:49):
THE nato has not really.
Speaker 16 (02:29:54):
Cooperated and right now the nations OF nato are financing
The Russian ukrainian war that they claimed that they once
stopped because they're the one buying the.
Speaker 6 (02:30:06):
Oil and.
Speaker 16 (02:30:09):
One of the major problems WITH nato is the largest
Military european member OF nato is a country Called. Turkey
turkey is aligned With russia And iran and Hates, israel
and So turkey is really a. PROBLEM i know that
(02:30:30):
The president Of turkey was in The White house And
trump was making nice to, him but the fact Is
turkey cannot be. Trusted turkey wants to reestablish The Ottoman, empire.
Speaker 6 (02:30:47):
Which fell after four hundred and seventy. Years it fell
After World War.
Speaker 16 (02:30:53):
One and SO i THINK nato is all talk and
it won't really do.
Speaker 6 (02:31:00):
Anything the real muscle IN.
Speaker 16 (02:31:02):
Nato is just one of its, members and that members
of The United states Of.
Speaker 2 (02:31:07):
