Democrats before you vote out there. For me, it's good to know the
issues. I just want much formy kids. Fifty five R five O
five A fifty five k r Cthe talk station Serious Friday, Some sense

(00:31):
you will I had no ideas well, stated Tally Friday. Even a happy
one to you this initial thanks toeverybody made it a listener lunch yesterday,

(00:53):
Little Miami Brewer. It was afantastic day. Saw some wonderful folks,
met some new people hadn't been alistener lunch yet, and lot of just
you know, dear friends made itto listener lunch yesterday, most notably Hello
to Tommy and Nancy, my neighborswho showed up. Was like, what
are you doing here? Good people, they are living. They were in
our neighborhood before we moved into ourneighborhood. And they said that was a

(01:15):
listener lunches on the bucket list. They got some time since other sort of
like moving toward retirement, made itover to lunch and it's just wonderful seeing
them. But doctor Fred Peck madeit. Saw Dan reaganold former owner fram
USA before you sold it. Doctorj was there, Mississippi James made it
got to meet him finally, didn'tget a chance to talk with him much.
But just on and on the list. I don't want to exclude anybody,

(01:38):
but just a wonderful day, upliftingit was, and God bless the
people. Give me that shot ofa motivation to move on and conquer yet
another day dealing with this just outrageousnews that we have to deal with in
the seemingly deteriorating state of the entireplanet. Summing up my feelings about the
news globally, anyway, you feelfree to call this morning, love to

(02:00):
hear from me five one, three, seven, four nine fifty eight hundred
and eight two to three talk rememberingD Day, the sixth of June.
Yes, it's the what eightieth anniversary? Wow? And you know, as
I stare at the news and Ilook at the sorry state of affairs,
the division in our country, theimpact that apparently social media has had not
a good impact on our nation's youngpeople, psychological impact, and otherwise the

(02:23):
obesity crisis we face the well.I mean again, you could probably formulate
your own list. We could talkabout, you know, the priorities and
the problems. Could we handle aD Day invasion? Do we have the
intestinal fortitude to deal with something likethat these days. You know, as

(02:45):
I stare Vladimir Putin, and hemade a good point. You know,
we're talking about we gave Ukraine theselonger range weapons and also gave him the
authority to launch him into Russia.I talked about this with Judgement Paul Tana
the other day. Listen to thepodcast. If you about Karsey dot com,
you can get to listen to it. Initially, he's just Putin's mulling

(03:07):
over whether he wants to provide ouradversaries with Russians Russia's long range missiles.
You just had a meeting with seniorinternational news agencies yesterday Saint Petersburg Annual Economic
Forum. Quote that would mark theirdirect involvement in the war against Russia,

(03:29):
the Russian Federation and we that wouldmean they as us the United States,
and we reserve the right to actthe same way if they That would be
us in I expose NATO countries considerit possible to deliver such weapons to the
combat zone, to launch strikes inour territory and create problems for US.
Why don't we have the right tosupply weapons of the same type to some

(03:51):
regions in the world where they canbe used to launch strikes on sensitive facilities
of the countries that do it toRussia, and he said, we will
think about it, and who couldfault him for taking that position? France
getting foots on the ground. Aswe learn from Judge Napolatony yesterday, we

(04:14):
have advisors there in Ukraine explaining theand training of course Ukrainians here in America
how to use these sophisticated weapons. Some of them require the top level security
clearance, which prevents you know, our friends, I suppose in Ukraine from
actually operating these weapons systems, whichmeans, as Napoletano explain, that you

(04:36):
have a US non uniformed advisor walkingthrough all the steps to you know,
do the codes and communicate with thesatellites and these highly sophisticated and highly confidential
weapon systems and effectively then just sayinghere, push the button. Everything has
been done for you. Is therereally a distinction there? Got Joe Biden
giving instructions on how and when thoseweapons can be used, basically green lighting

(05:00):
their use on Russian soil. Sohe's directing military operations. So you know,
as we stare with great concern thepotential for World War three breaking out.
Think about the considerations on World WarTwo as we reflect back on the

(05:23):
invasion of Normandy and the horror thatwas there, with one hundred and fifty
thousand men from multiple countries running headlonginto just a barrage of everything the Germans
had there to throw at him.And there was an article. Wallston Journal
had the article, but the otherplaces of The Guardian also published his letter

(05:45):
from Captain George Montgomery of the UnitedStates Army's eighty second Airword Division to his
wife. And it reminded me ona lot of levels because I've made this
comment before. My person in theworld changed dramatically at nine to eleven,
and I always, always, alwayswhen people are just bickering and fighting and

(06:09):
just making a mountain out of aminuscule mole hill over every little problem that
they confront in life, and whiningand complaining about everything, telling you how
to live your life and condemning youfor listen, lighting up, Francis,
you know, deal with your ownlife. My point being, if you're
standing there in a massive broken windowthat maybe you you know, threw a

(06:33):
chair through so you could actually, you know, breathe because the fire is
raging behind you, and your optionsare to get burned up because if you
stay in the room, you aregoing to die from fire, or you
jump from ninety seven floors up becausethat represents a better option for you.

(06:56):
You have a greater chance of jumpingfrom a ninety seven floor wind, though
then you do staying there because thereis a massive fire raging behind you and
it's approaching you. So you know, you think, well, maybe God's
hand will come down and magically rescueme when I plunge headlong toward concrete.

(07:20):
What's going through your mind at thatmoment in time other than fear for your
death? Are you thinking about thetrivialities of day to day life. Are
you thinking about, oh my God, what my neighbor's doing, or you
know what you know religion somebody elseis No, You're probably praying to your
own God and wishing you're with yourwife or your husband or your partner.

(07:42):
Is the case, maybe maybe thinkingabout I wish I spent more time with
family. This is it. Iwish I had time to reach out to
those I love and communicate with themand say goodbye to them, because you
know it looks like one hundred percentchance of death staring me right now,
right here, because if I waitone more minute, I am going to
burn alive. What's going through yourmind at that moment? And as Captain

(08:11):
George Montgomery wrote, Arlene, mydearest, today is our twentieth day in
action, Yet it seems like years. What has happened to me and my
battalion would be scoffed at even ina ten C novel as being impossible.
Why the few of us, whythe few of us left alive are alive?

(08:35):
Is something to figure out in church. I've seen as many of my
very best friends killed beside me.I just can't believe it is all really
happening. I never, in mywildest dreams, knew such terror could grip
your very soul. The business oflanding deep in enemy territory and trying to
hold a position assaulted and shelled fromfour sides until friendly troops break through is

(08:56):
something I hope they never asked meto do again. The night we jumped
d Day six hours was the payoffnight that Jerry's knew our plans down to
the last details we were and werewaiting for us with everything they had My
shoot was on fire from tracer bulletswhen I landed right in front of a
machine gun emplacement. I cut outof my harness and crawled for a couple

(09:20):
of hours, with bullets whistling pastmy ears coming from seemingly every direction.
I can't tell you what else wenton, but the story gets good from
here. I hope it won't betoo long before I can tell you personally
all the things that have happened.Anyway, God alone brought me safely through
this far of that, I'm sure, my darling, I love you more

(09:43):
than life itself. I've realized thatmany times these last three weeks, when
I thought I was going to bekilled, and always the regret of missing
seeing and marrying you was the topmost in my mind at the time.
I think I can say my lovefor you has been pretty well tested.

(10:03):
Goodbye for a while, George.I think that sums up what it's like
quite nicely. When you think you'regonna die, that's what you think about,
and maybe a good thing to learnthe lessons from the past and try

(10:24):
to focus on something positive, likewell, the good things that you have
in your life, and how trivial, how it's utterly trivial. This division

two three thought to a town fivefifty on eighteen ten pounds. Interesting sort
of campaigns. Well recommendations from thefrom Carl Rove. I'm not going to
go through the whole lot at pieceor discuss it, but I think he
made some good points. Given theaftermath of this Trump conviction and you know
the the you knew it was coming, you could see it from ten miles

(13:24):
away. One of the reasons forthe prosecution, Alvin Bragg's prosecution was so
that the Democrats get this, youknow, guaranteed guilty verdict. Mak a
walk around from now until the electionday talking about convicted, fellon Donald Trump,
convicted fellon Trump, and that's it'sit's just everywhere. I think I
predicted that if we all got adollar for every time that the words convicted

(13:45):
fellon Donald Trump were in one sentencetogether next to each other. We could
all comfortably retire on our own privateislands. And with that, you know,
we hear about Trump talking about retribution, and you know he'd I have
every right to go after him.He toned it down yesterday. He was
talking with Sean Annity. He said, you know I could, I could
do what they're doing. Wouldn't begood for the country, but look look

(14:09):
what they have done to me.And the problem's going to be. And
this is where the advice from Roadpops in, and he points out it
doesn't help Trump's campaign to make therace all about his rage rather than voters
and their concerns. He should realizeDemocrats want to sucker him into obsessing over
his conviction, and the more hetalks about the trial, the more swing
voters might see his fury as resentmentand weakness. Less he talks about being

(14:31):
a victim, and more confidently hedismisses the verdict as likely to be overturned
on appeal, the stronger he'll appear. I think that is a wonderful observation.
Trump campaign can keep raising money andmotivating the faithful with emails and texts
railing against the prosecutor and judge. But his public appearances should be devoted to
converting undecided voters, which requires focusingon issues that we voters care about.

(14:56):
Costs of the living's going up illegalimmigration number two on everybody's list, energy
prices, and crime. And noteillegal immigration. So many people have elevated
that to one of the most significantproblems going on in the country right now
that Joe Biden got out his executivepen and sign an executive order on some
level dealing with the crisis on theborder. Although we know that's pretty much

(15:16):
been destroyed given the vast numbers itstill allows in all the loopholes that are
in it. We could go downthat road again. But you understand he
wouldn't have ever signed that were itnot for this legitimate problem the Democrats have
that was a problem of their ownmaking, the border crisis. So it
does work. Our complaining has elevatedthe Democrats to the point where they're like,

(15:39):
oh my god, holy crap,we better do something about this.
And Rowe points out the conviction ofthe art of Donald Trump perhaps more of
a problem for Biden in terms ofdistraction, the more he harps on the
conviction, the less time he hasfor topics that undecided voters and un enthusiastic
democrat d's care about. But Ido have to observe and reading that and

(16:03):
understanding what his point is, whichalso he says, Team Biden needs to
realize that Bragg's prosecutorial shenanigans have causedsome GOP Trump skeptics to flip. More
Bidenhart's on the conviction, the morecould cause voters to focus on his son's
hunters trials and gun charges and taxevasion, the point being he's not talking
about policies. He can't. Thisis and you know, fine, if

(16:26):
Biden were to take Roe's advice hereand just you know, pivot away,
what can he say? What canBiden run on? What has he done
that has benefited you or me throughouthis presidency? I can't come up with
a single thing. I mean,obviously I'm politically biased because I'm a little

(16:47):
a libertarian. I think the governmentis way too big, spends too much.
Government programs, you know, pushedby either side, tend to be
epic failures, and consumers of ourtax dollars. We go on and on
and on and on. You know, I'm gonna stay the hell out of
our lives, guy, But inthis administration is particularly poor. Inflation's outrageous.
Now, can you can you absolutelyblame it on Biden. Well,

(17:08):
you know, some economists would say, pumping trillions and trillions and trillions of
dollars into an already hot economy isyes, inflationary. That's the reality of
overprinting, running the printing press.Mm hm. Some will observe it.
Jacking up the national debt as bigas it is, as the debt service
is consuming more and more of themoney that otherwise could go out and solve

(17:30):
all the problems in the world withdifferent programs. Yeah, mark that off
your list, because we got we'recoming up on a trillion dollars a year
in debt service. Look your creditcard bill. You know you think the
interest rate's bad on that one?Uh huh. Trump jacked it up five
trillion under his watch. I madethat point to some listener yesterday. It's

(17:51):
an interesting thing, isn't it.No one seems to be, you know,
ever raising that as a problem, and it is a problem. I
brought it up multiple times. Thatwas one of the failures of the Trump
administration to continue on this reckless spendingpath. We did. No brakes were
put on. But Trump can runon issues. He is on the right

(18:14):
side. Look across this great landof ours and the epic failures that all
these left wing policies have brought about, defunding the police all well, and
behold, it led to more crime. Ah, weak prosecutors, speaking of
which, Hamulon County Prosecutor Melissa Powersjoining the program today eight oh five.
Weak prosecutors, woke prosecutors, notputting people in jail, not prosecutor.
Guess what, Hey, there's gonnabe no consequence. Let's run amock and

(18:36):
go around and beat the crap outof people just mining their own business walking
down the street. There are gonnabe no consequences, say these gangs of
roving teenagers. That's a failure. The open borders policy coupled with sanctuary cities,
that's become a failure for all thesewoke sanctuary states and cities legalizing all

(18:57):
drugs out and what was it orand they had to turn around and revoke
that why because it was an epicfailure everywhere you turn These left wing policies
are epic failures. This green Newdeal craft, the so called Inflation Reduction
Act we're supposed to be building. You know, five hundred thousand EV charges
so far you got seven fail.Massive infusion incentives for electric vehicles. No

(19:23):
one's buying them, even after billionsof dollars and in setives have been rolled
out for the automobile industry. Andfor you to acquire one fail not working.
You're trying to force feed to somethingwe don't want to eat. Trump
cas all this and so much moreto run on. He should just do
it, focus on issues and win. Five twenty seven fifty five KCD talk

bones. MIC's on the phone. Thanks for holding over the break there,
Mike, Jim hang on to getyou next. Welcome to the program,
Mike, Yeah, thank you Brianfor taking my call. Oh boy,

(22:22):
you hit the nail right on thehead. The seventeenth of March, my
beautiful wife of forty eight years comparativelyyoung by the way, sixty six,
was diagnosed with als and well theroughest point that, so far as wants

(22:45):
to deteriorate, you hit the nailright on the head. Brother. You
sure look at things a lot differentlythe least we do, Like you said,
Brian thinks, not such a bigdeal of the things. I made
a big deal out of the sweep. I've lost worrying about trivial stuff.

(23:07):
That's exactly what it was, wastrivial. It's just one person, one
person. You're listening, audience, good to hear this life short, enjoy
every second. Thank you, myfriend, Amen, and prayers to you
and your wife. How can youargue with that important things? There are

(23:30):
important things and there are trivial things, and somehow, whatever stupid reason,
we elevate the minutia to such aprominent place in our brains and our lives
that it literally ruins our enjoyment oflife. And you can chalk that up
when that happens you as a winfor those seeking to undermine the fabric of
our society. Jim, welcome tothe program. Thanks for calling this morning

(23:53):
and bearing with me on that goodto hear from you. Oh, good
morning, Brown listener. Lunch itwas great. Thanks for the eggs.
Yes, that was a funny storyon the sideline, Jim. Jim and
his wife were kind enough that theyhave fresh eggs. They have their own
chickens and the eggs. If anybodywho's had fresh farm chicken eggs. They

(24:15):
are so superior to the ones youget in the grocery store. I don't
care what brand you get at thegrocery store. And they left, they
had the eggs with them. Theyhad walked out, and I'm like,
oh my god, they left itwith my eggs, throwing my car windshield
underneath the windshield like, oh mygod, they're my eggs. So thank
you God, bless you for that. Jim, go ahead and go get
to your point. I apologize forthat. Culled to sac. Oh.

(24:37):
Well, you know, I've beenattending the listener lunch somewhat regularly and the
people I meet there all have thesame scene. You know, good good
hearted Americans. But what can wedo? Disgusted with what's going on?
And here in the tail end ofthat story of the veteran, it's things

(24:57):
like that my father has motivated mebecause and when he was alive, that
you need to speak up. Butwhat can the average person do? So
I want to give you a littleupdate once in a while what I'm doing,
and I hope it motivates other peopleto join in. I want to
create once a month people driving justto a rally to say, support a

(25:26):
rally. Yeah, supporting Trump andsupporting the fact that our country is based
on you know, Christian Christianity,God and once a month rally. I've
contacted all of the county Republican leaders, the counties all the way around to
seventy five. But so I'll giveyou an up to date. Once in

(25:47):
a while, I contacted the advertisingdepartment. I've got a meeting with him.
I said, I want to reallyhave blowout a big advertisement promoting this.
But another thing I'd like to dois create a foul them flag.
When I see Trump flags, thatmotivates me to keep moving forward and doing
things because people put the time toput a flag up. I'd like to

(26:10):
get ideas from listeners. But ifI could have a way where people could
mark along the highway with a redribbon on the fence, I think we
could get by without contin at problems, and then there would be someone in
that area would stop and put aflag up on their property, not on
the highway property. Don't want todo that, but off the highway property.

(26:30):
But wouldn't it be neat to havea saying that a thousand flags led
to two thousand flags around the perimeterof the two seventy five loop. Yeah,
kind of like that rally that severalyears back where everyone got in their
cars and had their flags flying andtheir you know, pro Trump support,
and it really was a tremendous outpouringand showing a support for Donald Trump.

(26:51):
And of course, you know abetter path for our country. You know,
it's not just all about Trump, but he is the presumptive nominee.
Therefore he's the main you got toget behind if you want to turn your
back on this woke nonsense that isliterally killing our country. I invite you
to, you know, keep stirringthe pot. Jim, I appreciate it.
And I always pointed to some personneeds to just step up to the

(27:14):
challenge. We all can help out, but a lot of us aren't motivated,
don't have the financial resources or thewherewithal to you know, how do
you bring about this project? Andso Jim and I were kind of brainstorming
that the other day. So hemay be buying some advertising on the program.
He maybe you know, he didreach out to the Republican chairs of
these various organizations. Maybe we canget them to get motivated, to get
their people involved. You know, you got to start somewhere, and Jim

(27:37):
is starting right now. And willI support what you're doing Jim in all
ways, I just as I pointedout the other day, you know,
ringing to seventy five with signage relatingto a political campaign, probably outside of
the legal guidelines that they've posted, because you never ever have seen that for
any campaign or any issue. SoI suspect there's some legal challenge, as

(28:00):
you may face. But if you'reon private property, you have a private
car, you can of course makeyour voice known and your opinions known,
and it's not that difficult to do. So we'll I support you one hundred
percent, Jim, keep at it. We will definitely be talking. And
look Mississippi, James and mad Atto lunch on the phone. I got
to take a break through them outof time. Your call is next.
It was great seeing you yesterday.Of course, odor eggsit get rid of

pleasure sitting at the table with thosethree lovely white females. They're nice,
aren't they. Hey, we keptit to life's life issues conversation, no

(30:42):
politic no twisting reality, good na, trying to manipulate. It was all
about life issues. So I lovethat part. That's what I like about
listener Lunch, James. You knowthe old days, when we first started
this, I had a rule thatobviously never ever took, but my goal
was there would there would be nopolitical discussions at listener lunch, to get

(31:03):
away from it, to get outand meet people and just relax, exhale
and do something you don't otherwise do. So you actually fulfilled my original dream
by doing exactly that and not talkingabout politics. It makes for a much
more pleasant experience. So I'm gladyou got to meet some new people and
make some friends, James. That'sgreat. And one of them was would

but it never panned out. Sowe get into conversations about politics and listen,
man, don't I don't make enemies. I don't use the word hate.
I rarely use it. I don'tknow. If we walk away from
a table after having a discussion, expressing our point of views and maybe disagreeing
at the and the final analysis,I'm not going to dislike you. We

(32:34):
just parted as people who disagree ona topic. It's listen. Life's too
short to make enemies out of thingslike that. And I can't advance my
position and convince you, and youcan't advance your position and convince me.
At least we tried right. That'sthe point, James, Man. It

I feel in shod in Freuda whenthose idiot bullfighters, after torturing the

Sometimes you get the bull by thehorns right. I also have experienced shot

scaring them, force them to rundown the street. Sometimes people get

(35:49):
severely hurt and even die. Doingthat doesn't bother me at all. You're
doing something stupid. And along thosesame lines, we have a roller skating
circus bear mauled its trainer in frontof, sadly a bunch of children during
her performance in Russia. The bearZima female bear being forced to do tricks
for as the reporting the UK's TheSun for the ironically named Happiness Show at

(36:15):
mass Circus June first, audience shockedand there's video footage of it out there.
The trainer, old egg crass Off, forced this poor bear to sit
in a chair with a pair ofroller skates tied to her rear palls.
He then grabs her fur, forcefullypulling her up sharply on her hind legs
in order to get her moving, but, as described as krassaw, the

(36:37):
bear so called trainer contemptuously turned hisback on this female bear. The bear
then let loose with revenge, chargingthe trainer, dropping him to the ground,
landing what they describe as a flurryof massive blows with her front palls
his parents rush their children out ofthe arena. Footage ends with the bear

(36:58):
towering over the keeper as circus workerstry to stop her. Quote from the
Sun. Astonishingly and perhaps unfortunately inthe bear's case, local media reports that
crass Off the trainers survived without anyserious injury. Move on to a different
profession. Abusing animals not something thatI think is an appropriate thing to be

engaged in as a profession. SoI put him over there with the bullfighters.

five police responded to call that aman who had broken into the Mission church

holding a medal Stanley cup in hishand, yelling and cussing at members in
the church. As a responding officerapproached him, he said, I'm going

now, when the police are tellingyou to stop, Affidavid said, Borman
then took a seat before bouncing backup, walking aggressively toward a second police

and Judge Ennit of Paulatana, butalso Todd Zenzer breaking down that Cincinnati zoning

(41:06):
reform which I am absolutely against now. The more I thought about it,
and the more I talk with ToddZenzer, who is a brilliant guy,
and the more nefarious this thing seemsto be, and many people I wasn't
the first one to come up withthis theory, and in fact, probably
at the suggestion of many of mylisteners when you mentioned Agenda twenty one,
which is kind of falling off people'sradar, that was the way of the
vision from the United Nations to getus all to live in these fifteen minute

(41:30):
cities where you never leave, youdon't have a car, you rely exclusively
on public transportation, You live intiny miniature apartment buildings, there are no
single family homes, there is noprivate property, on and on and on.
That's ultimately the goal of the Greenies, the leftist then the people who
want to control our lives and takeaway our choices from us. A lot
of that's backfiring. I have quitea few stories on how this is on

(41:51):
you just falling apart before the left, very eyes from everyone getting out of
those ESG investments because they're a wasteof time and you do not get a
return on your investment. To componentsof the electric vehicle mandates falling apart the
failure of the so called Inflation ReductionAct, which is really the Green New

(42:12):
Deal, and they're not achieving theirgoals, but spending hundreds and hundreds and
hundreds of millions of note billions ofdollars chasing this this illusion that down the
road someday we're not going to exhale, on and on. So Todd did
a wonderful job on the zoning reformsort of being a component of all that.
And they're already federal incentives out therefor you know, building small,

(42:35):
tiny, large apartment units. Andonce you pave the way for that to
happen, it's coming to a neighborhoodnear you. Which is why folks outside
of the Cincinnati area really need topay attention to what's going on with this
uh, with this plan here inthe city, because again they're rolling it
out gradually. It's already been inplace in many cities across this great land
of ours, really with terrible results. Top point that out didn't get the

(42:58):
intended result which they pay lip servicetoo, which is improving the number of
available housing units. Anyhow, checkout what Todd had to say on that
fifty five KRC dot com stackground,we get Kevin Schmidt, director of American
Investigations for Americans for Prosperity at sevenpoint thirty doing that Medicaid investigation. We'll

and I always look forward to that. Feel free to call. As
I mentioned, and well what sharedWhich direction to go? Is the anniversary
of D Day, and I wentthrough my sort of personal feelings on that.

(43:39):
And if you get an opportunity,go back and read What's Important?
What You'll realize what truly is important. If you are ready to die,
and you're in a situation where youare likely to die, just pause and
contemplate what you might really be thinkingabout at the moment you are facing death
in the face. I use thisparallel many times about nine to eleve.

(44:00):
The guy that had to jump outof the window, the people that had
to jump out of the window, they weren't studying or thinking about the trivial.
They weren't wondering about what gender identityyou are, whether you were using
the appropriate pronouns. They were probablythinking about their family. And that's what
the letter I read from Captain GeorgeMontgomery to his wife US Army eighty second
Airborne Division. And that's a pointthat he made in the midst of well

(44:22):
he survived anyway. But you canfind that article Wall Street Journal printed James
Freeman. He does a sort ofa bulk analysis. The headline, you
don't land softly honoring and remembering theeightieth anniversary of D Day. So use
this as a point in time toperhaps reflect a little bit more about what
motivates you day to day. Andlet us see here Rasmus and I knew,

(44:47):
Paul. I'm trying to track thesebecause of course the Trump, you
know, Trump is a fellon nowringing in everybody's ears on a NonStop basis
from the left. Is it havingany impact? Do they get the the
result they were hoping to achieve, the left and going after Donald Trump over
something that would have been negotiated outof court in a settlement agreement, after
spending you know, millions of taxpayerdollars the New Yorkers having to deal with

(45:09):
security issues so they could go afterTrump on this nonsensical, made up felony
two way contest between Joe Biden formerPresident Donald Trump. Forty eight percent of
US voters they're going with Trump,Forty three said they'd vote for Biden.
This the most recent Rasmussen report backin April. Trump led the two way

(45:30):
match by eight points forty nine toforty one. So he's down three and
it may they say it could bethe result of the felony convictions. Morning
Console pul Friday showed forty nine percentof independence of fifteen percent of Republicans said
Trump should end his campaign because ofthe conviction. That's okay, we know

(45:51):
what opinions like the Rassmussen report threeway matchup. You throw in Robert F.
Kennedy in there, forty five percentgoing Trump, forty for Biden,
eight percent Kennedy. Five way matchup, You throw in the green candidate Jill
Stein former Harvard professor Cornell West fortyfour for Trump, thirty nine Biden eight
Kennedy one percent for what each forWestinstein in either a three way or five

(46:12):
way matchup, Kennedy gets eleven percentamong unaffiliated voters seven percent of Democrats,
slightly fewer GOP voters, they say, in a five way matchup seven percent
than in a three way where hegets where Kennedy gets five percent. Of
the Republican voters. Unaffiliated voters Trumphuge lead forty nine percent to Biden's thirty
four percent in a two way contest, so unaffiliateds leaning Trump. Trump leading

(46:37):
Biden by double digit margins. AmongHispanic voters a two way contest, forty
nine percent of white folks, thirtyseven percent of black, and fifty percent
of Hispanics, as well as fiftysix percent of other minorities would go with
Trump. That's pretty amazing. Fortythree percent of white, fifty seven Black,

(47:00):
thirty nine Hispanic, and thirty percentof minorities for Biden, so overwhelmingly
in favor of Trump. I'd findthose numbers to be just really an eye
opening reality. Well, at leaston behalf of the Democrats who really firmly
believe that the Hispanics and Blacks owetheir vote to Democrats and they take those
votes for granted. And remember JoeBiden told you, my black friends in

(47:22):
the audience, if you vote proa Republican or if you don't vote Democrat,
rather, you ain't black. Theaudacity of a white guy saying that
the color of your skin matters basedupon your political affiliation. You know,
I got two words for you ina statement like that, because he said
it to white people like my dadused to say two words, and they
ain't happy birthday. Fifty two percentof man, forty four percent of women

(47:45):
prefer Trump in a two way matchup. Sixty five and older prefer Trump by
double digit margins. Voters under fortymore likely than other elders to choose Kennedy.
Eighty five percent of self identified Liberalswhich choose Biden in a two way
contest, shocking no one on thatseventy seven percent of conservatives obviously going with

(48:07):
Trump. Modern voters Biden gets fiftypercent, Trump gets thirty nine and that
one I don't understand. And votersearning less than fifty thousand dollars a year.
This is like the Reagan Revolution, where all the blue collar workers ultimately
voted for Reagan because his policies madebetter. Since those earning less than fifty
grand a year are least likely toprefer Biden. M so there's your lineup

(48:32):
on the numbers, at least mostrecently, and again I always qualify this.
I know about your feelings on polls, but they're the really only indicator
we've got right now, and sofar, most all of the polls that
have come out that at least I'veseen, show that Trump that jury verdict
that not really making much of adent in Trump's popularity. Going back to
the row of point Trump should becampaigning on issues, people clearly have not

(48:57):
focused on that one true jumped up, no pun intended criminal prosecution. They
care about why their grocery bill isso high, you know, maybe global
conflict. They're worried about the border. Trump is a just far and away
advantage and if you just focus onissues, and I hope he takes that
advice to heart. Put the trialaway, let the appellate court judges overrule

(49:22):
it on appeal. You got ninemillion reasons why this jury verdict was really
just laughable. The whole case islaughable. If you break it down,
let that process play out. Letthem scream and scream about it, do
not acknowledge them. Focus on theborder, Focus on the economy, focus
on the price of gas. Thoseare the winning issues in the upcoming election,

(49:45):
and you have a clear advantage DonaldTrump on those Mark hang on,
I'd be happy to take your call. I gotta break that. I list
looked up and saw you there atsix fifteen right now, and I want
to steer you in the right direction. As a matter of fact, my
friends Tommy Nancy at lunch yesterday askedme about medical insurance because they're contemplating the
next several years of their lives takingan early retirement. And I said,

(50:06):
you got to just just call myfriend John Roman to Cover since he call
him and his team and see whatthey can do about you. One of
them is on Cobra and that isoutrageously expensive, and that's why I bring
them up. And I'm sorry TommyNancy. I don't think I'm revealing anything
that's too sensitive. But if you'repaying Cobra rates for your medical insurance and
you're still not getting dollar one coverageon anything got that out of pocket liability,

(50:28):
So it is an unbelievable price topay John and his team at Covers
since he can help you out customizea plan just for you getting dollar one
coverage and getting catastrophic coverage by workingwith hundreds of different insurance companies and thousands
of different policies, putting together apackage of insurance policies to deal with various
types of medical issues you may comeup with, like hospitalization versus going and

(50:52):
seeing your physician for an annual checkup. Two different policies better coverage, less
money, and significantly so. Soit's worth a few minutes of your time.
I would argue to see if hecan better your situation. You're on

I'll tell you what I also wantedto say, I took your suggestion and

She's such a sweet lady. Yeahshe is, And I mean we

(53:29):
yeah, I highly recommend Susande atCross Country Mortgage if anybody's looking to do

you supporting the sponsors. I willnever I swear to my listeners, I'm
never steering in the wrong direction.Great, But yeah, like I say,
last week I took office, wehad to move, and I hadn't

(53:51):
really been paying attention to the news. And after we got done getting everything
moved up there, and I heardthat story and they always talk about,
oh, it's gonna be one billiondollars in economic development and this, that
and the other. And I meanthey said the same thing about the streetcar.
We now have the metro buses runningall over. I mean I used

(54:13):
to live in Blue ash and yousee these metro buses parked at the Kroger
up there, and they're doing thesecircles and there's never anyone on them.
And they you know, they're supposedto save all this money by people not
driving, and these buses just nonstop circling and they picked up one or
two people here and there, butit's just a waste of money. And

(54:39):
so anyway, I'm out in themiddle of cornfields and I can't be happier.
I'm I sit out there. It'slike being at a B and B
every morning, every evening. Andreal quick, before I hang up,
I see Waters made a comment. And you know, you can either think
that it's just because she's one ofthe dumbest human beings on the face of

(55:01):
the planet, or you always listento what they have to say. And
she's warning people about Trump supporters aregoing to start a civil war and that
they we're going to come after them, so to speak. And I don't
know if you can find that clip. Yeah, but there's a reason she's
saying this, and everybody needs tokeep their head on a swivel because there's

(55:25):
like I said, it's either becauseshe's just the dumbest individual, well her
and Bidener tied, but anyway,or you know, they're going to start
this narrative and they're going to lookfor the first opportunity to paint a group
that that's doing something or they thinkthey're doing something. I mean, there's

(55:46):
a reason they say what they say. That right there in front of us,
you for us all to see.You are right Mark heed Mark's suggestions,
do not bite, do not donot go down that road. They'll
January sixth, there's still arresting people. I got a story on that.
Have to talk about a little bithere. I'm gonna get the Steve's call.
But there's still arresting people for theJanuary sixth protests. People who just

(56:07):
walked into the damn building. Andthat's what they want. They want the
Republicans, they want Trump supporters togo rogue and so they can talk about
the destruction and demolition of democracy. How the company or the country is somehow
in jeopardy when it literally is injeopardy right now because of the Left policies.
They want the country to be injeopardy, and they're accomplishing their goals

(56:28):
before our very eyes. It's aslow mo roll, but it's happened right
now. You know it, youcan see it, don't and you can
throw her into the category of eithernefarious or stupid or both, because it's
going to be a combination of thosetwo or one or the other. That's
there's the reason there's a term usefulidiots out there when it comes to Marxist
Steve, if they don't mind, hang on. I went along there and

(56:51):
I got to take a quick breakhere to recommend as he did look perfect
timing. I swear it's on therundown list right here to talk about Susette
Low's camp. Another very very satisfiedlistener took my recommendation and talked to Susette.
I recommended to her to my sonor my son and pay maybe future

(57:12):

My last caller approved sust Low's CampCross Country Mortgage all fifty states.
She can handle your mortgage related needs. And now, if the mortgage rates
fall, I know you're worried atseven and a half or whatever it is,
you can refinance at a lower rateand ultimately save thousands. I refinanced

(57:36):
during the period of time I hadmy home loan thousands down the line.
She's offering you a closing credit rightnow. If loan closes by June thirteenth,
and I know we're running out oftime on that, you're gonna get
a closing cost credit BOK to fifteenhundred dollars, which is good until December

sending you on the path to lowermortgage rates. The rates will drop.

sir, welcome to the program.Happy to do it. Actually walked
outside on the deck about ten minutesago. The weather's fantastic out here.
Going to get hot later on,but really nice right now. Enjoy little
things in life right there? Well, yeah, you know what, am
I supposed to be upset about something? I mean, you know, life

(01:01:28):
is good. So, first ofall, you don't hear much about the
twenty fifth Amendment anymore. Now thatwe have a president that has dementia.
It's amazing how the people that we'repushing that for years or at least a
year with Trump should be taken outof office because he's unfit physically, mentally,
whatever. You don't hear anything aboutit anymore, but you know whatever,

(01:01:49):
So let's talk about first of all, calling you on a Thursday.
The only thing worse than that's callingyou on a Friday. You're in such
a bad mood, especially when you'vegot vacation coming up and you're not gonna
have to wake up Monday morning. So but I'm not calling you on Monday.
You know you're going to be wakingup at two thirty in the morning.
You only think better would be havingyour show start at four o'clock in

(01:02:12):
the morning, so you could wakeup at one thirty. Maybe I'll try
to find out who your boss isand suggest that changed. If you find
out who my boss is, letme know, okay, because I really
feel like I don't have them, which is just perfectly fine with me,
because if I had a boss, your your boss is part of the day,
is Paul left the other part ofthe day, it's Joe Strecker,

(01:02:34):
it's your two bosses. You knowmy life, man, well you know
your life is not unlike other people'slives in some ways. But Carl Rove
and Trump needs to stay on topic. Carl Rove, I mean, he's
the head of a political action committeeand everything he says has an agenda to
make himself more money. I'm nota growth fan. I did not excite

(01:02:58):
him because of his necessary credibility. But even people who are incredible and lack
of credibility rather can have good points. And I cannot argue with that point.
I think I think I'm going tocounter that, not on him,
but on Trump. I have heardhow he is being very disciplined this time

(01:03:19):
around and talking about what they willdo to turn things around. But he
answers questions. So when people askquestions, you know, should he not
answer? And I think that's mostlywhat it is. I have heard tremendously.
How much more disciplined is this timegoing around? Absolutely? You don't

(01:03:42):
see the Twitter feed, do you. You don't see the reports on his
you know, responding to every singleother tweet or ex tweet, whatever the
hell they call him these days, comment social commentary from his detractors. He
lets it go. Now he hasrained in that, you know that that
predisposition to want to respond to everything. That's a wonderful development. And I
will concede that if someone asked himabout the trial, he is going to

(01:04:02):
respond to it. But he cansay something, well, you know,
everyone keeps bringing that up. It'sa distraction and that's what it was designed
to be, a distraction from andsegue into the issues component that he should
be focusing on, clearly and succinctly. That's why I grabbed on to the
point that Roe was making from ayou know, at least from a political
standpoint. Can I make one otherpoint? And this is one that I

(01:04:27):
mean, I'm not the one thatcame up with this. I think it
was Clay and Buck, but ittalked about big L libertarians. I know
you're a little L libertarian, butthey talked about you know, yeah,
you know, vote for your candidateif you're in you know, Kentucky or
Tennessee or California. But if you'rein a swing state, if you're in

(01:04:48):
Wisconsin, if you're in Pennsylvania,if you're in Arizona, if you're in
Georgia, if you're in North Carolina, don't vote for the libertarian candidate as
a part as a party. Becausewhat they talked about was the results from
twenty twenty, and they looked atthe swing states Wisconsin, et cetera,

(01:05:12):
and they said, if the peoplethat voted libertarian had voted Republican, and
the Republican candidate is probably gonna mirrorninety percent of what they want anyway.
But if they had done that,Trump would have been re elected. So
as Libertarians, it's like, hey, instead of getting three percent, we
got three point five percent, Well, whoop dee do, and you got

(01:05:32):
Biden in there for four years. So they need to reevaluate what they do
as a party and say, ifwe're in a swing state, we have
to support the most conservative between thetwo major parties. If we're not in
a swing state, yeah, that'swhat we'll how we'll evaluate how we're doing.
Yeah, And you are mirroring myphilosophy on that entire process, which

(01:05:54):
is always why I qualify with alittle libertarian. I am little Elbertary.
I'm a politically libertarian minded guy.I believe in our freedoms and our liberties.
I trust you with your wallet, and I trust you with your zipper.
And I always joke when I'm donefixing the guy that's staring back at
me in the mirror in the morning, I may come after you. That's
never gonna happen. So you fixyour own life. I'll fix mine and

(01:06:15):
quit, you know, taking edictsand mandates from those on high and u
and taking away our choices from us. Fine. But in so far as
the libertarians are concerned, I thinkthe capital l they want to try to
be a viable entity out there inthe world. They want they're going to
get away from a two party systemwhere we're left with some really difficult choices
sometimes where you know, we youknow, a Republican or run and might

(01:06:36):
be on the right part of manyof the issues, but you end up
with some neo con or somebody who'swilling to sacrifice these these very very deeply
held principles that many Libertarians have generallyin favor of what's politically expedient. That's
politics. But you're right, SwingStates, you know you're gonna have to

(01:06:56):
give up that, you know downthe road, potential to build yourself into
a viable party challenging Republicans and Democratsideology, in favor of getting someone who
can actually win the election. Otherwiseyou end up with the antithesis of what
we all need, and that's anybodyin the Democrat Party. Six thirty six.
If you have KCE the talk station. Oh yeah, twenty two three

for calling this morning. Welcome tothe program. Good morning, Brian.
I'm just gonna talk to you aboutthe polls that you quoted earlier but also
came to me, and I'd liketo mention where the hell are the Bernie
Marino ads? Good questions? Igot to hit the dump button? Did

(01:10:30):
you hit yours too? Joe,you gotta watch you can't use foul language.
I'm with you. Bernie Marina hasn'tbeen running any ads. All I'm
hearing is shared brown as You're right. I think probably because of money.
I don't know. I'd like tothink the Republican Party would infuse massive amounts
of cash in the Marino campaign thatwe'd be seeing Bernie Marino ads running all

(01:10:50):
the time. I don't know whereit is either, and it's frustrating.
I share your frustration, but itdoes not get you around SEC compliance.
So please please, if you're callingthe Morning Show, keep that in mind.
Trust me, I am not youknow, I mean, I use
blue language a lot of times, much to my wife chagrin, when I'm

(01:11:13):
off air, and it's a strugglesome days to keep compliance with the FCC.
I have to mind my p's andq's, but it can be done.
So think about that when you callin if you're inclined to drop,
you know, curse words in yourday to day use of language, because
many people are. And you know, I will be the first person to

(01:11:33):
admit I can use some spicy languagefrom time to time. So I wanted
to get to and you can feelfree to call. Just don't drop the
bad words, okay. And Italked about this before in connection with one
of the callers earlier about this thisidea that Republicans are going to engage in
some sort of revolutionary activity and taketo the streets and you know, the

(01:11:54):
Maxine Waters and idiot people of theworld. I'd like to think my listening
audience wouldn't engage in that because itwill fuel the fire of the left and
will of course do nothing but benefitthem throw some money at a campaign,
which is exactly what happened after theTrump guilty verdict. Look what that did.
Talk about peaceful revolution, But whatdo they do with the January sixth

(01:12:17):
folks? Right now? I don'tknow by what happened that day. I
thought it was a stupid, stupid, stupid exercise. In a conversation with
this about my wife yesterday, said, you know, I called this when
it was happening. I was watchingit live, screaming at my laptop of
the live feed optics. Optics. You are doing yourself and the Republicans and

(01:12:38):
Donald Trump and everybody else involved adisservice by doing what you're doing. But
I don't think people should be crucifiedfor simply walking into a building. If
you beat a cop over the headwith a pole, then that's fine,
you should be prosecuted. But therelentless pursuit of literally every single human being

(01:12:59):
who is on there seems rather strange, doesn't it. When we can contrast
it with the outright absolute violence, the hurling of projectiles, dangerous fireworks,
explosions, molotov cocktails, etc.At police officers during Black Lives Matter and
anti file protests. Nothing to seehere, mostly peaceful protests. All blow

(01:13:19):
it out here. You know what? Did the Justice Department go after those
folks for literally burning buildings, breakinginto storefronts, doing all kinds of commercial
damage to the tune of millions andmillions of dollars, Not that I'm aware
of. There's video evidence of allof these protests out there. Oh and
a lesson learn here for if you'reout there planning on protesting, engaging in

(01:13:43):
this stupid activity, wear a mask, because apparently if everybody did storm the
Capitol building or that drunken fraternity partythat happened January sixth was wearing masks,
they wouldn't be using all the videosurveillance to go after you with artificial intelligence
that identifies people's images based upon yes, there you are. That's how they
go and find you, and that'swhat they've been busily doing since January sixth

(01:14:03):
of twenty twenty one. We're intwenty twenty four and just the other day,
a retired race car driver, TigueScott seventy five years all, along
with some other folks in Pennsylvania, were in fact arrested on charges related to
the Capitol, obstructing law enforcement duringa sul disorder, entering or remaining in

(01:14:24):
restricted building or grounds. Department ofJustice released that they had arrested these guys,
and in the FBI following they notedmister Scott was wearing, Oh my
god, how horrific a Trump twentytwenty hat outside the Capitol grabs shields of
law enforcement officers that they were carrying, fell backward after one of the officers

(01:14:45):
was able to dislodge him. Thatwas in the complaint. Some others were
arrested. And I do not abidethis lawlessness. But what I can see
here, and we talk about lawfareand the waging of war against some but
not others, there's a perfect illustration, a perfect illustration. If they were
going at the other protesters who ruinedpeople's lives for weeks, burning buildings down

(01:15:11):
and occupying structures all illegally, ifthey went after those folks with the same
fervor they're going out with Jeban Januarysix, I wouldn't be making this point
right now, and remember also, and I don't know about the funding and
the organization that went on in Januarysixth, it looked to me like it
was very, very spontaneous. Butyou know, these other groups, these
left groups, are well funded andthey are well organized, suggesting it was

(01:15:35):
highly coordinated what they did. Takea look at the anti or pro Hamas
occupations that are going on in variouscollege campuses. Everybody's got the same tent,
everybody's wearing the same uniform, everybody'sgot the same supplies, and we
all know there's big, fat, organized money and a collusion going on behind
the scenes in advance of this happening. And if they organize and collude for

(01:15:57):
the purposes of criminal cond that's aRICO violation, that's conspiracy to break the
law. Are they going after themfor that? All? We don't comment
on ongoing investigations. Would be theword you would get from it if you
actually ask that question. So I'mgoing to go with probably not. Maybe
it's in the realm of possibility,But where are all the prosecutions for all

(01:16:18):
the criminal activity that occurred during thoseperiods of time? When we've got all
of the obvious prosecutions for something happenedback in twenty one six forty seven fifty
five CAREC the talk station. Justsay it and you want a great roofing

terrible fraud wasting abuses in Ohio tothere twen of billions of dollars. And
you know, we have one listenerthat calls all the time. He's all
over this like white on rice asthey say, and I think Americans for

(01:19:23):
Prosperity is the first group that broughtthis to even my attention. But yeah,
if you had all those billions recovered, or you didn't throw them out
the window in fraud wasted abuse, that frees up a lot of monetary resources.
Right, stating the obvious. I'mlooking forward to, hopefully for some
good news from Kevin on that issue. Melissa Powers returns to the program at

I heard media aviation expert every Thursdayat eight thirty today, no different
And going back to my deal,we're talking a conversational about little Libertarian and
you know, live your life asyou choose to live. I don't care
what you know sexuality you are reallydo not care. I don't think it's
an important component. Everybody has someform of sexuality. What you like to

(01:20:09):
do behind closed doors no issue ofmine. Don't have any issue with gay
marriage at all. I view marriageas a wonderful relationship. It provides stability,
if financial and otherwise you have someoneyou can count on in the good
times and the bad. If you'renot predisposed to be a regular cisgender person,
then you know what, Maybe you'regay, And go ahead, Mary,
gay guy. I don't care.It may run a foul of your

(01:20:30):
religion, and I respect your religionand your disagreement with my personal conclusions.
And the only reason I bring allthis up as an introduction, or at
least right now. Ten NFL teamswho have not offered any so called LGBTQ
Pride Month messaging. Now some ofthem have, Washington commanders for example,

(01:20:53):
said Pride Month is actually about love. The Buffalo Bills chimed in on the
subjects the Vikings as well, butmany have not. Steelers, Browns,
Bengals, Titans, Chiefs, Froncos, Cowboys, Packers, Saints, and
Falcons. Those are ten teams rightthere. They're just not no comment,
no message specific. They're just nottouching it. Maybe they learned something from
the bud like controversy and in connectionwith that component was looking at Breitbart on

(01:21:15):
this and I was not aware ofthis, but they brought out that what
happened with the National Hockey League NHLsaid its teams would no longer wear rainbow
coled LGBTQ theme jerseys during the pregamewarmups for prime nights. Same year,
NHL Pride Knights became a hot topicbecause Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Ivan Provarov would not
participate in his team's Pride night becauseof his Orthodox Christian faith. So they

(01:21:40):
screamed them, he's a big at, he's a race ast, homophobic whatever.
Philly Flyers kept him on the lineup. They went on and beat the
Anaheim Ducks in spite of the controversy, because it's about hockey. It's not
about gay pride or LGBTQ plus,et cetera. Pride. His comment,
I respect everybody, and I respecteverybody's choices. My choice is to stay

(01:22:01):
true to myself and my religion. That's what I'm gonna say. Good point.
I appreciate your comments. You're entitledto your belief systems, and it
used to be in a time inAmerica that we could have beneath this great
flag of ours, respect for individualbelief systems. Not everybody's a Christian,
not everybody's a Jew, not everyone'san atheist, but we can all live

(01:22:24):
under one flag of freedom that allowseach and every one of us to get
together, intermingle, and enjoy thisglorious land of ours while it still lasts.
Don't abide. You don't have to. It's your choice. You're entitled
to your belief systems and embrace that. Why you got it. Six fifty

morning, if you can at leasthang out till Kevin Schmid joins the program.
Director of investigations, an American FirstProsperity, gonna give us an update
on the sorry state of Ohio's aMedicaid payment. They did an investigate.
It's an investigation update. Apparently wehave a real problem with fraud, wasted
abuse in the Medicaid program here inOhio to the tune of billions of dollars,

(01:23:45):
massive, massive losses. And again, just imagine how much better we
would be financially if we didn't wastemoney, if there wasn't fraud anyway,
a valuable or a worthwhile expenditure ofa of scarce government resources to the extent
you even think they're scares to throwsome resources at ferreting out fraud, waste

(01:24:05):
and abuse, the return on thatinvestment would be phenomenal. Hamilonin County proscinting
Melissa Powers coming up in one hour. Of course, we need to vote
from Melissa Powers because we need someonewho's strong and hard on crime. We
need someone who will lock people upwho commit heinous crimes in the city.
We need not want woke prosecutors. You see what happens when you get woke
prosecutors. We have in very veryimportant choice here in Hamilton County and we'll

(01:24:30):
hear from her about how the campaigngoing, but also about low bonds and
criminals being released back into Hamilton County. Jay Ratlifire at Media Aviation Expert every
Thursday at eight thirty we got Emiratespresident blasting Boeing for Boeing for a decade
of ruthlessly pursuing cost cuts. Morewhistleblowers coming out of the woodwork on Boeing
as well. Which airlines lost themost luggage in twenty twenty three, American

(01:24:53):
airline flight attendants threatening to strike willthey Boeing aircraft delays, forces United Airlines
to trim their number of expected newhires this year, and finally Southwest going
to be raising early boarding fee orSouthwest to raise early boarding fees, which
he suggests would only make their wheelchairproblem even worse. Jay Ratt left,

(01:25:15):
Oh, real quick here, weprobably won't be able to get to it.
If you're planning on traveling, don'tput marzipan in your luggage almond paste.
Now why you would do that beyondme. But apparently I read this
bagging handlers and these scans. ApparentlyMarzapan has the same density and look as

(01:25:36):
plastic explosive when it goes an Xray machine. So just the little side's
been there. On traveling. Don'talso don't take your firearm with you on
when you're boarding a plank. Anyway, I was talking about some of the
failed left policies. You can springingfrom the conversation about whether Donald Trump should
you know, even mention this criminalconviction and just simply focus on all of

(01:25:59):
the issue shoes because he's on theright side on the issues across the board,
the ones that really matter to usanyway. Inflation, he's on the
right side of the border taxes, and on and on, and Biden's literally
got nothing to run on. Andit actually part of me thinks, you
know, it may there's still timefor them to pull the plug on Joe

(01:26:20):
Biden literally and metaphorically. And you, I don't know if you saw the
Wall Street Journal, and it gota lot of traction. They interviewed forty
five different elected officials behind the scenes, both Republicans and Democrats, and while
they were not uniform in their opinion, a lot came out about people's perception
of Joe Biden behind the scenes inmeetings. The guy's losing it, you

(01:26:43):
know, I just sum it upthat way. And so that's got a
lot of traction. And then Isaw a lot of other articles about Joe
Biden and his cognitive state in placesthat you normally don't see them, like
more left leaning media outlets, somesimply responding to and saying, oh,
that's not true, true to theWall Street Journal article, but others and
more articles about Democrats kind of steppingup and saying, we really need to

(01:27:05):
do something about this guy. Imean, his time is way past expired,
so he just keep that in mind. But in terms of running on
issues, look across the board, all these left leaning laws are failures.

(01:27:25):
And a couple of illustrations of this. Let's look at California's fast food wage
hike. Gavin Newsom he wanted aminimum wage to be increased so everybody in
a fast food business would have, you know, a better quality of life,
and they would get better services, and of course they'd make enough money
they could afford housing or whatever. It's just failing across the board. California

(01:27:49):
a minimum wage up to twenty bucksfor fast food workers in businesses. I
think of a certain number of franchisesixty locations nationwide. That's where it's impacted
now. The California Business Industrial Alliancec ABIA KABA whatever said, nearly ten
thousand jobs have already been cut acrossfast food restaurants since Californias Assembly built twelve

(01:28:12):
eighty seven went to law last year, noting the unintended consequences. The point
it was that making workers' lives betterby paying them more. Of course,
you know what's going to happen. The reaction is every business has to raise
their prices in order to still maintainprofitability, or alternatively fire people and cut
their hours. Now does that improvethe quality of life for any given worker

(01:28:33):
if you don't even have a jobanymore, That's what's pointing out now.
This KABA group took out a statewideedition USA Today, full page ad,
At least that's how I understand it, with mock obituaries for popular fast food
brands, highlighting the multiple restaurants thathave either had to raise prices, to

(01:28:54):
layoff and layoff workers, to stayand float, in some cases even shutting
down the store completely. It featuresnews clips documenting changes made by brands like
Alpoyo, Loco, Subway, BurgerKing quote, California businesses have been under
total attack and total assault for years, Tom Manzo speaking with Fox News.

(01:29:15):
He's the president of this KB organization. It's just another law that puts businesses
in further jeopardy. Now, whenNewson signed the law, He said he
was getting quote one step closer tofairer wages, safer and healthier working conditions,
better training by giving hard working fastfood workers a stronger voice and seat
at the table. Now, Idon't understand beyond higher wages, how this

(01:29:36):
could lead to healthier working conditions orbetter training or anything. It increased the
price to pay and Manzo's but theysaid, look listen, government, unlike
private businesses, have options when theyrun out of money, like, for
example, increasing your taxes. Butbusinesses don't have that flexibility. He said,
you can only raise prices so much, and you're seeing it. People

(01:29:58):
are not going to pay twenty dollarsa big mac. It's not going to
happen. And he noted that inorder to comply with the law, some
restaurants have indeed cut employee hours andwill now likely move toward drum roll automation.
So what was an effort to improvelives has resulted in? Well,
I would say a deterioration in theirlives because they've lost their jobs to a

because inflation has run away so badly, another component of something Trump can run
on runaway inflation. Now, No, I am not going to be an

(01:30:48):
apologist to the Trump administration because theyjacked up the federal deficit by about five
trillion on his watch, lot moreon Biden's watch. Service on that has
increased under Republicans and Democrat presidents, and it's been going on that way since
whow when Reagan was screaming about amulti billion dollar deficit. That's a problem

(01:31:09):
with both parties. Someone needs tobe a fiscally responsible candidate. But inflation,
there's a consequence of the printing pressrunning twenty four to seven in pursuit
of green agendas and paying off handsselected businesses that will succeed because of the
infusion of your work in the formof taxpayer dollars from government. Who picks

Their lives even that much worth movingover to New York because of current
inflation, because people are living onthe life's edges. New York Governor Kathy
Hokel is ditching the MTA congestion pricingplan looks like indefinitely. She had previously

(01:32:16):
announced plan this this, I guessit was legislation that was passed. Fifteen
dollars tolls to get into these congestionareas in New York City. Passenger vehicles
fifteen bucks, motorcycles seven dollars andfifty cents taxis a buck twenty five per
ride. Small trucks had to paytwenty five dollars, large trucks thirty five.
If you took an uber, lyftor other ride share, it was

(01:32:39):
two dollars and fifty cents added perride under congestion pricing existed in certain areas
in New York City at certain timesof the week. It's more expensive less
expensive. In the final analysis, recognizing that it is really really bad out
there from an economic perspective, We'renot going to do congestion pricing. Let's
put the brakes on announcement. Ibelieve it's from yesterday. Let's be real,

(01:33:01):
she said. A fifteen dollars chargeputs the squeeze on the very people
who make this city go. Icannot add another burden to working middle class
New Yorkers or create another obstacle toour continued economic recovery. Source quoted familiar
with the governor's thinking said, Ithink the post, the New York Post

(01:33:24):
spotlighting the real concerns of working NewYorkers definitely impacted the conversation. It's tone
def to charge New Yorkers thirty sixhundred bucks a year when they can't afford
to put food on the table. You see, you raise enough stink,
and you pointed out to elected officialshow unbelievably terrible their policies are making your

(01:33:48):
life. If you get a groundswell of revolt against a minority of the
Democrat Party who is pushing a lotof this agenda. They wake up to
the reality that their jobs are injeopardy. Now. I know, in
a real blue state like New York, or a really blue state like California,
the likelihood you're going to throw aDemocrat out. But there are degrees

(01:34:10):
within the party, aren't there.I mean, look at the difference between
any given Democrat and the Democrat Party. Not all of them are woke leftist,
green alarmist, you know. Soeven in a blue state, you
could elect someone better, you know, get on Central Committee, get somebody
that's a better candidate, someone who'smore appealing to the day to day realities
of the life that we live. That's what's happening now, and that's why

(01:34:32):
Trump is still performing well in thepolls. Go back to the Reagan Revolution.
I said this before. I'm notthe only person to say it.
All these former Democrat blue collar workersrealize their lives sucked under Democrat parties,
under Democrat administrations, they went fullon Reagan. The economy was terrible,
interest rates were through the roof.Something had to be done, so they

(01:34:54):
threw off this long standing relationship withthe Democrat Party. Probably held their breath
voter for Reagan and low and behold, we had an economic revolution in this
country, the likes of which Idon't think we've seen since Reagan. Go
ahead and make an argument to thecontrary. I may concede it, but
it was an amazing transformation because ofhis policies lowering taxes, reducing economic burdens

(01:35:15):
on all of us through the regulatoryenvironment, and making our lives simpler and
easier and obviously resulting in more prosperity. It can be done. The loud
voices need to be raised and elevated. I don't care what side you're on.
If you're impacted by one of thesestupid policies, then you should make
your voice known and maybe, justmaybe they'll put the brakes on it.

has been in California since before itwas a even its own independent country in
the eighteen thirties. It is aIt is horrible. And I was out
there last week and every time yougo to a restaurant, you would just
shake your head. When I graduatedcollege and moved back home to California from

But it is unbelievable. And theproblem is this, This is the
biggest problem with their minimum monege outthere. And I pray to God my
Californians who have moved out of thatstate do not bring these blue policies with
them, because they're leaving as moderateDemocrats, still voting for democrats, we're

all these people knew what would happen, all these politicians, and this is
what's so dangerous about it. Sowhat do they do. They go create
a quote unquote special commission. Theydid this with the California Air Resource Board
and that is why their environmental lawsare just insane. And they did it

(01:39:13):
with the minimum wage with fast foodrestaurants. You put all these unelected individuals
into power and then they get tocreate law, rules and regulation, and
the California courts go right along withthem, and the federal courts don't do
much about it. You know. That is why it is so important that
Chevron goes down before the Supreme Courtbecause hopefully it'll put us stop to some

(01:39:35):
of this at the state level aswell. But when you start hearing democrats
talk about we need an independent commissionor an independent board to run policy,
you need to run to the ballotbox and get those people out of power

something really truly nefarious, Like theunstated goal in this is not to improve

could eradicate fast food from the wivesof Americans, we would all have a

(01:43:56):
Brian, appreciate you coming on theprogram. We have a one regular caller,
Jay, who's was made aware ofthis really outrageous problem. We had
with fraud, waste, and abusein the Medicaid program, to the tune
of, as I understand it,billions of dollars in Ohio. I've had
conversations with many elected officials in Ohioabout what's going on. They promised they're
trying to ferret out every little bit. There's a multitude of ways anybody in

(01:44:18):
my listening audience can report fraud, waste, and abuse if they know about
it. But I guess I'm kindof wondering as you follow this issue,
and I believe Americans for Prosperity isthe one that brought it to all of
our attention. Have we made anyprogress? Where are we in this situation?
Have we still got work to do? And what can my listeners do
to help out? Kevin? Idefinitely still have work to do. What

(01:44:41):
flagged this for us was that, back before Obamacare was passed and Medicaid was
expanded, the improper payment ran underMedicaid was you know, four to five
percent, and I mean that itmight be acceptable in government, but it's
still bad as it is. Butby twenty twenty, it had reached almost
twenty percent, and that's you know, one in five of every medicaid dollar
was potentially wasted if that evidence isaccurate. And so what we wanted to

(01:45:03):
know when we filed a Freedom ofInformation Act lawsuit was which states were the
biggest problems CMS had never actually released, which states were the state data that
we are trying to get. Andnumber two, we wanted to know if
the government was trying to recover anyof these improper payments they were required to
understatute. There's no evidence they've beendoing so before. And unfortunately it required

(01:45:25):
us to file a lawsuit just toget this data, and they'd never released
it before. But we did getthe state data a couple of years ago.
We found out that in twenty nineteen, for example, in Ohio,
the improper payment rate was as highas forty four percent. Oh and there
were other states in that range aswell. And we also found that the
government wasn't making any steps to recoverany of this money. Has anybody ever

(01:45:46):
answered the question why that's a Imean, isn't Medicaid like the one of
the biggest largest programs in the stateof behind in terms of consumption and taxpayer
dollars. Yeah, and just aboutevery state and especially the states, have
expanded Medicaid, their payments went up. And I mean the issue here and
the reason that's gotten so bad,is because the federal government was picking up
the tab for most of those Medicaidexpansions, so states didn't have any real

(01:46:10):
incentive to make sure that that theirroles and that the people on the program
were the people that were meant theprogram was meant for, which is the
truly vulnerable. But in fact, what we were seeing is that, and
especially during COVID they basically relaxed allof these reviews and didn't review any of
it. Was that their goal isto get as many people on the roles,
even if they're not eligible, Sothere was a built in incentive to

(01:46:31):
basically ignore all the fraud, waste, and abuse that's really in the final
analysis, what this is, justgive it to them if they ask for
it, and don't follow up onit, right. I mean, under
Obamacare, from twenty fourteen to twentyseventeen, while they were doing the expansion,
they canceled all these improper payment reviews, they didn't do any of them.
And then when they started to dothem again in twenty eighteen to twenty

(01:46:51):
twenty one, that's when we sawthese huge numbers of improper payments. I
mean, almost one hundred billion dollarsevery year was wasted. And now they're
saying under the Biden administration that they'vefixed this. But basically what they're doing
is they're rigging the numbers. Andwe have friends in the community here Paragrin
Health Institute that does this research, and they believe the twenty twenty twenty one

(01:47:15):
rate of about nineteen to twenty percentis the most accurate thing, even if
CMS and hhs are sort of lyingabout it. Now, wow, so
this is and now let me drawa parallel here, and you can feel
free to disagreement, because the firstthing came to my mind. You know,
the Saturday state's always charged with makingsure the voter rules are accurate.
If you died, you moved outof the state, they're supposed to follow
up on that and take you offthe eligibility list if you're no longer eligible

(01:47:36):
to vote in state of Ohio basedupon well you're being alive or not.
That seems to be something that's prettyeasy to do. I understand we keep
tabs on that pretty well here inOhio. Is it a similar type of
analysis what they look with the individualMedicaid recipient and find out if they're even
eligible. Right, I mean, there's lots of different ways they could be
ineligible. They could make too muchmoney, which should be a success story.

(01:47:58):
Right, they got out the Medicaidroles, they got a better job,
or they got health insurance through theirjob, which is also another success
story that should be something we shouldbe celebrating. Obviously, they could have
moved out of state, they couldhave done a whole bunch of other things,
or maybe the other The only harmlessthing in there is that some paperwork
was filed in correctly and they weresupposed to get it anyway, so they

(01:48:18):
got it. But for the mostpart, the biggest thing that makes up
these proper payments is people getting itthat should not be. Who is charged
with this oversight function. Is ita particular state level position or is this
a county by county responsibility, BecauseI've been led to believe that it's a
county by county issue. My understandingis that as both ways that the states
are responsible, and then it's alsothe federal government Centers for Medicaid and Medicaid

(01:48:43):
Services as supposed to conduct oversight here. They have an inspector General that actually
flags at a lot of states andlocal governments that are that are struggling with
in proper payments. So if yougo back through the years, like the
last three or four years, there'sat least twenty something individual investigations just from
that entity flagging states that are basicallygemming the books and adding people that are
not eligible. Is there an incentivefor a state to cook the books in

(01:49:08):
this way? And maybe cook thebooks is the wrong way of summarizing,
but does the state benefit by havinga larger Medicaid population? Is there a
disincentive to throw people off who arenot eligible or otherwise moved on? I
mean, well, it depends onthe state, but I would imagine I
mean, right now, if youexpanded Medicaid under Obamacare, the federal garm

(01:49:28):
picks up ninety plus percent of thetab, so you're not feeling the real
cost of it. And if they'renot vigible for Medicaid, it's possible they
might be eligible for other state healthcareprograms which the state is probably paying more
of, like a chip program ora different In Georgia we have something called
peach Care, so that's more expensiveto states. Huh, So they definitely
want to keep them on Medicaid ifthey can save money that way. Well,

(01:49:49):
they're in lies one of the answersthat perhaps one of the problems that
exists here. But if it's astate program, then you have all the
incentive in the world to ferret outthe fraud, waste, and abuse,
right, And the problem is atthe tail end of the Obama mettation,
HHS passed a rule which basically said, we're not going to go to recover
any of these improper payments unless it'sa problem for two cycles, and every

(01:50:13):
cycle is three years, so everystate gets basically it's not technically an audit,
but they get audited about every threeyears for their improper payment rates.
So unless you have an issue overtwo three year periods, so six years,
then they're not going to try torecover any of the payments. So
what are we left to conclude onthis and what can possibly be done?
I mean, the average regular citizenwho's not involved in the Medicaid program at

(01:50:35):
all just perhaps doesn't is oblivious tothis, But obviously this is serious,
serious money. If you're talking aboutforty percent going out the door, that
shouldn't I don't care whether the state'smoney is only ten percent of that chunk
or it's it's it's one hundred percent. It's real money, and it adds
up to a sizeable chunk of thebudget. This should be all the incientive

(01:50:57):
of the world to go afterward. So what do we do, what do
we love to to do by wayof changing the dynamic here, Kevin Well,
I mean, you got to beaware of the waist FID and Bruce,
you have to report it to thepeople that do care about There are
some in the federal government, andI assume there's some in some of the
states. But we also need to, you know, obviously, reform healthcare
more generally, give people more optionsto make sure that they don't have to

(01:51:18):
go on un medicated, that theyhave a better option. And we have
to make sure that, you know, governments are keeping an eye on their
own roles and doing what they're supposedto be doing, and that's just not
happening right now. That's a realshame. Obviously, it's a serious problem.
It requires serious attention, and Iappreciate you elevating this to this this
level of discussion. Kevin Schmidt fromAmericans for prosperity. Keep up the great

in the final analysis, don't know, but you know, he does have
rights to free speech. It's oneof the arguments he's making on appeal with
the gag order. Listen, I'mentitled to my political opinion. I'm entitled
to talk about things that matter politically, And of course this is a topic
whether you want it to be ornot, and I certainly don't want it

(01:56:51):
to be. Democrats are going tobe running around as they have been since
the verdict. You know, convictedfellon Trump, convicted fellon Trump. Trump
obviously feels any to respond to thatby defending himself, and he should be
able to defend himself. So itis political as well as a specific criminal
trial. So how you reconcile thoseunder a constitution that does provide for a

(01:57:13):
right to free speech. I thinkTrump's on the right side of the law,
and I think, of course anyimpellate court should throw out the gag
order. It's particularly under these highlycharged circumstances. But you know, there's
also the possibility think about it,Think about it. Joe Biden's going to
struggle in a debate. I don'tknow how much you have methanthet I mean,
you can give that guy to gethim at least to a point where

(01:57:33):
he can read the teleprompter without fumblingover himself. But if you're talking about
a debate, he's only going tohave notes maybe, and they're not going
to be a teleprompter in the room. How's he going to perform? I'm
sure there's sweating bullets over that.Could it be? Could it be that
they'll use Donald Trump convicted felon tocancel the debate. I am not going

(01:57:54):
to dignify this wonderful, you know, presidential office with the idea that I'm
going to debate a convicted felon.AH wouldn't put it past them to make
that argument in order to protect JoeBiden. Plus they got to protect both
Joe Biden from his own policies. And I've been pointing this out all morning.
And you can talk for everything wetalk about on the morning show for

(01:58:15):
months and years, What can herun on? Somebody call me and tell
me what's been successful in the Bidenadministration. What piece of legislation can you
point out that made your life better? Yeah? You're struggling with that one,
aren't you. Cause if there wassomething that he was successful at,

(01:58:35):
that's all you'd be here in twentyfour to seven of the mainstream media.
But Joe Biden did this, andhe did this, and he did this.
Rather than that, his spokespeople creamJean Pierre and all the other ones
you can. He's been the bestpresident ever. What you want to put
a little flesh on the bones ofthat conclusion, they never do. They

(01:58:56):
might point to the inflation reduction,at which it is certain nothing nothing,
How many EV charging stations we gotout there under that Green New Deal program?
They put like seven point five billiondollars in the twenty twenty one program,
the Infrastructure Bill, a law thatBiden tounts as one of his greatest
achievements. What has how has thatimpacted your world? What was in that?

(01:59:19):
Well, I'm in favor of VVS. I want to get rid of
carbon. Yeah, okay, yougot eight eight charging stations since twenty twenty
one with a seven and a halfbillion dollar fusion of cash. Now,
how much money's left of that sevenpoint five billion? I'm sure a lot
of it's been spent, But yougot no ROI. And was there ever

(01:59:43):
a federal program, because that's thishypothetically speaking, or rather rhetorically speaking,
was there ever a federal program tobuild gas stations. Right, no market
forces demanded the building of gas stations. Investors big and small find, wait
a second, everybody's buying a gaspowered car. I can make money.
I can build a gas station withoutthe infusion of federal dollars because we wanted

(02:00:10):
them. You know, when thefederal government is building something, it is
something that the average person or groupof people one or not is incapable of
funding, probably because there is noreturn. It doesn't generate money. I
mean toll roads. If you havea toll road, you can argue we're

(02:00:31):
making money on that. But ifyou want a highway, where does private
business and industry build these highways? But highways create business and industry, and
you can make a great argument likethe federal highway system was of the Eisenhower
administration. Brought us all these greatbig expressways with on and off rams where

(02:00:53):
businesses popped up, thus benefiting theeconomy. So you can say government investment
is good in some circumsts and it'scrazy in others. In this particular case,
they are mandating electric vehicles by wayof legislation. Look at California,
and it's crazy legislation to phase outgas cars. Virginia just passed the law,

(02:01:15):
or they recently passed the law adoptingCalifornia's EV standards. Now, Governor
Glenn Youngkin says yesterday, no,we're getting out of it. We're no
longer going to follow the California missionstandards. We're gonna buy by the less
strict federal rules. This is becausehe sees the riding on the wall,
as does everyone. Nobody wants togo out and buy an EV. As
much as as much incentive as theygive you, as many taxpayer dollars as

(02:01:36):
they want to incentivize you to buyone, people still aren't buying them.
And because evs aren't that popular,no one has the financial incentive to build
and charging station, which could beprofitable. I guess they're not popping up
everywhere because the demand isn't there. So what does the government do. It

(02:01:57):
forces it upon us by taking awaybut we want and substituting for something that
we clearly do not want. Andthe only way you can do that is
by subsidizing the entire program. Thinkabout it and think about voting, and
I hope you do. If you'rein Hamilin County. God bless Melissa Powers.

(02:02:18):
She's tough on crime. Pay attention, as I have been pointing out
all morning to the epic failures thathave gone onto these woke cities. You
can't walk outside without fear of gettingwell the crap beat out of you by
a gang of teenagers, or yourcar hijacked, or someone trying to kill
you, whatever the case may be. Those folks need to go to jail,

(02:02:39):
but they don't do that in wokecities. And what happened, it
gets worse because, of course thedeterrence has been taken away, and people
think, well, there's not goingto be anything wrong with me committing a
crime. They're not going to doanything about it. Anyway, I'm gonna
go out and punch someone in theface. Seven fifty six to fifty five
casitytoxtation. Most of the Power's comingup next. From trash talking into tabloids.

(02:02:59):
That is his first and last resortis to go to sleeve. It's

Well here from I Heart Me AviationArspert Jailer Atlift the bottom of the

to welcome to the fifty five KRCMorning Show. A woman who definitely needs
our vote. This November twenty twentyfour election is going to be pivotal moment
Hamilton County and Hamilton County Prosecutor MelissaPowers is running to keep the Prosecutor's office
in strong hands, protect our familiesand our communities. Our business knows that

(02:03:45):
the future of Greater Cincinnati is hangingin the balance and working hard every single
day to prevent soft on crime criminaladvocates from taking control. Read it for
yourself, check it out online.Powers for Prosecutor dot com and oh look,
there's a donate button in the upperright hand corner. You can also
get yard signs of help out hercampaign. Welcome back, Melissa Powers.
Thanks for everything that you do onbehalf of keeping criminals off the street in

(02:04:08):
Hamilton County. You're welcome, Brian, and thank you for having me on
this morning to share and highlight acouple of cases that are happening down at
the courthouse. These are alarming andshocking bonds that are being said dangerously low.
That is not keeping our community safeand the public needs to know.
We highlight some of these cases onour website, excuse me, my Facebook

(02:04:31):
page, which is Melissa Powers,Hamilton County Prosecutor. I just put three
of them up a day ago. We've had ninety six shares on this one
alone, and I'd like to talkabout those today if you'd like please.
So to begin with, we havea brand new judge who it just started
in January. She was elected byour voters in the different neighborhoods of Anderson,

(02:04:57):
High Park Lookout, nor will MountWashington, and a few others.
And she took out a judge thatwas very good, very confident, extremely
experienced from Cincinnati, and he dida wonderful job keeping our people safe.
And I just want to found thealarm basically to the suburban women that are

(02:05:19):
voting just for women, that youare making a big mistake that cannot be
the only reason for your vote. This girl, this judge, excuse me,
will be in office now for thenext six years, and there's nothing
that we can do about it forvoters except draw attention to it and hopefully

(02:05:41):
she will change her philosophy, butI doubt that's going to happen. She's
indoctrinated, she's radicalized, and basicallyher attitude is is that we do not
put anybody behind bars after upon arrestuntil there's a conviction, so they are
out the entire time, and she'sputting a lot of people at risks.

(02:06:03):
In the first case I'd like totalk about is a domestic violence case,
and this one should just get yourblood going. The baby's father broke into
at night time into the mother's home, our victim's home. Before she could
even get out of her chair,he was on top of her, attacking

(02:06:26):
her. So he broke in withouther knowledge and quietly got into her house,
beat her, severely strangled her.Her fingernails were broken. She wakes
up unconscious in her bedroom and wearingdifferent clothes. Yes, so this man
is charged with domestic violence. Shehad the courage to call the police.

(02:06:48):
She got arrested for felony domestic violence, which means there's one prior at least
aggravated burglary and strangulation. Anyone that'swilling to strangle someone willing to commit a
homicide and kill somebody. So that'show dangerous this man is. The bond
that was set was three. Allhe had a post to get out of

(02:07:09):
jail was three hundred dollars three. That's it. That's it. So this
poor victim is in fear of herlife, had the courage to call the
police, and the judge is completelyfailing her. He is out. I
can't imagine how terrified she must be. And I like these the suburban women

(02:07:32):
that just vote for identity politics orthey're voting for one issue politics, that
they are making our home, ourneighborhoods less safe, and they're not supporting
women. Even this judge, thisradical judge, isn't supporting women and women
helping women endorse this judge. Ilike to know where they are. Why
are they not speaking out almost everydomestic violence case, I'm just talking felony

(02:07:57):
cases that this judge Judge Silverstein isher name. I was waiting for that,
Samantha Silverston. You haven't posted onyour page, so I was getting
ready to ask you, is therea reason why you're not calling her out?
By name. There you go.No, Now, she needs everybody
needs to know what's going on andneeds to know her name, and needs
to know that their vote when theyvote for judges that is has a direct

(02:08:22):
impact on our community and the safetyof our community, and they just can't
vote because they're female. They needto find out who is the law and
order judges that will keep us safein the community, that will protect women.
But she was endorsed by the DemocraticParty. She was endorsed by this
judge was endorsed by the Women Helpingwomen. Where are they speaking out that

(02:08:46):
she's not protecting victims of domestic violence? Well, let's let's move over to
Jamar Long. Who's another illustration onyour Facebook page? Because I thought the
left was all about handgun violence andtaking guns away from people, including law
abiding citizens. And you know,if you use a gun, then you're
supposed to go in for a bigtime, big boy jail, and the
same thing goes with gun violence. They let them out on the street too,

(02:09:09):
with very little bonds. This judgeSilverstein that all weapons under disability.
Now, weapons under disability is aconvicted felon of a felony, of a
violent felony or a drug trafficking adrug type of case that creates a disability.
There's others, but that's the maintwo that usually applied. So anybody

(02:09:33):
with a firearm that has those typesof conditions should never have a firearm ever
in their hands. Again, theyhave forfeited the right under you know,
to carry a firearm because they're justnot permitted to do that. This judge
sets all weapons under disabilities are meaningthat they walk out with their next court
date. So getting back to Jamarlong, he spent the last eighteen of

(02:09:56):
the or spent eighteen years of thelast twenty five years and state every prisons
for drug trafficking. He had threeseparate stays in the Higher Department of Corrections
and wine in federal penitentiary. He'scaught with the highest level a foony wine
possession and trafficking of drugs. That'seight kilograms at cocaine over fifty thousand dollars
street value. Of course, hehas a weapon with him, I mean,

(02:10:18):
that's tools of the trade. Thebond that was set for him was
twenty two hundred dollars. That's allhe had to post was twenty two hundred
dollars in order to get out ofjail again as not keeping us protected.
This guy should have had a highbond. We're asking for high bonds,
we're fighting for him, and shejust won't do it. She ran on

(02:10:39):
the platform and it's even in herbio that she's a bail reform advocate and
she's doing it. She's carrying itout. This is what the people voted
for. Another one, the ladythat was missing in Lovelane was found and
disposed of in a trash can.Right, So they caught the guy just
recently, a couple of days ago. He is a huge flight risk.

(02:11:03):
He was mirandized after his arrest. He told officers, if I tell you
what happened, I'll spend the restof my life in jail. So he
stopped talking. He withdrew all hiscash from his bank account and that ripes
prior to the arrest. So he'sa huge flight risk. He disposed of
a body in a trash can. There's an ongoing death investigation into the missing

(02:11:24):
woman. And the bond on thatwas one thousand dollars. That's all he
had to post was one thousand dollarsto get out of jail, and then
the last one that's not on theFacebook page. This was an assault on
an officer. The descendant shot ata police officer. The bond to post
one hundred dollars one hundred dollars, and it's one hundred dollars bond to get

(02:11:48):
out of jail. I mean, this is why I just hope that people
are paying attention. We have sevenjudges on the ballot this November. To
make sure you are voting for lawand order judges. We have a great
slate that's out there experienced in thecourtroom, trial lawyers, prosecutors, appellot

(02:12:11):
attorneys that are on the ballot, and I just urge the public to make
sure before you vote that you getthose names so that you can make sure
that we change the direction of ourcounty. Right now. This progressive,
these attitudes from the East Coast Columbia, George Soros, all of those attitudes
are coming. They're at our doorstephere, and I'm doing everything. Every

(02:12:33):
day. I wake up in themorning, I think about it. I
go to bed at nine, I'mthinking about what can we do to make
sure that we're keeping the county safe. How do we fight against all these
attacks that and to our justice system. That are making sure that we're less
safe. And there's the machine onthe other side is so big, there's
so much indoctrination, and especially thewomen that think I just vote for women

(02:13:00):
when they get to the ballot andthey know nothing about about the candidate.
You are part of. You arefalling right into the trap that's been set,
you know by the other side. That's part of the machine. And
and and then also I was justlooking up what articles are out there on
the internet about bail reform, theseno bail type judges, these no bail
prosecutors, what type of articles areout there that reflects how damaging it is

(02:13:26):
to the safety of the community. And you won't find them, but you'll
find a hundred articles on an Internetsearch that's all about how bad it is
that there's cash bail, how horribleit is, how lopside it is for
the justice system, and you know, and how inconsistent it is, or
how it only applies. You know, it's it's a disadvantage for the poor,

(02:13:48):
but really it's not. And that'swhat that's all that you'll find out
there, that's all you know,And that's all part of the machine.
That's all by design. It's tomake sure that these Marxist attitudes come everywhere,
not just on the East Coast, everywhere, so that they can change
not only our town but the entirecountry. And if you don't like what

(02:14:11):
you're seeing out there, and ifyou don't feel safe in your neighborhood and
you don't feel safe walking around downtown, you really need to be paying attention
to who you're voting for as judges, who you're voting for as the prosecutor,
even our state legislatures, because thelaws are getting so changed and relaxed.
I mean, like, for example, and I'm not saying I agree

(02:14:33):
or disagree, but this is justone example. The other side wanted to
eliminate the death penalty everywhere. Theywere unsuccessful in the manner in which they
were. You know, nobody wasvoting for that. But what they did
do is say, if there's aserious mental illness, and even depression can
qualify as a serious mental illness, wheneyboy on death row is going to be

(02:14:54):
depressed, they can get into theconviction that death penalty vacated, and it's
like without parole. So somebody likeJoseph Paul Franklin, the serial killer that
I that came through Cincinnati in nineteeneighty or an Anthony Kirkland that murdered and
killed an innocent child who was jogging. She's thirteen year years old. You

(02:15:16):
remember that, as me Kenny fromthe School for Paint Informing Arts. Somebody
like that can get You know thatthat is the most egregious crimes against children.
The Franklin cases against two teenagers thirteenand fourteen years old. Somebody like
that, as dangerous and violent asthey are, you know that the death

(02:15:37):
penalty would be commuted. Well, and that's what's happening. Going back to
the bond issue, and I hearthe arguments that the other side makes on
this, but judges do have discrestion, and they're supposed to be taking into
account the different factors based upon whothe person is in front of them,
and considering bod You mentioned a coupleof them flight wrists, that's a huge
one. And repeat offenders, obviouslythey're going to repeatedly and violate the law

(02:16:01):
over and over again. If you'vegot multiple convictions, you obviually have a
demonstrably dangerous person that goes into theequation. But if you haven't been in
front of the judicial system before, and you're in front of a judge on
a relatively minor issue, you donot represent a flight risk. Many times
you're going to get an own recognizancebond and no money is going to be
So there's important considerations and factors thatneed to be taken that need to be

(02:16:22):
taken into account, but most ofpowers for a part company. I just
have to ask you this sort ofrhetorically, how did being soft on crime
become a Republican Democrat thing soft oncrime equals demonstrably more crime, which is
worse for everyone, regardless of yourpolitical affiliation. I just don't understand how
we got to this point in time. I agree with you, I don't

(02:16:45):
understand it. I just think peopledon't realize the impact and they're voting either.
Like I said, identity politics oneissue, politics politics just in general.
But when it comes to our safety, that transcends all politics. It
should not matter what your beliefs, you know, political beliefs are. That's

(02:17:09):
my opinion too. I've worked I'veworked for I've never seen anything like this,
and when I talk to you,I've been in the business for thirty
two years, dedicated to serving ourcommunity. Making sure that the constitution's upheld,
making sure there's fairness, making surethat you know their people are safe,
fighting for victims of crime. I'venever seen anything like it. And

(02:17:31):
I've worked with Democrat judges before,so politics, we've never it was never
a political a decision when you weremaking. But right now we've got we've
got young females that two of themthe Silver Sea now and Carrie Bloom and
Juvenile Court, that are so indoctrinatedwith these radical beliefs, these that are

(02:17:54):
so in lined with George Soros andthe soft on crime or they call they
hide behind saying it's social justice reform. But they're doing it and putting us
all at risk, and they don'tI don't know if it's naive. They
don't care. They're thinking about what'sthe most important is there are their beliefs.

(02:18:16):
It's not the people that they're serving. Well, the beliefs, I
think we can boil it down.Their beliefs are to undermine us generally speaking,
and those communities that are already onlife's margins are going to be ill
served even more so with soft oncrime policies. Most of the powers.
I'm sadly we're out of time.I recommend two things my listeners. Powers

Imaging can be affordable, but notif you go to a hospital,
medical center or a medical imaging center. That's where your doctor's going to send

for joining us. Hey, goodmorning, good morning. You know when

(02:21:16):
I walk around and seel these seventeenand eighteen year olds a d day,
I kind of cringe, and thenI think about the anniversary today and it's
those kind of kids that save theworld, isn't it the truth? I
was talking about that in the fiveo'clock hour as well, and the sacrifice,
and you know, could we beup, could we stand up to
that kind of challenge, you know, just basically walking into a flurry of

(02:21:39):
bullets and seeing your buddies and yourcomrades drop right around you. Read an
interesting perspective letter from this morning. It appears in the Wall Street Journal under
a larger article about these kind ofthings. Check it out, James Freeman.
You don't land softly, and it'sthe last article you read. It
was a letter from Captain George Montgomery, the US Army's eighty second air a

(02:22:00):
vision to his wife, basically summingit up. You know, he being
so near death, what he wasthinking about was his wife and thinking about
you know, he didn't think hewas going to get through it, and
it was top most in my mindat the time. He said, I
think I can save. My lovefor you has been pretty well tested.
So but that's what's important in life, those kind of things, your loved

(02:22:20):
ones, not the trivial crap thatwe tend to engage in all the time
and the division that's being sowed inthis country. But the other thing,
and I'm glad you brought up dDay. Part of that article also talked
about the gliders and apparently the gliderswere the first thing to land inland so
it could clear the way for thetroops landing on the beach. Those gliders
were death traps man. Yeah, those wooden count they toted them wooden gliders

(02:22:43):
and you landed on top of machinegun nests and all. My word,
it's just I just can't imagine.But the bravery, it's just just amazing,
amazing, amazing. Anyway, Pivotingover Boeing having another tough week,
it seemed we start with the Emiratespresident and we talked and there's whistleblowers coming
out of the woodwork again. Andhe got a couple of points here on

(02:23:05):
boone. But let's start with Emiratespresident giving Boeing a little bit of a
mouthful. Well. He spoke atthe International Air Transport to Association conference on
Sunday and he was asked about theBoeing issue and he said, Boeing right
now is, in his words, ruthlessly pursuing cost cuts. He said it

(02:23:28):
started about ten or fifteen years agowhen Boeing went from an engineering led firm
to a cost cutting kind of abean counter type leadership, and he said,
ever since they made that pivot,it's never been the same. They've
been prioritizing profits over engineering, andthe engineering excellence that Boeing used to be

(02:23:50):
known for, especially from a safetystandpoint, is gone. And he said
they continue to outsource everything they can. The quality control is not in places
atbviously needs to be, and hesaid he's just tired of it. And
of course that is similar to whatwe're hearing from United and other CEOs around
the world that are saying it's reallyimpacting us, where we're going to be

(02:24:13):
creating hundreds of millions in less inrevenue because we were anticipating having these twenty
thirty forty fifty eighty additional aircraft thisyear without and now we can't do it.
United Airlines are going to hire fifteenthousand people this year and they came
out and said, well, rightnow, maybe ten thousand because we can't
hire the rest because we don't havethe airplanes that we thought Boeing was going

(02:24:37):
to be able to get us.And Brian went, when you look at
the mess that Boeing has created, and then you recognize how long it's going
to take for them to properly turnthis around. We're talking years. So
if their impact right now is severeon the Ryanairs who are nothing but seven
thirty sevens in Europe, and youhave united an American in Delta, so

(02:24:58):
many others, and of course Southwestwho only flies Boeing seven thirty sevens.
It's at a time when the industryis supposed to be growing and getting bigger.
We can't keep up with what wehave and Boeing self inflicted the wounds,
if you will, here is reallyhammering the industry all over the world.
Is this just, I mean, perhaps the tail end of what we

(02:25:20):
have seen as a consequence of thesecost cutting measures, and they're they're they're
fair too to focus on safety.Do you think Boeing actually got the message?
Maybe perhaps earlier on and we're juststill talking about the aftermath of their
laziness and their mouth seasons, butthat they understand now and they've got their
act together or or am I justbeing overly optimistic? Uh? One if

(02:25:43):
I cussed, and two if Icussed on the ARETRA, wouldn't I would
say absolutely not Brett Bryan five yearsago, Boeing should have learned their lesson.
Okay, there were two aircraft crasheskilled three hundred and forty six people.
The blame was everywhere. It wason the pilots, was on the
training. It was a new airline. It was blocked by anything but Boeing.

(02:26:05):
And we even had some of theso called aviation experts that know a
lot more than me that we're doinga lot of the national shows as I
was doing during that time, sayingoh, these airplanes are fine, they're
safe, and I'm saying no,there's questions that we got to ground the
airplanes. And Boeing came out laterand of course it was revealed that yes,
there were deficiencies with the airplane. It was something they were rushing through

(02:26:28):
production, and in essence they wereresponsible for what took place. They didn't
even tell the pilots about that aggressiveanti stall system that would rip the control
out of their hands for ten secondsat a time. Pilots were unaware of
any of that. So Boeing toldus five years ago that they were sorry,
They've learned. It's going to getbetter. And now as we listen
to the whistleblowers, and we seethe evidence at ham Brian. Not only

(02:26:52):
have they not learned, it's almostan arrogance of we're not going to change.
We're not going to stop doing anythingwe've been doing because we need to
get these airplanes out as quickly aspossible, because that's when we get paid.
I would have thought the death ofhundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people
would have caused a company to situp and say, hey, what we're

(02:27:13):
doing is wrong, But obviously that'snot the case. I don't believe.
Yeah, I say all the timewhen Boeing executives talk, I hear Charlie
Brown cartoon parents talking because I don'tlisten. I don't care. I don't
believe you. So if that adequatelyanswers your question, that's that's where I
stand. Knocked it out of thepark. Don't pull your punches like you're

(02:27:35):
doing. You're you're really holding backon your criticisms there, Jacobs. No,
I'm telling you, where's my bloodpredator? Man? They gotta be
r in here somewhere. Yeah,we'll come right back more with I heard
media aviation Jay rattle. If it'shard to laugh in such tragic situations or
potential additional tragedy. But he doeshave a way of summing things up quite
well. Zimmer Heating and air conditionswere heating cool. You know, been

services for cancer patients and survivors.Called five one three five eighty five UCCC

(02:29:28):

town Chucking, Vermont fifty five KR. See the talk station, keep your
stupid mouth shine, Hey forty fikabout carcit talk station apparently bowing such eh,

(02:29:50):
I heard media aviation expert Jay Ratiff. Let us move forward and over
to well losing luggage and I'm gladyou had this on the list because I
saw this interesting article about baggage handlersaying, you know, they here's a
tip for you. Pro tip, don't tie ribbons on your suitcase. You
know, people can see. I'mlike, oh, there's my bag over

(02:30:11):
there, it's got the big brightgreen ribbon on it or whatever, because
the baggage scanning system is automated, and if you've got a ribbon that interferes
with that, they they can't automaticallycheck it in, so it'll get pulled
out and then it might be delayedgetting to your next flight or even ending
up in the baggage carousel. Sopro tip on that one. But the
other thing, and I thought thiswas comical and I wanted to bring it

(02:30:33):
to your attention. Apparently, donot fly with marzipan, you know,
the almond paste. Oh yeah,it's because they said when they scan it,
like through the X ray or whatever, it has the actual same appearance
as a plastic explosive based upon itscomposition and density. So I thought it
was funny because who flies with marzapan? Apparently that's happened before, though,

(02:30:54):
well it has in the bag.I mean the protcol is you get the
bag to a location and there's securityprotocol that has to take place. It's
not you know, Joe the baggagehandler that's opening ripping open the bag to
see what's in there, and you'retalking about something that's going to severely delay
your luggage. That's going to beit. And I always remind people to
put a copy of your itinerary insidethe bag right before you close it,

(02:31:16):
so that if all those tags comeoff they open it up, boom,
they not only know who it belongsto, they know where you're at because
they've got a copy of your teneryright there. Brilliant pro tips that glorre
this morning for travel and moving overto all right, so which airline and
we're going to be most likely tohave our bags lost on Jay? Okay,
well, so let's talk about theworst ones. Who do you think
is that at the bottom of thislist the worst carrier? Oh, I

(02:31:39):
don't know, maybe one of thosediscount carriers perhaps, No, that's actually
United Americans not lotting for last playgreat. Yeah, per per one thousand
bags handled, American will mishandled zeropoint eight two United zero point seven four
bags. So in other words, those bags, you know, if you're

(02:32:01):
flying United or American. It's it'sgonna be difficult to see. But I
love talking about who's on top becauseI don't I think I could give you
three choices and a chance, andI don't know if you could get it.
But this airline was so good youcould double the number that they have
and they'd still be in first place. Spirit, they are so far in

(02:32:22):
first place. There's nobody even close, is it Spirit? No? No,
the Spirit's solidly in seventh or eighthplace. Yeah, okay, what
was the aircraft? What was theairline? You were you were singing the
praises and the eighth Oh Breeze,Yeah, Breeze, Yeah, breeze.
I don't think Breeze is on thislist because this was from last year.
And yeah, give me had aspecific size. So but you know you're

(02:32:43):
you're you're leaning in the right directionbig time. Oh go ahead, give
me the discount character this number was, it's Allegiant Allegiance. Allegiant took top
honor big time, zero point oneeighth. Not only is Allegiance on the
top spot here last year, becausethese are two thousand and three numbers,
they didn't deny boarding to a singlepassenger. The only airline that did not

(02:33:07):
involuntarily bump someone their untie performance betterthan eighty percent. They in Delta the
only two that can can claim thatthey have the lowest number of canceled flights
percentage wise. And yes they mishandlefor your bags anybody else. Now,
a lot of people that are familiarwith the industry, I'll say, now,
Jay, that's because there's a lotof NonStop flights and all you got
to do is put the bag onthere and it's going to make it true.

(02:33:30):
But there's other carriers like Frontier andSpirit many times that do not have
the connecting flights, and they hadall kinds of problems from the standpoint of
mishandling luggage. So yeah, Allegiantis I told you they were zero point
one eight instances per thousand bags handled. Second place was Endeavor, which is
a Delta subsidiary. They were zeropoint four to one. So that shows

(02:33:50):
you the separation between first and second. Southwest came in the third Delta,
fourth Hawaiian and then Frontier Airlines kindof wrapped up the top six. But
Allegiant continues to do things so rightthat it is it's striking and well,
I think it's Wall Street Journal.Three months ago, you and I talked

(02:34:11):
about they ranked the best airlines intwo thousand and four and Allegiance came in
third. It was Delta first,a last Airline second, Allegiant third.
So they're working hard, and look, I love having them here in Cincinnati,
and it's going to be interesting tosee just how much better they can
improve things. The better they are, the more competition the other guys have,

(02:34:31):
and that will force them to perhapsget their act together. Please,
it's the way capitalism is supposed towork. American Airlines flight attendants may be
striking. What's the story in thisone? Yeah, the union and the
management for American have been trying tohammer out a contract for the longest time,
Brian, and the union's finally gonepublic and told their flight attendants,
look, we may have to burreal possibility we made to need to go

(02:34:52):
on strike. Now they've made thispublic for the obvious reason they're trying to
put some apply some pressure to managementto try to get a little bit closer.
And I think the management did comeout and off from about a seventeen
percent pay raise, but I don'tthink it was It wasn't consistent with what
some of the other flight attention inthe industry were making, so at least
they probably are getting closer. Butwhat I wanted to remind everyone is,

(02:35:16):
even though this talk of a strikeis out there, if you are an
American Airlines frequent flyer, I wouldnot allow that to deter me from any
future reservations. That's just me speaking, because if they were to go on
strike, the administration would step inimmediately and stop it, get them right
back to work. So it mightbe a strike would last two or three
hours. If that that's consistent withwhat's happened before. I think Bill Clinton

(02:35:39):
had to order you as Airways backto work after they went on strike for
an hour or two because it's justtoo detrimental to the aviation industry and to
our economy if there's a disruption inthat air service. So I wouldn't be
worried about it. But Brian, this is a group of people that they
start probably twenty seven to twenty eightthousand dollars a year, and if they

(02:36:01):
are based in Boston in Massachusetts, they earn't just enough that they can qualify
for food stamps in the state ofMassachusetts. The flight attendants are sleeping in
airports, they're sleeping in their cars. They are getting together eight or ten
of them in an apartment as kindof a crash pad to try to help
cut costs because they simply cannot affordthe cost of living at a lot of

(02:36:24):
these larger cities, which are typicallythe hobs. So if we had the
optics of pilots sleeping in the baggageclaim or at the airport or sleeping in
their cars, there would be anuproar that would demand something to be done.
And the idea that these flight attendantswho are our emergency evacuation specialists,
who I'm sorry, I want themat the top of their game every single

(02:36:46):
time. The stuff they're going throughis just it's just not right and hopefully
something soon can get done fair enough. And pivoting over to early boarding fees,
Southwest going to jack them up huhoh yeah. Of course, Southwest
is open seating, so it's allabout getting on board as quickly as you
can. And they've announced that theyare going to increase their upgraded boarding and

(02:37:11):
it now comes in depending on thesegment, anywhere from thirty dollars to board
early to one hundred and forty ninedollars a passing airline board early now before
it used to be the cap ofeighty dollars. But you know what this
is going to do. Some peopleare going to say, I'm not paying
fifty or one hundred and forty ninedollars, Hey, I need a wheelchair
please, because they know they getthere and not only they board Brian,

(02:37:33):
but their entire family boards first,so you don't have to pay the feed.
They'll grab the wheelchair and go.We've seen forty fifty wheelchair people being
put on board an airplane with theirentire family, and by the time a
lot of these early boarders who paidfor it start to board this open seating,
sixty five percent of the aircraft hasalready taken. Now Southwest is powerless.

(02:37:54):
It's not their fault because the Departmentof Transportation makes it clear that these
individuals have to board first, andthey do and that's why every airline has
it that way. If I coulddo it, I would make these people
board last so that they would haveplenty of time, but they would get
what's left over. And I promiseyou big time, you would not have

(02:38:16):
forty eight wheelchairs when it's a brilliantsolution to the problem. You're going to
get on the plane. They're goingto have your seat there. You're not
going to get in the way ofeverybody else trying to board. I'm sorry
you're disabled and require a wheelchair, but no, it's not going to delay
you. You're still going to getto your destination. I mean absolutely.
But the problem is that the DepartmentTransportation rules are very very straightforward, and

(02:38:39):
you have CEOs from Frontier and alot of other airlines that I'm talking about
just the abuse that is taking place, and airports don't have enough wheelchairs to
accommodate all of these fake people thathave these types of things. So airports
are being forced to go buy abunch of wheelchairs that they really don't need.
They've got to hire additional people tohelp assist these the individuals getting on

(02:39:01):
the plane, and we're forty eightneeded to get on and only five needed
to get off. It's pretty clearthat the wheelchairs were just a vehicle,
a device, a scheme that peoplewere using to get on the airplane.
And sadly, I think the SouthwestAirlines, as they raised the early boarding
fees, it's only going to makethat problem worse when during one of the
busiest summer travel seasons we've ever seen. I hear you all day long,

(02:39:24):
mediavation. Next for Jay rattle ifwe always in on hudlays, I know
it's really windy out there. Byweather forecast ridiculously said we'll have gusts as
high as ready twenty nine miles perhour. And how they were to figure
that one out somewhere around that.I think the rounding it up to thirty
would have been better, but gustywins anything going on by way of travel
today. Look, it's got toget about fifty before I even like yawn.

(02:39:45):
But we're going to be okay withthat. We had issues in New
York this morning, they've cleared.I think Atlanta might have some issues later
in the day as well. Washington, d C. Other than that,
looks like it's gonna be a verygood data flying, great data fly.
It's always a great day to talkto. I heard mediavation. Thanks for
Jay rattlerve I enjoy it. Jay, I thank you for coming on the
show, and as always, wishyou the best of health and loved your
