Speaker 1 (00:05):
Five o five, a fifty five k r C the
talk station.
Speaker 2 (00:11):
Happy Wednesday, some sillation and that's the way the news going.
Speaker 1 (00:30):
Yes, indeed it is Joe Strekker, exact producer with a
whole bunch of sound bites at his singer tips Brian
the Ti I'm right here, happened to be the host
of the thirty five Casey Morn Show. Appreciate you tuning in
and got a good show lined up today, which is
thanks to Joe Strekker for lining up guests. It's Wednesday,
which means yay. A couple of reasons for yay today,
actually quite a few seven o five of course, Big
(00:50):
Picture with Jack added and just a huge fan of
Jackson intellect and insight today the subject why we get
to play Santa Yeah, I don't know what that means either.
That's why we have Jack around At seven oh five
on a Wednesday. Donovan or Neo Americans for Prosperity in
his difficult time at seven thirty on a Wednesday today,
John Houston's balanced budget amendment. Wouldn't that be great? We
(01:14):
can't count an elected officials. Look at how much we
spend beyond what they take in in terms of revenue.
Wealthiest country in the world. They take in trillions of
dollars in income tax revenue and other forms of revenue generation,
and it's still not enough. We got a spending problem
in this country. Save me from myself, basically is what
John's saying. I know he's not behind you know, the
thirty eight trillion dollars you've already amassed in budget or
(01:37):
in debt and that we have to pay debt service on.
But at least the proposal of a ballot balance budget amendment,
and it's an amendment to the Constitution that means you've
got to have it ratified by the two thirds of
the states. It's going to be a huge, huge hurdle
to overcome, but i'd like to think, and I know
Blue states would never go for this, they're the ones
that are behind all this Profitgate's spending. But you know,
(01:58):
it's just common sense. Is live within your damn means?
So well, we're going to get some insight from Donald
and Neil at seven thirty on that. What does it say,
what does it mean, what's the process? And I'm certain
Americans for Prosperities behind it, and we'll push for it
here in the State of Ohio, and of course Donovan's
always giving you and me on an opportunity to help
(02:18):
out along those lines, little tiny, little bit of help,
big help, whatever, how muchever you want to get involved.
That's what AFP is all about, getting you from your
comfortable couch into some form of action mode to advance
what I think are sound principles that will benefit every
American over the long run. So that'll be seven thirty,
followed by the Claremont County Veteran Service. Steve Belzo returns
(02:41):
Klemat County Veteran Service is always looking out for the
American veteran, helping them get their benefits, and of course
they'll have some great information about veterans and the services
that the Claremont County Veteran Services offers. Seven forty with
Steve oh look at this coming up at eighty oh five.
VV Ramaswami, next Governor of the State of Ohio. I'm
pretty confident about that. I don't want to be overly confident.
(03:02):
Crazy things happen. I do think the man is brilliant.
I do think he has some sound policies and principles,
and I know he's a huge fan of my view
on energy policy. Let's just bring it. Let's make it
easy to generate energy in the state of Ohio. So Vivek,
we'll talk about Turning Point USA a new chapter in
the city of Cincinnati. Those things are popping up all
over the place, and I find it really interesting how
(03:24):
the left wants to prevent the formation of Turning Point
USA chapters. It's basically a social organization. It's a political organization.
I mean politics, the purest form of speech. You're allowed
to join together in form an organization. But man, I'm
telling you, the left just goes absolutely batcrap crazy over that.
(03:46):
What do they have to fear? There are communist organizations,
there are you know, socialist organizations. Hell, Democrats, socialists are
running for office in this country. Oh look, Matt van
Ebbs won the Tennessee special election. That will be Republican
Matt Van Epps running against someone who is on the
(04:06):
alexandri Casio Cortez side of the political equation, his Democrat
rival Afton Bain, and he won by about ten points.
Now that's low for Tennessee. Tennessee to win with Trump
by twenty points, and everybody's looking at this as a
bell weather for the twenty twenty six mid terms. Well,
if it is the Republicans win, now Tennessee is very red.
(04:28):
And the fact that they eroded ten points from the
Trump margin of victory, now you draw your own conclusions
from that. But it's a win for the Republicans, so
that seat no longer in play and Republicans will keep
hold of it. That was a little concerning for a
lot of folks because the margins of you know, Republicans
versus Democrats in the House a pretty damn slim. Judge
(04:51):
enned of Politano after vivig Ramaswami, he'll be on at
eight thirty his column Murder for Christmas, which involves the
blowing up of Venezuela and narco terrorists. Interesting view on that.
And this all springs from just Donald Trump's designated in
a group, a narco terrorist group, and that says there,
he says, gives him the right to kill them. My
(05:14):
concern is how easy it was, apparently for him to
just say it and then start killing them. If we
had some looney leftist president occupying the White House or
someone who doesn't even know what he's doing. Joe Biden
auto pen someone who is the puppet master could designate
anyone a narco terrorists or a terrorist organization generally speaking.
(05:34):
So I got other thoughts and comments on that. So
that's the challenge for me. What justifies the blowing up
of people? Or in the case of Donald Trump, he's
ready to start with land strikes. I kid you not.
He announced yesterday they're going to expand drug strikes to
land locations, including in Columbia, following the military tax on
(06:00):
those boats near Venezuela. Quote, we are going to start
doing those strikes on land. I means also, the land
is much easier, much easier, and we know the roots
they take, we know everything about them, we know where
they live, we know where the bad ones live, and
we're going to start doing that very soon. Obviously, not
not even a veiled threat. That is just an out
(06:21):
loud threat in the Jura regime. And they've got to
be sweating bullets to some degree because they have virtually
no military Read more and more articles about Venezuela is
in a precarious state economically literally, economically politically speaking. Madara
is looking for new places to live after he's chucked
out of office or otherwise has to have to flee the country.
(06:43):
So looking really bad for him. But if you're a
narco terrorist, you know, and I can laugh about this reality,
although underlying it, I have this massive concern over the
ease with which any president can just start dropping bombs.
I think I'm entitled to that concern. But you know,
(07:03):
damn well, I mean, how many ciagents do you think
are roaming around the Venezuelan countryside. We have drones, we
have satellites, we know the roots. This would be the
easiest operation to execute, at least in terms of hitting
targets where they are literally manufacturing the drugs that are
coming into our country. So you're not going to get
any resistance from the Missouri Maduro regime. They may chuck
(07:25):
a rocket or two up in the air, but I
don't think it's going to have much effect. But I
found this statement from Trump or rather interesting. Anybody that's
doing that, meaning the drug manufacturing and selling it into
our country is subject to attack, not necessarily just Venezuela. Look,
somebody wrote, hmm, how about China. They're the ones for
(07:46):
supplying all the precursors for ventanyl. They're the ones shipping
that crap all over the world, so the narco terrorist
can manufacture it into the deadly drug that's killing more
Americans annually than we lost in the entire Vietnam conflict.
Does anybody think Donald Trump start dropping bombs on fentanyl
manufacturer of precursor plants in China? No, of course, not
China actually has a real military that can defend itself,
(08:07):
And of course we end up in World War three
over that. Venezuela not so much. And also read another
article as whether the silence is deafening. Venezuela had been
supported by at least with lip service and yes, some
supplies military, and otherwise by China and Russia. Well where
(08:27):
are they? Do you hear anything from China or Rushier
about Donald Trump's utterances and actions against Venezuela's drug dealers?
Now you don't, do you. So Maduro finds himself rather isolated.
He doesn't have a source of you boosting his military
or even building a military he can't defend against the
United States military might. And he, of course is on
the wrong side of the argument in the sense that
(08:48):
he's supporting drug traffickers. I wouldn't want to be in
that position as a politician, and many may argue that
he may not even be in the be in the
role that he's in absent support of the narco terrorists
which Donald Trump is busily bombing. But Ran Paul I
(09:09):
thought made an interesting comment to you know how much
I like Rand Paul talking on Bloomberg's balance of power.
You argue the president Donald Trump's pardon this is rather
interesting of former president of Honduras Juan Orlando Hernandez. A
bit of a contradiction considering Donald Trump's policy of blowing
up Venezuelan's in the water without a Jerry trial, without
(09:30):
a finding of guilt. In staid, if they label you
a narco terrorist, they can kill you without trial. But
if they say you're not a narco terrorist, you could
be given a pardon, even though you have been convicted.
Even though he's gloated all over people he's loaded with drugs,
including some of probably inevitably died in our country. Referring
of course, to the pardon Hondura a former president Jojuan
(09:52):
Orlando Hernandez. But as Ron Paul stated, but he's okay
because you administration does not label him a narco terrorist,
sarcastically saying, Oh, didn't they tell you he's not an
narco terrorist? He said, If they say he's not one,
he's not a threat to America, and maybe he was
falsely accused. And I say that fasidiously because it gets
(10:15):
to the point of if they label you a narco terrorist,
they can kill you without a trial. This is the
point I was making a moment ago. It sounds rather Oh,
I don't know, frightening there, But for the grace of God,
go I know, I do anything. Do I think the
President's going to label me a narco terrorist and then
drop oboma me. I don't know, But that's fundamentally what's
going on here, Paul continued. But if they say you're
(10:39):
not a narco terrorist, you can be given a pardon.
And here's the sailing point, even though you have been convicted,
even though he the former president, has gloated all over people,
he's loaded with drugs, but he's okay because the administration
does not label him a narco terrorist. It gets to
the whole problem of this. You get into the lunacy
(11:01):
of well, Orlando Hernandez is not a narco terrorist, but
these guys who don't we don't know their name, and
we've presented no proof they're Narco terrorists, and of course
many of them are dead. Now now, I'm not arguing
against the goal, which is to end the shipments of
(11:23):
these deadly drugs into our country. It's the process that
really has broken down from my perspective, and that's exactly
I think. Well, I know it's what Judge Ernapalatan has
broken down in his column. Brian Ibold the retormer of
a retired police officer, Brian Eibold, a mister humanitarian himself,
(11:46):
one of quite a few I'm lucky to have on
the fifty five Case Morning show. Brian returns. He is
responsible for this wonderful West Side or charitable organization called
the Help Squad. We've had him on quite a few
times over the years. He's doing a Toys for Todd's campaign.
I'dly popular thing to do this time of year, but
we can all sort of reflect on holiday giving the
(12:08):
spirit of Christmas generally speaking, and an opportunity, oportunity for
me to remind you. This weekend at the Cincinnati Type
and Print Museum, you two can use the replica Gutenberg
Press to print off chapter five of Ebenezer Scrooge a
Christmas carol and print off some of your own custom
Christmas paper information on my blog page on that one,
(12:28):
vid you five Caarsey dot com since I print type
useum that's going on from Friday, Saturday and Sunday, So
get in there and do that. That'll be a fun, interesting,
really out of the ordinary, but wonderful holiday tradition you
can start. So there's your lineup for today. I love
hearing from you. If you got a comment five one, three, seven,
nine fifty eight hundred and eighty two to three talk pound
five fifty on AT and T phones. Were you happy
with the snow removal yesterday? They didn't quite meet the
(12:50):
A have to have Pearl Ball's forty eight hour window.
And yeah, the street cleaning app didn't quite go as
well as they were hoping. We got more to talk
about coming up. I hope you can stick around fifty
five KRC. So Pure Talk is offering unlimited talks lunch Wednesday.
Price Sal Chili is a place to be today. Eleven
thirty ish I got a report from west Side Jim
(13:14):
Keefer about the new speed humps on the turn lane
right in front of Price Sal Chili. Apparently the snow
had melted because they treated the road, so I don't
know that they had to withstand the impact of the snowplows.
So anyhow, uh, what else is going on? I struggle
(13:36):
with the reality. And you may have read the article,
you may have heard the story that New York had
released nearly seven thousand illegal immigrants subject to ICE detainers
who are criminals, criminal illegal aliens. Now I s would
(13:56):
have deported them. Now if you're a public official, I
don't know. I don't get this clinging to the idea
merely because someone came into this country illegally or even
legally if they commit a crime subject to deportation, Criminals
roaming among our streets with an easily out to get
rid of them for the benefit of humanity. Some of
(14:18):
these are recidivous murderers, rapists. I mean, the list goes
on and on. Twenty nine of them committed homicide, twenty five
hundred plus assault committed assaults, almost two hundred. We're guilty
of burglary three hundred and five, robbery three hundred and
nine is almost four hundred, dangerous drug offenses, weapons offenses,
and three hundred of them in two hundred and seven
sexual predatory offenses. These are among the people who could
(14:41):
have been kicked out of our country because they're criminal,
illegal aliens. Call up ICE. You have them in the
lock up, ICE will pick them up. They are subject
to a lawful detainer. Comply with the lawful detainer. But but, but, but,
the elected officials say, we're a sanctuary st Your sanctuary
(15:02):
city status may provide some comfort to those in the
country illegally, and if they're not committing crimes, I put
them on the low priority list of booting them out
of the country. Let's start with the criminals. And that's
exactly where the Trump strategy began. Let's get the worst
of the worst out of here. It's good for everyone.
If you're a Democrat roaming around in your Democrat now
(15:23):
is Democrat socialist city of New York, and you got
what you voted for. And someone, oh, I don't know,
rapes you're eleven year old girl, someone who is subject
to an ICE detainer, someone who is a demonstrative already
guilty rapist, sex offender. Those you elected let them out
(15:50):
in spite of the fact there will be an ICE
agent waiting for them. If you just let them know
that you're getting ready to let them out. That person
never would have been able to commit that crime. Oh
but it told me a small, per small percentage, my ass.
They're harming us by allowing this to happen. Criminals don't
(16:13):
ask you your political affiliation before they commit a heinous
crime on you, steal your property, steal your car, assault you,
punch you in the middle of the street, or rate
your daughter. How is this justified morally and ethically? How
is this serving the benefits of humanity? I'm perplexed. I
(16:40):
am absolutely beside myself that someone actually would vote for that. No, no, no,
I want the criminal element to be released from prison,
not deported. I want them out back on the streets.
That's the Democrat platform. Please explain that to me, because
(17:01):
I don't understand how that ever has traction. I really don't.
And again I'm focusing on criminals, dangerous illegal immigrant criminals.
Five twenty six fifty five k SE detalk stations stick around,
local stories or maybe Tom will call, maybe you'll call.
(17:21):
I'll take anything we get coming back in just a minute.
Fifty five The talk station that Happy Wednesday, listen for
lunch Wednesday. Yeah, Pryce, sal Chili, I hope you can
be there. I've always enjoyed last one of the year.
Maybe a little holiday celebration, Uh, I just enjoy the
fellowship regardless of when listener lunches. So hope see your
price sal Chilli, Tom, Welcome back to the fifty five
(17:41):
Carsse Morning Show, my friend. Always good to hear from you.
Speaker 3 (17:44):
By good morning. You got your U, you got your
saying a hand already.
Speaker 1 (17:47):
For today, I'm yeah, I gotta, I gotta find it.
I think my wife's been. She slowly adds Christmas decorations,
you know, over time, so each day a few more
items show up. And I haven't seen the box that
has the hats in it yet, but I'm sure she'll
probably have it out by the time they get home.
She's listening right now. Good morning, paul Atte, Good.
Speaker 3 (18:06):
Good morning, Paula. Make sure Brian has his Santa hat
so everybody can recognize him.
Speaker 4 (18:11):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (18:14):
Update on the gasoline price wars at Cincinnati Dayton Road.
If you remember, I mentioned that the speedway jumped up
to two eighty nine and the other one across the
street state down yep Well speedway dropped back down to
two thirty three to backross the street. Yeah, so, and
(18:34):
but and the one up like a mile.
Speaker 4 (18:36):
Up the road at Tylersville.
Speaker 3 (18:37):
That's still to eighty nine. So it's a price. It's
a price war going on. So that's that's that's good
for us.
Speaker 1 (18:44):
I love it.
Speaker 3 (18:44):
If you're if you're heading, if you're anywhere near north
of town Cincinnati Dayton Road and uh and uh seventy five,
take advantage of that, because that's definitely beneficial for us. Yeah.
You asked the question a little bit ago.
Speaker 5 (18:58):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (18:59):
Concern earning the left and how they don't want a
turning point us a chapter and what are they afraid of?
They're afraid of the truth because the truth ruins everything
for them. One of the one of the greatest things
about the recent run of elections and campaigns, especially since
uh since Trump got involved, is is how these all
(19:22):
their crap is being exposed. And of course the you know,
the last segment you mentioned one of the big ones.
It makes no sense, does that? Why? Why would anybody
who is purporting to serve society and you know your
citizens vote for me. I want to serve you, but
(19:44):
I want to let criminals out on the street, and
I don't want criminals to be held accountable. That You're right,
It makes absolutely no sense. And and I can't fully
explain it in a way either. But they're they're clearly
forces behind the the liberal thinking, the Democrat Party and
(20:04):
all that that that are nefarious. Uh. Now, you know,
we we talk about Republicans and the mistakes they made
they make, and and the and the crap going on
and the greed and stupidity and all that that they
deal with, but generally their stated goals and the direction
they're going in is is okay. I can get behind
(20:24):
the idea. I may not like the way you're doing it,
much like you talked about Trump dealing with all these
narco terrorists. Absolutely we need to do something to to
fight this thing, but I may not like the way
you're doing it.
Speaker 6 (20:37):
Right.
Speaker 3 (20:38):
So, but with with the liberals, the goal is the problem.
What they're trying to accomplish is the issue, and regardless
of how they try to go about doing it. And
and they sit there and they want to talk about
how how we care about people, and no, you don't
care about anybody. What you care about is creating this
dystopian society that is, there'll be a mess for everybody.
(21:02):
It's it's already enough evidence out there to show everybody
that what they are trying to accomplish is bad for everyone.
Not only is it just anti American, that's just yeah, well,
I mean it is anti American, that's probably the point
that is. But it's horrible. It just makes no sense.
Speaker 7 (21:20):
It does are absolutely correct.
Speaker 1 (21:22):
Well, I mean, just like it's like one element of
that dystopian dream that I mentioned a couple of times
over the last couple days because it kept me awake
all night and it really lasted with me the next day.
It was the destruction of America that was sort of
fully revealed in this crazy dream I had, And this
is just one element of it. I mean, they're dividing
us in every single turn, and of course you're getting
a lot of assistance from our foreign enemies. You know
(21:43):
that they love to stir the pot of descent in
this country, but they also, I think enjoy the chaos
and the mayhem they create, which further divides us. You're
going to reach the point where we're all going to
collectively just say this is this is this is not working.
We need to stop this at some point someone's going
to utter the words I declare martial law, and I'm
scared as hell about that day when that day comes.
(22:04):
So I think that's ultimately the goal. They want to
eradicate this country completely, its norms, its traditional values, the
idea of freedom and liberty. It's just, it seems so obvious.
But letting out seven thousand locked up illegal criminals when
(22:26):
you can legally, lawfully get them out of the neighborhood,
specifically out of the country, very swiftly and with cooperation
of ICE, they'll rid us of that obvious problem. For
literally every voter, every human being that lives in any
jurisdiction declared to sanctuary city. You don't want the criminals
out of the streets, Yes.
Speaker 3 (22:48):
And your statistics are just what's happening in New York City. Yeah,
and you multiply that times. However, many big cities, and
for states like Illinois and California that are doing it
all across the state. It's it's bad. It's very bad.
And the only I mean, the only real fight against
it is to get rid of these people that are
(23:08):
in power. We are making these decisions. It's a tough
road to hope people. We got to keep it up.
Don't vote Democrat, have a.
Speaker 1 (23:15):
Great exactly just like Tennessee demonstrated yesterday. Don't vote Democrat
five one three, seven fifty two three talk calls and
or stack a stupid coming up Gate of Heaven Cemetery
this year CD Talk Station. The Wednesday Big Picture with
Jack added at seven oh five of course, uh the
Vake Ramaswamy eight oh five, Judge of Paul Tina. We're
(23:37):
gonna hear from Steve Belzow with the klaima kuty veteran
services in Donovan O'Neil all there, plus the help Squad
with Brian ibold End and up the show. Let's go
to the phone. See what Joe's got this morning. Joe,
thanks for calling. Happy Wednesday, my friend.
Speaker 8 (23:47):
Hey you too.
Speaker 7 (23:48):
Thanks.
Speaker 9 (23:50):
Hey, So, I just wanted to make a quick comment
and on the criminals being released. I think the lift
is really great. A train people to fit into mobs
of people who vote based on triggered emotions, and it
takes just one person in the crowd to whisper something
(24:11):
out and they all just kind of fall in line,
and it kind of reminds me of an event in
history if you think two thousand years ago, I don't know,
if maybe give us a Barabbas rings the bell, Yeah.
Speaker 1 (24:28):
There's that. Yeah. Well, and of course Jesus posed a
problem for the state generally because of course he believed
there was something higher than the state. That will be
your relationship with God. God is above the state. Yeah,
render under Caesar? What doue Caesar? But there's someone above
Caesar that would be God. And that is what I
(24:51):
think really primarily got him in trouble. Yeah, but you
get mob action, and look what happens, I mean, what
can make you make that argument about January sixth get
some people in the audience stir ring the pot and
screaming about storming the capitol, even though those people may
be members of your own government. They're looking to trap
you into a situation where they can go after you
relentlessly and ruthlessly and pursue you more than they pursued
(25:13):
any other criminal. While on the other side, the left
stirring that pot and creating well maybe a false flag
or whatever you want to call that, they're letting seven
thousand real genuine criminals, including a rapist of children and
murderers out on the streets. Go ahead and figure that
one out to RECONCILID for me, and then let me
know your point. Also is reflective of the fact that
(25:36):
people do not exercise logic and reason, do not step
back from the moment in time and say, well, wait
a second, is this right, armed with enough information where
they can make a logical and reasonable analysis. No, this
is why memes rule the day. You wonder why Pete
Hegseeth is sending memes out, You wonder why Donald Trump
sends memes out, and you think, well, that's childish. Well
(25:56):
you know, ten years ago you could say, yeah, that
is childish. This is exactly how politics works these days. Apparently,
some little meme which summarizes an extraordinarily complex political topic
into a couple of words with a picture of a
frog or something else that generates traction that sticks in
the minds of people. You know, you put up some
fake statistics on Facebook and people chime in and agree
(26:18):
with it and put a smiley face up and the
statistics have no connection with reality. I do that all
the time. I have friends that will send me memes
like that, which will are memes that you know, lean
in my political direction, which supports something I say. I'll
take that meme, I'll look up the information that's reported
to mean and a lot of times I don't have
fifty percent or more. But on many occasions it's just
(26:41):
flat out wrong. It's a made up statistic, it's a
made up statement, it's a it's a quote attributed wrongfully
to somebody that really didn't say it. But you know
what nobody's doing that. Look they rode home and to share, share,
(27:02):
share like thumbs up. That's what works these days. Apparently, Uh,
let's go to Britain and the stack of stupid got
a British man arrested. Why well, because he was here
in the United States. He was exercising his right to
actually keep him bare arms here in the United States
of America, on a friend's property. He was posing with
a shotgun. He was here in a holiday. John richlieu Booth,
(27:25):
fifty years old from West Yorkshire, UK, police showed up
at his home and detained him because he posted a
picture of himself shooting a firearm on private property. He's
pointed out it was taken legally. You're allowed to take
a picture in the United States, you're allowed to be
on private property and you're allowed to use your private property,
(27:46):
owning friends shotgun and squeeze off around or two. You
might want to show it to your friends in the UK.
Probably never even seen a shotgun before. Posted August thirteenth,
part of a longer message about what he was doing.
That day, the West Yorkshire Police visited his home, telling
him to be careful about what he posted online after
concerns raised about images. They did not ask to see
(28:08):
proof that the photograph was in fact taken here in
the United States. That wasn't enough. They showed up back
to his home later in the day and arrested him
allegations of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear
of violence, as well as a separate allegation of stalking
linked to the photograph of a house that he had
posted on social media. They held him overnight. The firearm
(28:34):
and stocking allegations later dropped. He said police attended his property,
meaning they showed up there three more times before he
was re arrested in October for allegedly breaching bail conditions
in spite of the fact that the bail conditions were
related to charges that were dropped. Then charged with a
(28:54):
public order of offence relating to a different social media post. Well,
they couldn't get him on that one, and so let's
go root through his posts and see if we can
find something else. That case also chucked out by the
Crown Prosecution Service ahead of the hearing that was scheduled.
How many lawyer bills did he get? How many times
did he have to worry him? So apparently he said
he left him unable to work because they confiscated his
(29:16):
phone and computers for a photograph. You know, it makes
me kind of wonder this kind of thing goes on
in all across the European Union. Are they really truly
aligned with us politically? Are they really are friends? Still?
These are the badcrap and saying looney leftist who are
pursuing the green policies that are ruining their economy. They
(29:39):
don't have any interest in, well, just what we might
consider natural human rights, considering even this the basic idea
of freedom of speech. Acting like a bunch of the
countries against whom we have, you know, an adversarial relationship.
By forty six thirty five care the talk station. You know,
(30:01):
the school and business closings are brought to you station
by fifty one fifty five k seed talk station to
be Wednesday. Jumping back to the stack is stupid tradition.
Speaker 10 (30:15):
Thank you.
Speaker 1 (30:15):
Joe Columbia, Missouri man been arrested after in charge after
he allegedly used a Mason jar to attack another man
on Tuesday. Joe, you need an outlaw, Mason. Why are
you doing that? Outlaw Mason jars. I ran an article
the other day about some wacky United Kingdom judge who
wanted the UK to impose a twenty pound or a
(30:37):
twenty euro or whatever charge on every pointy knife that
is sold, saying that you know, well, much like cigarette taxes,
it caused people to quit smoking. Well, you know, cigarettes
is are an option. They kill you and people know that.
So if you make it a little more difficult to
buy them, you might reflect on the fact that they're
dangerous and will kill you. I think we all could
(30:58):
use some cutlery anyway, So ban the point eight kni
if not arrest the criminal who uses it to arm
somebody else anyway. Mason jar falls in the same category
the guy Brent Smallwood, thirty five years old charge in
Boone County with second degree domestic assault being held with
Boone County Jail without bond what obviously not in front
(31:19):
of Hamilton County Judge Silverstein probable cause. David said police
spoke with the victim of the Boone hospital after he
received stitches in his head for the injury. Statement says
Small would first attack the victim while he was driving
a car, and after they arrived at the small Wood Residents,
while the victim was walking downstairs, he allegedly hit the
victim's forehead with the Mason Jar interesting mugshot. Go to
(31:47):
Columbia again, same city.
Speaker 11 (31:50):
As this tradition.
Speaker 1 (31:51):
Charge man charge with two pelonies after he allegedly brought
a combustible bottle of methan fhetamine into the Jefferson City
I hop why are you doing that? Thanksgiving Day spending
in at the International House of Pancakes. Jason Cross fifty
three at Jefferson City, charged with manufacturing and controlled substance
and first degree in dangering the welfare of a child. Joe,
is he and narco terrorist? Can we drop a bomb
(32:13):
on him? Why not? Held at the Coal County Jail
without bond. Raymond held and we're across pleaded not guilty
by video from the jail He also applied for a
public defender probable cause. Damen said the police were called
six thirty roughly Thursday to the I Hop in Missouri Boulevard.
Witness allegedly told police that he had been talking about
a bomb. Police remove one person from the restaurant, which
(32:37):
is probably about all thers ever in an I Hop
evacuated the building. He referred to having a bottle that
he called a quote shake and bake close quote or
a way to make meth that is described as extremely combustible.
Accord to the court documents, he allegedly told police he
brought the bottle of a meth to the restaurant quote
(32:57):
to possibly make it safe close quote. Yeah, I know
that doesn't make any sense, but if you see the mugshot,
you'd understand you wouldn't expect coherence coming out of this
man's mouth. Yes, I'm stereotyping based upon this elderly meth
looking guy. You ever seen Faces of Meth website What
meth amphetamy does to a human being after you use
(33:19):
it for a while? Yeah? Not good? Well add that
look along with a giant neck tattoo that I can't
even make out. I don't expect coherent words to come
out of that man.
Speaker 7 (33:34):
Eh.
Speaker 1 (33:34):
We had a two car collision in Tennis See the
left of fifty six year old driver and one of
the vehicles of one of the vehicles dead and resulted
in his wife being charged with murder for allegedly stabbing
him before the crash. Why are you doing that? Let's
find out if we can. Fifty six year old Shila
Ann Curtis taking into custody in charge with one kind
of second agree murder in the slang of Derek Curtis.
(33:56):
Shelby Kenny Sheriff's offas said they arrived at about ten
pm one in November twenty ninth, responding to reports a
multiple vehicle collision with serious injuries. Got there, deputy said
they found one of the vehicles involved with the crash
off the roadway in a ditch. Emergency personnel with the
Shelby County Fire Department they were on the scene performing
life saving measures on the victim, later identified as Derek Curtis,
(34:18):
before taking of the ambulance to Regional One Health in Memphis,
where he was pronounced dead. This initial investigation, deputies discovered
Derek Curtis, quote had suffered life threatening injuries before the crash, specifically,
stab wounds were a contributing factor in causing the crash.
(34:38):
Detectors with the Violent Crime Unit immediately opened an investigation
of the circumstances and what took place before the collision
and determined his wife, Sheila Curtis, was the assailant. Probable
cause affidavit provided additional details that report first responder said
and they got to They reached Derek Curtis, who was
bleeding profusely from a wound that did not seem consistent
(34:59):
with the min and her damage suffered in the collision.
They also highlighted that there was a large pool of
blood on the driver's side floorboards. Curtis reportedly able to
speak with paramedics, telling them his wife had just stabbed him.
Dying declaration from my criminal evidence for those who remember
(35:20):
criminal evidence in law school. Dying declaration medical personnel said
he suffered three separate stab wounds to his left leg.
Sheila Curtis denied being involved in the stabbing, said she
and her husband I know. She and her husband had
attended a funeral together and got into an argument on
the way home, but she claimed that Derek dropped her
off at their residence before he drove away and crashed
the car. Detective sent me. Sheila Curtis refused to discuss
(35:45):
what she and her husband fought about, but the couple
reportedly had a history of domestic violence. Shocking. Literally no
one currently being held in the Shelby Kenny Jail on
a half a million dollar bond obviously not here in
Hamilton County front of Judge Silverstein. She's scheduled appear in
court before bond hearing. According to court records, five point
fifty six. We got to just walk away on that
one as well. Joe, thank you very much. Stick around
(36:08):
more to talk about the six o'clock hour. I enjoy
hearing from you, so feel free to call. I'll be
back after the news. Today's top headler at sixty six
here fifty five PRC talk station. By the time, I
was wishing everybody very happy Wednesday and inviting everyone to
listener lunch today. Just a reminder, will be a price
sal chili today normal star times roughly eleven thirty. You
(36:30):
can show up a little bit later, you can show
up a little bit earlier. It's entirely up to you.
As long as you show up and enjoy the fellowship.
That's all. I enjoy hanging out with listeners and price
sal Chili one of our favorite venues. So looking forward
to being back there today again lunch time with that.
Looking forward to one hour from now The Big Picture
with Jack add in every Wednesday at seven oh five
here in the fifty five kre Same morning Show. Today,
(36:50):
we'll both find out what he means by the topic
why we get to play Santa follow by Donovan and
Neil from Americans for Prosperity. You're gonna be talking about
John Houston's Budget Amendment. Yes, he has introduced one. Yes,
it is an amendment to the Constitution, and he does
have some slight measure of flexibility in it in times
of peril, like if we run into some issue that
(37:11):
would require spending more than we take in as a
nation than two thirds of the House and two thirds
of the Senate must approve that. But it being a
constitutional amendment, of course it must be ratified by the States.
It's a big hurdle, but it sounds rational, logical, and reasonable,
and it's a mechanism to help our elected officials save
us from them. I'd love to be able to beg
(37:33):
that prep project to my fill in the blank state,
but I can't. We got to balance budget amendment now,
So sorry, no more pork, no more crap, no more overspending,
and maybe a more thoughtful analysis of what money we
actually spend and where it goes. As I stare at
almost an uncountable number of articles revealing more fraud, waste,
and abused literally in every damn government program that's out there,
(37:55):
I would love to know if I could, you know,
have a wish, granted you got three wishes, One of
my would be dude, tell me exactly how much money
it leaves the hands of the federal coffers and ends
up in the hands of people who got it illegally,
who were not eligible for it, who gained or built
the system. Probably close any budget gap just by ferreting
(38:18):
out that, all right, anyway, So Donovan Neil on the
bounced budget Amendment seven forty with our friend Steve Belzo,
friend of the veteran, friend of the community, and with
the Claremont County Veteran Services. We'll get info from Steve
on the Claremont County Veteran Services at seven forty, follow
by gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswami. He's going to be talking
about a new Turning Point USA chapter in Cincinnati, and
(38:40):
also we'll get an update on how the campaign is going.
I trust it's going well, considering he's running against Amy
Lockdown acting standing there proudly with Governor de Wine telling
you you can hang out in the bar after ten pm.
You just can't order a drink. Man. I remember how
difficult it was to buck the system with COVID nineteen Edictson,
(39:00):
You know you kind of felt, look, this doesn't make
any sense, And of course I pointed that one out regularly.
I was my favorite illustration of stupid. But when you
look back on all the violation of our individual rights
that occurred during COVID, you know, you can't assemble, freedom
of assembly, business is shut down by order of government
(39:27):
masks and distancing when it had no scientific basis in reality,
firing people for not getting an experimental vaccine. Oh, interesting
update on that one, real quick here, because I know
Maureen might be listening. She's a big fan of the
COVID nineteen vaccines. Nudge, nudge, wink wink. So you did
an internal investigation of the COVID nineteen vaccines FDA. Yeah,
(39:53):
internal FDA memo announced it. That hasn't been published yet,
but it has been released. You know how these things
tend to leak out, Uh, could you should be extending
beyond the COVID shots and require more rigorous evidence. They
talk about immunizations generally speaking. And also they just they
just said the Pfiser mr NA influenza vaccine parenthetically failed
(40:17):
the clinical trial. It basically didn't do anything. The trial
showed zero benefit from taking the mr NA Peiser vaccine
compared to the previously FDA approved flu vaccine. So A, sorry,
We're gonna have to be doing more clinical trials before
we approve these types of vaccines. But back over to
COVID the memo, Vinni Prosad, who's the UH top vaccine regulator,
(40:51):
said no fewer than ten children's deaths were linked to
the COVID nineteen vaccine based on an initial review of
ninety six deaths between twenty twenty one and twenty twenty four.
So you how all ten deaths out of the hundreds
of thousands, if not millions of vaccines and what I know,
but they look at ninety six deaths that occurred and
(41:14):
basically one in ten of the kids died. Calling those
findings a profound revelation, then called for swift action, including
quote pre market randomized trials assessing clinical endpoints for most
new products, something that wasn't done because boy, we had
to hurry up and get this experimental vaccine out. Hey, look,
emergency use authorization. Don't worry ifizer, don't worry vaccine companies,
(41:36):
You're not going to be held accountable if we find
out that after we give it by force to literally
every man, woman in child, under threat of job loss
and social ostrization whatever.
Speaker 7 (41:46):
That.
Speaker 1 (41:49):
Yeah, we got a lot of heart problems that are
showing up and everything like that. Just because it was
the biggest random clinical trial ever done. We were all
guinea pigs and experiments on this vaccine. It hadn't gone
through the appropriate approval process that we normally expect. One
that is onerous, perhaps more than it should be, one
that stands in the way of us getting access to
maybe some really successful pharmaceuticals, but ones that ultimately after approval,
(42:12):
we're supposed to have some measurable confidence on it. And
we have black box warnings right there which reflect what
the researchers showed during clinical trials may be a downside risk.
Did you get any of that with the COVID nineteen
vaccine when it rolled out NEP Now they have black
box warnings on them. Hmmm, you lost your job because
(42:35):
you didn't want to take it. Accurting the memo quote.
For the first time, the USFDA will acknowledge that COVID
nineteen vaccines have killed American children. It didn't cite the
particularly type of COVID nineteen vaccine, but you know the
(42:56):
ones that were out there. So we learn more and
more each and every day, and some additional developments about
doctor Fauci and his painful, obvious awareness that he lied
to the American people in so far as the origins
of COVID nineteen. Let's see what Jay's got this morning. Jay,
thanks for calling. Happy Wednesday to you.
Speaker 12 (43:17):
Hey, good morning, Brian. I want to piggyback on the
top because you were just talking about, you know, the COVID.
Speaker 7 (43:24):
Vaccine and.
Speaker 12 (43:27):
More broadly, you know, every time I'm watching TV, it
could be Netflix, could be.
Speaker 7 (43:33):
Cable.
Speaker 12 (43:34):
It seems like every fifteen to twenty minutes there is
a commercial paid for by HHS I e us talking
about here's how you get on Medicaid, here's how you
get on Medicare, don't miss your open enrollment. And by
the way, there was a ad recently I saw that
says you can get on Obamacare for twenty five dollars
a month, which I'm not believing.
Speaker 1 (43:54):
That at all.
Speaker 12 (43:56):
I can't tell the difference between the Trump ADMINISTRATION'SHA and
Biden's HHS is they are taking our tax dollars and
continuing to push the same message. And then to your point,
we still have this COVID vaccine that I thought our
FK Junior was taking Fauci to task. I thought Mega
(44:17):
was against this poison and that was killing people. But
everybody's saying now, well, no, it's okay, because it's your
choice of whether you want to take the poison that kills.
Speaker 7 (44:25):
You or not.
Speaker 12 (44:26):
Well, that kids are getting out.
Speaker 1 (44:29):
If you have all of the information. Unlike when they
were forcing everybody to take the COVID nineteen vaccines in
their threat of losing employment, et cetera, et cetera, we
didn't have all the information about what they might do
those vaccines to us or our young people. So if
you give me a black box warning. Like every damn
commercial I watch for a pharmaceutical, the list of things
that may happen to you, including death, are longer than
(44:52):
the information they give you about the vaccine itself. Now,
every time one of those commercials comes on, look at
Paul out and say, now, I think that death worry
is going to keep me from taking the damn thing.
That will be my informed decision. But it is based
on information that they know about, which is that a
lot of complications associated with it. So, yeah, the COVID
nineteen vaccines are out there. They don't prevent you from
(45:13):
getting it. They claim it reduces these symptoms or severity,
but you can still spread the stuff. Knowing all of
that and then knowing that it could cause myocarditis or
even kill you, makes me think it's not worth taking.
Speaker 7 (45:26):
That's an informant decision. Ironic.
Speaker 12 (45:29):
I find it ironic that we don't have the choice
with red dye forty or you know, high fructose corn
syrup that came off the mom a bit Oh no, no, no,
well no, it's it's I think that that he got really,
you know, busy about getting taken care of that first
before we got the poison of COVID out. And although
(45:49):
they say you can't get kids can't get to COVID shot,
I've heard fifty thousand of them do because when parents
take their kids to the doctor, they get a script.
And guess what, kids are still getting that COVID shot
because the federal government has not and Trump administration and
RFK Junior hasn't taken it off the books in spite
of a one point eight trillion dollar annual budget that
has gone up four hundred billion over the past five years.
(46:12):
Their budget has increased two dollars for every dollar that
DOGE has eliminated. And this guy's out of control. And
I don't understand it. Is this guy really maga.
Speaker 1 (46:24):
I don't know if this has anything. I don't even
know what maga is. So let's just ignore that term
because I think it's subjective determination of what mega means.
Speaker 7 (46:32):
Creed.
Speaker 1 (46:32):
But in so far as our FK Junior look, he's
making progress. You can't expect instantaneous results. I want to
go back to the whole time. Everybody's got the twenty
twenty election was stolen. The day after the election, it
was stolen. It was stolen, It was stolen. Really show
me the evidence. You don't have any evidence. You got
to have discovery. You have to show me. It takes
Teylvania Jay say Pennsylvania out loud. It still takes time
(46:56):
to gather evidence. Moving over to the subject matter you're
talking aboutocusing on this, focusing on that. Look, you have
a choice on whether you want red dye in your
food or not. Read the label. It's always been there.
I choose to avoid it. Now that's an option for you.
Proof that it's dangerous for you. Maybe we need some
proof of that that seems to be rolling out. But
you can only do so much in so much amount
(47:17):
of time. All these things are in trench. You got
powerful food lobbyists, in industry, money and all that you're
fighting against, which slows the process down to get with
the point where you sound like you want to be,
which is just get rid of the damn stuff. So
I'm willing to wait for all the evidence to come out,
for the painful process of our elected officials to do
what they've promised to do. But I don't indict the
(47:39):
Trump administration as RFK Junior hasn't magically issued some edict
taking things immediately off the market. I want to see
the evidence and more and morse coming out. So that's
all progress in the right direction. This whole concept of
political expedience is what's causing us so many problems. You
want instant action. I can't wait. I want to see
that movie right now. I'm not going to look at
(48:00):
a TV guide wait around for eight pm on a Friday.
I want it now. I want action now. I want
a ban right now.
Speaker 12 (48:06):
It's almost been a year.
Speaker 1 (48:08):
Yeah, and look how much he's accomplished in this short
period of time he's been elected. You know, maybe next year,
Oh god. I'm not talking about specifically health related stuff
under RFK Junior. I'm talking about the Trump administration generally speaking.
Guy works twelve hours a day. He's got a whole
lot accomplished. I mean, you know, I'm willing to wait
around for it, but I do see progress in the
(48:30):
right direction. Is it as fast as I would like it?
Of course not. Nothing is. But it is a process
that we have to go through. It's the reality of politics.
It's the reality of fights in fighting, moneyed interest and
all of that with that we argue about and complain
about all the time. That hasn't disappeared. So he's facing
that kind of stuff as well. Now, I'm you know,
(48:51):
I view all this at least as progress. It takes
a while to come out, but look where we are today.
At least our government is now acknowledging the COVID nineteen
vaccines killing children. You didn't hear that from the last administration. Look,
Trump's been on the watch for you know, eleven months now,
So that's a pretty quick turnaround in terms of politics. Anyway,
(49:14):
appreciate it, Jay, I know where your frustration comes from.
Trust me six nineteen right now, fifty five KRCD talk station,
Doctor freshis six twenty four, fifty five KRCD talk station
and half eat Wednesday. If somebody can get me the
percentage of voter turnout for the Tennessee special election. Yes,
Republican Matt van Apps won, which is great. And you
(49:35):
know the reporting is rather funny. This is a good
exercise for you if you want to see bias in
reporting all over the place. I know Donald Trump won
that seventh district, which does according to the twenty twenty
four I guess whatever population survey they did, there are
eight hundred and sixteen thousand people that are in that district.
I would like to know what the percentage of voter
(49:57):
turnout was, because in special elections, like we know here
in this city of Cincinnati, off your elections, only one
in four people vote, so what this ultimately means. But
in terms of the bias in reporting, you can't really
difficult to find an article that doesn't talk about how
this is actually a win for Democrats or suggests that
it's a win. I mean one by nine or ten points.
(50:19):
That is a sizeable victory. I would argue the Republican
did over what they call the AOC of Tennessee. But
because Trump won that district by twenty points, they're suggesting
that this shows the tailwind that the Democrats have. This
is a great advancement, and I'm not quite sure millions
(50:40):
and millions of dollars were thrown into this one special election.
So I'd like to see voter turnout, the total number
of people that showed up and see if that does
have some indication of how interested the voters in Tennessee
were about this race. But bottom line is put a
win in the Republican column, and I think quite a
(51:00):
few bubbles were burst, which is why I find the
reporting on this comical considering you would think that the
Democrat won talking about how great she did compared about
Matt van Apps six twenty five. Right now, if you
have KCIT the Talk Station and Local Stories six thirty
one fifty five KRC the Talk Station, Happy Wednesday listener,
(51:26):
Lunch Wednesday. I know I mentioned a few times. I'll
do it a few more times before the end of
the show. Pryce sal Chili's where I'm going to be,
and I think where cribbage Mike, my submarine friend's going
to be. Mike, welcome back to the morning show. Good
to hear from you this morning corner.
Speaker 4 (51:37):
Brian Thomas. Yes, the cards and border pack. I have
my passport so I can traverse from Claremont County across
the western Hills. Fide ox are.
Speaker 1 (51:46):
Good for you. I didn't realize he needed a pass
to get into Hamilton County.
Speaker 4 (51:52):
Joe said, that's the that's the only way we can
make sure that West Side Jim Keefer gets back to
the west Side after sundown.
Speaker 1 (51:58):
Ah, I got it, Joe said, watch out for potholes.
Speaker 4 (52:01):
Mike, Sunset here I come.
Speaker 1 (52:05):
Actually it's paved. I can't wait to drive on Sunset.
I'm really looking forward to it. I have to see
it and drive on it with, you know, with my
own eyes, my own tactle feelings and all that, because
while I've been told it's been repaved, it's been so
long I'm still in a state of disbelief, Mike.
Speaker 4 (52:22):
So if you have to see it before you believe it,
I guess that makes you a doubting Thomas.
Speaker 1 (52:28):
But bomp, yep, it does as if you hadn't already
reached that conclusion on a multitude of other topics.
Speaker 4 (52:36):
Hey, before I get to my point, your you're a
sports reporter on the morning show. Here, we got two
high schools that are going to be competing in the
football state championships, the Anderson High School on this side
of town, and actually the Vake Ramaswami's alma mater, Satan Xavier,
is competing. And I know he was at the game
up in Middletown. So good luck to the teams and
(52:56):
all the fans, because I know it's going to be
pretty chilly sitting in them stands up and.
Speaker 1 (53:00):
Canon, Yeah, I'm sure it will.
Speaker 4 (53:04):
The emerald is going to be to Amiral Bradley, who's
in charge of that region. Conducting the strikes against the
narco terrorist is going to be testifying in front of
the Senate and House Armed Services Committee tomorrow and hopefully
we'll get more answers concerning the actual strike that has
let though it's a folder all about whether it's a
(53:24):
war crime or not.
Speaker 1 (53:26):
Well, can I ask your question, since you served America's military,
probably and God bless you for your service, Mike, the
rules of engagement? If and here's where I start. If
what Donald Trump has done declaring these folks narco terrorist,
if that is sufficient for us to engage in war
warlike combat with them, it's efficient to go ahead and
(53:46):
kill them and blow them up. If that is enough.
And I'm wondering and pondering, and I'm skeptical that it
is enough. But if it is. In war, don't you
always kill everyone until they're dead, go after everyone? I mean,
I've seen a million videos of snipers hitting you know,
Afghani people walking around from a mile and a half away.
(54:07):
Look at that shot two miles away. Blew them away,
right through a concrete wall, blow them away. They're not
representing any immediate threat to the person shooting them. They're
just standing there. But it's a okay to kill them.
I mean, if you've declared war against someone in that
declaration is lawful. Isn't the idea of warfare to kill
all the bad guys?
Speaker 4 (54:27):
Absolutely? I have never seen any type of engagement where okay, guys,
you get one shot, make sure you get it because
after you get that one shot off, now we got
to send in the Coastguard or helicopters and pick up
all the survivors. Right, there's so much politics running through this,
and that's what I hope that the Admiral can really
lay out and when you really think about it two
weeks ago, because it made no sense when Senator Kelly
(54:50):
and his band of merry men and women made that
video and all they did was recite what's in the
Uniform Code of Military Justice about sedition, about following lawful orders.
And when they went on the Sunday shows that weekend,
they could not state an the illegal order that Donald
Trump or Pete Hexath has given and then roll back
when this once again, just like the Russian hoax, it
(55:13):
all started with the Washington Post of the New York
Times because this attack and they knew, they all knew
what was out there because that's what's came to light
with the one that they're having a problem with happened
on September second, so they knew what was out there.
So they get that preface out there with Senator Kelly
and the other ones saying about illegal orders. And I
hope Hexath does not bring him back because once again,
(55:35):
that's all he did was recite, and you would just
be playing into his hands to bring him back on
active duty and to run a court martial, because right,
I don't think just just leave it alone exits.
Speaker 1 (55:46):
Yeah, I concur with that. But see now, if I
was in their position and I made those utterances on
that video referring to lawful and unlawful orders, you know,
if I was pushed to that point. My argument has been,
is the blowing up of these alleged narco terrorists lawful
in and of itself? Does there have to be congressional
(56:08):
action to wage war? Does there have to be an
authorization for you some military force. Does Donald Trump have
to consult with them, because again, they're fifteen hundred miles away.
It's not like they're bearing down on us with a
missile aimed at us. That is an eminent threat a.
Speaker 4 (56:22):
Bub'll agree more, and that's the discussion they should have
hand exactly. But I think their hands are tied because
Biden and Obama did the exact same thing. But that's
a discussion that reasonable statesman can have.
Speaker 1 (56:33):
Yeah, well, sadly.
Speaker 4 (56:34):
Because I agreed, let's lay it all on the line.
And I think they they don't want to go to
Congress because once again nothing's going to to get through.
So they've done it before I'm going to do it.
Speaker 1 (56:44):
And that's right. Well, you know, it's like two wrongs
don't make it right. But if you set the stage
for this kind of activity and you supported it under
your guys administration, you've obviously set the stage for the
next guy. We talk about this on all kinds of topics.
It's like getting rid of the sixth vote necessary in
the Senate. It sounds good right now you've got the
number of Republicans you know, dominating or controlling the Senate
(57:06):
by a small margin, but it is a controlling margin.
Do you get rid of the rules so you can
get your stuff through? Knowing full well that well, next
time around, AOCMA could be president and use the same authority.
Worry about stuff like that exactly, and we're living the
reality that in so far as our worst strategy against
a narco terrorist. Right now, thank you cribbage, Mike, look
forward to our game today, be a price sal chiller
(57:27):
you can watch. Thanks Mike. Always appreciate hearing from you
and for your service to our country. Six thirty seven

(57:49):
Check out the Daniel Davis deep dive analysis on the
Russia Ukraine situation from yesterday. A brilliant hour with the
brilliant Todd Zenzer. I won't claim brilliant for my part,
but Todd Zenzer obviously keeping tracking tabs about the shenanigans
going on in downtown since SNY that lead pipe thing
is really amazing, and Todd, God bless you for the
work that you're doing for the Cincinnati taxpayers. Bob, thanks
(58:10):
for calling this morning. Welcome to the Morning Show.
Speaker 13 (58:13):
Good morning, Good morning. I was wondering if you recall
the Graham Rudman bill. It goes back aways, but I
think it was supposed to keep the budget balanced unless
there was in a separate vote of Congress to alter it.
Speaker 1 (58:31):
Oh, you're going back to nineteen eighty five. Yes, aimed
at reducing the federal budget through automatic spending cuts called
sequestration if deficit targets were not met. It's a good
question whatever happened to that old chestnut.
Speaker 13 (58:49):
I don't think it was repealed, or at least I
don't recall reading about it.
Speaker 1 (58:54):
Yeah, I honestly don't know. I really don't know, it says,
I'm doing a quick read on these synopsis of the
Actor was revised several times, most notably by the Budget
Enforcement Act of nineteen ninety, and its enforcement mechanisms eventually expired.
So that may be the answer to your question. That's
(59:15):
as far of an analysis I can give it to
you on the fly, and I did rely on well
an artificial intelligence overview of the entire Gramm Rudman back
gram Rudman Holdings Act. So it sounds like we shouldust
that baby off and bring it back. But the balanced
budget amendment is what I would hope for. Ultimately would
tie the hands of Congress a constitutional amendment. And trust me,
(59:38):
I know how loaded that statement is, considering well, if
you go to New York, you're not allowed to own
a handgun, and they will prosecute you if you defend
yourself using a firearm because your life was in peril.
We do have a second Amendment in the United States Constitution.
Somehow it's magically not applicable to the state of New York.
Weird those constitutional amendments, aren't they anyway? You Actually, we're
(59:59):
going to be here from John Houston probably tomorrow on
that looks like a post show interview of John Houston.
We'll talk with him and get details about that, but
we will be hearing about it from Donovan O'Neil coming
up at seven thirty. And I think it's again I
our elected officials can't be trusted. Republicans Democrats alike. They
have obviously demonstrated this over and over again. What are
(01:00:20):
the core functions? If not the core function of being
an elected a House of Representative member is to do
twelve appropriations bills, and they're running into problems getting it
done this year. Even after we shut the government down
and YadA, YadA, YadA, they got three of them done.
They had whole bunch left. There's twelve total. They're supposed
to do that. No, we end up with an omnibus
spending bill that ends up getting packed with all kinds
(01:00:41):
of stuff and things from Yes, Republican elected officials as
well as Democrats and every other mix of political stripe
that's there. They all want their own slice of the pie.
They want to be able to bring home the bacon
to their state. Look what I brought you, Yeah, compliments
the American taxpayer dollars. Digging yourself further in a hole
and requiring more and more money year two. Well service
(01:01:01):
the debt that you dug us into. Balanced budget amendments.
Sounds like the right answer six forty five right now
if you have krsee the talk station, the right answer
for all of your roofing the talk station A six
fifty years. If you've have KR, see talk station jack
out that him with the big picture. After the top
of the art news, why we get to play Santa
(01:01:24):
and then we will talk about the balance budget mement
with Americans for Prosperities Donovan and Hill at seven thirty.
You also gonna hear from Steve Belzo on the Claremont
County Veteran Services in the next hour, Big hour eight
o'clock with gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswami along with Judge General
Politano and mister humanitarian himself, Brian Ibold from the Help Squad.
They're doing a toys for Tot's campaign and I can't
(01:01:45):
encourage you enough to help Brian help those underserved folks
on the West Side, and thank you. Andrew pappis former
Anderson Township trustee. He doesn't cite where he got the information,
but I trust his judgment. I had asked earlier. With
the population of Tennessee's seventh Congressional District about eight hundred
(01:02:06):
thousand people, I was wondering what the voter turnout was
and I couldn't find it anywhere. Well, he just posted
something on Facebook about a half hour ago, but I
think about the time I was asking that question out loud,
he said one hundred and seventy thousand folks roughly voted. Now,
I don't know how many registered voters are included in
the total population, but that translates to roughly twenty percent.
(01:02:28):
And since it was such a huge election, Democrats were
all giddy with excitement that the polling showed him neck
and neck the Democrat in the Republican and oh my god,
this is going to be a game changer. The Democrats
Socialists of America are making advances. Well, they did erode
the Trump victory of twenty percent down to be roughly
ten percent, but it was still a Republican win. So
(01:02:49):
and Nashville, which is encompassed within the seventh Congressional district,
is heavily Democrat, at least in so far as all
of the reporting I have read. So how were they
I guess they weren't motivated by a candidate who said
she hates country music and pretty much hates the entire
city in Nashville. Yeah, those would have been her constituents
(01:03:10):
that might have had an impact. I don't know. And
elections have consequence, of course, Hamilton kindy commissions your vote
has consequences. Yeah. Rolling it back to what was it
nineteen ninety six when we approved the promise to get
thirty percent of the sales revenue the tax revenue, and
we voted to have an additional half cent on the
sales tax that we could fund the stadium Improvement fund.
(01:03:32):
Thirty percent is what we were promised. They collect the
stadium Improvement Fund money from that sales tax revenue, they
put it in a big pile of money. I'm sure it's
quartered off so they can't get access to it. And
that money's supposed to serve the upgrades to the two stadiums.
We're supposed to get thirty percent back on that. We haven't.
They voted yesterday in spite of the promise, and it
(01:03:55):
was a verbal promise. Got to remember that down the road,
politicians will say anything to get you to vote a
certain way. Make sure the language of the proposal includes
the promises of the rebate, because it wasn't in there.
It was just a promise from politicians, and we've never
seen that. So what do we get not thirty percent?
(01:04:15):
Jeff Aludo, County Administrator recommended to the commissioners allocating five
million dollars, which translates to four point five percent, not
thirty translated into actual dollars. For every one hundred thousand
dollars of property value you have, you will get ready
(01:04:38):
twelve dollars and fifty one cents. Denis Street House Commissioner
said that a full thirty percent property rate would essentially
drain the balance and bankrupt the fund to fund the
Riverfront stadium improvements. Quote, a promise we was made many
many years ago. The promise would not be kept, and
so we are left holding the bag here every year.
(01:04:58):
A promise could not be kept, you said.
Speaker 7 (01:05:02):
Now.
Speaker 1 (01:05:03):
Summer Dumas said the thirty percent rebate would not be sustainable.
She's hoping the county can afford a hire rebate in
the future. Yeah, I've heard that those lines before. Alisa
Reese said she missed the November twentieth meeting when the
rebate was first discussed while she was at the hospital.
They say. Rees said the rebate was an irresponsible commitment
(01:05:26):
to give homeowners. Then the county was irresponsible to give
a commitment to the stadiums. Ree said she wanted to
introduce a motion for a thirty percent rebate and to
eliminate the increased transfer attacks and the administration's recommended budget. Well,
at least one of them wanted to give you the
full promise back. I suppose it kind of makes me
(01:05:46):
scratch my head. We paid to build the damn things.
You and I don't own them, at least not the teams.
We don't get the revenue that sports teams generate from it.
It's pretty substantial from what I hear, and you certainly
don't get the commitment that they made to you to
provide you thirty percent of the fund. So just keep
(01:06:10):
that in the back of your mind next time you
think you want to trust a politician. At six fifty five,
The Big Picture with Jack Adaman, right off the top
of the hour, News John Houston's Budget Amendment with Donovan
and Neil for Americans for Prosperity seven thirty and again
Clairemont County Veteran Services Steve Belso at seven forty looking
out for the American veteran. You're in the fifty five
KRS Morning Show, and I love being in a position
to do that. I'll be right back after the news.
Speaker 14 (01:06:31):
Today's top headlines coming up at that krzine The talk station.
Speaker 1 (01:06:39):
Oh yeah, it's that time of year, seven oh five
five k see the talk station. The only sanctioned Christmas
music for the fifty five cars Morning Show vincecar Aldi
Trio enjoy it, love it. Watch Charlie Brown Christmas, and
remember what Christmas is about. Remember there was nineteen sixty
five when that came out and they were already complaining
about commercialization. I think it was bad, and I think
(01:07:01):
it was bad, then look how bad it's gotten. Welcome
back as always my friend Jack Avid in providing the
big pictures what we call the segment here every Wednesday
at seven o five, Jack Adid, and Merry Christmas to
you and yours, and thanks for joining the program every week.
I just really really look forward to the talk with
you and to your pal.
Speaker 7 (01:07:19):
Well.
Speaker 15 (01:07:20):
Feasting last week with my mom in Florida. I know,
don't hate me. We've asked you to move up here,
but Mom says I didn't go to high school there,
so people won't accept me. We tell her do what
Amesley and I do. It's hell folks who went to
Western Hell's High but Mam staying put and Amesley and
I during the feast gave thanks for you and Joe
(01:07:44):
and your great audience.
Speaker 1 (01:07:45):
Oh God bless you, sir.
Speaker 15 (01:07:47):
Now tis the season of gift giving, including charitable donations.
We hear a lot about giving gifts, but not so
much about where the money to buy gifts comes from
the sound commercial. But it's important to think about this
this morning. Let's also celebrate how we make money to
(01:08:07):
pay and play sata. What got me thinking about this
was a sermon, a sermon the pastor preached about competition
versus community. Now, if it's not sacrilege, Brian I got
to say, this struck me as a false choice. It's true, pastors,
priests and rabbis have a tougher time urging us to
(01:08:29):
be generous than to be selfish. Being selfish comes naturally,
ever since Adam and Eve bit the apple and got
kicked out of the garden of Eden. Remember how Archie
Bunker quoted God ordering them get your clothes on and
get the hell out of here. But taking care of others,
especially strangers, that doesn't come as naturally as it should.
(01:08:52):
Just consider the next story in Genesis, who one that
shocked most of us as kids, even if there were
times you wanted to wring your brother's neck, The one
about how Cain murdered his brother Abel. When God asked
Kan where Abel was, Cain shrugged, beats me, Am I
my brother's keeper. The answer, of course, is yes, we
(01:09:14):
are all the keepers of our brothers and sisters of
everyone who needs help Jesus and Paul expanded that lesson
Islam teaches brotherly love to and Buddhism urges us to
take care of all creation, human and non human alike.
But does that mean we should all be socialists much
(01:09:34):
less communists. Communism calls for the sharing of all property,
as you like to quote Karl Marx, for each according
to his ability, to each according to his needs. In fact,
from the French writer Rousseau to New York's mayor elect
Zora and Mamdani, communists attacked the whole idea of property.
(01:09:56):
This attack props up arguments we're hearing now incessantly about,
for instance, the Republicans heartless, murderous slashing of Medicaid in
their one big Ugly Bill, as leftists call it. But
slashing fraud and reinstating work requirements is that heartless. Medicaid
(01:10:19):
was created in nineteen sixty five, you were just talking about,
Charlie Brown.
Speaker 6 (01:10:23):
That was quite a year.
Speaker 15 (01:10:25):
Medicaid was supposed to be for the poor and their dependence.
It was expanded over the years to include the disabled
and then able bodied adults without dependence, and then Medicaid
was expanded further to include everyone with incomes one hundred
and thirty eight percent above the poverty line. In other words,
(01:10:46):
over the last fifteen years, Barack Obama and governors like
our own John Kasik pushed up the cost of health
care for everyone by transforming Medicaid from a safety net
for the poor into a hammock for the middle class,
a giant step toward fully socialized medicine, even though in
countries like Canada and the UK, socialized medicine is often rationed,
(01:11:12):
slow incoming, and subpar. We know our older daughter lives there.
Work requirements for able bodied adults without dependence were first
adopted not by the evil Donald Trump, but by Bill
Clinton and new Ingridge. But these work requirements were largely
rolled back under Obama and the auto pen. Joe Biden,
(01:11:34):
and now now Democrats and other socialists are howling for
calling for rebellion. They're against requiring young, able bodied Medicaid
recipients work a whole twenty hours a week, or care
for a dependent or volunteer, or get job training so
(01:11:55):
that maybe someday they can work. That's vicious. Whereas scolded fascistic,
un Christian.
Speaker 1 (01:12:04):
Really.
Speaker 15 (01:12:05):
In this coming year, we're also celebrating not just the
two hundred and fiftieth birthday of the United States, we're
celebrating the two hundred and fiftieth anniversary of The Wealth
of Nations. That's the title, as you well know, of
an earth shaking book written by the Scottish philosopher and
economist Adam Smith, the father, they say, of modern capitalism.
(01:12:30):
Adam Smith considered himself a Christian, but Smith also believed
in the goodness of competition, not just for the individual,
but also for the community. Adam Smith believes self interest
leads to industry, innovation and the wealth of nations. All nations,
(01:12:50):
the poorest nations in the world. Today folks have benefited
from the innovations of capitalism after periods a painful but
necessary truth transition like the one we're going to be
going through now with AI. Capitalism first raised farming standards,
then manufacturing and technology standards, and as a result, living
(01:13:11):
standards throughout the world. Two hundred and fifty years after
Adam Smith published The Wealth of Nations, we see that
it's true, just as we can now see that communism
is false. Communism and socialism have failed everywhere they have
been tried. The countries that lag behind are the ones
crippled by their big, authoritarian governments with needless regulations, corruption,
(01:13:38):
and other measures that make elites rich and common people poor,
though they are eligible for crumbs from programs like Medicaid
and even worse, Obamacare, which chiefly benefits insurance count companies
instead of further sup to subsidizing Obamacare. Republicans better wake
(01:13:58):
up before they lose. Even though we won the one
in Tennessee yesterday and not by such a small margin.
Nine ten points is pretty good, but we could lose
Congress in next year's midterms and replace Obamacare with the
kind of private sector of forms. This is what we
have to do, what we discussed last month, where we're
talking about, you know, expanding health savings accounts, portability, being
(01:14:23):
able to sell us strip down policy instead of the
Christmas tree that we call Obamacare. The bigger point is
that whether it's needlessly expensive substandard medical insurance or needlessly
expensive standard public education, big government hands out crumbs instead
of equipping ordinary people with the education and opportunity to
(01:14:46):
earn wealth and independence for themselves and their families. Their communities,
the whole world through free market competition. So finally, Brian,
during this blessed holiday season, remember that we have money
to put in the collection plate and the play center
for our loved ones and neighbors. We don't know because
(01:15:08):
we live not in a socialist paradise but in a
capitalist republic. What do you say, my brother, who I
will never.
Speaker 1 (01:15:15):
Murder, glad to hear that you can't dwell in the
land of Nod east of Eden. Jack add it after
you achieve that goal anyway, But you mentioned brothers keeper,
and I agree with you completely. But I think the
the the problem we have here this concept of selfishness.
(01:15:36):
You know, we're covetous, we're greedy, we're envy by nature,
and it's against our human nature to give up what
we've earned and what we have because we know it
can make us our lives better. Whatever. But when you
go into the religious realm, if you look, for example,
like the Sermon on the Mound, you look at the
different religions and their their advocacy for being your brother's
keeper and for helping out those on life's margins. Here
(01:15:57):
we're staring down the barrel of a massive tax obligation
we have to pay, which funds all these social programs
which are providing all of these social benefits keeping our brothers. Now,
you pointed out all the illustrations of why they've gone afoul,
but I think the perception a lot of people's minds is, well,
what the hell's with this giving to my fellow man,
(01:16:17):
What is the hell with me making a check for
a charitable contribution? Aren't I doing that through my labor
that they take out in the form of taxes to
fund all these programs which are doing exactly what the
church is telling me I should do. So you're met
with that challenge, I think, and I've said it a
million times, any person standing up and leading a congregation
of any faith who advocates for you voting for those
(01:16:38):
government programs is offloading the responsibility of the religious to
do it themselves, and it's doing it yourself and providing
charity to those who truly need it. You get to
be the arbiter of need. You get to say, you
know what, I'm not going to write a check for
a twenty five year old able bodied man who refuses
(01:16:59):
to work. That person doesn't need charity. That person needs
the point. You made the education the opportunity they've got
that chose not to go after it. But if you
want to be your brother's keeper, have them work, have
them participate, have them learn a skill set that will
free them of the yoke of being hooked up to
some government program. What a more liberating thing can be
(01:17:22):
than that? That I think is more fulfilling of God's mission.
But you've got to tailor it to those who truly
need it, or you need to force those who'd have
the ability to work to go out and work. There's
nothing wrong with that at all. But you know, if
the government's doing that charitable work for you, I think
you're less inclined to give. And that just really irks
me to no end. And it's been going on for
(01:17:42):
a long time. It's like I go back to the
Christmas Caro, which we were talking about. Ebenezer Scrooge, frightened
for his own afterlife damnation, wakes up one day and
decides he's going to be a good guy. He is
going to give his money, and look at what it
did to him. It made him happy, maybe freedom of
the burden of worry about eternal damnation, but also he
(01:18:03):
got joy out of the experience of giving to people.
He saw the results of his charitable contributions. I mean,
he made people smile around him. What a greater joy
is there in life than you can actually put a
smile on people's faces. You're lucky to get the reward
of your charitable contribution, glowing it, embracing it. It's the
benefit that you personally get from your charity. And isn't
(01:18:27):
that a wonderful thing. It's good for somebody else who
truly needs it, but it also makes you feel pretty
damn good about yourself for making a sacrifice in your
finances to do that.
Speaker 15 (01:18:38):
I agree entirely. Jesus, by the way, expect you to
have faith yourself as an individual. He doesn't leave that
up to government. And Jesus was not running for mayor
of Jerusalem. He was not particularly political. It's one of
the reasons we read that Judas is carry it was
pretty angry with him. As for socialism, socialism and by
(01:19:00):
definition goes too far. Politically, power corrupts and big government
is always corrupt, but capitalism that can also go too far,
and that's shown by the difference between establishment and MAGA republicans.
Earlier in the show, you said, but I'm not quite
sure what MAGA is. I don't know that it's any
one thing, but I think it is this. In its
(01:19:23):
blind search for the cheapest labor establishment, Republicans shipped America's
manufacturing jobs overseas and opened our borders to tens of
millions of illegal, unvetted immigrants so that they could provide
elites with cheap labor. By contrast, Trump's Mega movement, this
(01:19:43):
is the very first thing he talked about coming off
the escalator. It seeks to build up and expand America's
middle class by returning jobs and creating new ones in
AI and other cutting edge technologies. The new form of
Republicanism trump populism is driven by capitalism, yep, but it's
much more civic minded than the worst form of capitalism, unregulated,
(01:20:08):
you know, really predatory capitalism. Along with Adam Smith's selfishness,
there's also a concern for the community, the same concern
our founders shared by giving us limited government.
Speaker 1 (01:20:23):
Well, stated Jack Adiden as always, and you know a
lot to reflect on this time of year, Jack, And
I'm glad you brought the whole concept up here in
the fifty five care same morning show. That's why I
always enjoy having you on the program. Things that make
you go hmm, make you think about it and make
choices in your life that well go down one path
or another. And you and I certainly exercise our right
(01:20:46):
to advocate for capitalism and free markets, but also advocate
for people to have that charitable spirit in us. It's
a good feeling you get from charity, Jack Atherden, and
Merry Christmas man you and Amesley. I hope you have
a wonderful holiday season. And hopefully we talked before Christmas,
but a perfect opportunity to wish you the joy for
the seasons. And I'll look forward to next Wednesday. Another
(01:21:07):
conversation me too, Thanks so much, Thanks my friend. Seven
twenty right now fifty five kr CD talk station. Uh
looking for a financial plot partner that puts you first? Well,
my friend, Time for the Channel nine first morning weather forecast. Today.
It's gonna be a partly cloudy day to day with
a high thirty four, just a slight chance of rain
(01:21:27):
if we curse snow, rather if we get snow overnight,
they say a half inch or less. It'll be cloudy,
dropping to twenty eight degrees tomorrows high thirty with cloudy
skies down to fifteen overnight with clouds, and then Friday
is going to remain partly cloudy with a high thirty
seven twenty five degrees. Right now it's un for Chuck
Ingram with a traffic update.
Speaker 16 (01:21:45):
From you see up traffic center, you see help my
boss center, offer sergic going bet call a b cd
caaren expertise called five one three nine three nine to

three SAP found seventy five slows out of Westchester towards

You're only your accident at Gabareth clear right lanes open
(01:22:06):
again northbound seventy.
Speaker 1 (01:22:08):
Five heavy out of Burrowliner.
Speaker 16 (01:22:09):
There's a wreck on level of Madeira near Humphrey outside
of Remington. Chuck Ingram, fifty five KR see the talk
station seven twenty three E fifty five ker Cite talk station.
Are you in favor of the Constitutional Amendment to balance
a budget? John Houston's proposing one Donald and Neil for
Americans for Prosperity. On to the next segment to talk
just about that. I talk about that. Steve Belzo is
(01:22:31):
already in house. He'll be in studio at seven forty
from the Clarmont County Veteran Services. Got some information to
pass along to my veteran friends in the audience, and
it transcends just those in the Claremont County area Veteran
services commissions in all of the counties here in Ohio.
So take advantage of those that are very helpful. At
eight oh five of V. V. Ramas, I mean you
may have heard of him. I think he's going to
(01:22:52):
be the next governor of the state of Ohio. He's
going to be talking about a Turning Point USA chapter
in Cincinnati, and I just the leftist just go absolutely
badcrap crazy when a Turning Point USA chapter gets formed.
I mean, get over it. You know, it's free speech,
political speeches at the core of it. They're allowed to
peaceably assemble. We've got a constitutional right that guarantees that.
(01:23:14):
It's all wrapped up right there in the Constitution. So
what's the problem with the Turning Point USA chapter If
I have to deal with Anti five chapters and Black
Lives Matter chapters and they're all Marxists. Parenthetically, the reason
I'm against them. You got actual Marxist organizations, socialist organizations.
What's wrong with having a conservative organization write nothing? And
(01:23:36):
I'm glad to see the number of Turning Point USA
chapters growing because it really does buck the trend that
we're seeing in that scary trend among our young people,
considering more and more of them are embracing the socialism
that Jack has you know, just commented on and warned
about and that I worry about.
Speaker 1 (01:23:54):
It just doesn't work. And the fact that so many
people believe that it is the right solution and that
it is a viable path forward and that they're not
going to suffer any ill consequences by embracing it. Geez, Louise,
I mean, do we need to go back to Venezuela again,
the before and after? It's a wreck? Wherever it's done again?
(01:24:20):
Going back to Nefarius are stupid? Well, the nefarious really
do prey on the stupid and trying to advance their
twisted political ideologies. Let's see about the balance budget amendment
with Donovan and Neil coming up next to seven twenty five.
Right now, if you have krc DE talk station, a
wonderful product that you would love having right now. It's
cold out right yeah, in your house. If it's not comfortable,
(01:24:40):
if your HVAC system, notably the heater, it keeps running
and running and running. It's like Sisyphis pushing the rock
up the hill. It's an uphill battle and it's fighting
that battle. I mean, your system's going to burn out
sooner than it should. USA Premium Folm will provide immediate
relief in terms of greater comfort the day it's installed.
It takes the average house less than a day to
get installed. It's not too late to get it done
(01:25:02):
this year, so you can take advantage of the last
year for the twelve hundred dollars energy tax credit. In USA,
Premium film is still only ninety nine dollars a month.
And I haven't even gotten to the best part from
my perspective, saving money on your energy bills, so much
so that many of my listeners have saved more than

Net fifty FIVE krc from The Demented. Mind it's seven
(01:25:48):
twenty nine and fifty five KR cd talk station at
The wednesday Listener Lines price Soil, chelly love to see you,
there and welcome back to the fifty FIVE Krc Morning.
Show his regular, Segment i'm From americans For, Prosperity donovan And.
Neil always great to have you on the. Show, Donovan welcome, Back.
Speaker 17 (01:26:04):
Ryan always great to be with you On Wednesday.
Speaker 1 (01:26:06):
MORNING a concept that's been talked, ABOUT i think Since
i've been politically. INVOLVED i think that began around age,
sixteen WHEN i was in high. SCHOOL a balanced budget.
Amendment it's been a pipe dream for a lot of
conservative minded, folks a lot of budget conscious folks like,
myself but never ever gotten off the. Ground will it
happen this? TIME i Understand John housted has got a
(01:26:26):
balanced budget amendment he's going to be introducing or has.
Introduced Now i've got an uphill challenge on this, one
including ratification by the. States but it sounds like a good.
Concept let's break it, Down. Donovan how is this? One
maybe different from the prior, ones but how is this
going to work? Out, well it's it's a pretty straightforward.
Speaker 14 (01:26:44):
Amendment what it would do is it would Require congress
within ten years of its ratification to achieve balance in
between the expenditures and revenues of the federal. Government would
not need to be done over a single Year. Peerer for,
example here In ohio we do a biennial budget. Process,
right we do it over two your, window and.
Speaker 17 (01:27:05):
So you'd have a little bit of. Room you'd also have.
Speaker 14 (01:27:08):
WHERE i think a lot of opponents attack a balanced
budget amendment to The constitution is emergency.
Speaker 17 (01:27:14):
Spending and so.
Speaker 14 (01:27:15):
There's an ability For congress WITH i believe it two
thirds vote to approve emergency. Spending that would put the
budget out of, balance but then they would need to
start to work to put it back into. Balance so
it creates some more of a principles based approach to
a balanced budget rather than the rigidity of saying the
budget must be balanced on a annual.
Speaker 1 (01:27:37):
Basis so no day one tear the band aid off
kind of fixed to this, one, correct and what that?
Speaker 14 (01:27:45):
AGAIN i think the idea here is is neutralize a
lot of the common opposition to a very, practical common
sense policy.
Speaker 1 (01:27:54):
Solution, so in other, WORDS i was, WONDERING i mean to,
me in my, Mind, donovan this is a no brainer
that you must live within your means and you shouldn't
imperil the country's future by digging us into a hole
that we have to pay debt service on which is
consuming more and more of those valuable limited taxpayer. Dollars with,
that the argument against something like this has always been
(01:28:16):
but but but but, uh you know we can't do
that where you know these programs are all gonna shut.
DOWN i just don't understand the how you can articulate
an opposition to something that is so common, sense, logical and.
Reasonable so what what are you hearing by way of
pushback on, this or at least in the, past when
(01:28:36):
these types of balanced budget amendments have been, proposed why
haven't they moved forward in advance given that they seem
so logical and.
Speaker 14 (01:28:43):
Reasonable, WELL i think one of the biggest arguments is
the THE dc insiders right the proverbial swamp where it is,
hey we need this, flexibility, right it's gonna inhibit this,
program or it's gonna it's gonna keep us from spending
in an.
Speaker 17 (01:28:58):
Emergency And, brian.
Speaker 14 (01:28:59):
The urgencies are what have put us into the situation
that we're, in manufactured and. Otherwise and so you, know
when this was first what we just really had an
opportunity in the early nineties with the wave of reform
to get. Done we were looking at a three trillion
dollar national, debt, right not, No and that was a cry.
Speaker 7 (01:29:20):
That was a.
Speaker 1 (01:29:21):
Crisis to Remember reagan complaining when it was getting close
to a trillion and talking about we can't keep this.
Up And i'm, like, wow oh, wow longing for the
days of a nine and ninety nine billion dollar. Devisit,
boy wouldn't that be a good? Thing.
Speaker 14 (01:29:37):
Yeah, well and you, know we only climbed to a
meager five point six by the year two, thousand twelve
years later and halfway through the First obama, term sixteen,
trillion and now we're at thirty eight. TRILLION i think
what we have the opportunity here right to sort of
push back against any any reasonable.
Speaker 17 (01:29:57):
Opposition to this is to, say, look this has been
an issue that it's actually one of the most.
Speaker 14 (01:30:03):
Introduced constitutional amendments going back to the nineteen. Forties this
is something that Both democrats And republicans have historically, supported
and there's never been a more burning platform or need
for this reform than now as we hit thirty eight
trillion in climbing with no end in.
Speaker 1 (01:30:19):
Sight this is.
Speaker 14 (01:30:21):
IMPORTANT i know you get, It, brian but this is
an important amendment that would bring some physical sanity To,
washington put constraints on Both republicans And democrats who need
to put A washington's fiscal house in.
Speaker 1 (01:30:32):
Order all, right, Well i'm going to gravitate over what
in the hell constitutes an. Emergency you, know we end
up with this only Go. Obamacare we have a healthcare.
Emergency we have a health care. Crisis we need, Legislation
we need an inflation Reduction act so we can Fund
Green progress. Whatever it would start screaming out loud about
oh my, god people are dying in the, streets babies
are being starved to, death we need. Everything would be an,
emergency wouldn't. IT i, mean what's the protection in there
(01:30:55):
to keep? Them and you know them includes Both republicans
And democrats with their pet. Project they're the ones all
collectively responsible for the thirty eight trillion dollars we got right,
now what prevents them from just pretty much saying we're an. Emergency,
well we have to balance the, budget but if we do,
that then this program is to be slashed by, oh
twenty five. Percent it's an emergency because the twenty five
(01:31:15):
percent or glean are getting money from the, government are
going to be cut off from that, money and oh my,
god they're going to. Die you can hear that all day,
long every day of the. Week oh absolutely, well without a.
Doubt and you know WHERE i think you look at
this and you, say it's that higher, threshold that requiring two.
Thirds and, yes swamp critters exist with both The red
(01:31:36):
and The blue team In, washington D.
Speaker 14 (01:31:38):
C but creating that higher threshold creates an opportunity for grassroots,
activists for constituous supporters to apply more. Pressure SO i
think what we would see out of this right compared to,
now where there is no, limit there is no CAP
i think you would have those more critical moments in
time Where congress has to really deliberate and The american
(01:31:59):
people the opportunity to be heard on what actually constitutes an. Emergency,
well we stop to do our, Job, brian, right of,
course the book that we live in of being engaged
in contacting our senators and. Corsonmen but this will put
that higher threshold on, them and they don't.
Speaker 17 (01:32:13):
Get to go out of they don't get to go beyond.
Speaker 14 (01:32:15):
Their means with our credit card until unless we, uh you,
know they've got to get, more, more more agreement In.
Speaker 17 (01:32:25):
Washington we know that can also be a challenge at.
Speaker 1 (01:32:27):
Times, well AND i do appreciate the fact that this
emergency declaration will require two thirds from both The house
and The, senate at least in terms of a vote
to declare an, emergency which is a pretty substantial hurdle
given the division in our. COUNTRY i can't imagine that
they could get two thirds in both The house and
The senate and THE i guess the broader problem is
(01:32:49):
if this goes, through if this is, proposed if it
is voted, forward and it is submitted to the, states
you have any ta leaf reading on whether it would
be ratified by the, states given how common sense it, Sounds,
WELL i think the.
Speaker 17 (01:33:01):
Good news here is what is?
Speaker 14 (01:33:03):
It over half the states have already have a balanced
budget amendment or balanced budget. Requirement so right, there you've
got twenty five out of thirty eight that you'd assume
would be in the column here because it works for,
them good enough for, them if you good enough FOR.
Dc and then with the other, STATES i think they
see the dysfunction that happens In. Washington having some physical
(01:33:23):
sanity would be. Important it's certainly an uphill, battle BUT
i think across the country recognize you'll receive sixty seventy
percent support and. Polling, yeah there's public opinion that backs
this up as.
Speaker 1 (01:33:37):
Well, Yeah i'm just waiting for The republican governors to
see the federal government contract and the dollars received from
the federal government also contract impacting their own state budgets
when they start contemplating how this is all going to
settle In donovan And, Neil americans For. Prosperity any calls
to action for our listeners before we part company this, Morning.
Speaker 10 (01:33:55):
WELL i think like always Gift Senator housteain's office a
call reach Out houston dot centup thank him for introducing
such a, big bold proposal to help bring some fiscal
sanity To.
Speaker 1 (01:34:06):
Washington always worthy to thank you your elected officials when
they're actually doing a good. Thing donovan And, neil thank
you for the. Information we'll talk again Next. Wednesday have

(01:34:27):
am really making a very, hard concerted effort to embrace the,
holidays embrace the, holidays, spirit enjoy, it live in the,
moment and so, far so. Good it's been a challenge
of me for the last several longer THAN i care to.
Speaker 18 (01:34:41):
Remember BUT i think there's a there's a there's a
transitional shift that happens as we hit fifties sixties where
you realize it's not about the crazy wrapping that we
have to. Do it's more about the friendships and the
rightlessness of a. Community, yeah And i'm trying to focus
on that somewhere along your. WAY i think it's the
it's it's the content THAT i work with day in
(01:35:02):
and day out that turned me into this, jaded cynical.
Grinch of a human, being AND i don't mean to
be that, way AND i MISS i miss feeling like
a child Around christmas. Time so this Year i'm giving
it a good go and good for. You, YEAH i

urchin kid throws it back and, says the guy, says
you see all these he goes made a difference to that, one,
Right it's that whole whole.
Speaker 11 (01:35:52):
Story it's it's not about the.
Speaker 18 (01:35:54):
Volume it's about one by one picking somebody up and
setting them back on sturdy.
Speaker 1 (01:35:59):
Ground one of the benefits of being the host of
the morning. Show like If i'll have a you, know

Speaker 18 (01:36:22):
Rewarded i'll tell you what if IF i wouldn't rush your,
MICROPHONE i would come in here with a list of

Speaker 1 (01:36:52):
Quit dinner will be. Cold i'm not going to keep
it heed it for, you. Buddy you got a, curfew,
man you better make. It but you helped over twenty
five hundred veterans in their families with service related claims
and other issues this. Year that's a great. Accomplishment it
is three hundred and sixty five days in the. Year
you got twenty five hundred to show for, right, Right
(01:37:12):
so we're gonna.
Speaker 18 (01:37:13):
Bring when you consider twenty five, hundred that's roughly twenty
percent of the veterans In Claremont.
Speaker 1 (01:37:18):
County holy, cow.
Speaker 11 (01:37:19):
We run twelve and a half thousand veteran On Claremont.
Speaker 1 (01:37:22):

Second we'll. Bring we'll Bring Steve belzo. Back we got
more details to talk About Claremont county veteran. Services Steve. Belzo,

Speaker 1 (01:38:02):
Amazing and you know what A god's miracle without?
Speaker 18 (01:38:06):
Questions so, question, yeah, yeah that's, intervention, right it.
Speaker 8 (01:38:10):

around you, know you just got to identify.
Speaker 11 (01:38:15):
Them they observe itt and be thankful.
Speaker 1 (01:38:17):
Exactly all. Right so you've added some new services Over
Klement County Veteran services this, year so let's talk about.
Speaker 11 (01:38:22):
That, yeah you, KNOW i want to mention to Miss.
Speaker 18 (01:38:25):
Bozo twenty two and three would be a Great christmas
present for Mister. BOZOL i just just listening to your,
COMMERCIAL i just, thought, wow.
Speaker 1 (01:38:33):
That's Pretty you got something in? Mine you what.
Speaker 11 (01:38:37):
It's within the? Doors? Darlin head? Inside so THE i.
Speaker 1 (01:38:41):
Got my forty five to seventy elever action rifle last?
Year you have A. Henry, yeah, no not A. Henry
you didn't Get. Henry, OKAY i didn't get.
Speaker 11 (01:38:48):
That we'll go down a rabbit trail. Here let's let's.
Speaker 1 (01:38:51):
OKAY i got The, marlin but it's the New, marlin
not the old version that had some. Problems it's the brand,
new Redesigned marlin. Things oh my, god so. Awesome you shot? It,
YEAH i Went ACTUALLY i went through a whole box
at the range that you.
Speaker 11 (01:39:03):
Went to the whole. BOX i have a pad on
the back of. That did you thank? YOU i love
That thing's a, donkey it.
Speaker 1 (01:39:10):
IS i love handing it to people who are less
experienced with shooting. Rifles But i'll squeeze off a few rounds.
Here try. This oh, okay, yeah this is when you
figure out you have not mounted your gun. Properly AND
i laughed my butt, off was, LIKE i hand it.
BACK i KNOW i got more rounds in there if
there's five more. Inside enjoyed that, thing all? Right moving
(01:39:35):
back to The Veterans services.
Speaker 18 (01:39:36):
Anyways, yeah so twenty five hundred veterans. There we talk
about the three three legged stool in how we underpinned
veterans in the counties with, transportation emergency financial, assistance and
filing for benefits and claims for THE, va and the
majority of the twenty five hundred you're seeing right there
(01:39:57):
is predominantly just the filing for benefits and, claims as
well as potentially some just overlap with emergency financial.
Speaker 1 (01:40:07):
Assistance i'm glad you brought that one. UP i would
like to bring that aspect of what you're doing for
veterans out emergency financial.
Speaker 18 (01:40:13):
Services it's, yeah when you get to, underpinning you get
to hear some of these stories are just you got
to be kidding, Me how did this fall?
Speaker 11 (01:40:20):
Out?
Speaker 1 (01:40:20):
Right?
Speaker 18 (01:40:21):
Right but you still get to reach, down grab someone's
hand and pull them. Up it's not a, handout it's not.
Welfare it's a benefit for serving your country that we're
able to put you back on solid ground as a
veteran if you meet the. Parameter so it's a great,
program it really.
Speaker 1 (01:40:39):
Is, well you've got more appointments ready for, them more
readily available. Appointments the quality is obviously always, Superior Claimate
County Veteran. Services but you decrease the wait time by
twenty five. PERCENT i.
Speaker 18 (01:40:51):
Understand i'm gonna tell, You, brian we've done so much
attack On we were about a six months lag time for,
appointments especially when it came out with.
Speaker 11 (01:41:01):
The Packed, act Oh Sureact.
Speaker 18 (01:41:03):
Act and SO i took their, calendars looked at, them massaged,
them and not only WAS i able to INCREASE i
SAY i we's the team able to increase the throughput
by additional, appointments but we're also able to create a
day of administrative time that they can look at the
claims that they're filing to make sure their quality complete.
Speaker 11 (01:41:23):
Claims that's, great.
Speaker 18 (01:41:25):
Right so it improves the, quality it enhances the return
rate for the approvals when they go to be. Adjudicated
so it's really been a great year twenty twenty five
and so increasing throughput twenty five, percent more appointment times
available to help these veterans move their claims.
Speaker 1 (01:41:44):
Forward, well and it's one. Thing you sign up and
you qualify and you're eligible for YOUR va, benefits you
got to get to the. APPOINTMENT a lot of veterans
struggle with. That you've helped out that.
Speaker 18 (01:41:55):
Too that is how many veterans Miss it's called A cmp.
Exam miss, it and THE va is. Cranky when you
miss A cmp, exam they are. Cranky so the fact
that great Uncle, joe or it might just be your
Cousin jimmy that's of good health but does not want
to drive to Downtown. Cincinnati, secondly the parking at THE
(01:42:18):
va is extremely extremely.
Speaker 1 (01:42:20):
TIGHT i did, Hear, Dad and.
Speaker 18 (01:42:22):
When you have someone that's willing to take a veteran
down and take them back, home that you're not stuck
in a parking lot. Somewhere it is a great. Benefit
we've moved over a thousand veterans to and from THEIR
va appointments Through october.
Speaker 1 (01:42:36):
This year and again three hundred and sixty five days
in the counter. Year you can see the volume they're.
Doing that is. Awesome so you, hire you have a
new vehicle and that's number, five and you also hired
some additional drivers we.
Speaker 11 (01:42:47):
Did the task was so.
Speaker 18 (01:42:49):
Heavy over one hundred and thirty a month for the
past three to four months we were transporting to and.
Speaker 11 (01:42:57):
From now we do door to, door local pickup.
Speaker 18 (01:43:00):
Area we frag a, vehicle we send a, vehicle get
all my military. Talk we send a vehicle to your,
door pick you, up take you to YOUR va, appointment
and then take you back.
Speaker 1 (01:43:10):
Home it's like an, uber except it's The cincinnati or
The Klemert County Veteran services handling this without having What
you don't need an app for, that do you just
make you.
Speaker 18 (01:43:18):
Just simple phone call and then five one three, seventh,
three two, seventh three sixty. Three the transportation line where
you will be, greeted uh to push one for the.
Transportation all of my drivers are. Veterans that's, great every single.
Speaker 1 (01:43:33):
One of, them, right and they are your, employees so
you sense your quality in terms of absolutely the ability
of them to drive and their competence and all of.
Speaker 18 (01:43:41):
That we own the, vehicles they're. Marked you, know it's
us pulling up in your. Drive it's not a lift
or uber that's going to drop you off somewhere you don't.
Belong they're going to get you to and from your
appointment and back.
Speaker 1 (01:43:52):
Home and although we are running painfully out of, time
if you have some new software that helps increase the
efficiency and the quality of filing benefit claims on behalf
of veterans as, well an improvement that was. Needed i'm
glad you've addressed that very.
Speaker 18 (01:44:04):
Much so it's been a good. Transition it's been long
and migrating all the information over that you do obviously
in a lift and shift for AN it, program but it's,
up it's, running and it greatly enhances what we.
Speaker 1 (01:44:17):
Do Claremont County veterans dot com is a site for
The Clermont County Veteran services all The services right. There
they're there to help. You you're not taking, Advantage you're
utilizing what has been created for, you my veteran friends

(01:45:17):
you on the. Program welcome, back my. Friend great to be.
Speaker 8 (01:45:20):
On just finished morning drop off for the kids at,
school and no, way no better way to start the
day than catch up with, You.
Speaker 1 (01:45:27):
BRIAN i appreciate, that and good for you being a
father that you're supposed to. Be you don't delegate that.
Responsibility you're taking the kids to. School that's great And
i'm glad to hear. It and probably you're insisting on
a great, education are. You are they involved in the classical?
EDUCATION i hate to bring that up out of, NOWHERE,
vv but.
Speaker 8 (01:45:45):
So they're very. YOUNG i mean my my youngest one's, three,
oh that's twy. Five but we have we have toured
a number of the classical, schools and particularly In, columbus
AND i have been. Impressed, Right you think about the
ways in which our traditional academic standards and educational standards
have gradually declined in the last thirty, years and you
see a lot of these innovative, approaches including classical. Education you,
(01:46:09):
know they're Incorporating singapore, Math they're incorporating classical approaches even
from studying even ancient. LANGUAGES i think these are important
for young people to develop in the modern. World and
that's a longer conversation we can.
Speaker 1 (01:46:23):
Have of, course not to dwell on this too, much
because we're want to talk With Turning point IN usa
and how your campaign's. Going BUT i know part of
your campaign involves helping and helping young people excel in
math and reading and critical. Thinking AND i have to
ask you just, straightforward BECAUSE i am literally frightened For
america WHEN i see the public education proficiency. Scores WHEN
(01:46:46):
i read about college educated, students or rather high school
educated students to get into college and they can't even
manage eighth grade level, mathematics yet they graduated with AN
a and got a. DIPLOMA i, MEAN i weep for
the future of our. Country and part of me makes,
me part of this makes me think that this is something.
Nefarious it's almost as if we're raising a nation of
(01:47:09):
idiots who can be easily manipulated by the morons who
are trying to steer us towards socialism in this. Country
sorry to be so, blunt Mister.
Speaker 8 (01:47:15):
Ramaswami, well especially as we think about entering an era
OF ai and technology and, automation it's all the more
important to have cultivated citizens who are able to think
independently for. Themselves and at the end of the, day that,
Responsibility brian falls on. Us not up to us to
blame anybody else for a nefarious. Plot it's up to
us to really step up as, parents as citizens to
(01:47:39):
cultivate the next generation of young. People you said it,
well and to be honest with, you a lot of
people on the left would get upset at me over
the last half decade WHEN i said about the woke
left standards eroding merit and academic. Standards but to be,
honest sometimes WHEN i say, it there may be voices
on the right who are upset to hear the same.
Message but the truth hurts because it's. True students are
(01:48:03):
underperforming kids in other. Countries seventy five percent of eighth
graders now are not proficient in, math and that's unacceptable to.
Us it's not going to change. Overnight but the Way
i'm going to change it In ohio is bringing standards
back to public. Education the idea of one hundred percent
third grade literacy as a guarantee for every kid who's medically.
(01:48:23):
Capable we're going to get that done in this. State
numeracy standards algebra competence by.
Speaker 17 (01:48:29):
The end of eighth grade should be a goal for every.
Speaker 8 (01:48:31):
Student civic competence by the time you graduate from high.
School you, KNOW i think every high school senior who
graduates from An ohio high school should have to pass
the Same civics test that every legal immigrant has to
pass before that immigrant becomes a naturalized. Citizen that's just common.
Sense and you know this is, controversial mostly on the,
left but even to some on certain fringes of the,
(01:48:54):
Right and it doesn't matter to. Me that's the. Truth
it's what we have to stand, for and it is
what it means to be In, america is that we
stand for the values of this, country which include, excellence
and the pursuit of excellence is what we're.
Speaker 1 (01:49:06):
Bringing education well one bright, spot AND i know it
was a tragedy beyond tragedies When Charlie kirk was, murdered just,
horrific but at least it lit a fire beneath a
lot of young AND i would argue high school and
college age folks to pursue a turning. POINT usa. Chapter
the number of new chapters has, ballooned AND i understand
(01:49:26):
that we do have one or one is coming to
the city Of. CINCINNATA i know you wanted to address
that here on The Morning.
Speaker 8 (01:49:31):
Show, well, LOOK i think the idea of young people
being hungry for something greater than what they're being served
up by their, culture that's been true for the last
couple decades in our. Country And Charlie, kirk better than
ANYBODY i, know understood that and provided an alternative vision of,
(01:49:51):
citizenship an alternative vision of reviving faiths and family and
patriotism and hard. Work the last TIME i saw him
was actually In, ohio down for over an hour In Delaware,
County ohio one on one when he visited just two
weeks before his. Assassination AND i do feel some sense
of responsibility as a friend Of, charlie's as somebody who
(01:50:11):
he actually asked me to serve as the chairman of
The Turning Point pack and some of their affiliated, entities
WHICH i wasn't able to. Do but the fact that
he AND i traveled the country for so much of
the last year gives me a special sense of mission
to make sure we're continuing to carry out that that
work of motivating young people to think, independently to speak
(01:50:33):
their minds in the open to remind them this is
the country where we don't always agree on. Everything not
all the, time of course we, don't but we could
still disagree vehemently and view ourselves as fellows citizens rather
than enemies to be conquered and win through, persuasion which
is something that we've lost in modern, politics is even
the idea that you could persuade someone rather than to
(01:50:54):
force them into defeat versus. Loss persuasion is a lost,
art and that's a big part of What charlie did
With Turning point and what we're trying to carry on
in our work across these, campuses.
Speaker 1 (01:51:05):
And that they very well be the reason The Turning
POINT usa chapters strike fear in the hearts of mind
that these, liberals they start pulling their hair out and
screaming in. Anguish oh my, god A Turning POINT usa
chapter is. Coming we need to do everything we can
to stop. It they're afraid of that very debate you.
Speaker 8 (01:51:19):
Discuss you, KNOW i think that's, historically if you look
at the last half, decade that was definitely true in
the period of peak woke. ACCESS i do think that,
QUIETLY i few scratch beneath the Service brian people are
hungry for something different than the direction of just the
politics of defeating opposition through, silencing through, canceling through. Censorship
(01:51:42):
now that, ERA i think is the peak of that
is behind, us and that Most, americans not in all of,
them but Most, americans even Most, democrats are not really
subject to that woke left mind. Virus they're looking to
be liberated from. It and so we're delivering that. Emancipation
that's the WAY i look at. It and you know,
WHAT i don't care whether you're on the left or the.
Right we don't believe in this kind of cancel. Culture
(01:52:04):
we don't believe in this kind of victimhood. Culture and
that's the Message i'm hoping to hoping to deliver. Tonight
we were at The university Of cincinnati On monday, night great,
discussion wholesome. Conversations there were students from the, left from the,
right some who are politically, undecided then who are politically,
uninvolved want to start, businesses but were interested in what
this turning point chapter had to. Say and so that's the.
(01:52:26):
Message we're going to be At Miami university tonight continuing that,
conversation and we're going to keep going and campuses across the,
state BECAUSE i do think young people are looking for,
direction they're looking for. PURPOSE a lot of them are
skeptical right. Now that's another THING i, See brian about
The american. Dream they're very cynical about The american dream
because they feel like they've heard about it and yet
(01:52:48):
they're not quite living, it where home ownership feels a
little bit out of. Reach for a lot of those young,
people they got out of college or got out of high,
school thought they got their education and then join a
workforce and a labor market that, says, well you don't
really know the skills THAT i need you to know
to be useful on the, job and that requires then further.
Training and so they're cynical about The american. Dream but
(01:53:09):
our job is to restore and revive That american dream
and confidence in. It and that's What i'm going to
do here In. Ohio that is the number one reason Why.
Speaker 1 (01:53:17):
I'm in this.
Speaker 8 (01:53:17):
Race actually because as a young person who grew up
in the state myself right went to public schools In
cincinnati through eighth, grade who went To saintext for high,
SCHOOL i have lived The american dream at levels unimaginable
to my family even just a few decades. AGO i
want to pass that Save american dream onto the next
generation of Young ohio and then we're.
Speaker 1 (01:53:36):
Going to do. It you, will, indeed and that's WHY
i have so much confidence in you your. Candidacy and
encourage my listeners to help you out along the campaign.
Trail v vag viv E k four For ohio Dot
COM's the website action. Center click on, it help, out
get involved in the, campaign add your information. There they'll
be happy to reach out to you and make a
(01:53:57):
campaign contribution if you. Can anything you can to help
Mister ramaswamy become the next governor of the state Of,
ohio and he will lead with confidence and we will Put.
Ohio you will Put ohio back on the. Map i'm
confident of. That in your. Platform we're going to make it.
Speaker 8 (01:54:13):
Happen and it's a team effort to get, there and
to tell you the, truth we're gonna do it in
a positive. Way and you know, what by the time we're, Done,
brian we Want texas And florida to be Following ohio's
lead rather than the other way. AROUND i think we're
going to get.
Speaker 1 (01:54:26):
There that's a hell of an. Aspiration be. Big. Ramaswamy
thanks for the time you spend. TODAY i hope to
have you on as many times as possible between now Next.
November keep up the great work and good luck with
the event this evening now you, too my, Friend thank,

finally got it. Paved good thing Because i'll be driving
on it. Today welcome, Back. MAUREEN i was hoping you
would give you a call this, morning AND i kind
of expected it since His facebook messaged, me, WELL i
(01:55:08):
have time to call in, Today, yes, after Mister. Ramaswamy
good to have you.
Speaker 8 (01:55:12):
Back Thanks.
Speaker 19 (01:55:14):
BRIAN i sent some frustration On jay's part with the
whole vaccine.
Speaker 1 (01:55:19):
Issue yeah.
Speaker 8 (01:55:19):
EARLIER i want to offer.
Speaker 19 (01:55:20):
Him, YEAH i want to offer him some. Hope and
it's related To trump's termination yesterday with all the documents
executive orders and contracts signed By biden's auto.
Speaker 8 (01:55:30):
Pens, oh, yeah he's going to.
Speaker 19 (01:55:31):
Be, yeah he's going to be revoking many of the.
Pardons and of special interest is the revoking of The
Anthony fauci's. Pardon AND i think that'll play significant role
in exposing all THE covid AND covid vaccine, injuries as
well as hopefully all the other vaccine injuries as.
Speaker 8 (01:55:46):
WELL i agree with.
Speaker 1 (01:55:48):
YOU i agree with you on, That but let me
ask you, this wouldn't we be able to get all
of these so far hidden, information whatever documents existed back.
There even if he isn't, pardon that doesn't mean he
still can't be held accountable in the public eye and
be held at least accountable publicly for his what amounts
to what seemed to be a bunch of lies to
(01:56:08):
The american people about its, origins about THE covid nineteen,
vaccine about the stupid six foot rule that he admitted was.
NONSENSE i almost said THE bs word out, loud moreen
masking which didn't. Work we never did. Work AND i
think as a man of, science he certainly was aware of,
that and that information finally came out so we could
still get the information even if some judge or it's
(01:56:30):
ultimately determined that this eradication of the pardons, yesterday the
autopen actions is.
Speaker 19 (01:56:36):
Invalid, yes, Well AND i think by having it in a,
court there will be more eyes on, it more, disposure
more people paying attention to, it and that would be
the way to get the best bang for your, buck
if you want to expose it and wake everyone, up
which is WHAT i think their plan. IS i Think
i've told you all along this is a strategic military
operation that we're, in and it's very very well played.
(01:57:00):
Part AND i think there's a certain way information has
to get, out and it's all part of the. Plan
SO i also want to bring up in relation to this.
Number WHEN i called you On november, sixth AND i told,
everybody watch the movie that's coming out the following, day
which Was november, Seven, nuremberg and the REASON i want
people AND i, said watch that movie because it's going
(01:57:20):
to play a significant role in the near. Future, well
two weeks, Later President trump posted a clip from the,
movie and it happened to be On november, twentieth which
is the actual anniversary of the First nuremberg trial in
nineteen forty, five and that's. Significant his posts are so
significant as to when he posts, them the time he posts,
(01:57:43):
them the time stamp on. Them it's very very interesting
if you follow him as closely AS i. Do and
so as far as The nuremberg trials, go there's been
a lot of information Regarding obama and he's been in
addition to just his, posts that he reposts from other
people ON x THAT i, follow and he highlights them
(01:58:04):
because he really wants people to pay attention to certain.
People and one of those people Is Data, republican and
Also Julie donut and he reposted her thing the other,
day just. Yesterday and it's when The director Of National
when The director Of National intelligence tells the Public obama
committed treason And President trump is your, president you can
(01:58:27):
one hundred percent know we will see military. Tribunals AND
i THINK i told you THAT i ran Into Catherine
herridge at an event a few months, ago and she's
reporting From Guantanamo Bang. Getmo right. Now she's talked about
the media center. There it's the size of a high
school football. Field they are going to show the public these,
tribunals And President trump is serious about getting this information
(01:58:51):
out AND i think his posts are really reflecting.
Speaker 8 (01:58:54):
It.
Speaker 19 (01:58:54):
Lately he also posted as somebody that people should really
pay attention. To her name Is Emerald robinson and she's
posting About monduro and the information has been exposing the election,
fraud my second favorite. Topic and so the election fraud
is going.
Speaker 8 (01:59:12):
To be coming.
Speaker 19 (01:59:12):
Out it's going to be tied To, venezuela the smartmatic,
machines The dominu, machines that sort of. Thing there's a
post going around where A cia agent he was worked
thirty years in the in the field of military. Surveillance
he has a video that's gone viral On there's a
person Named nacho business on x he's repeatedly showing this.
(01:59:36):
Video he goes into all the intricacies of these voting
machines In serbia And venezuela and how it's all tied to.
That and that's in addition to what the issues that
we have with This venezuela right now are going to
play out and it's going to expose.
Speaker 1 (01:59:51):
That all, Right, well another, thing wait and we'll. See
AS i pointed out To, jay you, know it takes
a lot of time to ultimately get the information out
because they dragged their feed nor foyer request they do,
this they do that the other, Thing but ultimately it
does come. Out we fight over evidentiary issues in. Court
when you're in, litigation they don't want to produce the.
Documents you force them to produce the. Documents, ultimately after
a couple of years of, litigation you finally get the.
(02:00:12):
Information so you have to. Wait there's no expedience when
it comes like, this when there's so many you, know speed,
bumps roadblocks and people who are not interested in having
the truth come out standing in the way of the.
Truth BUT i am. Wait i'm waiting for, It. Maureene as,
ALWAYS i have my popcorn out AND i will be
looking forward to seeing if this's unfolds as the way
you suggest it. WILL i appreciate you staying on top of, Things.
(02:00:34):
Maureene you're always welcome here on the fifty FIVE Kc Morning.
Show i'll look forward to hearing from you again and.
AGAIN i appreciate your chiming in throughout the week on
Your facebook post to me eight twenty. Six right, NOW
i have a great, Week. Maureene coming, Up judge Entered
apolitanos on medical, obesity care and.
Speaker 16 (02:00:49):
Expertise caught five one three nine three nine two two sixty.
Three that's nine three nine twenty two sixty. Three stat
found seventy five continues to get heavy here from well
above one twenty nine to your. Pants an accident At
Cincinnati Daton, road right side, block South pound seventy, one
left side's block with an Accident nearfield's rdle some icy
(02:01:09):
conditions westbound two seventy five and seventy five Above. Sharonville
it's an accident now on the right. Shoulder northbound seventy
five continues slow out Of florence into. Downtown on this
the morning of the Company christmas, PARTY i decided to
rewrite Some christmas. Tunes like he knows when walls are,
shakey the constitution, thrives he knows when power is breaking,
(02:01:36):
through and he's cutting through the. Lives The judge's next
on this, happy momentous. Holiday Chuck ingram fifty FIVE koc
the talk.
Speaker 1 (02:01:47):
Station hey thirty something tells Me Chuck ingram was looking
at chat ept this. MORNING i don't know if he's
got the skills to write lyrics like, that but that
was pretty. Good one as far AS i.
Speaker 6 (02:02:02):
Was over the, top and he's got a great singing.
Speaker 1 (02:02:05):
Twice Judge streker Does, strecker executive, producer said he wrote
that For chuck that's. Great oh, wow oh, My, no
we get to mark that one down to the top. Ten,
anyway sometimes he fumbles the, ball but TODAY i think
he hit it home for the, holidays and it is
THE I Heart christmas party today here for the cluster
(02:02:27):
of radio, Stations so he was springing from. That Judge Anna,
apoloitano welcome. BACK i enjoy this time of the week
as much or more than almost any. OTHER i don't
want to short shrift any of my other, guests but
this is a great time for me because you AND
i see really eye to eye on most. Things this libertarian,
philosophy the belief in the constitution and a limited. Government
(02:02:48):
AND i love your Column murder For. Christmas this is
a topic we've talked, about and of course it is
a hot topic of late blowing up boats outside Of.
Venezuela but now we Have Donald trump, saying And i'll quote,
this that he's planning on hitting targets in the. Land
the land is much. Easier much means we, know we
(02:03:09):
know the roots where they. Are we're going to start
those strikes on land. TOO i read, that And i'm,
thinking by what authority is he bringing us into a?
WAR i, Mean venezuela might likely declare war in The United,
states not that they have the military means to fight us.
Off but, he by unilateral, action could literally bring us
(02:03:30):
to the brink or actual war with a foreign. Nation
by what.
Speaker 5 (02:03:33):
Authority he has no respect for The, constitution for The,
congress And congress has no respect for. Itself congress will
do nothing to stop the murders in The caribbean of
people in the, boats so people who survived the original
attack on the, boats And congress is apparently going to
(02:03:54):
do nothing to stop him from Invading. Venezuela The constitution
couldn't be clear Or, congress To claris, wore the president wages.
War The president and The senate have ratified treaties that
limit our war making power to those where there is
a serious threat To american national security or the national
(02:04:18):
security of an ally to which we are bound by.
Treaty no one can say That venezuela opposes a serious
national security threat to The United. States, oh let's see
there were some drugs on those. Boats how about the
four hundred tons of cocaine shipped into The United states
(02:04:44):
by the guy That Donald trump just sprung from a
forty five year prison.
Speaker 1 (02:04:49):
Sentence you're read my, Mind.
Speaker 5 (02:04:53):
So i'm not sure where we're going. Here there's obviously different.
MOTIVATIONS i Think trump was either trying to Influence Latin
american elections.
Speaker 6 (02:05:04):
Or please some, intermediary some.
Speaker 5 (02:05:06):
Friend of his and the former president Of. Honduras but
the killing is absolutely unjustified Under american, law and Heg
seth has made.
Speaker 6 (02:05:18):
It worse.
Speaker 5 (02:05:20):
By mocking it with this cartoon of a child's, turtle
SOMETHING i had never heard of, before but of COURSE
i did the. Research franklin The.
Speaker 1 (02:05:32):
Turtle, Yeah franklin The turtle memes a.
Speaker 5 (02:05:35):
Child's cartoon which Hag seth posted holding some sort of
a missile in his, hand blowing up a bote and
saying wishless For.
Speaker 6 (02:05:45):
Christmas come, on in the right mind would offer this for?
Speaker 1 (02:05:48):
Children, now of, course satire it may, be and it's
a sad reflection of the state of our political discourse
in this world that we communicate by virtue of. Memes
left does it the, right does. It we've devolved into
this one little tiny, photograph comical or not as one perceives.
It that's how people either advance or reject any political.
(02:06:10):
Ideology AND i think it's a sorry state of affairs
for political. Discourse but grabbing a couple of words from your,
column which again is murder For, Christmas i'm fortunate enough
to get an advanced. Copy it does come out at
midnight outside of a legally declared war in WHICH us
military personnel are engaged in legally killing armed military. PERSONNEL
i don't need to read the whole, sentence but the
(02:06:31):
salient point outside of illegally declared. War, Now i'm going
back to these six members Of congress who released that
video urging members to refuse quote unquote illegal. Orders now
they face a lot of bach backlash for. That some
were threatening to court martial. Them, whatever we got The
Uniform code Of Military, justice we can look to and
see exactly what it. Says but every time any one
of the six who released that video were on the
(02:06:53):
talking head, program they were asked, specifically can you name
an illegal? Order not one of them uttered a. Syllable
why didn't they go to the point that you make
in this, article which is you can't do that because
there's no, authorized constitutionally military declared war From. CONGRESS i
don't know.
Speaker 5 (02:07:13):
WHY i, mean they started a great, debate but they
didn't finish. It you're, correct they didn't back, down but
not a single one would articulate which orders are. Illegal
it is clear as day that it is illegal to
kill an, unarmed non, violent non.
Speaker 6 (02:07:31):
Combatant nothing could be. Clearer that is a war.
Speaker 5 (02:07:34):
Crime it's a war crime for everybody, involved from The
secretary of devent stent or whoever pulled the trigger or
pressed the button that dispatched the weapon that destroyed the
boat and the people on. It it's not even a close.
Call why they wouldn't articulate it that, WAY i, REALLY
i really don't. Know you, know politicians are strange. People
(02:07:58):
they're always trying to think two steps. Ahead they're always
trying to think about. Compromise they're always trying to think
about how CAN i scratch somebody else's back so they'll scratch.
Mine this is not a profession for people who are intellectually.
Speaker 1 (02:08:13):
Scrupulous, well along those, lines could it be that they
were thinking two steps forward and realizing if they did
articulate that this is not a legally justifiable under The.
Constitution there's been no declaration of where you can't launch
bombs against those folks in the boats or on land
because their side of the political equation did it. Too
(02:08:34):
we've got a history of Presidents republican And democrat doing
the same damn.
Speaker 5 (02:08:38):
Thing, correct, correct the same AS i mentioned in the,
piece that you have the same office of not the
same human beings because they're going back twenty years, presumably
but the same. Office by the, way that office was
once headed by two very well known, People William, rehnquist
(02:09:00):
the Late Chief justice And Antonin, scalia the Late Associate.
Justice this is an office in The Justice department that
has the best and the. Brightest they advise the rest
of THE doj what the law. Is but this is
the same office that issued a secret opinion Telling GEORGE.
W bush he could torture, People Barack obama he could
(02:09:20):
kill Two, americans including a, child who were not engaged
in violence while they were In, yemen and apparently has
Told trump that he can blow up these. BOATS i
say apparently Because trump will not reveal and The Attorney
general will not reveal the legal opinion for the rest
of us to scrutinize. IT i can't imagine what kind
(02:09:41):
of law they, cited AND i can't imagine why it's.
Speaker 6 (02:09:44):
Secret there are no secret.
Speaker 5 (02:09:45):
Laws we're talking about a legal argument, here we're not
talking about classified.
Speaker 1 (02:09:49):
Information so you get an advisory opinion because there is,
NO i, guess definitive case law on this extra judicial
war waging that's been going on for so long in what?
Forum assuming The democrats wanted to stand up and say, no,
no No, moss or even a guy Like Senator Ran,
paul who was equally critical and made the very point you.
Made we let A, narco the former president who'd been
(02:10:12):
convicted of drug, smuggling out on a, pardon and yet
we're blowing him up real time on folks who hadn't
been through the due. Process but what, forum what, tribunal
what congressional? Hearing how does one bring someone accountable if
they choose to do, so which clearly neither political party
wanted to do over all these.
Speaker 5 (02:10:30):
YEARS i would think That pete Hag seth is not
long for his, job AND i would think that whoever
his successor is would convene a court martial For Admiral
bradley and everybody else along the chain of, command because
The Uniform code Of Military justice, says not only may
you not kill a survivor a shipwrecked, survivor you have
(02:10:53):
a duty to rescue. Him you have to rescue the
person you just tried and failed to. Kill that's the.
Law this admiral knows the. LAW a petty sailor swabbing
the deck of an aircraft carrier knows the. Law they
are told this the third day of basic.
Speaker 1 (02:11:13):
Training going back to the initial fundamental problem we have,
here if there was even an authorization for use of military,
force which you AND i agree probably not even constitutional,
itself but they've got those kind of. Things If congress
issued an authorization for use of military force against the drug,
dealers then we would effectively be at war with, them
like the war on terror that we've been waging over
(02:11:35):
The Middle east for so many. Decades then in an
act of, war which that effectively would, be you do
kill all the people who are fighting against. You you
don't have. TO i, mean we've seen people gunshots from
two miles away Hitting afghanistan terrorists even though they weren't
aiming a gun at one of our military personnel because
we were operating in a military. Theater kill them. All
(02:11:56):
Let god sort it. Out that's okay when you actually
have a declary of, war, right.
Speaker 5 (02:12:03):
Well believe it or. Not if a person's, surrendering you can't.
Surrender if a person's waving a white, flag you can't kill.
Them If there's a very famous case During World War
two where The germans blew up a submarine and The
german commander ordered the sailors in the ocean to be machine.
(02:12:24):
Gunned that commander was, tried, convicted and executed by his
Own nazi leadership for violating basic laws of. War you
can't kill survivors of your failure to kill.
Speaker 6 (02:12:37):
Them that's been a law of war for hundreds of.
Speaker 5 (02:12:39):
Years it is clearly in The Uniform code Of Military
justice of The United. States, Clearly Admiral, bradley there's self
a Former navy, seal knows what this law.
Speaker 1 (02:12:51):
Is so how do you see this shaken?
Speaker 5 (02:12:53):
Out there are a lot Of, republicans not Just ran
And Thomas. Massey there are a lot Of republicans aggravated by,
this and this may be the last straw for. Them
With Donald trump trashing The. Constitution but all they can
(02:13:13):
do is hold hearings and. Expose they could Impeach pete Heg.
Seth they can actually impeach the admiral if they, want
because he's got four stars and the fourth star only
came by confirmation from The. Senate they can't, prosecute of,

came if they could physically be brought.
Speaker 1 (02:13:59):
There, well but then politicians thinking two steps down the
road appreciate. That, well you, know Those democrats may very
well have their person in office down the, road and
they're going to want as much flexibility along these lines
as other prior presidents of both political stripes have apparently.

on The West, SIDE i really truly appreciate your focus
on the West. SIDE i, mean there are a lot
of charitable organizations out, there there are a lot of
services that are available that not quite often reaching the
folks that need on the West. Side so you're serving
West side Neighborhood shivy At Colerain Dell High Green township,
region so you have to have a finite. Region you
(02:18:29):
have very limited. Resources but it's just sort of a
sad realization to know, that you, know folks on you,
know my quote unquote west side are, struggling but there
are quite a. Few you have any recent sort of
heartwarming stories about what you were able to accomplish to
your efforts at the Help. SQUAD i know you're always
helping folks each and every.

We prevented from being. Homeless they're going to be.
Speaker 21 (02:19:08):
Evicted we paid their rent that's that was just yesterday
and there was two people that we brought food to
food cards because they're starving to. Death so we stay
busy and one hundred percent of every donation goes directly
to help.
Speaker 7 (02:19:21):
People i'm not.
Speaker 20 (02:19:22):
Getting, Paid none of us are getting. Paid we sacrifice
a lot and we're just here to give so anybody
anything that anybody can. Do blieve, me we're more than
willing to accept the cretuity because we need a lot
of help on our side as.

Place and, uh, donate you can. Donate make it really
easy if you can't make it over The. Bucketheads the
Help Squad sinsey with a y dot. Com there's a
little button right. There it says, donate but then also a.
Volunteer it sounds to me like if there are folks
over there on The West side that want to help
(02:20:31):
you out on your, mission that you could use some additional.
Speaker 20 (02:20:33):
Volunteers, Brian, YEAH i will say this that people are
starting to come to life over. Here we are STARTING
i mean, people we are getting. RECOGNIZED i mean we
WON i couldn't tell you how many awards we've. WON
i don't know what else is going to take for
people to realize this is. Working and you know you
had mentioned rolling on The West. SIDE i wish we
could do all of SINCE i, KNOW i wish we
could do the do you know WHAT i?
Speaker 7 (02:20:53):

Another, well you're on you're you're on a it's Your
christian mission of. FAITH i, MEAN i know you're inspired
by Your christian, faith but it's just it's a it's
inspired by love and a desire to help folks truly in.
Need AND i know you're very good about you, know
not just randomly handing out money to, folks but if
somebody is truly in, need you get them the resources
they need in a variety of different. Ways so help
