Speaker 1 (00:00):
And so today new and important control our capital city.
Check you smit with Putin, we can make a deal
events in my day to day. Fifty five KRZ the talkstation.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
At six at fifty five kr Seed Talk Station, Happy Friday.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
Bottom of the hour.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
We're gonna be joined by Gretchen rams Stutter with Cancer
Support Community Greaters In saying, North Kentucky, you got a
fundraiser going on with a raffle. You may be interested.
And if money's all going to cancer research, cancer sucks.
Let's find a cure. Here's one of the ways you
can do that. And thanks again to all those folks
who went out to Greater's, got themselves a free scoop
of Elena's Blueberry Pie ice cream and then contributed to
the cure starts now Cancer Research Fund. Anything we can

(00:39):
do to solve cancer, well, you have an opportunity to
advance that goal here on the fifty five KRCE Morning Show.
Looking forward to having Gretchen on and always pleased to
hear from good friend of the show and friend of
all things conservative, George Brunham, and welcome back his website
Restore Liberty dot us.

Speaker 1 (00:55):
He also has Restore Wellness.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
We Talk about wellness issues with him and Keith and
today though we're back to restore liberty dot us hat.
Welcome back to George Brunhman. It's a pleasure to have
you on the Morning show.

Speaker 3 (01:08):
Thanks greatly, Brian, it's good to be back.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
Well, thanks for what you did.

Speaker 3 (01:11):
We were talking in better times.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
But you know, well you know, I agree, and it's
tough and maybe there's some light that can come out
of this tragedy from Wednesday. And I was going to
ask you out of the gate, considering where you are
and so far as the conservative movement goings, and knowing
what your thoughts and impressions usually are, do you have
any comments about the murder of Charlie Kirk and what
it really actually means for all of us.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
Well, first of all, I call it what it is.
It's an assassination. It's not gun violence, it's not murder.
It was an assassination. Because he was the most effective
voice in getting a message out and having a conversation
with the college crowd. There hasn't been anything like him.

(01:54):
I've seen a lot of people comparing him to a
you know, MLK, and it's like he is bringing a
message that hasn't been out there that was shut down
in the in the colleges. He you know, he's going
into the Lion's then and just having a conversation and
the people that, you know, the vitriol you're seeing about

(02:16):
his death, his death by the Liberals is just telling
beyond words. The other So I have two thoughts. The
first is I think this is an awakening. You know,
our side by its nature, doesn't doesn't confront We don't
you know, get in your face. We try to persuade

(02:38):
with logic, and we continually are met with you know,
high emotion and now violence, and I just don't think
people are going to put up with it anymore. You
have to speak your mind. You have to be willing
to to, you know, let other people speak, but you
don't have to be willing to let other people hurt you.

(02:59):
And I think you're going to see people being more
outspoken because of what has just happened.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
I think you are right.

Speaker 3 (03:05):
Gopells comments were amazing on that. You know, you just
woke us up well.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
And I'll be happy to let my listeners know if
in fact it's true. Donald Trump just announces on Fox
Live they have confirmed the suspect is in custody, so
they have That's fantastic, that is the it's happening now.
I'm looking at Fox News web web feed confirmed suspect
in custody following the assassination, So that sounds like it's accurate.
And I want to thank John News and my friend

(03:32):
for first alerting me to that, and that caused me
to follow up online. So positive development in that search
for the suspect. So maybe we'll get some justice out
of this. It is excellent news. George Brenneman.

Speaker 3 (03:43):
My second comment was, though, when you think about the
landscape of national figures, who else do you know that
is willing to go out and talk to the people
that disagree with him. Vivak Ramaswami. Yeah, I think vivegu
better really step up his secure game. I'm the last
few times I'm seeing him. You know, you can see
the two big guys he always has around him. Now

(04:06):
he needs like four to six and I know he
gets a lot of help from the bikers for Trump.
But Bevak, if you're listening, boy, take it easy. We
need you to keep doing what you're doing.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
But be safe. Be safe, but don't live in fear. Yeah,
I don't see him doing that.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
No note, no, definitely not. Anyhow, I had a friend
of mine earlier in the program text me and wish
me locking basically in essence, telling me to keep my
head done.

Speaker 1 (04:35):
I said, I will not live in fear. Come on,
no way to live your life.

Speaker 3 (04:39):
Maybe strapped more often than you used to be, but yeah.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
You can always count on that. George, Listen, I'm nobody
loves life more than me. I don't even believe in
the death penalty. I never, ever, ever, ever want to
use that thing for my personal defense, and I almost
had to use it one time. I mean I was
happy that I had it, didn't want to have to
use it. But you know, if you're fearing for your
life and you're staring face to face with a guy

(05:05):
who's north of well close to three hundred pounds and
five six eight feet or inches taller than you, you're
glad you have a firearm. I'm five ten and one
hundred and seventy five. I need all the help I
can get. Kind of went on a tangaizer, kind of
went on a tangent on that. George, moving over in
power Restore Liberty dot Us, you got a meeting coming
up next week at the Farm west Side Institution.

Speaker 3 (05:28):
Yes, and even better, we'll pay for your dinner. So
AFP is co sponsoring the event. Director the Estate Director,
Donovan O'Neil will be our guest speaker. I think he
was on the program Wednesday. He's a great guy. The
AFT has really stepped up their game in Ohio. I
don't know if you noticed it. It was like halfway

(05:49):
through last year they really started to get involved and
this year they really stepped it up. So they'll give
you ten dollars towards dinner to hear Donovan talk about
the new Buckeye Blueprint. So this year they're going to
go after you know the fact that we have so
many government organizations in Ohio. They're going after the Rains Act,
which hopefully would have shut down you know what happened

(06:12):
during COVID with school closings and all of that nonsense.
But so Donovan will be there, Joe Striker will be
there to help us record a podcast. Right We're going
to do a Restore Wellness podcast at six thirty, so
Keith and I will be there. There's a lot of
stuff going on right now. They had the Report, the

(06:32):
MA Report on Children, So we'll be talking about that.
I'm sure we'll be on with you and a shortly
to talk about that as well. Yeah, there's some really
big stuff happening in the Wellness area. So Keith and
I will do a podcast at the farm at six
thirty and then we'll go straight into the meeting. The
other guest we have is Eric Conroy, who's running for

(06:53):
whatever Ohio House District one looks like in Ohio this year.
I don't think anybody knows what's gonna happened there.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
But he's uh.

Speaker 3 (07:03):
He and I actually have an interesting past when when
I was younger folk playing softball two nights a week,
he was I played co ed with his parents and
he was the little kid running around the field after
my daughters. So Eric will be there to talk to
all right.

Speaker 2 (07:23):
Sounds like a good time, sounds like a great event,
and I understand you're also gonna be doing an empower
you America as some of our as well.

Speaker 3 (07:29):
George, I don't know if I've got went on the
schedule or not. Yeah, he did, and I'm not sure
we I think he was just mentioning about Donovan.

Speaker 1 (07:40):
Oh okay, a.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
Wellness one last time. I'd love to get on with
his AI people. I have a totally different view of AI,
having you know, worked on it for Colley thirty forty years.
But the way I always had to do it was
for mission critical stuff, so I did stuff for like
airplanes and cars and truck from that. You can't use
the chat GPT style AI for that or somebody's gonna die.

(08:05):
So it's always fun to talk about AI.

Speaker 1 (08:09):
Yep.

Speaker 3 (08:09):
But yeah, come on after the farm. It's next Wednesday.
And like I said, the doors open at five thirty dinner.
We'll start at six or a little before. We'll give
you ten dollars towards your dinner just to you know,
come and pay attention and learn more about what's going
on with AFP and Ohio.

Speaker 1 (08:28):
And how you can help and you can't.

Speaker 2 (08:30):
And you know, Americans for Prosperity makes it so easy
to help out. And you know, as Donovan always points out,
just a little bit if you can just engage in
a little bit of activity to advance the conservative movement,
make a phone call to your elected official, send an
email to them, knock on a door to help support
a candidate, help support AFP's mission and they've always got
something on an agenda item that needs to be an

(08:52):
outreach program needs to be engaged, so they always make
it easy. So show up next September seventeenth, sorry Wednesday
at the farm, get some free dinner compliments of Donovan
and the rest of the folks at AFP. Learn something
and support a great cause and check out Restore Liberty
dot us. You can bookmark George Brenneman's site and get
the information they have there. And I appreciate you, you know,

(09:14):
sort of joining up, adjoining forces with Todd Zinzer keeping
an eye on what's going on in the city of Cincinnati.
He's a terrific guy and he's got a great podcast.

Speaker 3 (09:22):
Absolutely if you go to the website right now, the
second item on the list there is the interview with Todd.
He had a ton of information and you can hear
my surprise at some of it. I mean, I break
out laughing because it's so ludicrous, but it's true. The
city is just in a world of heard.

Speaker 2 (09:43):
Yeah, it is in a word or two world have heard.
George Brenneman, keep up the great work. I'll look forward
to having you on on Wellness and having you on
again about the activities that you're doing with Restore Liberty
dot us. And of course I wish you all the
best and successful event next week Wednesday the seventeenth at
the farm. Have a great weekend, George, always a pleasure man.

(10:03):
Keep up the good work. Eight sixteen Right now fifty
five KFC the talk station, a little bit of time
before we cure cancer at the bottom of the hour,
and your opportunity to win a Taylor Swift autographed guitars
that sound appealing to you, well you'll have a chance
bottom of the hour on that'd be right.
