the save temperature. But they at the Office of they
say that doesn't pop out till it reaches one hundred
and eighty degrees and that's why it's dry. FDA says turkey,
it needs to be one hundred and sixty five. Get
your own thermometer. That's the best way to do it.

You can pull it out one hundred and fifty five
and as it sits out, it keeps cooking, carry over cooking,
continues to cook. That's a sweet spot. Don't wait for
that thing to pop up. I did that for too
many years, thought, oh, they know what they're doing. They
say you can include salting or submerging your turkey, and
Brian the day before that you cook it. I've seen that,

and if anybody wants to pull off the deep fried turkey,
I went to somebody's house once you had that and
it was delicious. But I've seen too many social media videos.
