Speaker 1 (00:00):
So many Americans is one of the bad elements of
an open border. He's been fighting it with information for
quite a few years. Like to Welcome to the show.
Media director for the Federation American Immigration Reform, Ira Melman,
Welcome back, sir.
Speaker 2 (00:16):
Good feedback. Thank you.
Speaker 1 (00:17):
Still I said before I brought you on before. At
the end of the hour, I go, I'm going to
assume he's still in Seattle.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
Correct, I am still up here? Yeah? Yeah, Well, enjoying
summer in the Northwest.
Speaker 1 (00:28):
Well, I guess the temperatures are right and the sun
pops out more during this season, doesn't it.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
Yes, it does. It's spectacular in the summertime. The rest
of the year. I miss California.
Speaker 1 (00:38):
Yeah, did you grow up out here in California?
Speaker 2 (00:41):
I didn't. I did not, but I lived in LA
for many, many years.
Speaker 1 (00:44):
All right, yeah, so you know about the two seasons
perfect and then it's a little wet. You got to
put on your shoes or run out and check the
mail or something. That's exactly Hey, that seven point three
in Alaska. They gave Sonam many warnings. I don't know
how far it goes. Is that making some news there
in Seattle?
Speaker 2 (01:05):
It has and you know, we are in the tsunami
zone here, so you know, we'll keep an eye up.
But so far, so far, nobody's sounded in any sirens.
Speaker 1 (01:15):
Well, we don't want it surgeon into your town like
they surged into the country under the Biden administration. You
like that transition, Ira, tell everybody what whatfairus dot org
is all about.
Speaker 2 (01:27):
You know, we try to represent the interests of the
American public in immigration policy. It is a public policy,
and like any other public policy, it should be serving
the best interests of the American people in the country.
It hasn't for a long time. I mean, it's better
now under this new administration, but there's still a long
way to go, and that's what we do.
Speaker 1 (01:47):
Well, let's get into your opinion. I know you're on
top of what's happening, these these rogue judges that have
repealed as we've seen with the battle out here in
California with ice, I think this is going to be
even more of a double backfire from the landslide of
twenty twenty four with voters out here, because right here
(02:08):
we're in the middle of it. Fres Though, I don't
care what your skin pigmentation is your country of origin.
If you're here legally, you're sick of the crime, You're
sick of having to pay everything out there, this in
your It has to double backfire, won't it.
Speaker 2 (02:24):
It is it should look. I mean, when you have
people who are saying we shouldn't be going out there
taking criminal aliens and removing them from the country, you know,
you kind of have to scratch your head. And then
you have supposedly mainstream politicians, people like Governor Tim Wallas,
the vice presidential nominee, comparing Ice to the Gestapo, and
(02:45):
you have others, you know, to Nazis, terrorist organizations. You know,
they're just inciting all kinds of potential violence here in
this country. When we have federal law enforcement officers who
are charged with carrying out the law of this country.
These are laws that were passed by Congress, signed into
law by various presidents. They are doing their jobs like
(03:07):
any other law enforcement agency. And you have these political figures,
You've got people in the media basically inciting against them,
and it is a dangerous situation when all they're trying
to do really is protect the interests and safety of
the American people.
Speaker 1 (03:22):
It really is. And Ira I looked at your website
this morning and you had something on there about sanctuary cities,
And in the nineteen nineties there was fewer than a dozen.
You guys now report it's over like a thousand now.
Speaker 2 (03:36):
That's correct, and most of the proliferation has happened in response.
You know, it's the pointed out if Donald Trump says
that sun is going to rise in the east, you know,
everybody on the other side will say, no, it's going
to rise in the west. That just seems to be
a knee jerk reaction. Now, you know, during the first
administration he actually went out there and did some enforcement.
Now in the second administration is really going after it.
(03:59):
You know, he had the advantage this time of the
American public having seen the consequences of four years of
open borders. We saw what that brought upon this country,
and the American public, you know, decided enough is enough.
They elected somebody who promised to enforce the laws. And
he's doing that. He's going out there, you know, focusing
on the criminals. But as Tom Hollman has said, if
(04:21):
in California another sanctuary states and jurisdictions refused to cooperate,
if you release people back into the community. Then we'll
go out there in the community and find them. And
if we happen to stumble upon somebody else who's in
the country illegally who was not on a radar scope,
that person is getting picked up also. So it's actually
backfiring on the sanctuary policies themselves and the people who
(04:42):
make those policies. It's actually putting people who were not
on the radar scope of ice in jeopardy here. And
you know, it is just a consequence of these kinds
of political shenanigans that these local leaders are trying to
pull off here.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
And I love the also said it would be a
violation of their oath if they did not arrest the
illegal aliens that were around the ping pong table when
they arrested the felon.
Speaker 2 (05:09):
Absolutely. You know, just because there are dangerous criminals walking
the streets of Fresno, California, doesn't mean that local police
aren't going to pull you over for running a red
light or you know, some lesser crime. This is what
police departments do all across the country. Obviously, your focus
is on getting the real bad guys off the street,
but there are other laws that people violate and they
(05:31):
are obligated to enforce those laws as well.
Speaker 1 (05:33):
My guess is Ira Melman, Media director Federation American Immigration Reform. Ira,
you just mentioned the local police I interviewed over the years.
Now I can say some local sheriffs and chiefs of police,
and they always talk about how their hands are tied
by Sanctuary City and SB fifty four here in California,
(05:54):
and the frustration level that that does while crime is
rising in so many places, and to be in that
business and have your hands tied that just it'd be
like a defensive lineman having to play with one hand
behind his back.
Speaker 2 (06:08):
It is. You know, they're trying to keep the community safe,
and yet they have people in Sacramento elsewhere who are
telling them, no, no, you can't touch these criminals. You know,
if you catch them and I says we want them,
you can't turn them over, if the judge releases them,
you can't tell ice that they're on their way out
(06:30):
of the local lockup. And this, you know, it's not
just the police officers who are frustrated by it. It's
people in the community. It's their safety, it's their lives
that are the ones that are being put in jeopardy
here by putting these criminals back out on the streets.
And let's be clear, I mean, you have some really
really dangerous people out there. You have gang members, you
have the MS thirteen, you have Trendaragua. These are vicious gangs.
(06:53):
They've been declared terrorist organizations. And yet you know, you
have these policies that say, no, just put them back
out on the street.
Speaker 1 (07:01):
And then you have a governor that stands up looks
like the bad guys are the guys that went in
there and freed child labor, illegal alien kids that were
working at a weed farm. Is that really the path
he wants to go down? And trying to run for
office nationally, you.
Speaker 2 (07:18):
Know, you'd have to ask him. I would not want
to I would not want to run on that platform. Look,
I'm in a guess. To get the Democratic nomination these days,
you got to do certain things. But look, I mean,
he's the governor of California. He is supposed to be
looking out for the interests of the people of California,
and I cannot imagine how the people of interests California
(07:39):
is being served by having Italy Galileian children working on
a marijuana farm. I can't figure it out. Maybe he
can explain it at some point.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
I'm like, when will they say, hey, good job, law enforcement.
We don't want that in our state. I wonder what
the crime is gonna have to be if it weren't
children working in a weed. Farman in the middle of
the hot summer in California, speaking of the governor, Ira
Melman from Fair I got the governor here making a
statement about the taxes that illegal aliens pay by working
(08:10):
in the state of California.
Speaker 3 (08:12):
I mean, all these mixed status families eight nine billion
dollars in tax collection in California every year from undoucks
eight and a half billion that we received just at
the state level of taxes. That was the last few.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
Estimate, eight and a half billion. I did hearing say
mixed family. Maybe he met some citizens and that is
that maybe what he meant by that statement.
Speaker 2 (08:31):
Yeah, but you know, let's see even let's give him
the eight and a half billion dollars in taxes that
they paid, but it costs California thirty one billion dollars
a year to provide benefits and services, So essentially they're
getting four dollars back on every dollar that they pay
in taxes for health care, for education. You know, the
governor has recently said he's going to have to scale
(08:53):
back Medicaid coverage for illegal aliens. Well, you know, if
he was reaping such a windfall from all these illegal aliens,
why is he going to have to cut back on Medicaid.
I mean, you would think he would the coffers would
be overflowing it. And it's interesting that California now spends
eight and a half billion dollars just on Medicaid for
(09:13):
illegal aliens, and they're borrowing three and a half billion
of that because they don't have the cash to pay
for it.
Speaker 1 (09:19):
Well, the map done that up kind of we're upside down.
Twenty four billion, I guess that's the figure now in California.
If they pay eight billion and they cost us thirty one.
Speaker 2 (09:31):
Yeah, yeah, so you're, you know, twenty four billion dollars
in the hole or something like that. You know, I'd
be happy to pay you eight dollars for thirty two
dollars for thirty one dollars worth of services. I think
anybody would take that deal. But it's eventually going to
bankrupt the state.
Speaker 1 (09:46):
And that's something at how our Mayor's all excited here
that Newsom followed through. It is supposed to be two
hundred million that was coming to Fresno, but it's only
one hundred million. We're like, good, we can use that
to use it downtown. And then here we are spending
thirty one bill million dollars for people that broke our
immigration laws. The governor also said this higher I'd like
(10:06):
your response to it.
Speaker 3 (10:07):
Let's listen, I'm forty one percent of our construction workers.
Texas and California have a highest percentage of their construction
workers that would fill into that category. How the hell
do we rebuild Alta, Dina and Palisades. We're gonna need
a peak next year. We asked me about seventy thousand workers.
Without that workforce, isn't going to happen. You're struggling year.
You imagine it peaked there. So I think give you
(10:28):
used to be a pathway for those folks as we
secure the border.
Speaker 2 (10:31):
That we own that issue.
Speaker 1 (10:32):
And that was in reference to Trump departing illegal aliens
forty one percent of the construction workforce. The governor saying,
is illegal alien workforce is in construction?
Speaker 2 (10:44):
Yeah? You know, I don't know about you, But I'm
old enough to remember when construction jobs used to be plumb,
blue collar jobs. You could make a really good living,
a nice middle class living for yourself and your family.
Work in construction. Well what happened in places like California.
The employer started saying, Hey, you know, we've got all
these ilegal aliens. They're willing to work for far less
(11:05):
than an American worker is willing to work for. And
so they kind of pushed out the American workers or
forced them to work for lower wages. They've created self
fulfilling prophecies. But these are jobs that have traditionally been
done by Americans, sought by American workers. You know, California
and some of these other states created conditions that drove
(11:25):
these American workers out. And you know, once these people
are gone, it's time for the American workers to reclaim
those jobs and reclaim the wages and benefits that used
to come with them.
Speaker 1 (11:36):
Hira. He went on to talk about other than construction.
He brought up plumbers and waitresses. Who's going to do
these jobs? And I thought, yes, I am old enough
to remember, and people still construction and plumbing, and my
mom's or a friend of mine's mom was a waitress. Yes,
these are jobs at Americans still would do, and it
(11:56):
just goes to show how it's driven and many of
them do these jobs today. But how demeaning to make
statements like that.
Speaker 2 (12:04):
It is. You know, it kind of reminds me of
the arguments that you know, the plantation owners of the
ante bellum South would make, you know that to justify slavery. Slavery,
it didn't justify it. It was still wrong. And you know,
allowing millions of leagual aliens to come in and take
jobs away and income away from American workers, that's also wrong.
(12:26):
We're not getting anything on the cheap because even if
you're saving a few bucks because you have people working
more cheaply, as a taxpayer, you were covering all sorts
of things for those workers and their families. You end
up paying more because you know, when you're runner through
Gavin Newsom, some of it is going to get lost
in the in the mix there, but you know California
is going to waste it on something.
Speaker 1 (12:46):
Would you agree that. I've been reading some people writing
about the math of deportations, you know, going back to
the Bush administration, Obama even during Biden's administration that the
serves that we've had in I don't know is that
eight million, is it twenty million. I don't think we
Inbay can really have account but I think we can
guesstimate that there's too many. I've been trying to lower
(13:09):
the expectation level of conservatives thinking that we're going to
be able to deport everybody. You've seen the fight back
with just what's happened with some criminals out there. Can
you imagine if it were just you know, the lady
that goes to Catholic church every week in the back
of a deportation bus. I don't think it's going to
happen this quickly. In three and a half more years.
Speaker 2 (13:30):
Well, it's not going to happen entirely. But you know,
the good news is you don't have to deport everybody.
Elital aliens are rational people. They came here for rational reasons.
They believe that if it came to the United States,
they succeed in getting jobs, benefits, and all sorts of
things like that. We have seen not just people being
deported from the United States, but we're now seeing people
(13:51):
self deporting. If you're not going to be able to
get a job if you're not going to be able
to get certain benefits and services, you know, if you
think that there's a possibility that you could get caught
and remove from the country. It's kind of like the
rest of us. When we're driving along on the highway
eighty miles an hour and we see the highway patrol
out there pulling somebody else over, or a highway patrol
(14:11):
car on the side of the highway, we slow down.
We adjust our behavior based on the signals that are
being sent, and illegal aliens are no different. And we're
starting to see the results of that. So yeah, I mean,
we're never going to have as zero. There's no law
made by man or God that has one hundred percent compliance,
but over time we will see those numbers diminished significantly.
Speaker 1 (14:31):
Iira, I want to speaking of time, thank you for
your time, and I now have it memorized. I don't
have to ask FAIRUS dot org and so much of
this information that our's been talking about and more is
in such details. So Ira, keep up the good fight man, pleasure,
thank you, Thank you, Ira Malman. Federation American Immigration Reform.
(14:53):
That's FAIRUS dot org.
Speaker 4 (14:56):
The insisted Trevor Jerry Show, London Valley's.
Speaker 1 (14:59):
Power I remember it's probably a year ago when parents
addicts and need Flynn Anderson, who was on the show
of this yesterday, Thank you Flynn, Thank you Dino. That
podcast is available at power Talk ninety six seven dot com.
If you want to learn a new tool technology, a
watch that reads everything in your body, your system that
reports back to your rehab place so that you can't
(15:22):
walk in and go yeah, I'm all right, yeah, I'm
not smiley face. Now your body. They'll get all your
vitals and they'll tell when you're freaking out inside. As
a really eye open or ear opening interview, we have
to say that on the radio. Ear ear opening interview.
But yeah, Flynn Anderson told me a while back about
car fetanoyl C ar fetanol and it's a drug that
(15:47):
that used to put down we go three ton elephants.
I'd say a little powerful. Here was the Attorney General,
Pam It's no fun. I guess this was on her desk.
She read this. This is on her desk.
Speaker 5 (16:02):
This includes a seizure in Fresno, California. Also fourth of
July weekend. And this is something new that I hotn't
seen twenty four pounds of Carlones fentanyl disguised as real
prescription pills. Car fentanyl, we all know, is even stronger
(16:23):
than fentanyl. They often call it the elephant tranquilizer, and
it was car fentanyl in prescription pills to look like oxycodone.
Speaker 1 (16:31):
All right, never done heroin, but I've watched it on
TV Breaking Bad, when Jesse would shoot up and lay
back on his mattress and look on his face, looks
so peaceful. It looks okay, So take just that kind
of heroin people used to shoot up with and move
it up to the fetanyl level and I forget how
many hundreds of times more, but it's even more than morphine.
(16:54):
And then fetanyl you go up to carpetanyl. I mean,
how high can the high get? Bed oh before you die? Okay,
I get it now. That's why people die from these things.
They get the wrong mix of the ingredient, just the
tttt a little bit more, and the more powerful these go,
the more powerful the little ten ttt. It is so
bad with fetanyl that cops like pass out. They got
(17:18):
to wear gloves like they're handling nuclear fusion or something.
Car Feentanyl's one hundred more than fetanyl. So why these
had to take down three ton elephants. Wow, man, listen
to Trump administration Steven Miller here. Really everybody getting mad
(17:42):
at the fact that the rocks and the concrete slapped,
even guns came out at the pot farm in Ventura County.
These protesters out there.
Speaker 4 (17:52):
We are deporting child predators and child rapists from these
communities in masks.
Speaker 1 (17:58):
Well, release Epstein father, there's some rapists on there too.
But anyhow, gegoing, this is good.
Speaker 4 (18:02):
We are removing drug dealers, we are removing gang members.
We have multiple foreign terrorist organizations like the Sinaloa Cartel,
like trained a Ragua, like MS thirteen that were imported
in vast numbers by the body of the administration to rape,
kill Maymond, murder innocent American. So that's the dystopia that
we are healing, that we are resolving by getting these
(18:25):
monsters out of our country.
Speaker 1 (18:27):
Yes, and they need to be. And you know, there
are Democrat voters that are going, I'm glad they're getting
rid of these individuals that have been murdering, raping, and
the list goes on.
Speaker 4 (18:39):
And as we are doing that under President Trump's leadership,
Democrats are leading an insurrectionist mob to try to murder
ICE officers. I can't be clear enough about this. The
rhetoric from Governor Newsom, the rhetoric from Karen Bass, the
rhetoric from Democrat leaders in Washington is directly encouraging and
incentivizing murderous migrant mobs to attack ICE officers. When they
(19:04):
describe ICE officers, these heroes as some kind of fascist force,
some kind of the Gestapo force. They are using the
language that is meant to justify violence.
Speaker 1 (19:14):
Yes, they're inciting it. They should be arrested. Congressman Salute
Carbajew Carbagew, Democrat, California. He represents parts of Santa Barbara
County and Ventura County. He's been there for decades. He's
out there spouting out anti ICE talking points. He was
part of the mob of protesters. He was out there.
(19:36):
He wanted to be Alex Padilla. He wanted to get arrested.
According to agents on the ground, he docked the same
ICE employees. He got their business cards and he shared
it with members of the violent mob. This is why
we've had a seven hundred percent increase and officer assaults.
(20:00):
Their go to's violence man that's why we're having to
defend against a revolution. We saw it against law enforcement,
go all the way back to Ferguson when it really
got kicked in. Yeah, it's always been anti law enforcement.
Speaker 4 (20:17):
ICE officers are literally, in real time liberating American communities,
once peaceful, once idyllic American communities from an invasion force.
I cannot imagine a nobler and more righteous activity for
any American to do than to go into these communities,
face off against hostile mobs, and literally free them from
(20:40):
the forces of destruction and violence.
Speaker 2 (20:43):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (20:43):
President Trump said, hey, get out, arrest them, use any
means necessary. He's not going to put up with it anymore.
And I got a message to this Democrat senator, why
don't you just leave the Democrat Party. Think how much
better you would feel. These reporters caught it with Senator
(21:05):
John Fetterman and asked him about the assaults. This is
like a week ago at the ICE facility in Texas
where they've arrested now a couple of the ten they
were looking for for attempted murder. Here's what Senator Fetterman
had to say.
Speaker 6 (21:19):
Fully, unacceptable, terrible, awful. ICE agents are just doing their job,
and I fully support that. And for me and people
in my party, might you know, want to abolish it
or you know, treat them as criminals or anything that's
(21:40):
that's inappropriate and outrageous. Ice performs an important, an important
job for our nation.
Speaker 1 (21:49):
This is the Trevor carry Show on the Valley's Power Talk.
He said, success in sealing the border, I mean he
did his first worth the month in office. And Biden
had said how without Congression, all legislation sounded like Nixon.
There a little more, but you get to point. Biden
said that borders are the hammer homan. He has been
(22:10):
the hammerman. He's on a mission. That's that's why he
got put into the position that he's in. And all
these protests they've been organized, they've been violent at times.
I guess there's now a fifty thousand dollars reward for
that guy that pulled the gun and shot over in
Ventura County at the weed farm. They're condoning it, but
(22:34):
they have been. Why would it be shocking their condoning violence.
Now they've built up this hole that it's the Gestapo
going around. In nineteen thirty nine on the outskirts of
Berlin and roulsing out Jews in the middle of the night.
Don't know where they've gone. They've been ABC thirty here
(22:57):
locally ran a headline. I talked about it yesterday and
I think it's a fit trying to bring it up again.
Man loses his life and an immigrant loses his life
in Camarillo raid, like the Feds like killed him or something. No,
you go down and read that he wasn't even be
in chase. But if he were, okay, but he's running.
He jumped upon a roof and felt it like thirty
(23:19):
feet down and sustain injuries and he died at the
hospital or they did a big metavac out there and
all of that. Oh, we're going to see more as
more of this happens, there will be a limitless supply
whoever they want to pluck out of the crowd and
get a sad story on him. Of cases, you know,
(23:41):
we've already seen the Maryland Dad, the MS thirteen human trafficker,
you know, the Maryland Father. We even had congressional representatives
fly down to his prison and have what was it
a Martinez or a margarita with him. Yeah, well, the
never gonna be satisfied with anything that happens. And it
(24:04):
is the president's job to protect our national security, and
it's a Fresno City council member's job to make sure
I don't know the fire hydrants work if there's a fire,
to make sure there's not potholes, to make sure that
vendors outside have licenses city stuff. David toobgv wire dot
(24:29):
com rights vendors demand Arias City council member McGill arius
to resign over false ice raid warning. Arius blames Trump.
They all got that right there in there in their
back pocket, don't they like get in trouble. I'm just
(24:50):
gonna blame Trump. Now, these vendors, they were out at
a swap meet here and the swap meet goes on
cherry what is it called cherry cherry auction? I thought
it was the one on ninety nine, But when I
was with my parents, we drove over to the Central
Coast and visit small friends over there, and I saw
(25:11):
it on forty one out there. I went, ah, this one.
I was picturing the one by Selma there. But hey,
there's a lot I'm around a lot of vendors and
they're saying that Arius's comments that competator. I Ice is coming.
Ice is coming. They're going to focus on the swap meet. Now,
(25:33):
these stream venders are upset. They said it costs him
a whole lot of business. They want the city council
to sanction their colleague, and they're calling for areas to resign.
Here's what happened. Let's go back to June twelfth at
the council meeting. McCall area is sitting up on the
Dayas you know, he he looks extra in the mirror
for nosehars on those days. Make sure he's all cropped up.
(25:56):
He said. A massive immigration rate is going to take
place at Cherry Creek Avenue that weekend. I went to
advise immigrant community stay away from Cherry Creek this weekend.
You'll put yourselves in your families in the most vulnerable
position to be picked up by hitdler taken out of
the country without due process. It's been clearly documented in
(26:19):
our state end quote areas from the DIECE, and that
information is spread like wildfire and the reservoir was empty
and it caught and it took off, but no fire came,
no raid took place. Had a lot of businesses lose money,
(26:40):
and I normally don't have sympathy for legal aliens that
are here and making money and probably sending a lot
of it back to Mexico or whatever country that it's from.
But I will say I put them in a different
category of other illegals that are here that milk off
the system. I would call these vendors illegal alien hustlers.
(27:04):
They're hustling. I bet they might not be on any
kind of assistance to a Catholic church or something. I
bet they're taking care of their own. Something's going to
tell me if they're vendors, that they're some former responsibility
to show up on time, have the trailer, have the
registration on up, you know, everything a vendor must do.
(27:29):
I'm sure they probably make sure their kids hairs comb
before they go to school. But they're still here illegally,
every one of these vendors, and that's the reason they're
afraid one of these. I'm sure there are some US
citizen vendors that are helping out their fellow vendors out
there as well with this, because they're all teaming up together.
(27:50):
They delivered forty six signed letters to city Hall, and
one of them said, we're asking mister areas to be
legally compelled to make a public apology and to acknowledge
he never had any information that Ice was going to
execute a raid, or legally compelled to publicly reveal his
source who told him they would. Also, we are asking
that mister Arius received some kind of sanction from the
(28:11):
city of Fresno for his abuse of power, because he
sees himself as being immune from responsibility for the harm
that he has caused. The letter stated, and again you
can go read this at gvwire dot com. The vendor
compares Arius's comments to yelling fire in a theater. They said,
he's burned our community with irrepairable financial damage due to
(28:34):
his reckless statements. It will take weeks, if not months,
to repair the damage. His announcement is created. As leader
of these constituents, we officially asked for mister Arius' resignation.
They said, the rest of the vendor support the call. Okay,
here we go. Gv wire did this article. I guess
they got a hold of Arius and he gave him
(28:54):
a text message response, let's see let's read it. Good
job David Tobb and reporting this here from Marius, blaming
the messenger only distraction the real culprit behind the mass
deportation raids. President Donald J. Trump, go home to mom.
I encourage everyone in our community to report any immigration
(29:17):
rate activity. This is essential for ensuring our collective safety.
Arius also said, with his fingers texting, I urged businesses,
especially those owned by Trump supporters, who are feeling the
impact of the fear generated by the statewide grades, to
call on the President to put an end to these
inhumane and illegal actions. Okay, so he's encouraged. He's a
(29:41):
city council member. I got another issue with it here
on top of this one. He said, I encourage everyone
to report any immigration raid activity that's aiding in a
betting Home. Man home, Hey, Tom, sounds like we got
a guy trying to get arrested here. Now, this could
be another reason in Miguel arius'm they said. Arias referred
(30:04):
to the owner of the Cherry Creek Avenue auction as
contributing one thousand and forty one dollars to the Trump
National Committee. Ah. They also said he has a history
of contributions to other conservative candidates, so maybe that's the
real issue with mister Arius. He has Trump arrangement syndrome. Guys,
(30:26):
all you vendors that are upset and don't know why
he's doing it. He has Trump derangement syndrome, that's what
it is. We've seen it, and he's acted irrationally many
times before, and he doesn't care about these individuals out there,
whether they're here illegally or here legally or born here
in our citizens. I'm sure there's a lot of citizen
vendors that also lost crowds that would walk around. Arias said,
(30:52):
if businesses failed to ensure the safety of their customers
from illegal immigration rates, for our safety, we will be
compelled to spend our money elsewhere. What does that even
mean that if you're a swap meet and you don't
have what hired armed private security to fight back against
(31:17):
the Feds. That's what he's saying. If businesses failed to
ensure the safety of their customers from illegal immigration rates,
for our safety, we'll be compelled to spend our money elsewhere.
So I guess he's saying he's going to go to
a place that the FEDS would never assume any illegal
alien activity is going on. That's what he's saying. That's
(31:39):
exactly what he's saying. Arias said, the letter called for
his removal. He said, the person doesn't live in my district.
They live in Madera. Carbassi was quoted in Fresnol City
Council president said any sanction as unlikely. He said it's
within his First Amendment rights. Yeah, the other council members
(32:01):
aren't the boss of the other council members, the constituents
that live in the district, they're the boss of that person. Yeah,
fix the roads, areas, fix the roads. Quitch showboating.
Speaker 4 (32:17):
This is the Tremor Terry show on the Valley's Cower Talk.
Speaker 1 (32:21):
I just watched the video. This guy's running around crazy,
getting out of his car and intersections, swinging that thing
around his head like he's I Love Baba, and get
back in his car, running in circles, cop car chasing me,
ran into another cop car and peeled out, got out,
got out with the machete cane toward the cops and
then they blurred it and he was on dead on
(32:42):
the ground. All right, that's your smell. A news update.
Here's an update. Maybe you have one of these bad
boys sitting in your cabinet at home, or maybe in
your car next to you right now. Walmart's recalling about
eight hundred and fifty thousand stainless steal water bottles. Here's
the reason why the lig can forcefully eject and strike you,
(33:06):
resulting in permanent vision loss. This happened to two people
to date. So look at that. We have an mr
NA injection that kills people, and that's just been reapproved
by the FDA. Walmart, eight hundred and fifty thousand stainless
steel water bottles. You're going, okay, I have one of those. Well,
(33:27):
if you have the Ozark Trail sixty four ounce. That's
a big one, stainless steel insulated water bottle sold across
the country since twenty seventeen. Again Walmart, stainless steel Ozark
Trail sixty four. They said, if you open these bottles,
and maybe you're like, okay, they said, after you put
(33:48):
food in them? Who puts food in a water bottle?
I guess stainless steel. Maybe he puts some tuna sandwiches
down there, put it in the cooler. So soup, that's right, Soup,
any kind of carbonated average. I'm sure people pour their
sprite in there, or anything perishable like juice or milk.
(34:08):
They say, if you've done that. It started up over time,
something about it being in there. It creates something that
turns it into a projectile. It pent up gases or
something in there, they said. Walmart's recorded three reports of
consumers injured after being struck in the face. Two suffered
(34:28):
permanent vision loss after being hit in the eye. I
guess hopefully they had the other eyes still still left.
So there's a recall right there. I saw this story
and I saw the video and it was just unbelievable.
I applaud Amazon for how good that they are. I
ordered something the other day and it was to me
(34:52):
by four am. It's like six o'clock. Some of my
parents are coming in my stairwell up. It doesn't have
a handrail on the wa way up, so I just
ordered a rail right there and it was there. It
showed it shut up at five seventeen. They said it'll
be there between four am and eight am the next day.
I guess having hubs around pays off. Yep, we have
(35:14):
one of those sitting right here. Hey, Charles, get out there.
Drive this over to Gary. But it's amazing, truly amazing
how quick they are. But this lady, she lives here
in the state of California. They she's gotten hundreds and
hundreds and hundreds of returns from a car seat cover
because the Chinese company listed her address as a return
(35:34):
of their product. And this lady said, before the story
came out, Amazon did nothing. They Amazon settles for the
Chinese seller and they said the product done worked properly.
So they said they'll refund it if you pay for
the shipping to return it to a California address. And
then this lady gets the package and nothing happens. You're
out of your money and the return shipping fee, and
(35:57):
this lady is can't even use her garage. It was
amazing how many of these started showing back up look
at that conjump
