Speaker 1 (00:00):
Last week. I think it was even Friday. We're trying
to get out for the weekend, and I asked Ryan
stay around for about another half hour on these podcasts
when we need edited down. And he just flashed me
an eight and a six real quick, and I backed
all way. I knew it. I knew immediately step out
of his way. No, that's a threat. I knew it.
I said, hey, have a good weekend, man. Sorry, I
didn't mean to ask that. We all know what that means.
(00:22):
Isn't that horrible? And we all know it's happened. It's
happened to most of us. You know, you're on vacation,
you're walking along the beach and you see those somebody.
I guess I'm assuming by how he's kind of phrased
everything that he just stumbled upon that, right, maybe maybe
stumbled upon it. It doesn't even matter. It doesn't matter
(00:46):
at all. You're on vacation, and next thing you know,
you're under investigation for calling for the killing of her president.
You haven't seen the picture. It's a picture of sand,
and if you stand across a room, or if you
stand right up next to it, the picture is an
eight six. A little bit more of a space and
then four seven. Just think eighty six forty six. You
(01:10):
know the little block formation that Governor Gretchen Whitmer, the
wicked Witch of the North of Michigan, had behind her
on a Meet the Press interview. Yeah, she had. Eighty
six forty six Trump was forty six President. No for
eighty six forty five was by I keep forgetting what
we'd love to. Just forget that that happened. We'll just
(01:31):
go forty five forty seven for you know, whoever's in
the future. And Komy here's all he put up. He
posted cool shell formation on my beach walk. Then suddenly,
hold on, what happened? He had to come back and
do another even weirder kind of thing. Now he's deleted
it all. He's deleted his social media. He said earlier,
I posted a picture of some shells I saw today. Well,
(01:54):
I want to be beach walk. I assumed that it
was a political message. I didn't realize some folks say
those numbers of the violence never recurred to me, but
ipposed violence fading kind. So I took the post down.
Come on, I didn't realize that it was associated with violence.
I was just number one law man in the country
which deals with what violence. Yeah, m hm, never knew
(02:14):
that was a euphanism for whacking somebody. Donald Trump Junior
posting just James Comy casually calling for my dad to
be murdered. This is the man who the dim media
worships deminted. It is, it's truly demined direct our National
Intelligence Tulsey Gabbard on Comy.
Speaker 2 (02:36):
That is a ridiculous and insane statement to make, certainly
within this context, but especially coming from a guy who's
the former director of the FBI, a guy who spent
most of his career prosecuting mobsters and gangsters, people who
know and execute other humans, and use this exact lingo
of eighty six.
Speaker 1 (03:00):
Now it could be some charges. I'm about to play
you some audio coming from some folks saying, yeah, sounds
like jail. Let's let miss Gabbart finish here on the
eighty six forty seven.
Speaker 2 (03:11):
A little over a month ago, a bunch of anti Trump,
anti Elon Musk protesters were proliferating the use of this
eighty six forty seven slogan, which was a veiled call
to action to murder the sitting president of the United States.
So for Komy to think that we, the American people,
are so stupid as to think that he, as a
(03:33):
former FBI director, former prosecutor, and someone who clearly pays
attention to what's going on, would believe his lie that
he didn't know what this actually was calling for.
Speaker 1 (03:43):
Yeah, boy, that's just I guess that's we didn't see
that one coming. No, I mean we knew he said
stuff like this.
Speaker 3 (03:53):
I don't think he's medically unfit to be president. I
think he's morally unfit to be president.
Speaker 1 (03:58):
All right, you can have that opinion, but you can't
give the opinion that he needs to be murdered. And
it's nothing else. There's no other conversation to have around that.
That's just what that means. That's it. Komi kats got
quite the rap sheet, doesn't he. Let's see if I
can go back in the old Trevor time machine here.
(04:19):
Remember some things he lied to Congress. We know that one, right,
didn't He He leaked classified memos, spied on the Trump campaign.
He covered up think for Hillary.
Speaker 3 (04:31):
He hated her Secretary Clinton. I wanted to harm her
and thought it might have a chance to help mister Trump.
And then later concluded that mister Trump, it was hopeless,
and they would focus then on just trying to undermine
Secretary Clinton.
Speaker 1 (04:44):
Okay, yeah, covering for Hillary. He used the up a
guy to go against Trump. Now we got eighty six
forty seven. Of course, nobody could agree with this, right.
You wouldn't think that MISSIBC or seeing In or any
of the liberal outlets would agree with putting something up
(05:04):
like that. Would they? Let's go to the CNN legal analyst.
Speaker 4 (05:10):
That's ridiculous.
Speaker 5 (05:11):
I mean, look, I am no fan of Jim Comey's
I've been very critical of a lot of the things
he's done. I think posting this was extremely reckless to
use a phrase that he once used, and stupid. He
has acknowledged that he took it down. He said, I
should not have posted this. This is not criminal. This
is not a criminally chargeable threat against the president.
Speaker 4 (05:28):
It's political speech.
Speaker 5 (05:29):
It's way too broad, it's stupid, it's reckless, it's not criminal.
That's just hyperbole that you're hearing from the cabinet members there.
Speaker 1 (05:36):
Okay, just guys, that's just political speech. Now, this is
political speech.
Speaker 3 (05:41):
I don't think he's medically unfit to be president. I
think he's morally unfit to be president.
Speaker 1 (05:45):
All right, that's political speech. Calling for the murder of
somebody is not, come on, political speech.
Speaker 5 (05:50):
It's way too broad, it's stupid, it's reckless, it's not criminal.
Speaker 1 (05:55):
Okay, just political speech. So I guess January was just
political speech. But that one back on you there seeing
inn legal analyst ridiculous, just political speech. Well, Assistant Deputy
Attorney General Ed Martin is now talking out about this,
(06:18):
and he could easily go back and see if he
had a paper trail on that phrase anywhere, some speech
using the terminology as FBI director, the term eighty six
still a little email searchers.
Speaker 6 (06:33):
Yeah, yeah, look a number of them. Look, the first
thing that happens he says, oh, I didn't know that
meant that. Well, there'll probably be some people that he
worked with that will testify you know he knew, or
there might even be a paper trail that says he
used that phrase and everybody knew.
Speaker 1 (06:45):
They're talking jail.
Speaker 6 (06:47):
Look, he took it down so fast, he knows he
made a mistake. But I don't think this statute is
one that you sort of take back. It's pretty clear
you post it, you do it that may mitigate his
jail sentence or something like that. But I think he's
got a problem.
Speaker 1 (07:01):
All right. We all know from the movies, and if
your law enforcement right now, you're probably gonna nod your
head and smile or maybe frown or worry about your
own problem. Uh. You know, they come home at the
end of the night, so see the detectives. It seemed,
you know, they oh their wallet, their keys, their gun,
their badge. What's the first thing they do. It's always
(07:22):
a kind of an empty living room. They set the
bottle on the coffee table, might bring some files over
with them, put them on the coffee table with them
they're going to do it. Might pet a dog if
they have one there, And then it's it's poor of
the drink, right stress. They gotta they gotta tie one
off when they get or on is at on or off.
(07:44):
They got to have a stiff drink when they get home. Now,
if you're at the tip top of the FBI, you're
number one law enforcement. So I don't know, Maybell me
was could have been, you know, well night on the
I'm not saying it. It's old mister ed Martin here
defany attorney general.
Speaker 6 (08:04):
Perjury traps are next because he's got to either why
or tell the truth. And when he chooses that, he's
either going to jail on one or he's going to
jail on the other.
Speaker 1 (08:12):
So I don't know what.
Speaker 6 (08:13):
Is he a drinker? I was someone impaired because this
was a colossal misjudgment by somebody who should have known better.
Speaker 1 (08:20):
Yeah, right, It does make it think like was he drunk?
That's a drunk. Move Back to seriousness here though, the
Secret Services is on it. He and I Director Telsea
Gabbard here.
Speaker 2 (08:35):
We're taking this very seriously, as you mentioned, the Department
of Homeland Security and specifically Sean Kerran, the current Secret
Service director, a man who has been willing to lay
down his life as the lead of President Trump's Secret
Service detail for years now. He takes this seriously and
is leading the investigation into this threat.
Speaker 1 (08:56):
Yeah. With Helen Hinge the left is I was talking
about that Rutgers survey about how more than a majority
or whatever. Well she's about to tell us here, I
think she might give us a percentage. But Telsea Gabbert
was talking about this, this survey from Rutgers about being
cool the assassination man you know.
Speaker 2 (09:14):
There was a Ruggers study that asked respondents their view
on these calls to assassinate President Trump, and over fifty
five percent of respondents felt that murdering President Trump would
be quote unquote somewhat justified.
Speaker 1 (09:29):
Wow, not a criminally chargeable threat, says CNN. But now
you've got Tulsea Gabbert talking about again, just like mister
Martin was here, that jail should happen.
Speaker 2 (09:45):
I'm very concerned for the President's life. We've already seen
assassination attempts. I'm very concerned for his life, and James Comy,
in my view, should be held accountable and put behind
bars for this.
Speaker 1 (09:56):
Yes, Secret Service spokesman said, we investigating anything that can
be taken as a potential threat against her protectees. We
are aware of the social media posts by the former
FBI director. We take his rhetoric like this very seriously.
Beyond that, we do not comment on protective intelligence matters.
Stumbled across it on the beach, guys, come on, well,
(10:23):
I'd be surprised if they haven't already had a conversation
at least have they. Thank you, director Ryan Nigel. Thank
you Director Ryan Nigel, and he did what after he left?
He left his house real quick after they were done.
Oh they came by then, good, gotta have a talk there,
(10:44):
have a seat. I'm afraid they're gonna kill me. Comy,
none of that makes sense, hee, It'd be better for
him to just come out and do a press conference
and go I was drunk. I'm really depressed. I'm not
the I don't know what to do with my life anymore.
It's okay, all right, No, he's who knows what's gonna
(11:05):
come but jail. Yes, along with that Democrat congresswoman. Oh yeah,
there's charges filed there. She might have already even being
be picked up right now. They were saying it could
happen today. The New Jersey congresswoman that stormed with the
two other Democrat congress people mayor New Jersey of Newark,
(11:26):
New Jersey got arrested at the ice facility, so we
can have go pick them up. Squads too, moving out
right now? All right, now? You know what it all
gets around to here is what does the man whose
life was threatened have to say about it? Let's go
lis center. President Trump, a.
Speaker 4 (11:46):
Child knows what that meant.
Speaker 7 (11:48):
If you're the FBI director and you don't know what
that meant. That meant assassination, And it says it loud
and clear. Now, he wasn't very competent, but he was
competent enough to know what that meant.
Speaker 4 (12:04):
And he did it for a reason. And he was
hit so hard.
Speaker 1 (12:09):
Yeah, I don't even know if he knows how hard
that hit is gonna hit. Not just a body blow,
could be like one right across the left, jaw, handcuffs
forming up. They director leaves his home in handcuffs. President
Trump takes a little positive hearing, say, hey, people people
(12:33):
like me.
Speaker 7 (12:34):
Because people like me, they like what's happening with our country.
Our country has become respected again and all this and
he's calling for the assassination.
Speaker 4 (12:41):
Of the president. Obviously, he apologized to say he do well.
He apologized because he was. Look, he's a very big.
Speaker 7 (12:49):
I don't want to take a position on it because
that's going to be up to Pam and all of
the great people.
Speaker 1 (12:54):
Leave it up to the Attorney general. He's over in
the Middle East. That's Brett Baer, who was traveling with
the president over their set down, and they spoke in
some room that looked all Middle Eastern. Look it was
smooth looking. It was cool looking. But yeah, it looked
like the Hookah Lounges that director Ryan Nigel goes to.
There you go. It did have that Hukah Lounges kind
(13:15):
of vibe. They're going on President Trump here going you
know what I this is so like we're going to
factor in what he has been like his whole life,
and this is like it'd been his first kind of
go around of acting. This guy's got he's got a
rap sheet.
Speaker 4 (13:28):
But I will say this, I think it's a terrible thing.
Speaker 7 (13:31):
And when you add his history to that, if he
had a clean history, he doesn't. He's a dirty cup.
He's a dirty cup. And if he had a clean history,
I could I could understand if there was a leniency,
but I'm gonna let them make that decision.
Speaker 1 (13:48):
Continue to pray for our president. Pray that the Lord
keeps his hand of protection on this man. Do it
right now, really do it? Start praying.
Speaker 8 (14:02):
This is the Trevor carry Show on the Valley's Power Talk.
Speaker 1 (14:07):
Of the power Works. I will be surprised. Okay, do
you want to make a bed on it? Right now?
You were saying, nah, you don't know he was doing
this director. Ryan Nigel's doing his hands shaky, like, I
don't know. Okay, do you really want to put five
dollars on it? Okay, I'm saying he's home tonight and
you're saying that he's going to be in jail tonight
or a question still, Oh okay, he tried to get
(14:30):
out of it all right, Yeah, well, hey, it's not funny, man,
not funny at all, especially after he almost had his
head blown off that. It's just that's a pitiful person.
Take politics, take anything out of it, Take away anybody.
Just if it was your neighbor that almost got shot
by a drain's person or by a global elite Luciferians
(14:53):
that teamed up. We don't still know what all happened
in Butler. Let me just remind you here. You Yeah,
(15:16):
it's not funny, James Comy, I you know what I
want him to uh spend actually quite a while. It's
a it's a worse punishment for the level of position
that you are too. It's behavior unbecoming a former FBI
director to go out and to threaten the life of
(15:36):
the of the office that you were like in charge
of helping protect as well. You're not the Secret Service,
but now they're all part of that whole that that
game there came so close to be an assassinated and
still as so maybe that it's not even insensitive insensitive.
(15:58):
It is like making a joke as you are by
somebody's casket. Uh, this is downright evil. But after those
bullets were fired, we remember, let me get my shoes.
So yeah, now he's uh he claubored U two Democrats,
Biden and Kamala, clabored the media, clabered the courts, clobered
(16:23):
all the accusations. Now he's around bringing home trillions, He's
going to wrestling events. Every time you turn on something,
he is somewhere else. This man is working, And I
really think that we need some uh let's scale that
(16:44):
down on the local level, not somebody that wants to
be in politics, because it's nothing wrong with this if
you go get your political science degree and you're really
into it and you went good. But I don't think
a lot of people go down that route because they
they we need to have somebody like Trump that he
doesn't even have to do it. I would rather have
a successful man or woman that's made it in the
(17:05):
business world that knows that even really maybe might not
even want to do it, but feels like, all right,
to save this so that I can have a business thriving.
I'll I'll take a little time out right here and
I'm gonna go serve. We need to get candidates like
that that aren't in it for now. I owe somebody
(17:27):
because you know, my first job out of college, I
worked here, and then I moved to their office, and
then I got funded by the RNC and started with
the state. And again there's great people involved with all
of that. But no, if we really want to make
this organic and what's right and continue, remember it's kind
(17:49):
of sad we're on the countdown. Donald Trump won't be
president anymore. That's uh, oh, that's that's a that's not
going to be good. I know we got three years
and however many more months here, almost three and a
half more years, So yes, I'm going to enjoy it.
But I'm really thinking in the future, man, we gotta
(18:12):
get the attitude in these three and a half years
molded into what Trump has done. Nobody is him, but
to take our stand for what's right and you be
willing to be attacked for it and with all of
that going on. After're saying, let me get my shoes here,
(18:33):
he is still talking about issues facing college sports. He's
making videos for one hundred and four year old veterans.
I'm gonna play it for you later in the show.
It's sad, but it's happy. You'll hear the one hundred
and four year old veteran inviting to his birthday party,
(18:53):
and you'll hear the video message Trump sit back to
him with the reason why he can't be there. I'll
leave it at that. It's good. He takes time. You
got the big twelve commissioner, you got the big ten
commissioner all talking to the president man raising because it's
all about name, image and likeness now. And the president's
(19:14):
getting involved with that. That's great. And you know what
else he's probably, I hate to say, gonna have to
get involved with. Satellite imagery shows Russian military build up
at finland S border. Remember when they made him part
(19:37):
of NATO, right up next to Russia. What better time
to do aircraft deployment, What better time to build up
construction at four military bases near Finland. They're beefing up
troops on NATO's eastern flank. Why would you not images
show the construction of several hundreds of tenths. It's time
(20:03):
to move in when the rest of the world's kind
of going a little crazy over stuff. I don't know
what any of that means. I'm just saying, you know,
you play the music there and it builds it up.
But I did see a report about satellite imagery showing this. Now,
I'm sure there's a movement all over NATO and at
all times like that, But I mean, this is really
(20:24):
the decision to allow Finland in right there, right there,
one little dotted line. And remember everything is made up
human dotted lines. If we could just all come to
that term without having to join a six six six
(20:44):
new world order, I would be like, yeah, I'd be
I could before that. What if we just all decided
to live and we just I guess that's called like
a commune system. Yeah, it wouldn't work with it. Now
we need laws, we need police, we need military, we
need ICBM, we need all these new advanced technology drones.
Now we need it all man, because the evil is
(21:07):
loose and we have to protect ourselves.
Speaker 8 (21:09):
This is the Trevor Chary Show on The Valley's Power.
Speaker 1 (21:13):
Talk Democrat Representative la Monica McIver. This morning, they were
saying this could be coming this afternoon. What did she do?
She assaulted ICE agents ICE facility last Friday. The body
cam all came out. She was acting like she's a
pulling right guard for an end around suite with her
(21:37):
arms up like bam bam bam, and the language they
were talking about. New Jersey Globe reported she was expected
to turn herself in this afternoon. Well you know what happened.
There's what happened at DJ Man. Pam walked in and said, guys,
(21:58):
I don't know if this is a good idea today
because I was going through my through my X speed
and I heard this.
Speaker 9 (22:05):
Anyone was breaking the law in this situation. It's not
members of Congress, it's the Department of Homeland Security. It's
people like Tom Holman and Secretary Christy nol. You lay
a finger on someone, on Representative Bonnie Watson Coleman, on
Representative or any of the representatives that were there, you lay.
Speaker 4 (22:25):
A finger on them, we are going to.
Speaker 1 (22:27):
Have a problem, all right. Tom Holman did respond, I'm
going to play this again today because I loved his response.
It was like honey, you with all your big fancy
tail fins. I drove a model lay before you were
even in diapers.
Speaker 4 (22:44):
Yeah, what's your response, mister Hamman?
Speaker 10 (22:47):
For first of all, you can't intimidate me. Come on,
give me a break. You know I was enforcing it.
I was wearing a green uniform borbitual agent for five
years before she was even born. I had more in
three decades enforcing immigration law before she came a member Congress.
I've worked for six presidents.
Speaker 4 (23:02):
I've seen policy.
Speaker 10 (23:03):
I've seen hundreds of policies.
Speaker 4 (23:04):
Some work, some didn't.
Speaker 1 (23:08):
Boy, President Trump picked a good crew of folks, didn't
he He listened to my show for any length of time.
Thank you so much for your ears. But I've stated
that I was questionable about tourney General Fox News all
the time, Pambondy. But well, it's still early on opened
to hope. Maybe she, I don't know, changed her her
(23:31):
heartless soul about putting innocent people in jail. When you're
the number one law person in America, you'd like to
think maybe they're not that way. Yeah, go back and
look at the George Zimmerman, Trayvon Martin, do a little,
Pam bondy searching in see how that woman moved around
the courtroom and her opinions. Go ahead and look, but
(23:51):
back to this mac ivor lady. I just hate to
repeat this, and I'm not going to I'll let you
fill in the blanks, and I hate to put the
word into your head, but I am just to show
how crass and rude she was. This is a United
States congresswoman, all right, yelling out loud, I'll touch whoever
(24:14):
I want. Mother cussword, classy broad. I was gonna say dame,
but dame sounds a little too night broad. Yeah, classy,
classy broad. EHS carried out a sting operation across the
(24:36):
sanctuary state of We haven't said, well, we've had some
action here in this day, but up in Massachusetts they
arrested illegal alien gang members, violent offenders. This is going
back around again. After they had all those crowds turn
out and act all crazy in the street, shrieking out loud.
(24:58):
You don't have a war. Remember the National Defense Area
down in New Mexico with the border that the Trump
administration Department of Defense put in there. We lost a
local marine here on that border operation down there. US
Chief Magistrate judge from Las Crusis dismissed trespassing charges against
(25:23):
one hundred illegals that were arrested crossing into the newly
designated National Defense Area in New Mexico. How did the
judge rule in, Well, they were facing criminal charges. It's
US law that it's actually now a military installation unauthorized entry.
(25:44):
They designated portions of the border down there's a National
Defense area, hence the name. Now, I know in Ridgecrest
down where I went to high school, down that way,
Channel Lake Naval Weapon Center. A lot of signs up
on gates and fence. I'd say most of them pretty
(26:05):
well lit. I never ventured out into the to the
test fields in the desert way out that way, but
it was a big, huge area out there, and we
all know what those kind of installations look like. Right now,
this is brand new. So how much of that National
Defense area out there has something that even somebody from
(26:25):
another country that can't read English and all even realizes
that they're in. I as the if I were the
king of the US magistrate judge here Gregory Gregory called
me up, said what should I do, sir? I would say,
it doesn't matter. They got caught in there. They're illegal.
They shouldn't even be here in the first place, and
no deport them and put them on a different list
(26:48):
because they stumbled upon this. They said, we're not gonna
act like their Soviet spies or something or Russian spies
or something here. But you know, tell them that we're
gonna put a little star next to their name. Don't
get close to our National Defense area ever again, and
we're gonna do a little brand on the left shoulder
(27:10):
up there to I'm kidding. I wouldn't brand them. Wouldn't
brand them. Might put a chip, Yeah, I put a
chip in Might put a chip in them. The New
Mexico Quarter is an extension of the US Army Garrison
in Arizona. So it goes all the way along there,
and the patrols and surveillance and the troops are authorized
(27:34):
to temporarily detain and transfer any individual the federal law
enforcement for prosecution. That's that's our military going down there
and having control of the border. How did they do it.
They spread out a US Army garrison. They just made
it bigger. They said, this is our national Defense area. Brilliant.
(27:58):
Didn't take Congress, did it Joe Biden facing charges or
trespassing onto a military property. Now here comes the judge.
Were the signs right? It's relevant. What were the words
on the signs? Were they in two hundred and forty
three different languages? No, she didn't say that. What were
(28:20):
the height of the signs? How close were the defendants
to a sign? This is the judge saying this to
get them off any charge. How close were they to
assign it any time prior to this apprehension? What were
the lighting conditions at the relevant time, and whether the
signs were actually lit up? Until you can prove all
(28:43):
that have at it you one hundred, get on out here,
come on, get out, get out them go. Imagine the
frustration of the work that went in. Again, we lost
a member of the armed forces that was from right
here in the valley down there. The frustration of that.
(29:03):
That's like law enforcement out here with the revolving jail
cell doors, you know, arresting them over and over and over.
Couple down in La arrested by agents for literally driving
into oncoming traffic to try and stop Ice from doing
arrest warrants on illegals. Gustavo and Kiara charged with conspiracy
(29:26):
to impeter injury officers. It's either losing their mind. They
jumped in their Honda Fit, pulled in front of a
government car blocked its path. At an intersection, they follow
one of the vehicles, the ICE vehicles for two miles.
Guess what can happen to Gustavo and Kiera. They could
each face a maximum sentences six years in federal prison
(29:49):
if convicted. Governor Glenn Younkin in Virginia, they had their
a county their Arlington County Board's latest action to prohibit
the police froom cooperating with ICE, even regarding MS thirteen
gang members illegally there, Governor Younkin said, dere election of duty,
(30:09):
betrayal of the oath they swore to protect their constituents.
At what point did protecting violent illegals become more important
than protecting your constituents. I can't believe I'm actually saying this,
but is it going to be at a point where
people like Governor Glenn Youngkin and people that have really
power and control with Mike go in and arrest these
(30:31):
police chiefs who literally stand in the way of policing.
Would it get to that point? Has it come to
this not yet, but it's only going to intensify, and
you're going to have these stand down moments. I talked
about this right after the election. These are the early
(30:52):
brewings of a when you have a governor of a state,
unlike our governor, he's SP fifty four, law enforcement gets
upset somehow it just never changes out here. But this
is the governor of Virginia going against a county board.
Now I'm sure that the county board actually, you know,
(31:15):
went along with this, but it I wonder what the
police chief actually has to say. So in this might
it be when you might have state patrol going in
and arresting county board members for defying their oath to
the Constitution of the United States. If they did not
step down or something like that, it'd be a dark day, man.
(31:39):
But it's all going to come to a head at
at some point, is it not? It is? Hey. Coming
up this next week on the show, we're going to
be talking with doctor Victor Davis Hansen. We're gonna be
talking with Irverside Countyship Chap Bianco. Well, when it rains
at Forest Caletic keep coming down. City Councilman Nick Richardson
is going to be on the show, and we're they said,
(32:00):
he's flying back today. I got some of his audio
after four about the big beautiful bill that failed congresson
Tom McClintock. We're going to try and work out a
time where he can join us on the show. So
that's that's all next week till then he just got me.
Speaker 8 (32:15):
This is the Trevor Charry Show on the Valley's Power Talk.
Speaker 1 (32:19):
You're a Democrat politician. You obviously do not go to jail.
Can you go to jail for leaving your kid alone
in the car? There's nob dot com good kind of
article to put out right now. Over the past twenty
five years, one thousand and ten kids have died a
(32:40):
heat struck because they were left inside a hot car
twenty twenty four. Last year, thirty nine kids died in
hot cars. Against the law to leave the kid alone
in the car in California, can you break into it.
Let's go read. It is against the law to leave
(33:00):
a kid six years old or younger inside a car
if there are conditions that can pose the risk of
the child's health and safety, like the vehicles running or
the keysering the ignition. Otherwise, the child must be supervised
by somebody twelve or older. Back in two thousand and one,
Caitlin's Law was signed in she was a little six
(33:21):
month old girl that died after left alone in a
park car for hours. There So, it's also illegal to
leave animals inside an empty car if it's too hot.
Same rule applies leaving animals and vehicles that don't have
airflow or any water in there for any length of
time right there. Now, if you get caught doing this,
(33:41):
it's one hundred dollars fine. You think it'd be a
little more. It's because it's almost caught doing it, like
you know, oh, they were inside the store shopping, and
that a bunch of people got around the car, like
I call the police, honey, are you okay? Like, if
that happens, it's one hundred dollars fine. Now, if you
know death happens that, it's quite a bit more. A
(34:03):
child's body temperature rises three to five times faster than
an adults. So if you spot a kid in a car,
what are you supposed to do? Under Assembly Build twenty
seven seventeen, you're exempt from civil and criminal liability for
property damage or trespassing if you rescue a child six
years of age or younger from a car under circumstances
(34:26):
that reasonably you would say they're suffering or it could
create create that to the child. You can or you
break into a car. They say certain steps you have
to do, make sure it's locked before you do that,
and call nine to one one and tell them what
you're doing, and then bust away. But a lot of
times nobody's like, well, yeah, I mean, just a normal,
(34:49):
sane person would check to make sure the doors are locked,
you know, and then like get back, get away, move
up front, go put your head, cover your eyes, put
that code over your head for a minute. We're gonna
break the Yeah that's what you did. Oh good, No,
get around of it. You know, people around it and
(35:10):
all that. So yeah, that's uh fu an easy thing,
I guess for some people to forget at times. Congresswoman
ionor Pressley, I'm gonna I'm gonna play this and you
tell me if you think it could be riddling or cocaine.
Speaker 11 (35:25):
Discrimination against black people. We are in a moment of
anti blackness on steroids, and we refuse to be silent.
We will not back down in our pursuit of racial justice.
The antidote to anti blackness is to be pro black,
and we will do it unapologetically. The United States government
owes us a debt and we need reparations.
Speaker 5 (35:41):
That's fast talking against black people.
Speaker 11 (35:48):
Steroids, and we refuse to be silent. We will not
back down in our pursuit of racial justice.
Speaker 8 (35:53):
