"Great Progress!"

In Trump stating they made great progress today as he
was meeting with Russia's president putting up in Alaska. We'll
talk and I'll play back more of that press conference.
It was a lot shorter than I thought it would be,
and I guess the're right to the point.

like traffic ticket quotas, I didn't know.

I thought a police department could say, hey, we need
to have this many this month. I always thought that
was nothing that was illegal. I wish they would give
out more. I wish they'd give out red light running tickets.
That's what I want to see go off the chart.

officer's accusing the police department of having a quota for

traffic tickets, and they retaliated against him when he said
something about it off. Sir Donald Ward Hugh Ard h
u ar D fought a lawsuit against the city in June.
He's a I guess relatively new copies joined the department
of twenty nineteen, and he claims he was retaliated against

the even accused him of embezzlement other offenses. According to lawsuit,
I sell you. Police use a traffic ticket quota. Since
January twenty twenty four, they must complete five enforcement stops
per day and give two citations per stop, totaling ten
citations every day. Ring, ring, honey, when are you coming home?

I gotta pull over four more people, he said. He
and another officer objected to the quota, noting that it's illegal.

Traffic ticket quota maybe, I guess I heard accusations of that,
and it no department ever admitted to it because it

of traffic issues, I still every single day when I
take Fryant Road and I see the results of Mayor

Dyer and council Member Carbasi and their whole Lance Armstrong
crew that went over to Europe to learn how to
ride bikes. Yeah, they want to come back. It's all
part of the fifteen minute city. We're a bike friendly city.
Did anybody at City Hall look at the dimensions of

the lanes on fry It when you designed that and said,
you know what we need to do on one of
our cities. Well, the most dangerous intersection street there in
the city. I'll tell you what. Let's do. Cars are
going really fast, they're too fast. Let's put more motorcycle
police up there. No, that wasn't the reason. Here's what

we need to do. Let's get some bright green paint
and right there between the two lanes of traffic.

Paint a little I don't know, three four foot things
so people can ride bikes. People see that green light
up there. Yeah, they're going about sixty seven miles an
hour and faster, and you want people to ride bikes
between that.

What if you got one of those lost and big
truck rock double barrel eighteen wheelers there hanging a right
and they got to be in the right lane. You
do know their tires stick over. Even with a normal
size automobile.

You get a duly pickup truck.

The lanes are so small, they're skinny, and you feel it,
you see it when it goes back to what it
normally used to be before they try to interinject.

I have not seen one bicyclist in that lane because
guess what you're taking your life in your hands. So
you take the most danger street or the most dangerous
intersection street in Fresno and you throw bicyclists out there
in the middle of it all, and that's that's your decision.

I've had this story about I don't know a week
or two here, it's your Central Valley dot com, it said.
The victim of a hit and run near Wilburd Park
says her experiencing interacting with Fresne police has been disheartening.
Happened at the Fryd and Shepherd intersection. Hint and run victim,
her name is Ruth, says she decided to go out
for a jog around noon on July twenty fourth and
stop near Woodburn Park. She said, I did wait for

the sign. A lot of people don't even pay attention
to the sign and just kind of walk a run
whenever they want. Ruth says she came to a stop
during her run at Autumn Drive in fry It that's
right right there with that that bike lane runs into
and she saw a Tan Porsche approaching from far away
to high rate of speed. But she says she thought

it would stop, thought it was going to stop, thought
she was just coming in kind of hot, but she
kept barreling through even when I was kind of of
on top of her car. She didn't look up from
her phone. The Porsche continued through the intersection. As the
driver made eye contact with her and struck her leg.
She said, I slammed both hands on the hood of
her car and screamed. When she finally did hear me
smack the hood of the car, she dropped her phone

looked at me with the biggest scared eyes I've ever
seen in my life. The car drove away, the lady said.
She called her mom just you know, needed to calm down.
A said Fresnel police vehicle turned right in front of her.
She said, I saw the officer. I started waving my
arm try to get his attention.

She said.

He turned into the park and completely ignored me. Now,
maybe he didn't see her. I don't know if that's true,
but she said after talking to her mom, she called
the Presnel police and she said they hung up on me.
I called again the non emergency people finally picked up.
Said her mom came down there to help her if
the police came by. So she sat in her mom's

car on the phone with the police in an office
grass if she'd be okay doing a phone case report.
She said, her mom insisted the officer take the report
in person. The officer informed her in her mom that
the city did not have any cameras in the area.
It was only a privately owned camera. But thanks to
our good buddies at Fryant Roulette, yeah, they had it up.

Said she was eventually able to find the Porsche license plate.
Good way to go, Cory said her mom asked the
cop about what's the likelihood of catching this coorse. The
officer responded, We're probably not gonna find her. So they
got to look at it, got the license plate, they said,

President. Police confirm the incident is under investigation. The video
of the vehicle has also been shared with detectives. But
it just shows how dangerous that street is. This lady
goes on to complain about it, and rightfully so, council
Member Nick Richardson District right there, said President. Police are
accustomed to doing more with less. The Northeast policing districts

even bigger than District six. The patrol cops are doing
the best they can they're responding to a lot of
calls around the city for everything, and we've been very
pleased how the traffic police have been executing their jobs.

Know this, that's your district, Nick, and don't say that, Oh,
they're busy in other parts of the city.

Demand that they get up there and do something about
that road. I will say that now.

Supervisor of the County Brettafel, while he was city council
member there, he ignored it. He talked about it a
few times, but he said it was dumb drivers. Well,
I think everybody can agree with that. There's a problem,
an issue though with that road in that intersection in particular.
It's obvious something needs to change. We need the Fresnie

motorcycle cops. I see them once a month. Maybe they're
hitting their quota. I don't know that's a place where
they can get them. Boy, the red light runners up
there headed toward copper On fry it right there, because
you get that big long stretch and you know, if
you're up to the normal cruising speed of Frying of
eighty two and you see that light yellow, people gun
it all the time. Because I'm sitting right there waiting

to turn left on to Fryant and I see I
see them go through. I you'd be a fool to
go oh the light screen. Let me pull out and turn. No,
you wait, you look, you act like you're in fog.

service because she was going after the cops, say, and
they were being a little too nonchalant with this. Well,
the city's been wait extremely nonchalot about Fright Road. When
it's got its own YouTube channel, something's wrong with it.
When it's wrong that much attention, something's wrong with it.

the young lady. I still don't know what they determine
was wrong with her that pedal to the metal, I
mean coming doing the dukes of hazard launch right there
into the fireball into the utility area. There that was
gated off in the park right there. That was just
I mean, that is something else, man, This lady says.

She hopes her story will urge city officials and law
enforcement to fix the speeding issue along Fring Road. Well,
it's called motorcycle cops or speeding cameras or I don't know,
speed bumps, some speed bumps up there. I know that

this city has crime in so many other areas that
there running out on. And I know we have that
spot shot spotter technology as well that detects people where
there's you know, shots going off, so they know where
to put more patrols. Well, if you got an area
where a lot of guns are going off, they do
a lot more patrols. Well, cars are weapons, and I

see these cars going so fast, and you know what
that is. That's a gun that went off. They didn't
hit somebody, and nobody was hit by the gunfire. Okay,
there's no victim yet. But when you hear that gunfire
going off, even if it's not killing people, the shot
spotters alerting you this is a high crime area, will
cars kill people too, So we need more patrols up there.

was an Indian. She's able to get into certain colleges,
get certain jobs, getting certain universities to work there. The
President of the United States continued on with a sitting
US senator saying she's a liar, I mean person, she's
actually a nutjob. I want to see the other night.
She's all hopped up endorsing the Communists in New York City.

take a drug test. He said, there's no way somebody
can act that way and be normal. Mister President Alan
is jumping around like that. He's on record is taking

I Director National Intelligence. And now that all this has happened,
I've learned. And I love the fact that I get
to study every day to do this job. And I've
learned the power that the DNI has. The Director of
National Intelligence only the president right now in America, only
Donald Trump and Tulca Gabbard. Those two people, they can

reach into any of the agents he's and get any
kind of information and declassify it. The President of the
United States and the Director of National Intelligence can work
together to release this information. And that's what we are
seeing right now with the release of this information. Now,
the White House might not want the FBI to release

it directly to the public, but the current FBI releases
that we're getting from Cash Hotel. You know, you've heard
of a journalist John Solomon. Where's he getting? Why is
he such a great journalist? Who does he know they're
being released directly to him. And that's that's that's a
pre existing relationship. The FBI director trust that journalist. Now

those journalists got to be careful that they're also not
being spun and played. Now Director cash Hotel's releasing this
information and the Director of National Intelligence is declassifying it.
That's that's the reason that that is happening. And when
you get the right people working together, you can dig

down in those silos that they have there in DC
that go way deep, I mean down into the ground deep.
And each agency has a lot of control over their
own agency though, like a whistleblower from the CIA can't
go to the to the FBI and go, hey, I
got evidence corrupt activity. The FBI, they're not going to

move on that without their approval of the CIA. And
if the CIA, you know, same way, has a whistleblower
and takes it to the FBI, the CIA doesn't permit it.
The FBI can't use that. So this was why the
Office Director of National Intelligence was created. That's a lot
of power. They can go into those two agencies and

take that information. And this was only created after nine
to eleven, and it can be used in the wrong way.
Or it can be used correctly, and we got some
correct activity going on these days. We didn't would Clapper?

and James Comer in Kentucky. No, he's he hasn't proven

Committee chair. Come on, he knows more about what he's

the DC crime thing is because he's trying to deflect
from Epstein. We got Al Sharpton saying that deflect from Epstein.

subpoena to roll on in. And I don't know what's
going to come a video this. I do not want
to be overly optimistic because I do not want to

would spend a significant amount of time asking me about

A Republican needs to win that race. But where's Newsom

we need you to sign this. Please need some announce
He's sending emergency resources from the state of California and
personnel to Puerto Rico ahead of a tropical storm. He's
on top of that. Yeah, this is well, they can

vote there. We still got tens of thousand. It's in California,
so don't have a place to live. Ignoring the disasters
in his own state, heavy tropol store. He's sending resources
in personnel there. Remember when it snowed, we had a blizzard.
