is deeply problematic. And I was before I became Speaker

which had jurisdiction over a lot of this, and we
knew what was happening. We knew intuitively, and we were
gathering the evidence as we were investigating all of this ourselves.
We knew the Russia collusion thing was a hoax. They

used it as a basis to attack the president mercilessly.

Yeah. Remember at the end of Trump one point zero,
we're like, why did lock her up? You know, why
did nothing happen? Why did everybody seem to get away
with it? I don't know. Maybe because he was dodging
incoming ICBMs for every every year he was in office.
Then you had the Big Man made lockdown and the

faith FUCI fake out and all of that. Now President
Trump says Obama committed treason and is guilty. I'm going
to guess that he lays back on his pillow. I
maybe he's the kind of guy like my dad. My
dad can go I'm going to sleep and then he's asleep.
I don't know what Trump's like. They say he doesn't
sleep that much. So someone tells me when he goes

I don't know what he's like. You would have to
ask somebody else. But as we've seen him talk and
he had to lay there with his head on the
pillow like we all do, and you know, in his mind,
he's like, they tried to sabotage me. I know it was.
I know it was Barack. Even at funerals when they

tummy slap, and you know, I remember Trump and Obama
were talking and seeming to get along. Trump was probably like, hey,
we got the goods and I was like, yeah, right,
Remember they tried to live read it. All we known,
we have known, and for all you fake media up
and down this valley and in this state and in

this country and around the world that went along with
all of this as well. It's going to feel good
to have some truth come out. And believe me, I'm
not going to say they're guilty of what they're being
accused of. Treason. Treason is conspiracy. I don't know if
there's a difference between just slight out treason and a
lot of this really does apply to times that war

in the military. So this is all going to have
to be broken down. But we know what they have
broken down our faith. Speaker Johnson speaking on.

That the greatest threat of all this is not just
what they've done to President Trump as an individual. It's
what they're doing to the institutions. Even broader than that.
They have diminished the people's faith in our system of
justice itself, in the institution of the Department of Justice
and the institution of the FBI, and those are critical
functions that are played in a constitution of republic. And
so we're in the process of restoring trust and rebuilding

the people's belief in our system of justice itself. And
it's an extraordinary challenge that was brought about because people
were involved in a sinister place, and so there must
be accountability.

what just flashed through my head as Speaker Johnson was speaking,
will say that these accusations, they got to be You're
innocent until proven guilty. Anybody in the United States. Let's
say these accusations turn out to be true and this happened.

What then would you think they might have done to
not be charged with treason? I don't know, shoot Trump's
head off before he becomes president. I mean, that's a
they known what they did, they know and now we

Crooked Hillary, Sleepy Joe, numerous others participated in this all
caps the crime of the century, irrefutable evidence, a made
threat to our country. Now, Barack Obama's office has released

a statement. I read out of respect for the office
of the president'sry. Our office does not normally dignify the
constant nonsense a misinformation flowing out of this White House
with a response. But these claims are outrageous enough to
merit one. These bizarre allegations are ridiculous and a weak
attempt at distraction. I thought you wanted to help this

accept the conclusion that Russia worked to influence a twenty
sixteen presidential election, but did not successfully manipulate any votes.

So Obama has spoken, what happens now? Is the Trump

the courtroom. I'm sure that humidity hit when he walked out.
Remember all the man he would just give random press
conferences right out there on the street, yelling across to
the press. Yeah, they brought charges against him, didn't they?

section three the United States Constitution definds treason, and I
read treeson against the United States shall consists only in
levying war against him or adhering to their enemies, giving
them maiden comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason
unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same

an attorney, but I'll watch enough stuff on TV and
on YouTube to note the words plea deal. Somebody's gonna squawk, squock, squawk.
Somebody's gonna squeal, right right, Oh, yeah, they're gonna be
squealing to get out of I don't know, maybe involved

in treason. Somebody's gonna talk. Hmmm. Maybe maybe Obama would
be asked to appear before Congress and answer some rather
pointed questions. Well, I boy, he would, What would he

Trump one has still singularly failed to acknowledge that Russia
attacked our democracy. It was an act of war by
a hostile foreign power, perhaps done as part of a
conspiracy with members of the Trump campaign to sell out
our democracy and artificially put someone into sixteen hundred Pennsylvania Avenue.

Yeah, he's still on the Kremlin kick, isn't he. He

I think we have a responsibility to follow the truth
where it leads, and to do it in an unbiased fashion,
to do the effectively the opposite of what that other
team did. You're engaging a partisan political plot to take
down you know, their foe and the other party. We
need to be about the rule of law and bringing
order to the chaos and searching out the truth because

the American people are owed those answers. So we have
some very bright, very capable, very strong leaders at Judiciary
and Oversight, you know. Chairman Jim Jordan, Chairman Jamie Comer
and the other committees that would be involved.

You expect that whether there's a special Council appointed, which
some are suggesting, into our conjunction with the House investigations,
that we will get the answers and there will be
accountability to the extent that we're able to do that,
referring people to the DOJ for prosecution and any other
measure that is appropriate as we and uncover more of
the fact.

was the threat to democracy, but the real threat was

Clapper's executive assistant sent out an email the order prepare
a new intelligence assessment, one that aligned with the President's request.
That's right, intelligence was politicized at the highest levels, under
the direction of a sitting president to frame the incoming one.
They buried prior reports, They inflated the Steele dossier, They

reversed conclusions, and they launched the January sixth, twenty seventeen
Intelligence Community assessment used to trigger investigations, media hysteria, paiza, warrants,
and ultimately impeachment. It was a soft coup. Director of
National Intelligence Tulsea Gabbard has now declassified the emails, memos,

and reports. In her words, this was a treasonous conspiracy
orchestrated by Barack Obama and carried out by key members
of his administration. General Flynn calls it the greatest crime
in American history. Others are demanding arrests, indictments, and immediate
action from the DOJ because if this stands our constitutional

have sworn testimony. No more theories, only accountability. My friends,

And I got a buddy from California that's in Oklahoma
and he loves it. David, when did you leave California?
How old were you?

I left California in twenty nineteen, right before the pandemic.
I was doing a lot of traveling to Texas to
d C, Florida, and it's an all day flight. When
you got a fly out of northern California reading home
is where my hometown is, Reading California.

And so we moved to Texas in.

Nineteen and then our oldest daughter gave us a grand
baby and then gave us a second grand baby.

Well, what's that humidity like? Not a lot of humidity
and reading, what was that adjustment like?

It was an adjustment.

There was more in Texas where we were just north
of Dallas Frisco area, and there's less here, but there's
still humidity. So you know, it's uh, it's not. It's
not as crisp as as California, Northern California. I was
in southern California for a while. I used to work
all around President and by Slia. I got some amazing
memories from from being in that area. But always dry

heat and so it's different. It's a little more moist
here's better for your skin, but overall it's still hot.

From an early age, my mom especially, I was always
in church.

I remember being in church.

Up until about nine years old, and then I and
then my parents divorced. My dad drove me to California
and I didn't see my mom again until court, and
then that's when I I'm not My parents were getting
a divorce, and then we didn't go to church anymore.

Teenage years, I was I was into a lot of
not good things. I started drinking early and started smoking
weeds and found out you could make money dealing what
I had connections to. So then before I knew it,
my page was going off fifty plus times a day.

And then I started and then I started kind of
wetting it in the shower and it would hang My
hair would hang down my head in ringlets.

So you were like ready for the world.

Yeah, there you go. Yeah, just not as greasy. Right,
you didn't do.

The Jerry curl. Okay, the dry curl, I know, Okay,
dry curl. So you look like somebody that Miami Vice
would have been chasing.

Probably, yeah, yeah, probably. And I did have a couple
running the loss, Thank you Lord, that I never had
anything serious. And then October tenth, nineteen ninety three, God
got my number.

Man, he pulled my card.

He let me know without a shadow of a doubt
that he was keeping me alive and safe and that
he had a plan for my life. And I stopped
everything I was doing. I threw away my pager, I
threw away all the drugs, I flushed stuff and the
girl that I was with, my girlfriend at the time.
He also showed me in that moment he said, this
is going to be your bride. And we got married
six months later, and we just celebrated thirty one years

Wow, what a turnaround there, good from ninety three. Did

is it? I know we all got our ups and downs,

Oh there was plenty of ups and downs. Brother, it
was not all pieces and roses.

I was still just a kid, you know.

Speaker 10 (21:51):
And I got into business at twenty I started my
first company. By twenty two we were doing a couple
million dollars a year in sales. And I went from
writing really big checks in church to taking my eyes
off of Jesus, sinking in what I thought was abundance,
and then buying out the clubs and the bars, like
I'd go to the bar and buy everybody out. And
and you know, God is good, He's faithful.

Right, Wait, what do you mean.

Speaker 10 (22:13):
You go the bar?

Speaker 1 (22:14):
What do you mean you go to the bar and
buy rum, buy it like drinks by around?

Speaker 10 (22:18):
Yeah, oh yeah, buy around drinks on me right for
a small bar maybe hundred people whatever. But and God
is a he's a good father, you know, just like
the prodigal son. He's like, sure, you want to go,
go ahead, see what's out there for you. And it
took some It took didn't take too long. It took
a little while, but I had a couple ups and downs,
but overall I really got back pretty solid with the

Lord after twenty eleven. And then and uh, you know,
my wife and I had went through definitely our share
of knocks. Wen't sure if we were going to make it,
but she believed and had faith, and I believed and
had faith, and we just kept pushing through. And so yeah,
it's definitely our thirty one years is definitely not without
his bumps, bruises and scars to to remind us where
we've been and what we've come through, and that just

makes gotten now all that much more special.

My guest is David Harris Junior. David, you're on Newsmax now,
but I don't want to go right to that. What
point in your life did you start to get into
the media. Was it before social media was out? Was
it a kind of an original start into something? How'd
you get going in this?

Speaker 10 (23:22):
Well, I'll say that I was I've always been a
conservative at heart, and I've always believed that babies in
the womb are babies in the womb.

Speaker 4 (23:31):
They're babies.

Speaker 10 (23:31):
There's no separation from inside or outside of the womb.
So I've always been pro life, and so what actually
started to get me on the trajectory politically was when
we had the opportunity to vote for Barack Obama, who
is now in the news all over again as president.
And I told my mom, I said, Mom, we could
have liked a black man as president.

That'd be historic.

Speaker 10 (23:51):
And my mom, thank God for faithful, praying and wise
mothers out there, all of you are, so it's so special.
My mom just simply said to me. She didn't tell
me what to do, and she didn't tell me how
to think. She said, David, pay attention to the issues
that matter to you and how he's voted on those issues.
And so I began to do my research, and when

I discovered that he was in favor, he voted in
favor of partial birth abortion, late term dismembering baby abortion.
And when I saw that he had voted against a
bill that would have provided medical treatment to babies that
survived abortions.

Speaker 4 (24:26):
I said, I don't care what color this guy is.
He's not getting my vote. And then I began to.

Speaker 10 (24:30):
Try to wake up as many people as possible to
that reality that if that's often somebody's moral compass to
bring harm to a baby, especially third trimester, a partial
birth abortion, literally dismembering a baby that can feel everything,
and just no regard if that's often somebody's moral compass,
then what else is off in their moral compass? And

why should they be somebody that represents anybody, especially the
United States of America.

I was like, why don't we call that nazi SS.
That's exactly what it is.

Yeah, it's exactly what it's torture. It's so inhumane. And
so I began to really pay attention. And then he
won two terms, and then I was still paying attention.
And then when we had the opportunity when when Trump
came on the scene, came down the escalator, I started
kind of looking at what he was saying. And when
he started making it just completely clear that he stood

for the lives of unborn babies, I said, Okay, this
is a man that understands business, that understands America's a business,
and that is standing very boldly for unborn lives. I said,
this is a man that I can get behind him.
More I heard him speak, the more I could tell
he were is his heart on his sleeve. And then
I could see how the mainstream media ms DNC and

the crooked News network CNN, how they began.

To just twist what he was saying.

And I'm like, okay, now I'm literally seeing before my
eyes a siop on the American people trying to distort
our view of him. So he really must be a threat,
and so I began to champion him then. And then
it was after the third debate between Trump and Hillary
when he had all those amazing one liners she said,
you know it's your good. Somebody with your temperament is

and then the Oval office and he said, because you'd
be in jail. All those amazing one liners within that
debate where she also said, no baby in the wound
deserves rights, not up toil the point of birth. And
he actually went so far as to say that a
woman that has a late term abortion or brings harm
to that baby may even need to maybe even need
to pay and be held criminally liable for bringing harm

to that baby. I said, okay, after that debate was over,
I hopped on Facebook. I had maybe fifteen hundred friends,
no platform, and I just went off for like almost
fourteen minutes. I said, as a husband, as a father,
as a business owner, I started off as a Christian, sorry,
as a Christian, as a husband, as a father, as

a business owner, and as a member of the black community.
And it's in that order for me, my identity is
in Christ first, and then I'm a husband, father.

And then I'm a member of the black community. My
identity is not my skin color. I said, as these things, this.

with messages for men, women, and all different nationality backgrounds Asian,
Native American, Black, Hispanic, white, and other than.

The hate mail, because I got plenty of hate mail.

A theme, a common theme that I continued to read
when I opened these messages where I'm a Democrat, my
whole family are Democrats. I was raised a Democrat, and
I was going to vote for Hillary until I watched
your video, and now I have to vote for Trump
because it's to vote for life. And so I just
believe in a small way that that helped push the

needle a little bit. And then from there I just
felt like it was a calling. I felt like God
asked me, David, if you can wake up one person
on the issue of the importance of standing up for
the unborn, will it be worth it? And I said yes.
So I just kept on making videos, kept on making
videos and covering other current events news and obviously championing

and supporting President Trump and have had the honor of
meeting him multiple multiple occasions, from the White House, tomorro
A Lago to Bedminster up in New Jersey. It's been
pretty amazing. What God is the doors that God has
opened up for me.

was released actually changes the fact that the majority opinion
was that Russia did interact with and effect the outcome
of the election. They're basing they're basing everything on an
opinion of the majority. Well, why does the majority have
that opinion because of the mainstream media.
