little history in California. Democrat ears follow along, closely, follow
along and tell me how you defend this Prop eleven
two thousand and eight. California Democrat Party didn't like it.
Labor unions didn't like it. And what was their argument? Yeah,

it would dilute minority voting power. And the voters, now,
we're not buying that. We're tired of politicians. Let's go
behind closed doors politicians and let's drawl these districts. All right,
that sounds good. Twenty ten Prop twenty What did that do?
Did that expand government power?

It expanded the commission's power to draw congressional lines. Again.
Democrats fought it again. What happened? They lost, made California
one of just fifteen states across the country with an
independent redistricting commission. It's just too much with the people,

leadership from Governor Bill's above in Sacramento. Know, so let's
go fifteen years to where we are now today and
who's been winning under that system that was put in place, Democrats,
and they wanted to tear it down to get back
at red states, the hypocrisy, zero shame, so they lie.

The California Citizens Redistarching Commission was built to protect. If
you're in a car right now and out of light,
look at everybody around you. You don't know if they're
Republican or dimer, you don't know what they are. It
was designed to protect everybody you're seeing out there, you,
including from the politicians and Sacramento to take power away
from politicians. That's why all of that happened. And now

and Dallas, breaks them apart and tries to put them
into Republican hands.

at people's skin color. They're scrambling to rewrite the rules.
And in California, the Citizen Redistrict and Commission to Keep
Guy used to keep the politicians out of the of

We the people decide that. And they're accusing Republicans of
Texas trying to steal the election because of redistricting in Texas.
Democrats have controlled California. Across the country, New York, Illinois,
they have been jerrymandering like crazy. But somehow it's different.

For some reason. You had hot King Jeffery saying Governor
Abbott's a cowardly fake bully. Last I check, he's got
the FBI looking for those Democrats that they had till
three to come back. Have you heard if they're back.
They have not come back. I need to flip on

Supreme Court said at the end of last week that
they might be rehearing Louisiana versus Cala, a case that
challenged the idea of base base congressional districts, and serene
court rules against this, you're going to have some other
states follow and that right there is going to give
Republicans a huge advantage. And I'm thinking that's why the

Democrats are fighting so hard about this is why they're
going nuclear. Remember the Kavanaugh hearings and all that. Imagine
that time's one hundred. So the Supreme Court can strike
down Section two of the Voting Rights Act. And what
it is is it it redistricts using black and Hispanic voters.

It has to be racial minorities, have to make up
half the population in a certain district like that. So
they're they're drawing the map debates on skin pigmentation, not
where all people were voters. Let us all just think
independently and draw the map. Square, Just do a square. No,

if the Supreme Court said they're going to weigh the
constitutionality of this, it's common this redistricting that Democrats use,
So it could change a whole lot. The map could change.
Republicans could pick up a bunch of seats just like

to change, and it could change. I don't know what
kind of decision it'll be. I'll take a five for yes,

will operate within the constraints of the Voting Rights Act,
which is not what Texas Democrats are doing. We need
fair maps and one national standard, and that's why responses
in democratic states will be required. However, what was happening
in Texas before and what is going on in Texas

right now and terms of the second attempt to Jerry
Manner the map we believe violates the Voting Rights Act.

the Supreme Court said they could be could be ruling
on this. That would give again Republicans, No, I don't know,
a pretty good advantage in the twenty twenty six midterms.

what's the pledge. You're going to teach patriotism, You're going

identity in the classrooms, forcing them to get back to reading, writing,

smarter Okies than we will Golden Staters. Look at the reverse. Huh.

State aims to attract teachers that share conservative values and
want to promote American exceptionalism. They said. The test has
some questions. It covers American street government civics. I bet
you you'll have some teachers that have been raised out
here all that California started that might not even have

been taught that. Some young teachers they weren't taught all that.
The tests asked the teachers to agree or disagree with
specific statements. For example, the United States is fundamentally a
racist country. Agree or disagree? Is gender identity more important
than biological sex? Agree or disagree? Oklahoma state superintendent said,

So any teacher leaving the Blue States, and a lot
of them are because they don't want to be teaching

The Senate stayed in more consecutive days than we have
in fifteen years. We've taken more votes and we have
