Speaker 1 (00:00):
Well, this is my leftover Friday free for all. Some
of these stories are are just horrendous. Some of them
will make you laugh, like Kamala and the Joker going
at it. This one year old kid that tested positive
for fetnyl and THC and the kid's parents got arrested
to Wolomee County Sheriff's Office. Deputies arrived said the kid
(00:23):
had choked and temporarily stopped breathing. Taken to the hospital,
brought back because kid was unresponsive. Detectives, lonest investigation and
searchwarn of the family's motor home. Living in the motor home,
they discovered drug per familia with narcotic residue. They used
(00:45):
Narcan Rory twenty two Denan thirty two, where both the
rest of the hospital male female. They revealed one of
the parents had administered Narcan during the emergency of the baby.
That's what you say for opioid overdose. They were booked
child abuse likely to cause great bodily injury or death.
(01:07):
Other kids involved in this replacing protective custody. Fifteen year
old boycues of fatally stabbing that seventeen year old at
the ham for them all last weekend right outside of Coles.
Lorenzo Sanchez is his name, the seventeen year old that
lost his life. The fifteen year old appeared in court
pled not guilty charge of first degree murder. When you're fifteen,
(01:31):
y're minor. Your name is not released, but surveillance video
showed the suspect attacking from behind right before he took
off running. This happened just Saturday outside the coals. His mother,
Julia just She said she turned the corner, saw his
shoes on the floor. Knew something was wrong because she said,
my son had gone the moment I got to him,
(01:53):
she said, I remember telling people saying apply pressure. She
did to the wound and try and saved him. She said,
I looked at him and my baby was. I mean,
I knew he was gone. His face was already gone.
And the family's already talking about, you know, justice being
served because fifteen California don't know. There are some instances
(02:18):
where they do try as an adult. She said, the
suspects perceived lack of remorse. She said, I saw the
kid today, no sympathy in him. He was just cold.
They're going to advocate for changes to Prop fifty seven,
hopefully allowing juveniles to be tried as adults and murder cases.
(02:39):
Fifteen year old's going to go back to court. Make second.
So we should reach out to the Sanchez family. If
they're going to advocate for changes to Prop. Fifty seven,
give them a microphone and a mouthpiece. Here the Trump administration,
as we know with DOE, they're cutting wasteful government spending.
I played the audio last hour of Doze saying that
(03:00):
you had government employees renting out Caesar's palace wasting our money.
So who better to analyze it? Presno b analysis of contracts,
grants and lisas found that that as of April twenty fifth,
the region here could lose at least forty five million
(03:20):
dollars in funding cuts. They said eighteen million dollars in
savings claimed by Doze in Fresno, Madeira in Taillarry counties.
Presno County estimated eleven million to thirteen million loss or
public health grants, Russell Housing Authority voucher program loses fifteen
million over the next five years.
Speaker 2 (03:40):
Local effect.
Speaker 1 (03:42):
I just imagine, and that's just kind of a surface
Doze run by. Imagine if you got down into the
nitty gritty of how much waste in this state, in
this city, in this county. Imagine the school district waste.
Speaker 2 (03:59):
Oh we can't.
Speaker 1 (04:00):
We just hired a superintendent presno trying to evict Granite Park.
You see, I had all these stories, I wouldn't have
been able to get to. I'm giving you just some
highlights here on my Friday leftover free for all. I
still can't believe how long is this going to be
going on? This has been going on, I think ever
since I got her almost ten years ago. Terence Fraser,
(04:21):
from my perspective, I was excited to talk to him,
former Major League baseball players. Seemed like a great guy
of the kids, the ballparks. So first few years got
to know him on a positive thing. And then all
these audits and empty things, and the city started fighting,
and boy, he said, I'm just going to say play
in the city for years. His involvement would disgrace former
(04:42):
Conresson TJ. Cox facing thirty years in prison city again
trying to evict Daniel Glick at Sam Juaquing Valley's son.
They filed an unlawful detainer for not paying rent and
a judge said, up, you got to toss that out.
You had a little error and hearing then across the
tee and dot and I. So now the city's crossed
their tea and dotted their I coming back saying that
(05:04):
Frazier has a notice for rent for eighty one thousand dollars.
The city said in their first filing that e eowed
over seven hundred thousand dollars in rent. We need some
outstanding tribunal to come in here and settle this. That
is something beyond I don't know how an audit can happen.
And there's blanks where millions of dollars are supposed to
(05:28):
be in.
Speaker 2 (05:29):
Hey, doze, we need got a second.
Speaker 1 (05:31):
We got someone else feeda come in here and look
at well we know she's back. Kamala Harris. Is you
heard her there talking about the elephants. Oh, I've got
more on her in a moment. In case any of
these other stories bore you. Here, I got the Kamala
coming at the at the end. Here, Yeah, people actually
(05:54):
paid to come out and here again, here's a story
from Chicago. This is the ultimate, I think, in the
dumbing down of America. So this cat's a recruit for
the Chicago Police Department and they're going through their training
and a trainer. They're all standing around. He gave one
(06:16):
of the recruits a baggy with a blue star on
it that held, you know, fake heroin in it, and
he handed it to him and then they were training
on how you search somebody. So another recruit comes up
and starts doing the search, going through the guy's cargo
pants that had the fake heroin in it, and pulled
out a knotted baggie with four small zip baggies with
(06:38):
green dollar signs, and it was cracked cocaine in the
Chicago Police Department recruits cargo pants. Now you had phony
drugs that were in the other pocket, but then you
had crack, real crack in the other pocket. And it
was quoted here CWB Chicago. They said, they're crew said,
(07:01):
these aren't my pants. They belong to my brother. He's
the police. That's all that he said, back, these aren't
my pants, the ones that you have on. Yeah, he
had eight grams. He was twenty four years old. I
guess when we lower standards and defund the police, is
(07:21):
that's what you get right there. Have you ever ever
heard a thing like that? Well, I guess in some
parts of the of the nation they're no longer working
calling the police when they need to have somebody be
in trouble. This guy was named Oswaldo Ramos. He was
a fifty year old career criminal and now he's in
the hospital. Why well, there's video of this. He's accused
(07:48):
of attempting to rape a seventy year old woman in
the Bronx twelve noon broad daylight. Seventy year old woman
in their community. New York Post said Ramos targeted the
elderly i'm an attempting to force himself on her. Surveillance
captured him struggling to put his pants back on while
trying to run away, and word of that attempted rape
(08:10):
spread around the Bronx. And the reason he found himself
in the hospital is some migilantes took it into their
own hands and went and found him. He was recognized
from the video footage. They tracked him down and what
WNBCTV described as vigilante justice. Oh yeah, he was battered.
(08:35):
He was taken into custody from the hospital from the
injuries that he had. This New York sicko had nineteen
prior arrests to form before he tried to rape this
elderly woman and then the vigilantes got to him. Yeah,
long criminal history charges for robberies and burglaries. He's glad
(08:59):
to showed up. I would think we still got more
winning going on as well. Where's all this winning coming
from President Trump? They have sent back four thousand foreign
criminals who were here on student visas. I guess you're
not going to hear that. Well, lesser holes not on anymore.
(09:21):
You're not going to hear that on David Murr on ABC,
Mr Mr David, Mr. Removal four thousand foreign students from
the country. They had people in here for robbery, human trafficking, arson,
child endangerment.
Speaker 2 (09:37):
DUI robbery.
Speaker 1 (09:39):
These just aren't the cats that were out there saying,
you know, kill the Jews. These are criminals inside the
United States here on their student visas. Goodbye to you.
Speaking of students Alabama, President Trump went jewets of.
Speaker 3 (09:59):
The Alabama class of twenty twenty five. Standing here before
you in this magnificent arena, it is clear to see
the next chapter of the American story will not be
written by the Harvard crimson. It will be written by you,
the crimson tide.
Speaker 4 (10:18):
True.
Speaker 3 (10:19):
That's true, that's true. That's true.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
I thought that was rather clever.
Speaker 3 (10:36):
If you look at what's going on, you know, they
get their five billion dollars a year. That is not
going to be so forthcoming, now, can you. Wasn't that
a clever one, though? I would think of that.
Speaker 1 (10:51):
He's so good in front of crowd, so good in
front of the TV camera, so good on the world stage.
Telling these young people that don't. Many may tell you
that you're too young, Listen to him. List what he
did when he was a young guy in his twenties.
Speaker 3 (11:06):
First, if you're here today and think that you're too
young to do something great, let me tell you that
you are wrong. You're not too young. You can have
great success at a very young age. You're all very
young in America. With drive and ambition, young people can
do anything. I was twenty eight when I took my
(11:26):
first big gamble to develop a hotel in midtown Manhattan
to Grand Hyatt, and it worked out incredibly well. But
I was very young at the time. I was like
a very young person in sort of an old person business.
Steve Jobs was twenty one when he founded Apple. Walt
Disney was twenty one when he founded Disney James Madison,
(11:47):
James Monroe, Alexander Hamilton, Thomas Jefferson. They were no older
than twenty five when they began the journeys that etched
their names into the history books for all time. To
everyone here today, don't waste your youth. Go out and
fight right from the beginning, from the day you leave
this incredible university. Go out and fight, Fight tough, fight fair,
(12:10):
But go out and fight. You're going to be very
successful because now is the time to work harder than
you have ever worked before, Push yourself further than you
have ever pushed yourself before, find your limits, and then
smash through everything. Go and smash through. You've watched that
football team smash through. You're going to do the same thing.
(12:32):
You're at the age when you have the time and
vitality to do really incredible things if you give, just
give it your all.
Speaker 2 (12:39):
Think about what you'd think about, Oh, Joe quit.
Speaker 1 (12:42):
I just can't wait for Senator Adam Schiff to come
to Fresno City College. You're a victim, and you know
the oppressors out there, and you'll always be a victim.
Speaker 2 (12:53):
The man's after you, and I love sports.
Speaker 3 (12:57):
I think I should have come here. I think I
should have congratulations as well to the women's track and
field team for winning two SEC titles this year. That's
something as long and as long as I'm president, we
will always protect women's sports. Men will not play in
women's sports. Nowhere they say that's an eighty twenty issue.
(13:34):
Now it's a ninety seven to three issue. I think
now men will not be playing in women's sports. Why
already I said that, and I classified it with a
very powerful executive order. As you know, it's done well.
Speaker 1 (13:49):
I think it's a ninety nine to one issue. Coache
Saban Oh. He had something to say about the President
quite a funny story when they were now some champions
here and you know, go to the White House.
Speaker 2 (14:02):
And all that.
Speaker 5 (14:04):
And before I introduced President Trump, I have to tell
you a story. You know, you all know that we
win a national championship, we get to go to the
White House and it's a great experience for our players
and each and every year when we won in twenty seventeen,
President Trump was there twenty eighteen, very gracious host. And
he's the first president that invited us to come in
the over office. So I take the three captains in
(14:27):
the over office, and President's really nice to everybody, and
he's got this very big, good looking, auspicious box on
his desk that has a red button on top. And
one of the players said, is that what you launed
some missiles with? And he said, well, push it and
(14:47):
find out. Player said, no, I don't want to do that.
He said, oh, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, push it.
See what happens.
Speaker 2 (14:55):
Find out.
Speaker 5 (14:57):
So Rashaun Evans finally got the guts up, went over,
pushed the red button. Some lady came in with a
coke on a tray.
Speaker 1 (15:06):
That's what I would do if I were king. Oh yeah,
I would have that. I got the twenty five dollars
to watch just the live stream of Kamala audio. But
I'm gonna come back from the break and let you
hear that. And it was so boring. Let's just say
I had to add some Megandi Stallion creativity to her
(15:27):
event to give it the real feel that Kamala was
going for. But I don't know if you picked up
on this story. As I closed with my leftover Friday
free for All on Monday down in Bakersfield, in this
same truck rolled through Fresno.
Speaker 2 (15:42):
I don't know how long ago.
Speaker 1 (15:43):
They're the peed of people. They don't like us eating meat.
So they went down to this Baker's old barbecue company
and they actually had realistic images of pigs crammed into crates,
all being suffocated and hauled off to the slaughterhouse.
Speaker 2 (15:58):
And then.
Speaker 1 (16:00):
They broadcast via pa speaker screams of the dying pigs
right out in front. But the owner of the diner
and their friends were already prepared for this. It's called
PETA's Hell on wheels truck. They got the words at
the bottom of the truck. Does this bother you? Please
go vegan? But the Bakersfield barbecue company owner had black
(16:22):
shirts of the words I'd smoke that had a diagram
of a pig with each part of it labeled as
the young part the flavor town. And he just had
fun with him. He really thought more people that would
show up to protest the what they were doing, but
he said only the driver of the truck had arrived. Well,
(16:43):
I tell you, I'm looking forward this weekend as I
redo my front yard. I'm gonna set up with some
Kentucky bluegrass and then I'm going to barbecue some nice
thick pork chops. Sorry, Peta, you know, Peta, you know
what that stands for? People eating tasty animals.
Speaker 4 (17:05):
This is the treportary show on the Valley's Power Talk.
Speaker 1 (17:10):
IM just thinking they've been delaying it for I don't know,
one third of my life. This is after nine to eleven, guys.
May seven's to cut off, and I don't have a passport,
so I guess I can't fly. I guess I need
to get in line and have to request what maybe
two days off work? Ridiculous, man, Why don't they focus
(17:33):
on vetting illegals not citizens. Deadline now just five days away.
When I flew at the airport, the TSA lady made
sure she reminded me. I said, I'm fully aware. Thank you,
show me your papers. Please, only real ID complying forms
of ID will be acceptable for federal purpose like boarding
(17:55):
domestic flights or getting into a federal facilities. And this
has been like twenty plus years since they passed this.
It was so important they passed it for our own
safety that we didn't implement it for twenty years. It's
not a national ID card, everybody, Come on, now, it's
not that it's a state I d in compliance with
(18:16):
the federal standards at make it a national ID card.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
May seven. Now, I think if you've.
Speaker 1 (18:23):
Got a passport or some other kid, it's a long
list of things that but I went down that whole list.
I don't have it. And I'll show you a Fresnel
Library card. Can I show you a picture with me
with one of my grandmothers back in the day.
Speaker 2 (18:36):
What something that I now?
Speaker 1 (18:41):
I guess, well, I hope nothing big happens until I
go do this and have to fly. That'd be they're
going to have to have something, some kind of hardship
line that I can go through and they can hook
me up to a light detect or test or something
before I before I board. I think they need to
be a little bit more focused onhat D and I.
(19:02):
Director of National Intelligence Tulsea Gabbard reported that six hundred
people with ties of terrorism were allowed to enter the
United States under the Biden administration and then parolled by
the Biden administration at or they illegally enter the United States.
Maybe we should focus on put all the government effort
right now on all these unvetted people. President Trump, you
(19:23):
would make a whole lot of fans across America, including Democrats,
if you came out and said, you know what, We're
gonna go ahead and let you fly with your driver's
license that you had that you had to show proof
you are kind of who you are to get that,
and we're going to go after the people that have
not been vetted all our attensions. So we're going to
delay this till twenty ninety nine.
Speaker 2 (19:46):
I would applaud that.
Speaker 1 (19:49):
Almost six hundred individuals with ties to terrorist groups coming
through our border in the country. In December, just last year,
after Biden lost, they released a suspected terrorists into the US,
warned warned by Texas law enforcement of the connection and
what did they do? Let them out? Six hundred and
(20:15):
those are the ones that we've caught. Imagine how many
others have come through. I know, I don't even like
to really really talk about it.
Speaker 2 (20:26):
It's a crime what they did.
Speaker 3 (20:28):
You know.
Speaker 1 (20:29):
Another crime that I think happened this week, a crime
against kids. Yeah, the Democrats and Sacramento saying that sixteen
and seventeen year olds that's not child rape. Yeah, that's
a crime as well, but a more of a long
term effect crime on kids. And that's what the President
unified school district board of trustees did hiring Misty her
(20:53):
to be the superintendent. He was all finalized, includes an
annual southy that's more than one hundred thousand dollars above
the ukulele playing superintendent that took off to college one
hundred thousand dollars more. She's getting one hundred thousand dollars
pay bump. And let me remind you she was the
(21:14):
co pilot of this mission to educate our kids that
barely has this inn aultitude above Detroit. Every other school
district across the country does it better, and we thought not.
We these board of super these board of trustees that
spent all of our tax paying money to go hire
life coaches to tell them what to look for. All
(21:37):
these weekend retreats, all this delay, and all the arguments
to look within, look without find. Somebody found the guy
that was a school superintendent of the year. Nah, we
don't need a guy that throws touchdowns. We need to
(21:58):
go with a team that you know, we're having trouble
even having the center hike the ball to the quarterback.
That's where our problems start right there. We can't even
get a play in action. We need to know how
to say.
Speaker 2 (22:10):
Down, said, hold on, don't hike, no nothing.
Speaker 1 (22:16):
How much is superintendent missy her going to make three
hundred and eighty five thousand dollars a year? Well, it's interim.
She's making three hundred and fifty five, and his deputy
superintendent co pilot, she's making two hundred and eighty three,
So earned three hundred and eighty five thousand dollars a year.
How much did Ukulele Bob Nelson make his first year
(22:37):
twenty seventeen two hundred and forty six thousand. Her starting
salary's equivalent to Nelson's starting salary when you factor in
inflation and salary growth, they said this gvwire dot com article.
Her contract gives her a one time payment of two
point five percent of her salary, a fifteen hundred dollars
monthly travel pay, twelve six days, twenty five vacation day.
(23:00):
He's a year, so really working eleven months against lifetime
health benefits. Her first evaluation will be July first of
next year, twenty twenty six, and at that point she
can get up to a seven percent pay race. I
know there's been a lot of people talking Fresnel b
(23:21):
editorial board. They here's their headline, grow up, exclamation point.
Racist language and taunts have no place in diverse Fresno.
And then they talk about her dad, mister Herr remembering
her dad riding through the neighborhood on his way from
he was a custodian from cleaning the school classrooms. She
told the Fresno Bee, I remember my father coming home.
(23:42):
He would get egged. Another time he came home drench
because the neighbors had hosed him. That's a horrible thing
to do to people. But I remember some girls egging
my brother's bedroom window at our house. Was that because
of race? Probably not? Probably was? They were Mong And
(24:04):
the thing about it is, see, it's this mentality today
that this is her. This is the way she's introducing
herself to the public. About my mom didn't have a car,
She walked to the grocery store. How about talking about
what a great country welcomed you. She talked about walking
through the hallways and all the pictures of the former
(24:24):
superintendents were just were white men, and how it gave
her since she's the first woman Mong woman, And how
about sam what a great country and thanks to those
white men for being the superintendent of a school district
that educated me well enough where I can rise to
be a superintendent. How about making it feel good? Yeah,
(24:48):
she said, I want to pause to address a painful truth.
Since declaring myself a candidate, over the past several months,
my family and I have faced harassment, threats, hatefield messages
because I want to compete fairly, simply because I was
daring to lead. This is not politics. It's not harmless,
it's not acceptable. We cannot pretend that racism and hate
are relics of the past.
Speaker 2 (25:08):
They're real.
Speaker 1 (25:09):
Their impact, whether intended or not, is deeply damaging. Still
playing the victim making three it's a country. You're making
three hundred and eighty six thousand dollars a year. Stop
playing the victim.
Speaker 2 (25:20):
Quit it.
Speaker 1 (25:22):
The editorial board ends this with only cowards resort to
racist taunts in language. Presido has no need for them.
Speaker 2 (25:31):
Boy, they're just so obsessed, obsessed by it, aren't they.
Speaker 1 (25:34):
Huh?
Speaker 2 (25:35):
If a little girl like me.
Speaker 5 (25:40):
Could find her place here, Imagine what is possible when
we come together.
Speaker 2 (25:47):
Imagine what we kind of achieve.
Speaker 1 (25:49):
Oh, that sounds like strong leadership. You got a school
district that is the next to worse than the nation.
We need somebody to come in and kick some lockers
and walk down the hallway with a base while bat saying.
Speaker 2 (26:01):
We're going to restore, We're going to start rule of law.
Speaker 1 (26:04):
In this school. We're going to get control of the
kids where the boss. You listen.
Speaker 5 (26:12):
When we stay focused, when we lead, we love, and
when we refuse to let hate win.
Speaker 2 (26:20):
And I love you so incredibly much.
Speaker 1 (26:27):
Hallmark, hmmm, can you feel it. We're going to teach
them to read because when they read, then they know
how to read. And if we don't teach them to read,
they're not going to know how to read, and then
they won't be able to read.
Speaker 2 (26:42):
Wow, the wisdom we hired. Okay, so that's the first goal,
and I think it's a really good goal because if
you don't teach kids to read by first grade, they're
not going you.
Speaker 4 (26:52):
They have to learn how to read before they can
read to really.
Speaker 1 (26:55):
Understand, right, right, Sorry, kids, really sorry kids. We tried,
We tried.
Speaker 4 (27:00):
This is the Tremor Charry Show on the Valley's Power Talk.
Speaker 2 (27:06):
So glad we got JD.
Speaker 1 (27:07):
Van's President Trump's had a great week, So glad he's
not the VP and this in our president.
Speaker 4 (27:13):
As soon as they felt the earth shaking beneath.
Speaker 2 (27:17):
Their feet, we got close.
Speaker 3 (27:21):
And stood next.
Speaker 2 (27:22):
To each other.
Speaker 5 (27:24):
To protect the most vulnerable in the face of crisis.
Speaker 2 (27:30):
The lesson.
Speaker 5 (27:33):
Is don't don't scatter.
Speaker 1 (27:35):
Okay, he thoughts of Kamala Harris. You knew the date
was coming when we were going to see little headlines
like this. California high speed rail leader pushes state to
support private investments.
Speaker 2 (27:49):
Look at that.
Speaker 1 (27:50):
See the state can't get it done. We got to
go to the private arena. That one they're building out
to Vegas will probably be done lickety split. Here they're
already working on that. We had any late track yet,
and they're talking about now needing private investment, and the
bond money is trying up the price tag. Hold on
to your bridges. It's now exceeding one hundred billion dollars.
(28:16):
Who well, real id now, I can't fly, I can't
take a train. It's supposed to be built five years ago. Yes,
and just stick with that old car. Oh wait, they're
trying to get into the gas car. They want us
to walk, don't they. They want to be the equestrians
and we'll be the pedestrians. They'll have their horses, We'll
have our feet.
Speaker 4 (28:37):
They insist that Trevor Cherry show London Valley's Power Talk
