Speaker 1 (00:00):
Their dog to vote, and their dog could actually vote. Right,
that would never happen, but now it has right. Do
you like Larry Elder? Do you don't?

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Should I? Should I vote to recall Newsom? No, he's
a good guy.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
Okay, guys, this happened in California. We're gonna be talking
with president City council member Mike Carbossi. He's running for
presnot County Register of Voters. We'll see if he knows
there has any clue how many dogs are voting in
Fresno County. Presdo County does have fifty six thousand ineligible
and federally disqualified voters on the voter rolls for the

(00:44):
November special election coming up. Twenty seven thousand have been
inactive for ten years. Sayings to Shiloh shallow March California
election integrity on last week with this synth the numbers overdue.
Council Member Carbossi, he's fully aware what's going on. So
we'll talk to him about that at five o'clock today
on the show.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
Right here.

Speaker 1 (01:04):
Now, Yes, this dog voted in California. That's not a joke.
This really happened. This woman was a random five felon
accounts for illegally registering her dog to vote in twenty
twenty one and twenty twenty two elections, then posting on
Facebook a photo of her dog with an eye voted
sticker and the dog's mail in ballot with the name

(01:26):
of the dog on the ballot that was mailed to
the House. President Trump has called for this to end
vote by mail, calls him ripe with fraud and cheating.
Does he have this story yet? Does the White House
have this story yet? Can't you just hear President Trump

(01:48):
out there in Newscombe State, they got dogs voting. He'll
use that till he's out of office. Then he'll continue it.
He'll never stop talking that. He signed an executive order
required voter ID in elections across the country. All big
cap voter ID must be part of every single voter,

(02:09):
no exceptions. No mail in voting except for those that
are very ill in the far away military. Use paper
ballots only. If that's how you want it. You're in
the majority. A poll from Gallup right before the twenty
twenty four elections on it eighty four percent of US

(02:30):
adults are favor requiring voters to show ID. Eighty three
percent support of requiring proof of citizenship. Well, they just
talked to a lot of Republicans, did that No, broken
down by party, sixty seven percent of Democrats, eighty four
percent of Independence and the sane minded ninety eight percent
of Republicans were in favor of mandating voter ID proof

(02:54):
of citizenship. Sixty six percent of Democrats wanted it, eighty
four Independence, and ninety six percent of Republicans wanted it.
But now we got a dog, a dog a lady
registered or dog to vote. This is beyond beyond and
that the dog even died and still got a ballot. Well,

(03:16):
how would they know? There's no death announcement for dogs anywhere?
How would the state know that the dog died? President
Trump used that one too. Can't you hear him tagging
it with and you know what, the dog died and
it still got about it.

Speaker 3 (03:32):
Another post reads, Maya is still getting her ballot. The
good news is Sammy is apparently off voting roles. Investigator say,
your ex is referring to her dog. Maya still getting
ballots in the mail, even after the dog died.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
And we know here in California you don't have to
prove who you are. That's not me, that's the La newspeople.

Speaker 3 (03:53):
The bizarre voting debacle playing out over two elections. In
order to cast a ballot in a state election, the
only thing we're acquired is an affidavit of registration paperwork
that asked for things like a name, address, and political preference,
but does not require proof the dog's ballot was accepted
in the state recall election.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
Oh my, so I guess we can all look at
that if we take it personally, is our vote was
canceled out? Joe Pollock at Breitbart said, California special election
is a referendum on Newsom, and then it is. That's
what we got to do, man, We gotta we got
a thump him. We gotta send him a thump and
send him out on that presidential campaign trail with his

(04:34):
buttocks herding from the boot.

Speaker 2 (04:36):
We gave him.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
Two hundred and fifty million dollars. Well, wait, we got
a deficit, we got wildfires, and as Joe Pollock brought out,
pretty pretty obvious, here a vote for Prop fifty guarantees
California and I'll see a single dollar of the forty

(05:01):
billion Newsom's ask the federal government to provide.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
He said.

Speaker 1 (05:04):
Newsom is attacking Trump in every way possible, making parodies
slammed during him. He's sounds about how the Fed's probably
won't come through. Now when you get people down, when
hurricanes hit Louisiana and you might have a Republican governor,
you go, well, can the Feds then not get you?

(05:26):
Never hear those Republican governors slammed during the president lying
we're gonna Trump proof Losiana, or we're gonna we're gonna
Clinton proof or Biden proof or Obama proof Louisiana. That
two hundred and fifty million that he's spending on the
special election, and you know it's gonna cost more than

(05:48):
that double triple, I don't know. And the thing about it,
he doesn't even have the power to hold this election.
And I've already started.

Speaker 2 (05:59):
To see it. All the prop.

Speaker 1 (06:01):
Fifty he did one where he looked off. I was like,
was that that that press conference or did he stage
that that prey it hit all the people are like yeah,
cheer and form and he was all authoritarian, never once smiled.
I'm taking on, We're saving democracy. Please, dumbed down California,

(06:26):
wake up. The state constitution is it's very very clear.
The districts are to be drawn after we do a census,
and that's by an independent commission. And if Governor dipped
the doo Bills above wanted to change that, he needed
a referendum before drawing a new.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
Man, not after before.

Speaker 1 (06:47):
And he calls his his ill legal behavior defending democracy.
What eight That's why I call him Governor Bills Above.
Governor Satan, father of lies, tries to hide his own
failures by attacking conservative minded people Republicans President Trump, so't

(07:14):
let's send him a thumping with his prop fifty. Vice
President Vance defeated Newsom across seven battleground states and a
theoretical presidential election matchup. Plymouth Union Public Research did a
poll across Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin,
seven key battleground states. Fifty one percent went for Vance,

(07:39):
forty nine for Newsom. That's scary that forty nine went
for Newsom. Well, when we break down who went for Newsom,
sixteen percent had a very favorable view of Governor Satan,
twenty one percent somewhat favorable, twenty five percent had never
heard of him. See there you go, that's he's going
to be able to convince him. Fourteen percent had a

(08:00):
negative view and twenty four percent had a very un
favorable view of Governor dip d do he's a failure.
Man knew some as a failure. Eight months after the
fire down worst ever wildfire California, massive failures, the documents

(08:22):
are now coming out, killed twelve people, estimated twenty billion
in insurance losses alone. This attorney that's representing the fire
victims said, despite what new, some pre deployed hand crews
and some of the fire trucks before the fire number
sent to the Pacific Palisades even though the area had
a brush fire five days earlier. Of course, that reservoir

(08:44):
sat empty empty.

Speaker 2 (08:46):
Man, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
He may have lost their job and fired he may
on the day of the fire, LA Department of Water
and Power knowledge they should have shut off power to
prevent spot fire from starting through the area. The attorney said,
had the power been turned off, spotfires would have been avoided.
Department of Forestry and Fire said none of their trucks

(09:10):
were pre deployed to the Palisades. The documents the attorney
put out here showed a technician who was supposed to
shut off power to a substation didn't arrive until much
later in the day. Three weeks later, he altered log records.
He changed his arrival time from six pm when he
got there back to one forty five, difference of five

(09:33):
and a half hours. The attorney said, this is just
redefining incompetence. This is what you expect to see in
a third world country. You don't expect to see this
in the United States or in the state of California.
I do today we basically you become a third world country.
What do you expect? President Trump said, calling it grossing

(09:56):
competence and suggested a congressional investigator. Yeah, that lady that
was leading Department of Water and Power clueless when I
could understand what she was saying through her thick Brazilian accent.
What's California working on fire victims, water for food in

(10:19):
the valley? Nope, noop, Well they're taking our water away.
But Democrats and Sacramento are working on bills requiring social
media warning labels and an AI chatbot conversation monitoring a kid.
You not, this is what they're focused on. AB fifty six.
It would require platforms to show users a black box warning.

(10:41):
If you're going to be on there for more than
three hours, suddenly you're going to get a California State
harm warning. You could be harming yourself. You could be
harming yourself. They just want control. Also, AB two four
three can companion chatbots, that's what it's called, requires company

(11:03):
that operate them to monitor conversations for mentions of suicide
or self harm. These companies would have to track and
report stats about these interactions to the state's Office of
Suicide Prevention. Well, the only way you could comply with
this would be if you're a company like Meta or
anybody like a you'd have to monitor conversations continuously to

(11:26):
pick up when somebody brought up suicide or self harm.
That's that's what we call widespread surveillance.

Speaker 2 (11:35):
Under the label of safety.

Speaker 1 (11:38):
Yeah, it's already gone through the Assembly now heads a
floor vote. Leave us alone, would you?

Speaker 4 (11:43):
So?

Speaker 1 (11:44):
For zero point one percent who want to talk to
AI about killing themselves, the other ninety nine point nine
we have to be spied on.

Speaker 2 (11:52):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (11:54):
How long do we stay here in California, Ia? Well,
we'll kind of get over that when the weather gets
it's cooler and we'll be back to it because of
the weather man. Isn't it nice it's not snowing outside.
Coming up at the bottom of the hour, we're going
to talk with Steven Quick. He's a father of CAYLEB. Quick,
the young man that was murdered at McDonald's, and clovis
also joining in mister Quick, going to be Samantha Baptista.

(12:18):
She's a mother of Jacob and Madera. He was murdered
also last year and they're out there fighting against his
Sprop fifty seven. So both parents are going to be
here in the studio. Coming up at the bottom of
the hour in just a few minutes.

Speaker 2 (12:31):
This is the Trevor Chary Show on the Valley. He's
power talk.

Speaker 1 (12:36):
He's got a little trouble with the law in his life.
He served five years for a twenty fourteen arm robbery,
got out in September of twenty twenty. Then he was
a resident five months later for assaulting his sister at
her home in Charlotte. He was released no cash bail

(12:57):
in January of twenty twenty five. Even though being diagnosed
with schizophrenia. He called nine to one one to tell
the operator that he had quote a man made material
in his body which was controlling his actions, and they
they let him go. He's got a lengthy rap sheet

(13:17):
with the homeless man with a dozen convictions dating back
to twenty and fourteen was free on the streets when
he allegedly carried out this murder.

Speaker 4 (13:29):
It's just before ten pm on August twenty second, and
thirty four year old de Carlos Brown Junior is seated
on a Charlotte light rail train. Several other people are
around him, according to officials. A few minutes later, the
train doors open and twenty three year old Arena Zurutzka
gets on and takes a seat in front of Brown.

(13:50):
She's wearing what appears to be a worked uniform, AirPods
and looking at her phone. But then the unthinkable happens.
You see Brown pull out what officials say was a
pocket knife. He unfolds it, then stands up behind Zarutzka.
What we aren't showing you is the moment where Brown
then stebs Zeruzka several times, then walks away.

Speaker 1 (14:12):
I saw it story quick this weekend, and I watched
the video and I didn't I didn't read it.

Speaker 2 (14:18):
I just watched it.

Speaker 1 (14:19):
I thought it was a guy at first because her
hair was all pulled up the picture versu he's a
beautiful blonde haired woman. But I thought it was a
young man at first when I first watched it. There,
but they pause it and stop it right when the
knife is coming down, and there she was just looking
at her phone, not realizing that one she had two
seconds left to live. He uh, I guess he took

(14:44):
off his hood he tried to get off the train.

Speaker 2 (14:46):
There was blood dripping here.

Speaker 4 (14:47):
You can see Brown trying to get off the train,
and then a few people spring into action attempting to
save Zeruzka. She would die from her injuries. Meanwhile, Brown,
who has removed his hoodie, waits for the train to
stop and then you see him exit.

Speaker 2 (15:03):
Yeah, we know he was a good guy before this.

Speaker 4 (15:06):
So probably according to court documents, Brown has a criminal
history dating back to twenty eleven, including robbery with a
dangerous weapon and other offenses.

Speaker 1 (15:15):
Yeah, he just let him out on the street, no
cash bail, tasked it in. I'm going to talk to
two people coming up at four point thirty that have
lost their loved ones, their children, this ass in. President
Trump reacted to the stabbing of the twenty three year

(15:37):
old Ukrainian refugee, probably thinking, oh good, I'm not to
worry about dying. I got to America. Here, I'm in
North Carolina, she would tell her relatives on the phone.
Is that a blue or red state? Well, it's kind
of read most of the time. Okay, might have felt
safe there. Lunatic President Trump on it.

Speaker 2 (15:59):
Listen.

Speaker 5 (15:59):
I just give my love and hope to the family
of the young woman who was stabbed this morning or
last night in Charlotte by a madman. A lunatic just
got up and started.

Speaker 4 (16:10):
It's right on the tape.

Speaker 5 (16:12):
Not really watchable because it's so horrible, but just viciously
stab She's just sitting there. So they are evil people.
We have to be able to handle that. If we
don't handle that, we don't have a country. I just
give my love and hope to the family of the
young woman who was stabbed this
