Speaker 1 (00:00):
We sure. Sure, Sorry, no, I'm sure.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
I mean there's a police report, actually report.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
So listen, uh, last Friday, two fridays ago, we were
done here, we're we're hitting hitting the road. We're on vacation,
right right.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
Yeah, you know I was on the on the highway
going north back to balls the spot. It was packed,
every like every lane was jammed, right, everybody was going
top speed. And I noticed, you know, there was a
there's like a there was a dog grooming van in
front of me. I'm a dog guy, so I noticed
crap like that. Just thought like I think, oh, he's

(00:39):
write that number down. Maybe I'll get there. I'll get
some and I'm following the doggie grooming van van called
doggie style Canterra.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
Dog grooming Saloon.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
Yeah, yes, exactly. It's like a mobile it's like a
mobile van. It's like I don't know what you call
those vans. The side door kind of thing, like a
food truck, kind of a kidnapped somebody in you know,
I want to say, the movies I watch and so
but there I am, and the muffler fell off the
doggy style van, the doggy style grooming dog rooming it
fell off and like hit my front of my brand

(01:08):
new car, right in the front left, like it made
a major issue.

Speaker 1 (01:13):
Was it scary?

Speaker 2 (01:14):
It wasn't scary. It was startling, you know, I guess starling.
But I didn't know it had done the damage until
I got home. And but but you heard the hit, right,
So but I heard the hit and I'm like, oh, Christ,
you know, here we go is gonna be something. But
I'm pulling off. There's three things, so I thank god
I saw the van. I saw that, so I called
them and I said, hey, your muffler hit my car.
I don't I just want to see if you want to.

Speaker 1 (01:36):
Work this out.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
I don't want to appreciate it, you know, I don't
want to get you in any trouble or nothing. I mean,
it's not gonna be a big thing. Could be a thousand.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
Bucks though, you know, because you don't want that.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
So I I I didn't get a call back from them,
and I just looked him up online. I noticed the
van and then I'm like starting to think to him.
I said, well, what I'm now, I'm out of a
thousand dollars when I returned my lease, so I called share.
I called Shriff, like you know, I call call Sheriff
Surlo just to ask him share the sheriff I actually
texted him. But yeah, we are tight, we're friends.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
He'll tell you that.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
But and I'm like, what do I do? This is
a weird situation. I'm out this money if I don't
do something. So I mean, the gears kick over there
at the Sheriff's office and and there's a there's a
deputy at my house at like eight o'clock that night.
He's filled out the report.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
Cop shows he's taking the information. He's fully low.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
I knew there'd be somebody showing. I wasn't sure he
was gonna.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
Be like he was.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
You could tell he sent the rookie, which you know,
which I guess I totally get.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
He didn't want to be there. Did you put your
pipe away? Put everything way back?

Speaker 2 (02:39):
I know, I reaked. I'm sure, So I give the thing.
And then but then the next day I'm out there
working on the art and then there's the sheriff in
his big you know, you know, ice enforcement vehicle. It's
all black, and he's like he pulls into my driveway,
he steps out, he's all like badass and like one
of my neighbors.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
Sheriff showing up.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
So it's like, I don't even know how to thank
them for being forgiving me that kind of service that
the sheriff shows up with my finalized report.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
But you don't want to be the guy that puts
Doggy Style out of business.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
I don't, and that's why I called them prior and say, hey,
call me back. I don't want to do that.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
They're probably shaking their doggy boots if the sheriff.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Sheriff tells me I have to make a self report
to the DMV and I had to have up. I
had to fill out a police report because it's going
to come back and buy me in the ass.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
What do you know?

Speaker 2 (03:25):
So I meant a gabby Doggy Style no.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
Got a deal on this side.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
I would know, because I think that's illegal answer in
the state of New York.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
But I mean, I just like, you know, I'm sure
Doggy Style has insurance.

Speaker 2 (03:38):
Well, you go to their Instagram page and there's talk
about the van not working and the van breaking down,
and the van's broken down again. This is back in
twenty three. You know, it's a couple of years ago. Okay,
So I'm just saying.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
There's a history here.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
Yeah, this is the doggy style incident. Had the sheriff
at my house. It had another deputy at my house
the night before that.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
I feel like you're in the driver's sept with this.
Whatever's happening.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
I feel like I'm all right, I got my paperwork,
you know, I feel like I'm good.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
I mean, you know, did you get to the DV
d m V to self reporter not self deport?

Speaker 2 (04:09):
I'm not. I'm not sure how to self deport at
the DMV. I figured I call him to leave a message.
I gotta figure that part out yet.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
If I'm I'm just putting my my just putting on
the doggie style screw shoes here. I'm nervous. Yeah, I'm
hearing this on the radio. Yeah, I'm here. You're finding
Oh I still.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
Know that it was it was that was Quinn that
I did. Then my muffler hit. Now he's talking about it.
But I'm not trying to look I'm not trying to
be the bad guy. But I'm gonna get hit for
you know, a thousand bucks for your stupid muffler.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
Why did you say a thousand bucks? It might be
more than that.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
I'm trying to be nice, trying to be nice, like
it could be twenty five hundred.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
Over the deer that tried to commit suicide against my wife,
but it's like just like five grand repairs.

Speaker 2 (04:53):
Well luckily it's not that bad.

Speaker 1 (04:55):
But you don't know, I do.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
I feel bad for Doggy Style, but we're gonna have
to hash this out. Doggie stif at the police involved.

Speaker 1 (05:01):
Now, if what do you think an anonymous tip, go
ahead and hit the top back button the IYHET radio Apple.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
I think it was exciting for the sheriff's depart because
it's not normally the type of thing that happens.

Speaker 1 (05:13):
Did you tell me the sheriff poop pooed your neighborhood
has a nice place.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
He gets out of the car, stands up, puts his
thumbs in the belt like you know, I don't know
Roscoe pat coach drainers And this is a nice little neighborhood,
nice little neighbor. Come on, sheriff, work hard for this
beautiful neighborhood.

Speaker 1 (05:34):
Team posted with his story.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
