you're currently on tour. How's the tour going?

Speaker 4 (00:13):
It was going great, man, really funny. A lot of
big lass people feel good about it, and I think
I'm doing some of my best work. So come check
it out, especially live. Like you know, stand up is
a journey. I've been doing it now consistently for fifteen
years stand up so I feel like I'm really logged
my ten thousand hours and I'm really getting really good

What's driving what's driving the funny nowadays? What's like? What's
inspiring you?

Speaker 4 (00:41):
You know what's crazy? What inspires me is the pain.
As you get older, life gets really dark and really
hard and you have to find and discover last from
dark places.

I write in blood now, and I think that's what sticks,
and that's what's funny, because it's real, right, and it's
not about telling Joe, telling the truth and the painful
truth in a very funny way.

I was from New Hampshire, but I'm in Albany.

I was watching you in Rising.

You know that's the capital of You know, Albany is
the capitol of New York. And I always thought New
York was capitol New York. And when I went to Albany,
I was like, this is born as hell. I think
they should make New York New York.

When you're going up against New York City, it ain't easy.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
You know, you're in good company, Rebecca the Lobo things
were boring as hell as well.

Marlon. I was watching Uh Rise of Cobra this week
and Joe g I Joe Rise of Cobra and you
didn't make the second one. Did you really get shot
in Rise of Cobra?

Apparently?

I don't know.

I think that found a really cool way to not
pay me.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
So God bless him the course he d that's right.

Much rather than much other than kill killed me that
way than to see it getting one and got a
check and he killed him. He was like he was
in there just to get a check and he left.

you were you were the Batman and Tim Burton's Batman,
but then it was recast. Is that true?

I was the Robin and Tim Burton Batman and it
was recast. Chris o'donald.

Speaker 3 (03:00):
Do you still get the royalty checks? You still get
royalty checks from that movie.

Speaker 4 (03:03):
Last check that out was for a dollar and sixty
five days, So I guess yes, all right, that's interesting
a check like that. You're getting mad going to the bank.
The ben Telligence looks at you and just goes, let
me give you this money out of my pocket.

If if you had gotten that role, would we still
see Robin in the Batman movies today?

Speaker 4 (03:22):
No? If I was Robin, I think they didn't want
me to be Robin because Black Robin his comin Peoples
would have been way bigger than Batman's due to the upstagium.
