Gen Yeah, exactly.

Gen x'es are managing gen Z now, so he's got
you got a little bit of an age gap. Things
are done a little bit differently. So these are these
are things that piss off gen X bosses. When they
hear the gen Z employees say these things, it's just
like raising a child.

If it pisses them off, or it just gives them
such great pause, like just not know what to say
next when they say stuff like that, that's not my problem, boss,
that's not my problem. That's one thing they say.

Yeah? Yeah, I don't know about that, and I don't know,
but can we do this? It makes more sense currently.

But some of these are not These are not all bad.

love that they're just I love that they're staying to
they're so hardcore with these beliefs. Gen X isn't changing

I walk on eggshells around him because I do know
how much pressure. Well, he can't know how much pressure
he hates.

Speaker 2 (02:31):

These are gen Z employee things that they say that
piss off your gen X bosses. And here's another one
I get from the kids. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed

Okay, fault not fault. I love it. I think it's
the right way to raise a creature. It's interesting, for sure,
to not be as optimal
