Speaker 1 (00:01):
All right, I think enough is enough. I think I
have to call out Emily for something that's been going on.
And I don't know if I'm offended or what, because
I know her so well that I guess I'm not
and I know how she is. But it's clear what's

(00:21):
going on, yeah, because it's really amped up. So here's
the deal. Every single morning, we all arrive at different
times into the studio. So Sky gets to the radio
station first, and then me and then Emily and Thor
sort of arrive at the same time. And it depends,

(00:45):
you know, if Emily is going to walk in or not.
If Thor goes in first, she doesn't want to walk
in with you.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
She'll take overly long.

Speaker 1 (00:54):
And you know what's going on. Yeah, she'll take.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
Says that time, like this morning, and I'll park and
she'll take an extended amount of time.

Speaker 3 (01:05):
I have the water, bottle of Bronco, my coffee. I
have my keys that are separate, my key card that's
in the thing that I had, my life card. You
see me walk in and I have to put everything
into my purse because it's all kind of scattered in
my car, so I do have to look up.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
She takes an exhorbit.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
Sometimes I'll just.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
Sit there and see how long I can sit there
with that bottle stand off, because I know she's not
getting out. We'd still be sitting there. Oh, I'd still
be in the car, and she'd still be in there
because she doesn't want to walk doesn't want to walk
in at the same time.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
That's crazy. Yeah, so I know this about Emily. That's
how she is. Oh yeah, So we all arrive, you know,
at the radio station. Me and Sky are back in
the office, Thores in the main studio, Emily's in her studio,
and then about five ten I come in to the
main studio and start getting set up and doing all
that stuff. And one of my duties is to print

(01:56):
out our like show grid, which has you know, everything
we're going to be talking about. And I give a
copy to thor keep a copy for myself, give a
copy to Sky, and then I walk over and go
into Emily's studio every single morning and drop off her copy.
Now that will come with just a variety of things.

(02:19):
It depends what's going on. So like sometimes there will
be a full conversation with Emily where if like something happened,
I have to fill her in on something, or if
we watch The Bachelor, then I and then she'll she'll
kind of excitedly turn around and be like, did you
watch YEA and so, and then we'll chat or you know,

(02:42):
random stuff. Very rare. Okay, we have full blown conversations. Yeah,
and then every once in a while I'll get a
turnaround and hello or good morning again. Very rare. What
has developed over the years is just I walk in,
drop it off. Emily kind of glances and then turns

(03:06):
back around and says nothing.

Speaker 4 (03:07):
Oh, you guys are to the sky and Eddie place.

Speaker 5 (03:10):
Cause when me and you get here every morning, it's
so funny how we all have our routines. I mean
because Eddie and I have been working together for over
twenty years, and so every morning we arrived to the
office and we don't speak a word, like literally, we
do not speak a word to one another until ninety
nine percent of the time until we come into this room.

Speaker 3 (03:32):
How uncomfortable does that make you? Because silence to you
is like your worst nightmare.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
Yeah, in the zero for me, I prefer it.

Speaker 4 (03:39):
Yeah, Edi, Eddie's a big fan.

Speaker 5 (03:40):
Like if I sneeze or something, I kind of feel
Eddie's body language. Go oh, don't let this start like
a conversation or something. So in the beginning, you're right,
like coming out of my skin. I would try and talk,
but you know, twenty plus years now, it would be
weird to talk at this point.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
Yeah, you bebopping' and booping because I know when you'
get uncomfortable you do that.

Speaker 6 (04:02):
Does she do that?

Speaker 1 (04:03):
No?

Speaker 7 (04:03):
No?

Speaker 4 (04:04):
Really, so yeah, because we're used to it.

Speaker 1 (04:07):
This is this is us, it's it's heaven.

Speaker 5 (04:10):
Okay, you don't need to call it happen. I just mean, like,
we have our routine. So now you two are to
the point where he can drop off.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
The so authoritized routine is different as well. Yeah. So
most of the time, it takes there some time to
warm up, okay, and get like a couple of coffee.
It isn't until and this happens almost every morning, so
I'm in here for a good solid ten minutes. He
goes and gets the things that he printed off the printer.

(04:41):
When he comes back in, he will be the first
to speak, yeah, and then I know, okay, now it's okay.
Now he's okay, yeah, okay. This morning was different though
he spoke to me right out of the gate, which
I was like, whoa must something must have happened. He
asked me about something and then and then that led
to did you watch Big Brother last night? And then
that led to conversation, which very early for him. So

(05:02):
he's in a good mood today and that will also
I know what mood he's in based on how we speak.
So it's all that's so so emily and ized dynamic
has now become I just dropped the paper off. She
gives me sort of a glance, and that's it and
then no speaking. Okay, And I don't know if we've
just this is where we're like an old married couple

(05:24):
now and this is just where we're at, and we
don't care. I don't know if she prefers it. I
don't know if she hates it. I don't know anything. Well,
now we have a whole new situation that has happened.
And I've noticed this happened over the last i'd say
month or so, and I haven't said anything about it.
But today was obvious, like I don't even know what

(05:44):
the hell what's happening now? And I don't know if
she's gonna admit it, if she's gonna say, oh, hey,
I didn't even know do you. So we've heard her
say before. If she's out and about, like in a
gross she store or whatever, and she sees somebody she knows,
she will do everything she can to avoid a conversation

(06:08):
with that person.

Speaker 4 (06:09):
Yeah, okay, Yeah.

Speaker 5 (06:10):
She's explained to us that the way her anxiety works
is she's more comfortable running into and doing small talk
with strangers than with actual people she knows and likes, right,
which is kind of hard for us to understand, but.

Speaker 1 (06:23):
Which goes back to not wanting to walk into the
building with thors here. So true, like if if some
weirdo stranger guy was walking in, She's fine, she's fine,
But one of her best friends she doesn't want to
she doesn't want to talk to me. It doesn't make sense.
I know, it is what it is. And so again me,
I feel like I'm one of her best friends. You are, well. Now,

(06:44):
what she has been doing is she knows the timing
of when I come in, pass out the papers, and
then walk in there. Now all of a sudden, for
the past I don't know, like several weeks. That is
now the time Emily disappears to go fill up her
water bottle exactly the time that I go in there

(07:06):
to drop off the paper, really to avoid any any
interaction with me whatsoever. Yeah, and I know it's intentional,
even if she will claim that it's coincidence. Yeah, am
I right or am I wrong?

Speaker 6 (07:21):
Everything?

Speaker 3 (07:23):
The majority of what everybody has said is accurate.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
Yeah, you're a freak show.

Speaker 4 (07:28):
Okay, if I don't think, i'd mean she's ying.

Speaker 3 (07:31):
Right now, I'm way more uncomfortable being alone with any
of you in this room, including also my friends, even
let's say a family member at certain points.

Speaker 6 (07:40):
Okay, that's my worst nightmare.

Speaker 1 (07:41):
What your worst nightmare is to be with your friends?

Speaker 7 (07:44):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (07:46):
Friends?

Speaker 3 (07:46):
On timing, it tends on timing, but like certain situations,
especially at this early in the morning, like I don't
wake up as early as you guys, because I want
to sleep like as late as I can, so I
don't wake up like so I've just I've only woke
it up at four twenty five massive issues like five ish.

Speaker 6 (08:02):
You know I've only been up for like forty minutes.
I I don't. I have not been doing the.

Speaker 1 (08:12):
Leaving when you you know what time I come in there.

Speaker 6 (08:15):
I do I do.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
But that also is the time that I've finished mostly
majority finished my makeup, And it's also the time I've
done everything. Like I'm done with my stuff in the
morning by like five ten, like I'm done with the
you know the email we sent.

Speaker 6 (08:32):
It does?

Speaker 3 (08:32):
Hey?

Speaker 6 (08:33):
I mean, what are you doing? And you're looking at Twitter?

Speaker 2 (08:35):
Not true grinding, grinding, I don't think logs.

Speaker 3 (08:40):
I mean that takes you five minutes. You're done with
that by five I see you. It has just happened
to be that few years ago.

Speaker 1 (08:47):
This is a lot.

Speaker 4 (08:48):
Yeah, well she's just like she's getting flustered. You see it.

Speaker 6 (08:51):
I needed water. I didn't.

Speaker 3 (08:54):
I usually fill my water out before dehydrated, before I
leave for work.

Speaker 4 (08:58):
Dehydration a serious thing.

Speaker 1 (08:59):
I like, you fill up your water bottle before you
leave your your house?

Speaker 6 (09:03):
Yeah, because I like to drink it on the way in.
You do, I don't. I don't stand there. Should fill
the whole thing up.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
But I'll go to my like my house thing and
fill up like a good amount so I have something
to drink on the way in.

Speaker 4 (09:14):
Who fills a water bottle halfway?

Speaker 5 (09:16):
Like, if you're filling a water bottle, you're filling a
water bottle.

Speaker 7 (09:19):
You don't antsy I am, and also say I'm running
a little bit late. I just I fill it up
so that it gets a splash point A to point P.

Speaker 3 (09:26):
Okay, okay, you never heard, but okay, And it did
happen a couple of times that I happened to be
leaving the studio when Eddie was coming in. And I
do get deathly uncomfortable when you come in.

Speaker 7 (09:41):
And we don't definitely don't contact sometimes. Yeah, that's fact
that makes me so uncommon. What would you figure this
out and know what our things say. We need to
know what this is gonna be.

Speaker 3 (09:53):
But I'm not I'm not saying one hundred percent it's
been I'm trying to like I needed.

Speaker 1 (09:58):
But we'll say then, okay, eye roll. Here's the thing.
Here's the thing. I would not have even brought this up.
But it's been the same for how long you've been
on the show, six seven years and nothing has changed.
This is recent, all of a sudden has been the
she's never I know her schedule in there like she

(10:21):
does her things, she writes her email, she does the
thing where she leans back in her chair and puts
on her makeup and like this, and I'm watching her
put her makeup on it.

Speaker 2 (10:33):
I know, I thought about getting a curtain for the window.

Speaker 4 (10:36):
She would love that wouldn't make it.

Speaker 1 (10:41):
She freaking loves that. I know your schedule, I know
what you're doing so exactly. That is why you're disappearing.
Now you're pulling a disappear in act on me. So uh,
that's why I know something's happened. And now she can't
take it anymore, and she's just going and fill a
water ball. So sucks. Man, what do you I'm not

(11:03):
saying that. What do you want our dynamic to be?
When I drop off the paper? Oh?

Speaker 6 (11:09):
Wow?

Speaker 4 (11:09):
In a perfect world, Emily, And do you want me
to go with you?

Speaker 1 (11:12):
I might need a buddy. I might need a buddy, Okay, everybody, Yeah, safety,
and neither one of us speak.

Speaker 4 (11:21):
We all just stand in there and stare at him.

Speaker 1 (11:25):
She would kill.

Speaker 6 (11:27):
Sweat was so hot, but it was so uncomfortable.

Speaker 1 (11:32):
What's the dynamics because I'll do what you want? Is it?

Speaker 6 (11:38):
How weird is it when we don't?

Speaker 3 (11:39):
I think it's weird for a human to enter a
small space like that, yes, with another human to not
say hello, right, But that's what you guys.

Speaker 6 (11:47):
Said, you don't even say, And I think that's really
freaking weird.

Speaker 2 (11:49):
I say, whenever I go into the office, to being
in the fridge to I always say morning to Sky.
I don't know if it's a lot, I just say morning.

Speaker 1 (11:59):
I say morning.

Speaker 5 (12:00):
I'd say about fifty percent of the time. It leads
to a conversation.

Speaker 2 (12:04):
Because sometimes I have something to say. He's ready to talk, Yeah,
he's right. Tomorrow you have seen a show we like,
so Tomorrow All the morning?

Speaker 4 (12:11):
Did you watch? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (12:13):
But that's yeah, that's really it.

Speaker 1 (12:14):
Okay, so weird. Here's the thing I don't understand, though,
is you were the morning or hello or whatever and
then you stopped it. Oh, Like I would never be
the person that would initiate good morning or hello. You
what would turn around and be like hello, that's that
was usually what you would do. You'd go hello and British,

(12:35):
yeah a little bit. And that's so I drop up
and I'd be like, hey, you drop off the paper
or whatever, and I don't know what happened. You stopped it? Oh,
you stopped it? So what do you what happened?

Speaker 6 (12:48):
I wish I knew?

Speaker 1 (12:49):
Did you sense that? I hate it.

Speaker 3 (12:51):
I think that's what it is, because the way that
you just acted it out, that was your actual I'm
remembering now, that was the way. You're right. I would go,
I would turn on go, I do like do a
half turn hello, yeah, and then you'd go.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
But like what like it's almost I don't have to
have that with Sky, I don't have to have that
with Thor, but I have to have the hello with you.

Speaker 6 (13:12):
It's also because you come in and you put the paper.

Speaker 1 (13:16):
Just it's a two second interaction, like it's.

Speaker 6 (13:19):
A two seconds say anything.

Speaker 1 (13:21):
Yes, I dropped the paper off, and then that's it.
I did my duty and then I got to come
back in here and do work.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
I mean, you're shot out of a cannon sometimes in
the morning.

Speaker 6 (13:30):
Well it depends, I mean, because.

Speaker 7 (13:32):
You're hellos, you know well, I mean, hello, chill out.

Speaker 2 (13:37):
If it's a Monday, it's usually this weekends, Friday, Friday,
especially Thursday Fridays just pumped up.

Speaker 4 (13:45):
Yeah, he's ready to go.

Speaker 6 (13:46):
But if I haven't put my face on you, I
don't want to see any human being.

Speaker 1 (13:50):
Are we going back to our good morning hellos? Can
you stop disappearing on me?

Speaker 6 (13:57):
I guess we could try that out.

Speaker 1 (13:58):
If I don't have water, I'm going to get you.
But you've never done that before.

Speaker 6 (14:03):
What's in a while?

Speaker 1 (14:04):
No very? I mean it was like one percent of
the time.

Speaker 6 (14:08):
What's in a while?

Speaker 1 (14:11):
I don't know what's going on with this? Is it
really is? Now that I've talked about it, it's gonna
get worse. Now tomorrow when I drop the people, she's
gonna come out of her skin. I guarantee you it's
gonna be all.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
She's just gonna be sitting in the.

Speaker 3 (14:24):
Way.

Speaker 7 (14:24):
I'm gonna I'm not gonna get in it now until
my fifteenth Okay, hold on, It's insanity.
