a full like five days till I finally figured out
what the hell was going on. So, yeah, my birthday
was on Wednesday, and you know, it was great. There
were gifts. I was so thrilled. There was an orchid
plant and beautiful cards. And the plan was is that
we were going to go to uh after my daughter

got home from school, we were going to go to
ut See Mall. We were going to do a little
shopping maybe the three of you, yes.

to the not really getting details. Yeah, he got the
low ones. Didn't want those, But that's okay. I guess
the thought that counts. That's where I was at at
the moment. But when I opened his card, I noticed
my daughter kind of shoots him a look and then

clothes aren't really my thing. But I really like this store.

grab it before we go? And he goes, oh, it's virtual,

myself to my little birthday gift. So that comes on
this past Sunday and I'm like, okay, great, we're gonna

not my birthday, so the husband is no longer accompanying
us to the mall. And so Sunday comes and I'm like, okay,
we're gonna go to the mall. And so I go
to the husband and I go, hey, we're gonna go
to the mall check out that Free People Movement store.
Can I get the gift card? And he's like, oh, yeah,
it's virtual, and I'm like, yeah, can you could just

like forward it to me if you don't want to
print it out and like whatever, I'll just tap out yeah,
I'll just have it on my email like whatever. And
he goes, oh, by virtual, I meant verbal, what do
you mean verbal? He goes, well, like, I told you

planning on using my credit card when we went to
the store.

buy whatever you want? I don't understand, because he didn't
even at that point, he didn't give you the credit
card his credit card.

No, So when we went to the store on my
actual birthday, I was assuming that if I had found something,
when we got to the register, he was going to
pull out a gift card like.
Speaker 1 (11:47):
It a god under said, when you and your daughter went,
is what I'm saying, Oh yeah, I just you just
bought something.
Speaker 2 (11:52):
Right, Yeah, I just brought my purse with me and
we went to the mall.
Speaker 1 (11:55):
So did you buy anything from that store though?
Speaker 4 (11:57):
Yeah?

Okay, so that's the gift is it? Is that what
he's claiming? Oh yeah, I got you that.
Speaker 4 (12:03):
Yeah, I would be the next level like you are
so cool, I would be hurt. Well, I would be
like you basically just flap.
Speaker 5 (12:15):
Not a victim blame, but I feel like, did you
say something to him that you weren't happy with this?
Speaker 4 (12:21):
Well, I gave him like the I was so confused.
Speaker 2 (12:24):
So well, I was so confused when it came out.
I actually looked at him and I go, wait, so
you're telling me you didn't actually get me again, and
he goes.
Speaker 5 (12:34):
It's a verbal and then did you say all that
really hurts my.
Speaker 4 (12:36):
Feelings and that's not a thing.
Speaker 1 (12:38):

I just kind of gave a like, you know, hand
at your face and I walked it, turned and walked away,
