Speaker 1 (00:01):
That's green day on the show. It's Rock one O,
five to three. All right, we are about to probably
get into a fight.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
You know.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
It is time for our version of the Newly Wag game.
It is time for the Newly Show game. Usually, Alan,
I do pretty well at this game, but this morning
has been interesting. No no, no, no no.

Speaker 3 (00:24):
I had a little bit of a disagreement coming back
to the and I didn't even.

Speaker 1 (00:28):
Think it was really that that big of a deal.
I don't feel like it was a big deal. But fight, No.
All it takes is for them to get one question
wrong and it's gonna Yeah, so the girls are going
to go to the sound proof booth first. Jamie is
going to ask me and throw the questions, and then
you'll come back in and try to match your answers.

(00:50):
That means you Sky, you gotta go. She's sipping coffee,
hanging out, you got it. Yeah, Well that's every it's
literally every one of her shirts and hair.

Speaker 4 (01:04):
She walks wild hair.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
Bro wilder than Jamie's. I'm having a more nightmare. Yeah
all right, you think so? Would you ever buzz it?

Speaker 5 (01:18):
I've I've thought about it before. Oh wow, I'm never
gonna go through with it, but there's days where I
wake up and I'm like, I hate my hair back.
You know, my family, My family balds fast.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
So I'm young though. My cousins who are like.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
I'm talking about this, go ahead and ask questions. Sorry
I got bored real fast.

Speaker 6 (01:40):
Sorry?

Speaker 1 (01:41):
Sorry? What age your family history?

Speaker 4 (01:46):
Your family is?

Speaker 1 (01:47):
I'm sorry? Yes, sir?

Speaker 5 (01:51):
What age does your partner think the cut off for
trick or treating should be?

Speaker 6 (01:55):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (01:57):
I'm pretty sure that Emily's son Reed went trick or
treating last year and he was fourteen last year. I'm
not sure if he's going this year. I haven't heard
anything yet, so I think she's okay with it. If
he did want to go at fifteen, I think she

(02:17):
would be cool, But I'm not sure. I'm going to
say this is it though, fifteen is going to be
the cutoff age this year? I don't know. That's a
tricky one.

Speaker 5 (02:26):
All right, Thor what age does your partner think should
be the cutof for trick or treating?

Speaker 4 (02:31):
I mean she wants to go trigger treating with her
kid this year.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
I don't know what's Sky's age? Forty eight?

Speaker 4 (02:36):
Yeah, Skyjay is forty eight. I'm gonna say fourteen because
Sky still wants to be like cool and wants her
daughter to be super cool. So I think fourteen is
the age that you stop trig or treating, because I
want to say thirteen. At thirteen's you can still egg
a house. Fourteen is the age I feel like.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
She goes last year.

Speaker 6 (02:54):
I don't.

Speaker 4 (02:55):
I don't think so either, So but I'm just gonna
say fourteen. Okay, like thirteen, you could still do it.

Speaker 5 (03:00):
That makes sense, Okay, all right, fourteen, So I'm gonna
stick with you. Which show member does your partner say
they would trust most with giving directions?

Speaker 4 (03:10):
Giving directions?

Speaker 1 (03:12):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (03:12):
Man, I don't know. I mean, no one's gonna say me,
but I know where I'm going pretty well in San Diego.
Uh but Skott's gonna say, Eddie, I feel like Sky's
gonna go with the ed Man.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
Nobody calls me the lease.

Speaker 4 (03:35):
I've never heard that one, Eddie.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
Thanks Tye, damn it, Eddie.

Speaker 5 (03:42):
Which show member would your partner say they would trust
most with giving directions?

Speaker 1 (03:46):
Uh? Yeah, I mean nobody really is that bad or
that good? Yeah, you kind of don't. But if I
had to go somewhere and for some reason I didn't
know how to get there. I would probably trust Sky
the least. She gets so confused about getting anywhere, Like
remember when you try to tell her where to park

(04:07):
downtown and she couldn't figure any of it out. Yeah,
I think it will be fine. Emily's lived here the longest,
but I don't. But she doesn't leave her next that much.

Speaker 4 (04:19):
She knows. She knows La Mesa and that was it.

Speaker 1 (04:22):
Yeah. So I guess they may say me just because
I don't know, maybe because I'm the oldest.

Speaker 4 (04:29):
I feel like they wouldn't trust me.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
Yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (04:32):
I'm helping you.

Speaker 1 (04:33):
I don't know. Thank you for your I'm gonna say me,
although I don't know why. Like what, I'm okay with directions,
but I don't know.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
I use directions to get here sometimes.

Speaker 1 (04:42):
I'm sorry. Okay, you're talking a little too much.

Speaker 5 (04:46):
Jo.

Speaker 1 (04:48):
This is making me nervous for when thors out on.

Speaker 2 (04:53):
Last question.

Speaker 5 (04:54):
Okay, which type of cracker snack does your partner before?
Wheat thins, goldfish, cheese, it's rits or trisc.

Speaker 1 (05:01):
It ah crap, she literally eats all of those things.
She's a big snacker, so even in the morning before
we even go on the air, She's got something in
her mouth and is walking in here and I'm like,
what are you eating? And she's like, oh, cheese, it's
I'm like, okay, or wheat thin and she says at
home she does the same thing. So she eats all
of that stuff. I know that. I would say wheat

(05:24):
thins she eats the most in here, but she said
before that she loves goldfish, and I think she eats
them and snacks on them a lot at home. So
I'm gonna go goldfish, even though I think it could
be either one. Yeah, but she's a goldfish, yeah, she said,
she said that, right, Yeah, Okay, I remember that.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
Okay, all right?

Speaker 5 (05:44):
Thora last question, which type of cracker snack does your
partner prefer? Wheat thins, goldfish, cheese? It's ritz or trisc it,
I mean if saltines. Yeah, obviously, I've never really seen
her eat ritz. I know she likes goldfish, but at
the end of the day, what's the most old lady cracker?

Speaker 1 (06:02):
A trisk it?

Speaker 4 (06:03):
So I feel like Sky eats trisk its one, yeah,
but I don't know though.

Speaker 1 (06:10):
Actually Emily's trisc It's in you all right, so the
girls wear in these sound from booth, I couldn't hear anything,
so they'll now try to match your answers.

Speaker 2 (06:17):
All right, Sky, I'm gonna start with you.

Speaker 5 (06:19):
Okay, what age do you think the cutof for trick
or treating should be?

Speaker 7 (06:24):
M hmm, what age do I think that should be?

Speaker 1 (06:28):
Say forty eight? Do I have to pick an age?

Speaker 5 (06:32):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (06:33):
Oh, I mean, if that's the question, dude, I have
to pick it age.

Speaker 6 (06:37):
Honestly, I feel that if you're in the spirit, any age, Like,
if you're dressed up, haven't.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
You can't any age?

Speaker 4 (06:45):
So if you're twenty six, you should you can go trigger.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
If you're in the spirit.

Speaker 7 (06:50):
Yeah, if you're in the spirit, if you're having.

Speaker 5 (06:51):
Fun, if I come to your door and say trick
or treat, you'll just weirdy this weird.

Speaker 7 (06:56):
Dress like you're dressing out no cost Yeah, in a costume.

Speaker 4 (06:58):
You don't think he's a freak show by himself.

Speaker 7 (07:02):
Well, that's kind of weird by himself with a pillowcase. Yeah,
I think he's lonely.

Speaker 6 (07:06):
But but honestly, but okay, but I'm feeling that I
have to give an age thor this type of a question. Yeah,
that's very he's embarrassed. He's my partner.

Speaker 7 (07:20):
I see it all.

Speaker 6 (07:22):
I'm gonna say, Thor thinks I think fifteen is.

Speaker 7 (07:27):
The cutoff age.

Speaker 2 (07:29):
So close Thor said fourteen.

Speaker 7 (07:31):
Oh, I was going to go sixteen. Actually, man, we
were so close.

Speaker 1 (07:36):
We were You did your daughter last year?

Speaker 7 (07:40):
Yeah, and I think they're going to go again this year. Yeah,
a group of them.

Speaker 1 (07:44):
They're to be any age. Are you going with them? No,
I'm the spirit.

Speaker 7 (07:49):
I mean I would love to, but I don't think
I'm in cigarettes. Last year ago, no one's having We're
on the safety.

Speaker 5 (07:59):
Sorry, all right, Emily, what age do you think should
be the cutoff for trick or treating?

Speaker 3 (08:06):
I mean, I think if you're dressed up and you're
festive or treating is fun.

Speaker 1 (08:11):
What happened to you right there?

Speaker 3 (08:13):
Okay, I'm just really nervous. I don't know which way
she says that I'm gonna go again.

Speaker 4 (08:18):
If a twenty year old kid was dressed though, and
knocked on the door, she'd be like, what a weirdo?

Speaker 3 (08:23):
Yeah, and I get annoyed. I also like to walk
around in the neighborhood with like you're treating you're a
forty year old mom, Hey, we don't need to clear that.
I was gonna I was gonna go with stop it
one month, partner, stop it, partner, and my son's going
to trick or treat. I do I have said that.

(08:45):
I do get like kind of annoyed, and like I
have pointed out that there are parents that go like
actually without their kids, so they're just adults trick or treating,
and I think that's weird. I am all over the
place rights because I was going to say never age,
no age, never ageleverage, there's no cut off. Please, Okay,

(09:06):
I'm gonna I'm gonna go with fifteen.

Speaker 2 (09:11):
And he said fifteen.

Speaker 7 (09:15):
I sailed it. After all that, that's wild.

Speaker 6 (09:19):
She still doesn't seem to believe it, so.

Speaker 1 (09:23):
I thought I didn't. I haven't heard anything about your
son trig or treating this year, so I thought it
was done. And I was like, okay, so maybe fifteen
is the age that she thinks it's done. But you
pulled that out. It's crazy.

Speaker 3 (09:35):
I just feel like that's a common number. Yeah, I agree,
So that's why I ended up going with it. Last minute,
I panicked, but I worked.

Speaker 1 (09:41):
Out we're the best, Okay, that was how we got there.

Speaker 3 (09:47):
We got there whatever?

Speaker 7 (09:48):
Goodness?

Speaker 1 (09:49):
Okay, what happened?

Speaker 5 (09:50):
All right, Emily, I'm gonna stick with you for this one. Yes,
which show member would you trust most with giving directions?

Speaker 3 (09:59):
Ooh? I feel like Sky, no way, because she doesn't
leave the.

Speaker 7 (10:07):
You don't have to vomit. That is where I live, Okay,
I know where it is.

Speaker 3 (10:14):
She's not giving me directions. Thor does know his way
around town, but he's been here less time than Eddie.
So I'm gonna say Eddie.

Speaker 2 (10:23):
Eddie went with Eddie.

Speaker 1 (10:28):
Don't say anything else.

Speaker 3 (10:29):
But we're nailing it.

Speaker 1 (10:30):
Yes, we're killing it right.

Speaker 2 (10:31):
What about you? Sky?

Speaker 5 (10:32):
Which show member would you trust most with giving directions?

Speaker 3 (10:36):
Oh?

Speaker 7 (10:36):
Okay?

Speaker 6 (10:39):
Like at first, I'm thinking Emily born and raised here,
but then I feel like with Emily there may like
she won't know the name of the street. She'll be like,
you know that taco shop, the one with like the
really good nachos. You turn there, and I'd be like what.
So I'm kind of leaning towards Eddie too. I feel
like Thor knows his way around, but for some reason,
I feel like he'd skip a step. He'd like forget

(11:00):
a street, and that's really bad. I'm no, I'm gonna
go Eddie.

Speaker 2 (11:07):
I went with Eddie.

Speaker 4 (11:10):
I know my way around really well. Second, Emily doesn't
go past a certain point.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
She's done.

Speaker 3 (11:17):
But I am good with directions in my area in
your area. But I mean, I'm from and I don't
live in Lemon Grove. There's nothing wrong with that. A lot.

Speaker 5 (11:29):
Okay, last question, Sky, which type of cracker snack do
you prefer wheat thins, goldfish, cheese, its rits or trisk it?

Speaker 7 (11:41):
Oh damn, can you read it one more time?

Speaker 5 (11:43):
Sorry, wheat thins, goldfish cheese, its rits, or trisk it.

Speaker 6 (11:50):
I'm between cheese, its and trisc It's right now. I
do enjoy a wheat thin every once in a while,
but it's been years.

Speaker 7 (12:00):
I don't know how the word would answer this.

Speaker 6 (12:02):
The only the most recent thing he's seen me eat
is jeesus, we have cheese. It's in this fun fall
mix we're sharing back in the office that his wife made.

Speaker 7 (12:11):
We got cheese.

Speaker 6 (12:11):
It's here in our kitchenette, and every once in a while,
Gil a handful. So I'm saying cheez.

Speaker 2 (12:16):
It four went with trisc it.

Speaker 4 (12:21):
I feel like that is the quintessential old person crow.
If I asked fifteen listeners, what's Sky's favorite cracker, I
feel like they would all go all trisc it. You
feel I feel like you were like the poster girl
for trisk.

Speaker 7 (12:39):
I not mad, it's just the way you're describing it.
It's kind of.

Speaker 1 (12:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (12:46):
That was my reason.

Speaker 7 (12:47):
I mean the fact that you see me eat them
in here once a week. Cheese its you know that
didn't wasn't.

Speaker 4 (12:51):
Effect didn't think about it.

Speaker 7 (12:53):
Okay, all right, well bad loved Okay.

Speaker 5 (12:56):
All right, Emily, last question, which type of crackers do
you prefer? Wheat thins, goldfish, cheese, its rits, or trisc it.

Speaker 3 (13:06):
I mean, they're all fun. I like them all. I
like them all I did. I like cheese it's and
I like goldfish, and they kind of wore equal until
work killed the cheese. It's thing for me. I do
enjoy goldfish. We have them at my house.

Speaker 7 (13:18):
Oh you over cheese?

Speaker 1 (13:18):
Its over cheese, wow.

Speaker 3 (13:20):
But I love triskets. Those are like my go to.
Like that's when I do like, I like having cheese
crackers at my house and I do have them with triskets.
I eat trisc It's in there often. I have the
garlic triskets that Eddie says he could smell when I
come in here and I'm eating them. So it's between
that a goldfish. But I'm gonna go with triskets.

Speaker 2 (13:39):
I should have went the other way.

Speaker 1 (13:40):
Eddie said, there's a coin flip. There's a coin flip. Yes,
I said, you eat triscuts every day almost, but you
have said before you love goldfish and eat them at
home all the time. Yeah, So I said, it just depends.

Speaker 3 (13:53):
Okay, I have a bag of a freshy bag of
triskets in.

Speaker 1 (13:56):
There, freshy bag. So we're fine. We're fine. We have
a slight lead
