Speaker 1 (00:00):
So man is coming up fast door and his wife
Haley having a baby past the six month mark. That's
why do we know what vegetable it is? This week
we got mango. I was like banana, which doesn't make
any sense. I mean, that's what it is. I'm sorry,

(00:31):
manut bowl. He's a vegetable or fruit. I don't know
what size is. I just text her.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
She's you don't look forward to finding out every week.
But I don't have the app. I refuse to download it.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
She has. I don't even I don't even as my phone.
Oh god, too many apples around the six month mark.
And rereckon me if I'm wrong. Ladies, you start getting
into the nesting face. Now have you heard this term yet?
Or nesting? This is when you're getting ready for the baby.
Usually the mom will, you know, get all the stuff ready.

(01:12):
You know, you're kind of building the nest. So the
nursery and things like that.

Speaker 3 (01:16):
It's legit, like, I mean, it's a real thing. You're like,
it's biologically you're stirring like you have to.

Speaker 4 (01:22):
You have to do it prep.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
It's all prep. Right, So that's what's going on right now.
That was it last week. So we don't get a
new one. When does it change? I don't know. That
was a letdown, Haley time. Sorryable. So they're getting the

(01:47):
nursery ready, you know, so you got to do this,
got to get ready for it. That's a big part
of the nesting face. Well, there's a big disagreement about
the nursery that has already popped up. Now. I did
see over the weekend. Uh, you know, you guys posted
some you know videos of you putting up painters tape. Yeah,
and Haley making fun of you because you're standing on

(02:09):
a bucket even though you have multiple ladders. We have
multiple ladders. I didn't think that was funny. It was there.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
I didn't think that was fine. So I thought it
was easy. And I didn't know she was She's the worst.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
She's great.

Speaker 2 (02:18):
Yeah, I didn't know she was recording me. So she
put it on my Instagram the show and I was
standing on bucket putting up painter's tape.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
Really struggling. Yeah, yeah, it was.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
She wanted to paint the room a darker blue, and
I'm like, are you sure it's gonna be really dark?

Speaker 1 (02:32):
She's like I wanted to be.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
Dark, and I'm like, all right, all right, all right,
it's very particular. So that's what's that's what the main
issue is. She's very particular and very She's usually not
like this, but with this she's become like, this is
the way it's gonna be, and that's it, my way
of the highway, which isn't really how we roll as
a couple. We usually are pretty you know, I like

(02:53):
to say big things, but we usually do things. You know,
fifty to fifty, right, you you always talk about putting
your foot down, but it never really is down, and
you always relent. Yes, I don't know, oh you always
do you always. We usually make decisions together. And what
Hayley wants, no, no, So with the nursery, she wanted

(03:14):
to pay now. Luckily with this nursery, it's great and
it has a giant drawer that is built into the wall.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
Which is awesome, like a built in cabinet.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
Building cabinets, which is great, but it's like this week
where the diapers are going to go or I'm assuming,
and it's got this weird but it's this weird cream color.
And she didn't want to have to refinish the cabinet.
So we're just paying the wall. So we're paying the
wall and she has a vision. Oh, she has a theme,
she has a vision.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
We were yeah, we were winning the Pooh Yeah, which
I don't know. I don't know. Why wasn't my choice?

Speaker 5 (03:50):
Well, I think because you guys waited to find out.
So you went with kind of a neutral, gender neutral character,
the poo.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
Yeah, he's one of the Yeah, I think so general nature.
Oh yeah, Winny the Poos gender neutral.

Speaker 5 (04:04):
Yeah, yeah, really yeah, he's got his buddy Christopher Robbin
so boys can be into him.

Speaker 3 (04:08):
And animals like the farm animals are neutral. It's very cute,
jungle animals and animals in generally.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
Yeah, what was your theme?

Speaker 3 (04:15):
I'm gonna shock you guys right here.

Speaker 4 (04:18):
There wasn't really a theme.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
Oh god, it was.

Speaker 4 (04:22):
Everybody has everybody has a theme.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
The bedding and like all that was jungle animals, but
there was dirt bike posters all over, and then I
painted a bunch of posters, was a baby painted a
bunch of clouds on some canvases. So there wasn't really
a theme.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
That's awful that it does explain a lot that chaos.

Speaker 5 (04:46):
Farm animals got a beautiful mural of my daughter. What
you look like in the future, you guys room.

Speaker 4 (04:53):
Now, Okay, there's no there, Sorry to say that again.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
What did you say?

Speaker 5 (04:57):
Well, so there's this muralist who's actually turned into a
very famous muralist in San Diego.

Speaker 3 (05:05):
Mirrors.

Speaker 5 (05:06):
No, Like, she's got a lot of cool stuff on
Sizeability's murals and but this is when she was starting out.

Speaker 4 (05:16):
So we paid her to do Loveland bluele I was wonderful.
He's a well known worldwide. You got him. That would.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
One just one wall?

Speaker 4 (05:29):
You know, normally he does build.

Speaker 1 (05:32):
One.

Speaker 4 (05:33):
My daughter's nursery.

Speaker 5 (05:34):
So I told her like, hey, this is what she
looks like. Yeah, this is what she looks like as
a baby. This is what we look like. Can you
envision her? Are you just near it at like eight
years old, sitting under a tree reading a book with
like farmans around.

Speaker 1 (05:52):
Looking at it? Now? Did it? Did it work?

Speaker 2 (05:54):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (05:55):
I got to look it up.

Speaker 5 (05:55):
I haven't looked at it because we moved and then
I haven't seen the mural, but I think it's kind
of close, Like she.

Speaker 1 (06:01):
Have to see this thing.

Speaker 2 (06:02):
Yeah, to buy that house. Was just so freaked out.

Speaker 1 (06:07):
It's still the same. Yeah, she's in her nurseries. Yeah,
it moved.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
It's her daughter there, sky next to the daughter, and
then on the other side of the room it's a
picture of the boom just standing there, sad, sad with
the short song hands in his cargoes.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
Pick a pocket, bro okay, pick pocket?

Speaker 4 (06:25):
So far man, here it is here, she hears here.
That is when she was newborn.

Speaker 1 (06:32):
It's very that's that's no. I'm not impressed.

Speaker 2 (06:36):
It just looks like a little bit of the bananas.

Speaker 4 (06:40):
Really, She's done a lot of cool stuff from.

Speaker 1 (06:42):
Wow, I'm not impressed. Your mural is way more it's
way more present, all right, So what's your thing? So
the theme I just found out from Haley. You don't
know what her vision was, bro Come on, man told me.
I forgot.

Speaker 2 (06:59):
It's dark whites and rust oranges, not red. No, and
I know I'll get that, okay. And the theme is dinosaurs.

Speaker 1 (07:10):
She loves dinosaurs. Well, she loves dinosaurs. Do you love dinosaurs?
I could take it? Leave him? Well, dinosaurs is very
little boys. I'm okay with this. I'm okay with this.
You know, dinosaurs. I feel like green goes with dinosaurs
more than blue. But that's just me.

Speaker 3 (07:32):
Some greens and some tans maybe easy posters.

Speaker 2 (07:35):
Yeah, So I said, what Eddie was just saying was
why not we're having blue, why not reds?

Speaker 1 (07:47):
And we can make it like a New York Giants.
If you're going Giant blue, which is that royal blue
and white, why not give the guy red and make
it be a Giants kind of thing.

Speaker 2 (08:00):
Said absolutely not, because this is not how it's going
to be.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
It's not gonna be a sports room.

Speaker 2 (08:06):
What I said, you and she told me, I have
my sports room already, but this is you.

Speaker 1 (08:12):
I get it. So I said that.

Speaker 2 (08:13):
I said, okay, fine, if you don't want that, then
let me throw in like a Giant's Teddy Bear or
New York Giants like Clock or something like that. And
she said, no, baby is quote sacred, and this is
the way it's gonna be.

Speaker 1 (08:31):
She doesn't want him to be a loser. No, it's
like they won for it. She doesn't want him to
be miserable for the rest of his life.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
Okay, So I said, she said the baby room is sacred.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
Her vision, but she likes it's not right, man, So
what you have no say in the vision?

Speaker 5 (08:56):
No, I have no say, Like I understand like I
wouldn't if I was having a little boy. I wouldn't
because my husband loves the San Francisco forty nine ers
or the San Francisco Giants.

Speaker 1 (09:07):
I wouldn't have the mirrorless do a little baby Joe Montana,
a baby Joe sitting next to baby Love. That would be.

Speaker 2 (09:20):
Hayley's listening, by the way, And she says it has
to be blue to offset the like pinkish.

Speaker 1 (09:25):
Dressers that are in there.

Speaker 2 (09:26):
It's like it's not pink, it's more like a crane color.
So the and the chatchy. He says, blue off sets that.
But you can't paint those too, no, because they're like
some she would have to stand them to get the
paint off.

Speaker 4 (09:40):
They're older, probably over a bunch of times.

Speaker 2 (09:42):
And they have like this special like hire somebody I'm
not gonna do, sorry.

Speaker 4 (09:47):
Secret, Okay.

Speaker 5 (09:48):
So I get not wanting to do an entire New
York Giants room.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
I get that. I you know, I understand that. Okay,
I can understand that.

Speaker 4 (09:56):
But nothing nothing.

Speaker 1 (09:58):
I can't get a clock, nothing. And she's like, what's
your obsession with this cock?

Speaker 2 (10:05):
So she snaps at me like that, and I go, well,
what about like a life sized teddy bear. I had
a teddy bear starting excited time at the table. She
starts to cry and tell me that the room is
sacred and this is how she wants it to be,
and let her do what she wants to do, and
then when it's done, we'll talk about it.

Speaker 1 (10:25):
If it's done, it's done. I mean, you don't, I
don't understand.

Speaker 2 (10:28):
And then she just told me the Giants have only
brought darkness into her.

Speaker 1 (10:31):
That is true. That is true, and that I am
he's gonna agree with. That's actually it is bad cloud.

Speaker 5 (10:38):
But it's not like you're trying to turn it into
your sports room like when you said. She said that,
like you just want some kiddy Giants stuff in there.

Speaker 2 (10:46):
I think eventually, when the like, when it's all said
and done, I can get something Giants. He's already got
like five Giants one season. Well that was going to
be my thought, you know, And they have infant snapbacks,
so I'm gonna get one for him as a New
York Giants snap back, so he's got.

Speaker 5 (11:05):
I'm a normalizad, I'm an adult. I don't share a
hat with a newborn.

Speaker 1 (11:12):
So I think eventually Chirot.

Speaker 2 (11:17):
She probably will, and usually I would fight her on this,
but I'm afraid I'm not gonna lie to.

Speaker 1 (11:25):
I mean, what a ridiculous question.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
I used to think like guys that would be like, oh,
my wife's gonna say this is that? Whatever, I'll do
what I want. It's crazy, like I'm legitimately in fear sometimes.

Speaker 4 (11:36):
Some boy, I.

Speaker 1 (11:41):
Want to have Heley's back so bad.

Speaker 3 (11:43):
But like think about like I let Robert put those
posters up, those Dirk bike posters. Yeah so I but
I didn't have a vision, got a vision.

Speaker 1 (11:55):
Who didn't care?

Speaker 5 (11:56):
Right, Yeah, he didn't care, but he did, like reef
finish a dresser and I let him Like you don't know,
he was out there sand in it.

Speaker 4 (12:05):
And I just want to buy a clock.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
Man, this is your obsession with this clock? Because what
other trinket would I get a clock?

Speaker 1 (12:13):
A Teddy Bear? What else?

Speaker 2 (12:16):
Like a Eli Manning fat head or like a jersey
you know that's like framed and put it in there. No,
I'm I'm I'm whipped at this point. She got the
boys in her purse right now?

Speaker 1 (12:32):
Yes, damn, damn, I'm not even ashamed. Okay, you should
be all right, Well, I guess we're doing dinosaurs. Then
maybe you can get like a big poster of Scarlett
Johansson

Speaker 2 (12:49):
Suggest that I'm not I'm not
