Speaker 1 (00:00):
So we've talked about this already that Thor sort of
has a game plan for when the baby comes, because
it is going to be tough if the baby this
starts to, you know, get ready to come out, and
it is around a Sunday, because the do date is
around the first part of November.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
The dude date is a Sunday. Yeah, okay, that's the
first That's the first thing I looked at when I
found out what the due date was.

Speaker 1 (00:31):
Yeah, so what you know, Thor thinks it's not that
big of a deal. If he has his iPad in
the room.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
And I talked to my wife about this and we're
on the same page.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
Oh, she's okay with.

Speaker 2 (00:43):
It if we get to the hospital. I'm not allowed
to have it on the drive to the hospital, winking.
Come on, I'll have it on, and then when we
get to the hospital we check in. Everything's good. I
could turn it on, but if she has a contraction
or something, I have to turn it off until the

(01:04):
contraction's over. Then you can turn it back.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
What.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
Wow, I think that's totally fair. I sit there in
silence for hours.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
Now what if she has she gets like, all right,
I want it off now. And it's like right in
there came when you drive.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
That's how I got at a certain point, and like
put it on mute.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
I'll put it on mute and like put the I'll
put it on mute and have her to believe it's off,
but because but it'll be faced down, so it's so.

Speaker 4 (01:31):
You're grounding her hand for support and he's sitting like.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
You're you're not the slyest.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
How about this, I'll have it on away from me,
put an earbud in my right ear, but she can't
see the earbudd and I'll be helving my left hand.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
You're You're left, You're right.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
Are you capable and be honest, are you capable of
watching a New York Giants game without making any noise
or any comment?

Speaker 2 (01:54):
Thank god you brought this up. That was the thing
if if I we the deal was, if I have
it on, I'm not allowed to talk about the game
while we're in the livery room.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
That's because if they if they are losing.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
If they're losing emotions, and I'm not allowed. And I said,
I how we do it. I'm gonna because she says,
if I get, if I get that way, I have
to turn it off.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
He punches. He punches pillows during games because he's so angry.
And I like concerned about this.

Speaker 4 (02:21):
We've heard too, like when they're doing really good, he
won't move, like if he's sitting over there.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
She's hysterical. So I had a good a I have
a been. I had a good conversation with the baby
yesterday and we did it. We did a three day
old town yesterday and we saw the baby and it
was really cool. Yeah, they'll tell me she hates. It's
not crazy, it's baby.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
It's incredible.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
And I had to talk with him and I said, listen,
don't be born on a Sunday, Monday or Thursday night.
That's fair. I think that's you got Tuesday, you got Wednesday,
you got fried Saturday. I'd like to watch college football,
but whatever, I can deal with that.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
So ideally Friday would be real nice, perfect.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
I honestly think it would be cool if she goes
to the labor waur on the air. I think that'd
be wild. What And then I have to leave, and
like I can.

Speaker 1 (03:15):
I don't. I don't think that's a good that's a
good idea doing bits while you're so that that's sort
of the thought process for thor you know, as the
baby is getting closer that you know, he's got to
have some sort of plan. Well, apparently one of thora's
other buddies has a baby, do within like the next

(03:35):
couple of weeks. Well you know what also is happening
in the next couple of weeks fantasy drafts. Oh yeah,
and this buddy is in our league, and so there
could be a little bit of an issue here.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
Yeah, big lou love him having twins, already has a
baby that's fifteen months. We're never going to see again.
We're never gonna love him to death. He's done so
lose having twins. And he's in our fantasy league. He's
in two of my fantasy leagues. And the concern is

(04:11):
he may not be able to be at the draft
because what if she goes into labor or what if
she already has the kid. So we got two scenarios.
One scenario is she has the kid and like a
week from now, I said, I don't think it's that
big of a deal. If the baby's babies, what's what's
what's take out one kid? Let's just say baby.

Speaker 1 (04:35):
But there.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
He has a step son, he's like sixteenth. I said,
I don't think it's a big deal if he leaves
to go to one fantasy draft when the kid's a
week old. I don't see the issue. I don't like,
you can't give the kid. You can't give the guy
a couple of hours, because what's gonna happen is in
like two months, when everything's good, he's gonna he's so
bummed that he couldn't play fantasy.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
That sucks.

Speaker 2 (05:03):
He can't leave for two hours.

Speaker 1 (05:05):
Now, Skuy, you're you're hysterically hysterically what let's work this out?
Because what Thor is saying, I actually don't think is
that crazy. The twins thing that that's a whole different level.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
Well, and don't forget the fifteen month old too, like,
so that's technically you have three.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
I would personally call in a favor. I would call
my friend's guy, call my friend Emily and say, Hey,
I'd really like to go to my draft or draft.
Can you come in and help Deborah for a few
hours and so I can go to my draft and
so that there's somebody on hand. Is that would that be?

Speaker 3 (05:41):
I've heard you say that twelve times. That's that's different,
but like you got to set that up. That's all
got to be Like on lock, I would do that,
like ready to get it, ready to go, and like
so if you have that secured, okay, but you're not
leaving me at home with three babies a week after

(06:01):
given you're changing diapers, your bound.

Speaker 2 (06:07):
Every you can't. I can't get a two hour break.
I can't get a two hour break with.

Speaker 3 (06:14):
With newborn twins. No, you don't get like you're lucky
to shower once a week with newborn twins. Like it's
crazy unless you have help there. So Eddie, I like
your suggestion. That's the only way I would entertain this.
If you just came and like, hey, can you handle
this for a couple hours, I would be like, here
are your divorce paper.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
You're a little bit cooler than sky. How are you
handling this?

Speaker 4 (06:40):
Like I wasn't the person, Like I never woke Robert
up in the middle of the night because he doesn't
have a breast to feed the baby, So why do
two of us need to be sleep deprived?

Speaker 2 (06:48):
So I wasn't that ship. Robert went back to work
after a couple of days. To be honest, a couple
of days that's crazy crazy.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
So like I was.

Speaker 4 (06:57):
Already left alone with with our sons.

Speaker 2 (06:59):
So yeah, a couple hours.

Speaker 4 (07:01):
And I love your suggestion have somebody set up to
go there and help out while you're gone.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
I think it's total. The other thing was and this
is a little crazier and I get it, but again,
what a lot of these births take hours? Like my
sister twenty six hours. Wow, My oldest nephew, Ethan just
turned eleven birthday seventeenth, and I remember my sister was
like pregnant, I'm given birth for you know, twenty six hours.

(07:28):
It was crazy. And they finally had to do a
sea section so that could happen for Big Lou. He's
not going in giving late giving birth though, But so
I said, if you go into if she goes into
labor on the day of the Fantasy Draft and you're
at the hospital, I mean, what are we doing and
we're at pick ten. I can't call Lou or text
him and say, hey, what's your pick these I'll just

(07:50):
I'll text him who's already been picked. I'll call him
and tell him that he could just call on his pick.
Hang up, call you back in twenty minutes. This is
what I'm gonna step aside here. I had your back
in the first scenario.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
This scenario I don't. I'm gonna go ahead and let
the ladies handle this one. Go ahead and yeah. I
call yeah, and I go FaceTime. I go yeah, FaceTime.

Speaker 2 (08:13):
I go, hey, here's the draft board and he goes,
He goes his Nico Collins still available there. I go, yeah,
he is, you got a coy. We're doing the snake draft.
We're at twelve, you're ten. I'll call you back in
like five minutes. I call him back.

Speaker 1 (08:26):
All this is going on, by the way, as you
are in labor, Well, you're just we're just swear you're eating.

Speaker 2 (08:31):
You're eating ice chips.

Speaker 1 (08:32):
I mean you're eating. We don't know that. She's just
sitting there.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
Yeah, you're dilating. I don't think a Centimetertay, Okay, you
got time.

Speaker 1 (08:44):
Okay, okay, okay, okay.

Speaker 3 (08:46):
You are you've got no Yeah, I'm cool.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
I'm not that cool here. That's ridiculous. It is ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (08:55):
Your men come up to you and say, you know,
you're we're on our way to the hostel, way to
the hospital, apple car play, You're you're breathing, you're doing
your breasts. Okay, we're getting through this. Hey, babe, Fantasy
draft is like going on in like an hour. If

(09:17):
if everything is going to plan, everything's fine and you're
in there, do you mind if Thor calls me for
my vic I'm pick ten. You're not in the car.

Speaker 2 (09:29):
How's she doing?

Speaker 1 (09:29):
Okay? That's how about that?

Speaker 2 (09:33):
We're cheering for you, lou Who do you want? Round three?

Speaker 1 (09:35):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (09:36):
If calls you in the delivery car, you better draft
yourself a new family.

Speaker 1 (09:47):
You know who you're with. You know that this guy
is obsessed with this stuff, football, fantasy football, all that stuff.
You gotta know that this is coming.

Speaker 2 (09:57):
But he knows who he's with.

Speaker 3 (09:59):
And in his case in regards to his wife, she's
very uncomfortable. She needs a lot of attention right now
because of her pregnancy. So in the delivery room, dude,
you got no idea what he's.

Speaker 2 (10:13):
Going to be in the room. I'm going to be
giving her ice chips. I've heard that you have to
have if you if something's going on, they might say, hey,
intercourse works.

Speaker 1 (10:22):
I'm down.

Speaker 2 (10:22):
I'll do what I gotta do. What but I will
stop phone call to make my pick.

Speaker 4 (10:29):
It's just wait, okay, yeah, he'll in that room.

Speaker 1 (10:37):
Yeah, like it's insane.

Speaker 2 (10:39):
Twenty six hours. For twenty six hours, I can't do
anything but stare at you. Come on, you know, like beckon,
call bro. You just have to be there, right, got
the ice chimneys, good to go?

Speaker 1 (10:50):
No, no, no, I know this guy's luck. I know
this is going down on the Sunday. You're a sun. No,
I don't want it for you. I know it's going
to and and God speed Big Louke. I don't know,
I don't know. Yeah, this is gonna be tricky.
