is a straight A student. She's doing great. I can't
complain about anything like that, but she is making some

are supposed to be. But it's very like TV episode's.

guy freaks out, we got to go immediately to the hospital.

and so I've had to temper down. You know, she's
going to college. That's like her. It's not even a question.
She's going to college. And I'm like, okay, great, what

don't know what the She just like she likes buzz

be a hurricane. I go, well, what what is it

I go. You realize that flight is not your you're landlocked. Yeah, like,

it in. I'm trying to go, Okay, can we look
at the California schools first.

to go there. Well what first of all, why do
you have a pamphlet for it? And she's like, well,

I don't think it's going to be on my list.

free ride educational free ride, but and it was in state,
but turned it down and went to Maryland in instead

it's out of state tuition, but also they had it
was a bigger campus. It was Division one, so they

had a basketball team and a football team and all
that stuff, right, so she went there. It costs my
dad an armoral like and my sister too because she
paid for it. But while she was there, they won
the national championship in basketball and went to two final
fours and went to the Orange Bowl. And she still
talks about it to this day about how it was
the coolest experience ever as a kid. I loved it

they were rioted because they lost that championship afford to Dukes.

you're gonna have to pick and choose when you come home.
I go. You realize that flight is not your you're landlocked. Yeah, like,

yesterday there was this big recruitment thing for college for
students that they went to. Were like one hundred colleges
showed up and they all had their own booth and

We were planning on going.

what sparked my interest were planned? Oh, we were planning
on going, but we had the big hunted house last night.
So from what I hear, this is an annual thing.
So and my daughters a year younger than Eddie, so
we'll definitely be going next year.

the California and then we could do the tour where

Halloween, Yeah, Santa Barbara is insane. Oh yeah, that's like
the biggest party thing of the year. Like there's this
whole like street area they close down and have to
bring in all.

These cops and stuff. Yeah, it gets it gets crazy
for what I.

I know this. Yeah, they go over here. Uh so
I go, oh, that's cool, Taylor. I go, uh, you
know you need to go to Santa Barbara. That would
be great. Yeah, it's somewhat drivable, it's not bad, you
know whatever. You can even take the train, you know,
something like that. And she goes, yeah, I'm not going
to go there. Well what first of all, why do
you have a pamphlet for it? And she's like, well,

mom told me to get one because never went with her.
And I go, no, that's a really good school, Taylor, Like,
it's a it's a beautiful campus, you know, blah blah blah.
Tell her all these things about Santa Barbara. She goes, no,
I don't think it's going to be on my list.
Why that doesn't even make any sense. She goes, well,
they don't have a football team, Dad, what are you

trying out for the team. I don't understand. What do
you mean they don't have a football team?

Well, because the last few years, you know, being in
high school, she goes to Friday nighlights, an any game,
fun game.

Something what my sister Corey was just like Taylor, very smart.
Did was Volunteer of the Year for Long Island, which
was the sh she did.
Speaker 2 (14:44):
And she got into a bunch of schools what don't schools.

Got into is Ithaca, which was like a UC center
barbar school in New York, and she got offered a
free ride educational free ride, but and it was in state,
but turned it down and went to Maryland in instead
because because they had a better journalism school. But still
it's out of state tuition, but also they had it
was a bigger campus. It was Division one, so they

had a basketball team and a football team and all
that stuff, right, so she went there. It costs my
dad an armoral like and my sister too because she
paid for it. But while she was there, they won
the national championship in basketball and went to two final
fours and went to the Orange Bowl. And she still
talks about it to this day about how it was
the coolest experience ever as a kid. I loved it

because I was all into it. They were they were
they were rioted because they lost that championship afford to Dukes.
Speaker 2 (15:36):
They were flipping cars, she caught, cops were on horses.
Wild story. It's a wild story.
Speaker 3 (15:41):
So I'm like, I get what Taylor said, hold on

I understand that, and that is cool. But you're gonna

On Saturdays and I'll watch college football games just to
see the fun everybody's having it.
